- 0:57SPEAKER_05: Hello everyone, and welcome back to the podcast.
- 1:00SPEAKER_05: I am so excited because I have convinced my fiance to come back on the podcast.
- 1:06SPEAKER_05: The first episode I did with him, oh, maybe a few months ago, is one of the top, if not the top listen podcasts.
- 1:13SPEAKER_05: I think it's definitely top two, if not the top one.
- 1:16SPEAKER_05: And he's currently getting Akasha to sit on his lap.
- 1:20SPEAKER_05: But if you have not listened to that one, definitely go back and listen to that.
- 1:24SPEAKER_05: We will link it in the description box for you, at least tell you like what number episode it was, because it was quite a few back.
- 1:30SPEAKER_05: So go back and listen to that.
- 1:32SPEAKER_05: But I thought it was time to bring him on again since you guys love hearing from him.
- 1:36SPEAKER_05: And I also think it's really helpful to hear from a male perspective kind of the answers to some of your questions.
- 1:43SPEAKER_05: Um, because I think this will apply, you know.
- 1:45SPEAKER_05: Oh, I know, Kashi, you're so cute.
- 1:47SPEAKER_05: Whether you're in a relationship or you're looking to enter one, kind of how to navigate that.
- 1:52SPEAKER_05: And I'm not gonna lie, I am quite proud of our relationship.
- 1:56SPEAKER_05: Um, just based on other things like I hear, I'm like, wow, I think we've kind of nailed it when it comes to communication, supporting each other, nourishing each other, and it's obviously the best relationship I've ever had.
- 2:10SPEAKER_05: And you're just playing with a dog.
- 2:12SPEAKER_04: What else is new?
- 2:14SPEAKER_05: Okay, so we took some questions for from you guys from Instagram, so we're just gonna go ahead and dive in.
- 2:21SPEAKER_05: I think we're just gonna sprinkle this in there one day.
- 2:24SPEAKER_05: It'd be really fun to like, oh, maybe we should bring you in live and land the man.
- 2:28SPEAKER_05: That'd be so fun for you to be on video with everyone.
- 2:32SPEAKER_05: Okay, we're gonna work our way up there, guys.
- 2:35SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 2:36SPEAKER_05: So the first question is how slash where did you meet how long ago?
- 2:42SPEAKER_05: If you haven't listened to the first episode, go back and listen to that one because we get into it in that one.
- 2:48SPEAKER_05: And I also tell the full story in the episode of how I manifested the love of my life.
- 2:54SPEAKER_05: But just to give you a bit of background, we met on Hinge.
- 2:59SPEAKER_05: Um, we both what swiped what what direction do you swipe left, right?
- 3:04SPEAKER_05: We swiped the direction that was the positive direction.
- 3:06SPEAKER_05: So I don't even know it's so long ago.
- 3:07SPEAKER_05: Feels like a lifetime ago.
- 3:09SPEAKER_05: Um, and basically I saw his purse profile photo.
- 3:14SPEAKER_05: It was my favorite spot on the planet, which is like this certain mountain in Banff, and I was like, oh, okay, so like must be something, right?
- 3:23SPEAKER_05: If like if one of his pictures is like my favorite spot in the world, what can go wrong?
- 3:26SPEAKER_05: So I just swiped without thinking.
- 3:29SPEAKER_05: And that was what, a year and a half ago?
- 3:32SPEAKER_03: So something like that.
- 3:34SPEAKER_05: I feel like we've lived a lifetime since then, though.
- 3:37SPEAKER_05: We've done a lot together.
- 3:38SPEAKER_05: We've done we've done all the things, right?
- 3:40SPEAKER_05: So yeah, go back and listen to that, those two episodes if you want to hear the the nitty-gritty.
- 3:44SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 3:44SPEAKER_05: Ooh, this one is from Alexia, um, the one I hung out with yesterday.
- 3:49SPEAKER_05: How did you know, for both of you, that it was the quote unquote the one?
- 3:54SPEAKER_05: I hate using the one, but yeah, laugh out loud.
- 3:57SPEAKER_05: I'm gonna make you say, How did you know?
- 4:00SPEAKER_03: You go first.
- 4:02SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 4:04SPEAKER_05: There were several little things that let me know that you were the one, but I think one of the top ones, and I said this in the previous podcast, I'm gonna tell the short story again.
- 4:14SPEAKER_05: I was going to pick up Akasha from the boarding daycare where she was learning to be a less aggressive puppy.
- 4:25SPEAKER_05: And I remember I was kind of like scared about no, oh my gosh, no, it was before that.
- 4:32SPEAKER_05: You had offered to come take me and come to pick up Akasha, and I remember like I had saw you the night before, and this was like I think the Friday or Saturday.
- 4:42SPEAKER_05: I had I had like only seen you once, and you lived like two hours away.
- 4:47SPEAKER_05: And I had to go get her and pick her up for the boarding, which was like far, it was like an hour and a half drive, and you offered to like I was worried, I was scared about getting her, because if you didn't know at this point, um Akasha was very aggressive when she was little, like she would bite me and make me bleed.
- 5:02SPEAKER_05: It was a very tough time.
- 5:03SPEAKER_05: This is not funny.
- 5:04SPEAKER_05: Like, I lived this I know you're laughing, but she was aggressive.
- 5:08SPEAKER_05: You know, I took a some training, anyways.
- 5:10SPEAKER_05: I was kind of scared, and you offered right away to just be there and to pick me up to take me and to like also stay the night with me if I needed.
- 5:19SPEAKER_05: And I remember just feeling so safe and secured.
- 5:22SPEAKER_05: I'm just someone who was just like, he's just willing to like drop everything and come there and be for me.
- 5:26SPEAKER_05: And I was like, wow, if you're willing to do that now, like that's the type of man that I need in my life.
- 5:32SPEAKER_05: Like, I need someone who I know is gonna be there for me.
- 5:35SPEAKER_05: And I remember at the time I had this friend who's no longer a friend, but she was telling me how her boyfriend wouldn't drive 20 minutes to Ikea to pick up like this Calix drawer.
- 5:46SPEAKER_05: And I was like, What the f like your boyfriend of two years won't drive you 20 minutes to pick up a drawer from IKEA, but here I am, this wonderful man who's like, let me come get you, let me help with the dog, let me make sure you're okay and stay with you until you feel safe.
- 6:01SPEAKER_05: Like, how fucking yummy is that?
- 6:03SPEAKER_05: That's yummy, that's when I know.
- 6:05SPEAKER_05: And I was actually telling you this this morning when you said that you would be the one to take a casha out at night.
- 6:13SPEAKER_05: I knew you were the one.
- 6:14SPEAKER_05: I was like, I never have to get up at night to take her pee again.
- 6:17SPEAKER_03: This was a great idea until like nights like last night, where it was 1 a.m., 2 a.m.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: 4 a.m.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: and potentially right now.
- 6:26SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but that's be no, she went out to poo like a few minutes, like 30 minutes before you came home.
- 6:30SPEAKER_05: But that's just because um she wasn't gonna walk, she she's up at night.
- 6:35SPEAKER_05: But like that was just like you were just willing to take care of me, and I could just receive, and like that's that's what I needed.
- 6:42SPEAKER_05: That's how I knew you were the one.
- 6:45SPEAKER_05: Um yeah, so how did you know I was the one?
- 6:48SPEAKER_05: And don't say like what what are the qualities about me?
- 6:51SPEAKER_05: Because I know you'd be like, oh yeah, like I'm beautiful, I have nice eyes, but like That's not it.
- 6:55SPEAKER_05: Let's make some that like how did you what is yeah I don't even know how to explain this.
- 7:02SPEAKER_03: It's more of the the way you communicate made me feel like I could trust you a lot faster than I would normally, and I would say kind of let my guard down where I tend to be very cold or standoffish.
- 7:20SPEAKER_05: So if people think you are like nothing.
- 7:24SPEAKER_03: I have an MO of being like literally the meanest person.
- 7:27SPEAKER_05: But no, I don't think you like because you would give your shirt off your back to like a homeless person, like this to the stranger.
- 7:35SPEAKER_05: Like you do these big kind of kind gestures.
- 7:38SPEAKER_05: I actually have to reel you in sometimes, and I'm like, no, stop giving so much.
- 7:42SPEAKER_05: But I think your demeanor is just more like it was guarded before, and you don't necessarily always let people see how like of a soft teddy bear you are inside.
- 7:50SPEAKER_05: And so we're saying so.
- 7:53SPEAKER_05: Apparently, how I communicated, you were saying aloud.
- 7:56SPEAKER_03: I think it just kind of broke down that barrier of me being very skeptical of someone coming into my life and it almost like it was almost so easy to kind of like fall in love with you, quote unquote.
- 8:14SPEAKER_03: Oh, I knew you were gonna Yeah.
- 8:16SPEAKER_03: See, that's why I didn't even want to say that word.
- 8:20SPEAKER_05: It's I like that.
- 8:22SPEAKER_05: But like what was it about how I communicated?
- 8:24SPEAKER_05: Is there something specific?
- 8:27SPEAKER_03: What's it?
- 8:28SPEAKER_03: Because like we've also talked about the fact that like I'm not a jealous person, like I Yeah, like you don't like I feel like I don't get my head bitten off, which is fantastic.
- 8:36SPEAKER_05: Like you can go hang out with the guys, you can go here, you can go on out for drinks, I don't worry about you looking at another girl, I don't worry about you liking some fit girl booty girl on Instagram.
- 8:47SPEAKER_05: Like, I don't I could care less.
- 8:49SPEAKER_05: No, but I know there are women who are like, my partner, my fiance, my boyfriend, like follows these like Fit Spo girls.
- 8:55SPEAKER_03: Like if you did that shit to me, especially and likes those photos, and I'm like, Who cares?
- 9:00SPEAKER_05: Well, A, who cares?
- 9:01SPEAKER_05: But B let's not also pretend that men don't also like can acknowledge and look and appreciate another woman.
- 9:09SPEAKER_05: I don't feel like I'm almost like it's like when you tell me, Oh, did you see that hot like that guy?
- 9:15SPEAKER_05: And like sometimes I don't even notice like the attractive guy, and like you point him out to me, or like I don't know.
- 9:19SPEAKER_03: You're just like when we walk around, she no idea sometimes.
- 9:22SPEAKER_05: I think I love I got a lot of things going on.
- 9:25SPEAKER_03: She's just fucking blinders on focused on what she's doing and missing half the people checking her out along the way.
- 9:33SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but I think it's also that I don't like get on you for stuff like that.
- 9:36SPEAKER_05: Like, I wouldn't mind, I don't care if you find another person attractive.
- 9:39SPEAKER_05: I think it'd be you're a man, you are going to find other females attractive, but like that to me doesn't take away from our relationship or maybe female.
- 9:49SPEAKER_05: It's just like I would be like, oh yeah, that guy's attractive.
- 9:52SPEAKER_05: You can be like, oh yeah, that woman's attractive, like she's got a nice ass.
- 9:54SPEAKER_05: And I'd be like, she does have a nice ass.
- 9:57SPEAKER_05: I'm like, okay, cool.
- 9:58SPEAKER_03: Correct.
- 9:58SPEAKER_03: And if you get jealous about that, then that's stuff that you need to work on yourself before, and I would say that like that's one of the things is like you you need to be able to be comfortable with yourself and talking about things like that before you even go into a relationship because otherwise you're gonna go in already on the back foot.
- 10:16SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 10:17SPEAKER_05: And just to be clear, like, we're not saying he's like talking to like weird Instagram girls or anything like that, like doing anything inappropriate.
- 10:22SPEAKER_05: I'm just saying that, like, I'm not someone like you can't follow any girls who have like booty pics, or you can't, blah blah blah.
- 10:28SPEAKER_05: Like, I don't, yeah.
- 10:29SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 10:30SPEAKER_05: That's how we knew it was the one.
- 10:35SPEAKER_05: Like, okay, this is a good question.
- 10:37SPEAKER_05: Does he also have a spiritual practice?
- 10:40SPEAKER_03: What?
- 10:41SPEAKER_05: Do you have a spiritual practice?
- 10:43SPEAKER_05: What do you mean routine?
- 10:45SPEAKER_05: Kind of not really.
- 10:46SPEAKER_05: No.
- 10:46SPEAKER_05: No, like so not a practice, not as religious as I do when I like I close my door in the morning, I blast by neural beats, and I like talk to source and channelings.
- 10:55SPEAKER_03: I would I'll I'll plead the ignorance of I generally don't need to.
- 11:00SPEAKER_03: I only need when I want to tap in, I choose to tap in on those times when I feel like my body needs me to.
- 11:10SPEAKER_03: Uh most of the time that has to do with either me going by water, so sitting watching sunset for an hour, like by myself, grounding myself, going for a hike on my own, and just kind of chilling out in the forest, sitting meditating there.
- 11:26SPEAKER_03: I can do that way less often than probably most people can, and I feel like that is more than enough for what I need in a routine.
- 11:37SPEAKER_03: I don't feel like I need to do it every day.
- 11:40SPEAKER_03: It's something for me at least.
- 11:42SPEAKER_03: It's if I if I choose to do it, fine.
- 11:46SPEAKER_03: I can tap in.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: Otherwise, I don't feel like if I do it every day, I'm going to go deeper.
- 11:50SPEAKER_03: No.
- 11:51SPEAKER_05: But you're also like you are a spiritual person.
- 11:53SPEAKER_05: Like, yes, you've close you've been on journeys, and like you've seen past lives, you've seen faces.
- 12:00SPEAKER_05: Like, if you close your eyes, you can see like faces of different things and different patterns and colors, and you've had like deep spiritual journeys experiences.
- 12:09SPEAKER_05: It's just like you're not sitting there trying to connect the source every day.
- 12:14SPEAKER_05: Like, I don't know.
- 12:14SPEAKER_03: Correct.
- 12:15SPEAKER_05: Yeah, no, I just but like you like oracle cards, you love you like you go through phases of pulling cards, you like doing that kind of thing.
- 12:21SPEAKER_05: So that's like a spiritual practice.
- 12:23SPEAKER_03: Pulling cards, I check horoscope probably three times a week.
- 12:26SPEAKER_05: I check whatever like you love human design, that's kind of spiritual.
- 12:30SPEAKER_03: The the human design I actually find very interesting on how that affects your work and how it's so masculine of it, but like how you can optimize yourself in that point.
- 12:45SPEAKER_05: That's okay, right?
- 12:45SPEAKER_05: So I'm masculine, you are masculine.
- 12:47SPEAKER_03: I know, but I'm just saying that like even thinking of like I eat better with entertainment and having something playing in the background.
- 12:55SPEAKER_05: Like, let's dive into this because I think this would really help our relationship, like that, like you even reminding me of that because I find it if I didn't know that was your human design, do I love the fact that you have to watch something on your iPhone when you eat?
- 13:08SPEAKER_05: I'm just like, why can't you just eat in silence?
- 13:10SPEAKER_05: But I can appreciate that that's your human design, and I feel like that is supportive in a relationship.
- 13:15SPEAKER_05: So I really recommend, and I do this with my one-on-one clients, that everyone knows their partner's human design because it really helps you navigate a relationship.
- 13:23SPEAKER_05: Like you being a 3-5 generator and me being a 5-1 projector, you are like a go-go-go, and like you when you go, you actually drain an exhaustion.
- 13:32SPEAKER_05: Like the more hyped up you are, I just get exhausted looking at you, let alone like it's just it's too much.
- 13:38SPEAKER_05: But it's I think usefully for you to understand a relationship, also, like you knowing that I'm a projector, you're like, Oh, there are just times where I just can't talk to her, like she just needs space, like I just need to leave her alone, and then she comes back and she's like this wonderful, beautiful, loving wifey, and then there are times where it's just like you better leave me alone because I need my space.
- 13:56SPEAKER_03: And it's I will say it's was a bit of getting adjusting to it, yeah, and actually kind of understanding that oh, like you're not actually doing anything wrong, she just needs her actual space, yeah, and is comfortable in her own space and doesn't like you don't need to be smothered, essentially, which is fucking fantastic.
- 14:20SPEAKER_03: Once you actually figure it out, is the most wonderful thing ever.
- 14:23SPEAKER_05: But also think that comes down to security.
- 14:25SPEAKER_05: Like, I'm secure, so I don't need you to smother me because I'm not anxiously attached anymore.
- 14:29SPEAKER_03: True.
- 14:30SPEAKER_03: I will give you that.
- 14:31SPEAKER_05: But yes, in terms of like that was the answer to whether you have a spiritual practice, but then also a tangent off of that is I really think it's helpful to know your partners you've been designed, even if you don't know the numbers, at least if you know who's a generator, who's a projector, who or you're a manifestor or many gen, like knowing those things helps you understand someone in a relationship.
- 14:48SPEAKER_05: And I really think that the more you can understand the partner that you're with, then it leads to more cohesion, less fights, more understanding.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: Even like your close group of friends, it would be fun to know.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: Like, I know I rant.
- 15:00SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I know, but I'm just saying, I'm keeping this in the relationship one because it the real normally the person you're in a relationship with are the person you spend the most time with.
- 15:09SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 15:10SPEAKER_05: And me knowing that you're a generator, you know that I'm a projector, like it's just it's it is very helpful, so yeah.
- 15:16SPEAKER_05: Okay, that answers that question.
- 15:17SPEAKER_05: Alright, this is a random one, but I like it.
- 15:20SPEAKER_05: Dream home location.
- 15:22SPEAKER_05: I feel like we both have the same one in the mountains.
- 15:25SPEAKER_05: Not really close to the mountains.
- 15:29SPEAKER_03: As long as it's within 15 minutes of a gym.
- 15:32SPEAKER_05: Yes, I know.
- 15:33SPEAKER_05: Why don't we have a home gym?
- 15:35SPEAKER_03: No.
- 15:35SPEAKER_05: Yeah, and I do like going to that, because I feel like I would need like all those weights, all those machines.
- 15:38SPEAKER_05: There's no way I can have that.
- 15:40SPEAKER_05: I'm getting out of the house, I can be good.
- 15:41SPEAKER_05: But I would want like a Pilates, like reformer Pilates machine in my house, I'm just not gonna lie.
- 15:46SPEAKER_05: But uh yeah, I would say it's in your the mountains, something like dark, moody, modern, big dark and moody, eh?
- 15:53SPEAKER_05: Big but not too big.
- 15:54SPEAKER_05: Like I don't need eight bedrooms, but I care more about the garage space.
- 15:57SPEAKER_05: I know you want a garage space, but like I feel like we have the the same.
- 16:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's more just out like out west, probably for sure.
- 16:05SPEAKER_03: I'd prefer to be within about an hour drive of major hikes and mountains for the most part.
- 16:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 16:11SPEAKER_05: Other than that, I'm not really too picky, more moody in darkness, just because earthy tones, kind of like earthy elements, like woods, textures, not as much as like what I used to be into a few years ago.
- 16:25SPEAKER_05: Like everything is white and everything is clean boho.
- 16:29SPEAKER_05: Like I like now, I like matte black, you know, dishware.
- 16:32SPEAKER_05: So that's kind of that.
- 16:33SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 16:33SPEAKER_03: Converted.
- 16:34SPEAKER_05: What do you both see your life playing out in a few years?
- 16:39SPEAKER_05: Okay, so what do we see for ourselves in the next few years?
- 16:42SPEAKER_05: Well, right now, we're trying to get life organized, we're trying to get married, we're trying to find a wedding planner, we're trying to find a venue, we're trying to get married and um expand the business so that we can have kids in a couple years.
- 16:58SPEAKER_05: That's kind of what we see, I think, for the next few years.
- 17:01SPEAKER_05: Is that we're not jumping into kids again right now.
- 17:05SPEAKER_03: Should happens, should happens.
- 17:06SPEAKER_05: But I mean if it happens, it happens.
- 17:08SPEAKER_05: But when it happens, we're not trying, but I'm also we're kind of like actively I'm trying to like plan around my ovulation to like we should probably like let's get married first.
- 17:16SPEAKER_05: I don't I just don't want to bump in my wedding dress, so let's try to get married within the next year.
- 17:21SPEAKER_03: Let's try to anything farther than essentially the wedding and where we want to travel this year.
- 17:27SPEAKER_03: I'm not thinking about, to be honest.
- 17:29SPEAKER_05: But yeah, you do know you know that you want like move out to like out west, and yeah, eventually I want to do that.
- 17:34SPEAKER_05: So that's in a few years, and then like so the focus is married, expand the business, move out there in a couple years, and a couple years have kids, and I feel like that's but already out of time, like nothing outrageous.
- 17:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, stupid.
- 17:47SPEAKER_05: But I think we're really like enjoying our our couple time right now.
- 17:51SPEAKER_03: Yes, for sure.
- 17:52SPEAKER_05: We can get to travel.
- 17:53SPEAKER_05: I want to go to Egypt, I want to go to Marrakesh, and he's giving me a look, but I want to go to other places.
- 17:56SPEAKER_03: No, we're going to Iceland, Norway.
- 17:59SPEAKER_05: Okay, we can go to those places too, but I want to go those places because it's different going when you have kids.
- 18:03SPEAKER_03: Number one is Iceland, don't care.
- 18:05SPEAKER_05: Okay, we're gonna go there.
- 18:06SPEAKER_05: I've if I've been asking you for weeks, let me know what the best time is.
- 18:09SPEAKER_05: I've already done playing Americans.
- 18:12SPEAKER_03: We can stay for two months.
- 18:13SPEAKER_03: Live on a tent.
- 18:14SPEAKER_05: You don't have you're not gonna have your monitors.
- 18:16SPEAKER_05: What are you gonna do?
- 18:17SPEAKER_03: Live off my iPad.
- 18:19SPEAKER_05: Oh yeah, you're gonna do all the iPad.
- 18:21SPEAKER_05: No, I'm not a little alpha.
- 18:23SPEAKER_05: Can you imagine me sleeping on the ground?
- 18:24SPEAKER_03: Yes, it'd be so much fun.
- 18:27SPEAKER_05: We'll see, maybe one night.
- 18:29SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 18:29SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 18:32SPEAKER_05: What pushed you, slash, influenced you in terms of becoming a man who leads and provides?
- 18:39SPEAKER_05: So, what motivates you to provide and lead?
- 18:42SPEAKER_05: What makes you want to do that for me?
- 18:47SPEAKER_03: Um like I almost want to say it's kind of like like you should just kind of like I don't know how to explain it.
- 18:57SPEAKER_05: But like from what I understand, you haven't wanted to do this for women in the past.
- 19:00SPEAKER_05: Like in your other relationships, you weren't like this.
- 19:02SPEAKER_03: No, not to this extent, definitely not.
- 19:04SPEAKER_03: Like, there's certain aspects of me which is definitely just like like I would say the giving part of me is second to none, like just giving my shirt off the back to the city.
- 19:15SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you're like those people, but what makes you want to do it?
- 19:18SPEAKER_03: Like for you, in that sense, it's definitely the way you make me feel secure.
- 19:23SPEAKER_03: And that's shut up.
- 19:25SPEAKER_03: Like in that sense of like it's reassuring to know that you have my back, but you don't do it in like especially being my airy self and fire.
- 19:40SPEAKER_03: It's like if you come at me with heat, I'm going to rebuttal you to no end.
- 19:46SPEAKER_03: But the way you communicate with me is perfect because you know what's the best way to speak to me and get and that makes me feel like I want to go in above and beyond any which way I possibly can for you because it's just the way you speak to me, and it's like I don't feel like I'm a piece of shit.
- 20:07SPEAKER_05: This is your reminder that if you have not jumped into Land the Man yet, this is your sign.
- 20:13SPEAKER_05: This is great.
- 20:14SPEAKER_05: Whether you are in a relationship or not, there is so much juicy info in here that you're gonna want to join ASAP.
- 20:21SPEAKER_05: There's three parts.
- 20:22SPEAKER_05: Part one, we cover blocks to why you can't receive a man who leads, how to communicate with men, and then in part two, we cover emasculation and how to stop nagging and mothering him and getting him to actually empty the dishwasher or whatever it is you want him to do, creating polarity, and then in the new live recording of part three, we're gonna be covering manifesting and attracting him in, your nervous system and attachment styles, trusting him to lead.
- 20:48SPEAKER_05: Plus, there is plenty of time for questions where you can bring your own personal circumstances and we can work through them.
- 20:55SPEAKER_05: I want you to have a relationship that nourishes your soul, where you feel held and supported and like it's better than you ever dreamed of.
- 21:04SPEAKER_05: A man who leads, who gives, and it just feels so good.
- 21:08SPEAKER_05: Plus, it's hot, it's passionate, it's steamy, and it leaves you turned on.
- 21:13SPEAKER_05: You truly get to have it all.
- 21:14SPEAKER_05: You get to have the relationships with your dreams and the man of your dreams, and this is what it's going to teach you.
- 21:19SPEAKER_05: So, what we cover, like I said, great if you are in a relationship or you're looking to attract someone in.
- 21:25SPEAKER_05: This is everything that's allowed me to have such a strong, nourishing relationship.
- 21:31SPEAKER_05: Honestly, this has changed the life of so many people, it's changed the life of my one-on-ones.
- 21:34SPEAKER_05: Every time someone jumps in and joins, it blows their mind what's in there, and they start implementing it.
- 21:40SPEAKER_05: And all of a sudden, their husbands, their boyfriends are leading, it's having amazing sex, it's it's incredible.
- 21:46SPEAKER_05: So I will leave the link down in the description box for you to join.
- 21:50SPEAKER_05: I cannot wait to see you inside.
- 21:52SPEAKER_05: Oh my gosh, crazy.
- 21:54SPEAKER_05: Okay, I'm gonna star that.
- 21:55SPEAKER_05: Um, Marks, can you take that and make it a soundboy?
- 21:59SPEAKER_05: Because if that's not Perfect soundbite for this episode, and if that's not the most perfect unplanned plug for Lamb the Man, definitely join because I talk all about how to communicate and get them to do that.
- 22:10SPEAKER_05: But thank you.
- 22:11SPEAKER_05: I didn't even plan that.
- 22:12SPEAKER_05: I love you.
- 22:14SPEAKER_05: But I think that's really important because I like you said about the fire.
- 22:17SPEAKER_05: I'm not saying, you know, why don't you do the dishwasher?
- 22:20SPEAKER_05: You never buy me flowers, why don't you do this?
- 22:23SPEAKER_03: Like if you did that, I wouldn't even do it.
- 22:25SPEAKER_05: Well, yeah, no.
- 22:26SPEAKER_03: Like, it's literally like and it's funny because I almost never understood this before of like when you nag someone, they're literally gonna just do the complete opposite.
- 22:36SPEAKER_05: I think it's a men thing too.
- 22:37SPEAKER_05: Yeah, like because then you're mothering them too, and then like what the f you nag me for?
- 22:41SPEAKER_03: Like, god damn, just ask me.
- 22:43SPEAKER_03: Like, we're simple.
- 22:44SPEAKER_03: Just ask us questions.
- 22:47SPEAKER_05: But like in a in a nice way.
- 22:48SPEAKER_05: It's like it's not like why didn't you do the dishwasher?
- 22:50SPEAKER_05: Why don't you get me flowers?
- 22:51SPEAKER_05: Like, not like that.
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: Like, we're not complicated.
- 22:54SPEAKER_03: We're real.
- 22:55SPEAKER_05: That's what I think a lot of people don't understand.
- 22:56SPEAKER_05: They're like, they think it's so complicated and they almost need to like backdoor.
- 23:01SPEAKER_05: People ask me, like, how do I get him to do this?
- 23:03SPEAKER_05: And it's not that complicated.
- 23:05SPEAKER_05: I think people just think that you need to like manipulate, and it's you don't need to manipulate, you just need to like ask in a way that's like supportive and loving and not emasculating.
- 23:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like if it's like like you know, we get that stigma of being like like dumb, but it's like, no, we just we're simple.
- 23:25SPEAKER_03: So like just make it simple.
- 23:27SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I like that you said that because you the whole thing about like men being dumb.
- 23:30SPEAKER_05: Like, men are not, just women don't communicate what they actually want directly, and then we expect them to guess and read our minds, and then we get frustrated and annoyed that they didn't guess and read our minds when it's our fault for not communicating directly exactly what we needed.
- 23:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like how do we know what you want?
- 23:43SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm not here to like play Russian roulette and guess what you want today.
- 23:48SPEAKER_03: Just if I ask, just communicate nice and clearly.
- 23:51SPEAKER_03: Perfect.
- 23:52SPEAKER_05: Great in a way that you can understand, specifically.
- 23:54SPEAKER_03: And it makes things so much easier.
- 23:56SPEAKER_05: And I think Or like, go sorry, go ahead.
- 23:59SPEAKER_03: Like, once like you can talk with like a couple of friends of mine um who are women with their boyfriends that they were having communication issues.
- 24:08SPEAKER_03: And it's like when I was talking to them about this, I'm like, just like instead of getting frustrated with us, just take the time to actually explain it to us in a way that makes sense to us.
- 24:19SPEAKER_03: And once she started doing that, like their relationship turned around in that sense because it it became an open flow of communication versus like tit for tat almost.
- 24:32SPEAKER_05: Oh, I hate and this thing worse than a tit for tat.
- 24:34SPEAKER_03: Like, you don't have to be spiteful, just no talk.
- 24:37SPEAKER_05: But I think the spitefulness comes from frustration and resentment when there is like a lack of communication, people aren't being direct, and then they get frustrated that they're not doing things.
- 24:45SPEAKER_05: And most of the time they haven't been asked or they're not asking directly in a supportive way.
- 24:49SPEAKER_05: They're maybe like nagging or doing it rudely.
- 24:52SPEAKER_05: But like basic things, like when I tell you that I need you to take care of the kitchen because I've like slammed the call today, that's very direct.
- 24:59SPEAKER_05: You know exactly what I mean.
- 25:01SPEAKER_03: And I am going to say she's literally a hurricane in the kitchen.
- 25:04SPEAKER_05: Well, I I when I cook, I cook.
- 25:06SPEAKER_05: What do you what do you want from me?
- 25:07SPEAKER_05: Okay, that was perfect.
- 25:08SPEAKER_05: That was a perfect answer.
- 25:10SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
- 25:11SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 25:12SPEAKER_05: Next question.
- 25:13SPEAKER_05: This one's gonna make you laugh when I saw it.
- 25:17SPEAKER_05: How do you two create boundaries between being in the moment and making content during experiences?
- 25:24SPEAKER_05: I saw this and I was like, life is just content.
- 25:28SPEAKER_05: Like I think you and I are just so used to it that like it's not it doesn't take away from the experience.
- 25:33SPEAKER_05: I don't know, but like I'm gonna have you answer it and then maybe, or do you want me to go first?
- 25:38SPEAKER_03: Like Yeah, you can I I'm gonna see what you say because all the being in the moment versus creating content, and I don't A, like you're assuming that creating content is you not being in the moment, but I think like there's a time where we create content and then we be in the moment.
- 25:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, there's also the fact is that you like creating content, like yeah, like I probably like it more.
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: I and I'm gonna say this, I will probably like making content more than anyone you will ever meet because you like making content even more than I do.
- 26:09SPEAKER_05: I'm like, is the photo shoot done?
- 26:11SPEAKER_05: Have we got the shot?
- 26:12SPEAKER_05: And you like keep going, and I'm like, I'm done, I'm done.
- 26:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like you want 10 photos, I take 500.
- 26:17SPEAKER_03: Like to me, that is a crime of passion.
- 26:22SPEAKER_03: So for me to pick up my camera and do what I do is like But that's because you love what you do.
- 26:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like that's what I'm saying.
- 26:28SPEAKER_05: But I don't think it doesn't take away from us being present because it also doesn't take that long because when you do it, it like we bang it out and then it is done, but it's also fun, like it doesn't take away, it's not something we dread.
- 26:43SPEAKER_05: It's like we are in this really cool location.
- 26:45SPEAKER_05: Let's get some like banging shots, like let's take some money shots.
- 26:48SPEAKER_05: Like, to me, like Tulum, for example, was fun.
- 26:51SPEAKER_05: Like when I got wet in the water, like to me, it's fun doing that, so it doesn't take away from the moment, it allows your genius, and to me, is something that you are really skilled at, and it allows you to shine and allows me to get obviously great content, me to have fun with you, and it's kind of like something we do together that's honestly bonding more than it is taking away from anything.
- 27:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like it's like anything to do with like content or shooting at that point, it's not there's almost no way you could put it in a negative spin, even if say conditions are bad and like trying to make something work when lighting and stuff isn't the best.
- 27:28SPEAKER_03: It's like it's still fun to do it, it doesn't, nothing takes away from the moment.
- 27:32SPEAKER_03: It's because I wouldn't say, and I would say this is where I challenge someone's mindset at that point of you are looking at that as this has to be a task versus something more simpler at that point, and it doesn't need to be overcomplicated, like it can be fun, you can have fun making content, it doesn't have to be dreadful.
- 27:54SPEAKER_05: No, but I think maybe if the this person's partner may not be like a photographer like you who loves making content, I don't know, then maybe it's like a drag in terms of being present.
- 28:03SPEAKER_05: I don't I don't know, but I just don't think it has to take away, it doesn't have to mean that you're not present, but it also doesn't take that long either.
- 28:12SPEAKER_05: Like it doesn't have to take like on our t loom trip, like it doesn't take long in Europe, like it doesn't take long out of like when we do like that sunrise, it's not sunrise, sunset shape what that took 30 minutes out of our whole day, yeah.
- 28:24SPEAKER_05: Like and to me, like I said, it's to me it's not being present.
- 28:27SPEAKER_05: Okay, next question, but good question.
- 28:29SPEAKER_05: What if you don't value the same things?
- 28:32SPEAKER_05: Do you like everything she does?
- 28:34SPEAKER_03: Definitely not.
- 28:36SPEAKER_05: Yeah, no, you don't so but what about like I think in terms of like the the value the same things and like do you like everything?
- 28:44SPEAKER_05: So like if you don't value the same things, like how to yeah, so you don't like can you expand on that?
- 28:48SPEAKER_05: Like things maybe you don't like, and what if you don't value the same thing?
- 28:52SPEAKER_05: Like like you don't like as much I'm gonna say bougie, like yeah, could care less about like in terms of where we stay in for hotels, yeah.
- 29:00SPEAKER_05: Like like it doesn't matter as much to you as it does to me.
- 29:03SPEAKER_05: Yeah, like If stay at a holiday and like it doesn't really matter, yeah.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: Like for me, like where we stay or anything like uh quote unquote bougie, like I could really give two shits about, to be honest.
- 29:14SPEAKER_03: I could sleep on a tent on the grass, even with a pillow on the grass, and I'd be more than content.
- 29:20SPEAKER_03: That stuff doesn't really matter to me, but I know for you it's very important and you find a lot of joy in it.
- 29:29SPEAKER_03: So for me, it's it's no problem.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: This is what you love this, you enjoy this a lot?
- 29:36SPEAKER_03: Perfect, great.
- 29:37SPEAKER_03: I'm in.
- 29:38SPEAKER_03: That's it.
- 29:41SPEAKER_03: I don't think about it, it's more of just okay, perfect in.
- 29:45SPEAKER_03: And like I'll turn that and say that's like something that you have absolutely zero desire in Formula One.
- 29:50SPEAKER_03: And I am religious of I will watch that wherever we are in the world.
- 29:54SPEAKER_05: Oh, I know you're watching it on the beach and Tulum.
- 29:56SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 29:56SPEAKER_03: I'm sitting there with my iPad and beach and Tulum, enjoying my mojito watching Formula One on the beach.
- 30:02SPEAKER_05: I But I think like what I hear from what you're saying is that like we don't necessarily always value the same things, but we respect what the other person values.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 30:10SPEAKER_05: Like when you spend$80 on playing cards and I don't see the value, I respect that for some reason we need to spend$80 on playing cards that never get used.
- 30:19SPEAKER_03: It was$160.
- 30:20SPEAKER_05: Okay, whatever.
- 30:21SPEAKER_05: Is it about my point?
- 30:23SPEAKER_05: But I know that you value because you find this one that really cool.
- 30:27SPEAKER_05: Or I don't know, when you you spend on other things.
- 30:30SPEAKER_05: I'm I'm assuming Wuchi means like value the same things or like in terms of like spending money or doing experiences and stuff like that.
- 30:39SPEAKER_05: So, like, you know, you go to the fancy hotels because you know that I like them and I value them, and correct.
- 30:47SPEAKER_04: Like I don't know.
- 30:51SPEAKER_05: It's like a respect and understanding of each other, and because it makes the other person happy, then it's it's it's a value to you in a different way because of the value you get from the value I get.
- 31:01SPEAKER_05: It's like that that hotel gives me so much value of like pleasure and joy.
- 31:05SPEAKER_05: Like what we ordered room service, like there's nothing better than sitting in bed having room service, having fries, if they've got truffle fries, amazing, and or my morning coffee in bed in a nice hotel room in a robe, like there's nothing better.
- 31:20SPEAKER_05: Like, I don't and for me, I don't even care what theness of the city I'm in, it's more about the hotel.
- 31:25SPEAKER_03: And like this is and this is a prime example of what I'll say is like for her, this rejuvenates her nervous system tenfold.
- 31:31SPEAKER_03: And for me, I want nothing more to be out of that room and in a coffee shop with a whole bunch of stuff going on, enjoying my coffee.
- 31:39SPEAKER_03: Where she would want to be in a quiet, desolate place to enjoy her coffee quietly, where I much rather be in the hustle and the bustle for it.
- 31:49SPEAKER_03: But it's what's important for her, and that's one of the main things.
- 31:54SPEAKER_03: It's like I'm willing to kind of I wouldn't say sacrifice, but like competent.
- 31:58SPEAKER_05: Oh yeah, sacrifice the talking about this with um the our friend the other day of like, oh yeah, they they sacrifice the things when they uh they fly and the lie flat beds and they say the box.
- 32:10SPEAKER_01: Hey, listen, you can shove me anytime you want in a box and I will go.
- 32:15SPEAKER_05: But I love variants because then I think it's important because those things like value.
- 32:18SPEAKER_05: So, like, I don't know, if your partner wants to like go golfing with the guys, like you may not value that, but if he values it, then that nourishes him, which then allows him to then show up for you in the relationship, just like me being nourished about room service in my robe or coffee, or like my my$40 room service coffee in the morning, because God knows why places I don't know why they don't have in-room coffee absurd in New York that it's a good thing.
- 32:39SPEAKER_03: Absurd in coffee shit.
- 32:41SPEAKER_05: Okay, it's just not strong with you like it.
- 32:43SPEAKER_05: Anyways, that's not the point, is that it adds to the relationship as a byproduct.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: Correct.
- 32:49SPEAKER_05: So you don't have to like all the same things, but I you just have to understand, like, look at the value of what that gives them and how that will also by giving as someone giving to themselves, it gives to your relationship.
- 33:01SPEAKER_03: And I would say that like it's a lot of it has to do with like if you see your partner truly enjoy something, then you shouldn't get like if you get upset because they enjoy something, then there's a whole lot of other shit to do that.
- 33:16SPEAKER_05: No, there's a whole lot of other shit going on.
- 33:18SPEAKER_03: You got a whole lot of other bunch of problems that you need to work on because like and I think that's where it'll probably a lot to allude to, like, if you feel like you're being left out because you don't enjoy something, it's like when I go play volleyball like three nights a week, like Oh yeah, I don't get mad at that.
- 33:34SPEAKER_03: No, like see ya.
- 33:35SPEAKER_05: The only thing I don't like is that I have to take a coffee out in the cold, but other than that.
- 33:39SPEAKER_03: She waits for me.
- 33:42SPEAKER_05: But also then that comes back down to me being secure and you know having your own independence within a relationship, having your own things and correct.
- 33:49SPEAKER_05: All that.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: And yeah.
- 33:51SPEAKER_05: Okay, next question.
- 33:53SPEAKER_05: What do you do if you want to spend money on different things?
- 33:56SPEAKER_03: Spend it?
- 33:58SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 33:59SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm the type of person with like I normally don't want I'm normally don't buy a ton of things in general.
- 34:07SPEAKER_03: I tend to spend more money.
- 34:08SPEAKER_05: You ha made random, like the cards that were 160 bucks.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: It's 160 bucks! So what?
- 34:14SPEAKER_05: No, I don't care.
- 34:15SPEAKER_05: It's just funny that like if we want to spend money on different things, I think we can just buy the different things.
- 34:20SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: It's kind of more of just like you just kind of buy it kind of thing.
- 34:25SPEAKER_05: Like what about like, do you hold resentment if I if like I want to spend money, let's say, on like higher quality groceries?
- 34:34SPEAKER_05: Like, do you how do you like I know you don't care, but I don't really care.
- 34:37SPEAKER_05: I'm trying like hypothetically for people listening.
- 34:39SPEAKER_05: I'm guessing this question comes from like maybe they have a finite amount of money, the husband or partner wants to spend it on X, you value Y, like how how would you navigate that?
- 34:50SPEAKER_03: So if I go to logical thinking instead of like just straight impulse, like if you're if you have say a set budget of what you can spend for a certain doesn't matter, whatever it is, and say this is going to bring you a lot of joy, and say we were only spending X amount of dollars on something, and if we did what you wanted to do, it was gonna eat that budget up.
- 35:18SPEAKER_03: If it if I felt like it was going to, and you said and communicated that it this was gonna bring me a lot of joy, sure, of course I'm gonna do it.
- 35:25SPEAKER_03: Why not?
- 35:27SPEAKER_03: Like, it it's it's about like that compromise of like, you know, like if you really want something and it's not necessarily like like it's really gonna rejuvenate you, and you're really gonna like like those cards, they're gonna sit on my shelf for the next 20 years.
- 35:45SPEAKER_05: Yeah, or like when I bought you that thing at Costco, that signed poster of something, I don't even know what who signed it up.
- 35:51SPEAKER_03: So it is Michael Schumacher.
- 35:54SPEAKER_03: Okay, so my favorite Formula One drive that will be hanging on my wall for the next 30 years.
- 35:59SPEAKER_05: I know, and like you value that, and I'm just like, I'll get it gives you, and like, drop it.
- 36:03SPEAKER_03: I was literally the happiest, I was like a kid in the candy store.
- 36:06SPEAKER_03: I like uh if you really value something, your partner should be understanding.
- 36:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but that's the point of that.
- 36:14SPEAKER_03: Like if it's excessive, like if that was a$5,000 like But I've wanted to spend thousands on things, then I kind of just more notify you that I'm doing it.
- 36:24SPEAKER_03: Well, it depends what it is.
- 36:25SPEAKER_03: If I think it's up absolutely absurd, but I'd rather come to something absurd.
- 36:30SPEAKER_05: But like what's absurd maybe for us may be absurd, like hypothetically, too.
- 36:35SPEAKER_03: But like yeah, like if you came to me saying I want to buy this$20,000 purse, I would literally just laugh in your face.
- 36:41SPEAKER_03: Like, it's just like I just to me that is just unfathomable, and it's just like why are you going to get that return on investment on that?
- 36:51SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I understand what you're saying.
- 36:53SPEAKER_05: Well, it's not I don't say it's not always about that, but you also do like technically to me, it's like, do you get the return on investment of pleasure?
- 37:00SPEAKER_05: Like, would I get$20,000 of pleasure?
- 37:02SPEAKER_05: Maybe, maybe not.
- 37:03SPEAKER_05: There is no person I want like that, but like when I bought the Louie, I get that amount of pleasure.
- 37:08SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 37:09SPEAKER_05: When we fly first class, I get that amount of pleasure.
- 37:11SPEAKER_03: Correct, I agree.
- 37:12SPEAKER_03: And and this is where I mean it's all and that's why I said, like, it doesn't matter what the dollar figure or something, it could be a lot of people.
- 37:17SPEAKER_05: No, because sometimes it's like a the Christmas cup at Starbucks.
- 37:19SPEAKER_05: You were laughing at me at the mall on Saturday morning because I was like on top of the world because I had my Christmas cup and we were Christmas shopping, and that was like under ten dollars of joy for infinitely amount.
- 37:30SPEAKER_03: And like even going to home sense trips and like checking the Christmas mugs there for our morning coffee.
- 37:35SPEAKER_03: Like spending those five dollars on a mug is exponentially worth that because it's so much joy in the morning pouring coffee into fun mugs.
- 37:46SPEAKER_05: Exactly.
- 37:47SPEAKER_05: So in terms of what do you do if you want to spend money on different things, we spend it on different things because we want each other to be happy and we want to support each other, is essentially kind of you know, there's like a an understanding of like if you were to actually explain it, it's not fiverless just for the sake of buying it, but for like this is actually gonna be like rejuvenating and nourishing to me, or you know, for example, comfort is something that you know I value, so to me, flying is more about the comfort of the plane than it is like the label of it.
- 38:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, for sure.
- 38:17SPEAKER_03: You're it's definitely more a comfort level for you.
- 38:20SPEAKER_03: Anything that makes you comfortable is generally exponentially higher on the ranked list.
- 38:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:29SPEAKER_05: You never really feel like I feel like you never flinch or like say no to us spending money on things.
- 38:36SPEAKER_03: Depends, but no, most of the time no.
- 38:39SPEAKER_05: But I also like sandboard off of you and I ask like, do you think this is a good idea?
- 38:42SPEAKER_05: Do you think this is like what do we make like investments into those like assets and stuff like that?
- 38:46SPEAKER_05: Correct.
- 38:46SPEAKER_05: I kind of like I ask you without really asking, I'm like, oh, what do you think should we do it?
- 38:51SPEAKER_03: And like um and I would say that it's like that open line of communication with your partner about spending money.
- 39:00SPEAKER_03: Like you should be able to talk about money and not fearful of it.
- 39:04SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 39:05SPEAKER_05: And then it's like that's I think oh sorry, go ahead.
- 39:08SPEAKER_05: No, I think a lot of people are scared like to talk about it, so they just don't, and then they fight about it because there's not an open line of communication communication about it, and then all that does is build resentment.
- 39:17SPEAKER_05: So it's like people are like really fearful to talk about money, which I feel like I was very transparent with you from the get-go of like this is what I value, this is what like if you think that I'm gonna be not eating like grass-fed meat, and like you're gonna be, I don't know, buying scrappers, like uh this is not the case for me.
- 39:35SPEAKER_05: Like, this is how the standard with with which I live my life, and you had to basically agree to that.
- 39:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that was one thing that I will say that like I mean, you're lucky, I just don't care about food.
- 39:46SPEAKER_05: But you taste the difference.
- 39:47SPEAKER_03: That's food.
- 39:48SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I know.
- 39:49SPEAKER_05: But like that's what I mean.
- 39:50SPEAKER_05: Like, there's just a good book uh communication about it.
- 39:55SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 39:56SPEAKER_05: Next question.
- 39:57SPEAKER_05: This one's funny.
- 40:00SPEAKER_05: Do you always do everything live as hell no?
- 40:04SPEAKER_05: Okay, but you like if I ask you to clean like the kitchen, you do that.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:09SPEAKER_05: But like you're not perfect, you don't always remember everything.
- 40:11SPEAKER_05: But you remember most things, you get better.
- 40:14SPEAKER_05: But like you still sometimes leave socks on the floor.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: Or I leave them for the dog.
- 40:20SPEAKER_00: She likes them.
- 40:21SPEAKER_05: But I also I think I don't necessarily nag all the time.
- 40:28SPEAKER_05: Unless you like when you forget like 50 times, I gently remind you, like, when you put the dishes, no, when you put the dishes in the sink, when I like if the dishwasher is empty, I want you to put it like in the dishwasher instead of putting the sink.
- 40:40SPEAKER_05: If I've noticed you've like forgotten a few times, I gently remind you to like please check the dishwasher before putting like stuff like that, right?
- 40:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 40:51SPEAKER_05: But are you perfect?
- 40:53SPEAKER_05: No, but also I'm not perfect.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: When you want to be perfect.
- 40:57SPEAKER_05: But also, like, I don't I don't get like off my rocker if you forget to do a couple things.
- 41:04SPEAKER_05: But then if I asked you, you would do it.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:07SPEAKER_05: So like, yes, I think you just sometimes forget, but there's no like hostility towards you not doing something.
- 41:13SPEAKER_03: Well, no.
- 41:15SPEAKER_03: But like.
- 41:18SPEAKER_05: But if I asked you to take out the garbage, you would do it.
- 41:21SPEAKER_03: We don't even know what garbage to it is.
- 41:23SPEAKER_03: I really don't.
- 41:23SPEAKER_05: I know it's there to say.
- 41:24SPEAKER_05: Then I remind you somebody said when it's there to say because I'm the one locking the dog.
- 41:28SPEAKER_05: But yeah, you kind of you do things that I ask, but you never like say no.
- 41:35SPEAKER_05: And you've never ever said to me, like, oh, I'll take out the trash if you clean the dishes.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: That'd be funny.
- 41:43SPEAKER_05: No, but like, which is something I think I really value.
- 41:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I'm doing it.
- 41:47SPEAKER_05: But I think in a lot of instances it's like there's there's no tit for tat.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: The only job you have is laundry.
- 41:54SPEAKER_05: God, I hate the laundry.
- 41:56SPEAKER_03: That's it.
- 41:58SPEAKER_05: So you do, but even then, like you're sometimes even I've come home and you've holding the laundry, which is really nice.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: True.
- 42:04SPEAKER_05: Because you know, I get overwhelmed with the bucket's locked.
- 42:07SPEAKER_05: So, like, you kind of do do the things that I ask.
- 42:09SPEAKER_05: There's sometimes you're not, you don't remember everything, but also you're human, so I don't expect you to remember everything all the time.
- 42:15SPEAKER_05: But then once we kind of instill it in there, then you kind of remember.
- 42:18SPEAKER_03: Things become routine.
- 42:20SPEAKER_05: Yes, they become routine and then you like remember them.
- 42:22SPEAKER_03: Correct.
- 42:25SPEAKER_05: But like, also I think it'd be different if that I'm not like you know nagging you about things.
- 42:30SPEAKER_05: Like, I I really try to like be conscious and watch how I remind you.
- 42:34SPEAKER_05: Like how you leave your shoes all the time, which I guarantee if I were to look right now, there'd be shoes by the door.
- 42:39SPEAKER_05: That's what they're not there.
- 42:45SPEAKER_05: Wow.
- 42:46SPEAKER_05: See?
- 42:46SPEAKER_05: Guys, it works.
- 42:48SPEAKER_05: Always leave your shoes right by the door, because then I can't get out of the door, Kashki can't get out, and everyone trips over your shoes trying to get out the door.
- 42:54SPEAKER_03: I don't know what to say.
- 42:55SPEAKER_03: It's not my fault.
- 42:56SPEAKER_05: But look, they're not there, and I'm actually quite surprised.
- 42:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, they might be.
- 43:00SPEAKER_01: Then you just might not be able to see them.
- 43:02SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 43:04SPEAKER_05: Let's see.
- 43:08SPEAKER_03: Your shoes are here.
- 43:09SPEAKER_03: My out of there.
- 43:11SPEAKER_03: Actually, two pairs are.
- 43:12SPEAKER_05: My shoes, no.
- 43:13SPEAKER_03: Yes, they are with your slippers there.
- 43:15SPEAKER_03: My boots.
- 43:15SPEAKER_03: Yours are not shoes.
- 43:16SPEAKER_03: My boots and shoes are both out of the closet in front of the door.
- 43:19SPEAKER_05: Oh, okay.
- 43:19SPEAKER_05: Well, correction.
- 43:20SPEAKER_05: They're there.
- 43:21SPEAKER_03: Well, they're out of the way by the door, but they're there.
- 43:24SPEAKER_03: I just want to clarify.
- 43:25SPEAKER_03: I purposely did them there.
- 43:27SPEAKER_05: Busy.
- 43:28SPEAKER_05: So they're not like perfect.
- 43:29SPEAKER_05: We're working on it, but I also I'm not a drill solar gent.
- 43:33SPEAKER_03: I'm not putting all my shoes in the closet every day when I have to go out all the time.
- 43:38SPEAKER_05: Okay, so that was the answer to that one.
- 43:40SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 43:42SPEAKER_05: Only a couple more, but they're really good ones.
- 43:45SPEAKER_05: What do I do if he's mothered by his own mom?
- 43:49SPEAKER_05: So, like, I grabbed this from like the end of a paragraph.
- 43:53SPEAKER_05: Um, essentially, like, she was having trouble because his mom, like, really mothered.
- 44:00SPEAKER_05: Him so that he doesn't really help out around the house or kind of like do the things because his mom kind of like goats upon him, which I kind of feel like I think you had to learn how to do a lot of things on your own with me.
- 44:22SPEAKER_02: Like what?
- 44:23SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
- 44:24SPEAKER_05: Like cooking.
- 44:25SPEAKER_03: I can cook fine.
- 44:27SPEAKER_03: I can cook.
- 44:28SPEAKER_03: Cook delicious meals.
- 44:29SPEAKER_03: I can cook what feeds me.
- 44:31SPEAKER_05: The question is, what do I do if he's mother, but like so like he's kind of used to him mom like doing everything for him, so he's not just like he's not used to having to do things for like his partner because his mom does things and still does things for him.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: He has to want to do them.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: So that's your answer.
- 44:47SPEAKER_05: Like he just has to want to do it for himself.
- 44:49SPEAKER_05: What would make you want to do it?
- 44:50SPEAKER_05: Because I know no.
- 44:51SPEAKER_05: Did your mom do your laundry?
- 44:52SPEAKER_05: I forgot.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, 100%.
- 44:54SPEAKER_05: Yeah, she used to do it.
- 44:54SPEAKER_01: Why the fuck would I do it?
- 44:56SPEAKER_05: So what makes you kind of want to do things now?
- 45:00SPEAKER_05: Same thing as before?
- 45:01SPEAKER_03: I would do everything except laundry.
- 45:04SPEAKER_03: But like yet again, we are a task base.
- 45:07SPEAKER_03: So if someone's gonna do something for us, which takes something off of our workload, no offense, but why would we do that?
- 45:15SPEAKER_03: Why would we go against that?
- 45:17SPEAKER_03: Especially coming from a European background.
- 45:21SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I think this question's very much a cultural thing, I think, in a lot of them where moms do a lot for their sons and almost like That's standard though.
- 45:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 45:30SPEAKER_03: Like you would be out of the norm in European if you could.
- 45:32SPEAKER_05: I don't I'm definitely not your mother.
- 45:34SPEAKER_05: Like I guarantee you, I am not you clean better than me.
- 45:36SPEAKER_05: Yeah, you're horrible at cleaning.
- 45:38SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I am.
- 45:38SPEAKER_05: But like I don't I definitely don't mother you.
- 45:40SPEAKER_05: The most mothering thing is like I kind of do your laundry, but it's not to me that's just taking care of that's not even mothering, but like I don't yeah, I don't mother you at all.
- 45:49SPEAKER_05: So is it like me by me not mothering you?
- 45:51SPEAKER_05: Do you feel like that needs you kind of rise up if that makes sense?
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: Like yes no?
- 46:00SPEAKER_03: Like, I I don't know how to answer this because in the sense of like I think this is more of a if the answer you're looking for.
- 46:09SPEAKER_05: If he's donated like he's being mothered by his mom and he has this, how does she get him to lead and do things around the house and stuff like that?
- 46:19SPEAKER_05: If he's never had to before.
- 46:25SPEAKER_03: Then that's where you approach that.
- 46:27SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 46:28SPEAKER_03: Not like yet again, if someone's gonna come here and clean and I'll have to, I'm not gonna stop them.
- 46:35SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 46:36SPEAKER_05: Well, it's actually interesting you say that because in the context of this question, it was like um an Instagram DM, she ends up doing herself because she's like waiting for him to do it, or he doesn't do it right.
- 46:49SPEAKER_05: So she ends up doing it herself.
- 46:51SPEAKER_03: That's something else.
- 46:52SPEAKER_03: And then if you're not happy with something that we execute, and you're gonna go back and do it, if you so if I cleaned, and then you went back and overcleaned what I just cleaned.
- 47:03SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but you're good at it, so I know, but I know you gotta understand something.
- 47:06SPEAKER_03: If I didn't do it to what you wanted it to, and then you went back and did it, I would never do it again.
- 47:11SPEAKER_05: No, but I'm in her case, he's not even doing it at all.
- 47:17SPEAKER_05: But then so she just like she's like, oh let me just do it, and she just kind of does it.
- 47:22SPEAKER_03: Well, that's the problem.
- 47:24SPEAKER_03: Gotta let him.
- 47:26SPEAKER_03: You have to he ha like you have to wait for him to do it or communicate in a way that is going to make him respond and get him to do it.
- 47:34SPEAKER_03: Like, what's he waiting for?
- 47:36SPEAKER_03: Like, there's so much more to this.
- 47:38SPEAKER_03: Like, that's not.
- 47:39SPEAKER_05: But I like that answer.
- 47:40SPEAKER_05: Like, I I think it gives it some context.
- 47:43SPEAKER_05: That's helpful.
- 47:45SPEAKER_05: Because like you said, you have to want to do it, and you can't go over and do the same things and it motivates him not to do it.
- 47:50SPEAKER_05: So you answered her question directly.
- 47:51SPEAKER_05: I feel like that's a good answer.
- 47:55SPEAKER_05: Yeah, but she may uh I don't know the full context.
- 47:57SPEAKER_05: So she may not be asking, maybe she's not asking in the right way, maybe she hasn't put a time limit.
- 48:04SPEAKER_00: I'll answer.
- 48:05SPEAKER_05: But it's like, you know, maybe he you ask him to clean the kitchen, and he's like, okay, I'll clean the kitchen, and he thinks about it, he'll do it today, and maybe it's like noon and you're like frustrated that he hasn't cleaned the kitchen yet, but maybe in his mind he's gonna, I don't know, do it after he goes to the gym or after he cooks lunch.
- 48:20SPEAKER_03: Correct.
- 48:20SPEAKER_03: So if you want him to do something, you need to cook something.
- 48:22SPEAKER_03: Don't cover your mouth with microphone.
- 48:24SPEAKER_03: You need to set clear expectations.
- 48:26SPEAKER_03: And if he doesn't do them by the clear expectations, or if say if you need something done by noon, he doesn't do it by noon, then you can at least communicate it saying, hey honey, I asked you to do this by noon.
- 48:39SPEAKER_03: Can you still do it?
- 48:41SPEAKER_03: Just don't nag him about it right away.
- 48:45SPEAKER_03: If it becomes a pattern, then you can apply more pressure.
- 48:49SPEAKER_03: But then he's just being fucking lazy.
- 48:52SPEAKER_05: Okay, good question.
- 48:54SPEAKER_05: Good answer.
- 48:55SPEAKER_05: Alright, next question.
- 48:56SPEAKER_05: We got two more juicy buttons.
- 48:58SPEAKER_05: How do you understand each other's needs?
- 49:04SPEAKER_05: I feel like you kind of just know what I need even before I need it.
- 49:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like I was gonna say, like, I know what you need before you do.
- 49:15SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 49:16SPEAKER_05: Or if I, for any reason, need something, I just come and I tell you.
- 49:19SPEAKER_05: Like, what was the other day?
- 49:21SPEAKER_05: I I came and I told you that I was just sad and I was just having a moment.
- 49:24SPEAKER_05: I just like need to get some emotion out of crying and like you should be feel better.
- 49:28SPEAKER_05: But I told you what I need.
- 49:29SPEAKER_05: Like, I'm like, this is what I need, like, I need a little a little pep topic, a little chit-chat.
- 49:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 49:35SPEAKER_05: I need top things out.
- 49:36SPEAKER_03: It's just clear communication.
- 49:38SPEAKER_03: Like, even the other day when I was not feeling the best, it's like just straight up and say it.
- 49:45SPEAKER_03: Like, just talk to your partner or significant other whatever.
- 49:50SPEAKER_03: It's just about like what you need from them today, and if that means sitting down in the morning over coffee or whatever, and just kind of discussing what you need through the day.
- 50:00SPEAKER_03: Or what can I I love that.
- 50:01SPEAKER_05: I love when we do that.
- 50:02SPEAKER_05: I love when we discuss over coffee our needs.
- 50:05SPEAKER_05: It's so yummy, like it turns me on.
- 50:08SPEAKER_03: I feel like you always have more than me.
- 50:10SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I have more needs.
- 50:12SPEAKER_05: Not gonna deny that.
- 50:14SPEAKER_05: I'm also a projector, like I have more needs.
- 50:17SPEAKER_05: But you satisfy all of them, so disaster.
- 50:26SPEAKER_05: Um, but that yeah, so basically understanding each other's needs comes down to communication.
- 50:30SPEAKER_03: It's just all communication, that's all it is at the end of the day.
- 50:32SPEAKER_05: And also, I feel like you get into a routine of like knowing your partner.
- 50:36SPEAKER_05: Like, I know what you I know when you need to just like go play video games, and I don't get on you for like, why aren't you spending time with me?
- 50:42SPEAKER_05: Why do you want to go play video games?
- 50:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like if you did that, I'd be fucking pissed.
- 50:46SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 50:47SPEAKER_05: So I think it's also understanding each other's needs, but it's also being willing to give the other person what they need and not make that personal about you.
- 50:57SPEAKER_03: Correct, yes.
- 50:58SPEAKER_05: Like when I need space, you could you don't make that personal about you.
- 51:02SPEAKER_03: No, I'm bye.
- 51:03SPEAKER_03: Have fun.
- 51:04SPEAKER_05: Yeah, or any of my like alone timer, or I just don't want to talk.
- 51:06SPEAKER_05: Like there are so many times where like if I've got a like five client calls that day and you try to talk to me during lunch, I know you know not, and like I just you don't get phased by it anymore of like 10 minutes.
- 51:15SPEAKER_03: Well at first it was like, what the hell?
- 51:16SPEAKER_03: Fucking am I talking for?
- 51:17SPEAKER_03: Now it's like okay, bye.
- 51:18SPEAKER_05: I'm like, I don't exist.
- 51:20SPEAKER_05: Bye!
- 51:20SPEAKER_03: See ya.
- 51:21SPEAKER_03: There's a fucking brick wall here, you're in another building.
- 51:24SPEAKER_05: Okay, last question.
- 51:28SPEAKER_05: What do you do to create polarity in a relationship, especially when life is busy?
- 51:36SPEAKER_05: Do you want to answer that first?
- 51:40SPEAKER_03: I would just make like either have designated hard outs.
- 51:45SPEAKER_05: What do you mean by hard out?
- 51:46SPEAKER_05: Someone might not know what that means.
- 51:48SPEAKER_03: Like uh, say on a Wednesday at 7 p.m.
- 51:52SPEAKER_03: I don't really give a shit what's going on in the day, but it's a hard out.
- 51:56SPEAKER_03: Doesn't matter what fucking shit you gotta do, what deadlines you got, that's whatever, couple time, whatever you gotta do.
- 52:05SPEAKER_03: Like ours are normally Fridays for the hard outs.
- 52:08SPEAKER_03: It's normally date night, like you literally have to just like roughly plan, but like you have to be kind of sticky on them at that point because like yeah, life gets busy, like yeah, we could both work 20 hours a day if we really wanted to.
- 52:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 52:25SPEAKER_03: Like a certain point is it's like what's more important?
- 52:29SPEAKER_05: It's like setting in the time to prioritize, like no matter what, doing those things.
- 52:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like it doesn't matter how swamped we are if I have a deadline by 6 a.m.
- 52:37SPEAKER_03: tomorrow morning, if it's that day, then I gotta figure it out.
- 52:41SPEAKER_03: Like you gotta have that heart out for at least that's what I think.
- 52:45SPEAKER_05: Like I agree, but they're also saying polarity, so it's not just making time, but like having you know, it not get stale or it not get, you know, kind of it's almost like you get busy with life, and before you know it, I don't know, you haven't had sex in three months, and you like haven't even like you just you run all day and then you go to sleep to bed.
- 53:10SPEAKER_05: Maybe you sleep in the same bed, but like there's not much intimacy going on, and because there's like these babies, maybe they also have kids, and but I think I also and I said this when we're pregnant, I was like, I am not going to let that affect our relationship because I'll never, you know, I wouldn't just be a mom.
- 53:28SPEAKER_05: And there's nothing wrong with being a mom, but I think it's important not to lose yourself and lose your relationship in your life.
- 53:34SPEAKER_05: So whether you're an entrepreneur, whether you're really busy working at corporate, whether you're a mom, you can be all those things, but it's also about being in a relationship, like you're also in a relationship, right?
- 53:45SPEAKER_05: Yeah, so it's important not to lose those things.
- 53:48SPEAKER_05: As I always said, like life can get busy, but if I don't have like the relationship and it's starting to affect that, then something else to me has to go, and we have to figure out you know a different way to like go around that.
- 54:02SPEAKER_05: Like I remember when we were having the discussion about you know, maybe how my business would look, about having kids and etc.
- 54:09SPEAKER_05: like that.
- 54:09SPEAKER_05: I was like, we need help.
- 54:11SPEAKER_05: Like, there's no way I can run a business, do all these things, be a partner, be a wife, be a mom, and run a business.
- 54:19SPEAKER_05: So like I know for sure, like for me, I needed help.
- 54:22SPEAKER_05: And so we were gonna definitely have like what do you want to call it, a a a nanny, a night earth, whatever you want to call it.
- 54:28SPEAKER_05: But like for me, I know that.
- 54:29SPEAKER_05: So for other people, Kashi, hi sweetheart, I think it's important to know that like what what is your capacity and what needs to be freed up for your relationship to not go to the sidelines.
- 54:44SPEAKER_05: And I think unfortunately, sometimes people, the relationship goes to the sidelines with like work or stuff like that, because like like you just said, you and I could both work all the time.
- 54:56SPEAKER_05: We work technically could never end if we chose for it.
- 55:00SPEAKER_05: But we it's a choice that we make or the relationship.
- 55:04SPEAKER_05: But I think oftentimes people prioritize anything and everything else, and then the relationship is the first thing to go to the wayside.
- 55:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, for sure.
- 55:12SPEAKER_03: It just comes down to what's your priority at the end of the day.
- 55:18SPEAKER_03: You prioritize your partner and actually communicate and spend time, like it doesn't have to be something like crazy or fancy, like we love playing cards.
- 55:27SPEAKER_03: Could be something as easy as playing cards for a half hour.
- 55:30SPEAKER_05: You know, I love our morning talks where we just talk about life and our goals and our dreams.
- 55:38SPEAKER_05: Our morning coffee talks.
- 55:39SPEAKER_05: I love them.
- 55:40SPEAKER_05: But to me that's tons of quality time, like I wouldn't trade that for anything.
- 55:44SPEAKER_05: I love our morning talks.
- 55:48SPEAKER_05: Um, but also I think with the polarity piece of thing I just want to add in is that in with polarity, like you need that balance of like masculine and feminine, right?
- 55:58SPEAKER_05: So if I'm really in my masculine, that's also gonna dwindle the polarity.
- 56:02SPEAKER_05: So if life gets busy, and I know especially for me, when life's getting busy for me, I have to be very conscious of like not getting into my masculine when life gets busy, because it's easy for women to get into their masculine when things are busy because they get into that like getting shit done mode, which can be useful, but then you also, Akasha, no, let daddy focus.
- 56:24SPEAKER_05: You also want to be able to hop into your feminine in your relationship.
- 56:28SPEAKER_05: So I think it's also like the busyness can sometimes be a distraction.
- 56:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 56:35SPEAKER_02: I don't know what you want me to say.
- 56:37SPEAKER_02: Like your thoughts on that.
- 56:40SPEAKER_05: Like, yes, you're like if I was in there are times where I've had to like really pull myself out of my mouth.
- 56:45SPEAKER_05: If I get too much into work or about too many things going on, like I need to check, whoop, gotta get into my feminine in order to create polarity.
- 56:53SPEAKER_05: Because a lot of time I'm in my hyper masculine, then it it would work.
- 56:56SPEAKER_03: Yes, or I have to pull you out one way or another.
- 56:59SPEAKER_03: But yes.
- 57:00SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't know how you want me to.
- 57:02SPEAKER_03: You need to either give me a scenario to this question didn't come with a scenario.
- 57:06SPEAKER_03: Okay, then I don't know what to really tell you on that front, to be honest.
- 57:12SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 57:13SPEAKER_05: Well.
- 57:14SPEAKER_03: Sorry.
- 57:15SPEAKER_05: No, it's okay.
- 57:17SPEAKER_05: I feel like that's gonna be my answer to that.
- 57:19SPEAKER_05: It's creating polarity when it's busy, is about prioritizing you getting out of your masculine and into your feminine and also valuing the relationship.
- 57:33SPEAKER_05: I think if there's a lot of if you spend a lot of time not valuing it and not communicating, then it's almost like you maybe become roommates.
- 57:41SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 57:42SPEAKER_05: And it becomes stale and dry because you haven't given it kind of like a lot of love in a while, and so you maybe even like you did the Did you really just pick up the dog and put it on my head?
- 57:51SPEAKER_05: She wanted to come on my lap.
- 57:53SPEAKER_00: She wanted to come on my lap.
- 57:55SPEAKER_05: Oh my god, what a giant suck.
- 57:58SPEAKER_05: Are you a bigger suck or a daddy bigger suck?
- 58:00SPEAKER_03: Don't worry about.
- 58:01SPEAKER_05: Oh gosh.
- 58:02SPEAKER_05: This is pretty good.
- 58:02SPEAKER_05: Okay, well, there's now a very large golden retriever, which is not a lap dog, sitting on his lap.
- 58:09SPEAKER_05: And that is the last question of the episode.
- 58:11SPEAKER_05: I hope you guys enjoyed it.
- 58:13SPEAKER_05: I feel like these are really great questions.
- 58:16SPEAKER_05: And if you have more questions, let me know.
- 58:18SPEAKER_05: Definitely jump into Land the Man if you feel like you want to learn how to communicate with wet men.

- 58:30SPEAKER_05: You want to learn how to communicate with men, you wanna unblock yourself to receiving, understand your attachment styles, make your nervous system feel more safe, solve emasculating hand.
- 58:39SPEAKER_05: Basically, all the things we we talked about.
- 58:41SPEAKER_05: I'm diving into there.
- 58:42SPEAKER_05: And I'm really loving how much you guys love this program.
- 58:45SPEAKER_05: So many of you have already messaged me saying, wow, you wished that you knew this sooner and that it was more helpful than 10 years of therapy.
- 58:55SPEAKER_03: So that is really the only thing to say is if anyone has actually any questions, DM her and I will answer you if they're both.
- 59:02SPEAKER_05: Well, here we have a part three.
- 59:03SPEAKER_05: I think we should do a live event.
- 59:04SPEAKER_05: I think next one should be a video.
- 59:05SPEAKER_05: God I think I should bring you on my event.
- 59:07SPEAKER_05: Like, I really think that'd be fun.
- 59:09SPEAKER_05: I think it'd be fun.
- 59:10SPEAKER_00: Don't push.
- 59:12SPEAKER_05: Okay, we're working on it, guys.
- 59:13SPEAKER_05: Alright, thank you guys so much for listening, and I will see you in the next episode.
