- 0:00Speaker 1: What we got here? Well, I have a list. Gina
- 0:04Speaker 1: says she has a list, so I don't know. Should
- 0:05Speaker 1: we have a dueling list?
- 0:08Speaker 2: Okay?
- 0:10Speaker 1: All right, it's Radio from Hell with another list because
- 0:13Speaker 1: people love a good list, Act ninety six. All right,
- 0:17Speaker 1: we'll just go back and forth. All right, what's the
- 0:20Speaker 1: subject of your list? I have eleven very specific thoughts
- 0:25Speaker 1: that highly intelligent people think but never really say out loud.
- 0:30Speaker 1: So so when I read these, if you say to yourself,
- 0:34Speaker 1: oh yeah, I often think that, but I don't say it,
- 0:38Speaker 1: that means you're really intelligent. Okay, so that's your list.
- 0:41Speaker 1: What's Gina's list?
- 0:42Speaker 2: I have infamously bad celebrity hotel guests. HM.
- 0:46Speaker 1: All right, okay, I'll go number one. All right, you
- 0:49Speaker 1: go first. So if you think this but don't say it,
- 0:54Speaker 1: you never really say it out loud, you're highly intelligent. Okay,
- 0:58Speaker 1: you don't really want want me to be honest, Highly
- 1:02Speaker 1: intelligent people are always going to be ten steps ahead. However,
- 1:06Speaker 1: while it may sound good on paper, knowing what's going
- 1:09Speaker 1: to happen before anyone else does, isn't always what it's
- 1:11Speaker 1: cracked up to be. Okay.
- 1:14Speaker 2: In nineteen seventy two, Keith Richards tossed a TV from
- 1:17Speaker 2: a window in his upper room at the Continental Hiatt
- 1:19Speaker 2: House on the Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. This reportedly
- 1:22Speaker 2: caused many hotels to move valuables out of rooms before
- 1:26Speaker 2: the Rolling Stones checked in.
- 1:29Speaker 1: I did that once at a Ramadi. In number two,
- 1:33Speaker 1: If you think this to yourselfie, you don't say it
- 1:35Speaker 1: out loud. You're really smart. This person is so incompetent.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Isn't always their fault. People with high intelligence often operate
- 1:45Speaker 1: on a different level than everyone else, from processing information
- 1:49Speaker 1: faster to being more thorough, and it may lead them
- 1:52Speaker 1: to think, as they're working with someone God, this person
- 1:55Speaker 1: is so incompetent. Bad.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Celebrity hotel guests Ozzy Osbourne and Zach Wilde in two
- 2:02Speaker 2: thousand and two completely destroyed a hotel room in Prague.
- 2:06Speaker 2: The damages cost more than fifty one thousand dollars.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Okay, here's number three. If you think this, you're probably
- 2:14Speaker 1: pretty smart, highly intelligent. Why do I have to do
- 2:18Speaker 1: everything around here?
- 2:22Speaker 2: In two thousand and five, Oscar winning actor Russell Kroge
- 2:24Speaker 2: got so upset he couldn't complete a callback home to
- 2:27Speaker 2: Australia that he threw a phone at the concierge at
- 2:30Speaker 2: the New York's Mercer Hotel. Crowe pled guilty to assault
- 2:33Speaker 2: charges and eventually settled a multi million dollar civil suit.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I remember that Number four. These people aren't being logical
- 2:43Speaker 1: right now. Highly intelligent people prioritize logic over overreactions. High
- 2:51Speaker 1: IQ people struggle to understand people around them. But one
- 2:55Speaker 1: thing they know better than is to say out loud,
- 2:57Speaker 1: you are not being logical right now.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Bad celebrity hotel guest Lindsey Lohan has been blacklisted from
- 3:05Speaker 2: a number of luxury hotels, including LA's Chateau Marmont, where
- 3:08Speaker 2: she ran up a room service charge of forty six,
- 3:11Speaker 2: five hundred and ninety dollars after a two months stay
- 3:14Speaker 2: in twenty twelve. She also cost fifty thousand dollars worth
- 3:18Speaker 2: of damage to her room at the W in New
- 3:20Speaker 2: York City.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I think that that's the hotel's fault, the room service charges.
- 3:25Speaker 1: How do they let her keep racking them up to
- 3:27Speaker 1: forty seven thousand dollars? Number five? Am I the only
- 3:33Speaker 1: one noticing this? Some observation? You have an observation. You
- 3:39Speaker 1: hope somebody around you's going to make a comment about it,
- 3:42Speaker 1: but they don't. You just keep it to yourself. I
- 3:44Speaker 1: guess I'm the only one who notices.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Bad celebrity hotel guest Charlie Sheen found drunk and naked
- 3:50Speaker 2: by police in a totally trashed suite at the Plaza
- 3:53Speaker 2: Hotel in New York in twenty twenty. The actor caused oh,
- 3:56Speaker 2: a mere seven thousand dollars in damages to that one.
- 4:00Speaker 1: That happened to me at the El Rancho on North Temple.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Same thing. Let's see number seven. Maybe it's best if
- 4:09Speaker 1: I stay quiet right now. I think I have had
- 4:15Speaker 1: that thought. Certainly.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Bad celebrity hotel guest Miley Cyrus during her Wrecking Ball era,
- 4:22Speaker 2: the former child star caused a stir after her stay
- 4:24Speaker 2: at the Greenwich Hotel in New York City one night,
- 4:27Speaker 2: Cyrus and her friends jumped up and down on lobby furniture.
- 4:30Speaker 2: When asked by the manager to tone it down, she
- 4:32Speaker 2: reportedly said she spent enough money there to do as
- 4:35Speaker 2: she pleased.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yeah, Number eight, this conversation is going nowhere. We were
- 4:47Speaker 1: talking about that this weekend. Sometimes you are with people
- 4:51Speaker 1: that you don't know quite that well, and they want
- 4:53Speaker 1: to have conversation with you, and then you realize it's
- 4:57Speaker 1: the most boring conversation you've ever been in, or one
- 5:01Speaker 1: of them, but you're you want to be nice, so
- 5:03Speaker 1: you don't say anything about it, okay.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Bad celebrity hotel guest Michael Jackson dangled his nine month
- 5:10Speaker 2: son Blanket Yeah, over the balcony at the Hemple Hotel
- 5:14Speaker 2: in London in two thousand and six, where he had
- 5:17Speaker 2: also asked for an eighteen foot wall to be built
- 5:20Speaker 2: to ensure his privacy.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Number nine, This isn't going to end. Well, you just
- 5:28Speaker 1: see it coming. You don't say anything, but you see
- 5:31Speaker 1: it coming. Okay, let's see.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Do you want one more? I got one more?
- 5:36Speaker 1: One more?
- 5:36Speaker 2: Britney spears bad celebrity hotel guests. One night in two
- 5:39Speaker 2: thousand and seven, she was kicked out of the Chateau Mormont,
- 5:42Speaker 2: Los Angeles. She reportedly smeared food on her face in
- 5:45Speaker 2: the busy hotel restaurant and was labeled persona no grada
- 5:49Speaker 2: at the Los Angeles four seasons after smoking inside and
- 5:52Speaker 2: allowing her dogs to poop all over the hotel's suites.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Well, that smearing food on I've done that. Smearing food
- 5:58Speaker 1: on I was out of Sun's screen, so I just
- 6:00Speaker 1: smeared some food on my face.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Oh wait, can I do one more?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 6:04Speaker 2: Did you say it was Britney Spears, Yeah, Guds and
- 6:07Speaker 2: Roses star Axel Rose drunkenly broke a mirror at the
- 6:10Speaker 2: Burns Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. He then got into an
- 6:13Speaker 2: argument with a woman in the lobby and then bit
- 6:15Speaker 2: the leg of a hotel security guard who tried to
- 6:18Speaker 2: break out.
- 6:18Speaker 1: The fun And I'll cap it off with these two. Okay,
- 6:22Speaker 1: I could explain this to you, but it's not worth it.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And finally, this one, which sums up this whole bit.
- 6:31Speaker 1: This is a giant waste of time. So if I
- 6:38Speaker 1: say those things out loud, yeah, you're probably You're probably not.
- 6:46Speaker 1: It's probably not smart to do it.
- 6:48Speaker 2: The smart thing is to keep it to yourself.
- 6:49Speaker 1: That's why they say people who are highly intelligent will
- 6:53Speaker 1: keep that kind of thing to themselves. All right, Well,
- 6:57Speaker 1: they were certainly both lists. Hope you'd enjoyed another list
- 7:02Speaker 1: with Radio from Hell on X ninety six. I appreciate
- 7:05Speaker 1: you not saying the rest of what you were thinking
- 7:07Speaker 1: out loud.
