- 4:16Speaker 4: the leak footage, it's everywhere. That's what caused ABC and
- 4:20Speaker 4: Disney to postpone this season of the Bachelorette. Also now
- 4:25Speaker 4: the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, which is what Taylor
- 4:28Speaker 4: Frankie Paul is most known for. The season five is
- 4:31Speaker 4: also paused right now. It's a lot, so as we
- 4:36Speaker 4: find out more and what's going on, we will keep

- 5:11Speaker 1: To The Alabama Show on demand.
- 5:13Speaker 4: If you have ever gone through a divorce, call the
- 5:17Speaker 4: show eight three three five O one.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Enbama is the number, because I feel like that's what
- 5:23Speaker 2: I'm going through right now.
- 5:25Speaker 3: It is a real situation you're in.
- 5:27Speaker 4: So thank you for listening to The Alabama Show.
- 5:29Speaker 2: I'm Alabama with producer Blake.
- 5:31Speaker 4: I've been stressed all morning about talking about this because
- 5:34Speaker 4: I don't like to share very personal.
- 5:37Speaker 6: Details of my life on the air.
- 5:39Speaker 4: I like to do the fun stuff like throwing away
- 5:42Speaker 4: stuff for my peacocks. Yes, my ex still lives on
- 5:48Speaker 4: my property and I guest trayler. You've heard us talk
- 5:50Speaker 4: about Steak Daddy over the years we dated. He moved
- 5:53Speaker 4: into my house. He's been living it. We've been broken
- 5:56Speaker 4: up for almost.
- 5:57Speaker 2: A year now. Rest in a while, yeah, but.
- 6:00Speaker 4: He's been living in the guest trailer on my property
- 6:04Speaker 4: and he is in the process of moving out, and
- 6:09Speaker 4: I have been I had a melt down yesterday.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I'm trying not to cry on the air.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I don't know, because.
- 6:15Speaker 6: The breakup is what should.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Have happened, and we both want this and it's great
- 6:23Speaker 4: that he's moving out.
- 6:24Speaker 3: This is what needs to happen.
- 6:26Speaker 2: But I had a melt down yesterday.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Because there's I don't know what I'm going through with this,
- 6:31Speaker 4: and maybe I need a therapist of realizing the person
- 6:36Speaker 4: that's been there for the past three years is going
- 6:39Speaker 4: to be gone.
- 6:40Speaker 3: And there was a little bit of.
- 6:41Speaker 4: A I don't know, like security there having somebody, like
- 6:46Speaker 4: if somebody broke in, being able to like get the
- 6:49Speaker 4: man of the house to fight the intruder, or like
- 6:52Speaker 4: if something broke in the house, like you know, there
- 6:55Speaker 4: were a few months ago my battery died on my car.
- 6:57Speaker 4: He took my car and got any battery for it.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Like having a person there to be your person, and
- 7:03Speaker 2: now he's leaving it. So I'm melting down a little bit.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Yeah, but sometimes you need to not be with somebody
- 7:10Speaker 5: like they just everybody's not meant for everybody.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Absolutely, and it just it just.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Did not work out.
- 7:18Speaker 4: And I know, like I will be okay because I've lived.
- 7:21Speaker 2: On my own before and it will be fine. I
- 7:23Speaker 2: don't know why I'm crying over it again. I don't
- 7:28Speaker 2: know what this is.
- 7:29Speaker 5: I feel like I'm going through a divorce and we
- 7:31Speaker 5: weren't even married.
- 7:32Speaker 6: This is the craziest thing ever. I'm like, I started
- 7:35Speaker 6: crying yesterday and I'm like.
- 7:37Speaker 2: I can't make it stup. I want you to go,
- 7:40Speaker 2: but I'm scared that you're going.
- 7:42Speaker 3: You know what is this? It's so hard.
- 7:45Speaker 5: Well, it's the it's the actual cut off, it's the
- 7:48Speaker 5: separation itself, the thought of it.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Beforehand, you're like, I'm fine with that, there's not a
- 7:52Speaker 3: big deal.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Yeah, when it finally happens, it changes your whole mental
- 7:56Speaker 5: because you're in a different mind state now.
- 7:58Speaker 2: It's like my safety net just got ripped out from under.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Me, and I know I will be fine, because lord,
- 8:05Speaker 4: I hate crying on there.
- 8:07Speaker 2: My safety net got ripped out from under me.
- 8:09Speaker 4: I know there will be people I can call when
- 8:11Speaker 4: I need help, Like I know.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I've got great neighbors. They'll come help me do stuff.
- 8:15Speaker 2: But if you have ever gone through a divorce, because
- 8:19Speaker 2: this is.
- 8:20Speaker 4: It's just what it feels like, I want to know
- 8:23Speaker 4: if you have advice or if you felt like this,
- 8:26Speaker 4: like you know you're doing the right thing and you're
- 8:28Speaker 4: not second guessing that.
- 8:29Speaker 3: It's just that ripping the band aid off.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Call the show eight three three five oh one.
- 8:35Speaker 6: BAMA is the number.
- 8:36Speaker 4: God I hate crying on the radio eight three three
- 8:39Speaker 4: five oh one two two sixty two.
- 8:41Speaker 1: You're listening to the Alabama Show.
- 8:43Speaker 4: The following program is on demand eight three three five
- 8:47Speaker 4: oh one, and BAMA is the number to call the show.
- 8:50Speaker 6: Hi, Liz, have you gone through a divorce before?
- 8:53Speaker 2: Did you feel like this?
- 8:54Speaker 7: I've been two of them.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Did you have this meltdown when this happened when they left?
- 9:00Speaker 3: Oh?
- 9:00Speaker 7: Gosh, yes, so what this is my best advice. You're
- 9:04Speaker 7: going through a grieving process, like it's totally legit. You're
- 9:08Speaker 7: grieving what was and what could have been. Yes, and
- 9:12Speaker 7: just the only thing that fixes it is time. But
- 9:15Speaker 7: know that you got this.
- 9:16Speaker 6: You can do this, thank you.
- 9:17Speaker 2: And that is what it feels like.
- 9:19Speaker 6: It feels like grief and.
- 9:20Speaker 3: I'm like, why am I crying? I want this? What
- 9:23Speaker 3: is happening?
- 9:24Speaker 7: And You're going to go through all of the feelings
- 9:26Speaker 7: and all the stages. I'm a nurse and I deal
- 9:29Speaker 7: with the cancer patients, And what I tell them is,
- 9:32Speaker 7: you're going to have all these moments. You're going to
- 9:34Speaker 7: be angry, you're going to be questioning, you're going to
- 9:36Speaker 7: be sad, you're going to be grieving, and that's okay,
- 9:39Speaker 7: but you can't unpack and live in those moments.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I love that. Thank you. I needed to hear what today.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Thank you for calling.
- 9:46Speaker 7: I love you guys. Thank you so much.
- 9:48Speaker 1: If you were listening to The Alabama Show on demand, eight.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Three three five, I one Bama is the number. Good morning, Crystal.
- 9:56Speaker 7: He broke my heart.
- 10:01Speaker 6: Why we we been?
- 10:02Speaker 3: I've talked about the breakup before.
- 10:05Speaker 6: Oh well, I almost have missed that.
- 10:07Speaker 7: I am so sorry girl.
- 10:10Speaker 6: It is so the breakup is okay.
- 10:13Speaker 4: That's the thing. I'm fine with the breakup. We've been
- 10:16Speaker 4: breaking up for a year now. I have been okay
- 10:18Speaker 4: with that. It's just God, have you.
- 10:21Speaker 7: Ever gone in Yes?
- 10:23Speaker 4: I have recently.
- 10:27Speaker 7: Keep your friends closed, lean on them, get you girls,
- 10:32Speaker 7: take you out and party, or take.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Get producer Blake to go out with. Oh my god,
- 10:39Speaker 3: we're hanging up now.
- 10:42Speaker 6: Yeah. I don't know about Producer Blake. I love you Blake,
- 10:45Speaker 6: don't get me wrong.
- 10:46Speaker 2: He'll be my wing man.
- 10:48Speaker 6: I a girl.
- 10:49Speaker 3: I'm one of the girls. Whatever.
- 10:51Speaker 4: I also need somebody my age because we have an
- 10:53Speaker 4: age gap and our ideas a fun are two totally
- 10:55Speaker 4: different thing.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 10:58Speaker 6: Okay, Well I'm old. If you want to go throw.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Down with the old lady, come on, Crystal, I will
- 11:04Speaker 4: take you to see Morgan walling with me. I got
- 11:06Speaker 4: two a two pit passes.
- 11:08Speaker 7: We'll go home.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Girl.
- 11:10Speaker 2: You are awesome.
- 11:11Speaker 7: Thank you and hearing you crawl on the radio.
- 11:13Speaker 6: Shucks, let's trust me in sex doing it.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I hate it. I hate it too, I promise you.
- 11:20Speaker 7: Oh, I am so sorry.
- 11:22Speaker 4: It is okay, I will be okay, thank you, thank
- 11:25Speaker 4: you for calling.
- 11:27Speaker 6: Yes, ma'am, I love y'all.
- 11:30Speaker 1: You were listening to the Alabama Show on to men.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Good morning, Andy. Have you gone through a divorce before?
- 11:36Speaker 8: Yes?
- 11:36Speaker 4: I have.
- 11:37Speaker 6: Did you did guys feel this way?
- 11:39Speaker 8: Because God, yeah, I was completely broken. I had two
- 11:43Speaker 8: little boys. My ex wife Lub left us, and I
- 11:47Speaker 8: had to put a lot back together for me and
- 11:51Speaker 8: my two kids. They were four and five years old
- 11:54Speaker 8: when you left, and it was the whole scariness of
- 11:57Speaker 8: the change and had to reveal the lot is so
- 12:00Speaker 8: hang it turned out great. I made a few years ago.
- 12:04Speaker 8: I married love of my life, who is a great
- 12:06Speaker 8: mom to my boys. Even though they're grown now, they
- 12:08Speaker 8: call her mom. And everything worked out. You just got
- 12:13Speaker 8: to stay positive about it. I mean, God's gonna put
- 12:16Speaker 8: you where he wants you to, who's supposed to be
- 12:18Speaker 8: in your life, no matter what what you go through.
- 12:20Speaker 2: I love that and I needed to hear that story today.
- 12:23Speaker 4: So I'm glad that you called, and I'm so glad
- 12:26Speaker 4: that you found the love of your life after that.
- 12:30Speaker 4: I think it's just the initial shock of ripping the
- 12:32Speaker 4: band aid off.
- 12:33Speaker 8: It is, and it's the hope that's the whole peer
- 12:36Speaker 8: of change. Yeah, work creatures a habit. You get used
- 12:39Speaker 8: to something. And then even though me and my ex
- 12:41Speaker 8: wife were not happy and I was miserable, I didn't
- 12:44Speaker 8: want my life to change, and I sure didn't want
- 12:46Speaker 8: to change with my kids, right, and then it was over.
- 12:49Speaker 8: And like I said, you can try as hard as
- 12:51Speaker 8: you want to make things work. And so it's going
- 12:54Speaker 8: to have to go both ways. Both parties have got
- 12:56Speaker 8: to meet that at once unwilling to meet, then it's over.
- 13:00Speaker 6: Oh yeah, and we've both been there, done that.
- 13:02Speaker 4: We've been banging our heads against the wall for a
- 13:04Speaker 4: year trying to make it work. And so we know,
- 13:06Speaker 4: we know, like the breakup, it's not the breakup needs
- 13:09Speaker 4: to happen. It's just the shock of them leaving the house.
- 13:14Speaker 4: You're right, it's the.
- 13:15Speaker 8: Change it is. And I'll tell you what I listened to.
- 13:18Speaker 8: You'll show as much as I can. I've been trying
- 13:20Speaker 8: to call for a long time. I got so much
- 13:22Speaker 8: advice for people in different areas that y'all have topics
- 13:26Speaker 8: all and I try to help people where I can.
- 13:29Speaker 4: I'm really glad you got through today that it was
- 13:32Speaker 4: meant to be today.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Andy, Yes, ma'am.
- 13:34Speaker 8: Thank you, you have an awesome day.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Is what the hell headlines What the Hell? On the
- 13:39Speaker 1: Alabama Show.
- 13:41Speaker 4: A plane hit a coyote during takeoff.
- 13:46Speaker 1: What the hell?
- 13:48Speaker 3: Well, the obviously it was on the runway.
- 13:52Speaker 4: A Jet Blue flight heading from Rhode Island to New
- 13:55Speaker 4: York had to turn around and return to the airport
- 13:57Speaker 4: because they hit a coyote on the way.
- 13:59Speaker 6: Listen to one of the passengers talk about what happened.
- 14:02Speaker 6: And we got on the plane.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Everything was going good. We heard a thud, and then
- 14:06Speaker 3: after the thud.
- 14:07Speaker 6: We still took off. We were up in the air
- 14:09Speaker 6: fall ten fifteen.
- 14:10Speaker 7: Minutes, and then all of a sudden, the captain came
- 14:11Speaker 7: on and said.
- 14:12Speaker 3: To the flight crew and we heard that thug, we
- 14:14Speaker 3: had coyote.
- 14:15Speaker 6: We are now on our way back to Providence at PVD.
- 14:18Speaker 8: You thought it was actually a joke at first, We're like,
- 14:20Speaker 8: is that like coold for something else?
- 14:21Speaker 6: Like what's going on? No, we don't know.
- 14:23Speaker 4: It was actually a coyote on the airport runway and
- 14:26Speaker 4: the plane hit it while they were.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Trying to take off.
- 14:29Speaker 5: That's actually insane.
- 14:33Speaker 1: It's three things you need to know with the Elemma Show.

- 15:26Speaker 4: and she talked about the kidnapping of her mother. Here's
- 15:28Speaker 4: part of the part of the segment.
- 15:31Speaker 9: Someone needs to do the right thing.
- 15:33Speaker 2: We are in agony.
- 15:34Speaker 3: It is unbearable.
- 15:38Speaker 2: And to think of what she went through.

- 15:44Speaker 9: night and in the darkness, I imagine her terror and
- 15:51Speaker 9: it is unthinkable.

- 15:58Speaker 4: end of January and it has been months now since
- 16:01Speaker 4: her mother has been kidnapped, and for you know, it's.
- 16:05Speaker 6: Got to be awful.
- 16:06Speaker 4: The not knowing of where her mother is and if
- 16:09Speaker 4: she's still alive or not.
- 16:10Speaker 5: I can't even imagine where they are mentally right now.
- 16:13Speaker 5: It's a rough time.
- 16:14Speaker 4: So I'm glad that she's speaking out. She's still on
- 16:17Speaker 4: the search for her mother, and obviously as we find
- 16:19Speaker 4: out more details, we will always keep you updated. That's
- 16:23Speaker 4: three things you need to know more at the Alabamashow

- 16:28Speaker 1: The Alabama Show on to Me. It's free on the
- 16:30Speaker 1: iHeartRadio app.
- 16:31Speaker 6: Eight three three five.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Obama is the number to call the show. Kristen, good morning.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Do you have good news?
- 16:37Speaker 7: We do have good news.
- 16:39Speaker 2: What is it my daughter?
- 16:40Speaker 7: My daughter's fourteenth birthday today?
- 16:44Speaker 6: How much money are you giving her for her birthday?
- 16:47Speaker 6: One hundred and forty dollars for fourteen? I mean at Lee?
- 16:51Speaker 3: Yeah, that is good.
- 16:53Speaker 7: A big birthday party?
- 16:54Speaker 6: Well, okay, where's the birthday party going to be? What's
- 16:57Speaker 6: the theme?
- 16:58Speaker 7: It is country with sure because she loves horseback writing
- 17:03Speaker 7: and Red Dead Redimpson too.

- 17:08Speaker 3: What's your daughter's name?
- 17:10Speaker 7: Her name is Cassidy.
- 17:12Speaker 6: Cassidy, Happy birthday.

- 17:17Speaker 1: The Alabama Show to Me free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 17:20Speaker 4: I'm going to give you some statistics, okay, to tell
- 17:24Speaker 4: you how important today is going to be. Yeah, because
- 17:28Speaker 4: if I have to crawl on the show.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Today, you got to cry on the show today.
- 17:31Speaker 5: I feel like this this is a different.
- 17:34Speaker 4: Thank you for listening to the Alabama show I'm Alabama
- 17:37Speaker 4: with Producer Blake. Today, Producer Blake is going to be
- 17:39Speaker 4: getting a manogram on the show, given by me because
- 17:41Speaker 4: if I have to get one every year for the
- 17:42Speaker 4: rest of my life, you got to get one.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I did mine earlier this week.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Roughly, and but we'll.
- 17:53Speaker 4: Use this time of the show also to raise awareness
- 17:55Speaker 4: for breast cancer because roughly twoy eight hundred men and
- 18:00Speaker 4: yearly in the US are diagnosed with breast cancer.
- 18:03Speaker 2: So men get it too. It's not just for women.
- 18:06Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Also, in twenty twenty five, this is crazy to me.
- 18:11Speaker 2: I didn't even realize these numbers.
- 18:13Speaker 4: In twenty twenty five, and estimated three hundred and sixteen
- 18:16Speaker 4: thousand women were diagnosed. That's one in eight women in
- 18:19Speaker 4: the US and their lifetime will be diagnosed with breast cancer.
- 18:22Speaker 2: That's scary. That is a very very high number.
- 18:26Speaker 4: And people are starting to get diagnosed younger. Like if
- 18:30Speaker 4: you look Katie Thurston who was on The Bachelorette, she
- 18:33Speaker 4: I believe she's in her thirties, she publicly shares her.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Diagnosis with breast cancer.
- 18:38Speaker 4: And why that's a big deal is they tell you
- 18:40Speaker 4: to wait till you're forty to get mammograms. So it's
- 18:43Speaker 4: important to do it while you're young. And you can
- 18:46Speaker 4: do self exams at home. And you want to look
- 18:48Speaker 4: for a hard, painless lump or skin.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Changes yeah, I've heard this. Yes, or you can go
- 18:55Speaker 2: get a mammagrant.
- 18:57Speaker 5: Yeah, which we're gonna simulate on the show right now.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Are you ready? No?
- 19:03Speaker 4: Not.
- 19:03Speaker 2: This is basically where they flooding your.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Pector muscles, and with the help of my two high school.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Yearbooks, we're gonna do it.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Okay, I need you to get into position.
- 19:12Speaker 3: This is also this is.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Such a weird h R thing.

- 19:30Speaker 4: much of your pectoral muscle. She can't.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, I did. Let's go.
- 19:37Speaker 4: I'm gonna put my textbooks on it and show you
- 19:39Speaker 4: what it feels like. Okay, let's I need to get
- 19:42Speaker 4: in here, let's.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Move, let's go, let's go, let's go.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Producer blank and mammogram.
- 19:47Speaker 5: Okay, go go go, go, go go go gow.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Wow, get the edge.
- 20:01Speaker 6: Now, imagine having to go get that every.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Year on both sides and have it said six times.
- 20:08Speaker 6: They take like six pictures.
- 20:09Speaker 3: They got to do it sideways.
- 20:11Speaker 2: They gotta like squish over.
- 20:13Speaker 4: It's like it's turning your body into a human stress ball.
- 20:16Speaker 6: Oh you you stamped it and I'm sorry, that's what
- 20:20Speaker 6: it feels like.
- 20:22Speaker 3: It slips.
- 20:23Speaker 6: I had to get mine.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Almost almost passed out the other day.
- 20:27Speaker 3: But you still gotta do it.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Okay, you only had to do that one time in
- 20:31Speaker 2: real life.
- 20:33Speaker 3: I don't think. I don't think she'll squeet.
- 20:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:39Speaker 6: After I know I'm a sore for a whole day
- 20:44Speaker 6: after two.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Would you do this to me?
- 20:48Speaker 4: Because you need to see what we're all going through
- 20:51Speaker 4: every year?
- 20:51Speaker 5: Man of grayl there's never good just a normal morning here,
- 20:56Speaker 5: is there?
- 20:56Speaker 3: You know how hard it is to be a woman
- 20:58Speaker 3: and the things we have to do, how hard it
- 21:00Speaker 3: is to be a man. On this show.
- 21:04Speaker 6: If you want to.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Bama is the number the.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Alabama Show on to men. It's amazing free on the
- 21:11Speaker 1: iHeartRadio app.
- 21:13Speaker 10: I'm so sick of this, so you're so sick of
- 21:16Speaker 10: what you're doing this to me, doing what hurting me
- 21:21Speaker 10: emotionally on the show every time, just everything.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Do we need to call our personal injury lawyer, af Fairs,
- 21:29Speaker 4: Riley and Pitt to help you out?
- 21:30Speaker 5: You think I haven't already gotten contact?
- 21:33Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, yeah yeah, I think so. Gosh, and you
- 21:41Speaker 3: you clamped so hard.
- 21:43Speaker 2: We gave Producer Blake a manogram on the show today.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, it felt like a clamp when you're
- 21:49Speaker 5: trying to put a house together.
- 21:50Speaker 3: You know those clamps. Yeah, that's how it feels. You're helping.
- 21:53Speaker 3: It doesn't have to hit the end. And it hit
- 21:55Speaker 3: the end. I'm not gonna say what the end is,
- 21:57Speaker 3: but it hurt and it pinched.
- 22:01Speaker 2: God.
- 22:03Speaker 3: So today is a rough one, and i'll tell you
- 22:06Speaker 3: right now. I'm bruised. I feel bruised.
