- 0:32Speaker 2: Let's go to uh Mary and Mark in Suffolk County. Mark,
- 0:36Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 0:39Speaker 4: Hey in Mark, it's Morris, not Mark.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Oh okay, Morris even better Morris in Suffolk County.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Hey. And what they're talking about these sea fans. You
- 0:50Speaker 4: mentioned that they Mike go on the highway one day. Oh, yeah,
- 0:54Speaker 4: we're a little outdated. About four or five years ago,
- 0:58Speaker 4: I was coming back from the National Hall in Maryland. Yeah,
- 1:01Speaker 4: and traffic was going about fifty miles an.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Hour and you got caught on the speed camera.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I got caught.
- 1:09Speaker 2: But they're not They're not really being used on highways yet.
- 1:12Speaker 2: That's the problem. We're going to start seeing them on
- 1:14Speaker 2: highways not going to be good. Well yeah, no, I
- 1:17Speaker 2: don't think you understand what we're saying. I'm sure there's
- 1:20Speaker 2: one on a highway somewhere in the world, but they're
- 1:22Speaker 2: not being used on highways around here. But where are
- 1:24Speaker 2: you in Suffolk County?
- 1:28Speaker 4: Mysel did?
- 1:29Speaker 2: Oh, okay, that explains everything. All right, thanks for calling
- 1:31Speaker 2: and take care. Let's go to U Joe in Columbus,
- 1:35Speaker 2: New Jersey.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Joe.
- 1:36Speaker 2: How you doing good?
- 1:38Speaker 5: Mike?
- 1:38Speaker 4: How are you?
- 1:38Speaker 5: It's on your screener. You know, if you or someone
- 1:41Speaker 5: can get the mayor Mundannie and ask him a simple
- 1:44Speaker 5: question I've never heard anybody asked.
- 1:47Speaker 2: I think would take the legs right out.
- 1:48Speaker 5: Of these democrats, socialist communists that are just growing in popularity,
- 1:54Speaker 5: And it's simple. He's always said, you know New York
- 1:56Speaker 5: City is them?
- 1:57Speaker 2: Well, what's that? What's that? What's the question?
- 2:00Speaker 5: Wealthia's country in the world is how do you think
- 2:03Speaker 5: it got so wealthy? Do you think it was created
- 2:05Speaker 5: by capitalism or created by socialism?
- 2:08Speaker 2: I love, I love how naive you are. You can't
- 2:12Speaker 2: argue with these people. They went to Columbia, they went here,
- 2:14Speaker 2: They went nothing. You say me, they've heard it all.
- 2:17Speaker 2: It doesn't it's not based on logic or common sense.
- 2:21Speaker 2: They just feel it. They just feel it. You could
- 2:23Speaker 2: show them a whole.
- 2:24Speaker 5: You don't think anybody's ever answered that question now, I mean.
- 2:27Speaker 2: I think it's been asked for him. I've probably probably
- 2:29Speaker 2: been asking him fifty thousand times in interviews in various places.
- 2:33Speaker 2: You could show him a graph, a chart of every
- 2:35Speaker 2: single time socialism has been used anywhere in the world,
- 2:39Speaker 2: and how a thousand percent of the time total failure.
- 2:42Speaker 2: They don't care. They couldn't care less. That's why I
- 2:45Speaker 2: keep telling you, don't argue with these people, just yes
- 2:49Speaker 2: them to death and don't talk to them. Let's go
- 2:53Speaker 2: to Jim in Connecticut. Jim, how you doing good?
- 2:56Speaker 4: Mark?
- 2:56Speaker 2: How are you good?
- 2:57Speaker 5: A question?
- 2:57Speaker 3: Is anybody connected to dost? I mean introduction of AI
- 3:02Speaker 3: replacing clerical and office staff and its future impact on
- 3:06Speaker 3: office commercial real estate.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Well, of course, and it's not just office staff. AI
- 3:11Speaker 2: is replacing executives, replacing all kinds of stuff. Obviously, it's
- 3:16Speaker 2: huge in you know, like an Amazon delivery situation. It's huge.
- 3:20Speaker 2: But you got to go through this every sometimes every
- 3:24Speaker 2: fifty years, every hundred years, every twenty you know. When
- 3:26Speaker 2: the Industrial Revolution came along, it put a lot of
- 3:30Speaker 2: America out of work, and it takes five to ten
- 3:32Speaker 2: years for that to get fixed, for everybody to get
- 3:35Speaker 2: back into different professions. And then late nineties when the
- 3:40Speaker 2: computer took over everything, a lot of people got put
- 3:43Speaker 2: out of work and it takes time for everything to
- 3:45Speaker 2: catch up. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how
- 3:48Speaker 2: you doing, Good.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Morning, Mack. I'm okay, Good morning, Mara, Mark god Man.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Mandami is really a dog. He never misses an opportunity
- 3:57Speaker 1: to trashshow country, to trasshaw our traditions. I heard Phil
- 4:02Speaker 1: Donna Who's response to what Mondamie did at the breakfast yesterday,
- 4:08Speaker 1: and you'll notice Mayor Mondami had the former Irish president
- 4:14Speaker 1: who is even more whacked out left than mondamis, whereas
- 4:20Speaker 1: Trump at the White House had the current president and
- 4:24Speaker 1: they were talking about golf and everything. Donald Trump has
- 4:27Speaker 1: golf courses in Ireland. Doesn't mean Mark. Yes, yeah, well,
- 4:32Speaker 1: I hope today ends Ramadan. I hope Mondamie's cooking the
- 4:37Speaker 1: Gracie Mansion gets the order wrong and serves in pork
- 4:41Speaker 1: chops and spare ribs tonight at a to dinner.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Mark.
- 4:46Speaker 1: With these speed cameras, when are they going to be
- 4:49Speaker 1: active from six o'clock in the morning to four o'clock
- 4:52Speaker 1: in the afternoon when school is open. Are they going
- 4:55Speaker 1: to be open? Are they going to be on overnight?
- 4:58Speaker 1: Are they going to be on when there's a holidays?
- 5:00Speaker 1: On weekends so they can make money and screw the people?
- 5:05Speaker 1: How's this gonna work? When are they gonna be on?
- 5:07Speaker 2: You're right, it's supposed to be for school zough, but
- 5:09Speaker 2: they'll leave it on all night, well, well.
- 5:11Speaker 1: All the time, and even on the way and what
- 5:13Speaker 1: even during the summer.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah, it's terrible.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Mark in Italy they have them all over the place
- 5:18Speaker 1: and a lot of people again court in these traps
- 5:22Speaker 1: and the interest keeps accruing. The other night on the news,
- 5:26Speaker 1: there was a poor guy from Staten Island. Maybe when
- 5:29Speaker 1: they put the tickets on his car they blew away
- 5:33Speaker 1: and I've seen them. You seek tickets in the street,
- 5:35Speaker 1: kids take them off the cartrol away. And this kid,
- 5:38Speaker 1: this guy accrued on a couple of tickets eight thousand
- 5:42Speaker 1: dollars in juice in interest, and he was saying this,
- 5:47Speaker 1: how's he gonna pay it? Whereas at least on the
- 5:50Speaker 1: crewway there's a cap of six hundred fourteen dollars if
- 5:54Speaker 1: you get.
- 5:54Speaker 2: It's terrible Vincent. We got to go for the news,
- 5:56Speaker 2: but great call. Thanks for calling. When we come back
- 5:59Speaker 2: and called, they're the best selling author and columnist. Will
- 6:02Speaker 2: be with us next on seven to ten wor
