美光台灣勞資爭議升溫！台灣美光桃園工會宣布完成罷工投票，在2,258名入冊會員中，共1,994票同意罷工，相當於全體會員88.3%支持，工會依法取得罷工權。
工會訴求焦點之一，是希望建立更公平、透明且與公司獲利連動的員工分潤制度，並提出以「營業利益15%」作為分潤基礎的主張。
不過，取得罷工權並不代表立即停工。目前工會仍等待公司提出具體方案，實際是否發動罷工、時間與方式仍有待後續決定。由於台灣是美光重要記憶體生產基地，後續勞資協商也受到半導體產業關注。
