- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04We're going to continue with the Virginia Roberts deposition in
- 0:07this episode, and we're going to pick up exactly where
- 0:11we left off, Menager, How long did you work at
- 0:15mar A Lago, Virginia? Best of my recollection? It was
- 0:19a summer job. I believe it started in June, and
- 0:22I think I only worked there approximately two weeks, two
- 0:25three weeks. How many hours a week did you work Virginia?
- 0:29I want to say it was. I want to say
- 0:31it was a full time job. Manager. Do you recall
- 0:35it being a full time job Virginia? It was a
- 0:38summer job. But just thinking back, my dad used to
- 0:41bring me in and bring me home, so he worked
- 0:44full time all day so and I didn't lounge around
- 0:47mar A Lago, So yes, I think it would have
- 0:50been a full time job, Menager. And how much did
- 0:54you make per hour? Virginia? Approximately? I think I remember
- 0:57making nine dollars an hour, Menager. The bracelet nearings you
- 1:02got for your birthday? Some birthday on Little or Where
- 1:06was that birthday party at Little Saint James Edwards objective
- 1:10form manager? Where was it Virginia at Little Saint Jeff's. Menager, Okay,
- 1:18where are those bracelet and earrings now? Virginia. I left
- 1:22everything behind me when I went to Thailand. Manager, Where
- 1:26did you leave them? Exactly? Virginia. I had a storage
- 1:30facility and my apartment that I lived in, Menager. So
- 1:34where were they in the storage facility or in the apartment? Virginia?
- 1:39Most likely in the apartment. Menager? Okay? What apartment was that? Virginia,
- 1:44Royal Palm Beach. I don't know the address. I'm sorry, Menager.
- 1:48You don't know the address at all, Virginia, not at all. Menager? Okay.
- 1:53Where was it roughly located in Royal Palm Beach, Virginia.
- 1:58I don't know. It's been a long time since I
- 2:00been back to Royal Palm. I don't remember street names
- 2:03or anything like that. Menager. Did it have one or
- 2:06two bedrooms? Virginia? It was two bedrooms, Menager. Was it
- 2:11on the first or the second floor? Virginia the second floor? Menager?
- 2:16Who lived with you? Virginia? Redacted first lived there with me,
- 2:20redacted and I broke up shortly after living there, and
- 2:23redacted lived there with me. Menager, Okay, and that's the
- 2:28apartment that you left when you went to Thailand, Virginia. Yes, menager.
- 2:33Did you live at more than one apartment with redacted?
- 2:37Virginia When I was a runaway, he let me stay
- 2:39at his apartment, menager. Was that a different apartment, Virginia? Yes, menager?
- 2:46All right, so you lived at redacted's apartment when you
- 2:49were a runaway, Virginia, correct, menager. And did you live
- 2:54anywhere else other than those two apartments with redacted? Virginia.
- 2:59We stayed at Redacted's parents' house, I think for a
- 3:02few weeks before the apartment manager, Okay, the apartment that
- 3:06you rented, Virginia, the apartment that redacted rented. I think
- 3:11I was too young to get on a lease. Manager. Well,
- 3:14all right, we'll come back to that in a minute.
- 3:16But the apartment that you left in two thousand and
- 3:18two was the one in Royal Palm Beach that you
- 3:21lived at originally with redacted, and then after breaking up
- 3:24with redacted, redacted lived there. And that's the one we're
- 3:28talking about, Virginia. Correct, manager, that's the apartment we're talking about, Virginia.
- 3:35That's not the one that she's interrupted by manager who
- 3:38says okay. Virginia responds, sorry, I'm confused. Could you please
- 3:43reask the question? Manager, All right, I asked you where
- 3:46you left your bracelet or earrings? You think you Virginia interjects, oh, okay, yes,
- 3:52Manager left them in the apartment, correct, Virginia okay, yes, yeah,
- 3:57not the one, not the first one, the one where
- 3:59Redact that eventually moved into. Manager, that's the apartment where
- 4:04you left the bracelet and the earrings at Virginia, I
- 4:07believe so, yes, Menager. So when you were working at
- 4:11mar A Lago you rolle with your father every day?
- 4:15Virginia yes. Manager. What car did he drive at the time, Virginia,
- 4:20I don't know. Manager. Okay, did you have a vehicle
- 4:23of your own at the time? Virginia no. Manager. Did
- 4:27you have a driver's license at the time, Virginia, Yes.
- 4:31I got my permit when I was fifteen and got
- 4:33my driver's license when I was sixteen, Menager, And how
- 4:37were you paid by cash or check or some other method? Virginia,
- 4:42I don't remember. Manager. Did you have a bank account
- 4:45at the time, Virginia, I don't think I've ever had
- 4:48a bank account, well up until recently. Living here. I
- 4:51don't remember having a bank account manager, so you believe
- 4:55you got paid by unknown means and you did not
- 4:58deposit it into a bank Virginia, correct, Menager. What was
- 5:02your uniform when you worked there, Virginia at mar A Lago? Menager? Right?
- 5:09It was a white mini skirt with a light white
- 5:11polo top with the emblem of mar A Lago on it.
- 5:14Virginia replies, Menager. Did they give you more than one?
- 5:19Virginia answers. I don't know, maybe, Menager. Did you wear
- 5:22it to and from work every day? Virginia, yes, Menager.
- 5:27Did you get new ones when you arrived that were
- 5:29clean or did you launder them at home? Virginia? I
- 5:33would have to watch them when I got home, I suppose, Menager,
- 5:36And you think you had more than one, or you
- 5:38don't recall, Virginia, I don't recall, Menager, all right? Was
- 5:43that something you purchased or did they give it to you? Virginia.
- 5:47They gave it to me, Menager. Who else was wearing
- 5:50that uniform? Virginia the other locker the lady that did
- 5:54the front desk next to the locker rooms manager, she
- 5:57had the same one. Virginia yes, Manager, was that Adriana Virginia.
- 6:04I don't think Adriana wore a uniform. I think she
- 6:07just dressed professional. Menager. Okay. And what other employees did
- 6:12you see there at the spa at the time when
- 6:14you worked there, Virginia? There were well, this is in
- 6:18the massage area, and there's also like a fitness area,
- 6:22so there's a spa and fitness so there would be
- 6:25the messuses and then there would be the trainers. And
- 6:28that was just located in the one area away from
- 6:31the main house and stuff. Menager. And is that in
- 6:35the area in which you worked, Virginia, yes, Menager, in
- 6:39the spa or the fitness area, Virginia. The spa and
- 6:43the fitness area were in the same complex, Menager. Okay.
- 6:47What did the other people who worked in the spa
- 6:49area where, Virginia, I don't remember what they wore Menainger,
- 6:54all right. What did the people in the fitness area wear, Virginia,
- 6:57I don't remember. I know it was we had our
- 7:00own uniforms. Everyone else had their own Menager. Who is we, Virginia. Well,
- 7:06the girls that worked to the meet and greet area,
- 7:08me and the other girl with the curly hair I
- 7:10told you about Menager. Uh huh. Virginia had our own uniforms,
- 7:15and then the fitness people had their own uniforms, and
- 7:18the messuss had their own uniforms. Manager, what did messus's
- 7:23uniforms look like? Virginia, I don't remember, Menager. No recollection
- 7:29at all, Virginia, none whatsoever? Menainger color Virginia no, sorry,
- 7:35I remember mine? Menager. Okay. How did you come to
- 7:38pass that you were no longer working at mar A
- 7:41Lago in two to three weeks, Virginia. I was approached
- 7:45by Glene Maxwell. Menager, okay. And how long have you
- 7:49been working at mar A Lago when you were approached
- 7:52by Glene Maxwell Virginia roughly two to three weeks Menager, Okay.
- 7:58Were you in the spa when you were approached by
- 8:01Glene Maxwell, Virginia. I was just outside the locker room,
- 8:05sitting where the other girl that works there usually sits.
- 8:09She was away from the desk, and I was reading
- 8:11a book on massage therapy, Menainger. Was that indoors or
- 8:15was that outdoors? Virginia outdoors? Menager? Okay? And what were
- 8:20you in the sun or in the shade Virginia in
- 8:24the shade underneath. I don't know what you'd like to
- 8:27call it, but you know underneath the complex the building, Menager,
- 8:31all right. And what was Glene Maxwell wearing when she
- 8:34approached you, Virginia, I don't remember what she was wearing, Menager,
- 8:39any recollection, color of clothing or anything, Virginia no, Menager, Okay,
- 8:45any details about her? Was she carrying a purse or anything? Menager? No,
- 8:50she looked like from my memory, she looked like she
- 8:53was either there for a massage or fitness. I remember
- 8:56she had a British accent. She was very interested in
- 8:59the book that I was reading. I mean, we can
- 9:01get into some more details later if you'd like, but
- 9:04I don't remember any more about what she was wearing
- 9:06that day. Manager. Did you have a cell phone at
- 9:09the time, Virginia No. Manager. Where were you living at
- 9:13the time, Virginia at my parents, Manager, And who else
- 9:17was living there with you at the time, Virginia my
- 9:20mother and my dad and my brother Manager. Which brother? Answer? Redacted? Manager?
- 9:27What about the other brother, Virginia, I think he had
- 9:31moved out by then. Manager. What forms of communications did
- 9:34you have just a home phone number or what, Virginia answers, Yeah,
- 9:39there was a home phone. Manager. When did you recall
- 9:42ever getting a cell phone? Virginia. The first cell phone
- 9:45I ever got was the one that Gleayne gave to me, Menager,
- 9:50So you never had your parents? Did they have one
- 9:53when you were working at mar A Lago, Virginia. No,
- 9:56My dad used to like, we had phones in the
- 9:58spa and maintenance and so on and so forth, and
- 10:02you could so to speak page people from around the courts. Manager. Okay,
- 10:07so tell me what do you recall of the first
- 10:10conversation that you had with Gleane Maxwell, Virginia. I'm sitting
- 10:15there reading my book about massage therapy as I'm working
- 10:18in the spa and I'm getting my ge. Well, I
- 10:22was in the process of getting my ged before I
- 10:24went to my summer job. I decided that I would
- 10:27like to become a massage therapist one day, and the
- 10:30body really intrigued me. You know, reading this massage was
- 10:34a lot about anatomy, blood flow, everything to do with,
- 10:38you know, touching somebody somewhere and then triggering a result
- 10:41somewhere else. I just was very intrigued by the whole
- 10:45anatomy thing. She came up. Glaine, sorry, Glaine came up
- 10:49and approached me at the desk that I was sitting at,
- 10:51and my book was like this indicating and she said, oh,
- 10:55you're reading a book about massage. You want to do massage?
- 10:59And I told her, yes, you know, I'm very interested
- 11:01in it. One day I would like to become a
- 11:03messuse manager. All right, where did you get the book
- 11:07on massage? Virginia? Maybe the library menager maybe or you
- 11:13don't recall Virginia. I don't think I purchased it, so
- 11:16i'd have to say the library manager. Okay, what library
- 11:21was that, Virginia? Whichever library was close to my house? Manager,
- 11:25do you remember a library being close to your house?
- 11:28There's one in Wellington that I used to go to.
- 11:31Oh no, there's one in Royal Palm. Yeah, there's one
- 11:34in Royal Palm and Wellington, and I used to go
- 11:37to both. Manager. Did you have a card for both Virginia?
- 11:41Did I have a card? Manager, a library card Virginia? Yeah,
- 11:46manager for both places, Virginia to be able to rent
- 11:49out a book, yeah. Manager. Okay, So, to the best
- 11:52of your recollection, is you used one of your library
- 11:56cards at one of those two libraries to check out
- 11:58a book on massage an anatomy, Virginia correct, Menager, And
- 12:04what did you do that relative to starting at mar
- 12:07A Lago. Probably within the first week. I mean I
- 12:11saw what the massage therapist got to do. I mean
- 12:14their jobs were so relaxing. The music like the atmosphere,
- 12:18they always had happy clients. It just seemed like an
- 12:20ideal job, Menager. And so you were spurred on to
- 12:24go to the library and check out a book, Virginia. Well,
- 12:27I had been talking with the other massage therapists and
- 12:30they're the ones who first intrigued me about what they do,
- 12:34and you know, I wanted to aim for something higher
- 12:36than being a locker room attendant one day. And yeah, Menager,
- 12:41what was the name of the massage therapists that you
- 12:43were speaking with, Virginia. Oh, I have no idea, Menager.
- 12:47Can you give me a physical description of any of them, Virginia,
- 12:51there was one who had blonde, short hair. There was
- 12:54I would say there's probably about four massage therapists that
- 12:58worked there, So I mean I don't remember remember all
- 13:00of them. Meninger. Okay, what time of the day was
- 13:04it Edwards objects to this and objects to form. Virginia
- 13:08then responds, afternoon, Menager, How late, Virginia, anywhere between two
- 13:14to four? Menager? And what time did you get off
- 13:18of work, Virginia, I believe I got off at oh,
- 13:21I don't know, four or five, Menager. And what was
- 13:25the rest of your conversation with Maxwell? Well, she noticed
- 13:31I was reading the massage book and started to have
- 13:33a chit chat with her, just about you know, the
- 13:36body and the anatomy and how I was interested in it.
- 13:39And she told me that she knew somebody who was
- 13:41looking for a traveling massuse. And I said, well, I
- 13:45don't have any accreditations. This is the first book I've
- 13:48ever read. She goes, that's okay, I know somebody. We
- 13:51can train you, we can get you educated. You know,
- 13:54we can help you along the way. If you pass
- 13:56the interview, if the guy likes you, then you know
- 13:59it will work out for you. You'll travel, you'll make good money,
- 14:02you'll be educated, and you'll finally get accredited one day manager, Okay,
- 14:08Virginia finishes off. She finished off by you know, giving
- 14:12me her number, And I told her I'd have to
- 14:14ask my dad and I called my dad. I ran
- 14:17over actually to see my dad talk to him. He
- 14:19said it would be okay. I used the phone from
- 14:22mar A Lago to call her and tell her that
- 14:24I was allowed to come over, and she said, great,
- 14:27meet me here at I don't remember the exact address,
- 14:30but it was Elbrio Way in Palm Beach. After you
- 14:34get off and my dad drove me, did you write
- 14:38down her ad the address that she gave Virginia yes. Manager.
- 14:43Did you write down her phone number? Virginia yes. Manager.
- 14:47So did you go run and talk to your dad
- 14:49while she was still there? Virginia No, I believe she left,
- 14:52and she told me to ask my dad and then
- 14:54to give her a phone call. Manager. Okay. Did she
- 14:58ask you your age when she had that conversation with you? Virginia, No,
- 15:03she did not. Manager. Did you tell her your age?
- 15:06Virginia No, I did not, Menager. And so somewhere you
- 15:10wrote down a phone number to call her back? Virginia, yes, Manager,
- 15:15all right? And where did you write that down? Virginia
- 15:18Probably just a piece of paper lying around the desk. Menager. Okay,
- 15:22but you don't remember, Virginia, I mean, no, I don't
- 15:25have that piece of paper anymore, so, no, Menager. Okay,
- 15:29did you write down and address? Virginia? Yes, Manager, And
- 15:33what number do you think you called? A cell phone number,
- 15:38a home phone number, or do you have any idea, Virginia,
- 15:41I have no idea. Glen answered, so if it was
- 15:44a home number, the butlers probably would have answered, so
- 15:47most likely it was her cell phone. Manager. All right,
- 15:50And what happened when you got off of work, Virginia.
- 15:54My dad drove me to Lbrio Way, Menager. Uh huh, Virginia.
- 16:00We arrived at a very large pink mansion and we
- 16:03knocked on the door. My dad got out of the
- 16:05car and we knocked on the door. Do you recall
- 16:08which car this was? Menager, ass Virginia. I don't know
- 16:11what he was driving at the time. My dad always
- 16:14drive trucks, so it would have been some kind of truck, Menager.
- 16:18But you don't know which kind, Virginia. I don't know
- 16:21if it was a Ford or a Dodge or Menager.
- 16:24What kind of car does your mom drive? Virginia right now? Manager?
- 16:28No in two thousand, Virginia. Oh, I have no idea.
- 16:32I don't remember. They changed cars quite often. They like
- 16:35getting different cars. When did you get your first car? Menager?
- 16:38Ass Virginia after my trip to London to meet Prince
- 16:41Andrew Menager. Okay, what kind of car did you get, Virginia,
- 16:45Dodge Dakota Menager? And did you purchase that yourself? Virginia, Yes,
- 16:51I did, Menager. And how much did it cost? Virginia.
- 16:54I don't remember off the top of my head how
- 16:56much it cost, Menager. Who did you buy it from? Virginia.
- 17:01My dad helped me bargain with it. I don't remember
- 17:04where we bought it from. Menager. And was the title
- 17:08put in your name or your dad's name? Virginia? I
- 17:11think it was put in my name. I think I
- 17:13mean my dad was with me. I've never registered a
- 17:15car or anything like that before. So, Menager, So that
- 17:19was your first time Virginia, Yes, Menager? Memorable, right, Virginia? Yes, Menager.
- 17:27When you got there was a butler or someone who
- 17:29answered the door, is what you said, Virginia, No, Glayne
- 17:34answered the door. All right, folks, So we're gonna wrap
- 17:37up this episode right here, and in the next episode
- 17:40we'll pick up where we left off. All of the
- 17:43information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 17:46the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
- 17:50the Epstein Chronicles. We're gonna pick up where we left
- 17:54off in the Virginia Roberts deposition. So let's just get
- 17:59right to it, shall we. Manager, When you got there,
- 18:03a butler or someone answered the door. Is that what
- 18:05you said, Virginia? No, Glaine answered the door. Manager, Okay,
- 18:12And then what happened? Virginia? She shook hands with my
- 18:16dad like she briefly opened the door, She stepped out,
- 18:19shook hands with my dad, told her she'd look after
- 18:22me and she'd make sure that I got a ride home,
- 18:25And just very briefly, that was it, and my dad
- 18:28left and I went inside with Golaine. Manager. Did Glaine
- 18:32and your dad have any discussion about what it was
- 18:35you were doing there in your presence? Virginia? You know,
- 18:39I can't recall exactly what was said, but I had
- 18:42already told my dad that was what the interview was for. So, Manager,
- 18:47what did you tell your dad? Virginia That a very
- 18:51nice lady approached me and told me that she would
- 18:54offer me an education to become a massage therapist. It
- 18:58was a great it would be a great ex experience
- 19:00for me to be able to get educated and trained
- 19:03and eventually be accredited, so he was very happy for
- 19:06me as well. Manager. You told him this outside of
- 19:10the presence of Golaine, Virginia. Yes, when I first ran
- 19:15to the tennis courts where he was at manager, and
- 19:18then in your presence at the home. Did your dad
- 19:21and miss Maxwell have any conversation further conversation about what
- 19:25you were doing there, Virginia, I don't recall. I think
- 19:29they probably would have chatted for approximately maybe thirty seconds.
- 19:33It really wasn't a long chat. The things that stick
- 19:36out in my mind were, we will take good care
- 19:38of her, and we'll be bringing we will make sure
- 19:41she gets her ride home. Manager. And how far away
- 19:44did you live, Virginia, Approximately thirty minutes, Manager. And that
- 19:50was at your parents' house, right, Virginia, that was my
- 19:53parents' house. Manager. Did you see any other employees or
- 19:57any other people inside of the house on that day, Virginia? Yes, Menager.
- 20:02Who else did you see, Virginia, Juanna Lessie Menager, uh huh,
- 20:08Virginia and Maria, but Jeffrey and Golane liked to call
- 20:12them John and Mary. All right, Where did you see Mary,
- 20:15Virginia the same place the kitchen Manager. Were they talking
- 20:20to one another? Virginia? No, Mary was doing something with
- 20:23the dishes. They were always either cleaning up or doing stuff.
- 20:27So Menager. And you saw them in the kitchen, Virginia
- 20:31in the kitchen area. I mean you have to understand,
- 20:34there's like three parts to that kitchen, so it's very large, Menager,
- 20:38All right, what part did you see John in? Virginia
- 20:41in the corner left hand and Mary was in the
- 20:44same vicinity, but not right next to him. They weren't chatting, Menager.
- 20:49What is also contained in the corner left hand of
- 20:52the room, Virginia. There's like like shelves with I don't know,
- 20:56just shelves that I remember, you know, open door pan
- 21:00entry stuff. Menager. What was miss Maxwell wearing when you
- 21:04arrived at the home, Virginia. I don't remember what she
- 21:08was wearing, Menager. The book that you were reading at
- 21:11the spa that day, do you recall the name of it, Virginia? No,
- 21:15I just know it was it said the word massage
- 21:19on the front of it. I don't know the title
- 21:21or the author. Manager. Do you know the color of
- 21:24the book? Virginia. It was. It was dark. It was
- 21:28like a plastic covering. Menager. All right, and how big
- 21:31was it? If you can just demonstrate for the video,
- 21:34Virginia smaller than that? Maybe, I don't know, maybe a
- 21:38little bit less than that. Manager, Can you hold it
- 21:41sideways for the video? Complied Manager. So you're saying the
- 21:45book size was a little bit less than half of
- 21:48Virginia interjects, right, I mean the book was a little
- 21:52bit bigger. The pages were you know, this is very
- 21:55small print. This is printed a four long ways, whereas
- 21:59I think it wasn't a four that way. I don't know.
- 22:03It was just a book, and I don't know how
- 22:05many pages it had either, I mean, approximately maybe one
- 22:08hundred pages. Menager. Okay, so maybe the question wasn't a
- 22:13very good question. How big was the outside of the book?
- 22:16Not the thickness, but the length and the width? Virginia
- 22:20maybe like here indicating manager, so a little bigger, longer
- 22:26than this. Yeah, we're going to fold it in half
- 22:28again and then like that, so larger than an eight
- 22:32an eight by eleven piece of paper. Brad edwards to this,
- 22:36he objects, and he objects with form. Virginia. I don't
- 22:40know what eight and a half by eleven inches is.
- 22:43If this is eight and a half and eleven inches,
- 22:46then yes, Menager. So when you fold it in half,
- 22:50is that a little bit smaller folded in half than
- 22:52the book? Virginia. Yeah, if we're going to hold the
- 22:56book like this, if I were going to sit there
- 22:58and read the book like this, in my mind, it
- 23:00would be a little bit bigger than what I'm holding
- 23:03right here. Menager. All right, so you're demonstrating the book
- 23:07as it's opened that way, Virginia. Yeah, let's just say
- 23:11I'm reading it like this, Menager. Okay, got it, Menager.
- 23:15I'm going to suggest we take a short break, order
- 23:18lunch for you guys, and then do a little bit
- 23:20more before the lunch gets here. Edwards, okay, Menager, if
- 23:24that works for everybody, Edwards, Yeah, that's great, Menager. All right,
- 23:28let's do that. The videographer. We're off the record at
- 23:31eleven thirty eight. They take a recess from eleven thirty
- 23:35eight to eleven fifty seven, then they're back on the clock. Menager.
- 23:40How long were you at the Lbrio home on that
- 23:43first day you went Virginia? Over two hours? Menager? Okay.
- 23:48And who took you home? Virginia want a lessi? Manager?
- 23:52And what car was he driving? Virginia. I believe it
- 23:56was a black suburban Menager. Did anyone else right the
- 24:00car with you, Virginia just one? Manager? What time approximately
- 24:05did you get home? Virginia approximately eight thirty Manager? Was
- 24:10it dark? Virginia? Yes? Manager. Who else was at home
- 24:14when you got home? Virginia, my mom, my dad, and
- 24:18my brother. Manager? Which brother, Virginia Sky Manager? And anyone
- 24:24else who was there at the time? Virginia. I believe
- 24:28Michael might have been living with me at the time,
- 24:31so he might have been there. Manager. Do you recall
- 24:34if he was there when you got home? Virginia, I
- 24:37don't really remember. I remember I did when I got
- 24:40home that I basically made a bee line for the bathroom. Manager.
- 24:45Let me ask you a question. Michael was living with
- 24:47you at the home at your parents' home at this time.
- 24:51Is that your best recollection today? Is that right? Virginia,
- 24:55that's my best recollection? Yes. Manager. When you say living
- 24:59with you, you guys staying in the same room, Virginia. Yes. Manager.
- 25:04Were you engaged to him at this time? Virginia? That
- 25:08was a really weird relationship. He was a friend who
- 25:11looked after me, and he did propose to me, and
- 25:14I did say yes, but my heart was never in it.
- 25:17He was somebody that helped me off the streets, so
- 25:20I felt compelled to say yes to him. Manager. Okay,
- 25:23So when he proposed to you and you said yes,
- 25:26did that take place before you started working at mar
- 25:29A Lago or after you started working at mar A Lago, Virginia,
- 25:33before Manager, and so if he were living with your
- 25:37parents at that time, you were living in the same room,
- 25:40is that correct, Virginia. I believe so Manager and your
- 25:44parents understood him to be your fiance, Virginia. I don't
- 25:49think that they agreed with it, but I think they
- 25:51understood it as that. I mean, Manager, I mean you
- 25:55communicated to them that he had proposed and you had accepted, Virginia. Yeah,
- 26:00in not such a pretty way. I mean, they obviously
- 26:03weren't very happy about it, and it wasn't my true
- 26:05intention to ever marry him, Menager. Okay, Virginia, but I
- 26:10did it to make him feel Okay. I didn't want
- 26:13to be mean, Menager. What did your mom say about
- 26:17your engagement to redacted? Virginia. Oh, they never thought it
- 26:22was going to go forward either. Manager. When you got home,
- 26:26you said you made a bee line for the bathroom, Virginia, correct. Manager.
- 26:30What did you do in the bathroom, Virginia, I showered? Manager, Okay.
- 26:35Did you have a conversation with anyone prior to going
- 26:38to the bathroom, Virginia, My mom came into the bathroom
- 26:42and she, you know, she asked me how it went,
- 26:46and I told her I'd rather not talk about it,
- 26:48and she didn't push me any further for any more
- 26:51of the conversation. Menager, okay, and then she left the bathroom. Virginia,
- 26:57she left the bathroom. Manager. Did anyone overhear that conversation, Virginia, No,
- 27:02we had the door closed. Manager. Was your dad at
- 27:06home Virginia? Yes. Manager. Did you have a conversation with
- 27:10your dad that night, Virginia, not that I remember, no, Menager.
- 27:15And did you have any other conversations with your mother
- 27:18that night? Virginia, No, Menager. Did you have any conversation
- 27:23with your brother that night, Virginia No, he's five years
- 27:26younger than me. It's not something that I talked to
- 27:29him about. Menager. And did you have any conversation with
- 27:33redacted that night. I could have. I don't remember having one,
- 27:36but I could have. Manager. Did you call any of
- 27:40your friends that night? Virginia? No, Menager. Who are your
- 27:44good friends at the time, Redacted? That was really it.
- 27:48I didn't really have many friends. I kept to myself
- 27:50a lot. Menager. Did you call redacted that night, Virginia.
- 27:56I don't think Redacted and I were. We were on
- 27:58and off friends from middle school, and no reason on
- 28:02and off, like we had an argument or something. We
- 28:05just got out of touch. Menager. Uh huh, Virginia, so
- 28:10not at the time. I don't think I was talking
- 28:12to him. Menager. Are you aware of any distinguishing physical
- 28:17features of Glenn Maxwell Virginia. I can tell you that
- 28:21she had very large, natural breasts. I can tell you
- 28:24that her pubic hair was dark brown, nearly black. I
- 28:27don't remember any specific birthmarks or mules that I could
- 28:30point out that would be relevant, Menager. Any scar, Virginia.
- 28:35I don't remember any scars, Menager. Any tattoos Virginia. No tattoos, Menager.
- 28:42When did you next go to L Brio House, Virginia.
- 28:45I believe it would have been the next day Menager,
- 28:49you believe it would have been or was it? Edwards
- 28:52objects to this form, Virginia, I know that it was
- 28:56consecutive that I continued to go after my first the
- 29:00first time that the abuse took place there. It was
- 29:03consecutive that I was there. I believe over the next
- 29:06course of weeks. Manager, what day of the week was
- 29:09the first time you went, Virginia, I don't know. Manager.
- 29:13Do you know whether you went the very next day
- 29:16or not? Virginia, I believe I did, Manager, all right,
- 29:20how did you get there the very next day? Edwards
- 29:23once again objects to this, Virginia, I believe my dad
- 29:27dropped me off again. Manager. When you say you believe,
- 29:31do you recall him doing that or are you guessing? Virginia,
- 29:35I don't. Well, this is how I figure this. I
- 29:37don't remember Galaine picking me up from mar A Lago.
- 29:40I didn't have my own car, so the only way
- 29:42I could have gotten there would have been my dad
- 29:45picking me up, I mean, sorry, dropping me off. Manager.
- 29:49Do you have a distinct recollection of your father dropping
- 29:52you off there more than one day in a row, Virginia, Yes, Manager,
- 29:57you do not recall the car that he was driving Virginia,
- 30:01like I said, he always drove trucks. That's as good
- 30:04as I can get. Manager, and so, and you worked
- 30:08on the weekends as well at mar A Lago or No, Virginia,
- 30:12no manager. So the second day would have had to
- 30:17be another weekday or was it on the weekend? Edwards
- 30:20once again objects to this with form, Virginia, I don't know, manager.
- 30:27Do you know if you went after work at mar
- 30:30A Lago? Virginia, Yes, so you went to work the
- 30:34very next day at mar A Lago, Virginia, yes. Manager.
- 30:38Did you have a conversation with anyone at mar A
- 30:41Lago about the day before at Elbrio Virginia, No manager.
- 30:46You didn't talk to any of your coworkers about it, Virginia,
- 30:49no manager. Who was your boss at the time, Virginia,
- 30:53no manager. Did you have a boss at the time, Virginia.
- 30:57I think Adriana or Adrian I don't remember the exact
- 31:01pronunciation of her name, but it's along those lines. I
- 31:04believe that she was my boss, manager, and you did
- 31:08not talk to her about it, Virginia. No menager. You
- 31:12surmise that your father drop you off because you can't
- 31:15think of another way that you would have gotten there, correct, Virginia, correct, Menager.
- 31:20And when you came the second day, did your father
- 31:23come to the door, Virginia. I don't think he came
- 31:27to the door that time. I think he just dropped
- 31:29me off. Manager, all right, what did you do when
- 31:31you got there? Virginia knocked on the door and manager?
- 31:36Who answered the door? Virginia wan a lessie? Manager? Okay,
- 31:41was anyone there besides Juan, Virginia, Jeffrey Glaine and redacted? Manager? Okay?
- 31:49Where did you see redacted? Virginia? She was downstairs? Manager.
- 31:53Did you speak to her? Virginia? Just introductions? Manager, Tell
- 31:58me what you mean by introduction, Virginia, my name is Virginia.
- 32:02Nice to meet you. Her name. She introduced herself as redacted,
- 32:07and she told me she was Glaine's personal assistant. Manager.
- 32:12Did you call yourself Virginia at the time, Virginia, No,
- 32:16I think I've gone by Jenna for a long time. Manager.
- 32:22So did you introduce yourself as Virginia or as Jenna
- 32:26Virginia most likely Jenna. Manager. Do you recall this or
- 32:30is this something that you're guessing about? Virginia. Well, considering
- 32:35that everybody knew me as Jenna. I think I would
- 32:37have introduced myself as Jenna Manager. You don't recall it,
- 32:42Edwards again, objects here to form, Virginia. I just don't
- 32:47recall the exact answer to that. No, but just knowing
- 32:50I had everybody pretty much call me Jenna Menager. I'm
- 32:54just trying to make clear record about what you do
- 32:57remember and what you're guessing about. So when you say
- 33:00I think I would have it leads me to believe
- 33:02you don't recall it. If you don't mean something different
- 33:06by that, Virginia, I she's interrupted by Menager. Please feel
- 33:11free to clarify. I'm just trying to explain to you
- 33:14what I'm asking, Virginia. Yes, I'm doing the very best
- 33:17that I can tell you exactly what it is. But
- 33:20it's just very hard for me to remember so long ago,
- 33:23and knowing that I introduced myself to Jenna to everybody
- 33:27leads me to assume that I would have introduced myself
- 33:29to them as Jenna as well. Menager. All right, but
- 33:33if we're to speak to redacted, she might have a
- 33:36different recollection. Fair to say, Edward's form Virginia, she could manager.
- 33:43How is it that you knew to come there on
- 33:46the second day, Virginia, I was asked to come back. Manager.
- 33:50When were you asked to come back, Virginia the day
- 33:53before after the encounter, they told me to come back
- 33:55at the same time after work. Manager. Who is they, Virginvirginia,
- 34:00Jeffrey and Glane Manager? Okay. Did they both simultaneously say
- 34:05that or did one of them say it? Virginia. It
- 34:08was like a conversation they both had with me separately.
- 34:11Jeffrey told me upstairs after the whole entire abuse that happened,
- 34:15that he really liked me and that he wanted me
- 34:17to come back. When I went downstairs, Manager, let me
- 34:22stop you there. Did he say I want you to
- 34:24come back tomorrow, Virginia, Yes, Manager, Okay. Did he tell
- 34:29you what time tomorrow he wanted you to come back, Virginia. No,
- 34:33he just said he wants me to come back tomorrow. Manager, Okay.
- 34:37And then you went downstairs and what happened, Virginia. Glaine
- 34:41told me I did a really good job and she
- 34:43wants me to come back tomorrow after work. Manager. That's
- 34:47what she said, I want you to come back tomorrow
- 34:50after work. Virginia. Yes, Manager, you recall those words being
- 34:54used byer. Virginia, yes, Manager. Did you ask them for
- 34:59a ride to get the the next day, Virginia, No, Menager,
- 35:04you just said I'll come back tomorrow. Virginia. Yeah. I
- 35:07agreed to come back the next day. Manager. How did
- 35:09you agree, Virginia verbally? Menager, Okay. Was anyone else present
- 35:14when Golaine said that to you and you responded, I'll
- 35:18come back tomorrow, Virginia. I believe Juana Lessi was pretty
- 35:22much within ear distance. Manager. Could you see him? Virginia? Yes, Manager, okay, Virginia,
- 35:29like I said in ear distance when I mean ear
- 35:32distance like hearing in the hearing vicinity, And it was
- 35:36in the same time that she was asking him to
- 35:38drop me off at home. Menager. Okay. When you were
- 35:42driving home the first night with Juana Lessi, did you
- 35:44have any conversation with them? Virginia No. I had told
- 35:49him my address. It was a very quiet ride. Manager.
- 35:52Did you ride in the front or the back? Virginia
- 35:55the front? Menager. Is it your contention that Glainne Maxwell
- 35:59had sex with un age girls virtually every day when
- 36:02I was around her, correct? Virginia, yes, Menager, all right?
- 36:07With whom did Gleaane Maxwell have sex in your presence? Virginia. Well,
- 36:12there's a lot of girls that were involved. We weren't
- 36:15on the first day and basis with each other, I
- 36:18wouldn't be able to give you a list of names
- 36:20of girls. It was continuous, Menager, it was continuous. Name
- 36:25one girl that Gallainne Maxwell had sex with in your presence,
- 36:29Virginia Emmy Taylor. I mean, that's a name that I
- 36:32know well because Emmy was always around. I'm trying to
- 36:35think of her name. Sorry, Sarah. Her name used to
- 36:38be Sarah Kellen. I think she's changed it to now
- 36:41that she's married, Sarah Kellen Vickers. It's redacted, but I
- 36:44hooked you up. I can't pronounce her last name properly,
- 36:47but it's around those lines. There were a lot of
- 36:50other girls that I honestly can't remember their names. I'm sorry.
- 36:54I wish I could help out more because I really
- 36:56would like to provide more witnesses for this, but I
- 36:58can't remember a lot of the girl's names, Menager. So
- 37:02are the three girls names of females that you observed
- 37:05Glenn Maxwell having sex with Edwards objects to the form
- 37:09it mischaracterizes testimony. Menager, is that what I understand your
- 37:14answer to be? Edwards again objects saying it mischaracterizes the testimony.
- 37:19Virginia answers, those are some of the names that I
- 37:24know very well. Like I said, there was a lot more. Menager, Okay,
- 37:29do you know any of the names of any other
- 37:31girls that you personally observed Glene Maxwell having sex with Virginia?
- 37:36Do you mind me taking a minute just to try
- 37:38to reflect Menainger? No, Virginia, okay, her name is on
- 37:43the tip of my tongue. Her last name is redacted.
- 37:46I don't remember her first name off the top of
- 37:49my head. I normally could remember it. Meninger, Okay, Virginia.
- 37:54There is just a blur of so many girls. It's
- 37:56really hard for me to remember. And you have to understand,
- 37:59we weren't introduce us to each other on a first
- 38:01name basis. Half the time, a lot of these girls
- 38:04would come and go and you'd never see them again.
- 38:07So no, it's very difficult for me to pinpoint exactly
- 38:10who they were. But those four that I've given you
- 38:13are one hundred percent. All right, folks, We're gonna wrap
- 38:16up right here and in the next episode, we're gonna
- 38:19pick up where we left off. All of the information
- 38:22that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 38:25description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the
- 38:29Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna continue on with
- 38:33the Virginia Roberts deposition by picking up where we left off. Manager, Okay,
- 38:40did you observe Glenn Maxwell forcing any of those four
- 38:44girls to have sexual contact with her? Edward's form mischaracterizes testimony.
- 38:51You can answer, Virginia, you wouldn't want to piss us off.
- 38:54You wouldn't want to piss me and Jeffrey off. I mean,
- 38:57that's one way of saying it other than Menager, did
- 39:01she say I don't want you would not want to
- 39:04piss me off? Virginia? Piss me off is probably my
- 39:07word using piss, but it was along those lines. I
- 39:11don't remember the exact word that she used. Menainger and
- 39:15do you remember a specific occasion on which he said
- 39:18that to you, Virginia? I remember very early on, Menager,
- 39:23Where were you, Virginia? I believe it was during my
- 39:26what I called the training period with Jeffrey and Golaane. Menager, Okay,
- 39:31and where were you, Virginia for a specific and like
- 39:35I said, it happened a lot, but for one specific.
- 39:38I remember being out on the balcony in the house
- 39:42at Elbrio, sitting outside with her. This is when I
- 39:45thought that I didn't know that I worked for Jeffrey.
- 39:48Immediately I thought I worked for A Glaine because she
- 39:51was the one who brought me in and she was
- 39:53the one offering the majority of the training to me. So, yeah,
- 39:57I was on the balcony outside, I believe the Yellow
- 40:00Room Menager. She said that you would not want to
- 40:03piss me off because I know powerful people, or words
- 40:06to that effect, Virginia. Words to that effect, yes, Manager.
- 40:11And did she say that what would happen if you
- 40:14did piss her off? Because she knows powerful people, Virginia.
- 40:18That statement alone was enough to let me know I
- 40:21was scared, and I didn't want to. I didn't want
- 40:23to push any further into that question. I seem like
- 40:27I would obey menager up until that point in your life,
- 40:31had you ever met any powerful people? Brad Edwards objects
- 40:35to this then objects to form, Virginia. I do believe
- 40:39that I've been put in very dangerous situations being a
- 40:42runaway and having a lot of bad things happened to me.
- 40:46Understanding the word powerful people and things that could happen.
- 40:50I've put two and two together and knew what she meant. Menager, Okay,
- 40:55So you had met powerful people before the day that
- 40:58Glenn Maxwell said this to you. Is that your testimony?
- 41:02Virginia nowhere near as powerful as Jeffrey and Golaine, nowhere near.
- 41:07But people did scare me, yes, okay. And you had
- 41:11met those people at what age, Virginia. I don't know
- 41:15what age I was. I'm sorry, I was young. I
- 41:17was before I met Jeffrey and Golaine. Manager. Is there
- 41:22a girl who you personally observed to have sexual contact
- 41:25with Gleanne Maxwell when she was under the age of eighteen, Virginia.
- 41:30It's very hard to tell how many girls were under
- 41:32the age of eighteen. My instruction from them was the younger,
- 41:36the better. Manager. And again them who told you that, Virginia,
- 41:42them both of them. They both Glaine did the majority
- 41:45of my training in the beginning. Jeffrey also insinuated and
- 41:48told me lots of things as well. Menager, Okay, so
- 41:52you don't know the age of any of the other
- 41:54females that you saw have sexual contact with Glenn Maxwell.
- 41:59Edwards objects to this and says form Menager, is that true?
- 42:03Edwards again objects to the form of the question mischaracterized
- 42:07her testimony. She wasn't finished with her answer. Manager, I
- 42:11wasn't finished with my question when you objected, and at
- 42:14the end of my question, I said, is that true?
- 42:16She can now restate it without you suggesting to her
- 42:20the answer, Edwards, I have no idea what the question
- 42:23is to even object to at this point. Do you
- 42:27know the question? Virginia? Do I know any underage girls
- 42:30that Glaine slept with? Menager? Can you please read back
- 42:34the question record read as requested Edward's hold on. She
- 42:38wasn't finished with her question. She told me so, that's
- 42:41not the finished question, Menager. You interrupted it. I finished
- 42:45my question. She just read it to her. Menager, can
- 42:49you please answer the question? Edwards once again? Then I
- 42:52object to that question as a mischaracterization of her testimony,
- 42:56and she wasn't finished with her answer. Virginia, It's impossible
- 43:01for me to know the ages of all the girls
- 43:03that were sent to Jeffrey and Golaine. That is my answer, Menager.
- 43:08I did not ask you about the girls who were
- 43:09sent to Jeffrey and Golaine. I ask you about any
- 43:13girl that you personally saw have sexual contact with Glene Maxwell.
- 43:17Do you understand that question, Virginia? Do I know the
- 43:21ages of all of them? Menager? Do you know the
- 43:24age of any girl that you saw have sexual contact
- 43:27with Glenn Maxwell? Virginia, Well, for instance, I mean redacted
- 43:32was I think a year older than me. That's one
- 43:34way of putting it. Redacted. I think was like a
- 43:37few years older than me. Redacted again, a few years
- 43:40older than me. I mean, those are the girls that
- 43:42I can actually name. Without not knowing the other girls' names,
- 43:46there's no way for me to identify what age they
- 43:48actually were. Menager, Okay, describe for me any other girl
- 43:53other than the ones you've named, who you say you
- 43:56saw have sexual contact with Glaine with your own two guys, Virginia,
- 44:02there's so many. I don't know where you want me
- 44:04to start. I find it impossible to answer that question
- 44:07with the amount of girls that I have witnessed and
- 44:09without being able to give you specific names. I don't
- 44:12think I'm able to answer that question. Meninger. Okay, I
- 44:16asked you to describe them, so you could give me
- 44:18a height, a hair color, anything that comes to mind. Virginia.
- 44:23There were blonds, there were brunettes, there were redheads. They
- 44:26were all beautiful girls. I would say the ages ranged
- 44:29between fifteen and twenty one. Menainger? And why do you
- 44:33believe the ages range from fifteen to twenty one? Virginia.
- 44:37Some of them looked really young some of them. I
- 44:39wouldn't say twenty one looks old or anything like that,
- 44:42but it's hard to gauge another person's age without really
- 44:45asking them. But some of them looked younger than me,
- 44:48and some of them looked older than me. Menainger. And
- 44:52in what physical locations did you see Gleagne Maxwell have
- 44:55sexual contact with any girl? Virginia one hundred percent USV
- 45:00I Menager, where Virginia Jeffery's Island? Manager, where Virginia in cabanas?
- 45:09Do you know what I mean by cabanas? Manager? I do,
- 45:12thank you, Virginia in cabanas in Jeffrey's room. Manager, describe
- 45:18Jeffrey's room on USVI for me, Virginia. So I can
- 45:22use this as an idea, like, if this is the island,
- 45:25can I do that? Manager, I'm asking you to describe
- 45:29the inside of the room. Virginia. Oh, the inside of
- 45:32a room I thought you met located Menager? Uh huh, Virginia, Okay, large, stony.
- 45:38He had a king sized bed with posts on it.
- 45:41There was a large door, I think it's called a
- 45:43door where you put your clothes. There was an adjacent
- 45:47bathroom with a more stony look, giant tub. Manager. What
- 45:51color was the paint on the wall, Virginia, it was stone, Manager.
- 45:55What color was the bedspread Virginia white? Manager? Color were
- 46:00the sheets Virginia white? Menager? And you saw Glenn Maxwell
- 46:05have sexual contact with an unknown unnamed female in that room? Correct?
- 46:10Virginia absolutely? Menager? All right, when were you there that
- 46:14you saw this happen, Virginia. This happened on so many occasions.
- 46:18The island was a place where orgies were a constant
- 46:21thing that took place. And again, it's impossible to know
- 46:24how many. Like I said, it wasn't just Jeffrey's room.
- 46:29It was outside, and you know it was Menager interrupts here.
- 46:33When you were outside, did you see Glenn Maxwell have
- 46:36sexual contact with a female? Virginia. When you say sexual contact,
- 46:40does that mean fornicating or down to taking explicit photos
- 46:44or what? Can you define what you mean by sexual contact? Menager? Sure,
- 46:50It generally, in my mind means placing either mouth or
- 46:54intimate parts or hands on the breast, buttocks, or pubic
- 46:57area of another person for sexual gratification. Virginia. Sure, manager,
- 47:02did you see Glene Maxwell have sexual contact with a
- 47:05woman outside on the US virgin Islands? Virginia. I would
- 47:09say a female. I wouldn't define them as a woman.
- 47:14A woman is someone who is older. But yes, outside
- 47:16by the pool, down by the beach, there's these They're little.
- 47:20I wouldn't call it a hut, like little tiny wooden
- 47:22rooms that only could fit a bed in it. Manager,
- 47:26I'm talking about outside, Virginia. That's outside, Manager. So let's
- 47:31start with by the pool, Virginia. Yes, Manager, is that
- 47:35a different occasion than the hut, Virginia. I'm talking about
- 47:39many occasions, Menager. Okay, Virginia. Over time, Manager, Let's just
- 47:44talk about the ones that you saw happen outside outdoors Virginia. Okay, Manager,
- 47:51Do you recall any such specific occasion or is it
- 47:54just a big blur in your mind? No, I mean
- 47:56one occasion stands out. Models were I think there were
- 47:59models were flown in. There were orgies held outside by
- 48:03the pool. That's one occasion, all right, let's stick with
- 48:05that occasion, Virginia. Okay, Manager, What sexual contact did you
- 48:10observe Gallainne Maxwell have with a female by the pool
- 48:13at an orgy on the US virgin Islands, Virginia. Well,
- 48:17there was quite a few girls, and it was excuse
- 48:21me if I'm saying this in an explicit way, but
- 48:24I don't know how else to say it. So if
- 48:26you don't understand, please let me know. Go on girl action.
- 48:29So there was a lot of what's the word for it, licking,
- 48:32licking vaginas breasts manager, okay, which Virginia fingers being used?
- 48:38She was involved in that. I remember specifically I had
- 48:41to go down to you know what that means. By
- 48:44go down, manager, it's your testimony. You go ahead, Virginia.
- 48:49I had to go down on Glaine. Jeffrey was there
- 48:51as well. Manager. And this is where you still buy
- 48:55the pool, Virginia. We're still by the pool with lots
- 48:58of girls. Menager, can you name any of those girls
- 49:01that were there? Virginia. They didn't even speak English, but
- 49:06this was, Menager. Can you describe them physically? Virginia a
- 49:12beautiful tall, some were blonde, some were sandy brown. They
- 49:16had a foreign tongue, Menager. What language were they speaking, Virginia.
- 49:21I'm not too sure. It could have been Russian, it
- 49:23could have been Czechoslovakian, it could have been I think
- 49:26it's between those two, to be honest. It could have
- 49:29been something else. But I mean, I don't speak any
- 49:31other language other than English, so I really don't know, Menager.
- 49:36All right, any other time you saw Glenn Maxwell have
- 49:39sexual contact with another female outdoors in the US virgin
- 49:43Islands other than this models with the unknown language? Virginia
- 49:47answers are we talking about besides with me as well? Manager,
- 49:51I don't know if you participated. I'm asking if you
- 49:54observed her have sexual contact with another female, Virginia, another
- 50:00female other than myself. Manager, you can answer it however
- 50:03you want, Virginia. Well, and the list keeps going on.
- 50:07Glene and Jeffrey and redacted participated in I guess what
- 50:11you would call a foursome in the living room in
- 50:13the main house, Menager. Okay, I was asking about outdoors. Sorry, Virginia,
- 50:19Oh well, I don't know if you'd consider this outdoors.
- 50:21But on the beach where those it's basically an outdoor setting.
- 50:25It's like a little wooden house. It's not a house.
- 50:27Only a bed can fit in there, and it's right
- 50:29on the beach. It's open. Menager. Uh huh, Virginia, would
- 50:33you consider that outdoors? Menager? I have never been there,
- 50:37so I don't know whether it's outdoors or not. Virginia,
- 50:40I would consider it outdoors. And she's interrupted by Menager.
- 50:44How old were you at the time, Virginia. I don't know, Menager. Okay, Virginia,
- 50:50I have no idea. Again, Golaine myself another girl in
- 50:54this blue outdoor. I don't know what you want to
- 50:57call it. Cabana that a house which just a bed
- 51:00could fit in, Menager. How many times did you visit
- 51:03the island, Virginia. I wouldn't be able to say lots
- 51:06of times. Manager more than five, Virginia, definitely more than five. Manager,
- 51:12more than ten, Virginia, more than ten. Menager, more than
- 51:16twenty Virginia, I would say more than twenty. Menager, more
- 51:20than fifty Virginia. I don't think more than fifty. But
- 51:24she's interrupted again by manager, did then Virginia interrupts Menager,
- 51:29I don't have an exact number. I mean if I think,
- 51:32if you look at the flight logs, you know that helps,
- 51:34but then they're not fully complete. We only have flight
- 51:38logs to one plane. And then there's a time I
- 51:41was flown commercially into the island. Manager, Uh huh, Virginia.
- 51:45So it's really hard for me to gauge a number. Manager, Okay,
- 51:49do you have any photographs of yourself on the island Virginia?
- 51:53I know I used to, but they would be left
- 51:55in that apartment. Manager, What other locations did you participate
- 51:59in sexual contact with Glenn Maxwell other than the island Virginia?
- 52:04Everywhere New York, Palm Beach. Manager where in New York, Virginia,
- 52:09the mansion Jeffrey's mansion. Manager okay, anywhere else in New York, Virginia.
- 52:15Not at her townhouse. Manager anywhere else in New York, Virginia.
- 52:20No manager in Palm Beach, Virginia had the house in
- 52:24Palm Beach. Manager anywhere else in Palm Beach, Virginia. No
- 52:28manager in New Mexico, Virginia, the house in New Mexico.
- 52:33Manager anywhere else in New Mexico, Virginia. No, Manager, What
- 52:38other countries Virginia, France, England. We also, I mean, if
- 52:43we're going to talk about other countries, we've got to
- 52:46talk about international travel space or plane space or whatever
- 52:49you want to call it, because it happened all the
- 52:51time on the plains. Menager, Okay, Virginia going from different
- 52:56country to country. Manager, Where in France did you have
- 52:59sex contact with Glenn Maxwell? Virginia. There's a couple places
- 53:04in France that we used to go. Manager. When you
- 53:07say you used to go how many times did you
- 53:09go to France, Virginia responds, I think I've been to
- 53:12France three times. Menager, all right, how old were you
- 53:16when you went to France, Virginia. I don't know. Manager.
- 53:19Did you have a passport when you went to France, Virginia,
- 53:23I would have to have. Yes, Manager, You did have
- 53:26a passport when you went to France, Virginia, Yes, Manager,
- 53:30And you went to France three times, you believe, Virginia. Yes, Manager.
- 53:36And when you were in France those three times, how
- 53:39many times of those three times did you have sexual
- 53:42contact with Glenn Maxwell? Virginia every time? Manager? And in
- 53:47what locations in France did you have sexual contact with
- 53:50Glenn Maxwell. The first time that I remember, we stayed
- 53:54at a really fancy hotel. Manager in what city, Virginia? Paris?
- 53:59Manager okay, And it was within the view of Champs Elise, Virginia.
- 54:05And then manager says, did you have your own room
- 54:08or a separate room, Virginia. We all stayed in the
- 54:11same room, but that room had adjoining rooms to it,
- 54:14so you know, one hotel room but with different rooms
- 54:16in it. Manager okay. And anywhere else. On that one
- 54:20trip that you went, she brought in a redheaded French girl.
- 54:24She walked up to her in Paris and you know,
- 54:26in your presence, Manager ass Virginia, in my presence Menager,
- 54:30uh huh Virginia. And she walked up to this French
- 54:33girl to show me how easy it was for her
- 54:36to procure girls. I wasn't very good at it, and
- 54:39you know it was part of my training was to
- 54:41bring in other girls. So she walked up to her.
- 54:43Within five minutes, she had her number, and that girl
- 54:46came over later that night to the hotel and serve
- 54:49as Jeffrey. I didn't see Glaine with her. I just
- 54:52know she told me what happened, and that Jeffrey told
- 54:54me what happened. Menager, So you were not there, Virginia,
- 54:58I didn't see it. Okay, When did you have sexual
- 55:02contact with Glen Maxwell? Brad Edwards once again objects to
- 55:06this before Virginia answers. I believe it's hard for me
- 55:11to remember. I remember going to quite a few different
- 55:13countries on that trip. I don't know if it was
- 55:16I don't know if we did it in Paris or not.
- 55:19To be honest, we did it in other places, but
- 55:22I've been to Paris three times or not Paris? Sorry France. Manager, Okay,
- 55:28all right, When did you first tell your parents that
- 55:30you would be traveling with Jeffrey Epstein, Virginia. I'm not
- 55:35too sure when I actually told them. Manager. How long
- 55:38after you were working with Jeffrey Epstein did you travel
- 55:41with them, Virginia? Well, I know that my first trip
- 55:45was to New York. I would say anywhere between six weeks.
- 55:48I would say after six weeks, Manager, you were you
- 55:52had known Jeffrey Epstein for six weeks before you started
- 55:54traveling with them, Virginia. I believe, Manager, Am I understanding
- 55:59that correc Virginia. I believe, so, I mean that's an
- 56:02approximate answer. Manager. And did you just go to New
- 56:06York and come back or did you go somewhere else, Virginia.
- 56:09I think I just went to New York because I
- 56:11can't remember if we went somewhere else. Manager, Okay, and
- 56:15did you tell your parents you were going to New York, Virginia? Yes? Manager,
- 56:20And do you recall any part of your conversation with
- 56:23your parents about going to New York, Virginia. I didn't
- 56:27get into details about what I was having to do
- 56:29with Glenn and Jeffrey. I didn't tell them that, but
- 56:31I told them I was going to New York. Manager.
- 56:34You don't recall telling them anything else about it, Virginia,
- 56:38I don't know. I mean I might have called them
- 56:40from New York and told them it was cold and
- 56:42you know, just simple stuff. But I can't really recall
- 56:46what I spoke to them about. Manager, as I understand it.
- 56:50The food is here, So I'm going to suggest this
- 56:53is a good time for us to now take a break.
- 56:57Mister Edwards, sounds good. Manager, all right, Videographer, we're off
- 57:01the record at twelve forty two. Sounds like the perfect
- 57:04time for us to take a break too, So that's
