- 0:00Speaker 1: Now the Red Beret has returned to radio. Curtis lee
- 0:05Speaker 1: Wall guest host the Mark Simone Show on sevent tenor.
- 0:15Speaker 2: After spending so much time in the Tri State area
- 0:19Speaker 2: during the Christmas holidays, visiting Nancy's part of the family.
- 0:24Speaker 2: By the way, she's busy working the phones this morning,
- 0:27Speaker 2: now that we're back, making sure that folks are caring
- 0:32Speaker 2: for their ferral cats, those who live outdoors, making sure
- 0:36Speaker 2: you have those houses out there to protect him from
- 0:39Speaker 2: the inclement weather. That's what my wife, Nancy does, with
- 0:43Speaker 2: so many other mostly women, but some men, who rescue
- 0:47Speaker 2: animals in distress. So she's busy, busy, busy. So was
- 0:54Speaker 2: NICKI minajatois I gotta discuss it because in the afternoon
- 1:00Speaker 2: after that Turning Point gathering, they had yearly in Phoenix,
- 1:04Speaker 2: and Charlie Kirk was alive, now hosted by his wife
- 1:08Speaker 2: after he got assassinated, and some interesting characters who showed up,
- 1:13Speaker 2: two of whom I know, we'll talk about it later,
- 1:16Speaker 2: Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson, but most of them I
- 1:20Speaker 2: really don't know. I couldn't understand why Russell Brand would
- 1:25Speaker 2: be there, by the way, charged with two more rapes
- 1:29Speaker 2: since he appeared there in England. Well discuss that later on.
- 1:34Speaker 2: But out on the stage hand in hand with Erica
- 1:38Speaker 2: Kirk was Nicki Minajatoy and I'm here all the conspirators,
- 1:46Speaker 2: conspiratory will talk out there, said oh oh, Nicki Minaja Toy.
- 1:49Speaker 2: You know she was talking about Christians under attack in
- 1:52Speaker 2: Nigeria by Muslim extremists, pokoharam isis all of that true?
- 1:59Speaker 2: And her making this like a key point using her
- 2:03Speaker 2: public platform, it certainly may have been like the accelerant
- 2:10Speaker 2: to President Donald Trump to actually go in there and
- 2:14Speaker 2: take them out, which apparently he did over the Christmas
- 2:19Speaker 2: holiday with the cooperation of the leader of Nigeria. And
- 2:26Speaker 2: many people were saying, yeah, yeah, yeah. When Nicki Mana
- 2:28Speaker 2: Chatoy was on that stage with Erika Kirk and was
- 2:31Speaker 2: praising the president, is yeah yeah, even though we're the
- 2:36Speaker 2: cool kids, Erica, the real role models for young men,
- 2:42Speaker 2: Donald Trump. And then she called JD. Vants the assassin.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I ain't quite get that. Maybe somebody out there knows.
- 2:52Speaker 2: It was very confusing to me, But then again, Nicki
- 2:55Speaker 2: minajatois the rap ass. The hip queen has always confused me,
- 3:04Speaker 2: and no I don't think that her talk of this
- 3:07Speaker 2: issue was the catalyst to have the President of the
- 3:11Speaker 2: United States launch a Christmas night airstrike on compounds of
- 3:16Speaker 2: Isis and Bocahram who have kidnapped school children before, mostly girls,
- 3:24Speaker 2: have killed many Christians worshiping as that sectarian violence continues
- 3:31Speaker 2: in the most well, the wealthiest country in all of Africa,
- 3:36Speaker 2: just because of the oil reserves in Nigeria and also
- 3:39Speaker 2: one of the most corrupt, there's no doubt about it.
- 3:41Speaker 2: We'll get into all of that. But what I remember
- 3:43Speaker 2: a Nicki Minaja toy is that she went to Fiorello H.
- 3:47Speaker 2: LaGuardia High School. Oh yeah, school of Performing Arts and
- 3:53Speaker 2: Izzy if I remember correctly, maybe you'll have to nourish
- 3:56Speaker 2: my memory. You know, her hip hop class were say
- 4:01Speaker 2: so win again. What that would appear appeal to Donald Trump? Right,
- 4:07Speaker 2: we're winning, We're winning. And Super Freaky Girl, which was
- 4:11Speaker 2: really a takeoff if you remember up there in Orchard
- 4:17Speaker 2: Park in the land of Kathy the Grifter Hocal, that's
- 4:23Speaker 2: where the Buffalo Bills used to have their old stadium
- 4:26Speaker 2: when ol J. Simpson was the star, and now they
- 4:31Speaker 2: have the News Stadium, which is in Orchard Park not
- 4:34Speaker 2: far from Rick James. So he had his campaign upound
- 4:37Speaker 2: there and the Mary Jane girls, remember, and who came
- 4:40Speaker 2: up there and gave up a year of his life
- 4:42Speaker 2: to get a number one hit song. Party all the time,
- 4:44Speaker 2: Eddie Murphy, Yeah, as they were doing lines. There's no
- 4:47Speaker 2: doubt about it. But Rick James, he came up remember
- 4:53Speaker 2: super freak. See, that's why people think that I could
- 4:57Speaker 2: do hip hop radio. Ain't happening. I may know a
- 5:01Speaker 2: lot about it, but it ain't no way. But it
- 5:06Speaker 2: can certainly hit on this because there are some people
- 5:09Speaker 2: who are trying to connect the dots and saying Nicki
- 5:12Speaker 2: Minajatoy she has this epiphany. She announces how horrible it is.
- 5:18Speaker 2: It is the Muslim extremists from Boko Haram, and isis
- 5:24Speaker 2: kidnapping and killing Christians and burning down churches at issue,
- 5:30Speaker 2: and that something has to be done about it. And
- 5:32Speaker 2: then all of a sudden, somehow there was the the trifecta,
- 5:38Speaker 2: so to speak. So it went from Nicki Minajatoi to
- 5:41Speaker 2: Erika Kirk who went out on the stage with her,
- 5:46Speaker 2: and then all of a sudden, President Donald Trump, who
- 5:50Speaker 2: had commented on that, decided to light those terrorist camps
- 5:54Speaker 2: up on Christmas Night, which apparently he did. And you
- 6:02Speaker 2: say to yourself, could there be a connection there. I
- 6:06Speaker 2: don't think so. But in this day and age of
- 6:10Speaker 2: the influencers, I don't know what they influence. They influenced
- 6:13Speaker 2: Maghan Hud, nothing, Bupkis. But you know these self appointed
- 6:18Speaker 2: influencers are already making this correlation. But remember, this is
- 6:23Speaker 2: an opportunity for all of you to get involved with
- 6:26Speaker 2: what For some of you, I'm sure it's your newfound
- 6:29Speaker 2: station for talk seven to ten wor By being hurt
- 6:33Speaker 2: because that's always been a part of my thirty five
- 6:35Speaker 2: years in talk radio. I love taking calls. I treat
- 6:39Speaker 2: the callers like it's a mosh pit, whether you're a
- 6:42Speaker 2: friend of full W and I dive right in our
- 6:45Speaker 2: numbers eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten.
- 6:48Speaker 2: That's eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten.
- 6:52Speaker 2: So they're having this massive gathering as had every year
- 6:56Speaker 2: for a turning point. Charlie Kirk would host it when
- 6:59Speaker 2: he was a lot after being assassinated, his wife Erica,
- 7:03Speaker 2: has taken on the duties. I never really paid attention
- 7:07Speaker 2: to it, obviously, like the rest of you. We're hearing
- 7:10Speaker 2: more about it this time, and well, I couldn't understand.
- 7:15Speaker 2: It's like, how is it they had Russell Brand up there. Now,
- 7:20Speaker 2: For those of you whom may not know, Russell Brand,
- 7:25Speaker 2: he was married to I just kissed the girl, Katy
- 7:28Speaker 2: Perry for a while. Obviously it didn't work out. He
- 7:31Speaker 2: went his way, she went hers. So he's up on
- 7:34Speaker 2: the stage and I'm watching him at turning point and
- 7:38Speaker 2: he's talking about how yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm no longer
- 7:42Speaker 2: with Katie. I really love her. Okay, those are all
- 7:45Speaker 2: the right things. And you know I didn't object when
- 7:47Speaker 2: she was with Orlando Bloom. I didn't even know you
- 7:51Speaker 2: get to weigh in any longer, but he did. But
- 7:54Speaker 2: now that she's with Justin Trudeau Junior, that globalist stooge,
- 7:58Speaker 2: and the crowd went crazy, and I'm saying, what the
- 8:01Speaker 2: hell is this guy doing on the stage. He was
- 8:05Speaker 2: already accused in England of like five rapes and sexual assault,
- 8:10Speaker 2: and since his appearance there, two more counts have been
- 8:13Speaker 2: added on. He claims he's a sex addict, but he
- 8:19Speaker 2: never raped anybody. Yeah sure, right, Okay, you'll have your
- 8:23Speaker 2: day in court over there. I've been in the Old Bailey,
- 8:25Speaker 2: the old Old Barey after I got stabbed in Wandsworth
- 8:28Speaker 2: in the South end of London, while organizing the Guardian
- 8:30Speaker 2: Angels and a Council of State. Best part of that
- 8:35Speaker 2: is when they stitched me up, I figured, how the
- 8:39Speaker 2: hell am I going to pay this bill? I don't
- 8:41Speaker 2: have up Back then it was the pound, those sterling hey,
- 8:44Speaker 2: the sterling pound. I don't have any money. They said, mate,
- 8:49Speaker 2: you're lucky. As I went to the casualty ward to
- 8:51Speaker 2: get stitched up. This is National health care service. You
- 8:53Speaker 2: don't have to pay, I said, But I'm an American. Yeah,
- 8:55Speaker 2: we could tell that you don't have to pay. I'm
- 9:00Speaker 2: off on a bit of attention. But Russell Brand clearly
- 9:03Speaker 2: a brit He's made his mark as comedian. I've seen
- 9:07Speaker 2: him on YouTube, he's been on radio over there, you know,
- 9:10Speaker 2: the BBC one, two, three, four, whatever. But I don't
- 9:15Speaker 2: know how the hell he made the cut. Is this
- 9:18Speaker 2: the kind of role model you want? You're talking about
- 9:20Speaker 2: all the right kind of role models. Yeah, I just
- 9:25Speaker 2: said I can't figure that one out. Maybe somebody out
- 9:28Speaker 2: there can help connect the dots for me. At one
- 9:32Speaker 2: eight hundred three to one zero seven to ten. So
- 9:35Speaker 2: you got Nicki Minajatoaje uh, you got Russell Brand and
- 9:41Speaker 2: a whole bunch of others. But the only really two
- 9:44Speaker 2: that I knew who were featured there was Ben Shapiro,
- 9:49Speaker 2: who basically torched all of his adversaries on the conservative right.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I mean, he laid down verbal napalm to the Candice
- 9:59Speaker 2: Owen's of the world, the Tucker Carlson's of the world,
- 10:02Speaker 2: the Megan Kelly's of the world, and of course Nazi
- 10:05Speaker 2: boy Nicki Flantez. He just he laid out rhetorical napalm.
- 10:13Speaker 2: And then of course it was Tucker Carlson. He spoke
- 10:17Speaker 2: in reaction to what Ben Shapiro had said about him
- 10:21Speaker 2: earlier in that day in Phoenix, And I'm going to
- 10:27Speaker 2: share with you my personal experiences with both because he
- 10:30Speaker 2: get I never knew Nicki minajatois, although supposedly the Influentias
- 10:37Speaker 2: have said her talk about the attacks against Christian Christians
- 10:45Speaker 2: in Nigeria by Muslim extremists is what propelled the president
- 10:49Speaker 2: actually fire up those Tomahawk missiles offshore in battleships that
- 10:55Speaker 2: he's going to want to name after himself when they
- 10:57Speaker 2: come out of the dry dock. That's coming up, Milton Bradley.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Remember Remember that was the game you wanted for Christmas.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Milton Bradley battleship there didn't have Tomahawk missiles at that time. Wow.
- 11:15Speaker 2: And I think there's somehow a connection there, somehow. Nicki
- 11:20Speaker 2: Minaje talked about it and the President did something about it. Well, look,
- 11:24Speaker 2: you fired them up. The ISIS terrorists in Syria in
- 11:29Speaker 2: their camps because they had killed Americans. National guardsmen from
- 11:37Speaker 2: believe it was Arkansas to the point Architella, Oklahoma. And
- 11:43Speaker 2: I get that. I know our troops are poised right
- 11:48Speaker 2: outside of Venezuela to be flying in there and bombing
- 11:53Speaker 2: areas that were claiming is where drug manufacturing is taking
- 11:57Speaker 2: place by Maduro. I wonder about that. I don't trust government.
- 12:02Speaker 2: I never had, whether it's Democrats or Republicans, because we
- 12:06Speaker 2: have been told so much about wars. We have gotten
- 12:08Speaker 2: involved in LBJ, the Gulf of Tonkin resolution so good
- 12:15Speaker 2: that the Pentagon papers revealed what really was going on.
- 12:21Speaker 2: LBJ and others created that rationale to continue with the
- 12:25Speaker 2: carnage in Vietnam. And Daniel Elsburg deserved a salute and
- 12:30Speaker 2: instead he was attacked viciously. He was a whistleblower. This
- 12:35Speaker 2: is what they do, the whistleblowers and then the weapons
- 12:37Speaker 2: of mass destruction. You know that Dick Cheney told us
- 12:40Speaker 2: is the reason we had to invade the Dam Hussein
- 12:43Speaker 2: in Iraq. How did that work out? And how we
- 12:46Speaker 2: took out Momar Kadaffi in Libya because at the time
- 12:51Speaker 2: the Secretary of State Hillary decided we needed to fire
- 12:56Speaker 2: them up, take out Momar Kadaffi. How did that work out?
- 13:01Speaker 2: What a mess that is now? But oh oh no,
- 13:06Speaker 2: they never apologized and there's never apology. We made a mistake.
- 13:09Speaker 2: I'm sorry, it was wrong. No before John, So when
- 13:16Speaker 2: we come back, I'll tell you a little bit about
- 13:18Speaker 2: what they know about Ben Shapiro, who I've been in
- 13:20Speaker 2: his company, and Tucker Carlson, who I've been in this company.
- 13:23Speaker 2: The others I really haven't been. I don't want to
- 13:26Speaker 2: surmise what's going on in their minds. How all the
- 13:31Speaker 2: furniture is arranged in the wrong rooms for some like
- 13:35Speaker 2: Candice Owens by Nazi boy, Nikki Fuentes and others. But
- 13:41Speaker 2: I can't tell you about the people that I know.
- 13:45Speaker 2: And then you You'll be the determiner because it's your
- 13:50Speaker 2: turn to be heard here at what should be a
- 13:52Speaker 2: newfound radio station seven ten wor at eight hundred three
- 13:57Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten one hundred three two one
- 14:01Speaker 2: zero sevent ten.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Street Smart Straight Talk. Curtis leewa guest host for mark
- 14:08Speaker 1: zimone on sevent ten war.
- 14:14Speaker 2: So I see Vladimir Zelenski. You never seems to be
- 14:18Speaker 2: in the Ukraine any longer, either in Europe or other parts.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Kinda negotiated peace now. His idea is to have a DMC.
- 14:25Speaker 2: I think it's a good idea. He's going to be
- 14:28Speaker 2: down in Mari Lago with President Donald Trump and probably
- 14:35Speaker 2: Trump's team trying to dot the is and cross the
- 14:39Speaker 2: tee on his peace plan. He'll be in Mari Lago
- 14:42Speaker 2: on Sunday. But the interesting thing is about manage Chatoige
- 14:51Speaker 2: as I call her, and no doubt one of your
- 14:57Speaker 2: favorites is he Nicki Minaj While triggering the President to
- 15:03Speaker 2: fire off those Tomahawk missiles into deep into Nigeria, the
- 15:09Speaker 2: training camps for Isis and Boko Haram for burning down
- 15:14Speaker 2: Christian churches and kidnapping and killing sometimes the women, the
- 15:19Speaker 2: young women, We'll deal with that. But now let's deal
- 15:23Speaker 2: with what I had talked about Ben Shapiro, who clearly,
- 15:28Speaker 2: with his appearance at turning Point decided to drop verbal
- 15:32Speaker 2: napalm on candies and took her car from Megan Kelly
- 15:36Speaker 2: and those who would differ from him politically in terms
- 15:41Speaker 2: of his conservative event. He is pro Zalynsky, I know
- 15:45Speaker 2: he interviewed Zelensky on his podcast. Is pro BBI pro Israel,
- 15:51Speaker 2: a Orthodox Jew, and he is a practitioner. He is
- 15:54Speaker 2: a true believer, and he's taken on many on the
- 15:58Speaker 2: right who clearly do not support Zelenski or the Ukraine
- 16:03Speaker 2: or support BB in Israel, and have been labeled anti
- 16:08Speaker 2: Semites in many respects for doing that. That's Kandice Owen,
- 16:13Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson. Let's talk about Ben Shapiro. First, I first
- 16:16Speaker 2: met Ben Shapiro over at AM ninety seventy the answer
- 16:19Speaker 2: when I was doing mornings in Hasberg Heights, New Jersey,
- 16:23Speaker 2: a placebo city that I never saw anybody come in
- 16:26Speaker 2: and out of their house and where I had to
- 16:28Speaker 2: walk up the hill after doing morning drive and go
- 16:33Speaker 2: to the boulevard. That's right, it's not even a name
- 16:36Speaker 2: to it is he you're from Jersey the Boulevard in
- 16:39Speaker 2: order to catch the New Jersey Transit bus back to
- 16:42Speaker 2: the Port Authority and then walk over to the Pennsylvania
- 16:46Speaker 2: Hotel to do afternoon drive there. What was so interesting
- 16:53Speaker 2: is that Ben Shapiro was there and he was doing
- 16:57Speaker 2: a simulcast with a station in the Salem radio station.
- 17:02Speaker 2: He was like I think Cole Housting at that time
- 17:05Speaker 2: in LA and management there said hey, he's got to
- 17:09Speaker 2: get to New York City. Will you take them back
- 17:10Speaker 2: to New York City? Certainly we had a great conversation.
- 17:14Speaker 2: We went to downtown Newark, took the Path train from
- 17:19Speaker 2: Newark penn Station, and he said, Hey, Curtis, I'm just
- 17:23Speaker 2: going in the men's room and I saw man guys
- 17:26Speaker 2: I fornicating him. Man, I mean, it was like Christmas
- 17:30Speaker 2: come early for them. He was like a walking atm
- 17:32Speaker 2: They were going to rob him, no doubt about it.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I could feel it right in the marrow of my bones.
- 17:37Speaker 2: So I walk into the men's room and I say, Yo,
- 17:40Speaker 2: you see that guy there. Don't even think about it.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Oh no, Curtis, and don't even think about that. Had
- 17:46Speaker 2: a great conversation on the path training into the city.
- 17:49Speaker 2: He was going to visit some friends, and he talked
- 17:52Speaker 2: to me about his philosophy. And at that time he
- 17:55Speaker 2: would go strite books for some well known people. I
- 17:59Speaker 2: won't review to you who they are, who claimed they
- 18:01Speaker 2: write their own books, and he said, yeah. It was
- 18:04Speaker 2: a way to accumulate resource because one day he wanted
- 18:08Speaker 2: to have his own vehicle, which became the Daily Wire.
- 18:14Speaker 2: So apparently he got paid. Quite why, I said, what
- 18:16Speaker 2: don't you, Ben, don't you object to the fact that
- 18:19Speaker 2: others are taking credit for what you wrote. He goes,
- 18:21Speaker 2: the money's good and it'll help me achieve my mission,
- 18:25Speaker 2: which clearly a dick. So that's Ben Shapiro. Now Turk Carlson,
- 18:30Speaker 2: on the other hand, I remember meeting. It was I
- 18:34Speaker 2: think two thousand and five, two thousand and six. He
- 18:37Speaker 2: was over. He was over at MSNBC. Yeah, he was
- 18:41Speaker 2: a liberal back then. He was a moderating water bow
- 18:44Speaker 2: Tie had the show at n nine pm and he
- 18:48Speaker 2: was going on vacation with his family and he and
- 18:50Speaker 2: the producer this said, Curtis, could you substitute for me
- 18:53Speaker 2: for the week? Now, this is before MSNBC. What you
- 18:57Speaker 2: know now to the far left, but it was pretty
- 19:00Speaker 2: pretty liberal, pretty progressive. I think it was called Tucker
- 19:04Speaker 2: on MSNBC. I said, sure, no problem, So I came
- 19:08Speaker 2: over and I did the guest hosting. Day number one
- 19:11Speaker 2: went well. Day number two I was interviewing Rachel Madow
- 19:17Speaker 2: was not yet on MSNBC. She was part of Air
- 19:20Speaker 2: America at that time, which was the liberal progressive way
- 19:24Speaker 2: of trying to have talk radio outlet across the nation
- 19:28Speaker 2: that had basically liberal progressive values. A nice try. Just
- 19:34Speaker 2: they didn't entertain enough and they didn't have enough advertising
- 19:37Speaker 2: because it was so busy bashing people who might have
- 19:40Speaker 2: advertised that her show she was on. It was called Unfiltered.
- 19:45Speaker 2: I remember listening to it. You couldn't listen to it.
- 19:48Speaker 2: It was Rachel Maddow obviously not doing show prep, and
- 19:51Speaker 2: Chuck d of Public Enemy, Oh my god, he did
- 19:54Speaker 2: no show prep. You see, if you're going to do
- 19:56Speaker 2: good talk radio, for every hour you're on the air,
- 19:59Speaker 2: you have to do two hours a show prep. Two
- 20:01Speaker 2: hours you cheat on the audience. It's gonna be obvious.
- 20:06Speaker 2: And so that wasn't very good talk radio. Now they
- 20:08Speaker 2: had out Frank and I remember I've seen him on
- 20:10Speaker 2: the Upper West Side outside of Fairways on Broadway. Recently
- 20:13Speaker 2: Randy Rhodes, Ronnie Reagan, Yeah, son of Ronald Reagan. It
- 20:18Speaker 2: was Jerry Springer, he was on there wild remember Randy
- 20:21Speaker 2: Roads He who's the other person? RFK Junior was on there.
- 20:26Speaker 2: This is before the big Maha movement. But anyway, Talker
- 20:30Speaker 2: was very liberal moderate, and then he went from MSNBC
- 20:35Speaker 2: to CNN moderate. Then he went to Fox News Channel
- 20:40Speaker 2: replaced O'Reilly. Now he's more conservative, more of a libertarian
- 20:46Speaker 2: now that he does his own podcast. He has been
- 20:51Speaker 2: labeled the anti Semite of the year because he questions
- 20:57Speaker 2: our relationship with Israel. He seems very friendly to the
- 21:04Speaker 2: Gulf regions, especially Qatar, and so now he's been labeled
- 21:10Speaker 2: the anti semit of the year. Now the question is,
- 21:14Speaker 2: are these true idea logues or as I've told you
- 21:19Speaker 2: for years if you followed me, many of them are
- 21:22Speaker 2: actors and actresses, anteesmians. They could easily win an Academy
- 21:26Speaker 2: Award winning performance if you pay him enough. They'll say
- 21:29Speaker 2: what you want. But some of you get all in
- 21:32Speaker 2: a tizzy and a ladder. Oh my god, what did
- 21:35Speaker 2: they say? Trust me, it's all for clicks for many
- 21:41Speaker 2: of them. For many of them they are true believers.
- 21:43Speaker 2: But for some of them they could just as easily
- 21:47Speaker 2: take one position or another if the price was right,
- 21:50Speaker 2: you know, like Eric Adams the price was right. I
- 21:53Speaker 2: think it was like twenty mil for him to drop
- 21:55Speaker 2: out of the race to run for me. I think
- 21:59Speaker 2: you know, if you listen to the Grapevine anyway, I
- 22:02Speaker 2: numbers this is the time for all of you to
- 22:05Speaker 2: be hurt at what should be your newfound station that
- 22:09Speaker 2: you're listening to seven to ten w Rwhen I was
- 22:12Speaker 2: up in Albany and Rensilli and Schenectady and Troy for
- 22:17Speaker 2: the holiday, to be with Nancy's relatives and to do
- 22:21Speaker 2: a operation Hush Hush Mush much to find out why
- 22:24Speaker 2: Republican leadership has thrown at least staphonic under the bus.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Oh I did that at the Copper Crow on Broadway.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Am I going to be sharing that with you? You
- 22:36Speaker 2: don't want to go anywhere, but your time, your time
- 22:41Speaker 2: to be hurt whatever it is that's on your mind.
- 22:43Speaker 2: In the words of my mentoring radio the great Bob Grant,
- 22:47Speaker 2: who had two different stints here at w A War
- 22:50Speaker 2: during his long illustrious career eight hundred three two one
- 22:54Speaker 2: zero seven ten. That's eight hundred three two one zero
- 23:00Speaker 2: seven ten. And also tell me how the world will
- 23:03Speaker 2: end when Bernie the out the Kaka san this squares
- 23:06Speaker 2: in Zoron Mandanmi, twelve noon from City Hall, January first,
- 23:12Speaker 2: when he officially becomes the new mayor of the City
- 23:14Speaker 2: of New York. Can you explain to me how it's
- 23:16Speaker 2: all over? I mean, we've had horrible mayors Comrade Build Deblasio,
- 23:20Speaker 2: the part time of the Dope from Park Slope, smoking
- 23:23Speaker 2: Maui Wowie and Hindu Kush with his grift of wife Charlette,
- 23:26Speaker 2: Eric Adams swagger Man with no plan getting wine dined
- 23:30Speaker 2: in pocket line and yet everyone, Oh my god, it's
- 23:33Speaker 2: gonna be the end a movement. I'm mony yeah, yo,
- 23:37Speaker 2: Come on, this is Curtis Slee. What you're talking to?
- 23:40Speaker 1: This Curtis Talk Radio with Street Crag. Literally Curtis Leewa
- 23:45Speaker 1: joined sevent ten w o R to guest oats from
- 23:49Speaker 1: Mark Samoff.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Now it's turned your turn to be heard here at
- 23:57Speaker 2: seven ten. War should be your place to be reby.
- 24:01Speaker 2: You've got your talk radio before you can forget about it.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Keep it right here. Anyway, Let's go if we can
- 24:09Speaker 2: to Alan, who's first up in the queue calling from Pennsylvania.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Your turn to be heard here at seven to ten
- 24:15Speaker 2: wor Alan, happy.
- 24:18Speaker 3: And a healthy Here, my brother from another mother. And
- 24:22Speaker 3: I got to tell you that I got to meet
- 24:25Speaker 3: you in nineteen eighty four for the first time. And
- 24:29Speaker 3: whenever I think of the gladiator door at the Coliseum
- 24:35Speaker 3: and how few gladiators have walked through that door, You're
- 24:40Speaker 3: a gladiator in my book. Many people get to be
- 24:43Speaker 3: in the arena, but fewer gladiators, and I commend you
- 24:47Speaker 3: for that. I think you're an incredible New Yorker and
- 24:51Speaker 3: someone that deserves great thanks from people that have followed him.
- 24:56Speaker 3: As long as I have the first.
- 24:58Speaker 2: I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what well, and
- 25:00Speaker 2: slowly I turned, step by step. Nineteen eighty four. That
- 25:04Speaker 2: was the year the subway gunman Bernard gets remember that
- 25:08Speaker 2: was right before Christmas, in which while writing downtown on
- 25:13Speaker 2: the Number two train to join his nerdy wonky friends
- 25:17Speaker 2: talking about the recent edition of Popular Mechanics, he ended
- 25:21Speaker 2: up shooting. Let me see if I can remember Barry Allen,
- 25:25Speaker 2: Troy Canty, James Msoor and Darryl Kaby writing two books
- 25:33Speaker 2: about that. They've written two books about that that are
- 25:35Speaker 2: coming out, and now they all want my opinion. Since
- 25:40Speaker 2: I was there side by side, knowing what all the
- 25:44Speaker 2: intricate details I see. That's why you got to listen,
- 25:47Speaker 2: because whether it happened before, or whether it's happening now,
- 25:52Speaker 2: or there are rumors about the future with I'll share
- 25:54Speaker 2: with you towards the end of the show on twelve.
- 25:57Speaker 2: You don't want to go anywhere and continue to do show.
- 26:00Speaker 2: As I said, suit for Mark Simone, after the dropping
- 26:04Speaker 2: of the ball, the welcoming in in the New York Year,
- 26:07Speaker 2: the swearing in is or on Mondami, and obviously I'll
- 26:10Speaker 2: be here till January second. But I love being a gladiator.
- 26:15Speaker 2: The question is who's better as a gladiator, Russell Crowe
- 26:19Speaker 2: or Denzel Your turn to be heard? Let's go if
- 26:26Speaker 2: we can to Bob, who's patiently waiting on the line
- 26:29Speaker 2: from Long Island. Your turn to be heard here at
- 26:31Speaker 2: seven to ten, wr.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Hey, Curtis is Bob Hey, I want to let you
- 26:36Speaker 4: know you're totally wrong about your snowfall. Statements of the
- 26:40Speaker 4: earlier part of the show the snowy at swingches we've
- 26:42Speaker 4: had in New York of occur since two thousand and
- 26:46Speaker 4: if you recall, in twenty fifteen, we had sixty consecutive
- 26:49Speaker 4: days of one is a more snow on the ground
- 26:52Speaker 4: in Central Park, which was a record. So you're saying
- 26:55Speaker 4: that way back when those mountains of snow with a
- 26:59Speaker 4: snowy swinch, you're actually absolutely wrong. Ohasily checked Central Park records.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Hold on a second, Bob, You know what records I check?
- 27:09Speaker 2: How many times they had to put on my galoshes
- 27:12Speaker 2: in order to get out there and to go to
- 27:14Speaker 2: the snow. So you're telling me that what we're hearing
- 27:18Speaker 2: all this fear fright in hysteria about this snowfall might
- 27:21Speaker 2: be four six eight inches or more, that it's comparable
- 27:28Speaker 2: to what was happening.
- 27:29Speaker 4: When I, Curtis, just check the Central Park weather records.
- 27:34Speaker 2: What the hell would I want to check Central Park
- 27:36Speaker 2: weather records? How about my gelages? How about how many
- 27:39Speaker 2: times I was out there? You were going to compare
- 27:44Speaker 2: this to when you were growing up nineteen ninety six,
- 27:49Speaker 2: Rudy Giuliani eleven snowstorms, twenty inches of snow in the city,
- 27:56Speaker 2: thirty and Staten Island. Really when I'm having these kinds
- 28:02Speaker 2: of snowfalls any longer? See, this is what bugs people
- 28:06Speaker 2: because I believe in global warming and climate change. Oh
- 28:09Speaker 2: my god, how could you say that? Well, because I
- 28:12Speaker 2: believe it's true. I'm sure many of you think it's fake.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Well guess what, it's not fake. That's good to Jackie.
- 28:21Speaker 2: He is calling from Pennsylvania. Your turn to be heard?
- 28:24Speaker 2: He at what should be a Newfound station seven to
- 28:28Speaker 2: ten war.
- 28:30Speaker 5: Oh yes it is, Curtis High. I am born and
- 28:33Speaker 5: raised in the Bronx.
- 28:35Speaker 6: You could take the kid out of the Bronx, but
- 28:36Speaker 6: you can't take the Bronx.
- 28:37Speaker 5: Out of the kid.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Uh.
- 28:39Speaker 6: Now, I'm a big, big fan of yours, Curtis.
- 28:42Speaker 5: Were you aware that Greg Kelly during the Democrat Democratic
- 28:47Speaker 5: Primary was asking people to vote for Mendanni because he
- 28:52Speaker 5: hated Cuomo? Were you were aware of that? And you
- 28:55Speaker 5: know I called.
- 28:56Speaker 6: Him after the November election and I brought that up
- 29:00Speaker 6: to him and he was taken back. My husband is
- 29:02Speaker 6: a witness to this, and he goes, well, I have
- 29:05Speaker 6: a right to change my mind, and I'm like, what
- 29:09Speaker 6: a phony?
- 29:10Speaker 2: Curtis again, Oh yes, and he said it over and
- 29:15Speaker 2: over again. During the Democratic primary, Greg Kelly, who never
- 29:20Speaker 2: does show prep, who knows nothing about politics, and in
- 29:22Speaker 2: fact he'll tell that to his audience. He goes, I
- 29:25Speaker 2: really don't know anything about politics, and then for the
- 29:27Speaker 2: next three hours he'll tell you everything he doesn't know.
- 29:31Speaker 2: But you're right. All during the Democratic primary he was
- 29:35Speaker 2: encouraging the listeners, which is his right to vote for
- 29:39Speaker 2: Zorhanmandami and not for angew Como. He called Andrew Cormo
- 29:43Speaker 2: the Prince of darkness constantly and rightfully so talked about
- 29:48Speaker 2: the fifteen thousand elderly who died as a result of
- 29:51Speaker 2: his executive orders during the lockdown and pandemic. And then, boy,
- 29:56Speaker 2: you talk about a pivot in shift all of us sudden.
- 30:00Speaker 2: He was a Cuomo sexual. He couldn't get enough of
- 30:03Speaker 2: Angel Cuomo. And there's a reason for that. Again, don't
- 30:07Speaker 2: take these people seriously, Jackie. They are like actors and actresses.
- 30:13Speaker 2: If they're given their script, their lines, they're talking points,
- 30:17Speaker 2: they can't because this is what they believe. And understand
- 30:20Speaker 2: this to all listeners, whether it's talk to your hosts,
- 30:23Speaker 2: the hostesses, whether it's politicians, Democrats or Republicans, they believe
- 30:29Speaker 2: that you're all sheep, that you're stupid. I've been in
- 30:32Speaker 2: many conversations where I've defended people because I trust people.
- 30:36Speaker 2: I don't trust politicians. I don't trust talk to your hosts.
- 30:40Speaker 2: I just don't because I've known them. And what they'll
- 30:44Speaker 2: do is they'll say, oh, you don't trust don't trust them.
- 30:49Speaker 2: They won't remember what you said five seconds ago, five
- 30:51Speaker 2: minutes ago, five weeks ago, five days ago, five months ago.
- 30:55Speaker 2: They need sheaphurdise like us. And Greg Kelly is a
- 31:00Speaker 2: perfect example. Come on, he never listened to talk radio
- 31:04Speaker 2: going up. You knew that well Garden City, Long Island,
- 31:07Speaker 2: tough guy out there right protected by his daddy. Was
- 31:10Speaker 2: a great guy. Ray Kelly longest serving police commissioner, but
- 31:15Speaker 2: not a talk radio guy. Maybe talk TV, talk radio. No,
- 31:19Speaker 2: he just he runs out of gas and he doesn't
- 31:22Speaker 2: want you to remember what he was saying during the
- 31:26Speaker 2: Democratic primary. And as much as I hate, I loathe,
- 31:29Speaker 2: I despise Andrew evilized CuMo. Hey, Andrew, I said them,
- 31:34Speaker 2: he too, sue, prove your us fat cheem and you
- 31:36Speaker 2: are what happened to him? He's hanging out there in
- 31:40Speaker 2: the Hamptons slid back under the rock, you know, dystopian
- 31:44Speaker 2: as he is hanging out with his billionaire millionaire friends.
- 31:49Speaker 2: And this guy Greg Kelly was actually telling everyone to
- 31:52Speaker 2: vote for Shohan Mandami. Hey, by the way, you know
- 31:54Speaker 2: who else was telling him during the Democratic primary that
- 31:57Speaker 2: he chose not to run in Eric Adams Swagerman with
- 32:00Speaker 2: no plan. Yeah, him and his Jewish advisor in city
- 32:04Speaker 2: hall manage and the rest were telling members of the
- 32:08Speaker 2: Orthodox and city community, Hey, a vote for Zoran Mandami
- 32:13Speaker 2: in the Democratic primary is a vote so that Eric
- 32:16Speaker 2: Adams can get back into the race and it'll knockout
- 32:20Speaker 2: Andrew Cormo right, their fake phony fraud lymph, the Kaysies.
- 32:26Speaker 2: And the reason that a lot of people don't want
- 32:28Speaker 2: my voice to be heard is I know where all
- 32:31Speaker 2: their bones are buried, and who buried them, and who
- 32:37Speaker 2: was that gavone who would call before they would say,
- 32:39Speaker 2: oh no, you know the snowfall is the same as
- 32:42Speaker 2: get that out of here. I'm having flashbacks right now.
- 32:48Speaker 2: I went to a Catholic school for a while. Saint
- 32:50Speaker 2: Matthew's Irish actually Josephite nuns. Irish nuns told me that
- 32:56Speaker 2: I had to repeat that Saint Brendan the Navigator discovering
- 32:59Speaker 2: the New World. I was on Eastern Park la Utica Avenue,
- 33:02Speaker 2: and because they all lived in the convent, you had
- 33:04Speaker 2: to get to school. They don't have that any longer.
- 33:07Speaker 2: By the way, the cardinal is gone, dole it ooh fun.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Thank god, did not like that guy closed all these
- 33:15Speaker 2: Catholic schools. And by the way, how much the Parisian
- 33:21Speaker 2: is having to pay for all these sexual assault charges
- 33:24Speaker 2: by priests against kids. I mean, god, he didn't deal
- 33:29Speaker 2: with it. So maybe the new guy will. This is
- 33:34Speaker 2: your place to be seven to ten wor don't go anywhere,
- 33:37Speaker 2: because I'm going to tell you what I learned up
- 33:39Speaker 2: in Albany. How Republican leaders are now signing with who
- 33:44Speaker 2: they call moderate Democrats to beat socialists. Oh yeah, right
- 33:49Speaker 2: across the board, right across the board. The destruction of
- 33:53Speaker 2: the Republican Party, the Party of Lincoln as we know it.
- 33:58Speaker 2: The Berets back.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Curtis leewa guest hosts the Mark Simone Show on seven
- 34:03Speaker 1: to ten.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Wo wo oh. I am back from Capitol Land the
- 34:09Speaker 2: Copper Crow, where I learned so much about how Republican
- 34:13Speaker 2: leadership is trying to destroy the Republican Party in New
- 34:17Speaker 2: York State and New York City for the benefit of
- 34:20Speaker 2: what they call moderate Democrats to fight against socialist Democrats.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Now you saw they knocked at Lease Stefanic out. I'll
- 34:30Speaker 2: give you more details on Monday. And apparently there's a
- 34:34Speaker 2: move of foot to help the schmuck de putch chuck
- 34:38Speaker 2: e Chi Schumer if he decides to run for re election,
- 34:41Speaker 2: the lowest rated elected official in the nation. Now, yep,
- 34:47Speaker 2: because they're saying a Republican can't win and a fear
- 34:53Speaker 2: aoc all out crazy. Alexandrio Cassio Cortes, leader of the
- 34:57Speaker 2: Socialists of America. I'll be at a Republican meeting on
- 35:02Speaker 2: Sunday in which I will be discussing this with a
- 35:05Speaker 2: lot of upset Republicans who are saying, how come we're
- 35:08Speaker 2: always supporting Democrats? Now, why are we ruining the opportunity
- 35:13Speaker 2: for a superstar like at least the Phonic and hinting
- 35:16Speaker 2: that maybe we should support the schmucker puts chucky chiefe Huma, Hey,
- 35:23Speaker 2: I'll tell you more Monday ten to twelve. Don't go anywhere,
- 35:26Speaker 2: keep it right here. On seven ten wor
