- 0:38Speaker 1: but I I am expecting my second child. We have
- 0:45Speaker 1: mom back. Wow. Wow, this was a big one. You
- 0:49Speaker 1: had to be here, Yes, absolutely, Yeah, I've been hired
- 0:53Speaker 1: someone to come here to help with ocean.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We appreciate you, Lise. We know your time is valuable.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Thank you. Guys are so sweet. I love coming. I
- 1:00Speaker 3: love the banter.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Yes, so I'm fourteen weeks pregnant. I do not know
- 1:06Speaker 1: the gender.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Yet, but we all have bets out.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Everyone has bets out, and some people are calling it her.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Some people are calling it she.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Say right now, what do you guys think. Let's get
- 1:16Speaker 2: it on right.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I think it's a boy.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Okay, what do you think to you?
- 1:20Speaker 4: Well, I don't know.
- 1:21Speaker 5: I just called it a sheet not too long ago.
- 1:24Speaker 5: But I'm wanting a boy.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I know what.
- 1:27Speaker 6: I just want a healthy baby. I will be thrilled
- 1:29Speaker 6: if I just want to help you baby. I mean,
- 1:32Speaker 6: in my gut, I feel like it's a boy.
- 1:33Speaker 1: This is what I told Stacy. I said to her.
- 1:37Speaker 1: If it's a boy, I'm going to be so excited.
- 1:41Speaker 1: It's going to be like a new experience. I'm going
- 1:43Speaker 1: to be a little bit nervous because I be unknown.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Right if it's a girl, I will have a sigh
- 1:50Speaker 1: of relief. Not because I don't want a boy, but
- 1:53Speaker 1: because I know what to expect. I'm a virgo. I
- 1:56Speaker 1: like to know the drill, you know. And also, we
- 1:59Speaker 1: cleaned out the office and I have tons of bins
- 2:01Speaker 1: full of like little baby crop tops for girls, and
- 2:04Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, but.
- 2:07Speaker 4: I was just about to say I do.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And I also have a lot of sperm left over,
- 2:13Speaker 1: so we can always go for round three, you know.
- 2:16Speaker 2: So what is your official Oh no, let's just get.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Through to let's just get this on.
- 2:22Speaker 4: First.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Do you have an official guess? Because you are I'm
- 2:26Speaker 2: thinking girl, You're thinking girl. I will not be guessing
- 2:29Speaker 2: you guys because I know the gender. Yes, I know
- 2:32Speaker 2: the gender. I'm the only one. I got the call
- 2:34Speaker 2: a week ago or two weeks ago, and I have
- 2:36Speaker 2: the best poker face.
- 2:38Speaker 1: So let's go on.
- 2:39Speaker 6: I almost saw in her not yesterday. Yeah, I have, Like,
- 2:43Speaker 6: had I had my glasses on, you would have well,
- 2:46Speaker 6: maybe she would have.
- 2:47Speaker 4: Had her eyeball. She know, she never reads anything. Don't worry.
- 2:50Speaker 4: You're good.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Let's move on. I really don't want to find out
- 2:53Speaker 1: right now. You're not going to find it, Okay, So
- 2:55Speaker 1: you have questions, yes, yes, yes, let's talk about let's
- 2:59Speaker 1: talk about it.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Let's talk about it. So I'm going to start with,
- 3:05Speaker 2: was there anything and this is this is actually could
- 3:07Speaker 2: be for all three of you? Was there anything that
- 3:10Speaker 2: made you apprehensive about having a sperm donor?
- 3:15Speaker 4: For me?
- 3:15Speaker 3: No, for me, I'm sitting on the sidelines.
- 3:20Speaker 1: For me, no, my partner all. No, Honestly I didn't.
- 3:27Speaker 1: There was nothing that was making me think that I
- 3:30Speaker 1: didn't want to go this route. And then I went
- 3:33Speaker 1: through the California cryobank to secure this donor, and just
- 3:39Speaker 1: any questions that I had, I think my biggest thing
- 3:42Speaker 1: was making this baby's life as like normal as possible. Luckily,
- 3:49Speaker 1: like I said in the bonus episode. We live in
- 3:50Speaker 1: La right, so, like you've got moms and dads that
- 3:54Speaker 1: all look different, talk different, hit different, Like it's just
- 3:58Speaker 1: very progressive and I really enjoy that. Like I fit
- 4:02Speaker 1: in here my family and dads and dads, That's what
- 4:05Speaker 1: I mean. Like we're just here spreading love to our kids, right,
- 4:10Speaker 1: doesn't matter. So for me, I'm really grateful that I
- 4:13Speaker 1: live here. But the outside world, and we all know
- 4:16Speaker 1: with social media, is very present, you know, Like so
- 4:20Speaker 1: I think my biggest things were like asking California Cryo
- 4:23Speaker 1: Bank about other people who are like me who have
- 4:26Speaker 1: come in They've chosen to be single parents, and like, no,
- 4:30Speaker 1: I don't want to say the cons but like what
- 4:32Speaker 1: difficulties have they faced and what questions have kids asked?
- 4:36Speaker 1: Because you never know who you're gonna get, right, Like
- 4:38Speaker 1: ocean truly does not give a damn, does not give
- 4:41Speaker 1: a damn. Some kids are very aloof there. This kid
- 4:44Speaker 1: could come into the world and be like I have
- 4:46Speaker 1: no questions at all. I'm just thrilled to be here, right.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Or I could have a kid that comes into the
- 4:51Speaker 1: world He's like, where's my dad? And then I'm like.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Everyone around you and say, your dad, and all.
- 5:01Speaker 3: These people.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Like like, here's the one thing that I say.
- 5:06Speaker 1: We just do things a little differently. We're more of
- 5:08Speaker 1: a pod, honey.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Right, But like if you were to take it, I
- 5:12Speaker 5: were to be born, and but like for you to
- 5:14Speaker 5: go out of your way to do it this way,
- 5:16Speaker 5: like for a child, I would be like, wow, I
- 5:19Speaker 5: don't need a dad because she wanted me so bad
- 5:22Speaker 5: she took this route.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Oh I love that, you know.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Yeah, well I see, And that's what I hope that
- 5:28Speaker 1: they focus on, rather than like how selfish you didn't
- 5:31Speaker 1: even think about me and what I may have needed.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And then it's like a whole you know.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Though their needs will be mad.
- 5:36Speaker 5: I'm here for a father figure if they ever need that,
- 5:38Speaker 5: you know, like every base is you know is fi. Yeah,
- 5:42Speaker 5: and she's got Brandon, She's got you know, saying she.
- 5:47Speaker 1: You keep saying she.
- 5:48Speaker 2: That is so is it?
- 5:50Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 5:50Speaker 4: I think I don't know. I'm going to keep calling
- 5:54Speaker 4: it a she and then hopefully I'm proving wrong.
- 5:57Speaker 3: This is weird.
- 6:01Speaker 4: See something that I have he did a change of heart.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Very interesting, But well, whatever.
- 6:06Speaker 5: It is, I'm going to love this child no matter what.
- 6:09Speaker 5: I know it's going to be a very that's all
- 6:12Speaker 5: we care.
- 6:12Speaker 1: No, I don't care either way. And I know that
- 6:14Speaker 1: sounds so corny, but I think any parent who has,
- 6:17Speaker 1: you know, ocean. At twenty weeks, it was like she's
- 6:21Speaker 1: not growing, so like we're a little concerned. And literally
- 6:24Speaker 1: after that, it was like, please just come to the
- 6:27Speaker 1: world healthy. After that, like I don't care as long
- 6:31Speaker 1: as you don't become a mass murderer, Like I don't
- 6:34Speaker 1: care what you would, just be a healthy person, please,
- 6:38Speaker 1: And we got that. So that's all I want to
- 6:41Speaker 1: What were we talking about.
- 6:42Speaker 2: We were talking about just apprehension if you guys had
- 6:44Speaker 2: any And it's.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Not like, no, I know, it doesn't seem like I
- 6:48Speaker 1: am a woman of God and prayer based on the podcast,
- 6:54Speaker 1: but I prayed a lot about this and it just
- 6:56Speaker 1: always felt right and I trust my gut and I
- 7:00Speaker 1: never got a pit in my stomach and it never
- 7:01Speaker 1: felt like I never felt uneasy.
- 7:04Speaker 3: So and she has a friend that's doing the same process.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Well that's wild. So Arianna's friend Meredith, who also has
- 7:13Speaker 1: a podcast. She and I have gotten very very close,
- 7:17Speaker 1: and Arianna didn't tell me much about Meredith, but come
- 7:22Speaker 1: to find out. She is using her friend to be
- 7:27Speaker 1: the donor and her mom is going to help her
- 7:31Speaker 1: raise the baby because she also is just in a
- 7:34Speaker 1: similar place that I am in life, where.
- 7:36Speaker 6: It's just moving from another state. Her mom is selling her.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Selling everything. She's in the midst of selling her homes
- 7:43Speaker 1: and all the things to move to California. So, as
- 7:48Speaker 1: much as I want, it's it's definitely not a super
- 7:51Speaker 1: common thing. But there are more and more women. Well,
- 7:55Speaker 1: that's true, but also California Cryobanks said women in your
- 7:58Speaker 1: position there's about ten percent, which is not a huge number,
- 8:03Speaker 1: but I mean most I want to say, at least
- 8:08Speaker 1: half of women out there are single parents are single moms.
- 8:11Speaker 6: Well, and you have a lot of friends that are
- 8:13Speaker 6: freezing their eggs because they haven't found a significant other.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Well, a lot of my friends who are freezing their eggs,
- 8:18Speaker 1: by the way, are like, I feel like you've kind
- 8:21Speaker 1: of got it figured out. I'm like, I have the
- 8:25Speaker 1: recipe and it hits tastes great, Like I do have
- 8:29Speaker 1: it figured out?
- 8:30Speaker 3: Right?
- 8:31Speaker 2: Can we should mention too that percentage might also be
- 8:34Speaker 2: based on which I know you've said so many times.
- 8:36Speaker 2: That's why I'm mentioning it here, it is a it's
- 8:40Speaker 2: a privilege to be able to do the process.
- 8:42Speaker 3: You know.
- 8:43Speaker 1: I'm really happy that you brought that up, because it
- 8:46Speaker 1: definitely is a privilege to go and get a donor,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and there are levels. And I'm going to have someone
- 8:54Speaker 1: from the California Cryobank come onto the podcast.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I'm so excited.
- 8:59Speaker 1: I'm really excited to actually break it down and talk
- 9:03Speaker 1: about how it works. I've realized that just like conceiving
- 9:08Speaker 1: a baby, whether you get a donor or have a
- 9:10Speaker 1: husband or whatever it may be, is actually a privilege
- 9:13Speaker 1: and a luxury, because it is. When I walked into
- 9:17Speaker 1: the fertility clinic, because my obie was like, I'd much
- 9:20Speaker 1: rather have you go through a fertility specialist. Those rooms
- 9:25Speaker 1: were packed with men and women, you know, obviously struggling
- 9:30Speaker 1: to get pregnant. So you do. Your dear friend, that
- 9:33Speaker 1: was a tough one for me. One of my dearest friends,
- 9:37Speaker 1: who deserves to be a mom more than anything, who
- 9:39Speaker 1: has a beautiful marriage, has a beautiful relationship with her
- 9:42Speaker 1: step kids. She's when you think about like what a
- 9:46Speaker 1: mom looks like.
- 9:47Speaker 3: And when she's always wanted and what she's.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Always wanted, right and me going into the process of IUI,
- 9:54Speaker 1: which she has also been doing, but she's struggling getting
- 9:58Speaker 1: pregnant and I out of it. One session in and
- 10:03Speaker 1: I was talking to her mom and she was like,
- 10:05Speaker 1: have you have you told her? And I was like,
- 10:07Speaker 1: I don't know that I want to tell her.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Yet because you feel which is not I'm just trying
- 10:13Speaker 2: to put worse.
- 10:14Speaker 1: She was so happy for me by this.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Of course, But did you feel any sort of I
- 10:18Speaker 2: don't know if guilt would be the word, but like
- 10:21Speaker 2: a sadness, a guilt of like why me?
- 10:24Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel that way a lot. It's like I
- 10:26Speaker 1: had no problem getting pregnant with Ocean, and then look
- 10:30Speaker 1: at what my life turned into. And here my best
- 10:33Speaker 1: friend has like the perfect the perfect everything for a
- 10:39Speaker 1: baby to be in, like a healthy marriage that her
- 10:43Speaker 1: parents would be in or his parents would be in.
- 10:46Speaker 1: My life is like so freaking weird and beyond the norm.
- 10:50Speaker 1: And it's like, here's babies so easily. I'm thankful, but
- 10:56Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't understand.
- 10:58Speaker 3: But it was bittersweet telling her.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I would say so too. I wasn't the
- 11:02Speaker 1: funnest part of telling people she's my best friend, but
- 11:07Speaker 1: I really didn't want it was like I didn't want
- 11:09Speaker 1: to tell you crying.
- 11:12Speaker 4: She deserves she does.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, but like you said, she was so
- 11:18Speaker 2: happy for you, and from what I know of her,
- 11:22Speaker 2: I know that's genuine. You know, she's probably overjoyed and
- 11:25Speaker 2: she's on her own personal journey, your on yours, and
- 11:28Speaker 2: I'm happy you two still get to share that with
- 11:31Speaker 2: each other.
- 11:31Speaker 3: And her mom is like my dearest friend.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Yeah, and she's like always making Ocean she and her
- 11:37Speaker 1: mom like the most amazing, Like she's just beyond talented.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Well, her mom is like Ocean's second grandma.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Yeah Nana kay yeah yeah yeah, And they're coming out
- 11:49Speaker 1: for Ocean's birthday. So yes, I have learned that getting
- 11:53Speaker 1: a donor is a very huge luxury. Getting pregnant and
- 11:57Speaker 1: having a child in general has been come a luxury
- 12:01Speaker 1: and it is a privilege and I do not take
- 12:04Speaker 1: it for granted.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Well I know you don't, and it's beautiful to hear
- 12:08Speaker 2: you guys talk about it. And it's been beautiful to
- 12:10Speaker 2: hear you talk about it since then and just since
- 12:12Speaker 2: you touched on it. This was one of my questions.
- 12:14Speaker 2: But so I know that we're going to have someone
- 12:17Speaker 2: from the California Cryobank on down the road a little bit.
- 12:21Speaker 2: We teased in the bonus episode that you guys will
- 12:23Speaker 2: see sort of some donor stuff on vander Pump Rules,
- 12:26Speaker 2: and so that will be the California Cryobank episode. Will
- 12:30Speaker 2: be a bonus episode where you guys can write in
- 12:32Speaker 2: all your questions after the episode airs.
- 12:36Speaker 1: So this will be in a few weeks and I've
- 12:38Speaker 1: had people from Bravo and even just our production team
- 12:43Speaker 1: sending me messages being like, we've already seen the episode.
- 12:46Speaker 1: I have not, and they say that it's like a
- 12:50Speaker 1: really sweet, really funny, really fun and just like a
- 12:55Speaker 1: very well rounded It was fun to do. I'm really
- 13:01Speaker 1: excited for you guys to see, like how I made
- 13:04Speaker 1: this experience and choosing to go the route of a
- 13:07Speaker 1: sperm donor very personal to me and the people around me,
- 13:10Speaker 1: because you know, it is it is different than how
- 13:14Speaker 1: I conceived Ocean and how most people conceive and so
- 13:17Speaker 1: I wanted to bring as much love into the process
- 13:19Speaker 1: as I possibly could.
- 13:20Speaker 2: And it shows, and I'm so excited for everyone to
- 13:22Speaker 2: see it. With that being said really quickly, just in
- 13:25Speaker 2: case people are curious before you went through this journey.
- 13:28Speaker 2: My thought was I was completely uneducated. So my thought was, huh,
- 13:33Speaker 2: So she'll meet with the California Cryobank once and then
- 13:36Speaker 2: she'll have an appointment the next time. There will be
- 13:39Speaker 2: a wall of people. She'll go this one. She'll get
- 13:41Speaker 2: inseminated the day of. So how does like a quick
- 13:45Speaker 2: I know we'll have someone on to go into detail,
- 13:47Speaker 2: but a quick step by step, how does the process work?
- 13:50Speaker 2: You decide and then sort of how many appointments are there,
- 13:53Speaker 2: like thirty appointments? Does it take five months? Does it
- 13:56Speaker 2: take a week.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Well, with the California Cryobank, I called them. They walked
- 14:01Speaker 1: me through the process. We set up my profile to
- 14:05Speaker 1: where I could then access donors. And again there's levels,
- 14:10Speaker 1: so they'll talk. I want the actual like professional to
- 14:16Speaker 1: come in and talk about it. But I remember just
- 14:19Speaker 1: knowing like I found my donor. And it's so interesting
- 14:24Speaker 1: because and I'm not going to use his name or
- 14:26Speaker 1: who introduced me to this person, but I had a
- 14:29Speaker 1: friend who had her eggs frozen by this doctor. Yes,
- 14:34Speaker 1: and when this doctor thought he was going to be
- 14:36Speaker 1: on vander Pump rules, he wanted me to call him directly.
- 14:39Speaker 1: He was a fertility specialist. When that was no longer
- 14:42Speaker 1: a possibility we were done filming, I texted him directly
- 14:47Speaker 1: as he told me to back when we were filming,
- 14:51Speaker 1: and just saying like, I've secured my donor and I'd
- 14:54Speaker 1: like to come in and start the process of testing
- 14:56Speaker 1: and getting you in contact with the California Cryobank. And
- 15:00Speaker 1: he said, please call my office directly and speak with
- 15:03Speaker 1: my receptionist. And I knew right then. I was like,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you're not my doctor. You're like one of those doctors
- 15:09Speaker 1: you wanted to be on TV, And yeah, I don't
- 15:11Speaker 1: roll that way. This is my vander Pump Rules is
- 15:13Speaker 1: very much real, but this is like my real life
- 15:15Speaker 1: that when cameras go down, like you and I are
- 15:17Speaker 1: gonna be dealing with each other. So like, I'm good
- 15:19Speaker 1: on you. I asked a couple people who I knew
- 15:24Speaker 1: had used surrogates, and they directed me to this doctor
- 15:30Speaker 1: who was who is so incredible and I don't know
- 15:36Speaker 1: if he wants to be out there, so I'm not
- 15:37Speaker 1: gonna say his name, but he was so fantastic, you guys.
- 15:41Speaker 1: I was obsessed with him and just the way that
- 15:44Speaker 1: he spoke to you. He was calm but matter of fact,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and he had already dealt with California Cryobank, which the
- 15:52Speaker 1: other doctor California Cryobank, was like, I don't know who
- 15:55Speaker 1: that is, So I liked that they had dealt with
- 15:58Speaker 1: each other before.
- 15:59Speaker 3: It was really it was a processed was so smooth.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Smooth, good. So once I had the donor on lock,
- 16:05Speaker 1: then it was just me dealing with the fertility specialist.
- 16:10Speaker 1: And the reason I went to the first the fertility
- 16:12Speaker 1: specialist was they they really want to track you because
- 16:16Speaker 1: they know that there's only a certain amount of vials
- 16:18Speaker 1: that you have, and they said it could take between
- 16:21Speaker 1: five and seven times to actually get a positive test.
- 16:24Speaker 1: So we got very, very lucky that it was the
- 16:26Speaker 1: first try, but there was a lot of testing that
- 16:29Speaker 1: was involved. I didn't have to do any shots, so
- 16:31Speaker 1: again I did IUI. I did not do IVF. There
- 16:33Speaker 1: was no freezing of the eggs creating embryos. It was basically,
- 16:37Speaker 1: and I know it sounds abrupt, it was like scientific sex.
- 16:40Speaker 1: It was legs open and a syringe with like this
- 16:45Speaker 1: tube that goes in. Are you a little yeah, Are
- 16:48Speaker 1: you're awake, You're awake?
- 16:50Speaker 2: Do you feel it?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Nothing?
- 16:51Speaker 2: You don't feel do you. I'm gonna ask this question
- 16:54Speaker 2: because this is one of the first what do you
- 16:56Speaker 2: sit there and let it?
- 16:58Speaker 1: Yes? They put a timer for ten minutes okay, and
- 17:01Speaker 1: you lay down. Yeah, and they said legs up or anything.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You don't like.
- 17:08Speaker 1: No, I just like laid there and they were like,
- 17:10Speaker 1: no working out today, and I was like, that won't
- 17:12Speaker 1: be a problem. Not work outs a couple of months there.
- 17:19Speaker 2: You know how sometimes you have sex and someone will
- 17:21Speaker 2: come inside of you, there's a little dripping afterwards. Was
- 17:24Speaker 2: there any of that?
- 17:25Speaker 1: Yes?
- 17:26Speaker 2: Really, so seemen dripping out of your vagina wild.
- 17:31Speaker 1: That's why I say it was like scientific sex.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Oh my, Yes, that was stuff like that.
- 17:42Speaker 1: It was less of like to be in the room
- 17:44Speaker 1: with me. It was more of like I could die,
- 17:46Speaker 1: I could see you. I did seize when I had ocean.
- 17:51Speaker 1: They put the needle in my arm and I literally yes,
- 17:55Speaker 1: and we flew my mom out because it was traumatizing. So, yes,
- 17:59Speaker 1: my mom was going to be in the room. When
- 18:00Speaker 1: they showed me what was going to be inside, I
- 18:02Speaker 1: was like, I've taken some dick. This is very long.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Show us, very skinny show us. The size shows. Oh
- 18:10Speaker 2: you're lying.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Are you talking about the syringe.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Well, the syringe was like that, and then it goes
- 18:14Speaker 1: in the tube ten inches and like a needle dick.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Is it like a floppy a little floppy.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Yeah, it goes up and it's it was not a
- 18:26Speaker 3: stiff tube.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Yeah, but my mom was not in the vaginal area.
- 18:30Speaker 3: No, my mom was.
- 18:32Speaker 4: I thought you were guiding the.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Two when he was doing it.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Well, the reason he did that was because they wanted
- 18:40Speaker 1: to see if the follicle was open, and he saw, like,
- 18:43Speaker 1: this follicle is open, you're gonna you're gonna be ovulating today.
- 18:47Speaker 1: So here we go and like let him swim away.
- 18:50Speaker 2: So it's a it's like a not solid ten to
- 18:54Speaker 2: twelve inch skinny dicks. That was like the worst lay
- 18:58Speaker 2: of my life, to be quite honest. This is a
- 19:03Speaker 2: fun question. Do you have a name, whether it's a
- 19:06Speaker 2: boy or girl? Do you have a name? Did you
- 19:08Speaker 2: have this name picked out forever ago? Is it always changing?
- 19:11Speaker 2: I know people always want to love or do you
- 19:13Speaker 2: always want to know if you have a name picked out?
- 19:15Speaker 1: I have one for a boy and one for a girl.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and you're set on him.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm pretty set on though.
- 19:20Speaker 2: How do you feel about him.
- 19:21Speaker 3: I love them?
- 19:22Speaker 2: How about you, Easton?
- 19:23Speaker 4: I really love them?
- 19:25Speaker 1: Okay, Yeah, the girl name is a little bit different, Okay,
- 19:29Speaker 1: very different. I would say the boy name is different
- 19:32Speaker 1: in like cool and swaggy.
- 19:34Speaker 3: I think they're both really cute names.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, amazing. So we've got a name picked out, TV.
- 19:39Speaker 1: And now we just need to see what the babe.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Is Okay for this one. What are you most excited
- 19:45Speaker 2: about this pregnancy and maybe most nervous about or least
- 19:48Speaker 2: excited about.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I think what I'm most excited about is that I've
- 19:53Speaker 1: done a newborn before. Like, when you first have a newborn,
- 19:56Speaker 1: you're like, how do I keep it alive? The I
- 19:59Speaker 1: got lucky with the breastfeeding him, By the way, it
- 20:02Speaker 1: will be a travesty if a man does not enjoy
- 20:05Speaker 1: these tiggled bitties while I'm pregnant.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Do you want him to suck on them and suck
- 20:10Speaker 2: out the milk?
- 20:11Speaker 1: Sure, that's why. That's way hot.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Guys love that, by the way, because it's got like
- 20:17Speaker 2: a lot of vitamins in it.
- 20:19Speaker 6: I've heard that, right, I've got a loss I haven't.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Ever heard no, Well, you want to know it's weird.
- 20:28Speaker 6: I know it has a lot of a lot of
- 20:29Speaker 6: vitamins and that that it's really good for too.
- 20:33Speaker 3: Yes, you put it on.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm ready for the milk to come in because
- 20:36Speaker 1: I'm having hormonal breakouts and I'm like, I really need
- 20:38Speaker 1: some breast milk for for those act So the milk
- 20:41Speaker 1: isn't in, that's a no.
- 20:43Speaker 4: But do you start juicing.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I don't know what was it with Ocean January January,
- 20:53Speaker 1: because I remember that's really so good in Miami. Remember,
- 20:57Speaker 1: and I busted into your room when I was I
- 20:59Speaker 1: had these like leaking tips and I was.
- 21:01Speaker 6: Like, you so lucky about it. You had so much
- 21:05Speaker 6: milk where me I had very little milk when I
- 21:08Speaker 6: had both these kids. You did so did my mind,
- 21:10Speaker 6: and I had a little.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Bit of postpartum depression.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I'm eating my placenta again. One hundred and twelve percent.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Amazing. We have to reach out to that company.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Yes, put it in a cat what is it encapsulated
- 21:21Speaker 1: or whatever? And yes, I'm doing that. But also I've
- 21:26Speaker 1: heard people who had pandemic babies like I did, they
- 21:29Speaker 1: breastfed and they were like totally different experience as a
- 21:32Speaker 1: working parent. Just so you know, like, don't feel bad
- 21:35Speaker 1: because they're like, how long did you breastfeed Ocean? I
- 21:37Speaker 1: was like we were pushing into nine months. Yeah, okay,
- 21:41Speaker 1: don't feel bad if it's not the same with this one.
- 21:43Speaker 1: And I'm like, all right, that's fine. So then I
- 21:46Speaker 1: and to know if Taylor Swift was breastfed. Why because
- 21:50Speaker 1: she's a star. So if she was breastfed, how long?
- 21:54Speaker 1: Because I'm doing that, were you breastfed? That could completely
- 21:57Speaker 1: kill my theory.
- 22:00Speaker 6: You didn't have a lot of but I alternated with
- 22:02Speaker 6: formula for six months.
- 22:05Speaker 3: I didn't have a lot of milk.
- 22:06Speaker 1: So then I'm talking about I'm talking about real breast
- 22:13Speaker 1: down the ship everything, corn bread, titty fan.
- 22:22Speaker 3: I tried.
- 22:23Speaker 5: I tried to well, you needed to toothpaste, it squeezed
- 22:27Speaker 5: from the base, corn.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Bread and titty fed. Okay, but did you even say
- 22:32Speaker 2: you're most excited and most nervous.
- 22:35Speaker 1: The most excited I am for it is that the.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Big old titties.
- 22:41Speaker 1: No, but that I'm not going to be as nervous, okay,
- 22:44Speaker 1: because I've done it right, you know, like you feel
- 22:45Speaker 1: you're going to bust this newborn in half, right, Like,
- 22:48Speaker 1: how does anyone keep one not broken in half now whatever,
- 22:54Speaker 1: that's going to be really really cool to be like,
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm just flopping it around because I want to know.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Not really, I will flop it around, but I'll be
- 23:02Speaker 1: less nervous. What I'm hella nervous for is the two kids,
- 23:06Speaker 1: because everyone I ask when when I see someone who
- 23:08Speaker 1: has a kid oceans age and they're like yeah, And
- 23:11Speaker 1: then I have a nine month and I'm like, be honest,
- 23:13Speaker 1: what's it like? And then I tell this random person
- 23:16Speaker 1: that I'm also pregnant and hope that they don't care
- 23:18Speaker 1: about who I am and leak it to someone.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Is it?
- 23:22Speaker 2: The one is fun? Two is twenty years?
- 23:25Speaker 1: Can I tell you what every mother, because they're usually
- 23:27Speaker 1: like millennials like me, they go, two kids is no
- 23:31Speaker 1: fucking joke. Every time? Two kids is no fucking joke.
- 23:35Speaker 1: That's what they always say to me. And I immediately
- 23:37Speaker 1: look down at my stomach and go right by the way,
- 23:42Speaker 1: I already have the night nurse on deck.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Amazing.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I know everyone call your horses, your horses, call your tits.
- 23:50Speaker 1: My co parent is sixty three. If you think we
- 23:53Speaker 1: had to get here to the studio, we had to
- 23:54Speaker 1: be up at six fifteen rallying a two year old
- 23:58Speaker 1: and the sixty three year old was harder.
- 24:01Speaker 3: The mom.
- 24:03Speaker 1: She was chilling Burberry jacket on up is ready to go?
- 24:10Speaker 2: Are we Is she in the vicinity? Are we able
- 24:12Speaker 2: to get her on and see what she chooses.
- 24:13Speaker 1: In the vicinity?
- 24:15Speaker 3: Burden?
- 24:18Speaker 4: I have a question, what cravings do you have?
- 24:21Speaker 2: That's a good one?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Not a one?
- 24:23Speaker 4: Not one?
- 24:24Speaker 1: Actually I lied a lot of apple juice. Really, I
- 24:29Speaker 1: love app I'm going.
- 24:30Speaker 4: To get you Mark Nelly's apple juice because that ship
- 24:33Speaker 4: hits different.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Shout out, that's my favorite one.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Mark Nellie's.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Martinelli a bitch, markne disrespect.
- 24:51Speaker 2: I looked right at the cameras.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Mark Nelly.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Know Martin Ellie's said, oh my god, we're a mess.
- 25:06Speaker 1: We're a mess.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Oh no, I can't breathe.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Mark Nelly, please keep that in. I cannot. So having
- 25:19Speaker 1: to would be the one thing that I'm like a
- 25:21Speaker 1: little nervous about. But I think the night nurse is
- 25:24Speaker 1: going to help tremendously. I will bring on because you know,
- 25:28Speaker 1: Lisa Bee helps a lot with Ocean, but I'll bring on.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I'll bring on another person to help with this, babe. Okay,
- 25:36Speaker 1: Because people think that I don't work and I just
- 25:37Speaker 1: sit around and just podcasts for an hour a day
- 25:40Speaker 1: and then I go do whatever I want. But that's
- 25:42Speaker 1: not the case. I actually, I actually.
- 25:44Speaker 2: She works her butt off.
- 25:46Speaker 4: She does.
- 25:46Speaker 1: We can always do it a little harder, but I
- 25:48Speaker 1: think I need more help and my mom needs more help.
- 25:50Speaker 1: She can't take care of a three year old three
- 25:52Speaker 1: and a half. By the time the baby comes, Ocean
- 25:54Speaker 1: will be three and a half. And I've heard that,
- 25:57Speaker 1: like I kind of timed it perfect.
- 26:00Speaker 4: Yeah, think how much help you were with me?
- 26:02Speaker 2: That's true, Like I think about.
- 26:04Speaker 5: All the time, like all the like memories that I have,
- 26:06Speaker 5: really though, or like me and you just like hanging
- 26:08Speaker 5: out in the play?
- 26:09Speaker 1: Do you think it was legal for mom to leave
- 26:10Speaker 1: me to watch you when I was like ten? But
- 26:13Speaker 1: we could be totally making that up.
- 26:17Speaker 2: That's a big sister.
- 26:19Speaker 4: Hi, baby, how's your morning?
- 26:22Speaker 2: We have questions for you. Ocean, Ken Hi, goof say
- 26:27Speaker 2: hi everyone, Okaya, Hi, Hi mommy. Do you want to
- 26:32Speaker 2: ask Ocean? We want to know are you excited for
- 26:35Speaker 2: mommy to have a baby? Can you can you tell us?
- 26:39Speaker 3: Oh?
- 26:39Speaker 2: She said no, What do you think do you think
- 26:41Speaker 2: it's a boy?
- 26:42Speaker 1: Or a girl.
- 26:44Speaker 3: You don't know it's early in the morning.
- 26:46Speaker 1: It's not that early. It's nine. Well for us, she's
- 26:51Speaker 1: very excited and she says that she wants a little budle.
- 26:54Speaker 2: A little.
- 26:57Speaker 3: Great big sister.
- 26:58Speaker 1: She is, like, she'll go into the nursery and she'll say,
- 27:02Speaker 1: I got dis added to babies. Woomba. Oh, don't worry,
- 27:06Speaker 1: it's just I'm just talking. You don't need to worry
- 27:08Speaker 1: about it. Okay, I know you're tired.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Sweet, so okay, well, okay, I's.
- 27:14Speaker 1: A real start. Like she's not just gonna show up
- 27:17Speaker 1: and be your show pony. No, josh, she's she's not.
- 27:20Speaker 2: She's gonna make me work for it. And I appreciate that.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Well.
- 27:23Speaker 6: She told me that I left her in the dark.
- 27:26Speaker 6: Speaking of can we talk about last night?
- 27:28Speaker 3: Ye?
- 27:29Speaker 1: Yeah, please let her what happened? Yeah, you got left
- 27:32Speaker 1: in the dark.
- 27:34Speaker 3: So you guys, she is nocturnal for sure.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Let's hear it.
- 27:37Speaker 1: No, it's wild and I don't know how to get
- 27:39Speaker 1: it to stop. I don't know what has happened where
- 27:42Speaker 1: my child decides to take a nap at four and
- 27:47Speaker 1: then we have a six o'clock wake up time and
- 27:49Speaker 1: now the night is shot, and I've been trying to
- 27:52Speaker 1: like break her of this habit, like I run her
- 27:54Speaker 1: into the ground in the morning, and she will not
- 27:56Speaker 1: go down for a nap. So last night I get
- 27:59Speaker 1: her all situated, I put her down for bed. She
- 28:02Speaker 1: tells me she doesn't want a diaper. She wants big
- 28:04Speaker 1: girl undies. And I said, okay, well that means no,
- 28:07Speaker 1: no milky bub. We stopped doing milky bub because of
- 28:10Speaker 1: brushing the teeth and whatnot, and no, perry a bubb
- 28:12Speaker 1: like you don't get a bub because you have big
- 28:14Speaker 1: girl pants on. So I go to bed and all
- 28:20Speaker 1: of the sudden I hear her chattering and I'm like,
- 28:24Speaker 1: that can't I'm making it up. Maybe TV. Oh she's
- 28:28Speaker 1: talking and it's like midnight, you guys. So then it stops.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I hear her again, so finally I go down to
- 28:37Speaker 1: check on her and she's now in bed with my
- 28:40Speaker 1: mom Lisa, snoring, and she's watching Seinfeld.
- 28:47Speaker 4: Night you what.
- 28:50Speaker 2: You're watching Seinfeld? I'm taking bts.
- 28:53Speaker 1: She loves Seinfeld. Seinfeld makes me so happy.
- 28:57Speaker 4: It makes me happy too, baby.
- 29:00Speaker 6: But you guys, it was so cute because she got
- 29:02Speaker 6: her stool. I brought a stool back from Utah.
- 29:05Speaker 1: My uncle or my uncle my grandpa Bob carved it.
- 29:09Speaker 1: I am top of Bob.
- 29:11Speaker 6: Yeah, and so she carries it everywhere to, you know,
- 29:13Speaker 6: to use the stool where it's like it's to get
- 29:16Speaker 6: in the kitchen cabinet, to get on my bed.
- 29:19Speaker 3: So she had moved that in the middle of the night.
- 29:22Speaker 6: But this morning I got up and she had like
- 29:25Speaker 6: played with the Buddha on the coffee table and literally
- 29:29Speaker 6: turned it around.
- 29:30Speaker 2: So she's just up all night. Do you down there
- 29:33Speaker 2: and say.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Something to her? Or I didn't know she was rearranging
- 29:37Speaker 1: the furniture at midnight. By the time I went down,
- 29:40Speaker 1: she had tuckered herself out in bed to watch Seinfeld when.
- 29:45Speaker 6: She moved my earrings off my bedside table into her bedroom.
- 29:50Speaker 4: Yeah, that's terrible.
- 29:53Speaker 2: That's terrible. You are so silly.
- 29:57Speaker 3: She's quite busy in the evening.
- 30:00Speaker 1: In the evening, in the evening. I wish it was
- 30:03Speaker 1: the evening. She's not been still in the evening. So
- 30:07Speaker 1: if anybody has like some advice for me on how
- 30:10Speaker 1: to get it. You're the funniest. You're so funny, cute
- 30:14Speaker 1: and nice and smart. If anyone has advice because at
- 30:17Speaker 1: this point I look at my mom and I go,
- 30:20Speaker 1: I'm locking her in that room. I'm locking her in
- 30:23Speaker 1: there because what else do you do? Well?
- 30:25Speaker 4: What else?
- 30:26Speaker 2: Because I get nervous? What if she climbs on something?
- 30:29Speaker 6: What she doesn't like her door shut at night?
- 30:39Speaker 3: She wants you to leave it over.
- 30:41Speaker 6: She has like these really cute lights on her bed,
- 30:44Speaker 6: so it's not pitch black.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Santa comes all day.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Yeah, because you're constantly okay, because right now the only
- 31:02Speaker 1: thing you have to do to get on the nice
- 31:03Speaker 1: list is put your pajamason, let me do your hair
- 31:05Speaker 1: and brush your teeth easy. Yeah, You're a hoot. You're
- 31:12Speaker 1: the coolest person I know.
- 31:14Speaker 2: You're the funniest and the GG and Ocean are two
- 31:16Speaker 2: of the funniest people in the world.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Do you think I want to love the new baby
- 31:19Speaker 1: as much as I love Ocean.
- 31:21Speaker 2: I was going to ask you that, Gigi. I think
- 31:23Speaker 2: you will. Gigi? Are you is the question?
- 31:25Speaker 4: Joe?
- 31:25Speaker 1: Are you joking? She talks about how she's gonna ditch
- 31:28Speaker 1: me in the New Baby.
- 31:28Speaker 6: With Oceans Lauren and say, oh, I don't know if
- 31:31Speaker 6: Ocean and I can sit that in our because me,
- 31:34Speaker 6: you know, Yes, we will love this baby as much
- 31:39Speaker 6: as we love Oshi bag.
- 31:41Speaker 1: They will love and respectus baby. And I'm looking at
- 31:45Speaker 1: her going you think Ocean's gonna want to be anywhere
- 31:47Speaker 1: near you at the mall when she knows her baby brother.
- 31:52Speaker 6: Cream with sprinkles always works, very very true.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Ice cream sprink with sprinkles.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Lauren and I are different, she threatened. Santa Claus is coming.
- 32:02Speaker 6: I briber and say, if you eat your dinner, you
- 32:04Speaker 6: get ice cream sprinkles.
- 32:05Speaker 1: That's what And how does that work out for you?
- 32:07Speaker 3: Lisa?
- 32:08Speaker 1: It's really because I was watching you try and shove
- 32:11Speaker 1: the food into her mouth last night, and finally you
- 32:14Speaker 1: said she eat enough?
- 32:17Speaker 3: You didn't, did you?
- 32:18Speaker 1: She ate pretty well?
- 32:19Speaker 3: No, she did eat.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I couldn't deal. I couldn't deal because I was sick. Mom.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Do you want to talk about the guy who venmoed you?
- 32:27Speaker 3: Oh?
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yes, Apple paid you a hundred bucks.
- 32:30Speaker 3: This was a few weeks ago.
- 32:32Speaker 6: I got this picture of this man in a military
- 32:35Speaker 6: outfit in the bathroom, the men's bathroom, and I should
- 32:41Speaker 6: look it up.
- 32:41Speaker 3: What he said?
- 32:42Speaker 1: So no, he it was the picture, and then it
- 32:48Speaker 1: was a picture. Then the picture of him just like
- 32:51Speaker 1: this in his military outfit, and then my mom he
- 32:57Speaker 1: was he was good looking, okay, yeah, and very he
- 33:00Speaker 1: looked real tall, and so Lisa said, okay, what's this for?
- 33:06Speaker 1: And he said for the dance?
- 33:08Speaker 3: And I don't even know you guys, I'm thinking mess
- 33:10Speaker 3: Hall they had.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Did he fall asleep during the dance.
- 33:17Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, I redeem myself from the dance.
- 33:21Speaker 1: It clearly he went to a strip club and got
- 33:24Speaker 1: a dance.
- 33:25Speaker 3: I got the wrong number.
- 33:26Speaker 2: What did you respond?
- 33:27Speaker 3: I asked him.
- 33:29Speaker 6: The dance and the dance yeah, and I said, oh,
- 33:32Speaker 6: it wasn't me, and he's no he and.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Then he explained as if maybe she didn't remember. So
- 33:42Speaker 1: at that point, my mom's like, I'm just gonna I'm
- 33:44Speaker 1: going to donate the hunter bugs. So she donated it
- 33:46Speaker 1: to a charity.
- 33:48Speaker 3: Of course, aid dog charity.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Of course, of course, of course, can you hear us
- 33:53Speaker 1: in it? Well, this was a couple of months ago. Well,
- 33:59Speaker 1: now the ropers appeared. She wants her hundred bucks. Yeah,
- 34:03Speaker 1: So the guy must have said I sent it to
- 34:06Speaker 1: this phone number.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:07Speaker 6: And then so she asked me if I got it,
- 34:09Speaker 6: and I said, yeah, I did. I said, I donated
- 34:11Speaker 6: to charity yeah.
- 34:12Speaker 1: I did, that's all you know. She said, I did,
- 34:15Speaker 1: I did, I did. It was savage, savage.
- 34:20Speaker 3: And then I said, donated it to charity.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Yes.
- 34:23Speaker 2: The stripper, by the way, said l m f a O,
- 34:25Speaker 2: like the stripper is being silly, And Lisa was so savage.
- 34:27Speaker 2: She was like, did you get this hundred bucks? Ella
- 34:29Speaker 2: f a O. And Lisa said, I did nothing else.
- 34:33Speaker 1: It was amazing. And she followed it up, donated it
- 34:36Speaker 1: to charity. And the girl writes back, sure, sure, she
- 34:41Speaker 1: doesn't believe.
- 34:41Speaker 3: You well know me very well stupid.
- 34:47Speaker 1: You know what, maybe we.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Should take a podcast trip to the strip club and
- 34:52Speaker 2: give ad.
- 34:55Speaker 1: No. One number. Do you think it? What's that strip
- 35:01Speaker 1: club in Utah? What's it called?
- 35:03Speaker 4: Can I text that girl?
- 35:04Speaker 1: Trails Trails American.
- 35:10Speaker 2: American Bush? Are you lying too?
- 35:14Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 35:14Speaker 5: But it's not that great in Salt Lake because it's
- 35:17Speaker 5: not full nudity.
- 35:21Speaker 1: The next thing that I want to talk about is
- 35:23Speaker 1: O M G. One, guys, I went to Target the
- 35:28Speaker 1: other night for nails because the task rabbitor was on
- 35:33Speaker 1: a tight schedule, and we really he did a lot.
- 35:36Speaker 1: We talked about it. He did, he hung a lot
- 35:38Speaker 1: of stuff, and so there were two pictures that I
- 35:40Speaker 1: was like, don't worry about him hanging those, mom, because
- 35:42Speaker 1: I feel like you and I can take those. So
- 35:44Speaker 1: we went to Target and as we're walking past, because
- 35:48Speaker 1: you know me, I cannot go to Target and not
- 35:50Speaker 1: check out like the area where there they have body wash,
- 35:55Speaker 1: conditioner lotion. It's the best Native. Have you heard of
- 36:00Speaker 1: Native have deodorant?
- 36:03Speaker 2: Of course, I've heard of Native body wash?
- 36:05Speaker 1: All natural, fabulous product. You know what I see? You
- 36:10Speaker 1: know what I see? They collaborated with Girl Scout cookies.
- 36:15Speaker 2: Stop yeah, like for sense.
- 36:19Speaker 1: For sense, like smell, not money.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Not Native cookies? What not Native cookies?
- 36:26Speaker 1: No? No, no, okay, it is native. And then you
- 36:29Speaker 1: can get samoa sent you can get thin mint scent done,
- 36:35Speaker 1: which how wild that producer John brought us all Girl
- 36:39Speaker 1: Scout cookies. And then I pop up at Target and
- 36:42Speaker 1: Native body wash scented with Girl Scout cookies. If you
- 36:47Speaker 1: think I didn't buy one, you'd be dead wrong.
- 36:50Speaker 2: What scent? What sensema chocolate coconuts.
- 36:55Speaker 4: And it smells crazy collaboration. I never would have thought of.
- 36:57Speaker 1: That, you guys. It smells so good.
- 37:02Speaker 2: This is not an ad, right.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Do you guys think it's inappropriate to have sex while
- 37:07Speaker 1: I'm pregnant.
- 37:08Speaker 2: I think it is a must you have sex while pregnant.
- 37:10Speaker 2: And I'm not even kidding you.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Well, by the way, if you have never in your
- 37:17Speaker 1: life scene Jessica has seen it. What men who are
- 37:21Speaker 1: like so into sleeping with pregnant women. It's really funny.
- 37:25Speaker 1: It's almost like they're really in to like be the
- 37:28Speaker 1: baby daddy if they're not actually the baby.
- 37:30Speaker 2: No, Lala so in I'm not gonna name the name
- 37:33Speaker 2: right now, but yesterday someone, Hi.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Welcome back, Lee's. We just talked about target and Native
- 37:40Speaker 1: the cookies and the only reason why I'm wondering if
- 37:43Speaker 1: it's appropriate to and asking if it's appropriate to have
- 37:46Speaker 1: sex while I'm pregnant.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Do you think it is?
- 37:48Speaker 3: Absolutely?
- 37:49Speaker 2: I think it must, while I'm not kidding. And the
- 37:52Speaker 2: men that I've seen that are so wildly just yesterday,
- 37:56Speaker 2: wildly attracted to Just yesterday, someone who we both know
- 37:59Speaker 2: I won't name it here, we all know was I
- 38:02Speaker 2: was talking to him telling a story and he was distracted,
- 38:05Speaker 2: and I was like, and then in the middle of
- 38:07Speaker 2: my story, he goes, I cannot stop thinking thinking about
- 38:10Speaker 2: having sex with Lalla while she's pregnant, and I was
- 38:13Speaker 2: like and he and he was like, just I just
- 38:16Speaker 2: want her to use my body.
- 38:19Speaker 1: That's exactly what I would be doing, because I've been
- 38:22Speaker 1: pregnant before and around the five six month mark, no
- 38:27Speaker 1: one and no corner is safe because literally I remember
- 38:30Speaker 1: being like I could totally hump the side of that couch.
- 38:35Speaker 2: So you're like Max horny, and men are max horny
- 38:39Speaker 2: for you right now? It's wild.
- 38:40Speaker 1: This is such a fun conversation having in front of
- 38:42Speaker 1: my mom and my brother. Can I tell you, my baby?
- 38:46Speaker 3: Can I tell you something else here? You know what?
- 38:49Speaker 3: She could find a man tomorrow.
- 38:50Speaker 6: And I'm telling you she got a three page letter
- 38:54Speaker 6: from a guy that sent it to our.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Okay, I don't think anyone thinks I'm hard up for
- 38:59Speaker 1: me and you guys, maybe they do.
- 39:01Speaker 3: I don't know. But he was was he a good sell?
- 39:09Speaker 1: I didn't read it, did you, Lisa? I have it
- 39:11Speaker 1: by my nights. I'll read it. It's it's by my nightstand.
- 39:14Speaker 1: I've been really busy masturbating reading Ashley Flowers book.
- 39:23Speaker 6: No, she's been busy watching the stalkers that we have
- 39:27Speaker 6: in our neighborhood as we Oh yeah, let's.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Jump into that. Anyway, the only reason why I brought
- 39:30Speaker 1: up if it's appropriate to have sex while pregnant is
- 39:33Speaker 1: because this native uh Samoa's scented soap smells so good
- 39:37Speaker 1: that I feel like I need to lather myself in
- 39:39Speaker 1: it and then be on top of a man so
- 39:43Speaker 1: they can enjoy it. Anyway, moving on, yesterday, we're driving
- 39:49Speaker 1: to my house. Okay. Now, Los Angeles, just in general,
- 39:52Speaker 1: is like a hot spot for burglaries. Now, I went
- 39:56Speaker 1: to our neighborhood watch meeting and I learned that a
- 40:02Speaker 1: robbery is when someone like you feel a direct threat
- 40:07Speaker 1: from someone.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Okay, and they usually have a gun, don't they?
- 40:12Speaker 1: No, it could it could mean that's an armed robbery.
- 40:15Speaker 1: A robbery means just someone has approached you and your
- 40:18Speaker 1: your space is being threatened. Right, Oh Okay, Yes, a
- 40:23Speaker 1: burglary is where someone breaks into your home, breaks into
- 40:26Speaker 1: your car, whatever, and steals from you when you're not home. So, yes,
- 40:31Speaker 1: there are armed robberies and robberies happening. But the biggest
- 40:35Speaker 1: thing all over LA, does not matter where you live,
- 40:38Speaker 1: is burglaries. And they're happening at noon, They're happening at
- 40:42Speaker 1: seven thirty PM. They're happening bright and early in the morning,
- 40:47Speaker 1: just a chirpan. It doesn't break in, it does not matter.
- 40:50Speaker 1: And they are going straight to the primary bedrooms, cleaning
- 40:54Speaker 1: out the closets, and they're out within five to seven minutes.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Right, they're looking for designer bags and Jill correct.
- 41:01Speaker 1: So after the neighborhood watch meeting, we had two LAPD
- 41:07Speaker 1: and because of you know, the defunding of the police,
- 41:11Speaker 1: which I don't know if you're for or against, it
- 41:13Speaker 1: doesn't matter no matter what. LAPD is down over one
- 41:17Speaker 1: thousand officers and hundreds of dispatchers. Right, So are they
- 41:23Speaker 1: gonna go and respond to your designer bags that have
- 41:26Speaker 1: been stolen? Or are they gonna go to the person
- 41:28Speaker 1: who is a gunshot wound victim? Right? Right, They've got
- 41:32Speaker 1: to really narrow down what is the most important and
- 41:34Speaker 1: most life threatening. So they said, it's our responsibility to
- 41:39Speaker 1: keep a lookout in the neighborhood. And I don't think
- 41:41Speaker 1: the neighbor watch neighborhood watch, and I don't think they
- 41:44Speaker 1: knew the neighborhood when I arrived. But in a roundabout
- 41:49Speaker 1: way at this neighborhood watch, people were asking, you know,
- 41:52Speaker 1: the cop in a roundabout way, if someone breaks in,
- 41:56Speaker 1: can I shoot them? And in a roundabout way the
- 41:58Speaker 1: cop was talking about, So I said, what we're wondering,
- 42:03Speaker 1: if someone breaks in, can we pop that fool?
- 42:06Speaker 2: You said that, yeah, those words. She used the word okay, good, good, good,
- 42:12Speaker 2: because I didn't know what kind of neighborhood you live in.
- 42:14Speaker 2: It could have been like a one.
- 42:17Speaker 1: I think people were shocks. I think people were the
- 42:20Speaker 1: best neighbors. I got a few laughs, but then it
- 42:24Speaker 1: was an uproar.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Yeah them, Oh that's such a good feeling. Are you kidding?
- 42:30Speaker 1: And there's this eighty seven year old woman who got
- 42:33Speaker 1: broken into okay, and it was like midnight. She was home,
- 42:40Speaker 1: and she said she flipped on the light and locked
- 42:42Speaker 1: the door and that must have scared them, but she
- 42:43Speaker 1: didn't know. So the next day she enrolled herself in
- 42:47Speaker 1: the class right over, Please came right away because someone
- 42:50Speaker 1: was home. Now, if you're home and someone's in your home,
- 42:54Speaker 1: they're coming immediately.
- 42:55Speaker 3: Okay.
- 42:55Speaker 1: It's when you come home you say the windows broken
- 42:58Speaker 1: and my bags are all gone that it means take
- 43:00Speaker 1: a little bit of time. I call right now when
- 43:01Speaker 1: I say I'm home and someone just broken they're going
- 43:04Speaker 1: to be there like that, right, But she's talking to us.
- 43:07Speaker 1: It's after the neighborhood Watch meeting, and she goes, let
- 43:10Speaker 1: me tell you something. I have a gun.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Now.
- 43:13Speaker 1: The next person who breaks in, I'm shooting them dead. No,
- 43:18Speaker 1: is this a joke? You have to write a script
- 43:21Speaker 1: about it. I'm not joking.
- 43:22Speaker 3: But a TV neighborhood watch, you have every right.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Well well that's not true though. In California, you can
- 43:29Speaker 2: actually get arrested.
- 43:30Speaker 1: While these cops were actively talking to us about feel threatened,
- 43:35Speaker 1: if you feel threatened, if you feel threatened, yes, keep
- 43:38Speaker 1: in mind, y'all. I don't I don't need this to
- 43:40Speaker 1: be some political battle. This is just what happened at
- 43:43Speaker 1: the neighborhood Watch meeting. I'm not telling you all to
- 43:45Speaker 1: go buy guns.
- 43:46Speaker 4: That's not what.
- 43:47Speaker 3: I'm not telling people to shoot people.
- 43:48Speaker 1: And I'm not telling people. I'm just talking about a
- 43:50Speaker 1: story that happened with a group of people where multiple
- 43:55Speaker 1: uh burglaries had happened in a short period of time
- 44:00Speaker 1: and the neighborhood's freaked down. But anyway, I'm driving down. Well,
- 44:03Speaker 1: we got ten minutes. I'm gonna get through it. I'm
- 44:05Speaker 1: driving down our street. I see two cars. Keep in mind,
- 44:08Speaker 1: they usually rent nice cars to fill for meal. We
- 44:14Speaker 1: drive by, they're outside smoking outside of their cars, nobody
- 44:19Speaker 1: Mercedes and a Honda. And I'm like, I don't like this.
- 44:22Speaker 1: There's something because like, what are you doing. I don't
- 44:24Speaker 1: understand why you're just camped out here.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Well, and they were zeroed in on that.
- 44:27Speaker 1: They were honed in on us. So I said, you
- 44:28Speaker 1: know what, I'm going to take a lap in the
- 44:29Speaker 1: car and I'm going to drive back past because I
- 44:31Speaker 1: want to see if there's license plates. Because the cop said,
- 44:33Speaker 1: if there's no license plates on the cars, you need
- 44:35Speaker 1: to call us immediately. Oh, I drive past license plates
- 44:38Speaker 1: on both the cars. So I flip back around and
- 44:41Speaker 1: go back to my house. Now they're laser focused on me,
- 44:45Speaker 1: laser laser focused for a few minutes. I get out
- 44:50Speaker 1: of the car. He's watching my every move along with her.
- 44:54Speaker 1: She gets into his car. They take off, leave the
- 44:57Speaker 1: Honda behind. Okay, so I'm now warning the neighborhood because
- 45:01Speaker 1: again there's been burglaries. And they I also call ADT.
- 45:07Speaker 1: I said, I because I pay for this service where
- 45:09Speaker 1: I can just have them do.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Laps, and this is an hour and a half they've
- 45:13Speaker 3: been sitting there.
- 45:13Speaker 1: They've been there an hour and a half. By the
- 45:15Speaker 1: time they jump in the car and leave, it was
- 45:16Speaker 1: an hour and a half that I had been toying
- 45:18Speaker 1: back and forth with what to do. So ADYT makes
- 45:22Speaker 1: a few laps. They pull back up like ten minutes
- 45:27Speaker 1: later in the Mercedes, and they're now closer to my
- 45:29Speaker 1: house and they're just sitting out there for I want
- 45:32Speaker 1: to say, another ten minutes. Then they take off again.
- 45:36Speaker 1: So I'm like, I want to see if they're like,
- 45:38Speaker 1: like where they're going. So I do another lap and
- 45:40Speaker 1: they're parked around the corner, just sitting there. So now
- 45:44Speaker 1: I'm feeling like very, very threatened. It was almost like,
- 45:47Speaker 1: have you guys seen Griselda. No, by the way, nothing
- 45:50Speaker 1: happens in this story, okay, except for me turning into
- 45:54Speaker 1: Griselda after she took ahead of the crack Packe, which
- 45:57Speaker 1: was what paranoid beyond paranoid. Every one is here to
- 46:01Speaker 1: rob me, burglarize me, kill my dogs, and I'm not
- 46:05Speaker 1: playing around.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Let me ask a question. So you're in your car,
- 46:08Speaker 2: you don't get in your driveway and go into the house,
- 46:10Speaker 2: right she does?
- 46:12Speaker 1: Because oh, I'm watching them.
- 46:15Speaker 2: Is there a chance you are both neighborhood watching each other?
- 46:18Speaker 1: Absolutely not, okay, because that's.
- 46:21Speaker 6: Because in the meantime, I took our pit bulls on
- 46:25Speaker 6: a walk because they needed their nightly walk and walk
- 46:27Speaker 6: by him and they were laser focused on me. And
- 46:30Speaker 6: then I took Lily because Lily needed her walk. And
- 46:34Speaker 6: my neighbor who's the president of the neighborhood watch, yes,
- 46:37Speaker 6: joined me in the walk.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Mmmm, because I warned her, the president of her she
- 46:44Speaker 1: is a badasso.
- 46:47Speaker 3: And we got license plates.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Yes, dead we dead, you did.
- 46:51Speaker 2: I don't love you walking alone with Lily.
- 46:54Speaker 3: My dogs would never let anybody Lily. Yeah, Lily, someone
- 47:00Speaker 3: threatens me.
- 47:00Speaker 6: Those dogs are, but Lily.
- 47:03Speaker 3: Lily more aggressive than the others.
- 47:06Speaker 1: Really, strangers will tear you up from head to toe.
- 47:09Speaker 2: Really oh good.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, I'm actually a little bit more nervous about
- 47:14Speaker 1: people coming in when Lily's there than the pits because
- 47:17Speaker 1: now because now Lily and she does not have time,
- 47:24Speaker 1: but she's moving and if you mess around like she's
- 47:28Speaker 1: she's snarling. Yeah, it's very strange.
- 47:30Speaker 6: But the other day pitties wouldn't let him them let
- 47:36Speaker 6: him enter.
- 47:38Speaker 1: They were like and I did. I did ask the cops.
- 47:43Speaker 1: I said, is it a deterrent for people to break
- 47:46Speaker 1: in if you have dogs? And he did say yes.
- 47:50Speaker 1: He was like, most of the time, these people want
- 47:54Speaker 1: easy access. They want they don't want anything to keep
- 47:57Speaker 1: them from being in and out in less than ten minutes.
- 48:00Speaker 3: They don't want a confrontation, and they.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Don't want confrontation at all, because if there is a
- 48:05Speaker 1: confrontation and you actually get caught, I mean, you could
- 48:09Speaker 1: serve like real prison time, you know, whereas if you
- 48:12Speaker 1: just steal stuff, it's like a way less or sentence,
- 48:16Speaker 1: And because our jails are so crowded, it's like we'll
- 48:18Speaker 1: put you on probation. Don't do it again. Yeah, you're
- 48:21Speaker 1: just out here like living the dream again.
- 48:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Yeah, robbing people.
- 48:25Speaker 2: Blind, robbing people blind.
- 48:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:28Speaker 1: My neighbor found all her stuff on eBay stop it
- 48:32Speaker 1: certainly does she buy it back?
- 48:34Speaker 3: They're working on.
- 48:35Speaker 5: Well, because you have when you put it on you
- 48:38Speaker 5: have to create an account, so they'll find out who
- 48:40Speaker 5: that account, who is selling the bag, and hopefully trace
- 48:43Speaker 5: it back to like a VPN.
- 48:45Speaker 2: Well, you guys know our friend Kevin, this was on TMC,
- 48:47Speaker 2: so I can say it over Christmas got robbed.
- 48:50Speaker 1: That's what I'm telling you, because it's everywhere. It does
- 48:55Speaker 1: not matter where you live in La right now, like
- 48:59Speaker 1: you better be up.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Yeah, And the guy wore his Nike Air Force ones
- 49:03Speaker 2: out of the house, and so now we keep a
- 49:04Speaker 2: lookout for any guy.
- 49:06Speaker 1: With the white Nikes to tell that's gonna be hard
- 49:09Speaker 1: because every man and woman and even their dogs are
- 49:13Speaker 1: in night. I think Ocean has a pair of she's
- 49:17Speaker 1: she's the suspect at.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Large, same size speed as Kevin.
- 49:21Speaker 4: Just kidd.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Just be aware of your surroundings, be around, be aware
- 49:27Speaker 1: of your surroundings. But I did when I was, When
- 49:31Speaker 1: I was peeking over the fence and everything, I was like, wow,
- 49:34Speaker 1: this is what paranoia feels like.
- 49:36Speaker 4: Is alone?
- 49:37Speaker 1: No, I wouldn't. They were moving and I'd be like,
- 49:40Speaker 1: I need to check if they're here still, And I'd
- 49:42Speaker 1: go out there in my flannel pajama's hair a hot mess,
- 49:46Speaker 1: just letting them know, marching out.
- 49:49Speaker 6: But you know what those are, the thieves. They are
- 49:52Speaker 6: casing homes. They are casing if they knew in the
- 49:56Speaker 6: neighborhood who was home, who wasn't keep your keep your eyes, yeah,
- 50:01Speaker 6: thank god, for you guys.
- 50:02Speaker 3: We have somebody at the house right now.
- 50:04Speaker 4: We always do. Oh, I don't leave.
- 50:06Speaker 1: No, the house stays ud film, stocked with people, dogs,
- 50:12Speaker 1: and eighty t security.
- 50:13Speaker 2: Cameras are everywhere. Let me tell you there's nowhere you
- 50:15Speaker 2: can be in the house where you're not going to
- 50:16Speaker 2: be fully caught on.
- 50:17Speaker 1: I got really lucky that that came with the house. Anyway,
- 50:20Speaker 1: you guys, what an interesting podcast talks about pregnancy, Grizzel
- 50:23Speaker 1: taking ahead of crack. Are we ach and relieving or no,
- 50:26Speaker 1: let's ache and relief, Ach and relief starting us off?
- 50:29Speaker 4: Mom?
- 50:30Speaker 1: Do you want to do ach and relief?
- 50:31Speaker 6: I think Eastern and I have the same relief in
- 50:35Speaker 6: that Governor Cox of Utah signed into order no more No,
- 50:41Speaker 6: no more kill shelters.
- 50:43Speaker 3: They're all no kill shelters. Governor Cox star.
- 50:51Speaker 1: Governor Cox is a rock star. And you know what,
- 50:53Speaker 1: I really really love when I see Utah making the
- 50:57Speaker 1: first move or the first you know, even with the
- 51:02Speaker 1: gay marriage sign off, we were one of the first states.
- 51:05Speaker 1: So when people make fun of Utah, I can make
- 51:07Speaker 1: fun of it because I'm from there, right. I can
- 51:10Speaker 1: make fun of my brother because he's my brother. But
- 51:12Speaker 1: when other people do. I'm like, let me break something
- 51:14Speaker 1: down for you. That is the bomb. So I appreciate
- 51:18Speaker 1: that being Yeah, you're relief.
- 51:20Speaker 6: Yeah, they're all no kills, so that's amazing, applaud we
- 51:24Speaker 6: already did.
- 51:24Speaker 5: But and my ache is all the other shelters that
- 51:29Speaker 5: haven't followed to Yes.
- 51:30Speaker 3: Yes, that is part of it.
- 51:35Speaker 6: The thieves everywhere that are thieves.
- 51:37Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what I say, Mom, we're like fifty
- 51:41Speaker 1: cent I protect what I've got. I'm in the house
- 51:44Speaker 1: of my blade. Okay, but really just a lot of pimbles.
- 51:49Speaker 4: But did you have a blade? Though?
- 51:51Speaker 1: I do in my butcher's knife.
- 51:56Speaker 3: I do.
- 51:57Speaker 1: I inherited a machete from my grandpa.
- 51:59Speaker 3: Anyway, I not.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Well, you're like, okay, what's your age?
- 52:09Speaker 4: Everybody else falls shelters?
- 52:12Speaker 2: I agree, Okay, I'm going to tie this back into
- 52:15Speaker 2: the beginning of the episode. My ache and relief is
- 52:17Speaker 2: the same. My relief is that I know the gender
- 52:20Speaker 2: of Lalla's baby. My ache is that the gender reveal
- 52:23Speaker 2: can't come soon enough. But that's okay, I'm I know.
- 52:28Speaker 1: My My ache of the week is honestly just that
- 52:34Speaker 1: I I was nauseous again, and I haven't been nauseous
- 52:37Speaker 1: really since I came out of my first trimester. That
- 52:40Speaker 1: was a real buzzkill and just like throwing up the
- 52:42Speaker 1: in and out, that wasn't exactly ideal for the week,
- 52:44Speaker 1: but whatever, we should get off. My relief is that
- 52:47Speaker 1: my TV is hung in my bedroom now, so I'm
- 52:53Speaker 1: feeling very cozy. I can watch Seinfeld before bed. Me
- 52:57Speaker 1: and my womb really appreciate a good Seinfeld episode before
- 53:01Speaker 1: we go to bed.
- 53:02Speaker 2: She'll say, me and my womb, but not with child,
- 53:04Speaker 2: you know, me and my womb.
- 53:08Speaker 4: Lay, Me and.
- 53:10Speaker 1: My Me and my unborn child really enjoy a nice
- 53:13Speaker 1: chuckle before you. Guys, thank you so much for listening
