- 0:05Speaker 1: This is Shane Hurricane Helms, and you're listening to the Major.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Wrestling Figure Podcast. And if not, what's up with that?
- 0:11Speaker 1: First take. Welcome, everyone, to the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I'm your host, Matt Cardona, a.k.a. WWE Superstar Zack Ryder. Hey, Matt.
- 0:30Speaker 2: How was your week, man? Did you buy any wrestling figures?
- 0:34Speaker 1: You are?
- 0:35Speaker 2: I'm Brian Myers, a.k.a. Curt Hawkins, a.k.a. the most jet-lagged
- 0:41Speaker 2: man in America, a.k.a. the most tired and annoyed podcaster
- 0:46Speaker 2: on the airwaves. What's going on?
- 0:50Speaker 1: Full disclosure. Oh, yeah.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Have you ever said that before? I have.
- 0:55Speaker 1: We just recorded pretty much up to weekly purchases.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Which was a lot.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:02Speaker 2: And it all got deleted. How do we know this
- 1:05Speaker 2: is working now? We're hoping. Are you serious?
- 1:10Speaker 1: I'm not going to stop it to make sure.
- 1:11Speaker 2: I think we should. Well, wait. Are you ready? Did
- 1:14Speaker 2: the test work?
- 1:15Speaker 1: The test worked. There's a new card, a new SIM card,
- 1:18Speaker 1: new batteries. This is going to be tough, but we're
- 1:21Speaker 1: going to power through here. Guys.
- 1:23Speaker 2: What's good, man?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Welcome everyone to Good Housekeeping.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Did you get your possible peanut job shirt yet?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Yeah, but we have a lot of things first. We
- 1:31Speaker 1: have to redo everything.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Because there is a sale going on.
- 1:35Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Pro Wrestling Tees.
- 1:36Speaker 1: ProWrestlingTees.com slash MajorDevPod. The 4th of July sale, July 1st
- 1:41Speaker 1: through the 8th. You did that earlier.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Trust me, it was a lot more enthusiastic the first time.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Use code AMERICA to save 20%. There's the I Got
- 1:49Speaker 1: Figs shirt. Heath wants some royalties. He's not getting them.
- 1:52Speaker 2: He will not.
- 1:53Speaker 1: The Pastel Peanuts shirt.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Even though the Stang shirt sells, we should probably buy
- 1:58Speaker 2: him dinner or something at some point.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I've paid for rental cars two weeks in a row
- 2:02Speaker 1: and got nothing from you guys.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Why have you not asked us for money for that?
- 2:05Speaker 1: Because I'm not a big, like, collect money guy.
- 2:07Speaker 2: I told you that. Okay.
- 2:09Speaker 1: There's also the summer of Stomp.
- 2:10Speaker 2: You want to book next week's rental car?
- 2:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Okay.
- 2:12Speaker 1: TDD Wrestling, thank you for all that. But guys, you
- 2:14Speaker 1: went a little out of order there, Brian. Subscribe to
- 2:17Speaker 1: this podcast. Leave a review.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Tell a friend.
- 2:19Speaker 1: We want this podcast to spread just like Rikishi's butt cheeks.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I feel like I'm a groundhog day. Shoot me now.
- 2:30Speaker 1: We can't take it out on the fans, the major marks.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I know. I'm sorry, guys, but this is tough.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Guys, our YouTube channel, youtube.com slash majordiffpod. We're almost at 30,000 subscribers. Actually,
- 2:39Speaker 1: by the time this podcast airs, we might already be there.
- 2:42Speaker 1: And when we get there.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Is that possible?
- 2:43Speaker 1: Yes.
- 2:44Speaker 2: We're really close. It's growing that fast?
- 2:45Speaker 1: Yes. When we get there, we will give you guys
- 2:47Speaker 1: a bonus, full-length, free podcast. And you get to choose
- 2:51Speaker 1: the topic.
- 2:52Speaker 2: And we've been putting out. And hint, hint, wink, wink.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I would like to do ECW.
- 2:55Speaker 1: That's fine with me.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Original Services of Toymakers.
- 2:57Speaker 1: But it's with the fans.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I mean, that Patreon, I was shocked at that.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Well, we'll get to that. You're going out of order
- 3:03Speaker 1: right now.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Well, anyway, we had a poll on our Patreon to.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Do a bonus. To let them choose the bonus one
- 3:07Speaker 1: that's now on Patreon. We'll get to there now. We'll
- 3:09Speaker 1: just go to it now. Patreon.com slash MajorDevFod. The bonus
- 3:13Speaker 1: Q & A episode's up. And also the Let Em
- 3:15Speaker 1: Breathe episode where I unbox a shotgun Saturday night Series
- 3:20Speaker 1: 2 Double J Jeff Jarrett. But what I was about
- 3:23Speaker 1: to say was our YouTube channel. We said when we
- 3:25Speaker 1: started the Patreon that we would use the resources to
- 3:29Speaker 1: be able to create even more free content. And that's
- 3:30Speaker 1: exactly what we're doing. We're putting up more YouTube content
- 3:34Speaker 1: than ever before. Let's talk about the Funko vlog. We
- 3:41Speaker 1: went to Funko HQ. Sully, the man, he took care
- 3:44Speaker 1: of us. He showed us around. And my goal was
- 3:46Speaker 1: to transform you. Not that you weren't a fan or
- 3:48Speaker 1: a hater. You just didn't collect.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Okay. Well, going into it, yeah, I'm fully aware of Pops,
- 3:54Speaker 2: fully aware of Funko and most of their products and stuff.
- 3:58Speaker 2: But really, I just have so many questions. collecting vices
- 4:02Speaker 2: i felt like i didn't need another one um especially
- 4:06Speaker 2: one and after being there it's crazy it's not just
- 4:10Speaker 2: a toy store i know but it's crazy how much
- 4:13Speaker 2: licensing they have.
- 4:14Speaker 1: And you realize i want this i want this i
- 4:16Speaker 1: want this i want that it's like that's my problem
- 4:18Speaker 1: that's why i think.
- 4:19Speaker 2: 500 mike lemiz is a robot.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yeah he's a terminator just not jack he's.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Not human He has no real emotions. We just had
- 4:27Speaker 2: dinner with him. He's a shell of a man. He's
- 4:30Speaker 2: not my friend Mike that I met in OVW. No,
- 4:32Speaker 2: he's gone. Long gone. But that being said, I think
- 4:35Speaker 2: if you brought him in there, there would have to
- 4:37Speaker 2: be something. At least one, right? Even he would be like, oh,
- 4:40Speaker 2: my God. It's everywhere. Like, if you brought someone into
- 4:44Speaker 2: that place and there wasn't something that they were into, like,
- 4:48Speaker 2: you wouldn't have a pulse. Right.
- 4:49Speaker 1: And– we took the tour on our vlog. Um, then
- 4:53Speaker 1: we also went upstairs into the office where everyone has
- 4:55Speaker 1: the Funko pops on display and, uh, everyone, there's a
- 4:59Speaker 1: slide going from floor to floor and we did their podcast,
- 5:02Speaker 1: the Funko fun cast, uh, with Dima, Hillary and Sully.
- 5:05Speaker 1: That was a great listen. I think.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Yeah. I would encourage listeners to go either way to
- 5:08Speaker 2: find that and listen to that, especially if they are
- 5:10Speaker 2: listening to this and they like this show. Right. I
- 5:12Speaker 2: think it was a different, it was different for the
- 5:15Speaker 2: questions to come our way, you know, instead of us,
- 5:17Speaker 2: you know, I think it was just a different listen
- 5:18Speaker 2: and an interesting listen and it It covered everything.
- 5:23Speaker 1: And we also did an unboxing for them. Ghostbusters Mystery Mini.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Mystery Minis. I'm not sure when that's going to be up.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Hopefully soon. We'll tweet it, of course. But I just
- 5:32Speaker 1: want to thank Funko again for letting us into their home.
- 5:36Speaker 1: We said it was an invasion, but we didn't really invade.
- 5:38Speaker 1: They let us in.
- 5:38Speaker 2: They let us in. And I want to thank Sully
- 5:40Speaker 2: for taking care of us and showing us around and
- 5:42Speaker 2: being the man.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It's so cool.
- 5:43Speaker 2: It was great.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And I've been there before.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Very informative.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I've been there before, but every time I go, it's
- 5:47Speaker 1: better and different and there's more stuff.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So I love that. And I'll very rarely say this
- 5:52Speaker 2: because I'm usually never wrong, but you were completely right
- 5:56Speaker 2: and I was wrong in this whole situation.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Say my name, say my name.
- 6:00Speaker 2: But moving on.
- 6:01Speaker 1: All right, anyway. We also did a vlog of Singapore,
- 6:04Speaker 1: but it was a failed vlog. We were so excited.
- 6:07Speaker 1: We finally found a Toys R Us and we went
- 6:09Speaker 1: there and what.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Happened, Brian? Toys R Us in Singapore does not carry
- 6:15Speaker 2: WWE products.
- 6:15Speaker 1: There were no figures.
- 6:17Speaker 2: We even had Bill McKean as... Distribution problems.
- 6:21Speaker 1: It goes all the way to Singapore. All the way
- 6:22Speaker 1: to Singapore. And we brought Tyson Kidd, TJ Wilson along
- 6:25Speaker 1: with us.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I was embarrassed. It's an entertaining vlog for the wrong reasons.
- 6:31Speaker 2: It's not– we fully intended to have this fun vlog
- 6:33Speaker 2: with Tyson Kidd there. And we just went to Saudi
- 6:35Speaker 2: Arabia and went to Toys R Us and they had
- 6:38Speaker 2: a ginormous aisle filled with– So much WWE product.
- 6:42Speaker 1: And it's not like the figures were NWO sold out.
- 6:45Speaker 2: They just don't carry it. They don't carry it and
- 6:47Speaker 2: there's no section. And when we went to Japan the
- 6:50Speaker 2: next day, we found out the same thing. We didn't
- 6:52Speaker 2: waste our time and go because we actually asked some
- 6:54Speaker 2: fans before we did. But there's Toys R Us in
- 6:56Speaker 2: Japan and there's no WWE product as well.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Speaking of Japan, we have a vlog of Japan up.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And I just want to say thank you to Kaz,
- 7:05Speaker 1: our boy Kaz in Japan. He really took care of
- 7:08Speaker 1: us the entire trip. And he brought us to Totokan.
- 7:11Speaker 1: We're going to talk about that in the weekly purchases.
- 7:13Speaker 1: It's this historic wrestling memorabilia. Not just a figure store.
- 7:17Speaker 2: In Japan.
- 7:18Speaker 1: We also wrestled there. It was your first time ever
- 7:21Speaker 1: wrestling there.
- 7:22Speaker 2: It was a complete honor. I don't want to sound
- 7:25Speaker 2: like an a * * hole. But I've accomplished a
- 7:26Speaker 2: lot of cool things in my career. There's very few
- 7:30Speaker 2: generic to-dos on my bucket list. And that was for
- 7:34Speaker 2: sure number one. To wrestle in Japan. That's something I
- 7:37Speaker 2: wanted to do. I thought I was going to do
- 7:39Speaker 2: that before I got in WWE. Like, that was the
- 7:42Speaker 2: plan I made up in my head. Right.
- 7:43Speaker 1: And we had two back-to-back nights in Tokyo. And there
- 7:46Speaker 1: were these fans that are always there who do cosplay.
- 7:49Speaker 1: And they dressed up as Hawkins and Ryder. Definitely Ryder
- 7:51Speaker 1: both nights in two different intricate, awesome outfits. And you
- 7:56Speaker 1: thought that the person who was wearing your outfit actually
- 7:59Speaker 1: bought your old gear.
- 8:00Speaker 2: It was so, like, to the naked eye, even to
- 8:03Speaker 2: my own eye. Like, it was so spot on. I
- 8:05Speaker 2: thought he just bought maybe gear that I had sold, like, online.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Yeah. Right.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Same with me. But then I look closer and.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, this guy made this. I'm like, did
- 8:11Speaker 1: this guy go to Orlando and rob my garage and
- 8:14Speaker 1: steal my stuff?
- 8:14Speaker 2: Pretty unbelievable. The whole trip was– it was– besides being
- 8:19Speaker 2: away from my family, which is the only thing I
- 8:20Speaker 2: can think of that was a negative about it, it
- 8:22Speaker 2: was like perfect. Right. Like top to bottom. I feel
- 8:25Speaker 2: like we took full advantage of being there and made
- 8:27Speaker 2: the most of everything.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I mean, I went for the first time ever.
- 8:29Speaker 2: The matches were awesome.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 2: The people were awesome. The culture, the nightlife.
- 8:33Speaker 1: It was definitely my best Japan trip ever for the
- 8:35Speaker 1: first time ever. I went to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo
- 8:40Speaker 1: Disney Sea. I'm not going to bore you with all
- 8:41Speaker 1: those details.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Why didn't you go to Tokyo Disney A and B?
- 8:44Speaker 1: Because it's sea like the water, sea.
- 8:48Speaker 2: You know?
- 8:48Speaker 1: Not like the letter C.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Sea world. Kind of. Kind of. Cool. Cool story.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I'll save all the information for my new podcast, Majorland,
- 8:57Speaker 1: coming never. Actually, I would love to do one. So, Scotty,
- 9:00Speaker 1: if you're listening, if you want to start a theme
- 9:01Speaker 1: park podcast.
- 9:02Speaker 2: I wish Scotty was listening.
- 9:03Speaker 1: But we've all had dreamt of going to a wrestling
- 9:07Speaker 1: figure store, a toy store, and finding the coolest figures ever.
- 9:09Speaker 1: And then you wake up like, damn, that's just a dream.
- 9:12Speaker 2: I finally stopped having those dreams. I think because Toys
- 9:15Speaker 2: R Us clothes. Is that weird? But I still have
- 9:17Speaker 2: those dreams. I used to have them all the time,
- 9:20Speaker 2: at least every six months. And I think in the
- 9:22Speaker 2: past year and a half that Toys R Us has
- 9:23Speaker 2: been closed, I haven't had them.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Yeah. It was like almost I was dreaming of this insane, unique, one-of-a-kind,
- 9:31Speaker 1: out-of-this-world theme park, but it was real life. That's how
- 9:33Speaker 1: crazy Tokyo DisneySea was. I got to go back.
- 9:36Speaker 2: You sure you weren't just still drunk from the night before?
- 9:38Speaker 1: No. Well, I definitely was when I got there. I
- 9:41Speaker 1: got there rope-dropped. But I had a great time. I
- 9:43Speaker 1: went all by myself because I'm a Disney snob, and
- 9:45Speaker 1: I knew I didn't want to– listen, I'll save all
- 9:47Speaker 1: this for the major land. But let's not forget, we
- 9:51Speaker 1: ended the night– or we ended the tour with the
- 9:53Speaker 1: best part, in my opinion– Going to the legendary Ribera Steakhouse.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, that's a staple. kind of like a staple.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Old school, brother.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Old school staple being a pro wrestler in Japan. You
- 10:05Speaker 2: go to Ribera, and it's just something that the boys
- 10:08Speaker 2: and very informed fans have known about for many years.
- 10:11Speaker 2: I mean, to finally go there.
- 10:13Speaker 1: And finally get a jacket. Get a jacket.
- 10:14Speaker 2: It was surreal. But to be inside, it's such a
- 10:16Speaker 2: little place. It's the size of a hotel room, practically, but.
- 10:19Speaker 2: To see the history that's all over the walls and ceiling.
- 10:23Speaker 1: The ceiling too.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Like Daisuke was saying, my neck was sore from staring
- 10:26Speaker 2: at this. I was like, me too. And I don't
- 10:27Speaker 2: even have a bad neck. It was just like, it's mesmerizing.
- 10:30Speaker 2: You see the history all over the place. And it
- 10:32Speaker 2: was just such an honor. I mean, those photos were
- 10:36Speaker 2: dating back to like, I want to say 80 and 81.
- 10:38Speaker 2: And that's just me guessing, maybe even older. I wish,
- 10:42Speaker 2: the only sad part, I wish someone spoke. more English
- 10:45Speaker 2: to explain, like, the history of it to me.
- 10:47Speaker 1: But we finally have the jackets. I remember growing up
- 10:49Speaker 1: and reading, like, Pro Wrestling Illustrated and seeing all the
- 10:51Speaker 1: old photos with them in jackets.
- 10:53Speaker 2: LODs just rocking those jackets.
- 10:54Speaker 1: And you finally got a jacket. It's my third one.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I got a badass blue one that would match my
- 11:00Speaker 2: gear I could wear.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Boom, boom.
- 11:02Speaker 2: And they all look like Colt Cabana's jackets.
- 11:03Speaker 1: But check out youtube.com slash majordbiffpod for all those vlogs

- 12:04Speaker 1: I don't blame you.
- 12:05Speaker 4: It's the best. I had such a fun... I did

- 12:14Speaker 4: out and bought cards.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Fantastic.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Hey, so did you guys get all this ringside stuff?
- 12:19Speaker 4: Brother, let's get after it.
- 12:21Speaker 1: I did not get it, but I'd love to hear
- 12:22Speaker 1: you guys talk about it.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Oh, you know what?
- 12:25Speaker 4: Your mail's probably jacked up because of the storm.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Let me hear what you got. Oh, man.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Well.
- 12:34Speaker 4: The Royal Rumble elites and the WrestleMania elites are in
- 12:38Speaker 4: ringside collectibles. I need a very, very interesting stat. Hey, guys,
- 12:43Speaker 4: I did a reel. A reel on Instagram covering this.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Yeah. Full video.
- 12:49Speaker 4: We got Cody Rhodes, Royal Rumble, from the first Royal
- 12:53Speaker 4: Rumble win.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Awesome figure.
- 12:56Speaker 4: Maybe. Maybe a figure of the year candidate right here, folks.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Really?
- 13:00Speaker 4: WrestleMania will live forever. Royal Rumble 91. With the fans flag.
- 13:06Speaker 4: I mean, like.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Oh, my God. I mean, for dudes our age.
- 13:09Speaker 3: I gotta open this.
- 13:10Speaker 2: For dudes our age, that is like... That's it, man.
- 13:15Speaker 4: That's something I never thought I'd own in my collection.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Hey, did you know that they stole that idea from
- 13:20Speaker 1: Michael LaPuma?
- 13:24Speaker 2: You're stealing my ideas over here.
- 13:26Speaker 3: Why do you think.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I don't need a documentary enough.
- 13:29Speaker 2: What?
- 13:30Speaker 1: To post the holidays. I love LaPuma. He better be
- 13:35Speaker 1: that Bully Beers and Bendys.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Yeah, he better be.
- 13:38Speaker 3: So, Brian, you said Royal Rumble 91?
- 13:42Speaker 2: I believe, yes.
- 13:44Speaker 3: And why is it something you never thought you'd have
- 13:46Speaker 3: in your collection?
- 13:47Speaker 4: Because it's just so... I don't know. Nobody's ever.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Done that, right?
- 13:53Speaker 1: Soft goods, fan sign.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Hogan Wayfield.
- 13:58Speaker 4: He holds it up. I watched the goddamn Coliseum home
- 14:00Speaker 4: video of this a hundred times. So freaking cool. Can
- 14:04Speaker 4: he hold it? He can hold it pretty great. It's
- 14:06Speaker 4: a little difficult, but you just got to slide it
- 14:09Speaker 4: through the C-grip, and he's got really tight C-grips. Are
- 14:13Speaker 4: they new C-grips? That I don't know, but they're tight
- 14:19Speaker 4: to hold it. It's freaking awesome. It's a fronter already
- 14:21Speaker 4: displayed in my collection.
- 14:25Speaker 3: So he's posed perfectly for it.
- 14:30Speaker 1: I'm going to say this about Battelle.
- 14:32Speaker 4: These little do-hangies that hold the figures in just explode
- 14:34Speaker 4: and get all over your stuff.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Stop. We don't need them.
- 14:37Speaker 4: Super annoying. And then I can't wrap my head around
- 14:41Speaker 4: the packaging. Like, this packaging is like.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Tissue paper.
- 14:48Speaker 4: It's so flimsy and bad. But how are Target Legends, like, nice,
- 14:53Speaker 4: good cardboard?
- 14:54Speaker 2: I don't understand.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Like, it's the same company making the same product.
- 14:57Speaker 3: That looks awesome.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Look at that, Mark.
- 14:58Speaker 1: You got to take the bandana off, but it still
- 15:00Speaker 1: looks awesome.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Mark's logistics. I... I had like an eternal struggle. I
- 15:04Speaker 4: took the chain and the bandana off so it's more
- 15:07Speaker 4: match accurate.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Right.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Him holding it up. It's so cool.
- 15:10Speaker 1: It's a fronter. It's a fronter right there.
- 15:12Speaker 2: It's a fronter.
- 15:13Speaker 3: It's pretty unique.
- 15:15Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Pretty cool. And then to finish off, so you got
- 15:21Speaker 3: the Kali.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Dude, okay, that's another thing about this set. It's build
- 15:25Speaker 4: a great Kali. It's probably the greatest builder figure of
- 15:29Speaker 4: all time.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Hurricane looks fantastic.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Hurricane's a must-have. Significantly different time period than his last
- 15:36Speaker 4: delete that we got. This is the makeup, not the mask. Yeah,
- 15:40Speaker 4: this is just the end of Invasion. It's Rumble 02,
- 15:45Speaker 4: which he's infamous for the double choke slam spot that's
- 15:48Speaker 4: pretty very well-known.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Must-have.
- 15:51Speaker 4: And even the diesel's fun. I don't need it for
- 15:54Speaker 4: my collection because me and Broski don't collect things from
- 15:57Speaker 4: when we were on the roster, but This is when
- 15:59Speaker 4: he came back in 2011 as a surprise and blew
- 16:01Speaker 4: the roof off the Boston Garden.
- 16:04Speaker 3: And this led to the single run where he kind
- 16:08Speaker 3: of feuded with Sam Paul?
- 16:09Speaker 4: Yep, later in the year he comes back and he has, like,
- 16:11Speaker 4: the punk and Triple H feud.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Yeah, this was, I lost my mind.
- 16:15Speaker 1: You know, I wrestle him. In that era? This year.
- 16:19Speaker 4: Well, in the, you mean on that tour, right? On
- 16:21Speaker 4: the tour, like, I'm wrestling, like, every night. It's unbelievable.
- 16:25Speaker 4: What's unique about that, too, like, That figure is, he's
- 16:29Speaker 4: got his full, like, tat sleeve. That makes you know
- 16:32Speaker 4: it's like Grizzle, Nash, not Hay Day. I think it's
- 16:35Speaker 4: a great set all around.
- 16:37Speaker 3: All right, so this Red Heart face is actually pretty good.
- 16:41Speaker 4: It's not bad. It's not incredible, but it's not bad.
- 16:44Speaker 4: I'm going to say that. Red Heart, WrestleMania IV. I
- 16:50Speaker 4: think Broski hit on the head. If this came with
- 16:52Speaker 4: a trophy, like, Yeah, that came with the trophy. Kind
- 16:55Speaker 4: of what that Hogan is. That Hogan by itself is
- 16:57Speaker 4: a cool figure, right? But not, like, lose-your-mind shit.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Right.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Because it comes with the flag, and it's so significant
- 17:02Speaker 4: to that moment. It puts it over the top. If
- 17:04Speaker 4: this Brad had the trophy, I think it'd be in
- 17:06Speaker 4: the same realm.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Unfortunately, I'm going to have to cut it, but I
- 17:10Speaker 1: have to buy it for the Fink. Right.
- 17:12Speaker 4: This is Hogan botching the promo at WrestleMania 30.
- 17:16Speaker 1: What? It's a great figure. It's freaking awesome, actually.
- 17:19Speaker 2: It's very nice.
- 17:21Speaker 3: I don't think I need this at all.
- 17:22Speaker 1: This is a Builda Howard Finkel.
- 17:25Speaker 4: I upgraded my Finkel. I took it out, did my side-by-side.
- 17:28Speaker 4: It's definitely more fun to have the expressive hand. The
- 17:33Speaker 4: microphone deco hits a little nicer. And actually, I noticed
- 17:38Speaker 4: he's got a different suit jacket mold. It's got the
- 17:41Speaker 4: one button instead of all of them buttoned up, and
- 17:43Speaker 4: it's kind of just a better look.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Ah, yes.
- 17:46Speaker 3: I've been saying that for a long time. Nobody buttons
- 17:48Speaker 3: both freaking buttons.
- 17:49Speaker 4: And then last but not least, we have Bianca, who's
- 17:51Speaker 4: like crazy toyetic, and Seth Rollins, who I think might
- 17:55Speaker 4: be a little dumbed down from what he actually wore,
- 17:57Speaker 4: but I'm not an expert in that by any means.
- 17:59Speaker 3: So out of these two things, I don't need anything,
- 18:03Speaker 3: and I don't even necessarily need that Hogan, but.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I hope it's all good.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Wait, wait.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Do you have a Howard Finkel in your collection? Because
- 18:08Speaker 4: you're going to need that.
- 18:11Speaker 3: I don't really have... a reason to have Howard Finkel.
- 18:14Speaker 1: What?
- 18:14Speaker 2: Man, that's crazy. Not just because he's the man.
- 18:18Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, I could put it in my... But
- 18:21Speaker 3: I don't need to open all these for just Howard Finkel.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Yes, you do.
- 18:23Speaker 2: You're crazy.
- 18:27Speaker 4: Also from Ringside Collectibles, Ultimate... Is this 23? Oh, you
- 18:33Speaker 4: got all these? Well, I scooped just Dom. Also, his dad, Ray,
- 18:38Speaker 4: from the same match. You can see here, pretty badass.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Yes.
- 18:41Speaker 1: LA Knight, number one on the top ten, LA Knight. Ultimate.
- 18:46Speaker 4: I'm going to live unbox Dirty Dom here. I think
- 18:49Speaker 4: I said recently on the show, I can't believe this
- 18:51Speaker 4: one doesn't have a mustache, but granted he didn't have
- 18:53Speaker 4: it in the match, but I just feel like he's
- 18:54Speaker 4: had that mustache for like three years, but he hasn't.
- 18:57Speaker 1: It's just the way it feels.
- 18:59Speaker 2: We're in.
- 18:59Speaker 4: Here we go. Here's these little do-hingies I'm talking about
- 19:04Speaker 4: that just drive me nuts.
- 19:09Speaker 1: To me, that's like an ultimate.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, this is sick.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It's an iconic match. There's so many different ways you
- 19:15Speaker 1: can pose it and position it and display it.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Ultimate portrait. Entrance mask. That's very nice. The handcuffs is cool. Oh, man,
- 19:31Speaker 4: I'm going to have to cut those out. Here's his
- 19:35Speaker 4: entrance jacket, similar to like a Bret Hart Ultimate has
- 19:38Speaker 4: the jacket, and then you have the full-blown hands, arms,
- 19:43Speaker 4: I mean, that click in to do that.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Seagrip.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Closed fists handcuffs i'm gonna have to very carefully cut
- 19:54Speaker 4: out of here.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Hey while he's opening that matt this this comment is
- 19:59Speaker 3: is really great if that would be awesome if it
- 20:02Speaker 3: came with one of your figures.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Dude i'll say this right now There were supposed to
- 20:07Speaker 1: be two companies who were supposed to make that figure.
- 20:11Speaker 2: One of them.
- 20:12Speaker 1: You know what? Fuck it. They both got to the
- 20:14Speaker 1: prototype stage. Only one was public. What? Yeah.
- 20:18Speaker 4: I'm not going to say the other one, but... Well,
- 20:21Speaker 4: one was Sal's Imaginary Company, right?
- 20:23Speaker 1: No, no, no. One was.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Oh, I know, I know.
- 20:28Speaker 2: Epic.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Before it was Epic, when it was just Cella.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Yes.
- 20:32Speaker 1: But it wasn't going to be through Cella. It was
- 20:33Speaker 1: going to be through Figure Collection. There was a Brian
- 20:37Speaker 1: designed as well. I think we posted it.
- 20:39Speaker 4: That was going to be like the Sabu and the
- 20:42Speaker 4: Dynamite Kid, right?
- 20:43Speaker 2: Yes.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And then there's another one that I'm not going to
- 20:47Speaker 1: bury it just in case it ever comes out.
- 20:49Speaker 4: But hopefully it will. This is an ultimate, folks.
- 20:53Speaker 2: It looks fantastic.
- 20:55Speaker 4: That's so much articulate.
- 20:58Speaker 2: So easy to move.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Let's pop the arms. I mean... I don't think we
- 21:03Speaker 1: speak about it enough on this show because we don't
- 21:05Speaker 1: really talk about wrestling besides figures. But the superstar that
- 21:10Speaker 1: Dominic has become from when he first arrived on the scene,
- 21:14Speaker 1: I don't think anybody could have predicted the superstar.
- 21:17Speaker 2: That Dominic has attained.
- 21:19Speaker 1: And good for him.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Right.
- 21:24Speaker 1: He's the only heel to do a heel turn.
- 21:28Speaker 2: As a heel. Right, yeah, I know. A heel with heat.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That's great. And here we put on the....
- 21:40Speaker 4: I did not see this mesh. I must have been
- 21:42Speaker 4: flying home from WrestleCon or something. What year was this?
- 21:48Speaker 2: Two years ago, right?
- 21:49Speaker 4: Three years ago? So, the one in L.A.? Four years ago? D,
- 21:55Speaker 4: give me a nod in L.A. This is WrestleMania 39, yeah,
- 21:57Speaker 4: last year. No, that's two manias ago. That's two manias ago.
- 22:03Speaker 5: It's not 41 yet.
- 22:05Speaker 2: We're on the road to it.
- 22:09Speaker 5: 17 months ago.
- 22:11Speaker 4: You're not allowed in Las Vegas, so don't worry about
- 22:13Speaker 4: WrestleMania 41. It's not the last one. It's the second
- 22:15Speaker 4: to last one. It's two manias ago.
- 22:18Speaker 1: By the way, guys, if you're going to WrestleCon or WrestleMania,
- 22:23Speaker 1: get those fucking hotel rooms because they're cheap AF.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 22:28Speaker 1: There is a little caveat.
- 22:29Speaker 4: There's like a weird little service charge. Compared to years past,
- 22:36Speaker 4: it's crazy cheap.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Get it now.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Hey, real quick, I just looked this up for anybody
- 22:42Speaker 3: who was wondering. There's that famous thing.
- 22:47Speaker 5: It's featured in his entrance video and everything.
- 22:51Speaker 2: It's so good.
- 22:53Speaker 4: Six-year-old me can close my eyes and it's like, I
- 22:57Speaker 4: just see that, you know?
- 22:58Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Pretty unreal.
- 23:00Speaker 4: That's why I think anyone who's our age, this is
- 23:02Speaker 4: such a wheelhouse, home run item for them, you know?
- 23:07Speaker 2: Anything else?
- 23:08Speaker 3: I'm going to watch this while I work out tomorrow.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Oh, yeah? Well, guys, this I did not get from ringside,
- 23:13Speaker 1: but you can get them at ringside. Believe it or not,
- 23:16Speaker 1: I finally received my Extreme Bendy's Dusty Rhodes. Yeah.
- 23:21Speaker 4: How are you so bad at me over this thing?
- 23:23Speaker 4: A couple-hour miscommunication, but Knit Cut didn't send you Dusty's
- 23:26Speaker 4: for two months.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 23:28Speaker 1: I finally got them. I absolutely love these things. They're
- 23:31Speaker 1: so good. This is the ECW gear. Oh, my God.
- 23:34Speaker 1: There's PBR on. I got to clean this up. There's
- 23:37Speaker 1: PBR all over this.
- 23:39Speaker 3: Damn.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Man, dude. Unbelievable.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Brian Beatty, he took Bendy's to a new level. So
- 23:44Speaker 1: if you've had some earlier Bendy's and said, eh, not
- 23:48Speaker 1: for me, you got to give the new ones a chance.
- 23:50Speaker 1: They're un-fucking-believable. But these Dustys are great. And the whole
- 23:55Speaker 1: set available now. Ringside Collectibles. Use discount code MAJOR to
- 24:00Speaker 1: save 10%. Something I got that you guys did not get, guys.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I received it today from MattelCreations.com. Mosh. Thrasher.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Awesome. The Headbangers.
- 24:15Speaker 3: So good.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Guys, to me, besides the fact that I love these guys,
- 24:21Speaker 1: these are absolute farts. fronters in my collection they look
- 24:25Speaker 1: awesome they're they're fantastic i love the shirt are they
- 24:29Speaker 1: a little mishmashy sure like for instance like uh mosh
- 24:34Speaker 1: no pun intended is missing one of his tattoos that
- 24:36Speaker 1: comes later on though so like the my main complaint
- 24:41Speaker 1: with these and we talked about before jacks back in
- 24:45Speaker 1: 97 painted the boxers right these are just plain black
- 24:51Speaker 1: And not only are they plain black, they're way too long.
- 24:54Speaker 1: They like go right to the knee pad.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that's way too long. Way too long.
- 25:01Speaker 4: That's why I said they could have used like a biker,
- 25:04Speaker 4: the biker quad.
- 25:06Speaker 1: That's what I was saying. Like maybe that's too short,
- 25:08Speaker 1: but it's better than being too long in my opinion.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I think so. And then you could have painted them,
- 25:12Speaker 4: but it's not like. We're literally talking about looking up
- 25:15Speaker 4: the skirt of an action figure.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Very nitpicky. Very nitpicky. I will say this. I love
- 25:19Speaker 1: the packaging. I'm glad. It's like headbanger-themed packaging. I hope
- 25:24Speaker 1: they get, whether it be Legends down the line or
- 25:27Speaker 1: Monday Night Wars solo, so they can walk down the
- 25:30Speaker 1: toy aisle and see it. But if not, this is
- 25:33Speaker 1: the way to get it. Nice packaging, themed to them
- 25:36Speaker 1: with the spider web. It also comes with this backdrop, this.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Raw is War style backdrop.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Oh, that's sick.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Oh, man.
- 25:44Speaker 3: I'm putting that right in the back of my attitude.
- 25:46Speaker 4: Which is so funny. Like, that is literally what Vince
- 25:49Speaker 4: is standing in front of when he goes, I bought WCW.
- 25:53Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:53Speaker 4: I just saw that.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Like, yeah.
- 25:56Speaker 1: So, I love everything about it. I mean, really, really cool.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I didn't think I'd have headbanger figures in my collection.
- 26:02Speaker 1: I'm glad we do, man.
- 26:04Speaker 2: The fact that we do is great.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Two great guys. Former FWF Tag Team Champions.
- 26:09Speaker 2: Former. Prestigious.
- 26:13Speaker 1: If I could be nitpicky, I think, like, Mosh. His
- 26:17Speaker 1: facial hair is not the most accurate. But other than that,
- 26:21Speaker 1: I love these figures. I'm so glad they're in my collection.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I'm not a fan of soft goods, but they did
- 26:26Speaker 1: a great job with a soft good skirt or kilt. No,
- 26:30Speaker 1: they call them skirts. Fuck it. Yeah, real men wear skirts, brother.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Real men wear skirts.
- 26:35Speaker 1: So I love that Rapture has the big gray elbow pads.
- 26:39Speaker 1: They have these, like, these necklaces. Home run, in my opinion.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Well, I finally got something in. Research purposes, I had
- 26:52Speaker 4: to know.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Okay.
- 26:55Speaker 4: And I finally can compare the.
- 26:58Speaker 2: New IRS to the old IRS. Okay.
- 27:04Speaker 1: A lot to unpack here. I think.
- 27:09Speaker 4: In person, the height difference isn't as crazy as that
- 27:12Speaker 4: photo we saw. Can you guys kind of even see that?
- 27:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:15Speaker 1: It looks crazy to me from there. It looks crazy
- 27:18Speaker 1: different to you? Yeah.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:21Speaker 1: It does.
- 27:22Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's not as intense as I thought it
- 27:25Speaker 4: would be. The point, definitely more fun and toyetic.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:30Speaker 4: I think what I really hate is the baggy sleeves.
- 27:33Speaker 4: They're so baggy. Because he did not. He wore it,
- 27:36Speaker 4: rolled up, and showed off his guns. So that's really
- 27:39Speaker 4: weird to me.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Right. The glasses staying.
- 27:42Speaker 2: On, huge.
- 27:45Speaker 1: So they're new glasses? They have to be. I haven't
- 27:48Speaker 1: pulled out.
- 27:48Speaker 4: The other ones are so bad, I don't display them
- 27:51Speaker 4: because they won't stay on his face. The other ones
- 27:53Speaker 4: I put inside the briefcase. I have them in an
- 27:57Speaker 4: accessory bin. So I think at the end of the day,
- 28:00Speaker 4: I'm going to switch, but I'm not. You know, set
- 28:04Speaker 4: on this for life. Like, hopefully we get something else out.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I'm going to switch just so he's the same size
- 28:10Speaker 1: as your Million Dollar Man. That, too.
- 28:12Speaker 4: Which, literally, I pulled this from the shelf where they're
- 28:13Speaker 4: right next to each other. And now I can, you know,
- 28:16Speaker 4: put this back when we're done and have that. But
- 28:19Speaker 4: the point, you know, the positives, I would say, slightly
- 28:25Speaker 4: outweigh the negatives.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Then I'm going to do a little switcheroo here. And
- 28:28Speaker 1: you said that you're only doing him and Warrior from
- 28:32Speaker 1: that set?
- 28:33Speaker 4: Yes, which I've procured in the Thursday Night Flea Market.
- 28:37Speaker 2: I grabbed Warrior this week. Nice.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I need a Warrior if anybody has it. Looking for Warrior, guys.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Very cool. Did we all get Legends of Lucha Libre?
- 28:49Speaker 4: Bro, I unboxed two of them already. These are so awesome, man.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I have not unboxed them. I'm looking at them right now.
- 28:57Speaker 1: So I... You have Vampiro? Hold Vampiro up.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:02Speaker 4: So Vampiro is meant to be like Wrestling Society X Vampiro.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Right there.
- 29:09Speaker 4: But he's a two-in-one with the alternate head where you
- 29:10Speaker 4: can make a WCW Vampiro. Like, I took the pads off.
- 29:13Speaker 4: I took the vest off. I switched the head, and
- 29:15Speaker 4: it's like an ICP-era WCW Vamp. And I think that's
- 29:21Speaker 4: how he's getting displayed in my miscellaneous shelf.
- 29:24Speaker 3: That's cool.
- 29:25Speaker 4: It's freaking awesome. The articulation's awesome.
- 29:27Speaker 1: The quality.
- 29:28Speaker 4: They had to have, like, sized these up. Like, I
- 29:31Speaker 4: have Dom right here.
- 29:33Speaker 5: They are.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Vampiro's also a tall guy, but look at Vampiro and Dom.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Pretty much the same height.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:43Speaker 2: New IRS. All of them are that.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Would you take the vest off of the elbow pads
- 29:48Speaker 1: like Brian said to make it more WCW? What would
- 29:50Speaker 1: you do?
- 29:51Speaker 6: If you want, yeah, I guess technically the tights are
- 29:55Speaker 6: probably not accurate to the event.
- 29:56Speaker 4: The tights, probably not, but he wore similar stuff. It's like,
- 29:59Speaker 4: I can live, but the look.
- 30:01Speaker 6: Yeah, and the tattoos probably weren't the same quantity that
- 30:03Speaker 6: he had in 06 slash 07.
- 30:05Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm going to do something with this.
- 30:07Speaker 1: This is fantastic. Boss Fight does a fantastic job.
- 30:11Speaker 4: They look clean in the patch. Every time they come out,
- 30:15Speaker 4: it's better and better and more improvements. I opened Laredo
- 30:17Speaker 4: Kid as well.
- 30:18Speaker 1: This is an unbelievable figure.
- 30:20Speaker 4: It's freaking nuts. It also has a bunch of different hands,
- 30:27Speaker 4: a separate portrait with and without facial hair, which is
- 30:30Speaker 4: funny because he works at TNA and I do notice
- 30:33Speaker 4: that he does.
- 30:34Speaker 1: It's not always one or the other. Laredo Kidd and I,
- 30:37Speaker 1: we just drove like three hours together from Montreal.
- 30:41Speaker 2: No way, really?
- 30:42Speaker 3: Really?
- 30:43Speaker 1: Didn't say anything to each other. Actually, I'll tell you what.
- 30:45Speaker 1: He did say something because we went to this burger
- 30:48Speaker 1: place and he went to go get the classic on
- 30:51Speaker 1: the menu, but he was ordering poutine and not a burger.
- 30:54Speaker 1: I said, pal, you want a burger? That's poutine. I
- 30:57Speaker 1: had to explain to him what poutine was and the
- 30:58Speaker 1: people in this had to explain to him what poutine was.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I saved his ass.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Right. Here we go.
- 31:03Speaker 4: And then this is him without it. He's got all
- 31:05Speaker 4: his tats.
- 31:06Speaker 1: I think I might bring this to TNA to have
- 31:09Speaker 1: him sign it, but he probably doesn't even have this.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Yeah, he'd probably be upset that you have it first
- 31:13Speaker 4: and don't give.
- 31:13Speaker 2: It to him.
- 31:14Speaker 1: What's on the back? Dude, why do all boss fights
- 31:16Speaker 1: have this.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Hole in the back?
- 31:18Speaker 3: To put the G.I. Joe backpack in.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Literally, that's what it makes me think of. I thought
- 31:21Speaker 1: that was for his entrance gear, is it not? This
- 31:23Speaker 1: thing's unbelievable.
- 31:24Speaker 2: No, it's not.
- 31:24Speaker 6: No, yeah, a lot of their stuff is based off of, like,
- 31:27Speaker 6: once again, they mainly do, like, hacks.
- 31:30Speaker 4: So there are things that wear backpacks and shit, right?
- 31:33Speaker 6: Yeah, their main line is... hyper-articulated character kit system, I
- 31:38Speaker 6: think is what it stands for. And they also have
- 31:40Speaker 6: epic hacks, so I think, like, eventually these builds potentially
- 31:43Speaker 6: will maybe be.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Used for that.
- 31:44Speaker 4: And I also have here Mark's buddy from ROH, Taya Valkyrie.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Damn.
- 31:52Speaker 4: Very cool and toyetic. I sent her a picture of
- 31:54Speaker 4: me holding this and she was poosed.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Staple gun, bloody, bro, this is a fantastic figure.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Is this going right on the Chelsea shelf of people
- 32:05Speaker 4: you got for her?
- 32:07Speaker 1: I don't know. This is unreal, this figure. With the dog.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Is this the first time staple gun included? I'm trying
- 32:17Speaker 1: to think.
- 32:19Speaker 4: No, isn't there that like CZW 2-pack?
- 32:23Speaker 1: Doesn't it have a staple gun?
- 32:24Speaker 5: Yeah, I think there might be a Danzig or something.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Zandig?
- 32:27Speaker 3: Yeah, Zandig.
- 32:27Speaker 1: This is unbelievable.
- 32:30Speaker 2: This is crazy.
- 32:32Speaker 5: Look at that.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Love a good You should be in scale with your
- 32:36Speaker 1: AEW figures. Yeah.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Definitely.
- 32:39Speaker 4: And I love the first Taya, but this is like
- 32:43Speaker 4: next level.
- 32:44Speaker 1: I love the first Taya better than this one because
- 32:47Speaker 1: of the colors. I don't like the colors on this.
- 32:50Speaker 5: Skin tone's been revised.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 32:54Speaker 6: The height has been adjusted as well. So previously it
- 32:56Speaker 6: was about six inches tall. Now it's about six and
- 32:58Speaker 6: a quarter inches tall.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Great.
- 33:00Speaker 4: This is very nice. Is the thing glue over here? No,
- 33:05Speaker 4: the thing was in her hair.
- 33:06Speaker 2: The arm tats. Yeah, wow, I like this.
- 33:09Speaker 3: This is great.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Holy shit.
- 33:11Speaker 1: The boot. Fuzzy boots.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Yep.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Man. Now, I saw that, like, for instance, Lince Dorado, like,
- 33:20Speaker 1: got samples of his figure. So, are those out as well?
- 33:22Speaker 5: Those are shipping now from Boss Fight Shop.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Oh, really? MLW, too?
- 33:27Speaker 4: But aren't those, like, not the ultimate style of that set?
- 33:31Speaker 6: That is similar to the Fanaticos, like this Taya. That
- 33:33Speaker 6: is more of a reduced articulation, lower price point. And, yeah,
- 33:38Speaker 6: so those are shipping now from Boss Fight Shop. That's
- 33:40Speaker 6: Fusion Wave 1, part of the MLW range.
- 33:43Speaker 4: I mean, Boss Fight's making great stuff. Boss Fight is
- 33:47Speaker 4: really doing awesome stuff. I love a Matt and Brian.
- 33:49Speaker 4: I was literally just thinking that, getting greedy over here.
- 33:54Speaker 2: This is freaking cool. Look here. Very good. With the blood,
- 34:00Speaker 2: holding a staple gun.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Damn, that is cool.
- 34:02Speaker 3: But that's the face that you see when Johnny's late
- 34:05Speaker 3: for the bus.
- 34:06Speaker 1: That's the face you see when Johnny had a little
- 34:08Speaker 1: too much to drink at my wedding. He's doing backflips
- 34:11Speaker 1: when he wrote, eat me on his ass. Oh, yeah.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 34:16Speaker 4: And I guess she's, oh, her pelvis is made of rubber.
- 34:20Speaker 4: So you can, like, a little more articulation and stuff.
- 34:22Speaker 5: Yeah, similar to the Super 7 Ultimates.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Right, yeah. Has the PVC overlay.
- 34:26Speaker 3: That's great.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Yeah, PVC.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Cool.
- 34:29Speaker 1: He's fantastic. This is something that I wasn't excited for,
- 34:32Speaker 1: now in hand, blown away. I love that they're sized up.
- 34:36Speaker 1: These are just top-notch. Goddamn. Quality product, let's say that.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Very quality.
- 34:43Speaker 5: Yeah, so all of them have full-color tattoos.
- 34:46Speaker 6: And I think Dan Friedman, who now works at Jazzwares,
- 34:50Speaker 6: he did the tattoos previously for these.
- 34:52Speaker 4: The last one is Tony Blas Jr., by the way.
- 34:55Speaker 4: But this is like a modern-day him, right?
- 34:58Speaker 6: Yeah, this comes with the Lucha Libre Championship, so this
- 35:00Speaker 6: is probably about a 2023.
- 35:01Speaker 2: If this was a throwback, I'd.
- 35:03Speaker 4: Probably keep this, but just because it's modern day, I
- 35:05Speaker 4: don't think I need to keep this one.
- 35:07Speaker 5: I mean, I think it's pretty timeless. I think we're
- 35:09Speaker 5: pretty similar gear even.
- 35:10Speaker 4: His gear has always been the same-ish.
- 35:13Speaker 5: Yes, Warriors, Lucha Libre, MTV show. I'm pretty sure he
- 35:16Speaker 5: even wore very similar gear to that.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Right.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Wow.
- 35:20Speaker 5: Comes with interchangeable portrait. He's got just the signature mask.
- 35:24Speaker 4: He's got a gold mask and a silver mask.
- 35:26Speaker 6: They have metallic finishes, gloss finishes.
- 35:29Speaker 1: And the title is what?
- 35:31Speaker 6: That's the Legends of Lucha Libre Championship. So that's kind
- 35:34Speaker 6: of similar to Matt's. It gets defended, but it's also
- 35:37Speaker 6: kind of similar to Matt's Internet Championship.
- 35:39Speaker 5: It's great for photo ops.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Man, that's crazy.
- 35:40Speaker 1: He debuted in 1990.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Damn.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Jeez. Wow.
- 35:46Speaker 5: Six foot four.
- 35:48Speaker 2: So.
- 35:49Speaker 5: It's great.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Awesome stuff though. Boss fight, man.
- 35:51Speaker 4: Like I said, every time I get more and more
- 35:54Speaker 4: and more impressed with what they're doing and the improvements.
- 35:59Speaker 1: I hope they, if they're continuing to do MLWs, they
- 36:03Speaker 1: fix the scale.
- 36:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Right.
- 36:06Speaker 1: Have they announced like a series two of the.
- 36:08Speaker 4: It's been quiet.
- 36:10Speaker 6: Not of the premium wave. I believe it has been announced.
- 36:12Speaker 6: I mean, there was supposed to be a video about that,
- 36:15Speaker 6: but yeah. So see what transpires.
- 36:20Speaker 3: The crazy thing about MLW is that it's like everybody,
- 36:24Speaker 3: every single person does not work in MLW anymore.
- 36:28Speaker 4: Well, it was developed two and a half, three years ago.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Just like any small toy company, these do take a while.
- 36:34Speaker 4: When did we see photos of this?
- 36:37Speaker 2: Right.
- 36:39Speaker 5: Probably late 2022, and then I think.
- 36:40Speaker 4: Right, so it's been a while.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Digital sculpts early 2023.
- 36:43Speaker 3: Hey, I'm lolling at this.
- 36:49Speaker 2: That's so good.
- 36:52Speaker 3: He's burnt toast.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Broski has changed colors since this show. Yeah, I was
- 37:02Speaker 4: actually thinking his tan kind of went away a little bit.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Guys, I'm taking fucking studio photos tomorrow that are going
- 37:09Speaker 1: to be my photos for my fucking 8x10s, for my
- 37:12Speaker 1: match graphics, for fucking everything. I need to have a
- 37:16Speaker 1: good fucking tan.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Gotcha, pal.
- 37:20Speaker 1: And I'm going to, first of all, I'm going to shower.
- 37:22Speaker 1: I'm going to work out. Shower coat off. You can't
- 37:26Speaker 1: shower a tan off. What's that?
- 37:28Speaker 2: You can't shower a tan off.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Well, because it's triple dip. I tan the bed, brand
- 37:32Speaker 1: new bulbs.
- 37:33Speaker 4: Oh, that's what I'm talking about. So there is some
- 37:36Speaker 4: fake tan to this already.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 37:38Speaker 2: For sure.
- 37:39Speaker 3: Guys, I got the crate, and I opened it because
- 37:42Speaker 3: somebody said that there's something in it that I would
- 37:45Speaker 3: really love, and I just couldn't wait. So I did
- 37:47Speaker 3: open it.
- 37:47Speaker 1: What did we get? Um....
- 37:51Speaker 3: So the first shirt is this really cool... I'm definitely
- 37:55Speaker 3: going to keep this. Teenage Mutant Ninja Wrestlers. It's just like...
- 37:59Speaker 3: I don't know. It's nothing.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Generic.
- 38:03Speaker 1: I like it.
- 38:04Speaker 4: Ryan was like, I ain't paying nobody royalties on this one.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:08Speaker 3: I thought that was smart, right?
- 38:10Speaker 2: Very smart.
- 38:11Speaker 3: Cool little colorful shirt.
- 38:14Speaker 1: We have a.
- 38:15Speaker 3: I don't even know what that is.
- 38:16Speaker 2: What is that thing?
- 38:17Speaker 5: It's supposed to be a Madball-inspired Red Warrior animal.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Red Warrior animal. This is a sweet Ultimate Warrior shirt.
- 38:26Speaker 4: It is pretty timeless, yeah.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Right?
- 38:30Speaker 3: You're not embarrassed to wear that. Let's see here. The Brawlers,
- 38:38Speaker 3: Mustafa and Max Moon.
- 38:40Speaker 4: Oh, I saw Mustafa in the group. Okay, that's where
- 38:42Speaker 4: it came from.
- 38:44Speaker 2: So that's pretty cool.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Max Moon.
- 38:46Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Here's the Brawler Brawler.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Probably.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Hardy Boys. Oh.
- 38:55Speaker 1: Is the other side Jeff or is it just Matt?
- 38:57Speaker 2: Yeah. I love those.
- 38:59Speaker 3: It says Matt and Jeff Hardy. It says delete on it.
- 39:03Speaker 5: So it's like two-face. The front is one character.
- 39:07Speaker 4: Didn't the Lucha one have like one on each side?
- 39:09Speaker 4: The Lucha Bros one?
- 39:11Speaker 1: I thought it did.
- 39:13Speaker 3: This is, I don't know if Joe Shoes is going
- 39:14Speaker 3: to be pissed off about this.
- 39:16Speaker 2: Uh-oh. Let's hear about it.
- 39:18Speaker 3: A revolting blob.
- 39:19Speaker 1: What?
- 39:20Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Which, but if you don't know, revolting blob is a
- 39:27Speaker 3: fake wrestling character from an Adam Sandler movie. Billy Madison?
- 39:32Speaker 2: It's Billy Madison, yes.
- 39:33Speaker 3: Billy Madison. And then Joe Shoes, for multiple years, did
- 39:36Speaker 3: this character on the indies. He was the Revolting Blob.
- 39:41Speaker 4: Which is another thing I think Ryan definitely was just
- 39:43Speaker 4: trying not to pay anybody royalties and got a free
- 39:45Speaker 4: item in a crate.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Now, this is a Dan Housen movie. Lucha Libre mask.
- 39:51Speaker 4: Whoa.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Love that.
- 39:53Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 39:54Speaker 3: So it's his face paint, but it's in a Lucha mask.
- 39:59Speaker 3: Kind of neat. And then last but not least, the
- 40:02Speaker 3: two signed 8x10s. I don't know what these are, so
- 40:05Speaker 3: we'll see.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Oh, please be boogeyman.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Oh, this is cool.
- 40:11Speaker 2: Old Dave Heath. Wait, is that a guy?
- 40:14Speaker 3: I only got one.
- 40:16Speaker 7: All right.
- 40:21Speaker 2: All right.
- 40:22Speaker 1: Sweet.
- 40:23Speaker 3: Sweet crate. Interesting things.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Love it. Is it time for a major mark purchases
- 40:28Speaker 1: of the week?
- 40:29Speaker 2: It's time.
- 40:31Speaker 3: All right. I did not know this existed. Check this out.
- 40:36Speaker 1: What? Those Batmobile Crocs?
- 40:38Speaker 2: Yes.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Josh Baker says, after weeks of dealing with them being
- 40:43Speaker 3: NWO sold out, I finally grabbed these Batman 89 Batmobile Crocs.
- 40:48Speaker 3: I've never owned Crocs before and probably won't get another pair,
- 40:51Speaker 3: but my Batman fandom couldn't pass these up. Where does
- 40:54Speaker 3: he get those wonderful toys?
- 40:55Speaker 2: This is great.
- 40:56Speaker 4: I've never owned a pair of Crocs. I heard they're
- 40:58Speaker 4: delightful and very comfortable. My wife has threatened me that
- 41:01Speaker 4: I'm not allowed to buy them.
- 41:03Speaker 1: I've almost bought them a few times at Disney World,
- 41:06Speaker 1: but I can never find my size at Disney World. Oh.
- 41:10Speaker 3: So I own Crocs sandals. They're the most comfortable sandals ever,
- 41:13Speaker 3: but you wouldn't even know they were Crocs.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Uh, so I think that's a workaround. You don't have
- 41:17Speaker 3: to wear the weird looking Crocs. I do own a
- 41:20Speaker 3: pair of plain black Crocs and I will wear them
- 41:24Speaker 3: from time to time around the house.
- 41:26Speaker 2: They're fine.
- 41:26Speaker 3: Uh, they, my feet are like sweaty in them.
- 41:30Speaker 4: My brother was like, I don't think I would really
- 41:32Speaker 4: like that, but.
- 41:33Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not the, the, the bottom is comfortable or whatever,
- 41:36Speaker 3: but like sweaty feet. Yeah. Well, my brother says, that's
- 41:39Speaker 3: why you wear them with socks, which is the ultimate
- 41:42Speaker 3: do not do, but I can see it being very comfortable.
- 41:47Speaker 4: I can say I'm being comfortable, but just look. Might
- 41:50Speaker 4: as well wear the Bret Hart tank top shirt with that.
- 41:53Speaker 1: I agree.
- 41:54Speaker 2: I agree.
- 41:55Speaker 1: All right.
- 41:57Speaker 3: Broski says.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Yes.
- 41:59Speaker 3: So Matt Gilrath says, I got the Star Wars Starspeeder 3000,
- 42:02Speaker 3: but I'm submitting this to show how awesome this group is.
- 42:06Speaker 3: Jeff Seltzer took time out of his vacation at Disney
- 42:09Speaker 3: World to get this for me and didn't ask for
- 42:11Speaker 3: anything more than the cost and shipping. Major marks are
- 42:14Speaker 3: good people.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Look at that. So apparently, after I spent $ 1, 000 on it,
- 42:19Speaker 1: Disney put a very limited supply... In the parks? In
- 42:24Speaker 1: the parks. For like $ 300. And you know what? People
- 42:28Speaker 1: are going to think I'm crazy. I would rather get
- 42:32Speaker 1: the $ 1, 000, have it delivered to my house, than drive
- 42:34Speaker 1: to the park, walk in there, hope it's there, walk back,
- 42:40Speaker 1: it's worth it.
- 42:40Speaker 4: There's still more. I don't know if there's $ 1, 000 in that,
- 42:42Speaker 4: but there's still effort.
- 42:42Speaker 2: Seven.
- 42:43Speaker 4: $ 700.
- 42:46Speaker 1: It seems insane. It really does. When I'm home, I count,
- 42:51Speaker 1: especially with the new puppy, I count minutes, not days.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Sure.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I can't take up four hours or three hours and
- 42:59Speaker 1: maybe it's there.
- 43:00Speaker 3: Right.
- 43:01Speaker 4: You guys see why he was mad at me this weekend?
- 43:03Speaker 2: There were minutes. No, that's not why. Minutes involved. Not days.
- 43:09Speaker 1: What's this?
- 43:10Speaker 3: Brian will like this one. Chris DiGiovanni says, back on 9-10,
- 43:13Speaker 3: I took my dad to a Phillies game. It was
- 43:16Speaker 3: his first time at Citizens Bank Park, and we sat
- 43:18Speaker 3: on the third base side. In the sixth inning, a
- 43:21Speaker 3: pop-up came our way, and I caught this foul ball.
- 43:24Speaker 3: Never in my life did I ever come close to
- 43:26Speaker 3: catching a ball. We saw a great game that included
- 43:29Speaker 3: multiple home runs, bench clearing, scuffle, and much more. After
- 43:32Speaker 3: the game, Topps now was selling a card to commemorate
- 43:36Speaker 3: a record-breaker home run from Kyle Schwarber. So I purchased,
- 43:40Speaker 3: and it came in this week. I plan on making
- 43:42Speaker 3: a display for these to remember a great night with
- 43:44Speaker 3: my dad. That's awesome, right?
- 43:45Speaker 1: I love that.
- 43:47Speaker 3: All right, this is a legendary one. Mark Bitters is here.
- 43:51Speaker 3: Look at this.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Bro, I had that when I was a kid.
- 43:54Speaker 2: Really?
- 43:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:56Speaker 3: Mark Bitters says, found this WWF Coliseum home video. Hogan,
- 43:59Speaker 3: Stan D, advertising VHS and beta tapes at a garage
- 44:03Speaker 3: sale for $ 20.
- 44:04Speaker 1: That's a steal.
- 44:06Speaker 3: It's not in perfect shape, and I'm sure.
- 44:08Speaker 1: It looks pretty good right there.
- 44:10Speaker 3: I'm sure I'll put it, but I couldn't pass it up.
- 44:11Speaker 3: I would put this right in the corner of my room.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Bro, that is like that tall LJN Hogan right there.
- 44:17Speaker 1: That's it.
- 44:18Speaker 2: It is, right? Yeah. Yeah.
- 44:19Speaker 3: So good.
- 44:21Speaker 2: How would I get this?
- 44:22Speaker 4: Mark Betters is like the garage sale whisperer.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Is it for sale, pal? I'll buy it. Josh Wonga
- 44:31Speaker 3: Wong says, I got this signed, and when he put Wonga,
- 44:34Speaker 3: he asked if it was my name. When I said,
- 44:37Speaker 3: my last name is Wong, he said, that's fascinating. And
- 44:40Speaker 3: we spent the next four or five minutes talking about
- 44:42Speaker 3: mine and his mixed families and stuff. Then, when I left,
- 44:45Speaker 3: he said he enjoyed the conversation, not your usual chat
- 44:48Speaker 3: at all comic shows, and got it signed in blue
- 44:52Speaker 3: since that's the product's color in the show. So this
- 44:55Speaker 3: is Giancarlo Esposito, Gus Fring, Breaking Bad, pop, signed. Pretty cool.
- 45:03Speaker 2: I would love to get that.
- 45:03Speaker 4: I just love that he had a great experience and
- 45:05Speaker 4: it wasn't just the You know, brush them off thing,
- 45:08Speaker 4: you know?
- 45:09Speaker 2: Yes.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Oh, look, and this is the one where his face
- 45:13Speaker 3: is blown off from the show.
- 45:14Speaker 2: My God.
- 45:14Speaker 1: That's awesome.
- 45:16Speaker 3: All right. And then last but not least, Joseph James says,
- 45:20Speaker 3: along with my carded turtles that we showed last week,
- 45:23Speaker 3: Kevin Eastman tagged my TMNT2 laser disc with all four
- 45:28Speaker 3: turtle drawings in each different color. This is for sure
- 45:32Speaker 3: getting framed up with the cover, which already has nine
- 45:34Speaker 3: other cast members on it. Turtle power.
- 45:38Speaker 4: That's unbelievable effort from Kevin Eastman right there.
- 45:41Speaker 3: I bet you he draws those in seconds.
- 45:43Speaker 4: I know, but still, like, wow.
- 45:46Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 45:52Speaker 1: The Incarnation of Domination is a weekly segment where we
- 45:55Speaker 1: choose a superstar and we discuss our favorite versions of
- 45:58Speaker 1: that superstar. Each week's superstar? We'll take our shot.
- 46:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it's getting late. Take our shot. It's getting late.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Every week, one of us tries to stop the other.
- 46:13Speaker 1: This week, it's your turn to stop me. But before that,
- 46:16Speaker 1: Smart Mark, who is the winner?
- 46:18Speaker 2: Okay.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Hey, guys.
- 46:20Speaker 3: The winner this week from Gemr is user NJDestiny. I
- 46:27Speaker 3: think that's probably New Jersey Destiny.
- 46:29Speaker 2: New Jersey Destiny. New Jersey Destiny.
- 46:31Speaker 3: NJ Destiny. You have $ 50.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Night Journey Destiny.
- 46:35Speaker 3: Congrats.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Wow, congratulations. All right, Brian, it's your pick. All right, Matthew.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Let's hear it.
- 46:44Speaker 2: I gave this some thought. I had originally had one
- 46:47Speaker 2: in my mind, which I'm going to save for a
- 46:49Speaker 2: later time. But in lieu of our trip to Japan,
- 46:54Speaker 2: I was trying to pick a Japanese superstar.
- 46:59Speaker 4: Funaki?
- 46:59Speaker 1: Funaki?
- 47:00Speaker 2: Well, I kicked the tires on probably my favorite Japanese
- 47:04Speaker 2: superstar of all time growing up.
- 47:06Speaker 1: Taka?
- 47:06Speaker 2: Taka Mishinoku. Right. But there's only one. And the Venom. No,
- 47:11Speaker 2: the two. There's two figures, but that wouldn't be much
- 47:14Speaker 2: of a segment. Funaki, dear friend of the show. Three figures.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Great guy. Three figures.
- 47:20Speaker 1: Maybe four.
- 47:21Speaker 2: So by default, but not too far behind.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Yoshitatsu.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Absolutely not. Same thing. Three figures, by the way. Uh,
- 47:29Speaker 2: but by default, but not, you know, not due to
- 47:32Speaker 2: lack of talent because I absolutely loved this guy growing up.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Yoshitatsu.
- 47:37Speaker 2: Well, I said talent and Tatsu has none, so no,
- 47:39Speaker 2: that couldn't be him.
- 47:41Speaker 1: Uh, no. Yoshitatsu, he, uh, he just phoned in. He
- 47:44Speaker 1: has a message for us.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Oh, what'd he say? He says.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Hey, Meija brother. F * * * you. Anyway.
- 47:56Speaker 2: This week's Incarnation of Domination. Let's talk about Yoshihiro Tajiri. Tajiri. Wow.
- 48:08Speaker 1: A lot of good figures.
- 48:10Speaker 2: It took some time.
- 48:13Speaker 1: I know my favorite.
- 48:13Speaker 2: I feel like they gradually got better. Agreed. The first ECW,
- 48:17Speaker 2: that's probably to me, and everyone knows I'm an ECW
- 48:21Speaker 2: fanatic fanboy. Right. The Tajiri is probably the absolute worst
- 48:24Speaker 2: ECW figure.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Really?
- 48:26Speaker 2: What? What would you say is worse than that?
- 48:28Speaker 1: I don't think it's bad.
- 48:29Speaker 2: He's so tiny.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Fury's small.
- 48:32Speaker 2: He's got very strange deco, I always thought, like sloppily
- 48:36Speaker 2: applied deco. He's got a strange expression on his face.
- 48:41Speaker 2: He's like in between a smile and not like an
- 48:43Speaker 2: evil look like you would expect. And Unchained Fury Series
- 48:46Speaker 2: 1 is his first figure. With WWE, yes. Yes, with WWE.
- 48:53Speaker 1: My favorite one, I don't, know the exact series it's
- 48:58Speaker 1: the one that has the green mist coming out of
- 48:59Speaker 1: his mouth so.
- 49:00Speaker 2: I that might be my favorite for the uniqueness of
- 49:03Speaker 2: it because that's so cool and there was the same
- 49:06Speaker 2: exact figure without it so you kind of like the
- 49:08Speaker 2: old close your eyes.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Close your eyes behind your back and make that sound
- 49:13Speaker 1: right yeah but.
- 49:15Speaker 2: Um the R3 was cool like it's pretty spot on
- 49:21Speaker 2: what about the one night stand I think that might
- 49:25Speaker 2: be the one that I think is the.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Best I have that in my classic superstars.
- 49:30Speaker 2: He also has a really crappy off the ropes titan
- 49:33Speaker 2: tron that's god awful and I think he's got a
- 49:36Speaker 2: couple backlashes maybe they are titan tron as well so
- 49:39Speaker 2: I mean he In that time, he caught all those
- 49:43Speaker 2: genres of figures, which is pretty cool.
- 49:45Speaker 1: Patentron, Ruthless Aggression, R3. There are a lot of Tajiris.
- 49:49Speaker 2: But I think the One Night Stand, to me, is
- 49:52Speaker 2: the best. It's also, I think, at the end there,
- 49:58Speaker 2: he only had two with the different scan, which is,
- 50:00Speaker 2: I think, the way better scan. He's kind of got
- 50:02Speaker 2: almost like puckered lips.
- 50:03Speaker 1: And a longer hair.
- 50:04Speaker 2: And a little longer hair. I think that really differentiates
- 50:08Speaker 2: all the other Tajiris. I feel like this is a
- 50:11Speaker 2: very weird thing to say and maybe nitpicking. All the
- 50:14Speaker 2: other ones, his hair is like so short and well kept.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Right.
- 50:18Speaker 2: And his head is almost like too tiny.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Too tiny.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Too tiny for all the bodies.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Too tiny. I loved. Is it the same head?
- 50:24Speaker 2: That Unchained Fury. Wait, that was the first.
- 50:26Speaker 1: That's what I said. Yeah.
- 50:27Speaker 2: Oh, I thought you said it on R3 was the first.
- 50:29Speaker 2: Unchained Fury because of the kick pose and the packaging,
- 50:32Speaker 2: which is like super unique.
- 50:34Speaker 1: What about the Tajiri like grapple gear they made?
- 50:38Speaker 2: Which, how bizarre was that?
- 50:40Speaker 1: Was it like turnbuckles?
- 50:41Speaker 2: It was just chairs and things.
- 50:43Speaker 1: But what did they make for Tajiri?
- 50:44Speaker 2: Do you remember? Man, we're going to have to Google it.
- 50:47Speaker 2: Google it in the past. I know there's a chair.
- 50:49Speaker 2: He's got a giraffe figure, which is embarrassing. No bend him, huh?
- 50:55Speaker 1: I don't think there's a bend him, no.
- 50:59Speaker 2: I guess he didn't get anything else at that time.
- 51:04Speaker 2: There's no flex him. No. He didn't get anything like that.
- 51:09Speaker 1: I can't find the Tajiri.
- 51:10Speaker 2: I put in Grapple Gear.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Grapple Gear, Rumble Gear. What's it called?
- 51:13Speaker 2: It might just be called Gear.
- 51:15Speaker 1: And the Tajiri Unchained Fury was released twice on a
- 51:21Speaker 1: red card and then a yellow card. And then also
- 51:23Speaker 1: the R3 is called Unchained Fury, Ring Rage. Okay. Which
- 51:27Speaker 1: is the light heavyweight title.
- 51:28Speaker 2: His Unchained Fury gear, which is basically what it is,
- 51:32Speaker 2: because that first Unchained Fury set, every guy had an
- 51:36Speaker 2: accompanying set of gear. Right. Um, Tajiri's, okay, not as
- 51:40Speaker 2: bad as some of them. Okay, what is it? He
- 51:43Speaker 2: came with the light heavyweight title, which makes sense, because
- 51:45Speaker 2: he held it. Okay. A sledgehammer, which really makes no sense.
- 51:49Speaker 2: And then he had a garbage can and a chair with, like,
- 51:51Speaker 2: a generic Japanese flag Tajiri logo on it, so.
- 51:56Speaker 1: That's pretty shitty. And you had all that garbage, right?
- 51:58Speaker 2: I bought all that stuff because I was a psychopath.
- 52:00Speaker 2: I mean, look at the RVD one. He came with
- 52:03Speaker 2: orange ring ropes, a ring belt, and RVD aprons. Like,
- 52:07Speaker 2: what the heck? Horrible.
- 52:09Speaker 1: All right, so my choice is the one with the mist.
- 52:12Speaker 1: I don't know which one that is. I should know.
- 52:15Speaker 2: I believe it's Ruthless 10.5.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Ruthless 10.5?
- 52:17Speaker 2: If I'm a psychopath, I'm going to remember that.
- 52:20Speaker 1: I kind of remember that as well.
- 52:21Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure I'm right.
- 52:21Speaker 1: Okay. I mean, guys, we can't remember every figure of
- 52:26Speaker 1: every single person.
- 52:27Speaker 2: You're right. Especially when Jax is labeling things.
- 52:29Speaker 4: It's 10.5.
- 52:29Speaker 2: It's 10.5.
- 52:30Speaker 1: You're right.
- 52:31Speaker 2: I'm a psycho. I'm going to nominate Tajiri. Oh, man,
- 52:37Speaker 2: the Regal two-pack one is great, too.
- 52:39Speaker 1: It is.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Regal's dress is like GM Regal.
- 52:41Speaker 4: Right.
- 52:42Speaker 2: But I'm going to nominate the one-night-stand ECW pay-per-view Jax Tajiri.
- 52:47Speaker 2: I think that's the best. All right. I believe that's
- 52:49Speaker 2: the one I have. In my newfound ECW Ruthless collection.
- 52:55Speaker 1: I think that is the one. All right, guys. It's
- 52:57Speaker 1: now time for the WTF figure of the week.
- 53:01Speaker 2: I really wish we met Taka Mishinoko on our trip.
- 53:04Speaker 2: That would have been cool. Gallo said he's the man.
- 53:09Speaker 2: What's up, Major Marks?
- 53:10Speaker 4: Have you seen what we got going on over here

- 53:49Speaker 2: Do not miss out on this community we're building on Patreon.
- 53:52Speaker 1: And this is your way in.
- 53:54Speaker 2: Help us build this podcast into an absolutely major brand.
- 54:01Speaker 1: All right, the WTF figure of the week. Sometimes it's
- 54:04Speaker 1: not necessarily a figure. Sometimes it's a... Just a product
- 54:09Speaker 1: that's like, what the? And this week, it's the WWF
- 54:14Speaker 1: Slip and Slam Water Slide with Splash Pool. So really,
- 54:17Speaker 1: it's a slip and slide. I mean, I don't even
- 54:19Speaker 1: know if kids know what that is these days.
- 54:21Speaker 2: Yeah, that's still a thing.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Is it?
- 54:23Speaker 2: I think so.
- 54:24Speaker 1: I don't think it is. Where you, like, slide across
- 54:26Speaker 1: this giant.
- 54:27Speaker 2: My daughter's not, like, ready for something like that.
- 54:31Speaker 1: But it's the WWF Slide and Slam featuring Stone Cold
- 54:34Speaker 1: Steve Austin and The Undertaker.
- 54:36Speaker 2: 22 feet.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Of slide and slamming cool wet action.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Oh, no. I just.
- 54:44Speaker 1: A little swipe to get my phone and something weird
- 54:48Speaker 1: popped up. So Undertaker and Austin are just pictured on
- 54:51Speaker 1: the slide, whatever you want to call it. And then
- 54:55Speaker 1: you just go into a little wet pool at the end.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Is this the same company that made that Austin bop
- 55:00Speaker 2: bag that everyone had and gets thrown in the ring
- 55:02Speaker 2: during the Zamboni segment?
- 55:04Speaker 1: No.
- 55:05Speaker 2: It looks like the packaging and stuff looks all... Very similar.
- 55:08Speaker 1: I want to say it's not the same.
- 55:10Speaker 2: You had that, but everyone had that.
- 55:12Speaker 1: Everyone had that.
- 55:12Speaker 2: Everyone had that. I feel like everyone had that.
- 55:14Speaker 1: That's the same company that made the stupid monster trucks
- 55:16Speaker 1: and all that.
- 55:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. That's not them.
- 55:18Speaker 1: It doesn't seem like it is.
- 55:19Speaker 2: The packaging looks very similar, even though we found out...
- 55:22Speaker 2: Who told us recently that that's a good thing? Steve.
- 55:25Speaker 1: Corporate Steve said it.
- 55:26Speaker 2: Yeah, Corporate Steve mentioned that. But this was 20 years ago.
- 55:29Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 55:30Speaker 2: I don't know. I'm just guessing.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Do not allow children under five years old... or adults
- 55:37Speaker 1: to use this product. So if I bought this now,
- 55:38Speaker 1: I couldn't use it.
- 55:39Speaker 2: Also, I mean, at least for me growing up, Slip
- 55:44Speaker 2: and Slide, you hit that thing the wrong way. You
- 55:45Speaker 2: are knocking the wind out of yourself.
- 55:47Speaker 1: You know, Mojo Rawley somehow has a mat from the
- 55:51Speaker 1: WWE Performance Center, and he uses it inside, like a
- 55:56Speaker 1: ring mat, he uses it inside his home to his
- 55:59Speaker 1: outside pool as a Slip and Slide.
- 56:01Speaker 2: How does Mojo have a pool?
- 56:03Speaker 1: Mojo has a frat house. Oh. It's a legit– It's
- 56:06Speaker 1: a legit frat house.
- 56:07Speaker 2: It's funny you say that. The last time I ever
- 56:09Speaker 2: did slip and slide was in my college days. We
- 56:12Speaker 2: would get a little sauced up and set it up
- 56:15Speaker 2: on hot days.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Oh, hell yeah.
- 56:17Speaker 2: In the tundra outside the donuts. You visited me in
- 56:20Speaker 2: Springfield there. I remember that. And we would do stuff
- 56:23Speaker 2: like that. But yeah.
- 56:25Speaker 1: Well, that's the WTF is this slip and slide, slam,
- 56:29Speaker 1: whatever it's called.
- 56:30Speaker 2: I really don't– I'm going to say it's not that
- 56:32Speaker 2: WTF because– Wrestling was super popular when that came out.
- 56:36Speaker 2: So you want to just throw that.
- 56:38Speaker 1: You want to slide. You want to do like a,
- 56:40Speaker 1: you want to do a Tommy from Massachusetts massage on
- 56:43Speaker 1: this Austin and Taker slip and slide.
- 56:46Speaker 2: If you love WWE and Undertaker and still go Steve Austin.
- 56:50Speaker 1: You want to just slide on top of him.
- 56:52Speaker 2: Throw that branding on anything. You support it.
- 56:56Speaker 1: But it did come with some collectible action shots.
- 56:58Speaker 2: Like those like training cards you cut off the back. Yeah.
- 57:00Speaker 1: So ages five to 14. Um, this is totally WTF.
- 57:04Speaker 1: I don't care what you say.
- 57:05Speaker 2: Sure.
- 57:06Speaker 1: So, uh, it is the WWF slide and slam water
- 57:10Speaker 1: slide with splash pool.
- 57:11Speaker 2: I guess you don't like to cool off on hot days, whatever.
- 57:13Speaker 1: I do. Uh, you know, the Tommy boy would use
- 57:15Speaker 1: this as a new slide.
- 57:16Speaker 2: New slide, slide all the way away from his wife
- 57:19Speaker 2: saying no.
- 57:20Speaker 4: All right.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Jesus. Jesus.
- 57:24Speaker 2: Jesus.
- 57:25Speaker 1: It is now time for the Q and a.
- 57:34Speaker 2: All right, guys.
- 57:34Speaker 1: The Q & A every week. Go on our Twitter
- 57:37Speaker 1: at MajordiffPod. We don't really plug our Instagram and Twitter enough.
- 57:41Speaker 1: It's at MajordiffPod. We have a website, MajordiffPod.com.
- 57:44Speaker 2: Well, that's where you can buy tickets to Major Live 3.
- 57:47Speaker 1: It's the live MajordiffPod.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Live Major. It's 4 in the morning here. All right.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Anyway, so if we read your question on air, we'll
- 57:58Speaker 1: send you an 8x10. Do you want to send these
- 58:00Speaker 1: guys popsockets?
- 58:01Speaker 2: Sure. Let's get crazy.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Let's get dangerous.
- 58:04Speaker 2: Wow.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Darkwing Duck.
- 58:06Speaker 2: Oh, man. All right. All right. My question comes from Michael... Kanellis? Kanellis. No,
- 58:11Speaker 2: he's apparently not the father of his baby. He deserves
- 58:16Speaker 2: a figure. Hopefully at Comic-Con we see a Mike Kanellis.
- 58:19Speaker 2: That could be a reveal. That wouldn't surprise me.
- 58:22Speaker 1: Hopefully we see Retro Series 11 and 12.
- 58:25Speaker 2: I think number one on my list, and this may
- 58:26Speaker 2: be a little surprising, of deserving people. I'm not... You know,
- 58:29Speaker 2: Lince and.
- 58:31Speaker 1: Lince, Graham, and Talik, they definitely need a ballot pack.
- 58:32Speaker 2: They're part of the original... cwc and have nothing bs
- 58:36Speaker 2: all right here we go michael limpuma limpuma limpuma limpuma
- 58:42Speaker 2: at limpuma m uh what line do you guys think
- 58:46Speaker 2: is the best for playability i personally think it's the
- 58:49Speaker 2: hasbro's also a quick question for at bill mckina where
- 58:52Speaker 2: is our hollywood hogan figure okay first the hogan thing
- 58:56Speaker 2: i mean i don't know what is in store for
- 58:58Speaker 2: us or comic-con and we truly don't have any uh
- 59:02Speaker 2: Heads up on this, but as far as we know,
- 59:05Speaker 2: the last we checked in, which is months ago now,
- 59:08Speaker 2: they don't have the rights to do Hogan. figures yet
- 59:10Speaker 2: again so obviously you're not gonna get new hogan's when
- 59:13Speaker 2: that's the case so the.
- 59:14Speaker 1: Thing is it's not like jack's who they can just
- 59:16Speaker 1: make whoever they want and they need the the guy
- 59:19Speaker 1: to or girl uh to have a legends deal a
- 59:22Speaker 1: legends contract we don't know exactly how that.
- 59:24Speaker 2: Works not mattel's it's definitely not mattel's.
- 59:27Speaker 1: That's not Mattel's bag, baby.
- 59:29Speaker 2: They're not their place to hand out. Right. So there's
- 59:32Speaker 2: just different loopholes than there used to be back in
- 59:35Speaker 2: the day.
- 59:35Speaker 1: I mean, we need Hollywood Hogan. There's no doubt about it.
- 59:38Speaker 2: We need more Shawn Michaels and Macho Man.
- 59:42Speaker 1: I mean, that Slim Jim Macho is great. We don't
- 59:44Speaker 1: need any more after that.
- 59:45Speaker 2: It's going to be tough. It's got to start to
- 59:47Speaker 2: get tough. So I would love for them to just
- 59:49Speaker 2: hit us with a plethora.
- 59:51Speaker 1: Of new signees and announcements. And we will know in
- 59:54Speaker 1: a couple weeks. I said there's plenty of guys that
- 59:56Speaker 1: they have signed. that they can make other figures of. Like,
- 59:59Speaker 1: for instance, I believe they could make Kama Mustafa.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay, yeah.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I mean, figures I think would actually sell. I do
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: think they can make Chainsaw Charlie.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: It's just a matter of getting more creative with what
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: they got.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: They need to get very creative. And if they're having
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: trouble being creative, sign us up. We'll do it. You
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: know what I'm saying? We'll help them out. We'll give
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: them suggestions.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: Let's get on to part two of that question. Playability
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: growing up. What was the best playability? So, for me,
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: I guess it's a kind of generic answer to this,
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: but things progressed as I progressed as a player. You
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: know what I mean? Like, we had Galoobs and Hasbros
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: and LJ and you played with. There's nothing. But, like,
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: they progressed as we progressed. So, it was kind of cool. Then, like,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: just to have bone crunches, what do you think about?
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: It was really, like, what? Four points? Five? Yeah, five.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Do you count the head?
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: No.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: They're glued on 90% of the time. So you're talking
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: about five, a waist and arms and legs, and that's like, oh,
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: my God, I can do that? Like, that was such
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: a game-changing thing, and you couldn't do that with every Hasbro.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: You're going to think my answer is crazy. Okay. I
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: think the best for playability are Titantron. I think that
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: current figures have too much articulation for playability, way better
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: for posing and figure photography. Mm-hmm. But if the fingers
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: are getting messed up and the arms are getting all
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: twisted up weird and the shoulders.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: Fast, quick play, like if you were transported back into
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: that time.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I think the most solid playing where an arm
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: and shoulder joint doesn't get all messed up and mangled.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Not like broken, but twisted the wrong way.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: I know what you're saying, yeah, yeah. Or you have
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: to take the time to pose it or every little thing.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: It's like a quick transition.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: I think tight and drawn.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: So my answer, if we're going to answer like that,
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: to me was always deluxe aggression, guys.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: See, those shoulders are so like.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: No, I thought those were pretty perfect, and that's why
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: I wanted to really support the TNA line when they
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: switched to that.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: But then again, I despise that everything's the same scale.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: Amazing Red and Hulk Hogan can lock eyes, and that's ridiculous.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: That's kind of the same way with the Titan Trons,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: but I think the Titan Trons.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Every single guy's the same. Yeah. Maybe Big Show's kind
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: of bigger. No, a little bit. A little bit, yeah.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: I think the Titan Trons are....
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: I see what you're saying. The simplicity of it.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: But not too simple.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Like R3 was not like that.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: And the hands and stuff.
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: R3 got weird. They switched to those weird grabby hands.
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: Yeah. The original ones were like that.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: And then like sometimes even with the Mattels, like the
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: arms get like stuck in the joint and they're hard
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: to move. Yeah.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: You got to loosen them up. But on the flip side,
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: I'd rather that than Woody from Toy Story loose. 100%. Yeah.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Mattel's are the best figures ever and they're great for playability.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: I'm sorry, for posability. Is that a word?
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: Posability, playability.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Well, I'm trying to say they're good for posability, figure photography.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: Especially nowadays with the hands and stuff.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: I mean.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: And the ultimate.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: Isn't it crazy that the Mattel basics are less articulated
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: than the Titan drawn figures that came out 20 years ago?
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: Wow, that's scary. We might have to just end on that.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: Well, now it's my question.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: What came first? Chicken or the egg? That's what I
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: feel like was just said.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: This is a great question. Last week I thought was
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: the best question ever. And this might be the– it's
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: really maybe tied to the second best question ever. Along
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: the same lines. From Cheers Ian. Fantasy booking. LJN figures
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: for a 1990 year of release post-Black Card 89 wave.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: So let's say– let's pretend that all the black cards
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: came out. And if you don't know who was supposed
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: to come out.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: Okay, we're going to count those.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: We're going to pretend they came out. That's Bad News Brown,
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: supposed to come out, never did. Brother Love, supposed to
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: come out, never did. The Bushwhacker, supposed to come out,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: never did. Barbarian from the Powers of Pain and Demolition Smash. Okay.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: They were all featured on the back of the black cards,
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: but they never saw.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: The light of day. So that would round out.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: So that would round that out. So the back of
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: that card says Wrestling Superstars 89.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. So, as you see right here. Yeah, yeah. So,
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: we're calling this 90.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: We're saying 90. Now, I'm sure.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: It's a cool question.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: I'm sure there's going to be some re-releases. They always
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: do that.
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: I'm already spinning my wheels to that.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: But I'm not doing re-paints or re-releases.
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: That's not realistic, though.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: What do you mean it's not realistic?
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: LZN, like, did other Hogans, did other Andres. Like, if
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: you were a top guy, you got, you can definitely
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: put him in.
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Like, okay.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: There's no right or wrong.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: Okay, well, the first one that came to my mind.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: What was a Piper with longer hair?
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: That's a brand new figure.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. Is Hogan not a brand new figure?
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: Andre's figure is technically different. Is Piper back by then, though?
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: I don't think he is.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: Yeah. 90?
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: That's WrestleMania 6. 90 is like WrestleMania 5.
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: No, 90 is WrestleMania 6. 89 is 5. I'm right.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: You're right. You're right. You're right. Okay. Yeah, he's there
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: the whole year. Okay.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: I wrote a list since I was prepared.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: That's not fair. He's Bombarded me with this question.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: Well, that's what the whole point is. Okay. Now, these
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: are just suggestions, and then let's cut it down.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: Let me hear it.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: There are so many guys that could be possibles, but
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: these are my favorites.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: Okay. Virgil. Sure.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Need Virgil. Sure.
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: 100%.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: Sure.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: These are.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: I personally love these, but I think they're maybes. The
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: Brain Busters.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: So they're gone by 90, but they would have been
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: made in 89 to come out in 90. Does that
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: make sense?
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: No, they're a WrestleMania 5.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: This is 90. They're gone. WrestleMania is 89.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: Okay, so I'm sorry.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: WrestleMania 6 is 90. So technically, you see what I'm saying?
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: I see what you're saying.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: They could have been inserted in the line. If it
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: was Bill McKinney, he would have canceled them and took
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: them out.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: What about Brooklyn Brawler?
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: Never a big enough star.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Dino Bravo.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Very borderline. Ooh, Earthquake. Was he on your list?
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: He wasn't on my list.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: Early Earthquake.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: What about Blue Blazer?
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: Same thing. He's like not Blue Blazer by 90, but
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: he is an 89, so maybe.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: What about Mr.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: Perfect? Definitely.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: What about Shawn Michaels, Marty Jannetty, The Rockers?
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: What about this? Shawn Mooney.
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: Yeah, of course.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: I wanted to say no, but he was pretty prominent.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: What about Lord Alfred Hayes or Gorilla Monsoon?
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: Alfred Hayes or Gorilla, yeah, for sure.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: What about Dangerous Danny Davis?
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: Sherry.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: I like that.
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: Yeah. I like that.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: Now, as for repaints. Piper Longhair, I think. That's not
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: a repaint.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: I know, but it would have been someone who had
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: a figure previously.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: I think they could.
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: A more colorful warrior.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: More colorful macho man.
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: In 90. Does he switch to long tights at some point?
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: Does he get through the year in the trunks? I
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: guess it depends, like.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: Are these coming out at 90? Are they based off 90?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: Either way, it would have been Macho King. How about that?
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: Okay. Yeah.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: So what about Dusty?
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: Yeah, he's there. Honky, not in the suit. DiBiase, not
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: in the suit.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: Hogan in the shirt, but properly a yellow shirt.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: Okay. Hogan was king. He would have went in some
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: kind of capacity.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: I mean, there's so many good ones.
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I think we.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: But I would love a Sean Mooney.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: Sean Mooney was... I wanted to say no to that,
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: but he's a pretty prominent role, especially like.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: He's never gotten a figure.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: Growing up, Coliseum home video, whatever, you know.
