Shelly Peca Arrested in Husband’s Murder | Portland News
Fifty-six-year-old Shelly Rae Peca, a suspect in the second-degree murder of her husband Walter Arthur Peca, was located by US Marshals in a remote Washington forest service road. The arrest follows a trail of clues: her car was spotted leaving her husband’s home in Keizer the day before his July 17th death, and later appeared in Brewster.
