- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:20Hi, friends.
- 0:21God bless you.
- 0:22Thanks for watching and sharing today's guest rights.
- 0:26Many students of the Bible realize the lateness of the hour and are doing what they can to
- 0:32prepare their families for the times they had while reaching as many with the gospel
- 0:38as possible.
- 0:39Well, they still have the freedom to do so.
- 0:43He also writes, at this point, nothing should surprise us.
- 0:49We'll get to our guest, Gary Caw, in just a minute.
- 0:52But I do want to thank.
- 0:53We're still getting, even after our fundraiser ended, we're getting donations coming in.
- 0:58I just want to make sure I thank everybody personally, everyone that sends in a gift.
- 1:03We really appreciate it.
- 1:04You keep us going.
- 1:05So praise God for Molly and Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
- 1:10God bless you, Molly.
- 1:11Thank you for your donation to worldviewmatters.tv.
- 1:14So Gary Caw, hope for the world.
- 1:17Thank you so much for taking the time to be with us today.
- 1:20Hi, David.
- 1:21It's good to be with you again, my friend.
- 1:24Good to see you again.
- 1:25And you and Audrey, you've been traveling.
- 1:27You've been traveling together.
- 1:29You were in Costa Rica.
- 1:30Give us a little rundown of your busy life in the last, well, since we talked last.
- 1:36Yeah, it's, we've been traveling a lot this year.
- 1:39There's so much going on in the world and right now there's a demand.
- 1:43People are wanting to know what is happening, why are things unfolding so quickly, what's
- 1:48going on behind the scenes and of course, I don't have the answers to all that, but having
- 1:54held the job I did once upon a time and the contacts that I established, the Lord has
- 1:58been gracious to give us the insight scoop on some things.
- 2:02And so we try to be responsible with that information.
- 2:07And it's opened up a lot of different doors.
- 2:09One of them has been, I've had the wonderful opportunity of serving on the board of Ebenezer
- 2:17Operation Exodus and that organization, since 1991, has helped well over 200,000 Jews
- 2:27return to Israel, make Alia to Israel, 50 different countries.
- 2:33And these are mostly persecuted Jews that have been really going through different parts
- 2:37of the world.
- 2:39And so back just a month or two ago, we were in Basel, Switzerland for our international
- 2:45board meeting that was quite eye-opening what's going on in Europe.
- 2:49And then more recently, you were in Costa Rica, we just came back from there and we have appointed
- 2:55a national coordinator down there and just a lot of things going on in that country which
- 3:00has been very open to the Jewish people, very strongly.
- 3:05In fact, Costa Rica's ambassador to the UN just weeks ago stated that to use her words,
- 3:14we stand with Israel, period, in front of the UN when it was not popular to do that.
- 3:22So excuse me, there are some bright spots in the world where the leadership isn't quite
- 3:29as quick to get on board with the UN on all fronts.
- 3:34There are some other countries, Argentina more recently.
- 3:37They had an election that moved them more in the pro-national sovereignty, moved them
- 3:42more into that camp, even El Salvador, which the current leader has reduced crime in a
- 3:52huge way by getting criminals off the streets and then hungry as well.
- 3:58So some countries that you would necessarily expect, but the globalists are doing all
- 4:03they can to reign in those countries.
- 4:06And right now, their biggest challenge has been the U.S. and this is really where the
- 4:10battle is being fought as much as anywhere in the world because you cannot have a world
- 4:15government system without the U.S. on board.
- 4:18And so this is for all the marbles, so to speak, and that's why it's so intense right
- 4:23now in our country.
- 4:24Well, Gary, you've written about a globalism, right?
- 4:28You're even your book and route to global occupation.
- 4:31You've written about this for decades and decades and your recent article, one of your
- 4:35recent articles is called Reaching a Tipping Point.
- 4:38And I wanted to talk with you about that today.
- 4:40That's what I quoted to open up the podcast today when you said, at this point, nothing
- 4:44should surprise us.
- 4:45And I want you to comment further from here in the section under U.S. political upheaval,
- 4:52you say, progressive socialists, communists have a globalist agenda and they are intentionally
- 4:59flexing their muscles to demonstrate their power and that there is no going back.
- 5:06Now in addition to that, that's what you wrote.
- 5:10We've all noticed it's amazing that they're saying the quiet part out loud.
- 5:14They don't care who knows how committed they are to their agenda and it seems like they
- 5:20are a little cocky, proud, arrogant, prideful, but they're making progress for their agenda.
- 5:26Go ahead and share more.
- 5:27Yeah, I think they're at a point now where they're sending signals, they're flexing their muscles.
- 5:34For example, the trials with former President Trump, I mean, it's ridiculous what all they
- 5:41charge this man with and really they're coming after him and his family and the message they're
- 5:46sending is if a former U.S. President and billionaire cannot win against us, what makes you think
- 5:53that you feeble deplorables to defeat him.
- 5:57And that's really where we're at, they're making an example now out of certain leaders, especially
- 6:03Trump because if they can do this to him, why fight anymore, why take a stand, why do anything
- 6:09because it's all over, that's what they want us to think.
- 6:12And on the other hand, I've been encouraging Christians to pray for massive confusion in the
- 6:20camp. In fact, I wrote that in my article, a tipping point, which came out a few weeks ago,
- 6:25reaching a tipping point. And have you noticed the last two weeks, the confusion right now,
- 6:31among democratic progressives in the party and trying to figure out what to do with Joe Biden.
- 6:38So I encourage every listener to keep praying that way. It is not not long to pray that way.
- 6:43Yes, I am asking God to produce so much confusion in the enemy's camp.
- 6:50Because these are enemies, they want to take our country down a socialist communist path and
- 6:56surrender our freedoms and our constitution to a globalist agenda. And it's very dangerous.
- 7:02You know, my parents, as you know, David, they fled from this type of thing. You know, during World
- 7:07War II, my dad fled from the communist person and then the Nazis came to this country because
- 7:13of the incredible freedoms here. And now we're losing them very quickly. So we need to pray
- 7:19furvently for confusion in the enemy camp. We need to take a stand not in an armist kind of way where,
- 7:26you know, where things are overexaggerated, but just speaking the truth and pointing out the truth
- 7:30to people and providing the evidence and documentation to back that out. And that's what we try to do.
- 7:35I believe that's what the Lord has called us to do in our ministry, hope for the world.
- 7:41First big amen on praying that God would frustrate and confuse their plans and to clearly say,
- 7:48these are enemies of God, haters of God, and these are haters or enemies of America. And the
- 7:55freedoms we enjoy based on the biblical worldview and how we were established. So very good prayer
- 8:01to encourage people to pray, Gary, Ka, you said we need to take a stand after praying.
- 8:08We need to act. A lot of people don't know what to do, but take a stand. So why hasn't there been
- 8:14more resistance? A, and I wanted to share what you wrote. You said the left, the enemies of God,
- 8:21these globalists are banking on a peace loving Republican base to capitulate to their tyrannical
- 8:29regime without a forceful challenge. Talk about that, Gary, because yeah, we've we've given a lot
- 8:37of ground, haven't we? We have. And I think they obviously, if they can pull this off peacefully
- 8:46with people simply capitulating, that's what they would like to do. But if they pull anymore
- 8:54shenanigans in the upcoming election and manipulation through the media and everything else they
- 8:59have at their disposal, I think we're getting to a point where an armed conflict cannot be ruled out.
- 9:07I've heard from many former military people, some of them leaders who, you know, they may take
- 9:15the founding fathers up on some of their statements. I mean, they gave us the freedoms that we have,
- 9:21including the right to bear arms so that if a tyranny were to ever be forced upon our country,
- 9:27that people would be able to defend themselves and cast off that type of government. And so
- 9:37my concern is that we're at a point now that is so critical, and people are realizing we're
- 9:43getting close to the end of the line, that if things can't be changed through an election fairly,
- 9:49then I believe there is a growing possibility for an armed civil conflict. I don't believe
- 9:55our community has been more divided, and not this divided since the Civil War. I think that's a
- 10:01fair statement. I think most listeners would agree. I mean, it's, you've got 40% of the country now
- 10:07that is squarely in the socialist communist camp. If you were to ask ten or so questions that
- 10:14determine what a communist believes versus what a pro free enterprise, pro US Constitution person
- 10:21believes, you'll find that 35 to 40% of the country is in that camp. And then you have about a
- 10:28third of the country that really wants to uphold our constitution and remain free. And in between,
- 10:35you've got maybe 20% or so of independence trying to figure out what to make of all of this.
- 10:41And so we've never been here before, at least not, you know, and not only that,
- 10:48our country is much less moral now. I've made the statement before that the average professing
- 10:55Christian of today is less moral than the average non-Christian of the 1940s. I mean, we have
- 11:03slipped so far that things that are acceptable today, acceptable behavior, was unthinkable just
- 11:10a generation ago. And so I try to, you know, understand as much as possible, how does God view
- 11:17this? Because ultimately that's what matters the most. And if people were to bear arms, if it came to
- 11:23that, would God be with this nation in doing so if many of these people don't even want to know
- 11:31anything about God? I've encountered more conservatives in the last few months who are patriotic
- 11:39and pro-constitution, but they don't want to know anything about God. And then you have your
- 11:44Christians who are conservative and patriotic who are drawing closer to the Lord. So how does God
- 11:52view this? You know, will he help defend a country that has become so rotten to the core?
- 11:58Or will he respect people trying to fight for our freedoms? I believe he would if there's a true
- 12:05repentance in the land and a true turning back to the Lord and seeking God's face. But just being a
- 12:11bit more discerning and catching on a bit to what's going on, I don't believe it's going to do it.
- 12:16God is wanting to see a full all-out repentance. And of course, in Nineveh I started at the top,
- 12:22you know, and it was the whole area of, of Syria at that time, of Assyria that repented at the
- 12:29command of the leadership. And I don't see that happening here. I see it being a relatively small
- 12:35minority. I'm thankful for that. And people are waking up. But the question is, will it be fast enough
- 12:41and will the repentance come fast enough to hold off what is about to happen in our country?
- 12:49So difficult times. We're not with Christ. There's always hope. And of course,
- 12:57from an eternity standpoint, our only hope is in Christ. And I hope if nothing else, people
- 13:02realize that that if things completely fall apart in our country, we still have that eternal hope
- 13:08that no one can take away from us. And one of the things I was thinking when you were
- 13:13sharing that we are in very dark times, very divided nation, very immoral. I mean, off the
- 13:21charts and morality and proud of the immorality that's being displayed. Evil is called good,
- 13:27good is quality. Evil, why would God intervene? That's, you know, why would he? I mean,
- 13:33look at the church, even the compromising the church, Gary.
- 13:38Yeah, that's exactly my point. Unless we give God a good reason to intervene, why should he?
- 13:44You know, and then the question is, okay, what percentage of people would need to repent and
- 13:51get serious about God for him to intervene? And I've heard people say, well, in Sodom and
- 13:56Gomorrah's day, you know, just a handful of people, if they repented, God would spare them.
- 14:02But you know, that was a situational moment. We can't assume that, okay, if there are 10 Christians
- 14:09in the United States, God is going to spare our country. You look at Nazi Germany.
- 14:15There were a lot of Christians alive in Germany who were totally against Hitler. My grandpa was
- 14:21one of them. He stuck his neck out and almost got his head chopped off for it. They actually came
- 14:26after him. Two men showed up in their village looking for my dad, for my grandpa. And he got
- 14:33tipped off by the mayor of the village and had to hide out in the forest for a period of time.
- 14:39And there are many others who weren't in favor of Hitler. So, you know, if three or four or five
- 14:47million Germans were completely opposed to what took place, you know, that wasn't enough because
- 14:52Germany got completely decimated by the allies. And it had to be that way, or else Hitler would have
- 14:57taken over the world. And so, you look at our country and all the shady stuff being done by
- 15:03some of our intelligence organizations around the world and the immorality in this country,
- 15:08the whole transexual stuff and everything else that's being exported from here to other places.
- 15:14You know, when the French call us out and say, have you lost your mind? You know, things are
- 15:18getting pretty good. I know. I've had numerous Christians say, I just can't believe, you know,
- 15:26the rapidity with which all of this is happening. I mean, we've been in a nose dive now for a number
- 15:32of years. You think this can't get worse than they do. And, you know, to pass laws in certain states
- 15:39where men can go biological men can go into a girl's bathroom. And if anybody says anything,
- 15:47they're the ones that get into trouble, not the men going in there. And then recently,
- 15:53you know, you probably heard this and it happened around the country a number of times now where
- 15:58these biological males have raped girls in their locker rooms and yet the board of education
- 16:05in the particular counties or states, they're standing firm in most instances,
- 16:10allowing this kind of nonsense. So, we've not only lost our morality. We've lost any semblance
- 16:15of common sense among our leaders. I'm talking mainly about the leadership in the US, but
- 16:22are some bright spots. Florida, for example, has really taken a stand on several things over
- 16:30the last year. And they're beginning to call out educators and some have even lost their jobs.
- 16:37And they're saying enough, this is ridiculous. And so, partly because of that,
- 16:42more and more Christians and conservatives in general have been moving to Florida.
- 16:47So, we need to pray for that state that it stands firm under the current leadership
- 16:53because they're going to get a lot of pressure. And, you know, Florida is one of those states that
- 16:57conservatives have to win to have any chance in the national election. But there are some very
- 17:03liberal areas in that state as well. And so, that's one of the battleground areas.
- 17:09But it's encouraging also in Louisiana. And so, there are pockets where, in Indiana, my own state,
- 17:17recently voted in onto the Republican ticket for this fall, a very conservative,
- 17:24lieutenant governor to make sure that the candidate for governor from the Republican Party stands firm.
- 17:32So, we're going to have at least one conservative in there if the Republicans win.
- 17:37Some Republicans have their doubts about the current candidate to run on the ticket for governor
- 17:45on the Republican ticket because just 10 years ago, he was a Democrat and voted their way on a lot
- 17:50of things. But then, when things got to be more bizarre, he did switch, you know, to become a
- 17:56Republican. So, it's one of those things, you know, who is this guy really? But at least we have a very
- 18:03strong conservative lieutenant governor in. And so, we see this happening more and more around the
- 18:08country. And that gives me some hope politically speaking. Yeah, we've got to take a break, Gary,
- 18:14but you did mention in your article, the governors are divided. And when we come back,
- 18:18we're going to talk about the World Health Organization. And we might just get also to a list of
- 18:23items you can have during a crisis situation right back on World View Matters.
- 18:54If you know someone who might be interested in sponsoring World View Matters, please send us an email,
- 19:22WorldView Matters at FPEUSA.org. The website, WorldView Matters.tv. Gary Ka, you wrote about
- 19:30governors. You listed them, those who were standing up to the World Health Organization in Biden's
- 19:37agenda and the Democrats. And then there are governors who are with the WHO. And unfortunately,
- 19:44ours in Wisconsin is an enemy political at least. So, Gary, you talked about the 77th World
- 19:53Health Assembly and this power that the WHO could have in America. Talk about that.
- 20:01Yeah, back May 27th to June 1st. So, just weeks ago, the 77th World Health Assembly met
- 20:09in Geneva, Switzerland. They wanted to ratify a global pandemic treaty that would have given the
- 20:15World Health Organization really the equivalent of dictatorial powers during a health emergency.
- 20:22Whatever member countries would be told to do, they would have to do under this.
- 20:27The good news is that they came away with non-binding resolutions for now. They got some of what
- 20:34they wanted but not everything. Tens of thousands of protesters showed up in Geneva voicing their
- 20:41concern and also leading up to that meeting. 24 U.S. governors condemned the treaty negotiations being
- 20:48conducted by the Biden administration with the World Health Organization. So, it's almost an
- 20:53even split in the country. 24 governors came out against all of these developments. The other
- 20:59governors chose not to put themselves on the line. And we published that list in my article
- 21:04Reaching a Tipping Point, which people, by the way, can read on our website. Just go to GaryCod.org
- 21:12and it's the first article right now that will come up reaching a tipping point. We have all
- 21:16this documentation in there. Our state of Indiana was one of the states that condemned this
- 21:24and said they wouldn't go along with it. But along with governors, you had 22
- 21:31attorneys general from around the country who also voiced their concern about these developments.
- 21:39In fact, one of the statements that came out in a letter written to the administration stated,
- 21:46quote, ultimately, the goal of these instruments is it is not to protect public health.
- 21:52It's to see authority to the WHO specifically. It's director general to restrict our citizens rights
- 22:01to freedom of speech, privacy, movement, especially travel across borders and informed consent.
- 22:08And they made other statements as well. They made very clear that their states are opposed to this.
- 22:14And then it led to 49 Republican senators signed a letter to Joe Biden by an urging him
- 22:23either not to sign the pandemic treaty or if he does to submit it to the Senate for approval
- 22:29as required by the Constitution. And David, one of the tricks that the administration has been
- 22:35trying to pull on the American people is they are not calling this a treaty. They're calling it
- 22:40and accord or an agreement. So they're trying to bypass the necessity of congressional approval.
- 22:48But again, the good news is the World Health Organization did not get this ratified
- 22:53after meeting in May. They are hoping now to be able to do it by the end of the year and if not
- 22:59at the latest at next year's meeting, which would be the 7-8th meeting of the World Health Assembly in May.
- 23:05But there's something else going on as well. And if you read my article, you'll see the
- 23:14second concern is the fact that the UN is planning a big meeting September 22nd and 23rd.
- 23:21And it's the summit of the future. This is what they're calling it. And at that meeting, they're
- 23:27hoping to ratify a pact for the future, which if that goes through, it would give the UN
- 23:34dictatorial power in the event of an international emergency. And they could then argue that since
- 23:39they're over the World Health Organization, since that organization is a subagency of the UN,
- 23:46therefore the World Health Organization has to do what they say. And so it doesn't matter what
- 23:51just happened at the World Health Assembly because now the UN has overarching power over all of this.
- 23:57So that's a very important meeting coming up September 22nd and 23rd, which I hope the mass
- 24:04meeting gives at least some coverage. So far, I have not heard anything about this coming up.
- 24:10But I think many of the governors and attorneys general are onto this now. So I think they will
- 24:14be writing letters and calling attention to it. So you also talk a little bit about how Jewish
- 24:22citizens can no longer safely walk the streets in France, French cities, and they feel safer being
- 24:29in Israel even though there's a war. That's fascinating to be. We don't have time to talk about it,
- 24:33but Gary, let's transition very briefly in the last three minutes. You've got a very good list of
- 24:39items that people can have during a crisis situation. It's on your website and everything from,
- 24:46filtered water to food with a long shelf life, a generator, and all kinds of helpful ideas and
- 24:53things that you could start accumulating. There it is. Jeff is putting it on. He's scrolling through
- 24:58that list of things that people can have. Your final comments on that. And then I know you ended
- 25:03your article with Romans chapter eight, Romans chapter 12, second Corinthians four, whatever you'd
- 25:08like to share in the last two and a half minutes. Yeah, I just want people to experience the
- 25:13piece of God and all this and not to be panic. But we put this list together almost reluctantly
- 25:19because so many people were asking, okay, we are being spiritually prepared. We're drawing
- 25:24closer to Christ, but we also need to make some physical preparations because we know hard times
- 25:29are coming. So what can we do? And so in response to that, I prayerfully put this list together.
- 25:37A few months back, we posted it on our website and the easiest way to get to it is go to our website,
- 25:43GaryCod.org, then click on the search icon on our homepage. That's on the far right
- 25:50that magnifying glass. Look, yeah, you click on there and then type in list of items. Those three
- 25:57words list of items and and then you can click on it when it comes up. It's the first thing that
- 26:03comes up and it will take you right to it. There you go. So very easy. And I'm just going to mention
- 26:09a few things that are worth pointing out. Of course, having clean water is extremely important
- 26:17and also food with a long shelf life and power. Those three are very important. Water,
- 26:22food, power. We list a lot of things you can do on that. But if you get a generator, like what
- 26:27for Patriot is selling right now, it's excellent. We have one of those. You need to get an EMP
- 26:33protective bag to put that generator in or else if there's an EMP strike, which I believe the
- 26:39likelihood of that is increasing. And some of our top generals, that's their number one concern
- 26:44because it would knock out anything with the computer chip in it. And so people are going out
- 26:48there buying generators, but they're not really protecting them from an EMP strike. So we'll do
- 26:53you any good if anything like that happens. And so for a couple hundred extra dollars, you can get
- 26:59an EMP bag and you put the generator in there, and it will protect it. And then you can pull it
- 27:04out when you need it. And you only have to recharge these every six months or so. I mean, 10
- 27:10minutes is about all it takes to charge them up. It's something else I want to mention quickly.
- 27:14And this didn't make the list. This is something new. I'll just mention EMPShield.com.
- 27:21EMPShield.com. That's if you want to protect your car. They now have a device. It's military
- 27:27grade. We put this on our cars so that if there is an EMP strike, cars would still run.
- 27:34So I just want to make people aware of that. But everything else is on this list. And I hope people
- 27:40take advantage of it. Gary, thank you so much. This always goes by so fast. Great information.
- 27:44Gary Codd.org. Hope for the world. Lord willing, we'll do this again in the near future. God
- 27:48bless your brother. Amen. Thanks. Thank you. Well, friends, God bless you and keep speaking the truth
- 27:54about things that matter.
