- 0:03access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing genuine
- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:41Hi, it's Adam here. And in this episode of The
- 0:44Hypnotist, you'll be listening to quite a niche hypnosis
- 0:48session. Particularly beneficial for
- 0:51those in business or self-employment that want to
- 0:55scale and expand their team without feeling the frustrations
- 1:02of setbacks or hiring the wrong people.
- 1:05And it comes with an element of optimism, belief, but also
- 1:09clarity. And I think one of the mistakes
- 1:13that people can make is to feel that there is only one way of
- 1:16doing something. And I'm a big believer in
- 1:19getting crystal clear on the outcomes that you want, but
- 1:24being very flexible with the process as to how you bring
- 1:29those outcomes about. So this particular client wanted
- 1:33to increase their income, scale their business, They were
- 1:37working in real estate and there's only so many hours in
- 1:40the day. And if it all had to be done by
- 1:42them, that would put a limit on the amount of clients they could
- 1:46serve. So outsourcing certain elements
- 1:49was a useful strategy. They had had that in the past
- 1:53and they had found particularly one person of a very high
- 1:56standard. But they would.
- 1:59Finding it difficult to replicate hiring someone that
- 2:02could meet the same standards of people in the past.
- 2:05And therefore this hypnosis session creates a a pathway to
- 2:11either outsourcing to freelancers some of the
- 2:14responsibilities while giving them time to find that full time
- 2:21recruit that candidate that would meet the standards.
- 2:25Because otherwise there would be a temptation to reduce the
- 2:30standards and settle for someone not quite as good.
- 2:33But that. Quite often is lowering the barn
- 2:36rather than, you know, increasing the.
- 2:39The threshold for. Performance.
- 2:41So there's a bit going on here 1 is activating a resource state
- 2:46of optimism and an element of all of the resources they had
- 2:51early in their career when they didn't have the experience.
- 2:55And then secondly is future pacing to get that clarity and
- 2:59not be attached to the journey, but be attached to the outcome
- 3:06and allow the process to have flexibility so they can test and
- 3:11try out different things, enjoy that process, learn from that
- 3:14process, but not lower standards, which normally
- 3:19doesn't really end well. And I'm a big believer that.
- 3:23If you can. Find a process rewarding, then
- 3:29you dramatically increase the outcome that you're looking for.
- 3:33Clarity of the outcome is important, but once you've got
- 3:36that clarity, then trusting the process and trusting the
- 3:40process. That could involve testing,
- 3:43evaluating comparison to find whatever is actually going to
- 3:47work, I would say. To get the.
- 3:49Best out of this session it is. Useful to.
- 3:52Think about how you could delegate, outsource or.
- 3:57Scale whatever you're. Doing and I would say that
- 4:00doesn't even have to be being a business owner.
- 4:05I would say even if you just have a home, there's certain
- 4:07things that it probably doesn't make sense for you to do
- 4:11yourself. It might make sense for you to
- 4:13find a cleaner, find someone that can wash your cars, find a
- 4:18gardener, these kind of things that if you have to do all of
- 4:22these things. Then your.
- 4:24Leisure time becomes working time.
- 4:26And actually it might be more beneficial for you to delegate
- 4:30those things that other people can do to give you more time to
- 4:34do either things that you're uniquely good at or that give
- 4:38you your free time. And A and a good rule of thumb I
- 4:42think is really, really beneficial is that if you can
- 4:47hire someone to do something. At a.
- 4:50Lower hourly rate, then you charge your clients or people
- 4:54have to pay for your time, then do that.
- 4:57And that will give you so much more of your life back simply by
- 5:02doing that. So you know, I had to learn this
- 5:05the hard way because my original belief system was, hey, I can do
- 5:10this myself. I don't need to hire someone
- 5:12else. But just because you.
- 5:13Can do something doesn't mean you should do something.
- 5:17I can find someone to wash my car, but if I wash my car.
- 5:22That means that that is. Taking my time and I could be
- 5:26creating content, I could be working with a client, I could
- 5:29be doing something creative. So therefore by finding someone
- 5:33else to do something that gives me the time back to do more of
- 5:36what I want to do. So think of it in that term, if
- 5:40you're not in the same situation of the client, which is
- 5:42expanding a business, obviously if you like the idea of working
- 5:46with me directly, having some kind of customized session,
- 5:49there will be a link in the show notes where you can schedule.
- 5:50That free consultation. Call for now though, find a
- 5:54quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
- 5:56Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 6:33you breathe in, breathe in that slow.
- 6:37Long, relaxing breath. And as you exhale, feel a
- 6:46wonderful sense of release. Any feelings of frustration,
- 6:53tension, any stresses, allow those feelings to be released
- 7:03and feel them leaving your body in that outward breath.
- 7:13And when you breathe in, breathe in longer and deeper.
- 7:20But imagine breathing in a wonderful feeling of optimism
- 7:25that as you breathe in, your belief in a brighter future, a
- 7:30more successful future, feels natural.
- 7:37When you exhale any doubts, any frustrations, any feelings of
- 7:49hesitation, just allow that to feel like you're letting it go.
- 7:59And the more you breathe in deeply, the more optimistic you
- 8:03feel. And the longer that outward
- 8:07breath is, the more you feel you're letting go, letting go of
- 8:14these things you've been holding onto.
- 8:16And there is a discrepancy between perfectionism and high
- 8:25standards. Hold on to the high standards,
- 8:31but let go of the need that everything needs to be perfect.
- 8:36It never will. As you breathe in optimism, feel
- 8:42that you can recreate things at their very best, not by looking
- 8:50for perfection, but by a relentless focus on small wins,
- 9:00incremental progress. As you think of the best people
- 9:06you've ever worked with, they became valuable by constantly
- 9:15getting better. They weren't perfect on day one,
- 9:21they had high standards or willingness to learn and they
- 9:27got better. I want you to imagine looking in
- 9:35to a full length mirror and seeing yourself early in your
- 9:42career, see the clothes you would have been wearing back
- 9:47then, your posture and see that what you lacked an experience
- 9:54you made-up for in ambition, energy, determination and maybe
- 10:01other resources. I want you to get a sense then
- 10:08there's always a trade off and as you start thinking about
- 10:13building a team, do you find someone that has potential?
- 10:23Would you find someone that is already doing the thing that you
- 10:28now need? Just because you were able to
- 10:34turn your potential into a reality doesn't mean everyone
- 10:38will, and not everyone wants to. So allow yourself to give
- 10:49permission for everyone to follow their own journey.
- 10:55And sometimes choices people make can be brutal teachers.
- 11:04But that's their lesson to discover and you don't have to
- 11:09be the teacher. I want you to see in that full
- 11:15length mirror the resources that would be most useful for you
- 11:21now. See yourself at the very
- 11:27beginning, before you had achieved the the records, the
- 11:31successes, the reputation. You just had raw potential.
- 11:40And then imagine. Stepping.
- 11:41Into that mirror and reactivating all of that raw
- 11:47potential because if you can harness all of those resources
- 11:56that you had back then, combined with the experience and
- 12:01reputation you have now, that's a superpower.
- 12:11So feel those resources not just awakening, but amplifying.
- 12:17If there was motivation back then, amplify it.
- 12:25If there was optimism and self belief, amplify it.
- 12:30Believe that for every problem there are multiple solutions.
- 12:37Believe without a shadow of a doubt, anything that you've
- 12:41achieved before can be achieved again.
- 12:46A great team that you've built before was not luck.
- 12:53Choices were made. The culture was created.
- 13:01If it was done before, it can be done again.
- 13:08But what if this new chapter doesn't have to be a repeat of
- 13:18an old chapter? What if this new chapter has a
- 13:26few twists and turns and different things to try?
- 13:35Within this mirror world, I want you to discover a table with a
- 13:39crystal ball. And when you found that crystal
- 13:44ball, let me know by nodding your head.
- 13:45A mirror reflects a crystal ball projects.
- 13:54Soon as you stare into the crystal ball, I want you to
- 13:57imagine one of many futures, exactly as you wanted.
- 14:05I want you to see a future where you're doing the best you've
- 14:12ever done, but let's imagine a future that you're doing it in a
- 14:18different way. Rather than people on the
- 14:22payroll with holidays and sick leave, I want you to imagine a
- 14:33team that you've built with people in a different part of
- 14:40the world. Imagine you've taken the time to
- 14:46really clarify those things that you can outsource.
- 14:52And then imagine taking the time to harness checklists and
- 15:00processes already created, or to turn them into something like a
- 15:07video recording or something else to make it super easy to
- 15:12follow. A great philosophy is to test,
- 15:20not guess. To evaluate, not hope.
- 15:27And if you're looking for someone that can do these
- 15:30things, test them until you find them.
- 15:35And when you find them, reward them well, no speculation
- 15:43evaluation. And in that crystal ball, I want
- 15:48you to see where you found someone that can free up so much
- 15:54of your time by following processes consistently, that you
- 16:01pay them way more than they're used to getting because they
- 16:07create value for you. There is loyalty, there is
- 16:13competency, there is value. Everyone wins, nobody loses.
- 16:23And I want you to see the impact of having 1-2 or even three
- 16:28people remotely doing things. That adds.
- 16:35So much value. What if you can cover more
- 16:39ground than ever before? What if you can get better
- 16:44results working less hours, doing more with less?
- 16:53What if you become obsessive about delegating and outsourcing
- 16:58everything you don't need to be doing?
- 17:04Is that not freedom when you get the upside, but without it all
- 17:11falling on you? And then imagine adding
- 17:18artificial intelligence as a tool that these outsource
- 17:24professionals use. You don't have to worry about
- 17:29spelling and grammar. I want you to get a sense.
- 17:34Then outsource resources empowered with powerful
- 17:42technology can give you the ability to do so much more.
- 17:52There are software companies right now producing 10 times the
- 18:00amount of code with half of the developers, because all of those
- 18:05developers are using artificial intelligence to check and
- 18:11amplify their code. And if a software company can do
- 18:15that, maybe you can do that. The things that would take half
- 18:22an hour to do manually might only take a minute or so using
- 18:28artificial intelligence to research and check.
- 18:33So as you look into that crystal ball, I want you to see a team
- 18:40A-Team different from the team of the past.
- 18:44I want you to see a team where it's you with outsourced
- 18:49professionals. Responsible people don't need to
- 18:54be prodded, nudged, micromanaged.
- 18:58I want you to see team of people that want to do good work, know
- 19:05how to do good work. We'll deliver that good work on
- 19:10time. And using AI means they get to
- 19:15do more of that work quicker. And I want you to imagine the
- 19:21ripple effect that that would have on your business.
- 19:27See yourself breaking records, exceeding previous personal
- 19:38bests, becoming the best you've ever been.
- 19:46But also see yourself doing the best by any other metric,
- 19:51climbing up league tables, record boards.
- 19:57See yourself in the top fraction of a percent worldwide knowing
- 20:06that you've done something that addresses where we are now in
- 20:13history. There was a time that the pool
- 20:18of talent that you could hire from had to be within a
- 20:20geographical distance from a particular location.
- 20:26What if now you get to get the very best in the world and pay
- 20:31them proportionate to the results that they deliver?
- 20:35What if you're able to do more, accomplish more, and payless,
- 20:42and everyone is happy? And if you could imagine that
- 20:47future, let me know about nodding your head.
- 20:54I want you to get a sense then there may be ways of scaling
- 20:59this even more. Let's plant a seed of an idea
- 21:07that there is an unexpected opportunity by following this
- 21:11path. What if while you're on this
- 21:16journey, you discover an opportunity that no one else has
- 21:21noticed yet? Something that gives you that
- 21:26first mover advantage. Something that when you discover
- 21:31it, you get to be the person that leverages and harnesses
- 21:38that and gets the benefit by doing it first?
- 21:44What if, while you're on one journey, you discover a path
- 21:48that takes you to even greater heights?
- 21:52Heights of fulfilment, satisfaction, financial rewards
- 21:58and the quality of your life. Sometimes unexpected treasures
- 22:07are found on new, exciting paths.
- 22:15When the early explorers discovered the Americas, they
- 22:21were looking for spices and new vegetables, not gold.
- 22:27Gold was just the side effect of them looking for something
- 22:30entirely different that they discovered on their way.
- 22:35And I wonder what gold you will discover when you explore new
- 22:42possibilities. But allow yourself while you're
- 22:50exploring these possibilities, to also take the very best
- 22:56strategies of the past while you've outsourced so much you
- 23:01could be looking for them. That person you can rely on.
- 23:11Keep your standards high. Don't settle for mediocrity, but
- 23:19make the game winnable for you and for anyone else playing that
- 23:24game. Allow these seeds of ideas to be
- 23:29planted deep in your subconscious mind, where your
- 23:31intuition will reveal epiphanies and ideas, strategies that will
- 23:38excite and motivate you. And allow all of that optimism
- 23:46to give you a sense that this wonderful future is not a
- 23:51possibility, it is inevitable. It is a destiny of your own
- 24:01creation. So take a deep breath in through
- 24:07your nose and out through your nose.
- 24:09Feel that you're returning to the here and now, taking all of
- 24:12these thoughts, ideas and feelings with you as I now count
- 24:17from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 24:20Starting to count. 123 waking up 456, more alert 7-8.
- 24:28Open your eyes. Open your eyes, 910.
- 24:31Wide awake, Wide awake, wide awake.
