- 0:49We got a big show for you guys tonight.
- 0:51A lot of news going down rapidly.
- 0:55As you guys know.
- 0:57Start off with uh Joe Kent, who was kind of uh Tulsi Gabbard's um right hand man, I guess, uh in this administration.
- 1:07He was uh I forget what was his official title, Rob, uh director of counterterrorism is was his official title.
- 1:17He worked closely with uh Tulsi Gabbard.
- 1:20Uh as you guys might know, we've had Joe on the show probably four, five times maybe.
- 1:26Uh he's been on quite a few times.
- 1:28He's always been a great guest and very gracious with this time and uh joining us, and uh I think Rob would agree, we'd like to have him back on at some point, and uh he could discuss uh this latest happening that we've seen with the Trump administration where he has submitted his resignation letter.
- 1:47Um, much like myself, he uh is opposed to the war in Iran.
- 1:54Uh we're hearing reports that he was uh suspected may have been giving out leaks.
- 2:01Uh like we said, we don't know this.
- 2:03This is just reports that we're hearing.
- 2:05Uh so there is maybe a trust issue with the Trump administration already.
- 2:10So he may have been on his way out already, but uh I think he was probably disappointed um in a lot of things that he saw that led to this, and it was just kind of one of those things that uh boiled over.
- 2:22Uh but Joe Kent, uh, I think it's a great patriot.
- 2:26I completely support his uh statement and resignation.
- 2:31Uh it's unfortunately that uh he had to resign and his voice uh wasn't making an impact, but if the reports are true and he'd been shut out of a lot of the meetings, uh they weren't really listening to him anyway, so uh he wasn't gonna make a difference like that.
- 2:49Um but be interesting, see where Joe goes from here.
- 2:53Uh certainly wish him nothing but the best.
- 2:55Uh the guy ran for Congress twice, uh put up a good fight against uh Horea Butler there in Washington.
- 3:04Uh he was deployed to the Middle East 11 times.
- 3:08Uh his wife Shannon Kent uh was killed in the Middle East uh in one of those entanglements, and that's when his relationship with President Trump started, uh, because it happened in the first Trump administration, and uh he said President Trump had reached out to him and uh comforted him, flew him to the White House, uh just treated him like a real gentleman.
- 3:30And uh that's when him and Trump's uh personal relationship seemed to have begun and uh it went well for several years, but uh as Rob and I have said before, war is a very emotional and divisive topic, and uh unfortunately it's led to this, Rob.
- 3:48You're right, Andrew.
- 3:49I want to thank all of our listeners for tuning in tonight, because as we always say, you could be somewhere else, but you decided to listen to us, and maybe some of you were listening, tuning in tonight, uh following uh our tweets or postings on X, formerly known as Twitter.
- 4:07Andrew and I have difference of opinion on the war, the conflict.
- 4:11Keep saying war because everyone's saying war, but of course, Congress can only declare war.
- 4:15I will say this about Joe.
- 4:18Without a doubt, he is a patron, Andrew, and I'm sure you would agree with that.
- 4:21He is a patriot.
- 4:23He is a hero.
- 4:26We have always said that.
- 4:28So much so that he's been on our show.
- 4:30I we consider him a friend of the show, because as you mentioned, he's been on the show like five times.
- 4:36Very generous with this time.
- 4:38You call him up, if he's available, as he's told us, I will come on and I will talk.
- 4:43I will run my mouth.
- 4:44Which is what he's done when whenever we reached out to him.
- 4:48And you would think he would say, Oh no, I don't have time.
- 4:51But he has always come on to speak with us about the war.
- 5:00Uh, remember when they the fall of Afghanistan and he came on and he's talked to us about that and how he was disappointed in Joe Biden.
- 5:08And we spoke about this on last night, how when the troops were coming home, the debt troops, and Joe Biden was busy funnel fumbling with his watch and not paying attention, as he should have been in a very sacred ceremony.
- 5:22He spoke with us about that, spoke with us about his wife and uh having lost her, I think, in Syria.
- 5:28And think this was during the Obama administration.
- 5:32Uh, but again, just a really nice guy.
- 5:36He did run for Congress, did not make it.
- 5:38Andrew mentioned he ran twice.
- 5:41And it might have been because there weren't he they just didn't get behind him, people didn't get behind him the way they should, and I think in some many instances, for some reason Republicans do that.
- 5:52We if it's not if when we look at the top of the ticket, if we don't see that person there, we don't come out and vote.
- 5:59We've got to stop that.
- 6:01There is too much at stake.
- 6:06We've got to stop getting mad because the person we want to run isn't running.
- 6:11Because Democrats don't do that.
- 6:14We've got to get out there.
- 6:16If you don't like the candidate, you've got to vote.
- 6:19Because we see what's happening to our country now.
- 6:23Yesterday was St.
- 6:25Patrick's Day.
- 6:26We had the president of Ireland to come over.
- 6:30Have you looked at Ireland recently, looked at the map, and look at the makeup of Ireland?
- 6:38A majority of the people who were born there came from another country.
- 6:45Many of them came from the Middle East, many of them came from Africa.
- 6:48Ireland is not the Ireland that it used to be.
- 6:56Why is that?
- 6:57Well, people just decided just to give up and you know, look the other way and let crazy people come into the country because we feel sorry for them, which is what we have going on here in America.
- 7:07The exact same thing.
- 7:09You look around if we I'm not you know trying to be xenophobic or whatnot.
- 7:14And if you think I am, who cares?
- 7:16You gotta call out the truth.
- 7:18Okay, as my grandma used to say, tell the truth and shame the devil.
- 7:23We have too many radical Islamists here in this country.
- 7:27We have gotta put the brakes on it.
- 7:29Okay, we gotta put the brakes on it, folks.
- 7:31There's just two too many for comfort.
- 7:34But the story that I wanted to mention is that you look this guy came here yesterday talking to Trump, and I just happened to do just a little research.
- 7:42I'm like, who's this guy?
- 7:43Then look at the population of Ireland, Ireland, and it's devastating.
- 7:50And the same thing has happened to the UK, to Germany, Switzerland.
- 7:58Because they took their eyes off the ball.
- 8:03They woke up and now they have all these problems.
- 8:07And people will say, oh, but we want them to come in.
- 8:10No, you don't.
- 8:10If they can't come and be on their own, if they can't come and be self-sufficient, why are they coming?
- 8:16There is a reason they're coming.
- 8:18They're trying to take over.
- 8:20This isn't like the 15 and the 1400 when the Moors came and almost conquered, well, not almost, but they conquered all of Europe.
- 8:27That's the reason why when you go there, you will see different mosques and build it's built like that.
- 8:31And when they conquer, if you don't accept, they kill you.
- 8:34And this is what they're telling us here today.
- 8:36They're they will kill you.
- 8:38But yet we have these liberals that are oh no, let them come.
- 8:41Oh, we love you.
- 8:42Yeah, right.
- 8:44And I say that because Joe is Irish.
- 8:48And maybe when we could get him to come on, we'll get him to talk.
- 8:52What are his thoughts on this makeup this change and demographics and is native of Ireland?
- 9:00And definitely here in the United States, another parts of Europe.
- 9:05Something that we need to keep an eye on.
- 9:08And we need to push back and not be afraid.
- 9:12Going back to Joe.
- 9:15As Andrew mentioned, he resigned.
- 9:17He put out a letter.
- 9:19It's a letter of resignation on on ex Twitter.
- 9:22I want to say Twitter X, they're synonymous.
- 9:24But you know, something else is interesting, Andrew.
- 9:26Have you noticed that a lot of nowadays, a lot of our uh politicking and communication is done on Twitter.
- 9:36It's just like openly.
- 9:38Oh, how do you feel about that?
- 9:40I'm not a fan.
- 9:43I personally don't even like the monetization of Twitter because what we've seen is people posting uh things for engagement or for content because they make money off of it instead of maybe you know posting how they sincerely feel.
- 10:01And things like that.
- 10:03I mean, you see it on both both sides.
- 10:06You do it.
- 10:07And I don't, I don't like it either.
- 10:08But I remember back when it first started, and it's compliments of Trump and not just politically.
- 10:14People post that AI slop all the time of these.
- 10:17Crazy stuff.
- 10:18AKI videos and stuff.
- 10:20It's like they get paid for it.
- 10:22Right.
- 10:22I find myself before retweeting something or Xing something.
- 10:26Always look to say, let me make sure this is legitimate.
- 10:29Because you have a lot of people that are healthier, as you mentioned, that are just, you know, doing it for the clicks because it's monetized.
- 10:36And I would think that.
- 10:37You know, Elon Musk is always looking at no fear and balance and making certain that correct information is out there that he would like trying to cut down on that, but it doesn't seem like he is.
- 10:45He claims that he is, but he's not.
- 10:46But just going back to posting things, and that's how we found out about Joe Kent.
- 10:51And as I was about to say, you know, we have to think Trump thanks to Trump, who who usually end this thing because during his first term, he used social media, Twitter to almost use it to his advantage to get his word out there.
- 11:03And that's the reason why he got kicked off because he didn't like it.
- 11:05And we got kicked off also.
- 11:07Because our voices were out there.
- 11:08That's when you can say what you mean and you meant it, and people were listening.
- 11:12Now you got to be careful because you don't know if someone is trying to fool you into believing something that's not true.
- 11:19Enter Joe Kent.
- 11:21He posted his letter of resignation online, and when I saw it, I thought, wait a minute, is this real?
- 11:25I looked at my well, it's like it's a copy of the resignation.
- 11:28Remember, Andrew, I sent it to you.
- 11:29I was sending it to you, and you were sending it to me.
- 11:31We both we both saw this like popped up in our timeline.
- 11:34And I thought, is this real?
- 11:36You know, and I was working from home, but I decided I'm like, let me just turn TV on and see, and lo and behold, damn, there it is.
- 11:42It's real.
- 11:42You know.
- 11:43I thought, wow.
- 11:45He's resigning, and we're finding out about it on Twitter.
- 11:50And I guess back in the day we would have learned it on they would have on the six o'clock news, they would have broke in and talked about it.
- 11:55Instead, you know, Joe Kent, he's resigning, blah, blah, blah, blah, because of whatever reason.
- 12:00But the media immediately jumped on this.
- 12:06And he became their it boy.
- 12:11After not being their it boy.
- 12:14After doing his confirmation.
- 12:17They ripped him to shred, saying that there is no way he should be approved for that position.
- 12:25Oh, they came out in drove saying, Oh, how can Trump pick him?
- 12:28This guy is crazy, and there's no way.
- 12:31And then all at once, when he resigned, they decided, wow, we like him.
- 12:38He makes sense now.
- 12:41We should definitely uh showcase him.
- 12:45And I'm sure they're going to reach out to him and try to get try to book him on some of their shows.
- 12:50As you mentioned, Andrew, we're going to try to reach out to him as well.
- 12:52But we've always been a friend and a fan, unlike the media, who have just relished and and destroying him.
- 13:04And because he is coming out, so they think against Trump.
- 13:10Now they want to make him their it boy because they like what he's saying.
- 13:17So here's what's interesting, Andrew, about all this.
- 13:20Them making him their id boy.
- 13:24When Mike Pence came out and said that he supported what Trump was doing in Iran.
- 13:33No one on the left invited him on their show.
- 13:38And if they did, they didn't showcase it.
- 13:41Why is that?
- 13:42You would think that they would have.
- 13:44Because Mike Pence, there's no love loss.
- 13:46We saw the acrimene between Trump and Mike Pence after he left, after they both left the White House.
- 13:54And he couldn't get booked enough.
- 13:56Yeah.
- 13:58CNN and MSNBC.
- 14:00Go ahead, Andrew.
- 14:01I think part of it is Mike Pence just isn't popular and uh Joe Kent.
- 14:07Um even without the media's admiration, uh, his tweet.
- 14:12I mean, it's one of the biggest of Twitter in the year.
- 14:15Top five tweet all year.
- 14:17Uh is when he announced that.
- 14:19So uh it's definitely a big talking point.
- 14:22And uh maybe ratings for right now to uh talk about him.
- 14:28Well, of course it is because he's going against Trump, which is which is which is what they like.
- 14:33Mike Pence didn't like Trump after the 2020 election, they couldn't get enough of him.
- 14:41But because he's now agreeing with Trump, which is what they did not think.
- 14:45Now it's like, oh, we love him.
- 14:47We we we we you know, we we we love Joe Kent, that is.
- 14:50We love Joe Kent.
- 14:51Right.
- 14:51Mike Pence, oh no, forget about Mike Pence.
- 14:54But Mike Pence is the one who said that maybe if Trump did something wrong, he should be charged.
- 15:01And and remember, he even went on uh the Clay and Buck Sexton show, and they were asking him, they said that if Trump, if you become president, if Trump is uh uh if Trump is indicted, will you pardon him?
- 15:16He would not give an answer.
- 15:20Would not.
- 15:22But now that he's agreeing with Trump, no one wants to talk to him.
- 15:29Talk about being political.
- 15:32This is political.
- 15:34And as always, here on After Dark, we come with the receipts.
- 15:40So I want to play your receipt of the left attacking Joe Kent and saying that Joe Kent should not be put in the position that Trump wanted him in, the director of national intelli uh uh counterintelligence.
- 16:03This is him saying, oh no, he's easy to mistake, this is gonna be wrong.
- 16:07And again, this is before they fell in love with him yesterday.
- 16:12Run the tape.
- 16:14Failed Republican congressional candidates twice.
- 16:34Agree with the Senator.
- 16:36They would agree with the senator.
- 16:38What change?
- 16:39He's going against Trump.
- 16:40And we see this all the time.
- 16:42Whenever someone comes out and says something counter to what Trump is saying, the media loves it.
- 16:46All at once, he becomes that person becomes their it person.
- 16:50They look at John Bolton.
- 16:51They hated John Bolton.
- 16:52The moment he turned on Trump, oh, they loved him.
- 16:55Look at Michael Cohen.
- 16:56They hated Michael Cohen.
- 16:58They wanted Michael Cohen in jail.
- 16:59But when Michael Coin turned against Trump, they loved him.
- 17:02You know what's happening now?
- 17:04Now Michael Cohen is flipping again.
- 17:06He's saying that Letitia uh James and that Alvin Bragg forced him and to testify against Trump.
- 17:12Now the media hates Michael Coin again.
- 17:15Andrew, make sense of it all for me, please.
- 17:18Yeah, you guys are tuned into After Dark with Robin Andrew, available Monday through Wednesday at 9 p.m.

- 19:36We're back here on After Dark with Rob and Andrew.
- 19:40Just continue our discussion tonight.
- 19:42We're discussing the resignation of Joe Kent in the first half of the show.
- 19:48And um it was obvious what was going to happen after his resignation.
- 19:53We see this any time anyone goes against the war or brings up how highly influential Israel.
- 20:00Is in our government.
- 20:01The smear campaign starts right away, right?
- 20:03So we saw that a lot on the right.
- 20:05The talking points uh came out instantly from Carolyn Levitt and other Trump administration officials.
- 20:13Uh Carolyn Levitt, just like a month ago, or not even that, since the war had started, had tweeted out that Iran wasn't a direct threat to the United States.
- 20:22And then uh she changed her tune and bashed Joe for saying that.
- 20:26Same thing I've been saying.
- 20:28And uh just a lot of other things trying to act like he's been leaking all this intel before they know any facts.
- 20:36Uh just the um coordinated effort to smear him, and we've seen it with Tucker Carlson and others, where any time someone speaks out against the war, uh, they're gonna try and ruin their name, bury them, maybe throw them in prison.
- 20:53Uh we'll see what happens.
- 20:55Well, I I have to agree with I have to disagree with you on a couple things.
- 20:58First of all, I didn't know that Carolyn Levitt just had a baby.
- 21:01I knew she was pregnant.
- 21:03I'm like, she popped the kid out already.
- 21:05But I was reading that she popped the kid out, took two days off, and now she's back at work.
- 21:08Like, oh my gosh.
- 21:10I thought she was just she just got pregnant.
- 21:12She should be ashamed of herself for that message she put out about Joe Kent.
- 21:16Oh, Andrew, come on.
- 21:18She should be ashamed.
- 21:20Well, well, if she should be ashamed, she's a propagandist is what she is.
- 21:24I mean, she's saying what yeah, but that's her job.
- 21:26I understand that.
- 21:27Right.
- 21:27But yeah, but if she should be a Go ahead.
- 21:30I I I did not agree with that message.
- 21:32Well, if she should be ashamed, show should he.
- 21:34Because back in September 25th, 2020, he did a tweet and he said Iran has been after Trump since January of 2020.
- 21:42After he ordered the targeted killing of the terrorist Cassim Silomani.
- 21:47This isn't a new threat.
- 21:49The Secret Service consistently failing to secure Trump is new.
- 21:54We need to figure out exactly why these failures keep happening.
- 21:57That's a bash on the Secret Service, not saying that we should go to war with Iran.
- 22:01I don't get what that tweet proves at all.
- 22:04I mean, obviously Iran was a bad actor.
- 22:06Everyone knew that.
- 22:07Right, but he said that doesn't mean we should go to war with them.
- 22:09I mean, North Korea is a bad actor.
- 22:11Should we go to war with them?
- 22:12I mean North Korea.
- 22:14We're all for the Middle East.
- 22:15The Middle East is a dump.
- 22:17I mean, uh, we're just spending endless money going into these endless wars with no uh direction.
- 22:24We weren't even attacked this time.
- 22:26Uh we just started this war, and uh it's gonna backfire.
- 22:31It's already backfiring for the American people.
- 22:33Uh I'm going on a trip this weekend.
- 22:36Gas is gonna be a lot more expensive.
- 22:38People are noticing uh other prices are going up because anytime oil goes up, uh retirement's dropping again.
- 22:45Uh this this has just been a disaster.
- 22:47How long have we been in this?
- 22:49Too long.
- 22:51Ten days.
- 22:52And a just a minor hiccup with gas prices, what gas price is now like three or four dollars compared to when Joe Biden was in office, it was like five or six dollars.
- 23:02They're more they're at the hit Biden's peak, they're more, but not for like Biden's last year in office.
- 23:08They're they're a lot more than ten days, uh two a week and almost a half, and we're already disgruntled after four decades.
- 23:18We say that, and I hear a lot of people saying that.
- 23:20Well, what did they do?
- 23:21I was never interested in this war anyway.
- 23:23I told people to vote for President Trump because if you want to go to war with Iran, Nikki Haley will take you right there.
- 23:29I said if you don't want to go to Iran, if you want to put America first, we're gonna vote for President Trump and focus on domestic issues, the economy.
- 23:38But we can't do that.
- 23:39We can't do both at the same time.
- 23:40We can't do them both at the same time.
- 23:42Um it doesn't look like it because we're not getting anything done here.
- 23:46Like what?
- 23:47He's he's already talked about the uh the jobs that are coming here.
- 23:50He's already got a lot of people.
- 23:57Yeah, but the last I look, Tom Holman is still rounding people up.
- 24:01It's not his fault that those states.
- 24:03And now he's talking about letting illegals fill in some of these farm jobs and other things like that.
- 24:08I mean, we're not gonna get the mass deportations.
- 24:11He's cutting back on them.
- 24:12Right, but we talked about we we talked about the mass deportations.
- 24:16Right.
- 24:16We we and we talk about that mass deportations, and we know that there is already a system that we allow folks to come here to work and then we send them back.
- 24:26That's already given.
- 24:27Okay.
- 24:28Now, if we want to change that, Congress has to change it.
- 24:32Trump can't do everything by himself.
- 24:34We need to reach out to our representatives and tell them, what are you guys doing?
- 24:37They're sitting there watching Trump take these hits.
- 24:40I mean, we say that no new wars and that Nikki Haley would have taken us there.
- 24:45But for four decades, four decades now, we have sat back and we've watched Iran take these little shots at us.
- 24:53Because we're busy with other Middle Eastern wars.
- 24:56What are the Middle Eastern wars?
- 24:58Iran is a really Afghanistan.
- 25:00Yeah, but that was four decades.
- 25:03Yeah.
- 25:04We're in we're in Afghanistan for 25 years.
- 25:07Yeah, well, that's going to miss up the Democrats.
- 25:09Before that, we're in Desert Storm.
- 25:11I mean, uh, we've been pretty busy in the Middle East since the 90s.
- 25:151982, I think.
- 25:18Trump said, Trump said we need to do something about Iran.
- 25:22And that if it were him, he would have already blown them up.
- 25:25This is back in 1982.
- 25:26So this is not Israel talking to Trump.
- 25:28But he also bashed Obama a million times, saying that uh Obama's poll numbers are falling.
- 25:34He's gonna bomb Iran because he doesn't know how to negotiate and things like that.
- 25:38I mean, uh that's what the thing.
- 25:40We thought art of the deal.
- 25:41Trump was a master negotiator.
- 25:43We didn't think he was gonna enter us in every war he got a chance to.
- 25:46And I don't think he's entering us in every war that he's gotten a chance to.
- 25:49I think he's he's been negotiating after another.
- 25:52Like when?
- 25:52Venezuela, we know that's on the side.
- 25:54That's taking away.
- 25:57I mean, we've just bombed Iran last year.
- 26:00But would you prefer that we set back like Quentin Clinton did with North Korea?
- 26:05Yes.
- 26:06And let them get a nuke.
- 26:07Yes, because they have a nuke.
- 26:09It didn't matter.
- 26:10Well, no, they didn't have a nuke at the end.
- 26:11What would we have done?
- 26:12What would we have done?
- 26:13Attacked them, and what what good would that have done us?
- 26:15I mean, but North Korea didn't have one at the time.
- 26:18Okay.
- 26:19Okay, so we're saying exactly comp a miss because we took our eyes off the ball.
- 26:26And we said let's welcome them in the same way we did try.
- 26:29We're not the world police, Rob.
- 26:30We can't world super power.
- 26:34But see, I I think that's what people fail to realize.
- 26:36It's time to stop being uh we need to just put America first.
- 26:41Focusing on the rest of the world.
- 26:43Everybody's so obsessed with the rest of the world.
- 26:45I agree with you.
- 26:46Right.
- 26:46Let's do something for America.
- 26:48I mean, look at how much money we spend overseas.
- 26:51Look how much money we send to these foreign countries like the Ukraine and uh these other uh countries in Europe.
- 26:58Let's keep that here.
- 26:59Let's stop spending that.
- 27:01Let's stop spending the money in the Middle East.
- 27:03And let China take the lead.
- 27:05China doesn't even want to go into Iran and take the uh oil bill.
- 27:09Well, they don't they don't now.
- 27:10They don't now because they see what America will do.
- 27:13But look at what they were doing before this.
- 27:14Look at what they were doing in our backyard.
- 27:17In South America.
- 27:19We have to military in the world, Rob.
- 27:22I mean, yeah, but we we talked, but now they Iran would have never ever been able to strike us.
- 27:30But Iran would have been able to attack our neighbors, and as an ally, our neighbors are in the Middle East.
- 27:37We have to say, our neighbor is Canada and Mexico.
- 27:41If had we let Iran get a nuke, Iran would have controlled the Middle East, control all the oral production, and if they got a if they got a nuke, then Saudi Arabia is gonna say, Well, we want a nuke.
- 27:53Israel is a very important thing.
- 27:55And they and they have a lot they have the strongest military in the Middle East.
- 28:00But is they need us?
- 28:02But is Israel threatening their neighbors?
- 28:05I'm not saying I have a problem with them having a nuke.
- 28:08I'm just saying that they probably do.
- 28:10I mean, it's not out there, but they do have the strongest military in the Middle East.
- 28:15They're quite capable of uh shutting down Iran themselves.
- 28:20But to me, then it goes back to geopolitics and the reason why Trump is able to forge a relationship with all these guff states, knowing that this will probably lead to this.
- 28:30But once and for all, we need to get rid of this threat so that we can live in peace.
- 28:37Every president has come into office with Iran being the threat for four decades.
- 28:42But the radicals, it's just gonna be replaced by uh, you know, a new radical administration.
- 28:48Maybe 30 years from now.
- 28:49This this guy was 87 years old.
- 28:52Maybe 30 years from now, it will come back again.
- 28:55It's like, congratulations, you killed an old man.
- 28:58Oh, oh, absolutely.
- 28:59But look, but but for Ford for no man who was wreaking havoc.
- 29:04For four decades, we've seen American lives lost.
- 29:07We have seen them support terrorist activity.
- 29:10So we don't do anything because we're afraid.
- 29:12I mean, that's what I'm that's what I'm I keep hearing people say, well, how many of you have to do that?
- 29:17Because we were in the Middle East.
- 29:19I'm sorry.
- 29:20How many of the lives lost, particularly in the last 10, 15 years were because we had our troops in the Middle East when they shouldn't have been there?
- 29:28I agree with you wholeheartedly.
- 29:30But does Trump have our troops in the Middle East?
- 29:33No.
- 29:34Well, we've got eight million.
- 29:35What is he doing?
- 29:36He's bombing up.
- 29:37He well, we have military bases across the world, and this happened after World War II.
- 29:44So that just in case something happens, we're geographically positioned to get our folks there.
- 29:50That's the reason why we're there.
- 29:51And we can thank NATO for that.
- 29:53If we want to just like shut everything down and say we're gonna check our marbles and go home, then we need to get out of NATO and we need to keep the UN out of here.
- 30:00Yes.
- 30:00And I've always said we need to get kicked the UN out of here.
- 30:02Okay.
- 30:03Yes.
- 30:03But it doesn't work that way.
- 30:06Because it's either us or another country.
- 30:10And that other country would have been China.
- 30:14Now China is thinking twice before they do anything.
- 30:18Now, Trump will eventually leave office.
- 30:20Republicans will eventually leave office.
- 30:22And you mark my word, if it is a Democrat.
- 30:25The status that we have now that we lost under Biden, that we lost under Obama because they were like, oh, we don't want to do anything.
- 30:33We just want to stay at home and we want to say don't do this and don't do that.
- 30:36And they laugh right at us and walk right over us.
- 30:39Bill Clinton tried that, and then North Korea got a nuke.
- 30:43Bill Clinton stood his ground, they would have never gotten a nuke.
- 30:46And now we've seen for the past decade, Iran has been threatening and trying to get a nuke, trying to build it.
- 30:54And before they got it, they were supporting terrorist activities all over.
- 30:59Look at what happened in Syria.
- 31:01Obama don't, and then we got the creation of ISIS.
- 31:04I don't think people understand.
- 31:05No, I I get it.
- 31:07Let's just stay at home and let's do what we need to do.
- 31:09But when we do that, you have these other foreign actors, radicals that rise up, and then they start to bully the rest of the world.
- 31:17And then they drag us in on it.
- 31:20What did we do to bring on 9-11?
- 31:24When Iraq was in having a fight with Iran, we went into Iraq and we said we're gonna help you out.
- 31:32And then we raised up Saddam Hussein, then we helped the bin Laden is he was fighting with them.
- 31:36And what did they do?
- 31:37They turned their back on us.
- 31:40Because we looked the other way, we said, oh, we're gonna leave the law, and then we were for sick forsake this the Kurds with a curse with saying, oh no, don't you don't understand these people?
- 31:49We say, Oh, well, you you figure it out, and then look at what happened.
- 31:53Then we had Afghanistan.
- 31:54So when we don't do anything, we think that we're being good, and well, you know, we're just gonna mind our own business.
- 31:59Well, we're mining our own business, and we take our eyes off of what's happening.
- 32:03This is what happens.
- 32:04We have situations like this.
- 32:06Four decades, like I said, in Iran, four decades.
- 32:10They're mad.
- 32:11Well, we want to do if you want to do something.
- 32:15I oftentimes uh ask people, you look at Saudi Arabia, you look at all the these countries are wealthy.
- 32:20Do any of them have higher levels of education, universities?
- 32:25No.
- 32:26Why not?
- 32:27Yeah, but after this bombing, the hate and contempt for America is gonna be even stronger because the propaganda is going to continue in Iran.
- 32:35So I mean, what's it really gonna get us?
- 32:37I mean, 10, 15 years later, they're just gonna be you know, terrorists, radicals, just like they are now.
- 32:44Well, I'll tell you what it's gonna get us.
- 32:46It's gonna I mean, these guys' response was pathetic.
- 32:49I mean, they bombed a few of their neighbors in some weak attacks.
- 32:53Uh, they just basically threw everything they had out the window.
- 32:56They weren't a serious threat in the first place.
- 32:59Uh they they won't be in 20 years.
- 33:02Well, how do you define a serious threat?
- 33:04They weren't a year ago.
- 33:05They could never uh attack America.
- 33:08But but how do you define a serious threat?
- 33:10What is a serious threat?
- 33:12Someone that could attack our homeland.
- 33:15But what about and challenge us here?
- 33:19Okay, what about someone attacking our embassy and killing Americans?
- 33:23That's not a serious threat.
- 33:26Well, obviously.
- 33:27Our embassies.
- 33:28We have embassies just like all over.
- 33:30Right.
- 33:31Obviously, that would be a diplomatic issue if they did that, but that didn't happen.
- 33:35But it doesn't matter, it's still a threat.
- 33:37Lives a loss.
- 33:38Look at Libya.
- 33:40Look at what happened in Iran when they stormed in, and they're not.
- 33:44Maybe we need to close down all these embassies.
- 33:47I mean, I don't have an issue with that at all.
- 33:52Then you're definitely then you're definitely saying that.
- 33:54Save us a lot of money, I'm sure.
- 33:56No, you're definitely then you're definitely setting yourself up.
- 33:58I mean, you imagine how much money we spend on these embassies all over the world.
- 34:02I mean, what are they for?
- 34:03I mean, it is it is to wasted money.
- 34:07Well, it is no, it's not.
- 34:09It is to promote our interest, promote who we are, our country.
- 34:13We already have a lot of these countries on our welfare list.
- 34:16We we provide security for a lot of these countries, for Germany, for the UK.
- 34:21And I can I see why Trump is so upset with these countries who are just sitting back looking at he's saying, Well, why don't you guys go in and uh protect the uh the straight harmoose?
- 34:34What is it?
- 34:34The straight up Hamas the straight up Hamas.
- 34:38Why don't you go in and protect it?
- 34:40Oh, we don't want to.
- 34:41Oh, we're afraid to.
- 34:43But then if we say if we're gonna do it, we're gonna take the oil, and then we will immediately say that's not fair.
- 34:49Well, why is it not fair?
- 34:50Trump had said that even when we're in Iraq, he said, why are we defending them?
- 34:55Why don't we take the oil and pay for it?
- 34:57So if we're saying that we're we're wasting all this money because we're there, well, no, we should take the oil, and I'm hoping that he's thinking that we're gonna take the oil and we're gonna pay for this the same thing we're doing with Venezuela.
- 35:08Democrats won't do it, but he will.
- 35:10So while we're saying, oh, look how much this is gonna cost us, okay.
- 35:13We write them a bill and we say, we this is what we did, and you're gonna pay us for it.
- 35:17We have control of the oil anyway.
- 35:19We can do whatever we want.
- 35:20The Strait of Harmoose, that's what it is.
- 35:22I said Hamas.
- 35:24We've already bombed the areas in CARG where they make their uh they produce refine their oil.
- 35:30We should take that over.
- 35:31But of course, if we do, you'll have Democrats, oh, we're gonna impeach, then you have some weak Republicans, oh, we're gonna impeach.
- 35:36Well, why would we?
- 35:37Look at what they did to us.
- 35:40We have to go there, we had to straighten this out.
- 35:42We have to bomb them back to Timbuktu, so that it'll take them at least 50 years before they're able to rise and do anything else.
- 35:51As a result, you're gonna pay us back in oil.
- 35:55I think we should.
- 35:57If we're gonna go in, if we're gonna clean house, then we should be paid for.
- 36:02And then once it's done, we won't have to worry about you guys coming out again.
- 36:05Yeah, they might be able to do it, but it'll probably take them a good 50 years, considering what we've done.
- 36:11As I always say, Andrew, time will tell.
- 36:15Indeed, it will.
- 36:17Hopefully, I'll be wrong.
- 36:18And the thing will wrap up here.
- 36:20You better be wrong.
- 36:21And yeah, the next week.
- 36:23And uh, yeah, I'd rather be wrong.
- 36:26I have no problem admitting when I am wrong.
- 36:28But uh, yeah, hopefully I will be.

- 37:51And we're back in the last half of the show.
- 37:53And we're just having a friendly debate on Iran and America's part and if they shared if they shouldn't.
- 38:03Of course, I support this.
- 38:04Andrew's probably calling me a little neocon.
- 38:07I don't care.
- 38:08And he doesn't support it.
- 38:10But you know, I going back to Joe Kent's statement, everything he said, like I said, he's a hero.
- 38:14We like Joe, friend of a show, we're gonna have him back on.
- 38:17But what I didn't like from his statement is for him to say that we're being led by Israel and the big lobbyist.
- 38:28To me, that has gotten so old, and it's easy to blame Israel and say, oh, Trump is following Israel.
- 38:36And as I pointed out, back in 1980, Trump has been saying we need to go in and we need to put this whole Iranian mess to bed for one super all.
- 38:45I I don't necessarily think Netanyahu is influencing Trump, but I mean the guys clearly got like Lindsay Graham and a lot of the other uh rhinos in the Republican Congress and Senate wrapped around his finger.
- 39:02I mean, Lindsay Graham was saying we need to move all our stuff to Israel the other night on Fox News.
- 39:07No one even knew what he meant by it, but uh I think they do a real disservice when people call people like Joe Kent anti-Semitic because when people come out and say things that really are anti-Semitic, it's cheap in the word, kind of like racism, you know.
- 39:25Yep, like Joe Kent's uh write up might have been a crit critique of the Israel government, but I didn't look at that as a critique of Jews, and I'd like to say the same thing.
- 39:36Sometimes I'll critique the Israel government, maybe uh the lobbyists like Rob mentioned.
- 39:43But it's not uh the Jewish people or Jews, and like Rob's talked about for some are non secular.
- 39:50Uh there's a lot of different kinds of uh Jews.
- 39:53So um I know a lot of people though on the right, definitely have uh
- 40:00An issue with the Jews.
- 40:02So it is smeared somewhere in the middle there.
- 40:07Where uh people are paranoid, but any time someone criticizes the uh Israel government, I don't like how people say it's anti-Semitic because that's not the truth.
- 40:19Like I don't like Benjamin Netanyahu.
- 40:22Rob will agree with this.
- 40:24It started right after the election was stolen, and Netanyahu congratulated Joe Biden.
- 40:30I had no problem with the guy up until then.
- 40:33But uh I thought he was a turncoat, turned his back on President Trump, and I've never liked him since.
- 40:39Um but that doesn't make me anti-Semitic.
- 40:42I just don't like Benjamin Netanyahu.
- 40:44You know, right.
- 40:45Well, I I don't there are a lot of people that a lot of Jewish people that don't like Benjamin Netanyahu.
- 40:49Uh Heather, who's on the show, friend of the show, well, one of our uh co-host, uh a uh contributor for the New York Post, she also doesn't care for Benjamin Netanyahu, because I think a lot of people find him to be kind of sneaky.
- 41:03I didn't have a problem with him calling Joe Biden because he knew that hey, I've got to work with this administration.
- 41:07But I see where you're coming from when you say you had a problem with it.
- 41:10But I just I I don't like it.
- 41:13Trump was his number one ally, even in the first administration.
- 41:16I don't think Trump cares for Meither.
- 41:17Moving the embassy to uh Jerusalem and stuff like that, but I don't think Trump cares for Myth.
- 41:24I think that Trump tolerates him as much as he can.
- 41:27Uh, but I don't think he likes him.
- 41:29I just I I think that he could have made his point Kent without saying, you know, you bet he's being led by Israel.
- 41:39And we hear so many people on the left saying the exact same thing because to me, I think Israel is a is an easy target to beat and to say, and when you do say it, it becomes emotional.
- 41:50And then people start to say, oh my god, yeah.
- 41:52But again, Trump has been saying this since for four decades.
- 41:55He didn't know Benjamin Netanyahu then.
- 41:58He wasn't even on the the political stage.
- 42:00So for anyone to say that I think they're being disingenuous, all you have to do is just look at what Trump, I was gonna say his past tweets, not look at his past tweets, but look at previous videos that he has come out and he's called out uh uh uh Iran and other foreign players and said what we should do.
- 42:18He said the same thing about China, how we were letting China take advantage of us, and people said, Oh, well, he's just saying that because China won't let him build a Trump casino or Trump, whatever there.
- 42:28No, the man has been consistent from day one.
- 42:31I don't think that the Lindsay Grams are influencing him.
- 42:34Now, what he's doing, Lindsay Graham probably likes the Neil Connors probably like, but I think that he knows who Lindsay Graham is, as they say, keep your friends close with your friends closer.
- 42:44And this is about politics.
- 42:46And he knows that if I want to get something done, it's gonna be a little give and take.
- 42:49You know, I don't like the guy, he's slimy, but I'll go and I'll play uh uh uh golf with him so that I can again keep him close to see what he's thinking and what he's doing.
- 43:01I don't like a lot of it, don't like a lot of the players, but this is what you have to do.
- 43:04I mean, look at the racists coming up in Texas with Cornen and Paxton was wondering who is Trump going to endorse.
- 43:13I think he should just stay out of it completely.
- 43:16But he's probably looking at the poll numbers and trying to decide who's who would be best for this for this role, who will be able to beat this guy, uh, Teleriki.
- 43:25Now, to me, Taler Ricky should be easy, he's she's he's beatable, but you never know because you have a lot of liberals that have moved to Texas.
- 43:32I can attest to that because during COVID, the same liberals who were saying, stay inside, stay inside, they jump ship and move to Texas, move to Florida.
- 43:42My message to them was leave your your liberal politics behind, don't go there trying to change things.
- 43:49You know, but they're going there and they'll probably start breeding, telling other liberals, oh, you should come here and we could change this and we can do this and we can do that.
- 43:57I'm thinking, oh my gosh, please.
- 43:59So Trump is probably looking at that and trying to decide, probably doesn't like John Corning.
- 44:03I think John John Corner does a sleeze back.
- 44:06I think if he wants Trump to endorse him, he should come out and say, Look, I know that I've done some things in the past that were rather you know questionable, but I am all in mega.
- 44:15I'm going to support Trump, I'm gonna support Trump's agenda.
- 44:19Pakistan has already said that if he were to come out and say he supports the savebacks, that he would drop out.
- 44:25And I think that's huge for Paxton.
- 44:27It does seem to me that Paxton wants to come in because he sees that Trump needs allies on the hill who will support his agenda.
- 44:37Because there are a lot of folks that are there now that they're half-assed.
- 44:40Sometimes they will, sometimes they won't.
- 44:42Look at Ron.
- 44:43Is it Rand Paul or Ryan Ron Paul?
- 44:45Which one is it?
- 44:46One of the Paul men who's saying that I'm thinking about running for the presidency.
- 44:49I'm thinking, oh my god.
- 44:50Rand is the younger one.
- 44:52Rand.
- 44:53Like he wants to run for the president.
- 44:54No, and I like him, but it seems as if though he's always in opposition when it really counts, he flips the script.
- 45:02Yeah.
- 45:03I mean, I he didn't vote for the tax cuts, I don't think.
- 45:07And uh neither did Thomas Massey and that soiled both of them on me.
- 45:12Uh, if you're not even gonna vote for the American people to be able to keep more money in their pockets, what good are you doing, Republicans?
- 45:20And it just it makes you wonder, are are they doing these things just to show that they can go up against Trump?
- 45:28Because they're principled, Rob.
- 45:30If they say that, don't you?
- 45:33Yeah, but Principal Thomas Massey's a principled conservative.
- 45:36It's like, what?
- 45:37What is the other guy?
- 45:38Well, being principled, you don't believe in tax cuts.
- 45:41Right, like what are you principled to?
- 45:43Just to your to to yourself to say that you can stand up to him because you're afraid that other people are gonna say that you're bowing down to Trump.
- 45:50And what is the other guy's name uh on the hill that uh oh man, I almost said his name.
- 45:56And he I don't think he's gonna run again.
- 46:00Oh gosh, what did we talk about him all the time?
- 46:02And he just recently had a run in with Trump.
- 46:05Is not Massey Oh gosh, I have so many names in my head, I forgot the guy's name.
- 46:10But anyway, he he needs to come out also.
- 46:13I think it's from North, is it from South Carolina?
- 46:17Um you know who I'm talking about.
- 46:20Let me see if I can Google it.
- 46:21What is it?
- 46:21I see the guy.
- 46:22Yeah, I don't like him at all either.
- 46:24He's a big rhino.
- 46:26He was after January 6th, he was uh big time in the camp of the Democrats.
- 46:32Right.
- 46:33So and and it's like he's only doing it just to so that he could say that he's against Trump.
- 46:38Is it though?
- 46:39I mean, I think a lot of these Republicans they don't have a position to stand on.
- 46:44But they feel as if though if they can prove that, hey, I can stand up against Trump and I can do this, and I that they'll make a name for themselves.
- 46:52And I don't like Republicans like that.
- 46:54It's one thing to say, hey, I don't agree with him, you know.
- 46:58Uh, but to create these little obstacles and to show that you can stop him and stop his agenda.
- 47:05I I'm not I'm not for that.
- 47:08And and and they shouldn't be doing that.
- 47:11If you want to be principal, principles is about having a position saying, Mr.
- 47:14President, this is the reason why I voted this way, like Matt Hawley.
- 47:19It is Josh Hawley.
- 47:21Uh they were voting for something, and he voted completely against what Trump wanted.
- 47:26And then he came out and he explained himself.
- 47:29He said, Oh, okay, I see.
- 47:30And then he went back, he said, No, this is the reason why I did it.
- 47:32He's principal.
- 47:34I like that.
- 47:36I was a tally.
- 47:37Uh wait, uh gosh.
- 47:40Tillis.
- 47:40Till us, yes, Tom Tillus.
- 47:42There you go.
- 47:43It was coming.
- 47:43Like I said, I don't like him at all.
- 47:46Yeah.
- 47:46I don't care for him because I think that he's not principal.
- 47:50He's only trying to show Democrats, mainly.
- 47:53You see, I can stand up to Trump.
- 47:55You don't have to agree with everything that Trump says.
- 47:57You don't have to agree with everything that he does.
- 48:00But you're in a position to support this president and not support Democrats.
- 48:05That's what I don't like.
- 48:07Okay, case in point, you're saying that you don't like the fact that we went into uh Iran.
- 48:14Okay, but you're not saying, and because they did that, the Democrat, the Republicans should do something else.
- 48:19They shouldn't, they should try to vote his powers down.
- 48:21You're not saying that.
- 48:22Okay.
- 48:23You're not saying that when the Republicans and the Democrats want to put forth this bill, we're gonna try to limit his powers.
- 48:28You weren't saying, oh, I'm gonna jump on board with it.
- 48:30You just said that I don't like that we went there.
- 48:32But then you have someone like Tom Tillis who'll say, Well, I don't like it, and I'm gonna vote to you know to stop his powers, you know, and I'm gonna vote to keep going with the Epstein files.
- 48:42It's like, dude, come on.
- 48:45It's like whose side are you on?
- 48:49Yeah, and it's like these radical judges that we see that more authority than the president of the United States in some cases.
- 48:56I mean, it's crazy.
- 48:57Well, and see, and that's something else.
- 49:00What the hell are Republicans doing?
- 49:03They're in Texas.
- 49:04I think there's like 50 district judges positions that need to be filled.
- 49:08They haven't filled.
- 49:09Across the country, you have judgeships that have not been filled.
- 49:12If we don't take the House and the Senate in November, Democrats are gonna come in, and it will never be filled.
- 49:21Every time we turn around, we have a Democrat judge who's trying to stop Trump.
- 49:25Look at the latest judge who's trying to stop JFK.
- 49:30And what he said on vaccines.
- 49:33This judge, go ahead.
- 49:35RFK.
- 49:36I'm JFK, RK.
- 49:38I'm getting passionate about this.
- 49:40This judge has no grounds for this.
- 49:44There's no foundation, he has no jurisprudence over it, but he knows, oh, I can do it, I can stop it for a while.
- 49:50And the same judge has been kicked out and stopped by the Supreme Court, and they've told him you don't have authority.
- 49:59But
- 50:00He's doing it because he can.
- 50:01He knows they're going to kick it out again.
- 50:04Why is this constantly happening?
- 50:06Look at Borisburg.
- 50:07He is a pain in Trump's side.
- 50:10Remember, uh, he's the one who went to John Roberts and told John Roberts, oh, you know, we need to stop Trump.
- 50:16Are you in on it?
- 50:16And John Roberts, he said you didn't want to comment.
- 50:18You just like listen to it.
- 50:20But John Roberts also, he's he's feckless.
- 50:23He's coming out, gave a comment somewhere in Houston, Texas that you know the attacks on the judges, it has to stop.
- 50:29Well, where was he in calling out Biden Department of Justice when they had protests outside of Supreme Court Justice's homes, which is illegal.
- 50:40It should not happen.
- 50:41Merrick Garland did absolutely nothing.
- 50:43John Roberts didn't call it out.
- 50:44Where's John Roberts with finding out who disclosed the Dobbs decision?
- 50:49Where is he?
- 50:51But he can find time to come out and try to semi tick a pot shot at Trump.
- 50:56He should resign.
- 51:00He has made the court political.
- 51:02He can't make a decision without being afraid that they might come outside my home and protest.
- 51:07When they came outside Alito and Clarence Thomas, they stood at their grounds.
- 51:12They said, We don't care what you do, we're going to still vote according to the Constitution.
- 51:15But then you'd have other judges who are afraid.
- 51:19See, this is what I don't lie.
- 51:21That's not being a conservative.
- 51:23It's not even being midway, Andrew.
- 51:26It's being a complete rhino.
- 51:27It's being a feckless, scary person.
- 51:30No, I get it.
- 51:32I get it.
- 51:33Because we know that Democrats are ruthless.
- 51:38We know that Democrats, Andrew, will come after you.
- 51:42And they will kill you.
- 51:43Look at Charlie Kirk.
- 51:45They tried to kill Trump twice.
- 51:48Look at all the other attacks that are taking place.
- 51:50Look at the ICEA.
- 51:52Look at them acting out, and these judges are looking the other way.
- 51:55Look at how they're letting these illegals back out on the streets once they have harmed someone, once they have raped someone, once they have killed, they give them light sentences.
- 52:03Then they put them in jail.
- 52:04And when they let them go, they will not contact ICE and say, we're letting them go.
- 52:07You can get them now.
- 52:08They won't do it.
- 52:09But if I want to commit a crime, they find out I'm a conservative, they will throw the book at me and leave me in jail indefinitely.
- 52:16Look at what they did to the Gen 6 folks.
- 52:18I don't care what your position is, so whether or not you thought they did if they were wrong or right, but the fact that they were denying them access to counsel was wrong.
- 52:28Completely wrong.
- 52:31And no one is saying barely saying anything about it.
- 52:35And I'm including Republicans on this also.
- 52:44Nothing.
- 52:45We just moved right along.
- 52:47Let's move on to the next uh topic.
- 52:49Let's move on to the next incident.
- 52:50Let's move on to something different.
- 52:52But these are things that people have to be held accountable for.
- 52:57But they're not.
- 52:58And for that, I don't like it.
- 53:00Because I want all of this addressed.
- 53:03Look at look at what's her name, Ilian Omar.
- 53:06Nancy Mace put forth the bill to investigate her papers for coming to America.
- 53:14Then you have Republicans to block it.
- 53:16Why?
- 53:17Well, because they might do it to us.
- 53:18What do you mean by they might do it to you?
- 53:20They're going to do it to you.
- 53:22They don't care.
- 53:23So why are you trying to give them some type of leverage and think, oh, we want to play?
- 53:26No, we don't want to play nights with her.
- 53:28She should not be there.
- 53:29I don't trust her.
- 53:30I think she's a threat to democracy.
- 53:31I think she's a Trojan horse.
- 53:33I think she could be selling information to Somalia.
- 53:35Now, Somalia can't do anything to us.
- 53:36We could bomb them just like we did Iran.
- 53:39But if you have a Democrat, you'll get what happened with Bill Clinton.
- 53:42They put us to shame.
- 53:43Mogadishu in Somalia.
- 53:44Put us to shame.
- 53:45Knock down our black hawk black hawk down.
- 53:47Look at the movie, and then they were laughing at us.
- 53:50We can't go back to that.
- 53:52We cannot go back to that, Andrew, because that was embarrassing.
- 53:56But where are we with investigating her?
- 53:58And even when she claimed she was at a speech and someone tried to accost her, that she's gonna walk back like she's ready to fight.
- 54:05Why haven't we looked into that?
- 54:06Why has it we why haven't we heard any more about it?
- 54:10Republicans, come on.
- 54:13You gotta wake up.
- 54:14But instead, you guys would focus on the Epstein files.
- 54:17Oh, we want that.
- 54:18Oh, andrew, I'll say this, and you might know we gotta go.
- 54:20You heard that Pam Bonde has been subpoenaed to testify, or not subpoenaed, but invited to testify before the House by James Comer as to her handling of the Epstein files.
- 54:32Now let's see how much uh uh what is it, how much of a Ron they're gonna get out of that.
- 54:38We'll we will be talking about that from here to eternity because that's their favorite topic.
- 54:42Meanwhile, we know that Democrats have been the ones indicted on Jeffrey, not really indicted, but called out on Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew.
- 54:50Yeah, you're right.
- 54:52Uh the main thing is President Trump and the Republicans need to figure out a way to get the coalition from the 2024 election back together.
- 55:06Um, the independents, uh, the libertarians.
- 55:11All the people that have joined in, because uh we need all their votes.
- 55:15The Republicans do to uh retain power in 2026.
- 55:22So uh it's gonna be a real challenge trying to bring this coalition uh back together.
- 55:29Um I think uh a lot of people are happy with some things President Trump has done.
- 55:36Uh a lot of people are very happy with everything President Trump has done.
- 55:41But you know, some people are split.
- 55:43Maybe they still prefer President Trump, but they're not gonna be motivated uh to go out and vote.
- 55:49We need to get those people motivated to go out and vote uh in the 2026 election.
- 55:54So uh it'd be interesting to see what happens from now until then uh to try and make that happen and to bring this coalition back together.
- 56:04Uh personally, I'm always a guy that likes radical changes, so I think maybe President Trump, if he just kind of cleaned house and you know, changed up his staff quite a bit.
- 56:17Maybe that would make some of the detractors happy.
- 56:20Like he could say, look, these people weren't getting the job done that they were supposed to.
- 56:26And maybe his supporters will be happy about that too.
- 56:30Because they could say, well, President Trump's gonna pick the best people for the job.
- 56:35And um, so if he's not happy with their job, why would you know he knows best to what kind of job they're doing?
- 56:43So, yeah, maybe uh some staff switch ups or something like that to uh and affect some big changes uh before the uh 2026 midterms.
- 56:55Thank you guys so much for joining us once again on After Dark with Rob and Andrew on America Out Loud's iHeart Radio channel.
- 57:04We'll see you guys next time.
- 57:06And remember, stand for something for your fall for that.
