- 0:08Speaker 1: Scable Advice Shoollo. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host, Romp Shooter is Friday, which means a
- 0:20Speaker 1: dear friend, Corey Andrew from Instinct Magazine dot com is
- 0:23Speaker 1: joining us. Corey, are you there? I am here. Hey,
- 0:26Speaker 1: it's good to be back, my darling's How are you?
- 0:28Speaker 1: We missed you. You had a little trip last week,
- 0:31Speaker 1: a little vacation. How was it, my friend? Oh? Lovely?
- 0:34Speaker 1: You know Fort Lauderdale is my happy place. I have
- 0:37Speaker 1: to say so. Yes, we had a good time. Thank you,
- 0:40Speaker 1: away from the cold of New York City. We'll welcome back.
- 0:43Speaker 1: We missed you. Hey, let's jump into the show because
- 0:46Speaker 1: we've got a ton of gossip today. What time is it,
- 0:49Speaker 1: my friends? It is tea. I have a scratchy voice today.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I'll have some tea in a moment anymore. Very Eason
- 0:58Speaker 1: read A Burano says that she dated Elvis Presley to
- 1:02Speaker 1: make Marlon Brando jealous. So Rita is out there doing
- 1:06Speaker 1: a ton of press for the New West Side Story,
- 1:09Speaker 1: which I hear is phenomenal. I haven't seen it yet,
- 1:13Speaker 1: but friends went to a screening and said it is
- 1:15Speaker 1: just brilliant. Rita was in the original West Side story
- 1:19Speaker 1: were the Oscar and so she's doing the rounds, the
- 1:21Speaker 1: publisty rounds. She sat down on the view and spoke
- 1:25Speaker 1: to Joy Behart about her relationship with Marlon Brando. I mean,
- 1:31Speaker 1: he doesn't get anybody. So she found out that he
- 1:35Speaker 1: was constantly cheating on her during the eight relationship. She
- 1:39Speaker 1: said she found lingerie in his house, and of course
- 1:42Speaker 1: she was heartbroken. She went home in tears and she
- 1:46Speaker 1: was so so furious. The next day the phone rings
- 1:49Speaker 1: gives who it is. It is Elvis Presley's legendary manager,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and he said that Elvis spotted her in the twentieth
- 1:57Speaker 1: century Fox commons, Sarah, isn't that funny? They have like
- 2:00Speaker 1: a little canty and imagine the people you're bumping. Excuse me, Marilyn, Hello, Wow, Hello,
- 2:09Speaker 1: Judy Garlo. So he said, you made quite an impression
- 2:15Speaker 1: on Elvis Presley. Would you like to go out with him?
- 2:20Speaker 1: And she was thinking about those pants she found in
- 2:23Speaker 1: Marlin Brando's house and she said, yes, I would. So
- 2:26Speaker 1: she went out with him, but she said he was
- 2:28Speaker 1: quote sweet and boring presently. But what it did do
- 2:33Speaker 1: is it made Marlon Brando jealous, jealous, jealous. He got furious,
- 2:38Speaker 1: throwing chairs, screaming, shouting, and she said it was Corey.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Have you ever dated somebody to make somebody else a
- 2:49Speaker 1: bit jealous? You know? I think I did that once
- 2:51Speaker 1: when I was younger. But it doesn't work, honey, if
- 2:53Speaker 1: the person is if the person has moved on and
- 2:56Speaker 1: not interested, it doesn't work. It only works if the
- 2:58Speaker 1: person still had a little bit of a flame for you,
- 3:01Speaker 1: and in my case on the flame was dead. Oh
- 3:05Speaker 1: renighting and old flame with a new one doesn't work
- 3:08Speaker 1: long term. In Mike, for a moment, they might be
- 3:11Speaker 1: jealous for a second, but that's all is. It never
- 3:14Speaker 1: works in the long run. But look at these names, Elvis, Presley,
- 3:19Speaker 1: Marlon Brando. Great a girl, you had a fabulous living,
- 3:25Speaker 1: you're still do. Who would you pick? Elvis or Marlon Brando?
- 3:30Speaker 1: I have to say this is not just because she
- 3:32Speaker 1: called Elvis boring. I have to say that Marlin just
- 3:34Speaker 1: had a more raw, smoldering sex appeal and Elvis seemed
- 3:38Speaker 1: like a bit of a manufactured commodity to me. So
- 3:41Speaker 1: I'm already seen which one was like the most boring
- 3:44Speaker 1: Because of that alone, you know, it's wild to think
- 3:48Speaker 1: of somebody like Elvis Presley, who we've all grown up
- 3:51Speaker 1: talking about. He's part of pop culture history. It's amazing
- 3:54Speaker 1: to think, a he was a real person. You think
- 3:56Speaker 1: now he was some sort of like god, but he
- 3:58Speaker 1: was a real person day did people. And it's another
- 4:01Speaker 1: really interesting thing to find out he was sweet and boring,
- 4:06Speaker 1: which I've got to admit. I find some of the
- 4:09Speaker 1: biggest stars I've ever met to be a little bit dull.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Oh me too, Like you know, you and I talked
- 4:16Speaker 1: about Madonna, we've both met her, and I was like, wait,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you're not going to pop out of a cake or
- 4:20Speaker 1: something like, You're just gonna say hi. You know. It's
- 4:23Speaker 1: really funny how that works. Are they actually dull though?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Or is it our expectations are so so big that
- 4:30Speaker 1: we want Elvis to be the king, we want Martin
- 4:33Speaker 1: Madonna to be the queen, and they're not. They're people,
- 4:37Speaker 1: And so I don't know if Elvis actually was boring
- 4:39Speaker 1: Rita or if he just wasn't the guy on stage
- 4:43Speaker 1: swinging his hips around. It's fascinating, is it. When I
- 4:47Speaker 1: met Kim Kardashian, I know her quite well. Kim is
- 4:50Speaker 1: a little bit doll off TV. The Kim on television
- 4:53Speaker 1: is way more interesting than the Kim sitting having a
- 4:56Speaker 1: drink at bart. You so be careful about meeting your
- 5:00Speaker 1: idols everybody. It never quite works out, but it brings
- 5:03Speaker 1: us to our pole question of the day. Rita dated
- 5:06Speaker 1: Elvis to make Marlon Brando jealous? Have you ever done this?
- 5:12Speaker 1: Tell the truth? Have you ever dated somebody to make
- 5:15Speaker 1: somebody else a little bit jealous? Hey? Go votes on
- 5:17Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty Noise Robert or our Facebook
- 5:21Speaker 1: page which is Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment
- 5:24Speaker 1: there and be sure to check back on Monday to
- 5:27Speaker 1: hear your results. Corey Love, what are you working on? Yes? Well,
- 5:31Speaker 1: Britney's fiance just hinted that they're secretly married. So after
- 5:36Speaker 1: a recent post on social media, some fans are convinced
- 5:39Speaker 1: that Brittany and her fiance have already tied the knot
- 5:42Speaker 1: in a secret ceremony. So Sam just referred to her
- 5:46Speaker 1: as his wife. That's a big yeah. But you know what,
- 5:50Speaker 1: it's a slip of a tongue. Perhaps that came in
- 5:52Speaker 1: a heartfelt tribute to Brittany on her birthday. Now, in
- 5:55Speaker 1: that post, Sam says, I call you Lioness because I
- 5:58Speaker 1: admire your relentless string. I'm inspired by your beautiful heart.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I celebrate your smile that lights up my world. Every
- 6:04Speaker 1: day is your birthday, my queen. Happy first birthday to
- 6:07Speaker 1: my wife. So, you know, I don't know if that's
- 6:12Speaker 1: really just like a little pet name he's calling her
- 6:14Speaker 1: because they've been together so long. But they met on
- 6:16Speaker 1: the set of her music video for Slumber Party back
- 6:19Speaker 1: in two thousand sixteen, and then yeah, it's been a while,
- 6:23Speaker 1: and they announced their engagement in September, five years of
- 6:27Speaker 1: dating of course at that point. So while they may
- 6:30Speaker 1: not be officially married, he recently revealed Entertainment Tonight that
- 6:34Speaker 1: his and Brittany's wedding will be taking place sooner or later.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I mean, that's pretty ambiguous. It's got to be so,
- 6:40Speaker 1: I mean, it's got to be sooner or later. So
- 6:42Speaker 1: that's not a big revelation. But you know, Rob, I
- 6:45Speaker 1: think a lot of people use that term like as
- 6:48Speaker 1: an endearment term to their partner if they've been together, husband. Wife.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I don't think there's anything there there. I hit the phones.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I called everybody, all my Britney sources, all my sound
- 6:58Speaker 1: sources too. I know people around so they are not
- 7:01Speaker 1: technically legally married, but they do consider each other husband
- 7:04Speaker 1: and wife. They need to get now. For five years,
- 7:06Speaker 1: this is not a quick relationship. Some people think that
- 7:09Speaker 1: Brittany ended the conservatorship and jumped into this relationship. Not true.
- 7:13Speaker 1: They've been together now for five years. He's the one.
- 7:16Speaker 1: He's a good guy. To a lot of people assume
- 7:18Speaker 1: because she's so rich, that he's after her money. I'm
- 7:21Speaker 1: told that's not the case either. He's a good, good man.
- 7:24Speaker 1: It makes me happy that Brittany has found somebody who
- 7:26Speaker 1: really really likes her and has her best interests at hard.
- 7:30Speaker 1: They're gonna get married, I'm told, very very soon. I'm
- 7:33Speaker 1: told it's not before Christmas, though maybe after Christmas. Root
- 7:35Speaker 1: might be a surprise wedding over the New Year. I
- 7:38Speaker 1: can see these two eloping, but it is a term
- 7:41Speaker 1: of indemon I also have some friends and it's not
- 7:44Speaker 1: something I judge, but they call each other daddy and
- 7:49Speaker 1: mommy call his wife. Mommy. Was like, oh, vice president,
- 7:56Speaker 1: vice president Pince his wife. But it's not. Yeah, I know,
- 8:02Speaker 1: I know, it's amazing. You know what in your private
- 8:05Speaker 1: lives whatever, makes you happy. As long as it's legal,
- 8:08Speaker 1: everybody knock yourselves out. These two make me very happy.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Tyra Banks is getting bashed again. A former contestant on
- 8:18Speaker 1: America's Next Top Model is claiming that she only got
- 8:21Speaker 1: paid forty dollars a day. So Tyre has been slammed
- 8:25Speaker 1: for the allegedly unfair practices going on behind the scenes
- 8:29Speaker 1: on that massive hit, America's Next Top Model. A Twitter
- 8:32Speaker 1: user claimed that the contestants were only paid forty dollars
- 8:36Speaker 1: a day while competing on the show. That was confirmed
- 8:41Speaker 1: by a contestant on season nine. This contestant confirmed forty
- 8:46Speaker 1: dollars a day, no residuals. That means they make no
- 8:49Speaker 1: money from the show, as it gets repeated. And get this,
- 8:51Speaker 1: they also had to pay for their own food out
- 8:54Speaker 1: of the forty dollars. Tyra, this is not good now.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Tyra was not just the host of the show, she
- 9:01Speaker 1: was the executive producer and she was the creator. So
- 9:06Speaker 1: this is Tyra show. Also to the contestant went on
- 9:09Speaker 1: to say they had to sign non disclosure agreements that
- 9:13Speaker 1: were so brutal that they felt like they couldn't say
- 9:16Speaker 1: anything to anybody. In fact, they didn't just have to
- 9:19Speaker 1: sign one nondisclosure. They had to sign several. One person
- 9:23Speaker 1: is saying that she wanted to talk to her grandpa
- 9:27Speaker 1: while she was on the show, and they said you can,
- 9:30Speaker 1: but your grandpa has to sign a nondisclosure agreements and
- 9:34Speaker 1: she was like what. It's also complicated. Tyra has admitted
- 9:40Speaker 1: via Twitter that at times things went too far. She
- 9:42Speaker 1: said quote, She's been seeing the post about the insensitivity
- 9:46Speaker 1: of some of the past contestants on the show, and
- 9:48Speaker 1: she agrees with them. Looking back, these were some really
- 9:52Speaker 1: off choices. She appreciates the honest feedback and she sends
- 9:56Speaker 1: lots of love and virtual hugs. Tyra sender checker, Okay,
- 10:00Speaker 1: see look that's the first thing. Yes, Oh my gosh, Rob.
- 10:06Speaker 1: For her to do this on Twitter, it's so disingenuous.
- 10:09Speaker 1: She should have been immediately saying, you know what, calling
- 10:12Speaker 1: her accountants. We need to rectify this. We need to
- 10:14Speaker 1: cut some checks for twelve thirteen seasons of Girls. I mean,
- 10:18Speaker 1: it's such a bad apology. What is that? Tyrus Man,
- 10:22Speaker 1: millions of dollars off America's next top model. It's an
- 10:24Speaker 1: international success. It's all around the world. I would say
- 10:27Speaker 1: to my exactly, I would say to my my team,
- 10:30Speaker 1: I want a name of every person that was ever
- 10:33Speaker 1: on the show, and we're going to send them all
- 10:35Speaker 1: a check. I've made millions of shows and so I
- 10:40Speaker 1: can spread the wealth around. This feels just so bad now.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I didn't get it ten years ago, maybe even fifty
- 10:48Speaker 1: and twenty years ago. When this show's first started, we
- 10:51Speaker 1: were in a very different place as a country. We
- 10:53Speaker 1: could do things to others in the workplace that we're
- 10:56Speaker 1: just wrong. But you can make it right. You can't
- 11:00Speaker 1: make it right now. If the show had been a
- 11:02Speaker 1: disaster and Tyra had made no money and didn't have
- 11:04Speaker 1: a lot of money, I get it. You can't give
- 11:06Speaker 1: what you don't have. That Tyra is still making money,
- 11:09Speaker 1: still making money every time an episode, as anywhere in
- 11:13Speaker 1: the world, Miss Banks gets a check, So why not
- 11:16Speaker 1: cutting all the contestants to This is not pretty and
- 11:20Speaker 1: not a good looks. You'll hug your virtual hug, Tira,
- 11:25Speaker 1: I mean, what what can you do with a virtual hook? Honey?
- 11:27Speaker 1: I cannot have put a virtual hug in my checking
- 11:29Speaker 1: account and or at least send me as signed photograph,
- 11:33Speaker 1: call me tell him. I mean virtual hook That's the
- 11:36Speaker 1: least you can do. Hey, moving along works down with Kim, Yes, Well,
- 11:40Speaker 1: Kim is furious that Kanye for embarrassing her with his
- 11:42Speaker 1: recent rants. Despite reports of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
- 11:46Speaker 1: reunion amid her romance with Pete Davidson, Kim reportedly wants
- 11:50Speaker 1: nothing to do with her a strange husband after his
- 11:52Speaker 1: embarrassing please on social media asking her to get back together,
- 11:57Speaker 1: But just hours before their family outing and report by
- 12:00Speaker 1: The Sun claimed that Kim is furious about Kanye's recent behavior,
- 12:03Speaker 1: which includes his sense deleted Thanksgiving Day prayer in which
- 12:07Speaker 1: he acknowledged his mistakes in their marriage. Now, the Insider
- 12:11Speaker 1: went on to know that Kim worries about the impact
- 12:13Speaker 1: Kanye's behavior might have on their children. I mean, now
- 12:16Speaker 1: she's worried about that. But okay, But as for the
- 12:19Speaker 1: rest of the Kardashian family, they think that kanye stunts
- 12:22Speaker 1: actually are embarrassing Kim again, and the Insider says, he's
- 12:26Speaker 1: trying to change the narrative and make people feel sorry
- 12:28Speaker 1: for him, but it won't work. So Rob, I have
- 12:32Speaker 1: to tell you, I'm kind of torn between torn in
- 12:36Speaker 1: this story because I'm not really a big Kanye fan. However, um,
- 12:39Speaker 1: you know, his his Thanksgiving Day rant, he goes on
- 12:42Speaker 1: to actually do some really serious admissions about his self,
- 12:46Speaker 1: self righteousness, his hair, sugar temper, his alcoholism, his episodes,
- 12:52Speaker 1: you know. And so I don't know if it's really
- 12:54Speaker 1: to embarrass her when a person comes out and makes
- 12:57Speaker 1: more of an embarrassing claim about themselves. That's a very
- 13:01Speaker 1: good point. That's a really good point. I think what
- 13:02Speaker 1: people are getting at here, what sources are telling me
- 13:04Speaker 1: at least, is that Kim is just walking on eggshells
- 13:07Speaker 1: all the time. Kanye is always going to be in
- 13:09Speaker 1: her life. Here's the father of her children. He is
- 13:11Speaker 1: who he is, and he's always going to say stuff.
- 13:14Speaker 1: He's not a sit down and shut up type of guy.
- 13:17Speaker 1: And so she's just treading very carefully. And they did
- 13:20Speaker 1: have a reunion a couple of days ago, and I'm
- 13:23Speaker 1: told that Kim was very careful about what she said.
- 13:25Speaker 1: It's gonna sound slightly different, but this is how the
- 13:28Speaker 1: Royals treat Harry and Megan. They just don't trust them,
- 13:32Speaker 1: and so the same with Kim and Kanye. She doesn't
- 13:34Speaker 1: tell him a lot of information. Everything she tells him,
- 13:38Speaker 1: she expects him to talk about publicly. There is nothing
- 13:41Speaker 1: off the record with Kanye. He could tweet something or
- 13:44Speaker 1: say something at any single moment, and that's a really
- 13:48Speaker 1: difficult life to live. We've got friends, maybe even partners,
- 13:51Speaker 1: who are just not very discreet. And I know certain
- 13:54Speaker 1: friends of mine who I do love. I'm just careful
- 13:57Speaker 1: with them. And when you have to live a careful life,
- 13:59Speaker 1: it's not a fun life. And so I understand him
- 14:02Speaker 1: being really angry about this. But Kim, you knew who
- 14:05Speaker 1: he was. You know who he is. That's what it
- 14:08Speaker 1: is now, and I'm afraid because of those children, it's
- 14:11Speaker 1: always going to be like this, or at least for
- 14:14Speaker 1: the next ten years or so. Quickly before we got
- 14:16Speaker 1: a break, Ben Affleck is getting Jennifer Lopez something very
- 14:20Speaker 1: special for Christmas. A ring. This is a type of
- 14:23Speaker 1: report that drives me crazy. So Entertainment Tonight, whom I love.
- 14:26Speaker 1: There's a great, great, great, great TV show. So they've
- 14:30Speaker 1: got sources who are telling them that Ben is planning
- 14:33Speaker 1: to throw an extraordinary Christmas for Jennifer Lopez. They're all
- 14:37Speaker 1: going to get together perfect, but they don't know quite
- 14:41Speaker 1: yet what he's going to do. But it's extraordinary. That's
- 14:44Speaker 1: terrible reported and it drives so entertainment tonight. Has no
- 14:47Speaker 1: idea what special gift is going to give her. I
- 14:50Speaker 1: have no idea where he's going to give her this giftails,
- 14:54Speaker 1: whether there was somewhere Sometimes something extraordinary is going to happen.
- 14:57Speaker 1: So basically they're telling us nothing. It rives me inside.
- 15:02Speaker 1: What do you get someone like Jennifer Lopez? She hasn't
- 15:06Speaker 1: you know what she doesn't have at the moment, She's
- 15:08Speaker 1: had a few in the past. You get her a
- 15:10Speaker 1: wedding ring. Take a quick break and we will be
- 15:14Speaker 1: all right back. Welcome back to show. I'm Rob Shuter
- 15:21Speaker 1: with a scratchy boys to day. That dear friend Corey
- 15:24Speaker 1: Andrew from Instinct Magazine dot com. Hey Corey, let's get
- 15:27Speaker 1: to the polls. Thank you very much, darling to Alc
- 15:30Speaker 1: Baldwin said in a new interview that he did not
- 15:33Speaker 1: pull the trigger. Did not pull the trigger? Is Alec
- 15:36Speaker 1: helping himself or hurting himself by doing these interviews? Say
- 15:41Speaker 1: hurting himself. I watched the interview last night after I
- 15:44Speaker 1: watched Annie Lie. If let's be clear about priorities, and
- 15:48Speaker 1: it's a very strange interview. It seemed to me as
- 15:50Speaker 1: if Baldwin was blaming the victim, also to claiming that
- 15:54Speaker 1: the gun basically fired itself. It's just something that doesn't happen.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I spoke to several gun experts who said that does
- 16:00Speaker 1: not happen. People fire guns. Guns just do not fire themselves.
- 16:05Speaker 1: So I think, Alec, you are hurting yourself here. I
- 16:08Speaker 1: agree with the don't forget to vote on today's poll,
- 16:12Speaker 1: going to at Twitter page at Naughty Nice Robber, at
- 16:15Speaker 1: Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip. I'm sure it's check
- 16:18Speaker 1: back on Monday to hear your results. And now it's
- 16:22Speaker 1: time for clist of the day. Yes, they're gonna shake, proudly,
- 16:29Speaker 1: supports ex Bradley Cooper at the movie premiere. So no
- 16:33Speaker 1: matter the chatter, as a source told E News, in
- 16:36Speaker 1: two will always be a presence in each other's lives,
- 16:39Speaker 1: and they have a close bond, so they come together
- 16:41Speaker 1: as a family and they do things when they can,
- 16:43Speaker 1: the insiders shared at the time, and they communicate a
- 16:46Speaker 1: lot and they are good friends, so they're getting along
- 16:49Speaker 1: well and everything is very positive. The source added, it's
- 16:51Speaker 1: still a transition period and they are trying to figure
- 16:54Speaker 1: out how it's going to work going forward. But they
- 16:56Speaker 1: are in a good place. I've heard that before about them.
- 17:01Speaker 1: So yeah, I spoke to a friend of hers last
- 17:03Speaker 1: night and they said they're going to get back together.
- 17:05Speaker 1: They're not yet, or at least they're not telling people
- 17:07Speaker 1: they're back together yet. But these two have been spotted,
- 17:10Speaker 1: not just that movie premiers. I've spotted them around town
- 17:13Speaker 1: in New York on a Sunday afternoon with their baby,
- 17:15Speaker 1: without their baby. They are going to get back together.
- 17:19Speaker 1: But wait, what about her and Kanye over over over?
- 17:22Speaker 1: It never really was on. She was going to work
- 17:25Speaker 1: with him on a modeling project and I think his
- 17:27Speaker 1: people leaked the pictures of them in France. These people
- 17:30Speaker 1: were the ones that were pushing man and she was
- 17:32Speaker 1: too kind to correct them. She doesn't really comment that much,
- 17:36Speaker 1: but it was never really on. She's going to get
- 17:38Speaker 1: back with Bradley. Hey, let's do our naughty as. I'm
- 17:43Speaker 1: so angry with you. So save Ro has questions for Adele.
- 17:47Speaker 1: After that amazing concert, So seven Regan was heavily featured
- 17:51Speaker 1: on the Adele special. Did you watch? It? Was amazing?
- 17:54Speaker 1: He was all over at city in the front row. Well,
- 17:57Speaker 1: now he's revealing that he actually didn't really understand where
- 18:01Speaker 1: he was going. He thought he was going to a small,
- 18:03Speaker 1: intimate private He had no idea. He said that Oprah
- 18:06Speaker 1: wouldn't he would be there. To make matters worse, Him
- 18:10Speaker 1: and his wife were high on marijuana, so he said.
- 18:13Speaker 1: They got there and they looked at their seat numbers
- 18:16Speaker 1: and there were one, eight and one. Thing. He was like,
- 18:18Speaker 1: oh my god, it doesn't get any bigger than this.
- 18:20Speaker 1: They thought they could just hide at the back. Then
- 18:23Speaker 1: he was all over the television. Ballad asked him do
- 18:26Speaker 1: you even know Adele? And he said, no, I've I've
- 18:29Speaker 1: never met her. I've never met Adele. It gets worse
- 18:32Speaker 1: and worse, and then he gets on to say everybody
- 18:35Speaker 1: watched it. His slone blew up. It's the most popular
- 18:37Speaker 1: thing he's ever done his entire life. A concert, don't
- 18:41Speaker 1: you dare? Don't does it? You can't waste those tickets,
- 18:44Speaker 1: their golden tickets. Yeah, there you go, high when I
- 18:47Speaker 1: could have been sitting there. Stuff. Let's end with a
- 18:53Speaker 1: murmur to Rob, thank you darling. It might sound crazy
- 18:57Speaker 1: at first, but I've got it into a routine and
- 19:00Speaker 1: I've checken in with myself as well as my friends.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So I actually send myself a kind message, a kind
- 19:05Speaker 1: text before I go to bed every night, and you
- 19:08Speaker 1: know what I do in the morning, I read it
- 19:09Speaker 1: first everybody before my day starts. It's guaranteed to start
- 19:13Speaker 1: with a really kind message because I sent it. So
- 19:16Speaker 1: before I get to bed, I say something really nice
- 19:18Speaker 1: to myself. And then when I wake up in the morning,
- 19:20Speaker 1: I look at all those texts, and my goodness, I
- 19:21Speaker 1: get a lot of texts, a lot of the first
- 19:24Speaker 1: one is always from this really nice guy called Rob.
- 19:27Speaker 1: I open it and it's a really nice way to
- 19:29Speaker 1: start my day. So it doesn't have to be anything dazzling.
- 19:32Speaker 1: It doesn't have to be poetic, it doesn't have to
- 19:34Speaker 1: be smart and witty, because the driven the matter is
- 19:37Speaker 1: nothing you can say is more important from the fact
- 19:39Speaker 1: that you actually said it. Send yourself a text every
- 19:42Speaker 1: night before you get a bed, say something really, really nice,
- 19:45Speaker 1: and then you'll forget about it. And then in the
- 19:47Speaker 1: morning when you open your eyes and you have to
- 19:49Speaker 1: start your day. And I understand life can be hard,
- 19:51Speaker 1: life can be really tough. Get it out of bed
- 19:54Speaker 1: alone is an accomplishment on some days when you reach
- 19:57Speaker 1: for your phone, the first thing you're going to read
- 19:59Speaker 1: is not someone's shouting that you're not your boss, being mean,
- 20:02Speaker 1: not an annoying friend, but no, really nice. That's so sweet. Yes,
- 20:08Speaker 1: I seen myself postcards when I traveled to it. Do it,
- 20:13Speaker 1: do it, do it, do it. It's our lives. We
- 20:15Speaker 1: can create whatever rules we want. That's it for this week.
