Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Hey, babe if Lalla, Welcome to the bonus episode at
- 0:08Speaker 1: Begive Them Lalla Podcast. Hi T T. How do you feel?
- 0:14Speaker 2: Honestly?
- 0:15Speaker 1: You were great on the regular episode. Oh yeah, you
- 0:18Speaker 1: carried that.
- 0:19Speaker 2: No, well, thank you, I will say. When you hunkered
- 0:23Speaker 2: down in a house for three days, yeah, and don't leave.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You're excited to do stuff.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Yeah, while I'm struggling to put a thought together, you're
- 0:35Speaker 1: making me laugh so hard. I always know when you
- 0:37Speaker 1: feel comfortable because your thoughts are pretty effortless and you're
- 0:41Speaker 1: really freaking funny. So I appreciate that. So we recorded
- 0:46Speaker 1: the normal episode and then I look at my phone
- 0:50Speaker 1: and Dody posted us following each other. I didn't know
- 1:00Speaker 1: it was that funny.
- 1:04Speaker 2: It's just funny from the previous episode about we were like,
- 1:07Speaker 2: let's it's Instagram. Yeah that it doesn't mean him.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Well, that's how we all feel, by the way, like
- 1:12Speaker 1: the beef is real when I click unfollowed, and the
- 1:15Speaker 1: love is real when I click refollow a follow back.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm a follow back girl. But I also wanted to
- 1:26Speaker 1: add before we jump into the Q and A because
- 1:27Speaker 1: I completely forgot again that it was recording day. So
- 1:31Speaker 1: I just did a Q and A for the bonus,
- 1:34Speaker 1: But she and I were talking Dody and I and
- 1:38Speaker 1: I just and Courtney Berman was here as well, who
- 1:40Speaker 1: I was so excited to see. I hadn't seen her
- 1:42Speaker 1: in so long. She's been in the friend group for
- 1:44Speaker 1: many a year. You guys will probably remember her from
- 1:47Speaker 1: shooting Brittany's boudoir shoot. So she's really cool. She's fun,
- 1:53Speaker 1: she's normal, she's a go getter, born and raised in
- 1:55Speaker 1: Los Angeles. But we were talking about what Trump's beef,
- 1:59Speaker 1: and I'm like, when someone gets sick, even if you're beefing,
- 2:02Speaker 1: you put it aside. Baby's coming into the mix. Beef
- 2:06Speaker 1: gets put to bed, and I would say, obviously death
- 2:11Speaker 1: right beef gets trumped. Anyway, I'm just so thrilled because
- 2:17Speaker 1: once I found out Doty was pregnant, I just have
- 2:20Speaker 1: such a soft spot in my heart for pregnancy, and
- 2:23Speaker 1: there's so many things. As I get older, I learned
- 2:26Speaker 1: that when time passes, you can never get moments back.
- 2:30Speaker 1: So for me, it's like, I'm really bummed. And I
- 2:32Speaker 1: said this to Dody. I was like, I it makes
- 2:34Speaker 1: me really sad that you and I could not be
- 2:36Speaker 1: part of each other's pregnancy journeys. So I really hope
- 2:41Speaker 1: that you'll be at Meredith's shower because it'll never happen again. Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and with that, I respect whatever decision you make, but
- 2:49Speaker 1: you're welcome.
- 2:50Speaker 2: To come and it will never happen again. No, even
- 2:53Speaker 2: if you have another baby, that shower it's done, right,
- 2:56Speaker 2: done and done.
- 2:57Speaker 1: And no one does a second baby shower, Like maybe
- 2:59Speaker 1: you do a baby's sprinkle, but still like you don't
- 3:02Speaker 1: do the whole gift thing. It's just like the excitement
- 3:05Speaker 1: in this sounds so rude. I was so excited about Sosa,
- 3:07Speaker 1: but the feeling of the first time becoming a mom,
- 3:12Speaker 1: it's like nothing else. Yeah, Dodi has a very warm heart,
- 3:18Speaker 1: and I will always say that.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I can tell you that even because you guys beefing,
- 3:22Speaker 2: Like even when we would see each other, Me and
- 3:24Speaker 2: she would even make it a point and be like, hey,
- 3:26Speaker 2: how are you Yes, so.
- 3:27Speaker 1: So I'm very happy anyway. The el Green asks thoughts
- 3:32Speaker 1: on the new cast for VPR at sir, Lol, So
- 3:36Speaker 1: I've seen pictures and I don't want anyone to get
- 3:40Speaker 1: hung up on the photos because if you remember correctly,
- 3:45Speaker 1: there I think it was season ten. They released the
- 3:49Speaker 1: cast photos of us, you guys, and we all looked
- 3:51Speaker 1: so they made Katie's eyes either closer together or something.
- 3:56Speaker 1: They made us all look.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Not like ourselves.
- 3:59Speaker 1: We looked like, yes, I looks like wax figures.
- 4:03Speaker 2: So I know one of the girls that is going
- 4:06Speaker 2: to be on the new season. Okay, and I met
- 4:09Speaker 2: her like a year ago. We've been in touch, we've
- 4:10Speaker 2: seen each other and we call each other on Instagram.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Don't but she is beautiful. Yeah, And I even saw
- 4:19Speaker 2: like the photo of her still looks beautiful, but I
- 4:23Speaker 2: was like, that's not her.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Right, So someone said it all the photo almost looks
- 4:30Speaker 1: like someone went into that like AI type thing and
- 4:33Speaker 1: described the old cast and it just shot out images
- 4:37Speaker 1: of like what this robot thinks that like James Kennedy
- 4:41Speaker 1: looks like if I were to explain him, or who
- 4:46Speaker 1: uh Arianna or Shina looks like. And then it just
- 4:49Speaker 1: like shot out images and they're like, all right, here's
- 4:51Speaker 1: the cast and like maybe they're missing I don't know,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and eyebrow because I think Shena was missing an eyebrow
- 4:57Speaker 1: in one of the photos. Sounds the cast photos so well,
- 5:00Speaker 1: I have here's the thing I don't want to give
- 5:03Speaker 1: them a hard time. They've got large shoes to fill
- 5:06Speaker 1: when it comes to stepping into a season twelve of
- 5:10Speaker 1: a show that's existed for eleven years, a cast that
- 5:13Speaker 1: people have rocked with.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Yes, Easton hot take, Okay, I have a feeling that
- 5:20Speaker 2: they're trying to revamp vander Pump because she wants people
- 5:25Speaker 2: in her restaurant again. Because I've never seen Sir more
- 5:29Speaker 2: dead ever I attend to class near Okay, it's always.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Dead, all right, I'm gonna I'm going to I feel
- 5:38Speaker 1: like back that up with since the pandemic, La is dead.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Praying to God that having so many big events like
- 5:48Speaker 1: the Olympics. I think it's the World Cup. I'm praying
- 5:51Speaker 1: that the city gets cleaned up, revived the night like
- 5:54Speaker 1: nightlife is dead.
- 5:56Speaker 2: But let me tell you, but is it dead because.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The pandemic change it?
- 6:01Speaker 2: There is a pandemic, but not even me, Like that's
- 6:03Speaker 2: the thing I just told you in the regular episode
- 6:06Speaker 2: about Miami. Don't I love Miami just for like, I.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Don't think Miami is affected at all.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I like just the geographical area that it is in.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I love that area. I don't like going out. Is
- 6:19Speaker 2: it a new thing with kids not drinking. People just
- 6:23Speaker 2: not go out at night like that is My other thing,
- 6:26Speaker 2: is the night life just dead because of the new
- 6:30Speaker 2: generation not drinking, wanting to go to bed early, like
- 6:35Speaker 2: they take care of their body, they're eating curst.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, The coffee shops are popping.
- 6:39Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying, Like mornings, if you really want
- 6:42Speaker 2: to party and go out, it's eight am and grabbing
- 6:45Speaker 2: coffee with your friends. That is right up as right.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:49Speaker 2: But that's where I'm saying, like, will a night life
- 6:51Speaker 2: ever be revived if people don't want to go out
- 6:55Speaker 2: at night? Because I'm that person. If you started a club,
- 6:58Speaker 2: I'm not going no, no, no no. See. So that's where
- 7:01Speaker 2: I'm like, does LA need to restructure into somehow having
- 7:07Speaker 2: an early bird special?
- 7:09Speaker 1: Yes, four thirty to give me the fuck, I will
- 7:11Speaker 1: be there. And by the way, I go to dinner
- 7:14Speaker 1: at four thirty often and it is.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Poppin' right, That's what I'm saying. So I don't think
- 7:18Speaker 2: them it will ever be revived for a night life
- 7:22Speaker 2: in a sense.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Okay, I don't think it has anything to do with
- 7:25Speaker 1: the restaurant. I think the Vanner Pump rules is iconic.
- 7:29Speaker 1: They're not ready to give it up. That's give it
- 7:31Speaker 1: a new wave. And I hope that people are kind
- 7:34Speaker 1: and respectful and give Vanner Pump Rules two point zero
- 7:38Speaker 1: a chance.
- 7:39Speaker 2: And well they should. The cast. I mean, like I said,
- 7:42Speaker 2: I know the girl.
- 7:42Speaker 1: New cast did nothing to you.
- 7:44Speaker 2: No, and the new cast will be good. All you
- 7:46Speaker 2: have to do is separate the shows. Yes they're the
- 7:49Speaker 2: same name, but you can't compare the two. They're very different.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Yes that's the number one thing that they have to do.
- 7:55Speaker 2: But even see you next Tuesdays, they're like when it
- 7:59Speaker 2: is packed her so fun the vibe. So I'm excited
- 8:03Speaker 2: for that to hopefully be revived with people going in
- 8:05Speaker 2: to see the cast and things like that, because I'll
- 8:08Speaker 2: be there. I will do fucking vip table though.
- 8:11Speaker 1: All right, I hope I'm saying this right. COLEI Gray.
- 8:14Speaker 1: She said, how do you feel motherhood has changed you?
- 8:18Speaker 1: I and you probably wouldn't know this, or maybe you
- 8:23Speaker 1: you have noticed since Uh I've had children. But I
- 8:28Speaker 1: tend to kind of think through things that I'm going
- 8:31Speaker 1: to say or do before I actually say or do them.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Your intentions are very different now.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I do things with intent curiousious. I tend to look
- 8:46Speaker 1: at the repercussions. Not always. I'm still like, I'm still
- 8:50Speaker 1: a person as we all are, but I just think
- 8:53Speaker 1: that before I put on an outfit or I do anything,
- 8:56Speaker 1: that's me trying to get my law law back. I
- 9:01Speaker 1: feel a little self conscious, which I normally don't feel
- 9:05Speaker 1: that way. And I don't know if that has to
- 9:07Speaker 1: do with kids, but it's like I want to set
- 9:09Speaker 1: a good example. I want to make them proud, but
- 9:12Speaker 1: I also want to be myself still.
- 9:14Speaker 2: And being yourself is going to make them proud. That's
- 9:18Speaker 2: the other thing. Rock on a hard spot. How are
- 9:20Speaker 2: my kids gonna view me? Well, doesn't matter. Be you
- 9:23Speaker 2: and authentically you and your kids will love it.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. When Ocean's giving me a
- 9:27Speaker 1: really hard time and it's like an all day thing
- 9:30Speaker 1: and I have to like really put my foot down,
- 9:31Speaker 1: bring down the hammer, and at the end we have
- 9:34Speaker 1: our like nightly talk and we say, you know, we're
- 9:37Speaker 1: going to do better tomorrow. Mommy loves you. The other night,
- 9:41Speaker 1: she goes, Mom, it's okay. You just have to be
- 9:45Speaker 1: okay with the fact that you weren't a great mom today.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Oh and I'm like, what that is so rude? Well,
- 9:52Speaker 1: then you need to be okay with the fact that
- 9:53Speaker 1: you weren't a great kid today.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Do you got that? I got that she's smart enough.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Then I would argue with her.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Oh my god, you guys, I didn't tell you this
- 10:02Speaker 1: in the regular episode. So with the baby shower, there
- 10:05Speaker 1: were a lot of kids here and the playroom is
- 10:07Speaker 1: a mess. All good, that's what a playroom is for.
- 10:09Speaker 1: But I mom made a joke and was like, and
- 10:11Speaker 1: I bet you cleaned up the whole playroom, and she goes, no,
- 10:14Speaker 1: I did not, because, if you think about it, jeej,
- 10:17Speaker 1: I had so many friends up there and we were
- 10:20Speaker 1: all making a mess, and so I didn't clean anything
- 10:22Speaker 1: up because what I'm going to do is have another
- 10:25Speaker 1: playdate and make them clean up.
- 10:27Speaker 2: The mess to make it Wow.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I mean, that is so smart. I thought she was
- 10:31Speaker 1: gonna say, we're gonna make it dirty again, But she's
- 10:33Speaker 1: gonna bring kids over to delegate and put them to
- 10:37Speaker 1: work to clean up her mess. LEFA, that is funny,
- 10:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna say. Lola dot Sarda said, how do I
- 10:50Speaker 1: get my crazy ex to stop calling my phone? He
- 10:52Speaker 1: won't leave me alone? That's a tough one because I
- 10:55Speaker 1: want to say block him, but god forbid, he's crazy
- 10:59Speaker 1: and does something. You need documentation of him calling you
- 11:02Speaker 1: a ton of time?
- 11:03Speaker 2: Yeah, like, what is the because she gave me no
- 11:07Speaker 2: harassment three calls after x amount of time? Or what
- 11:10Speaker 2: is the it to be out an harassment? Like how
- 11:13Speaker 2: many calls in X amount of time?
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know. I mean,
- 11:19Speaker 1: I think what I would say is, if you want
- 11:23Speaker 1: him to stop calling you, you need to send a
- 11:25Speaker 1: text message that says I will not be answering your
- 11:27Speaker 1: phone calls, please leave me alone if he continues to call,
- 11:30Speaker 1: Like I don't trust.
- 11:31Speaker 2: That needs to be good place.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Right, Like I come from back in the day before
- 11:36Speaker 1: I experienced a lot of life. It's like my ex
- 11:39Speaker 1: is calling me a ton Like I'm over it. He's annoying,
- 11:42Speaker 1: but like I wasn't in fear. Right now that I've
- 11:45Speaker 1: seen some shit, I'm like, I need documentation. I need
- 11:49Speaker 1: to put in writing that I want him to stop
- 11:50Speaker 1: calling me. I need to uh let him know that
- 11:54Speaker 1: if he continues, this is what will happen, and then
- 11:57Speaker 1: follow through with it. So the only I mean if
- 11:59Speaker 1: you're in fear, I would definitely like stay on your toes.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I don't know how long he has been or this
- 12:05Speaker 2: has been going on, but if it's I mean, if
- 12:09Speaker 2: she's been dealing with this for over a month, in
- 12:12Speaker 2: my opinion, I would probably reach out and try to
- 12:14Speaker 2: get a restraining order. Yeah, because now you I mean,
- 12:17Speaker 2: if you, you probably have enough text calls to be
- 12:19Speaker 2: like I am I'm in danger or but then on the.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Flip side and he gets Lodge doesn't freaking protect you
- 12:27Speaker 1: at all. It's like when you watch enough, it's like
- 12:30Speaker 1: a restraining order. So what's that a little piece of
- 12:32Speaker 1: paper that says he can't come around? And when he
- 12:34Speaker 1: comes around? What do I do? If she has called
- 12:37Speaker 1: us she needs like, there's nothing that anyone can do.
- 12:39Speaker 1: You just hope that they're afraid of the law.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Yeah, which the only thing that I would say to
- 12:44Speaker 2: her is if there's no kids involved in there needs
- 12:47Speaker 2: to be known communication and he's just doing it. Change
- 12:50Speaker 2: your number.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I agree with that. I go back to don't change
- 12:53Speaker 1: your number because you need documentation.
- 12:55Speaker 2: But the document I mean, yes, but he'll get your number,
- 13:00Speaker 2: your new number and you'll get new documentation. Is how
- 13:03Speaker 2: I feel. And if you get a new number and
- 13:04Speaker 2: you had your old phone with like the text from
- 13:06Speaker 2: the old number, and you get a new one and
- 13:08Speaker 2: then you have that, you could be like he see
- 13:10Speaker 2: me twice?
- 13:10Speaker 1: Help heap everything. Well, that's what I'm saying exactly, Like,
- 13:13Speaker 1: don't turn the phone in because you changed your number
- 13:16Speaker 1: and you kept all your old texts. Oh I certainly did.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I have like three phones with a bunch of on them.
- 13:21Speaker 2: And like you could. Yeah, so that's what I would do.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Change your number. If he gets the secondary number, that's
- 13:26Speaker 2: when you would, in my opinion, reach out for help.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Right, I agree with you a nik dot gov says
- 13:33Speaker 1: Easton what are you looking for in a life partner?
- 13:36Speaker 1: You deserve to find your person.
- 13:38Speaker 2: That is the sweetest thing. And thank you. I really
- 13:41Speaker 2: do have to say how many people are sweet to
- 13:42Speaker 2: me on this podcast.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Oh I love that for you.
- 13:45Speaker 2: So thank you to everyone who has been very nice
- 13:47Speaker 2: and supportive. Even through the loss of my father, I
- 13:50Speaker 2: got a lot of good ride in.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So and even through the dreadlocks.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah I forgot I had him.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Do you know what you're looking for in a person?
- 14:01Speaker 2: No, I think I'm in. I think I'm in Britain spot.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Doing trying to find yourself.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Yeah, like I need to find my forever me, to
- 14:10Speaker 2: find somebody else. And like right now I'm still like
- 14:12Speaker 2: trying to figure out what do I actually love, right,
- 14:15Speaker 2: and like even like I want to have a career,
- 14:19Speaker 2: you know, not that I'm not working my way into one,
- 14:21Speaker 2: but like I am in love with fashion, so like
- 14:23Speaker 2: I'm thinking I would love to get myself into fashion.
- 14:26Speaker 2: And I would love somebody world artsy world, yeah, yeah,
- 14:32Speaker 2: very yeah, just like somebody like I don't know, it
- 14:34Speaker 2: sounds weird, just an imaginary or an imagine imaginative companion
- 14:40Speaker 2: that can be and dream together. I love that and
- 14:44Speaker 2: make things happen. But like I look like you want.
- 14:46Speaker 1: To live in the song A Million Dreams. Yeah, and
- 14:48Speaker 1: the Greatest Showman.
- 14:49Speaker 2: But like I want her to have her own things,
- 14:51Speaker 2: so like it's not even like me saying like I
- 14:55Speaker 2: don't want to support, It's like I want her to
- 14:57Speaker 2: have her own things so that her confidence is there,
- 15:00Speaker 2: she is or her she is her own person.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Right, You guys don't like your identities don't lie within
- 15:07Speaker 1: each other.
- 15:07Speaker 2: I'm not dating you because I'm needing identity and you're
- 15:10Speaker 2: not dating me for an identity.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Right again my very first boyfriend. The mom said, you don't.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It should never be a fifty to fifty thing. It
- 15:18Speaker 1: should be two people coming in at one hundred percent
- 15:20Speaker 1: to equal two hundred.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Yeah. So I think that's just somebody who's you know,
- 15:27Speaker 2: can just fit me and just we can just dream together.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Yeah, and you can sit on the couch and watch
- 15:31Speaker 1: all the movies in the world.
- 15:33Speaker 2: And I've said it before and I don't know how
- 15:36Speaker 2: to it'll come off this time. Either. I want to
- 15:38Speaker 2: be with somebody who I can be with but sit
- 15:40Speaker 2: silently with. Oh God, like there is nothing better. And
- 15:43Speaker 2: that was my ex.
- 15:46Speaker 1: You know, like me and her would just not our
- 15:48Speaker 1: ip like she died, but like the relationship, the relationship.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Is like me and her could just sit We would
- 15:55Speaker 2: watch a show for like three hours and I look
- 15:57Speaker 2: at her and just like call her, and she just
- 16:00Speaker 2: and call me. Went back and then we got let's eat.
- 16:02Speaker 1: That's so cute.
- 16:02Speaker 2: It was just so easy.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but she kind of took your heart through the wringers.
- 16:06Speaker 1: So she's not the greatest fan, not the biggest fan.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I will say this before we move on. I get it.
- 16:12Speaker 1: You are new into sobriety. You have not reached a
- 16:15Speaker 1: year and in the program they advise you to stay single.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Stay single a year, yes, and I even so, and
- 16:22Speaker 2: it was crazy. I was there's just this girl who
- 16:25Speaker 2: I've been talking to who we just go to meetings too,
- 16:28Speaker 2: like yeah. And I told my sponsor and he was like, well,
- 16:31Speaker 2: what is going on? And I was like nothing, I'm
- 16:33Speaker 2: just going to meetings and he was like, all right,
- 16:34Speaker 2: please let me know if something does, because I'll have
- 16:37Speaker 2: things to say. And I was like, okay, but him
- 16:39Speaker 2: just to say that, I was like, I'm keeping distance.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Yeah, you have to everyone good, but yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 2: It's what do I have now? Nine months?
- 16:47Speaker 1: Yeah, well I'm bad at math almost you'll hit a
- 16:49Speaker 1: year in August. Oh, we got another one from Lola
- 16:54Speaker 1: Lola dot Sareda also says, how's my hour, girl, Lil Whoa.
- 17:00Speaker 2: I just took her to Palm Springs.
- 17:03Speaker 1: She's thriving.
- 17:04Speaker 2: She's thriving.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Not if you can't walk for shit, but it's fine.
- 17:06Speaker 2: No, But I was giving her all the love. She
- 17:09Speaker 2: didn't need help up getting wet herself. Great, she had
- 17:13Speaker 2: two nuggets in the house. But let me tell you,
- 17:15Speaker 2: let me tell you I pick her up to go outside.
- 17:20Speaker 2: She is on her way to the door, and she
- 17:23Speaker 2: dropped one right by the door, right out of the door,
- 17:26Speaker 2: and then one on her way, and then just dropped
- 17:28Speaker 2: one on the grass. So the effort was there.
- 17:31Speaker 1: You know what. That's all you can ask for, if
- 17:33Speaker 1: you think about it. And again, I'm bad at math,
- 17:34Speaker 1: but I've had her.
- 17:35Speaker 2: She's twelve thirteen, how old is she forty?
- 17:42Speaker 1: She's running the love with her?
- 17:45Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't even tell you, not that ever. Not
- 17:49Speaker 2: very handy. You know, her feet are everywhere. She pooped
- 17:52Speaker 2: in the corner, okay, and she can't get out of
- 17:56Speaker 2: the corner, and so I'm like going over to like
- 17:58Speaker 2: I'm sprinting.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Yeah, she almost felt fell in her own ship. Oh no,
- 18:06Speaker 2: she saved herself. I didn't even have to do anything.
- 18:08Speaker 1: You know what, though, I appreciate how much everyone has
- 18:11Speaker 1: rallied to take care of her, because she took care
- 18:14Speaker 1: of me in like my deepest, darkest moment. She's done
- 18:18Speaker 1: with me, though, Yes, she has been riding like a
- 18:22Speaker 1: real one from the jump. And then I feel like
- 18:25Speaker 1: I abandoned her once I had two children. She fell
- 18:27Speaker 1: to the back burner. I need to give her love.
- 18:31Speaker 1: But you and Mom have really stepped up, and I
- 18:33Speaker 1: appreciate it.
- 18:34Speaker 2: But she's great, and she is eating well good well
- 18:39Speaker 2: well so lillo.
- 18:43Speaker 1: She a big old underscore, just Ashley Marie underscore. How
- 18:47Speaker 1: do you manage to stay so confident even after becoming
- 18:50Speaker 1: a mom? Asking as a mom of two.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Great almost ever?
- 19:00Speaker 1: Sometimes I look at them and I'm like, you, guys
- 19:02Speaker 1: could pay me a compliment, that'd be cool. I'd like that.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I feel like all of our family is like that,
- 19:06Speaker 2: Like Mom wants us to We all need work, and
- 19:10Speaker 2: none of us do it because we're like, fuck you,
- 19:12Speaker 2: you're not giving them to me.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I know it's a give and take. Honestly, Ashley Marie,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I fake it. I truly fake it.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Fake it till you make it, and once you make it,
- 19:22Speaker 2: keep faking it.
- 19:23Speaker 1: No, Like when People's I came onto the screen season
- 19:25Speaker 1: four and everyone's like, she's so confident. I'm like, coming,
- 19:28Speaker 1: I don't know who you're talking about. I literally could
- 19:31Speaker 1: not be more insecure. I want to hide in a corner.
- 19:34Speaker 1: But if I show my weakness. These people pray on.
- 19:37Speaker 2: The Week Vulture Vulture, right, yes, they just waws out.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Circle waiting for me to fall down and look like
- 19:45Speaker 1: I'm dying. It ain't gonna happen on my watch. It
- 19:48Speaker 1: is not gonna happen on my watch. Honestly, take a
- 19:52Speaker 1: hot photo, even if you have to edit it and
- 19:54Speaker 1: look at it. Sometimes I do that. No, no, I'm
- 19:58Speaker 1: not post it, Okay, just like look at it and
- 20:00Speaker 1: be like, you know what.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I saw this editing thing like that you could get
- 20:04Speaker 2: and was on Instagram and like this girl takes a
- 20:07Speaker 2: picture and like torture whole body. I was like, oh
- 20:10Speaker 2: my god, well yeah, not even by women, Like I
- 20:14Speaker 2: could get in there and give myself some muscles, and
- 20:16Speaker 2: then when you see me, you're like, what is this
- 20:18Speaker 2: pit bull that I thought I was meeting? He's a chihuahuah.
- 20:22Speaker 1: But everyone loves though the El Green says, which of
- 20:28Speaker 1: your former Slash current castmates hate when people ask for pictures?
- 20:32Speaker 1: Slash spot them out. My number one I think would
- 20:36Speaker 1: be Jax Taylor. I think he pretends to be annoyed,
- 20:40Speaker 1: but he also loves like at the same time loves
- 20:43Speaker 1: the attention. Stacy she it depends on the day. I
- 20:50Speaker 1: think for the most part she would be cool. But
- 20:54Speaker 1: I think there are times where she's like, I just
- 20:55Speaker 1: want to like be left alone, don't come up to me.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I'm just like kicking it with my kids. Totally understandable.
- 21:03Speaker 1: And then the James can become kind of a dick.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I think he's Katie sometimes gets annoyed as well.
- 21:10Speaker 2: I think James and zah Er Jacks are in like
- 21:13Speaker 2: the same boat of life. Yeah, they love it, but
- 21:15Speaker 2: like I'm too big for it.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Right, They're like so fucking annoying. I'm like, well, these
- 21:19Speaker 1: people are literally the reason why you're where you are.
- 21:23Speaker 2: It's almost like I think, like, I'm too big for
- 21:25Speaker 2: you to come up to me, but where's my security
- 21:28Speaker 2: to protect me. Well, you're in the middle of it,
- 21:31Speaker 2: so get ready, buddy, you're going to be coming up
- 21:33Speaker 2: on you got security, right, I don't.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Know it's it's a hit or miss, which I'm just
- 21:41Speaker 1: gonna say. It could be the addiction. It could be
- 21:44Speaker 1: completely different. Now if you've got two people who are
- 21:46Speaker 1: sober and they're not coming down coming off.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Well, seeing you know, an ex that you know you had,
- 21:56Speaker 2: and then like seeing Jack's and like actually him trying
- 22:00Speaker 2: to better himself and things like that, Like you can
- 22:02Speaker 2: tell that that addiction makes you irritable as fuck. Yeah,
- 22:08Speaker 2: I've seen it. Yes, firsthand, we didn't know what was
- 22:11Speaker 2: going on, but yeah, but now to see it, it's
- 22:15Speaker 2: like move, move, move, irritable, irritable, irritable. If you're irritable,
- 22:18Speaker 2: we have to do something else.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Because I went to the bathroom and now you're in
- 22:21Speaker 1: a great mood. That's kind of weird. But I think
- 22:24Speaker 1: you just have a lot of energy. This is strange. Wow,
- 22:26Speaker 1: I know.
- 22:27Speaker 2: I was like, oh my god, I just need to make.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Much older than so much.
- 22:31Speaker 2: I was energy. God, he's just smelling money and he's
- 22:33Speaker 2: just got energy. It's crazy money.
- 22:36Speaker 1: It was so naive.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Wow. Right coming from Utah, I wasn't like just kicking
- 22:42Speaker 2: it with coke heads. I was smoking pot and then
- 22:45Speaker 2: I meet this guy and he's got energy. I was like,
- 22:47Speaker 2: fucking la the money, the money get you going? Like,
- 22:53Speaker 2: how could you not like waking up getting in your
- 22:54Speaker 2: rolls Royce, It's like, how could you not just wake
- 22:57Speaker 2: up high? But come to find out he was waking
- 23:00Speaker 2: up high than high, then high, but irritable back to
- 23:06Speaker 2: the point irritable and that could change for photos.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Yes, I would say the most gracious people for sure,
- 23:12Speaker 1: Well thank you.
- 23:14Speaker 2: I really am saying that like you Sheena for sure,
- 23:17Speaker 2: I think Shina is Sheena loves it, Sena loves it.
- 23:23Speaker 2: But I also will say, even being with Sena and
- 23:25Speaker 2: even being with you, if I didn't even know you,
- 23:28Speaker 2: it's because I am the same way. We don't have
- 23:32Speaker 2: inviting personalities or auras. Like when you look at us,
- 23:36Speaker 2: you're not like they're inviting. Let me go say hello.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Sheena is like very easy to come up to, and
- 23:44Speaker 2: I think that's why, But you don't like it's just
- 23:48Speaker 2: the way you are. I think more people would come
- 23:50Speaker 2: up to you. When we were in what's it called,
- 23:52Speaker 2: I don't know, Palm Springs and that girl came up
- 23:54Speaker 2: to us at frieda woman and Frida's and she was like, hey,
- 23:57Speaker 2: I don't want to bother you, but I love you,
- 23:59Speaker 2: and she just walked away. Yeah, you know like I
- 24:02Speaker 2: feel like that to her was going to be crazy
- 24:04Speaker 2: because the area you put off and everybody see this bitch,
- 24:07Speaker 2: come and say hello, Come and come and say hello,
- 24:11Speaker 2: get a photo. She's all about it.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Orals underscore, Oh says how to say spicy and be
- 24:17Speaker 1: a mom first baby, feel pressure to be more reserved,
- 24:20Speaker 1: but I'm a spicy bitch with a chili. I say,
- 24:24Speaker 1: be spicy.
- 24:25Speaker 2: No, that's what you want to be. A mom and spicy,
- 24:28Speaker 2: you can be both.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Don't deny yourself who you are just because you become
- 24:31Speaker 1: a mom does not mean, like I think, if you
- 24:34Speaker 1: became a mom and you suddenly got like, became reserved,
- 24:37Speaker 1: be reserved. Don't deny yourself that there's gonna be a
- 24:40Speaker 1: day where like the hormones level out. I don't know
- 24:42Speaker 1: how long that freaking takes, but I don't think you
- 24:44Speaker 1: should deny yourself who you are.
- 24:46Speaker 2: Who you are in that moment. Yeah.
- 24:48Speaker 1: And by the way, I don't intentionally think about, uh,
- 24:55Speaker 1: like should I wear this? Should I not? It's just
- 24:57Speaker 1: something that happened to me. I don't particularly enjoy it.
- 25:02Speaker 1: I would like my spice back. I would like to
- 25:04Speaker 1: be unfiltered like I used to be.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Be grateful you're in the position to have kids and
- 25:10Speaker 2: still still be spicy.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and still, I say rocket, don't feel pressure to
- 25:15Speaker 1: be more reserved exactly.
- 25:17Speaker 2: And if you feel bad about it, all you got
- 25:19Speaker 2: to do is look them and go, I'm sorry, I'm spicy.
- 25:21Speaker 2: I don't know why. And now be spicy. You you've
- 25:24Speaker 2: cleared the air.
- 25:25Speaker 1: I like spice. What's your favorite and least favorite vacation
- 25:28Speaker 1: slash trips you went on for vander pump Roules. This
- 25:31Speaker 1: is the easiest. Uh. San Francisco. Hated it, hated it,
- 25:35Speaker 1: hated it hated all of season eleven. Cried every single day,
- 25:39Speaker 1: didn't want to film, didn't want to be there, didn't
- 25:41Speaker 1: want to do anything. It was torture. So now I
- 25:50Speaker 1: can finally say it hated it.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Well, it's crazy to see like all of these other
- 25:56Speaker 2: reality TV shows going to like.
- 26:00Speaker 1: But by the way, why it was fun? We know,
- 26:03Speaker 1: but we we had like really nice.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Lot Emmy, sorry up for an Emmy, and you guys
- 26:12Speaker 2: you go to San Francisco.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I think they just knew that the show was probably
- 26:16Speaker 1: there was nothing to work with. There was truly nothing
- 26:18Speaker 1: to work with. We're gonna take a bunch of people,
- 26:20Speaker 1: We're gonna drop mad money on a fantastic trip when
- 26:23Speaker 1: these people don't even want to be here, Get on
- 26:27Speaker 1: a freaking puddle jumper, go to San Francisco, and let's
- 26:31Speaker 1: call it if you're making it.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Go.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I was like I that day that we wrapped,
- 26:40Speaker 1: I was like, I'm so happy. I cried that night,
- 26:44Speaker 1: pure joy. I was like, it's over the day that
- 26:48Speaker 1: we started. I kept telling myself it'll be I just
- 26:52Speaker 1: wanted over. I just want it over. And I'd look
- 26:54Speaker 1: at how many days we had left. I'm like, oh
- 26:56Speaker 1: my god, we still have a fucking month. I can't
- 26:57Speaker 1: do it. I would sob them on and being like
- 26:59Speaker 1: I cannot do this. I cannot do this. When I
- 27:02Speaker 1: would get days off, when they'd be like, we don't
- 27:04Speaker 1: need you tomorrow, just the best day of it, I'm like,
- 27:08Speaker 1: you have made my fucking day. Normally, when they're like
- 27:11Speaker 1: you have a day off, I'm like, oh, that's a bummer.
- 27:13Speaker 1: I love filming, not season eleven. Nope, give me all that.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Do you want to just cut me now? Like, I'm
- 27:17Speaker 1: totally fine with that. You can take the check, don't care,
- 27:20Speaker 1: have it, bye, don't care, good check.
- 27:23Speaker 2: I don't even need my last page, just have it.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Take it. I'll give one shit. I'm not coming into
- 27:29Speaker 2: the office to pick up that check.
- 27:30Speaker 1: The other one that was really rough was uh, season
- 27:35Speaker 1: seven when Dad died and I hadn't been favor and
- 27:39Speaker 1: I went to Mexico and got wasted and everyone thought
- 27:41Speaker 1: I had done molly or ecstasy or whatever the drug
- 27:43Speaker 1: is that makes you want people to touch you.
- 27:46Speaker 2: No, that just called your dad dying.
- 27:48Speaker 1: No, this is called the Sunday Scaries. And I'm having
- 27:50Speaker 1: such bad anxiety that I need someone to punch me
- 27:52Speaker 1: in the face to make me think about you punching
- 27:55Speaker 1: me in the face and not how I want to
- 27:57Speaker 1: crawl out of my.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Own skin, make me feel something real.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Well, because I I hadn't been drinking. My dad died,
- 28:01Speaker 1: and then I deep dive into the bottle drinking morning
- 28:03Speaker 1: until night. It was absolutely horrible. Yeah, it was horrible. Yeah,
- 28:08Speaker 1: the worst time of my life.
- 28:10Speaker 2: And that's the thing like back in the day, I
- 28:11Speaker 2: really will say, like, I think I've always had a
- 28:13Speaker 2: drinking problem. I think it's always been there, Yes, okay,
- 28:16Speaker 2: but I really like when Dad was alive, I never drank.
- 28:20Speaker 2: I'm literally thinking about it. And the only times I
- 28:22Speaker 2: would get absolutely obliterated. Yeah is that your hard rock
- 28:26Speaker 2: event or other events where we would do that. Other
- 28:29Speaker 2: than that, I would he have to glass of wine
- 28:31Speaker 2: with Dad. And after that, boy, oh boy, after I
- 28:36Speaker 2: found him, it was seagrims with a twist of lime.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Oh, damn Nike headache. You guys. I hope you enjoyed
- 28:43Speaker 1: the episode of the bonus. Thank you for writing in
- 28:47Speaker 1: your questions. I hope I gave you impeccable answers. We'll
- 28:50Speaker 1: catch you on Wednesday for the regular episode and next
- 28:54Speaker 1: week for the bonus.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Bye.
