- 0:00Speaker 1: October is flying. It's the 27th. It's 106.7 Light FM.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Tuesday morning with Cubby, Christine, and producer Kristen. Speaking of
- 0:06Speaker 1: time flying, what did you witness yesterday, Christine?
- 0:09Speaker 2: My own freak out in Stop and Shop.
- 0:11Speaker 3: What'd you see?
- 0:13Speaker 2: I saw the Christmas candies out. Like Halloween candy was
- 0:17Speaker 2: where you're like, here, get rid of those. We're done.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Which Halloween hasn't happened yet. And now it's like Christmas displays.
- 0:24Speaker 2: And I went, oh, no, oh, no, oh, it's happening.
- 0:26Speaker 1: And as you're talking, I'm seeing it on your Instagram
- 0:28Speaker 1: story right now. The Christine Nagy.
- 0:29Speaker 3: There it is. It's not surprising, really. 59 days until Christmas.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Okay.
- 0:34Speaker 3: 60 days until your birthday.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 0:37Speaker 3: We should throw that in there more often. Okay. Because
- 0:39Speaker 3: you always get forgotten about on December 26th. Thank you.
- 0:41Speaker 1: But yeah, 59 days until Christmas. Christmas stuff is kind
- 0:44Speaker 1: of everywhere now. And then you'll be seeing the Valentine's
- 0:47Speaker 1: Day cards.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Oh, please.
- 0:49Speaker 2: That is like the most depressing day to me because
- 0:52Speaker 2: my birthday being the day after Christmas, they're like done
- 0:55Speaker 2: with Christmas and they put the Valentine's Day stuff out.
- 0:57Speaker 3: It's quick. Wait, wait, wait. They don't waste.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Well, I'm not ready.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Anytime, like January. Well, yeah. Your birthday, you're right. They
- 1:03Speaker 3: have it on. They have the cards out.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Well, nobody wants to go out on my birthday. Wah, wah, wah.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I'll whine about this every year. But are you used
- 1:09Speaker 2: to it by now? All the plans get canceled. Yeah,
- 1:11Speaker 2: but it doesn't mean I like it.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I mean, I'm used to it, but. It doesn't make
- 1:16Speaker 2: it any easier. I've just accepted it.
- 1:19Speaker 3: You get a fair amount of texts, though, right? And
- 1:22Speaker 3: Facebook messages. Yes. Thankfully, Facebook reminds people these days.
- 1:26Speaker 2: It does.
- 1:27Speaker 3: So, yeah, I always feel. And then Kristen is December 29th. Yes.
- 1:31Speaker 2: She's like pretty much in the same boat as me.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I had a friend of mine, their birthday was January 3rd.
- 1:37Speaker 1: And they talked about how they got no attention because
- 1:40Speaker 1: people were burnt out after New Year's Eve.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Oh, Christmas and New Year's, yeah.
- 1:43Speaker 3: So, yeah, it's tough. Hey, today, October 27th, National Black
- 1:47Speaker 3: Cat Day.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Yay, I love them so much.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Very pretty cats.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I love them, yes.
- 1:51Speaker 3: But are you very superstitious?
- 1:53Speaker 1: If you saw a black cat walk across your path,
- 1:56Speaker 1: would you think the day is going to be a
- 1:57Speaker 1: bad day?
- 1:58Speaker 2: Oh, God, no.
- 1:59Speaker 3: I would.
- 1:59Speaker 2: It's a good day because I get to see a
- 2:01Speaker 2: black cat. Yes.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It's National American Beer Day. I don't know if you
- 2:06Speaker 1: have the same days as I do.
- 2:07Speaker 3: I have a different list. I have Crank Coworkers Day.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Is that on your list?
- 2:10Speaker 2: Crank?
- 2:11Speaker 3: Crank Coworkers Day.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Wait, like Cranky Coworkers?
- 2:14Speaker 3: I don't know if they mean Prank or Crank, but
- 2:16Speaker 3: Crank Coworkers. And then it's Etiquette Day. Is that on
- 2:19Speaker 3: your list? No. Today's Etiquette Day?
- 2:21Speaker 2: I think we're pretty good with manners, though. I have
- 2:24Speaker 2: a National Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I saw that. I didn't want to say it.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Day.
- 2:28Speaker 3: National Parmigiano-Reggiano Day.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Yeah. You know, I just have the, oh boy, my
- 2:34Speaker 2: Italian friends were not going to like this. The plastic,
- 2:36Speaker 2: the big plastic container and just.
- 2:38Speaker 3: What was for dinner last night, by the way?
- 2:40Speaker 2: Oh, I'm going to get in trouble. What?
- 2:44Speaker 3: Chicken and Brussels sprouts.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Eric wasn't home. Girl dinner.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Oh, microwave?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Apples, dips in peanut butter. Call it a day.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Good for you.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:56Speaker 3: I mean, you don't have to worry about any cholesterol
- 2:58Speaker 3: issues or anything. You're eating good.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I don't know, the peanut butter, but.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Well, apples are okay, though.
- 3:02Speaker 2: If Eric's not there, I'm not... I don't really do anything.
- 3:06Speaker 3: That's actually really good.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Well, thanks, Cubby. I don't know if it's the healthiest,
- 3:09Speaker 2: but thank you.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I had mac and cheese, because it was leftover from
- 3:13Speaker 1: one of the kids, and my wife was out with
- 3:16Speaker 1: Naomi at German school.
- 3:17Speaker 2: I was going to ask if you were on your own.
- 3:18Speaker 2: That sounds like you were on your own dinner.
- 3:19Speaker 3: It was just me and Miles. Yeah.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Oh, so you boys could eat, yeah, mac and cheese, pizza,
- 3:24Speaker 2: whatever you like.
- 3:25Speaker 3: World Series on, everything.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Oh, you two were watching the World Series.
- 3:28Speaker 3: That's cute. All right.
- 3:30Speaker 1: We're happy to be with you on this Tuesday morning.
- 3:32Speaker 1: We got a lot to talk about. We got two
- 3:34Speaker 1: pretty cool things coming up next. Jonas Brothers tickets at
- 3:38Speaker 1: 725 and tickets for MJ the Musical just after 8 a.m.
