Two girls, ages 10 and 13, are safely recovered in Houston after being taken from their Texas home by two suspects who allegedly claimed they were being abused. The mother reported her younger daughter missing, only to later learn from her older daughter that a man named Pedro Javier Alvarez Castillo had contacted her and said he’d “rescue” the girls.
