- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04In this episode, we're going to keep powering through the
- 0:07Virginia Roberts deposition, and to do that, we're going to
- 0:11pick up where we left off. Manager. All right, Miss Roberts,
- 0:16I want to talk to you about where you were
- 0:18living in the late nineteen nineties. Do you recall you
- 0:21testified earlier. I believe that you were living at your
- 0:24parents' house and you gave us an address at the
- 0:27time you started at mar A Lago, Virginia. Yes, Manager,
- 0:33do you remember where you lived previous to living at
- 0:36your parents' house at that time? Virginia. Like I said,
- 0:39I was a runaway, so there was a lot of
- 0:42different places that I lived. One of the places that
- 0:45I lived, like I told you earlier, with Redacted's parents,
- 0:49that was somewhere around Fort Lauderdale, I believe, maybe a
- 0:53little bit outside of it, Menager, Okay, Virginia, Redacted got
- 0:58an apartment and I lived in redacted the apartment for
- 1:01a short period. Manager. And where do you recall that being,
- 1:06Virginia somewhere in Fort Lauderdale again, Manager, okay, And then
- 1:11you were living with your parents or there was another
- 1:14place in between, Virginia. Then I live with my parents, Manager, okay.
- 1:20And then where's the next place that you moved Virginia
- 1:23an apartment that Jeffrey got for me in Royal Palm Beach, Manager, okay.
- 1:29And you don't know the address of that, Virginia. No.
- 1:32I wish I could give it to you, but I
- 1:34don't know it, Manager. And you stayed at that apartment
- 1:38until you left for Thailand in the fall later in
- 1:40the year, in two thousand and two, is that correct, Virginia, Yes, Manager, right, Virginia, yes, Manager,
- 1:49all right. And when did you first stop living with
- 1:51your parents? How old were you when you first stopped
- 1:54living with your parents to this Brad Edwards objectaform, Virginia
- 2:00the very first time? Menager? Uh huh, Virginia. I believe
- 2:04I was eleven, Menager, Okay. What caused you to stop
- 2:08living with your parents when you were eleven? Virginia. I
- 2:12just had some trouble and my parents thought it would
- 2:14be better if they sent me to California, Menager. Okay.
- 2:18What kind of trouble did you have, Virginia. It's very
- 2:22hard for me to talk about. There was stuff that
- 2:25went on in my life that you know made me
- 2:27so I couldn't live with my parents anymore? Menager, what
- 2:32went on in your life that caused you to not
- 2:34be able to live with your parents at the age
- 2:36of eleven, Virginia? Do I have to answer this? Menager? Well,
- 2:41did you talk to Sharon Churcher about being molested as
- 2:44a child, Virginia? I did, Manager, and you authorized Shannon
- 2:50Churchill to publish that in a newspaper, Correct, Virginia. I
- 2:54don't think I authorized her to do it. I think
- 2:57she I wouldn't say she did it on her own accord,
- 3:00But I talked to her about it, and I wasn't
- 3:02aware of exactly what she was going to publish and
- 3:04what she wasn't. Manager, So you were able to talk
- 3:08to a reporter for the Mail on Sunday about this, correct, Virginia.
- 3:12I did tell her a little bit about my past
- 3:14and where I came from. Manager, all right, So what
- 3:17caused you to be sent away from your parents' home
- 3:20at the age of eleven to California, Virginia? Some of
- 3:24the prior abuse which led me to be a very
- 3:26troubled teenager. I mean, I guess you wouldn't call an
- 3:29eleven year old a teenager yet, but led me to
- 3:32running away a lot, and my family just thought it
- 3:35was best to get out of the area and move
- 3:37somewhere else. Manager, Okay, you had to run away prior
- 3:41to being the age of eleven, Virginia, Yes, Manager, all right?
- 3:46Was that reported to the authorities Virginia that I ran away? Manager, Yes, Virginia, Yes. Manager.
- 3:54And where were your parents living when you were the
- 3:57age of eleven, Virginia the same address that I gave
- 4:00you earlier? Menager? Okay, so the authorities associated with Locksahatchie,
- 4:06Florida were made aware that you had run away from
- 4:09your home at the age of eleven, Virginia, Yes, menager.
- 4:14And what abuse had you suffered prior to the age
- 4:16of eleven? Virginia. There was a very close family friend
- 4:21who was a very sick man, and he took advantage Manager.
- 4:25What was his name, Virginia redacted? Menager? Redacted? What Virginia redacted? Manager?
- 4:33And where is redacted today? Virginia? I don't know where
- 4:37he is. Manager. Does your family keep in contact with him? Virginia? No? Menager.
- 4:44What did he do to you, Virginia? He touched me
- 4:47in places I shouldn't be touched. He sexually abused me.
- 4:51Menager for how long, Virginia, I don't know how long. Manager.
- 4:55Did you tell that to your parents, Virginia they know, Menager?
- 5:00How did they know, Virginia I told them. Did you
- 5:03tell them when you were under the age of eleven
- 5:05or at the age of eleven? Virginia? I told them later? Manager,
- 5:10When did you tell them, Virginia. It took me a
- 5:13long time to forget my parents for sending me away.
- 5:16I didn't feel like anybody understood me. So not until
- 5:19later in my life did I feel like I was
- 5:21able to talk to anyone about it. Menager. Okay, was
- 5:26it reported to the authorities, Virginia. No, I went too
- 5:30late to talk to anybody about it. Manager. Did the
- 5:33event of you being molested cause your parents to split up? Virginia?
- 5:38I think Sharon reported that, But I don't think that's
- 5:41the case. No. My parents split up because they were
- 5:44really messed up. Manager, Your parents split up because they're
- 5:49really messed up, Virginia. Oh, they just didn't get along.
- 5:53There were a lot of marital problems. Manager. When did
- 5:57they split up, Virginia. I don't really remember what year
- 6:00it was Manager. How old were you Virginia. I believe
- 6:04I was living with Jeffrey at the time. Manager. With
- 6:07whom did you live in California, Virginia my redacted? Manager?
- 6:13And who else? Virginia? Redacted? Manager? And who else? Virginia?
- 6:18That's it? Manager? And for how long did you live
- 6:21with them? Virginia. I don't really know how long? Maybe
- 6:25over a year, maybe two years? Manager? And then what
- 6:29caused you to not live with them anymore? Virginia. I
- 6:32kept running away from them too, Manager. And where did
- 6:36you live in California, Virginia? I'm sorry, Manager, Where did
- 6:41you live in California, Virginia? Where did they live? Manager?
- 6:46Where did you live with them, Virginia, Salinas Manager? And
- 6:50do you know the address? Virginia? No? Manager. Do they
- 6:54still live there Virginia? No? Manager. When did you stop
- 6:59living there Virginia. I don't know. I haven't kept in
- 7:02contact with them. Manager. And you believe you live with
- 7:05them for a little more than a year Virginia. Maybe
- 7:08a year, maybe two years, I'm not too sure. Manager.
- 7:12Did you go to school there? Virginia? Yes? Manager. Where
- 7:16did you go to school? Virginia? Somewhere near Selenas. I'm
- 7:19assuming Manager. What grade were you in Virginia middle school? Manager?
- 7:25Sixth grade? Seventh grade? Virginia? I think sixth grade? Manager?
- 7:30And did you go there for more than one year
- 7:33or just one year? Virginia? Maybe? I don't know. I'm sorry,
- 7:37I don't know. Manager. Were the authorities in Selenas alerted
- 7:41to the fact that you ran away from home there? Virginia? Yes? Manager?
- 7:46How long was the longest you were away from home
- 7:49in Selinas, California, Virginia two weeks? Manager? And you were
- 7:54in middle school Virginia? Yes? Manager? Yes? Or no? Virginia? Oh? Oh? Yes? Manager?
- 8:02And then when did you go back to Florida Virginia?
- 8:05I don't know, Manager. Was your younger brother living with
- 8:08your parents in Florida while you were in California Virginia? Yeah? Manager?
- 8:15And was your older brother living with your parents in
- 8:17Florida while you were in California Virginia? I don't think so, Manager.
- 8:22How much older than you is he? Virginia five years? Manager?
- 8:26And then you went back to Florida. Where did you
- 8:29go to school when you eventually got back Virginia. I
- 8:32believe I went to Crestwood Middle School. Manager. And did
- 8:36you complete your studies at Crestwood Middle School, Virginia? Did
- 8:40I get out of middle school there? Yes? Manager, Okay?
- 8:44What grades were middle school Virginia, six, seven, and eight? Manager, okay.
- 8:49And when you went back to live with your parents again,
- 8:52was that at the same address in Locksahatchie, Virginia? Yes? Manager.
- 8:58And you don't believe your older brother was it the
- 9:00home at the time, Virginia? No, he was sent to
- 9:03boarding school? Manager. Where did he go to boarding school? Virginia? Washington? Menager?
- 9:09State or city Virginia, Washington above California, Menager. When was
- 9:15the next time you stopped living with your parents Virginia?
- 9:19They sent me to a group home call Growing Together? Menager?
- 9:23Why Virginia because I kept running away? Menager? Where the
- 9:27authority is alerted when you ran away? Virginia? Yes? Manager?
- 9:32And how old were you when you went to live
- 9:34at Growing Together Virginia? I don't know. It's hard for
- 9:38me to peace back dates off the top of my head.
- 9:41I don't want to guess. I don't think I should guess.
- 9:43I don't know, Manager, But you moved directly from living
- 9:47with your parents to living at Growing Together Virginia. I
- 9:51wouldn't say directly, Manager, how Virginia interrupts her. I'd say
- 9:56stayed with my parents for like, I think I finished
- 9:59school at so I would have been in I don't know.
- 10:02I guess eighth grade, finish eighth grade, and then I
- 10:05don't know. I really don't know. Around eighth grade, Manager,
- 10:09you went to Growing Together Virginia. I think I think
- 10:13it was then. Manager. How many years did you live
- 10:16at Growing Together Virginia? Over a year? Manager? Were you
- 10:21ever in foster care Virginia? What Growing Together was was
- 10:25like a group home that sent you away to foster
- 10:28parents every night, Manager, So you lived in other people's
- 10:32homes during that period of time you were assigned to
- 10:35Growing Together Virginia. Well, you stayed at Growing Together during
- 10:38the day and that at night you get sent home
- 10:41with parents. Manager. Did you go to school while you
- 10:45were at Growing Together Virginia? Yeah? They offer education there, Manager,
- 10:50So the education was at Growing Together Virginia. Yeah, Manager,
- 10:55you did not attend Palm Beach County, Virginia. I did,
- 10:58but you had to earn your levels up to be
- 11:00able to go outside. So I don't remember what level
- 11:03you have to get up to to go out to
- 11:05another school. I think there was like seven levels or something,
- 11:08and you had to make it to like level four
- 11:11to be able to go to an outside school, Menager.
- 11:14So for some time period you were assigned to Growing Together,
- 11:18and you were going to school at Growing Together, and
- 11:21for some period of time you were going to other
- 11:24schools and coming back to Growing Together Virginia, correct, Menager.
- 11:29And then when you came back to Growing Together, you
- 11:32were sent to spend the night at a family's home Virginia. Yes, Menager,
- 11:38So you never slept at Growing Together Virginia, No, Menager.
- 11:42Did you live other than living at or staying at
- 11:45Growing Together during the day and sleeping at these other
- 11:48homes at night? Is there anywhere else that you would
- 11:50call living in the period between the ages of eighth
- 11:53grade and when you started working at Mar A Lago,
- 11:57Virginia besides the ones I told you about. You know,
- 12:00I did run away from Growing Together quite often, and
- 12:04I did end up being abused by another older guy
- 12:07who I stayed with for I don't know how long. Manager.
- 12:10How well were you then, Virginia? I don't know. I'm sorry.
- 12:14I really wish I could pinpoint dates. I don't know dates. Manager, Okay,
- 12:18what was the man's name, Virginia redacted? Manager? And how
- 12:24long were you living with redacted for? Virginia? Yes? Manager,
- 12:30And how long were you living with them? Virginia, I
- 12:33don't know, Manager, days, weeks, months, Virginia. I don't know.
- 12:38I mean it wasn't days. I don't think it was weeks.
- 12:40It would have been close to maybe a few months. Manager,
- 12:44And was redacted prosecuted by federal authorities in South Florida? Virginia. Yes, Manager,
- 12:52and you were located by the FBI, I believe, yes,
- 12:55says Virginia. Manager. And you gave an interview to the
- 12:59FBI earning your time with redacted? Correct Virginia. Yes, Manager.
- 13:06Did you ever get a victim's notification letter regarding your
- 13:08status as a victim in redacted's federal criminal prosecution? Virginia,
- 13:14I don't know. My parents handled everything. Manager. Do you
- 13:17know if your parents received such a letter? I don't know,
- 13:20says Virginia. Manager. Have you ever asked them Virginia? No,
- 13:25I've really never brought it up with them. It really
- 13:28pissed them off a lot, so I never brought it
- 13:30up with them. Manager. It pissed them off. That you
- 13:33were living with redacted Virginia. Yes. Manager. Why did it
- 13:39piss them off, you know? Virginia. Well, I think they
- 13:42were just disgusted, you know that this happened to me again,
- 13:46and they didn't want to talk about it. They didn't
- 13:48want to talk about it, but they were aware of it,
- 13:51says manager. Virginia. Yes, Manager, and your dad came and
- 13:55picked you up from the police station. Virginia. Yes, Manager,
- 13:59and your dad would not let you come home. Virginia. Well,
- 14:03I think it was more my mom didn't want me
- 14:06to come home. Manager. Did she say why? Virginia? Well,
- 14:10I asked my dad at the police station if I
- 14:12could come back home instead of going to growing together,
- 14:16and he said, my mom didn't want me to come home.
- 14:18And I told him if he didn't get me out
- 14:20within a week, I'd run away again and he'd never
- 14:23hear from me again. Manager. And how is it you
- 14:26came back to be living at their house again, Virginia.
- 14:30I ran away again and I called him up and
- 14:33I said, this is your final chance. And they came
- 14:35and picked me up and they let me live there. Manager.
- 14:39And when did you go live with redacted? Virginia? Not long?
- 14:43After that? And when did you live with Redacted's parents Virginia. Well,
- 14:48I live with Redacted's parents before I live with redacted
- 14:52in his apartment Manager, and that was the apartment that
- 14:56redacted rented, Virginia. Redacted his friend. I can't remember his
- 15:01friend's name, Mario. I think his friend's name was manager.
- 15:05When did you live with redacted as parents, Virginia. That
- 15:10was just a brief stint. I didn't really stay there
- 15:12very long, but it was I was a runaway. That's
- 15:16in between times of I don't know manager. How old
- 15:19were you, Virginia. I don't know, manager. I just want
- 15:22to be clear. Redacted rented an apartment that you moved
- 15:26into that he rented, correct Virginia, Correct manager. And that
- 15:31was after you lived with redacted and his parents, correct Virginia,
- 15:36Correct manager. And that was prior to you and Redacted
- 15:41living with your parents when you started working at mar
- 15:44A Lago. Correct Virginia, Correct manager. Do I have that
- 15:49sequence right, Virginia so far? Yes? Manager? And when did
- 15:53you stop living at your parents at the time you
- 15:55started working at mar A Lago. How long after you
- 15:58started at mar A Lago did you stop living with
- 16:00your parents? Virginia. I don't know exact dates. I was
- 16:04traveling with Jeffrey a lot, and I was making he
- 16:07was giving me lots of money for the sex that
- 16:09I had with him and Golaine, and after I would
- 16:12say a short time. I'm not too sure, Darling, I
- 16:15don't know, Menager, all right? Can you? Manager? I have
- 16:20no recollection of which number were on in terms of
- 16:23exhibit Ms. Rodriguez fifteen. Menager, okay, I'd like to mark
- 16:28as defendants Exhibit fifteen a document and see if you
- 16:31can identify it. Actually, before I do that, when do
- 16:35you recall ever getting a passport Virginia? I got my
- 16:38passport in New York. I don't know what age I was. Okay,
- 16:42says manager. And did you how did you get it?
- 16:45Did you go somewhere? What happened? Virginia? Jeffrey had me
- 16:49fill out paperwork and go to a Kodak shop or
- 16:51something similar of a Kodak shop and get my picture taken.
- 16:55I gave him my picture and my paperwork. He sent
- 16:58it away. I think a week later he said it
- 17:01got expedited. Manager, did you physically go to an office
- 17:05in New York, Virginia, Jeffrey's office manager and office associated
- 17:10with immigration or homeland security or whatever it was called
- 17:14back then. Virginia, not that I recall, Menager. And do
- 17:18you know how old you were? Virginia? No, I don't
- 17:21know how old you have to be to get a passport,
- 17:23so I'm not too sure. Exhibit fifteen marked, Manager. Okay,
- 17:28I'm going to show you defend and exhibit fifteen. Do
- 17:31you recognize this document? Virginia answers yes. All right. We're
- 17:36gonna wrap up right there, and in the next episode
- 17:39we're going to pick up where we left off. All
- 17:41of the information that goes with this episode can be
- 17:44found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome
- 17:49back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going
- 17:52to pick up where we left off with the Virginia
- 17:55Roberts deposition. So let's just get right back to it,
- 17:59shall we. Manager? Is it in your handwriting? Virginia? Yes? Menager?
- 18:05All right? What did you put down as your address
- 18:08at this time to mail the passport two? It's about
- 18:11the second line, third line, Virginia number thirteen. Manager. Well,
- 18:16the third line says mail passport two. What address did
- 18:19you put down Virginia. Are we talking about number thirteen
- 18:23permanent address, do not list po box or street? Manager, No,
- 18:29I'm talking about the third line in the entire thing
- 18:32that says mail passport two. Virginia. Oh, I'm sorry up here,
- 18:37the redacted manager. Alright. So you asked to have the
- 18:40passport maild to you at your parents' address, right, Virginia.
- 18:45I don't know if it was mailed to my parents' house,
- 18:48but that's the address I sent put down, yes, Manager, okay.
- 18:53And if you look a little bit further to the right,
- 18:55roughly equal with that line, do you see a date
- 18:58that stamped on there? Virginia, Yeah, January twelfth, two thousand
- 19:02and one. Menager, okay. And then if you go down
- 19:06a little bit further, as you pointed out, line number thirteen,
- 19:10you gave your permanent address as your parents' address again, correct, Virginia, correct, menager.
- 19:16And if you look at box number twelve where it
- 19:19asked for occupation, what did you write down? Virginia massus menager? Okay.
- 19:24If you look at line number eighteen, have you ever
- 19:27been issued a US passport before? What did you put down? Virginia? No, menager,
- 19:33all right. And if you go down a little bit
- 19:35further than that emergency contact. Who did you put down
- 19:39Virginia redacted? Menager? Okay, so that the fiance you were
- 19:44talking about earlier, Virginia, Yes, menager in January of two
- 19:49thousand and one, were you still his fiance, Virginia? It
- 19:55looks like it, yes, menager. And what address did you
- 19:59put down for are redacted? Virginia. It's kind of hard
- 20:02to read. I think that's redacted and redacted. I really
- 20:06can't make out the telephone number. Menager. Okay? Do you
- 20:09see relationship? Can you read that? Virginia a friend? Menager? Okay?
- 20:14Do you see just below that there's a line that
- 20:16says twenty one Virginia, do not stop sorry, do not
- 20:21sign application until requested to do so by administrating an oath. Menager? Okay,
- 20:28Virginia applicant signature age thirteen or older. Menager. Oh, it's
- 20:33by the signature line Virginia. Yeah, menager. And that's your signature, Virginia, yes, menager.
- 20:40All right. And this is the document that you recall
- 20:44filling out for your first passport, Virginia. I don't recall
- 20:47doing it, but yes, it's in my handwriting and it's
- 20:50got all of my information on it, Menager, okay. And
- 20:54online box twenty three, it's got your driver license checked
- 20:57off right, Virginia to U twenty third. Yeah. I really
- 21:01can't make out numbers and stuff though, Menager, But the
- 21:05box driver's license is checked off Virginia. Yes, Menager, okay.
- 21:11And then if you look in the lower right hand
- 21:13corner of the page, do you see what we call
- 21:15a bait stamp number. I don't know if you know
- 21:17what that means Virginia, No, Menager, just the lower right
- 21:22hand corner of the document, Virginia zero zero four seven
- 21:27two one Manager, Okay, thank you. So at January two
- 21:31thousand and one was redacted living at Redacteds, Virginia. Well,
- 21:37he would have had to have been if I put
- 21:39it down there, Meninger. Okay. Was that the apartment that
- 21:42he had rented Virginia. No, it's in Royal Palm Beach.
- 21:46The apartment he rented was in Fort Lauderdale, So this
- 21:50could have been my apartment that he lived at with me. Menager. Okay.
- 21:54So his apartment where he lived with you was in
- 21:57Royal Palm Beach, Virginia, yes, Menager, And he rented that
- 22:02apartment to this Brad Edwards objects a form and he
- 22:06says it's a mischaracterization of her testimony. Virginia. He lived
- 22:11there with me for a short period. I don't know
- 22:13how long you lived there with me for Menager. And
- 22:17who rented the apartment Virginia, Well, Jeffrey paid for the apartment.
- 22:22I was the occupant and he was an occupant. Menager.
- 22:25Did you ever see the least Virginia? Yes. I believe
- 22:29I had to sign paperwork saying that I was living there, Menager.
- 22:33So you were living at is it redacted redacted? Virginia.
- 22:37I can honestly read it. It looks like CAC but
- 22:42that doesn't make sense, Menager. So January of two thousand
- 22:46and one, you signed the document under oath putting redacted
- 22:50and redacted Virginia. Yes, Manager, And you put your permanent
- 22:55address and your mail your passport to at your parent's
- 22:58address Virginia. Yes, Menager, is that right? And it's your position?
- 23:05That is the apartment that Jeffrey paid for and you
- 23:08signed the least Virginia. Yes, Jeffrey paid for it, and
- 23:12I think I had to sign something that said I
- 23:14was going to occupy it. I don't know if James
- 23:17ever did. Menager. Okay, and you stayed at the apartment
- 23:21from at least January two thousand and one until you
- 23:24left in the fall of two thousand, right, Virginia. I
- 23:27would say before then. Yes, Like I said, I can't
- 23:30really tell you the exact date that I moved there.
- 23:33But Menager, why did you have your passport sent to
- 23:37your parents' house if you weren't living at your parents'
- 23:40house Virginia. I don't know. I guess a fail safe.
- 23:44I'm not too sure, Menager. When was the next passport
- 23:48that you got? Virginia. I think I had to reapply
- 23:51for one, and well this one expired in two thousand
- 23:54and two, so I would have had to apply for
- 23:56another one. Menager. I'm asking, do you remember when you
- 23:59go I got another passport, Virginia. This expired January tenth,
- 24:04two thousand and two. Manager. Let me have you put
- 24:07that paper down, Virginia. Yes. Manager. Do you recall applying
- 24:11for another passport? Virginia? No, Manager, Okay, do you ever
- 24:16recall applying for another passport ever? Virginia. Well, yeah, when
- 24:21I got to Australia, I had to I don't have
- 24:24it on me right now, But I could tell you
- 24:26it's I had to apply for another one because the
- 24:29other one ran out as expirey Manager, So whenever one expired,
- 24:34you applied for another one from the US. Virginia indicating manager.
- 24:39Have you ever gotten is that right? Virginia? Yeah? Manager?
- 24:44Have you ever gotten a passport from Australia? Virginia and
- 24:47Australian passport? Manager? Right, Virginia, No Manager. Have you ever
- 24:54lost a passport or had to get one replaced? Virginia.
- 24:57I don't think so. When was the first time that
- 25:01you came back from Australia Virginia October sixteenth, twenty thirteen. Manager.
- 25:08And did you come back before that? Virginia? No Manager.
- 25:12Did you ever tell Sharon Churcher or Sharon White or
- 25:15Mary Anne Strong that you were going on a trip
- 25:17to New York in twenty eleven? Virginia? No Menager. Is
- 25:23it your contention that Golan Maxwell sexually trafficked you to
- 25:26famous people? Virginia? If you have a document in front
- 25:30of you that you could show me so I could
- 25:32see what you're talking about, yes, Manager, I'm asking you,
- 25:36is it your contention that Glenn Maxwell sexually trafficked you
- 25:40to famous people, Virginia. Could you be more specific, like,
- 25:44are we talking about rock stars or royalty or menager?
- 25:49Politically connected and financially powerful people, Virginia, Yes, manager, Okay?
- 25:55To whom did Glean Maxwell sexually traffick you, Virginia. You
- 25:59have to understand that Jeffrey and Glaine are joined hip
- 26:03by hip. Okay, so they both trafficked me. Glaine brought
- 26:07me in for the purpose of being trafficked. Jeffrey was
- 26:09just as a part of it as she was. She
- 26:12was just as a part of it as he was.
- 26:15They trafficked me to many people. And to be honest,
- 26:18there is people I can name, and then there's people
- 26:20that are just a blur. There was so much happening. Menager. Okay,
- 26:24please name a person that Glainne Maxwell directed you to
- 26:28go have sex with, Virginia redacted? Manager Okay? Who else? Virginia?
- 26:34As a whole, they both trafficked me to people. It
- 26:37was under both of their direction, So it's not easy
- 26:40just to say Glaine. When I say they, I mean
- 26:43both of them. Menager. Okay, Well, I need you to
- 26:46say a time when Glen Maxwell directed you to go
- 26:49have sex with another person, So can you please tell
- 26:52me to whom Glainne Maxwell asked you to go have
- 26:55sex with another person? Brad Edwards objects to this and
- 26:59the objects to the form of the question, Virginia, redacted Manager,
- 27:04who else? Virginia, I'm going to continue to tell you
- 27:07that they both directed me to do it. It was
- 27:09part of my training. They both told me, you've got
- 27:12tickets to go here, this is who you're meeting, and
- 27:15this is what you're doing. So redacted is another one.
- 27:19Manager Glenn Maxwell directed you to go have sex with redacted.
- 27:24Edwards objects again to the form of the question and
- 27:27says that it's mischaracterized or testimony. Virginia, I'm trying to
- 27:31tell you that they both did. Glaine and Jeffrey both
- 27:35directed me. They both paid me, and they both directed me. Menainger,
- 27:39All right, when did Glenn Maxwell direct you to go
- 27:41have sex with redacted? Brad Edwards objects once again to
- 27:46the form same objection, Virginia, I don't know the time.
- 27:50I don't you know. I could tell you the place.
- 27:52I don't know the time. Menager, what words did Glenn
- 27:56Maxwell use in talking to you and asking you to
- 27:59go have sex with redacted, Virginia, we're sending you to
- 28:03a gentleman. We want you to do exactly what you
- 28:08do for Jeffrey to him keep him happy. I can't
- 28:11remember her exact words, and I'm not going to put
- 28:13words in my mouth to make it sound like what
- 28:16she said. But it was all along those lines, Menager,
- 28:20those are the words that Glen Maxwell used to you,
- 28:22directing you to go have sex with redacted. Edwards again
- 28:27objects to the form and says it mischaracterized the testimony
- 28:31Virginia along those lines, yes, Menager. Okay, where were you
- 28:35located when she used those words with you, Virginia. It
- 28:39could have been Palm Beach, It could have been New York. Manager.
- 28:43You don't recall, Virginia, I don't recall, Menager. Okay, how
- 28:48old were you when she used those words to you?
- 28:50Again to this Brad Edwards, he objects and again objecting
- 28:55the form, Virginia, I don't know. I would think I
- 28:58was seventeen. Men but you're not sure, Virginia. Well, it
- 29:02was in the beginning, like after my training. Redacted were
- 29:06the first two people I was sent out to. Manager. Okay, well,
- 29:11I was asking about redacted and redacted Okay, Virginia. Right,
- 29:15that's what I'm saying. If you want me to go
- 29:17categorically to tell you what happened and why. I think
- 29:21I was seventeen because those were the two first people
- 29:24I was sent to. Manager, So you don't actually recall
- 29:28the conversation regarding redacted. You don't recall where you were, right, Virginia.
- 29:34I can't picture if it was New York. I know
- 29:36it was either New York or Palm Beach. I don't
- 29:38remember exactly which one. Manager. You don't recall exactly what
- 29:43words were used by Glene Maxwell speaking to you, correct, Virginia,
- 29:48I remember the tone that she used, the type of
- 29:50words that she used. I can't word for word replay
- 29:53what was said manager, all right, and so when in
- 29:58time was redact Virginia redacted? Was months? Six months? I'm
- 30:03not too sure manager, six months? What Virginia before redacted?
- 30:09I don't know. I think I met Prince Andrew in
- 30:11two thousand and one, and Glenn Dubin and Stephen Kaufman were,
- 30:15like I said, the first people I was sent out
- 30:18to after my training, So I don't know. I'm not
- 30:21going to give you an exact time. If I don't know, menager.
- 30:25I asked you the relative order Virginia, and I'm trying
- 30:28to give it to you manager. And where does Alan
- 30:31Dershowitz fit into that group of people Virginia same, I
- 30:35can't tell you piece by piece Who I know Glenn
- 30:38Dubin was first manager, okay, Virginia, And I know Stephen
- 30:43Kaufman was one of the first I was sent to
- 30:46Alan Dershowitz could have been in between there between, sorry,
- 30:49between Glenn and Steven. The first time I was with
- 30:53Alan Dershowitz was in New York, so I was actually
- 30:56sent to him. It actually happened at one of Jeffrey's residences.
- 31:00So it's very hard for me to chronologically give you
- 31:04each person individually. All right, folks, We're gonna wrap up
- 31:07this part here and in the next episode we'll pick
- 31:10up where we left off. All of the information that
- 31:13goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 31:18What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 31:22In this episode, we're gonna pick up where we left
- 31:24off with the Virginia Roberts deposition manager Okay, name the
- 31:31other politically connected and financially powerful people that Golen Maxwell
- 31:35told you to go have sex with Virginia. Okay, I'm
- 31:39going to tell you they because that's how it went.
- 31:42They instructed me to go to George Mitchell, Jean Luke Brunel,
- 31:46Bill Richardson, another prince that I don't know his name,
- 31:49a guy that owns a hotel, a really large hotel chain.
- 31:52I can't remember which hotel. It was, Marvin Minsky. There was,
- 31:56you know, another foreign president. I can't remember his name.
- 31:59He you was Spanish. There was a whole bunch of
- 32:01them that I just it's hard for me to remember
- 32:04all of them. You know, I was told to do
- 32:06something by these people, constantly told to My whole life
- 32:10revolved around just pleasing these men and keeping Golaine and
- 32:13Jeffrey happy. Their whole entire lives revolved around sex. They
- 32:17call massages sex, they call modeling sex they call Virginia's
- 32:22interrupted here by menager who asks, I ask you the
- 32:26names for people. Are you going to tell me any
- 32:28other names? Or is that all of them? Virginia. I'm
- 32:31trying to think. That's the answer I'm trying to give you.
- 32:34It's that it's hard to just keep naming and naming
- 32:37and naming. Menager all right, Virginia, A lot of the
- 32:41times I would be introduced to them, I didn't know.
- 32:45And Virginia's cut off in the middle of her comment
- 32:48by Menager, if you're going to tell me more names,
- 32:50please continue your answer, Virginia, I'm trying to think, Menager,
- 32:55if you're just going to talk, Virginia, I'm sorry, I'm
- 32:58trying to think. Okay, let's take a break and then
- 33:01you can think it over. They get back from the
- 33:04break and Menager ask Virginia you have filed a lawsuit
- 33:07against Maxwell? Correct? Virginia, yes, Menager, you understand her to
- 33:12be my client? Correct? Virginia, yes, Menager, you understand her
- 33:18to be my client? Correct Virginia. Yes. Manager, I'm here
- 33:22to talk to you about your allegations against Gallaian Maxwell.
- 33:25Do you understand that, Virginia, yes. Manager. I want you
- 33:29to tell me a single time that you recall Gallainn
- 33:32Maxwell using words to you and directing you to go
- 33:35have sex with another person. Brad Edwards objects to this,
- 33:39and manager keeps going not anybody else Gallainn Maxwell. Edwards
- 33:45objects again, asked an answered to the extent that she
- 33:48can answer the question. I'd ask that she answered the question. Virginia,
- 33:53I have answered the question. The question that you're asking
- 33:56me is Glaine, and Glaine and Jeffrey work together. They
- 34:00were the same person. They both directed me to do this.
- 34:03They both directed me to report back to them. They
- 34:05were both the same menager. You cannot recall a single
- 34:09instance in which Glaine and here, Virginia interrupts, Virginia, I
- 34:14have to menager, excuse me, in which Glainne Maxwell alone
- 34:17directed you to have sex with another person. Virginia, I
- 34:21have to menager. Correct, Virginia. Believe Edwards object Menager, I
- 34:27am going to finish my question. Manager, correct, mister Edwards object.
- 34:32So you finished with your question, manager, Now you may
- 34:35make your objection, and then she may answer Edward's Okay, objection,
- 34:39argumentative harassing for absolutely no reason, mischaracterizing the witnesses testimony.
- 34:45Answer if you can, Virginia, I gave you the names
- 34:48of the people that Golaine herself has told me to
- 34:51go be sex trafficked to, along with Jeffrey Epstein. Okay,
- 34:54she's the one who brought me to Jeffrey Epstein to
- 34:56be trafficked in the fucking first place. So I've given
- 34:59you as much information as I possibly can to let
- 35:02you know what she was about, who she told me
- 35:04to go with, what she wanted me to do. That
- 35:07is what I'm stating, and that's what I previously stated
- 35:10to you, menager. And these names that you have just
- 35:13given are people to whom Gallain Maxwell alone told you
- 35:17to go have sex with Edwards again objects characterization. Virginia,
- 35:23Glaan and Jeffrey. I don't know how many times you
- 35:25want me to keep answering this question both told me
- 35:27to do this. Okay, they both sent me to people.
- 35:30How many times do you want me to answer this, Menager?
- 35:33I think you're answering a different question, So that's why
- 35:35I'm going to keep asking you again. I am not
- 35:38asking you anything about the time when Jeffrey and Glayne
- 35:41told you together to go and do something. I'm asking
- 35:44you to name a single time during which Colaine Maxwell,
- 35:48acting alone directed you to go have sex with another
- 35:51person Edwards again, objex asked and answered, harassing argumentative. I've
- 35:56given you the names of the people Virginia says that
- 35:59Golaan instruct me to go have sexual relations with I'm
- 36:02not discluding the fact that Jeffrey also told me. Glaine
- 36:05told me from her mouth to do these things. Jeffrey
- 36:08told me from his mouth to do these things with
- 36:11these people. Glaine instructed me to go do these things
- 36:14that I did with Jeffrey Epstein on the very first
- 36:17meeting that I had with them. She brought me there
- 36:20under the preclusion that I was going to be a
- 36:23trained messuse, and that she instructed me to take off
- 36:26my clothes and give oral sex to Jeffrey Epstein. Menager,
- 36:30excuse me, I've asked you for names, Virginia. I've just
- 36:34given you a name. Jeffrey Epstein is a big name manager,
- 36:37all right, Virginia. She instructed me on that one manager.
- 36:41So you're saying, mister Edwards. The witness is finishing her
- 36:44answer right now. She's in the process of explaining one
- 36:47of the people Glaine told her to have sex with. Manager.
- 36:51So you're saying, Glaine Maxwell directed you to have sex
- 36:54with Epstein, Virginia. Correct, Manager, Glean Maxwell directed you to
- 37:00have sex with Glenn dubin Virginia. Correct. Menager, what words
- 37:05did Glenn Maxwell tell you to go have sex with
- 37:07Glenn dubin Virginia? It was the same all the time.
- 37:11All right, they want me to go provide these men
- 37:14with a massage. And when they say massage, that means erotic. Okay,
- 37:18that's their term for it. I think there are plenty
- 37:21of other witnesses that can attest to what massage actually means.
- 37:25And I'm telling you that Glaine told me to go
- 37:28to redacted and give them a massage, which means sex. Menager. Okay,
- 37:34so redacted. Glenn Maxwell told you to go give a
- 37:37massage to redacted Virginia. Correct, Menager. That's your testimony, Virginia.
- 37:43That is my testimony, Menager. All right, Glenn Maxwell told
- 37:47you to go give a massage to redact it. Correct, Virginia. Correct, Menager,
- 37:53Glenn Maxwell told you to give a massage to redact it. Correct, Virginia. Correct. Manager,
- 37:59Glenn Maxwell told you to give a massage to redact it. Correct, Virginia. Correct, Menager.
- 38:05When did Glenn Maxwell tell you to give a massage
- 38:08to redact it, Virginia? I don't know the dates, Menager.
- 38:12Where were you, Virginia when it happened? Menager? When Glenn
- 38:17Maxwell used the words go give a massage to Bill Richardson,
- 38:20where were you, Brad Edwards objects to the form and
- 38:24says that it mischaracterizes her testimony. Virginia, I can tell
- 38:28you where we were. I know where I was sent to.
- 38:31I don't know where we were when she told me
- 38:33to do that. Menager, were you sent to Virginia Andrew Jex,
- 38:39New Mexico manager by Glenn Maxwell. Brad Edwards objects again,
- 38:45and this time it's the form and it mischaracterizes her testimony.
- 38:48Once again, Virginia then asked, manager, are you smiling at me?
- 38:53Because to this She's cut off and manager goes, no,
- 38:57I'm asking you to answer the question. Virgin I have
- 39:00answered the question. I was sent to New Mexico. Menager, okay,
- 39:05where were you sent from? Virginia? I already answered that
- 39:08I don't know where I was sent from. Menager, Okay, Virginia,
- 39:12I was flying everywhere with these people. Menager, where were
- 39:16you sent by Glenn Maxwell to have sex with redacted?
- 39:19Edwards again objects to the form and says that it
- 39:22mischaracterizes the testimony many places. Virginia responds, Menager, Glenn Maxwell
- 39:28sent you to many places to have sex with redacted.
- 39:32Brad Edwards again objects to form. Virginia responds that happened
- 39:36at many places. Yes, Menager, you had sex with redacted
- 39:40at many places? Is that what you're saying, correct, Virginia,
- 39:44I was sent to redacted at many places to have
- 39:46sex with them? Menager, When did Glenn Maxwell send you
- 39:50to a place to have sex with redacted? Virginia starts
- 39:53to answer, you're asking, but then Edwards interjects form Virginia
- 39:57me to answer the impossible, Menager, all right, when did
- 40:01Glenn Maxwell sends you to have sex with the owner
- 40:04of a large hotel chain? Edwards again objects to the
- 40:07form and says mischaracterization, Virginia. I'm going to keep answering
- 40:12the questions the same way that I keep answering them.
- 40:15I don't know where it was when she said to
- 40:17go do this, Menager? Okay, where were you sent to
- 40:20have sex with the owner of a large hotel chain
- 40:23by Glenn Maxwell? Edwards again objects to form. Virginia, I
- 40:27believe it was one time in France, Menager? Which time
- 40:31in France? Virginia? I believe it was around the same
- 40:34time that Naomi Campbell had a birthday party, Menager, where
- 40:38did you have sex with the owner of a large
- 40:40hotel chain in France? Around the time of Naomi Campbell's
- 40:44birthday party, Virginia in his own cabana townhouse thing. It
- 40:48was part of a hotel, but I wouldn't call it
- 40:50a hotel. Jeffrey was staying there. Golaine was staying there,
- 40:54Emmy was staying there. I was staying there. This other
- 40:57guy was staying there. I don't know his name. I
- 40:59was instructed by Glaine to go and give them an
- 41:01erotic massage. Menager. She used the words erotic massage, Virginia. No,
- 41:07that's my word. The word massage is what they would use.
- 41:11That's their code word, Menager. Was she in the room
- 41:15when you gave this erotic massage to the owner of
- 41:17a large hotel chain, Virginia, No, she was not in
- 41:21the room. She was in another cabana, Menager. And other
- 41:25than telling you to give the owner of this large
- 41:27hotel chain a massage, do you remember any other words
- 41:30that she used to direct you in what you should do?
- 41:33Virginia not at the time, No, Menager. Where did where
- 41:37were you and where was miss Maxwell when she directed
- 41:40you to go have sex with Marvin Minsky Edward's objective form? Virginia,
- 41:45I don't know menager. Where did you go to have
- 41:48sex with Marvin Minsky? Virginia. I believe it was the
- 41:52US Virgin Islands. Sorry, Jeffrey Epstein's island in the US
- 41:55Virgin Islands, Menager? And when was that, Virginia? I don't know, Menager.
- 42:01Do you have any time of year? Virginia? No? Menager?
- 42:05Do you know how old you were? Virginia? No menager
- 42:09other than Glenn Dubin, Steven Kaufman, Prince Andrew, Jean Luke Brunel,
- 42:13Bill Richardson another prince, the large hotel chain owner, and
- 42:17Marvin Minsky. Is there anyone else that Glenn Maxwell directed
- 42:21you to go have sex with? And I hate to
- 42:23interject here, folks, but really that's not enough. Oh well,
- 42:26we're gonna need some more people, I mean, for real, Virginia.
- 42:30I am definitely sure there is, but I can't remember
- 42:33everybody's name. Manager, Okay, can you remember anything else about them? Virginia. Look,
- 42:39I've given you what I know right now. I'm sorry.
- 42:42This is hard for me and very frustrating to have
- 42:45to go over this. I don't even recall all of
- 42:47the people. There was a large amount of people that
- 42:49I was sent to Manager, do you have any notes
- 42:52on all these people that you were sent to? Virginia? No,
- 42:56I do not, Manager. Where are your notes, Virginia? I
- 42:59burned them, Menager. When did you burn them, Virginia in
- 43:03a bonfire when I lived in Titusville because I was
- 43:06sick of going through this shit? Menager? Did you have
- 43:09lawyers who were representing you at the time you built
- 43:12the bonfire and burned those notes, Virginia. I've been represented
- 43:16for a long time, but it was not under the
- 43:18instruction of my lawyers to do this. My husband and
- 43:21I were pretty spiritual people, and we believe these memories
- 43:24were worth burning. Menager. So you burn notes of the
- 43:27men with whom you had sex with while you were
- 43:30represented by counsel in litigation? Correct, mister Edwards objective form, Virginia.
- 43:36This wasn't anything that was public document. This was my
- 43:39own private journal and I didn't want it anymore, so
- 43:42we burned it. Menager. When did you write that journal, Virginia?
- 43:46Just over time I started writing it and probably in
- 43:49I don't know. I can't speculate. Twenty twelve, twenty eleven, Menager.
- 43:54So you did not write this journal at the time
- 43:56It happened, Virginia. No, Menager, you started writing this journal
- 44:01approximately a decade after you claimed you finished being sexually trafficked. Correct, Virginia, Yes, Manager,
- 44:08And you started writing a journal after you had a lawyer, correct,
- 44:12Virginia correct, Menager, including mister Edwards who is sitting right here?
- 44:17Correct Virginia correct Menager. What did that journal look like,
- 44:22Virginia It was green, menager? And what else? Virginia It
- 44:27was just a spiral notebook, Menager. Okay? And what did
- 44:30you put into a green spiral notebook, Virginia, bad memories. Things.
- 44:34I've gone through, lots of things, you know. I can't
- 44:37tell you. There was a lot of pages. It was
- 44:39over three hundred pages in that book. Manager. Did you
- 44:43ever show that book to your lawyers? Virginia, No. Manager.
- 44:47Did you ever show that book to anyone Virginia my husband. Manager.
- 44:51Did you show it to anyone else besides your husband? Virginia? No. Manager.
- 44:56Did you tear out pages and give them to Sharon Churchier? Virginia, No.
- 45:00I wrote those pages that you're talking about. I wrote
- 45:03for her specifically. She wanted to know about the Prince
- 45:07Andrew incident. Manager, So that's a different piece of paper, Virginia. Yeah,
- 45:12that's just random paper. Manager. So you had a green
- 45:15spiral notebook that you began sometime in twenty eleven or
- 45:18twenty twelve in which you wrote down your recollections about
