- 0:00Speaker 1: Any health related information on the following show provides general
- 0:03Speaker 1: information only. Content presented on any show by any host
- 0:07Speaker 1: or guest should not be substituted for a doctor's advice.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Always consult your physician before beginning any new diet, exercise,
- 0:13Speaker 1: or treatment program. Wow.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Hey, welcome to another episode of Wellness Uncensored. My name
- 0:38Speaker 2: is Patty G. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I'm
- 0:41Speaker 2: excited to be here with you guys. Every week we
- 0:44Speaker 2: always try to stimulate your mind and help you find
- 0:48Speaker 2: ways to really be your best self. This week we'll
- 0:51Speaker 2: go without yet another week of surprises and fun guests
- 0:57Speaker 2: and fun things to talk about. But I wanted to
- 0:59Speaker 2: take just a minute and remind everybody that it's really
- 1:03Speaker 2: important to find ways to de stress in your life.
- 1:06Speaker 2: You know, life always has its way of sharing its
- 1:09Speaker 2: ups and downs and crazy moments. But at the end
- 1:12Speaker 2: of the day, just remember tomorrow is just around the corner.
- 1:16Speaker 2: So if today is not your day, tomorrow is coming
- 1:21Speaker 2: and fun for us, Tomorrow is Friday. So wanted to
- 1:25Speaker 2: share a little background because I know we've spread out
- 1:27Speaker 2: to additional podcast waves and I don't know if everybody
- 1:30Speaker 2: knows we are finishing our second season. This show came
- 1:34Speaker 2: to you just about two years ago after we started
- 1:38Speaker 2: to lift some crazy stuff off of the pandemic and
- 1:41Speaker 2: wanted to get the word out to people just really
- 1:45Speaker 2: what's been going on. Because we've tried to individually and
- 1:51Speaker 2: share things, and as a collective, we've started to find
- 1:56Speaker 2: other people across the country, across the world. And that's
- 2:00Speaker 2: exactly what I did when I felt so isolated and
- 2:03Speaker 2: alone during the pandemic, because I had spent nearly bush
- 2:07Speaker 2: almost three and a half decades working under a belief
- 2:10Speaker 2: model of how things were supposed to be and how
- 2:12Speaker 2: we're supposed to help people. And what I found is
- 2:16Speaker 2: we're all kind of siloed in many ways, and we're
- 2:20Speaker 2: siloed into thinking and being. That really just makes things
- 2:25Speaker 2: difficult sometimes to understand what's real, what's right, what's true
- 2:28Speaker 2: and funny enough, when we want to bring you some
- 2:31Speaker 2: of the most controversial, up to the minute things that
- 2:34Speaker 2: might not have made the mainstream media, especially if there's
- 2:38Speaker 2: a lot of truth to it, Like today, we're having
- 2:42Speaker 2: trouble with our guests. Something has something's happened, and we'll
- 2:47Speaker 2: be bringing him, hopefully to a little bit later today.
- 2:50Speaker 2: If not, we will be rescheduling because we had hoped
- 2:53Speaker 2: to have doctor Michael Moron. He was the physician who
- 2:58Speaker 2: was arrested and charged with providing vaccines that weren't really
- 3:02Speaker 2: vaccines and just over I guess a week and a half,
- 3:05Speaker 2: two weeks ago, Pam Bondi had released and dropped the charges.
- 3:09Speaker 2: So while there's still a lot of stuff going on,
- 3:12Speaker 2: he's at least free and clear. We wanted to hear
- 3:14Speaker 2: his story. And it's these most controversial shows sometimes that
- 3:19Speaker 2: we can't quite explain why, what or how, But let's
- 3:22Speaker 2: just offer our good words, good wishes that doctor Moore
- 3:26Speaker 2: will be able to join us at some point. But
- 3:28Speaker 2: until then, what I love to talk about. You know,
- 3:32Speaker 2: there's so many things that are going on today. You know,
- 3:34Speaker 2: how are y'all feeling? How is your day? And how
- 3:38Speaker 2: do you make your day the best day? And what's
- 3:40Speaker 2: really tough sometimes is you don't even realize you're starting
- 3:44Speaker 2: to escalate and stress and panic and worry, and then
- 3:48Speaker 2: before you know it, it turns into symptoms. You might
- 3:52Speaker 2: have a headache. It's just been too much, everything that's
- 3:55Speaker 2: going on today. You forgot that you haven't had anything
- 3:58Speaker 2: to drink water or hydrate, and maybe that's contributing to
- 4:02Speaker 2: your headache, but whatever it is, you know, we've got
- 4:05Speaker 2: to really take a close look at what what charges
- 4:07Speaker 2: and what drives our mental health. And a lot of
- 4:10Speaker 2: times we can set the stage. You know, it's called
- 4:14Speaker 2: just you know, planning, planning your day, positive positivity, positive attitudes,
- 4:20Speaker 2: and if you can set the right intentions, you can
- 4:23Speaker 2: really create this environmental emotional wall or window, if you will,
- 4:29Speaker 2: of posting through your day despite all the targets and
- 4:33Speaker 2: the land mines that come your way. I thought I
- 4:37Speaker 2: was doing a good job of it back, you know,
- 4:39Speaker 2: during and before the pandemic, super busy, busy executive run
- 4:44Speaker 2: in a whole bunch of different places, you know, hospitals, organizations.
- 4:48Speaker 2: And then through the pandemic, you know, found a different
- 4:51Speaker 2: direction in my career because I felt very limited. And
- 4:55Speaker 2: now fast forward as a psych nurse practitioner, you know,
- 4:59Speaker 2: I still f my personality allows me to get caught
- 5:03Speaker 2: up in things, and when you're caught up in things,
- 5:06Speaker 2: we get back on that wheel and sometimes we got
- 5:09Speaker 2: to take a step back. And so healthy selfishness, healthy
- 5:13Speaker 2: healing ways to put yourself first without making it feel
- 5:17Speaker 2: like you're being selfish. You know, this morning, for an example,
- 5:21Speaker 2: I didn't have patients and start to late, so I
- 5:24Speaker 2: was able to do some things more of a self care.
- 5:26Speaker 2: And I don't think when we have a Monday through Friday,
- 5:29Speaker 2: or we've got twelve hour shifts, we've got kids, we've
- 5:32Speaker 2: got family, we often take the time for ourselves and
- 5:36Speaker 2: some of those things just you really need to take
- 5:39Speaker 2: a minute and set your intentions, set your plan for
- 5:43Speaker 2: a healthy day. And I say that knowing that there
- 5:47Speaker 2: could be all kinds of stressors going on right. You
- 5:49Speaker 2: could have somebody who's sick, You could have had a
- 5:51Speaker 2: death in the family. Maybe you even lost a job
- 5:53Speaker 2: recently unexpectedly, all those things consentered considered, no one is
- 5:59Speaker 2: going to help you. You like you, and when you
- 6:02Speaker 2: don't take time for you, that's when we find you're
- 6:06Speaker 2: the one who suffers. People will walk past you, people
- 6:09Speaker 2: will assume you're okay, all kinds of stuff. So make
- 6:12Speaker 2: time for yourself. Now, we've already got a few people
- 6:15Speaker 2: rolling in with questions, and I do appreciate it. You know, headaches,
- 6:18Speaker 2: that's a great topic. And I haven't even intended to
- 6:20Speaker 2: really talk about headaches, and we've got a few other
- 6:24Speaker 2: great questions, so we'll try to answer them all while
- 6:27Speaker 2: we're while we're hoping doctor Moore is able to join us.
- 6:30Speaker 2: If not, we will we will pull him in for
- 6:32Speaker 2: another session. But migraines usually, I won't even say usually,
- 6:38Speaker 2: because I'm sure there's enough neurologists out there that would
- 6:41Speaker 2: say I'm incorrect. But when a migraine comes on, it's
- 6:44Speaker 2: usually because you've got pressure in those blood vessels that
- 6:49Speaker 2: make up all of the inner workings of circulation in
- 6:52Speaker 2: your brain. And usually those blood vessels are tense for
- 6:56Speaker 2: some reason, and when they're tense, all the nerving and
- 6:58Speaker 2: endings around them with that tenacity of what's going on,
- 7:02Speaker 2: create pain. Migraines can come from your blood pressure being up.
- 7:06Speaker 2: It's kind of a warning signal. It's a way for
- 7:08Speaker 2: your brain to go ooh, pay attention, you need to
- 7:11Speaker 2: get something because you know your blood pressure is up.
- 7:14Speaker 2: And interestingly enough, it takes me back to one of
- 7:17Speaker 2: the very most basic points is how we hydrate. And
- 7:22Speaker 2: that may sound a little silly, but your brain or
- 7:24Speaker 2: your body is seventy percent water. When you have a
- 7:28Speaker 2: sponge and you soak it in the sink and the
- 7:30Speaker 2: sponge is really moist and it's dripping. That's kind of
- 7:34Speaker 2: how you want your body to be, almost dripping, but
- 7:36Speaker 2: not quite dripping, but fully saturated. So your brain with
- 7:40Speaker 2: a migraine one of the things that you can do
- 7:42Speaker 2: to work on to help prevent migraines or help keep
- 7:46Speaker 2: them at bay. And you know, again it's just one way.
- 7:48Speaker 2: It's not the only way, but definitely hydration plays a role.
- 7:52Speaker 2: So first thing I always do is do a self check,
- 7:54Speaker 2: make sure how much fluid you're getting every day. Ideally
- 7:58Speaker 2: you need half your body weight in ounce since daily,
- 8:01Speaker 2: So in that particular situation, kind of do some mental
- 8:04Speaker 2: math and other things. With migraines, nutrients, you know, nutrients
- 8:10Speaker 2: play a role. The next question I think I saw
- 8:13Speaker 2: was quarters all levels. You know, Cortisol levels are just
- 8:16Speaker 2: one of the hormonal levels. If your hormonal levels are
- 8:19Speaker 2: off a lot of times, you want to get those
- 8:22Speaker 2: levels checked because that can institute a migraine. Migraines can
- 8:26Speaker 2: come because your hormonal balance is off. For just your
- 8:29Speaker 2: own estrogen, you name it. Love my producer, revel, I've
- 8:34Speaker 2: got my little barcode scanner up there. If you are
- 8:37Speaker 2: watching the show and you want to tune in and
- 8:39Speaker 2: you want to get some helpful information from either the
- 8:41Speaker 2: books that I've written, or to contact me for a
- 8:44Speaker 2: follow up information on how to get resources in your area.
- 8:48Speaker 2: You can just click on that little barcode scanner and
- 8:50Speaker 2: it'll pull up my website. Either one of my books
- 8:53Speaker 2: are up there, and also contact information if you type
- 8:56Speaker 2: in your contact information. I believe there's even a spot
- 8:59Speaker 2: for a question. You can ask me a question. Both
- 9:02Speaker 2: of the books are listed. It's a frozen Shoulder Survival Guide.
- 9:06Speaker 2: We'll talk about that in just a minute. And then
- 9:08Speaker 2: the other book that I was hoping to chat with
- 9:10Speaker 2: my friend doctor Moore about. They call me Harriet, and
- 9:14Speaker 2: they call me Harriet. Really is the cornerstone of how
- 9:17Speaker 2: this podcast got started. And I hope if you haven't
- 9:20Speaker 2: gotten the book, thousands of people are talking about it
- 9:23Speaker 2: and it's really hitting the charts as far as coming
- 9:26Speaker 2: off the shelf, because people really want to know what
- 9:30Speaker 2: really happened during that pandemic, and I promise you you
- 9:33Speaker 2: will not be disappointed. Working as a healthcare executive in
- 9:37Speaker 2: a major health system actually too, and I was at
- 9:40Speaker 2: one of the senior most executive levels. A lot went on,
- 9:44Speaker 2: a lot was not shared, a lot we tried to do,
- 9:47Speaker 2: and a lot I know I just couldn't continue to
- 9:50Speaker 2: do because it felt like it stretched across my ethical lines.
- 9:53Speaker 2: And a lot we were mandated to do, and some
- 9:56Speaker 2: of those things. If y'all have gotten to know me
- 9:58Speaker 2: pretty well, I really don't take mandation too well. I
- 10:01Speaker 2: believe people have a choice. People have a right to think,
- 10:04Speaker 2: a right to speak, a right to decide what they
- 10:06Speaker 2: put in their body. And that's really the goal of
- 10:09Speaker 2: why I am. Oh. Thanks, I love the comment. I
- 10:12Speaker 2: appreciate that you love the book. Thanks so much. I
- 10:17Speaker 2: really just strongly believe as long as we have a
- 10:19Speaker 2: voice in this life, you have to provide what you
- 10:24Speaker 2: know to people in the best possible way and then
- 10:27Speaker 2: let people make choices. But in the book they call
- 10:30Speaker 2: me Harriet. I'll do my little infomercial commercial there. I
- 10:35Speaker 2: talk about what it was like those first couple of months,
- 10:38Speaker 2: and I talk about all the disparity, all the disagreement,
- 10:42Speaker 2: all of the coercion embedded into the healthcare environment to
- 10:46Speaker 2: tell us to follow the guidance. It was literally like
- 10:50Speaker 2: I was living in George Orwell, no joke. Almost as
- 10:54Speaker 2: if you watch the movie George Orwell, I encourage you
- 10:57Speaker 2: to watch it nineteen eighty four. You constantly inundated with information, misinformation,
- 11:04Speaker 2: but information, and that's all we got. And healthcare workers
- 11:07Speaker 2: they always take direction, right, It's always a pecking order
- 11:10Speaker 2: of if I give the order, carry out the order,
- 11:13Speaker 2: document the results. And that's what we did. And I
- 11:16Speaker 2: didn't do so quite so willingly. So I found myself,
- 11:19Speaker 2: you know, in front of a lot of opposition, and
- 11:22Speaker 2: then I came down with COVID and I don't know
- 11:25Speaker 2: how because I was extraordinarily healthy, and thank god I
- 11:29Speaker 2: am today. It was a fight, and it was truly
- 11:31Speaker 2: a fight for my life. And in that light, I
- 11:36Speaker 2: absolutely fought against all kinds of enemies, enemies known, enemies
- 11:41Speaker 2: not known. And you know, that's hard to that's hard
- 11:43Speaker 2: to say because I don't know how many people are
- 11:46Speaker 2: really ready to hear that. But I will tell you this.
- 11:49Speaker 2: I know there were there were known and unknown things
- 11:52Speaker 2: coming against us. And I had one one thought. I
- 11:56Speaker 2: wanted to be here long enough for my kids and
- 11:58Speaker 2: hopefully to see brand kids day. I have a grand
- 12:01Speaker 2: dog and love her to death, and that's kind of fun.
- 12:04Speaker 2: But being in that hospital room and I see you,
- 12:07Speaker 2: no one cared about me but myself. My husband and
- 12:11Speaker 2: my kids didn't know I was in the hospital, so
- 12:13Speaker 2: when they found out, I know they cared too. But
- 12:16Speaker 2: it was a struggle and I fought to get out,
- 12:18Speaker 2: and when I did, there was no one to help me.
- 12:21Speaker 2: I was discharged with oxygen and a good luck and
- 12:25Speaker 2: then when I went to get follow up care, I
- 12:27Speaker 2: was told, you can't come here for care because you
- 12:30Speaker 2: have COVID. At that point, I was nearly three weeks
- 12:34Speaker 2: after the infection. But back then, once you had COVID,
- 12:38Speaker 2: you had the scarlet letter, you had this stamp, you
- 12:41Speaker 2: were COVID positive until we otherwise deem you not COVID positive.
- 12:45Speaker 2: And back then they hang on, we'll do isn't this crazy? Okay,
- 12:54Speaker 2: So we think we're going to be able to get
- 12:56Speaker 2: talk to more, probably in about twenty more minutes, which
- 12:58Speaker 2: is totally cool because I I love to share and
- 13:01Speaker 2: I hope you enjoy what I share, but lots of
- 13:04Speaker 2: good stuff. So you know, that was a fight. Read
- 13:06Speaker 2: it in the book. I got COVID, I got thick.
- 13:09Speaker 2: I ended up finding a way I did a lot
- 13:11Speaker 2: of cardiopulmonary training on my own. I was fortunate enough
- 13:14Speaker 2: to beat a doctor out in Idaho. I will always
- 13:18Speaker 2: know him as doctor House, but not not truly doctor House.
- 13:23Speaker 2: And I did some unconventional treatment and I worked like
- 13:27Speaker 2: heck for three months to recover, and I came back
- 13:31Speaker 2: stronger than ever. And I'm here today because of that fight.
- 13:34Speaker 2: So I also encourage all of you, you know, whatever
- 13:37Speaker 2: fight you're in, we all have our own journeys. We
- 13:40Speaker 2: all have our own fight. And I was sharing with
- 13:44Speaker 2: our producer Rebel just before we came on today, because
- 13:46Speaker 2: you know, it's like any good meal that you present
- 13:51Speaker 2: to people, So behind the scenes, it's always a little
- 13:54Speaker 2: bumpy and not to disappoint, but today was really it
- 13:57Speaker 2: was a little bumpy getting here. And you know, poor
- 14:00Speaker 2: doctor Moore, I know, and there was probably some challenges
- 14:02Speaker 2: on his end too. That's why it makes it all
- 14:05Speaker 2: the more special because when we do get the information too,
- 14:07Speaker 2: and you do get to hear and you can share
- 14:09Speaker 2: in some questions with him as well. We'll probably only
- 14:12Speaker 2: have him on for just a little bit today, but
- 14:14Speaker 2: I'll get him back on in another week or two.
- 14:16Speaker 2: I am bringing back Sally Sachson. Next week she is
- 14:20Speaker 2: going to do a follow up on the book that
- 14:22Speaker 2: we talked about vaccines, COVID Vaccines nineteen and beyond, and
- 14:28Speaker 2: I encourage you to get her book on Amazon, maybe
- 14:32Speaker 2: get her books so you can call in with some
- 14:34Speaker 2: great questions because you'll get it straight from the source
- 14:37Speaker 2: and between her and myself and all these other folks
- 14:40Speaker 2: that I've been bringing out to you on our airwaves.
- 14:43Speaker 2: I need you, guys to know the information you're being
- 14:45Speaker 2: served out on the mainstream media. It's just missing some information,
- 14:50Speaker 2: let's call it that. And while some of the information
- 14:54Speaker 2: is digestible, y'all got to take care of yourselves. And
- 14:58Speaker 2: that leads me into the headache, the hydration, the nutrition,
- 15:04Speaker 2: talking about muscle cramps, your body. Do y' all know
- 15:08Speaker 2: how special your body is. I mean, when you think
- 15:11Speaker 2: about it, we take our body for granted. And when
- 15:15Speaker 2: we take it for granted, it's because it's probably operating
- 15:18Speaker 2: on autopilot. And I'm sure a lot of you trust
- 15:21Speaker 2: the pilots who run our planes. A lot of times
- 15:24Speaker 2: they're managing them, but there's a degree of autopiloting going on.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Thank God for those pilots. That know how to intervene
- 15:31Speaker 2: when a crisis hits. How about that airline I think
- 15:33Speaker 2: it was a Southwest Airline coming from somewhere in California
- 15:37Speaker 2: to somewhere in Nevada. Man, that guy dropped the plane
- 15:41Speaker 2: saved hundreds of lives, right, Okay, So your body equally
- 15:45Speaker 2: is smart. And if your body is that smart, you've
- 15:47Speaker 2: got to listen to the warning signs. So when you
- 15:49Speaker 2: get a headache, it doesn't mean you have a brain tumor.
- 15:52Speaker 2: But what it does mean is something is malfunctioning or
- 15:55Speaker 2: something needs attention. So let's start with the hydration. Hydrate
- 16:00Speaker 2: water water water. But you know water, as it's demineralized
- 16:04Speaker 2: and processed through filters, you're not really getting micronutrients. So
- 16:08Speaker 2: you got muscle cramps, you got to add some electrolytes.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Electrolytes are key. They always talk about eat a banana
- 16:14Speaker 2: if you got a muscle cramp. I don't know so
- 16:17Speaker 2: much about the pickle beet juice, but I'm sure somebody
- 16:20Speaker 2: can look it up for me. You know, why would
- 16:23Speaker 2: picklebet juice be important? Because there's salt, there's sodium, there's
- 16:27Speaker 2: a little bit of chloride, there are you know, nutrients
- 16:31Speaker 2: in there in those electrolytes. So it's super too, super
- 16:35Speaker 2: important to get electrolytes in your body. And you can
- 16:39Speaker 2: do that with really good drinks. I will tell you
- 16:42Speaker 2: don't run to the gatorade. Gatorade is a source of
- 16:46Speaker 2: even the zero. Okay, you've got a lot of fillers.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I think we've just talked about RFK cutting out some
- 16:52Speaker 2: of the dyes. Try to propel, try to get and
- 16:56Speaker 2: you can get this pretty much anywhere in Oh my god,
- 17:01Speaker 2: Walmart my favorite place to shop. Not really, but you
- 17:04Speaker 2: can get it in Walmart. Branch chain amino acids you
- 17:07Speaker 2: can hook onto my link and on my website there's
- 17:10Speaker 2: a little section for supplements. You can type in branch
- 17:13Speaker 2: chain amino acids BCAA, or just a little scoop of that.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Usually the andrect in directions on the bottle say with
- 17:24Speaker 2: two scoops. Two scoops is pretty sweet, unless you've got
- 17:27Speaker 2: a large container. I always say, just flavor to taste.
- 17:30Speaker 2: That's going to get you plenty of nutrients. Amino acids
- 17:34Speaker 2: the building blocks of a healthy body, or amino acids
- 17:38Speaker 2: that make up proteins. Okay, so if you utilize amino
- 17:43Speaker 2: acids in a water bottle, which I have nothing here
- 17:45Speaker 2: today to drink because why it was crazy behind the
- 17:48Speaker 2: themes before the show. But amino acids, get those in
- 17:52Speaker 2: your body. Amino Acids in water will help with headaches, always, always, always,
- 17:58Speaker 2: Because I don't want you to ever think that I
- 18:01Speaker 2: would give you advice without suggesting you go to your
- 18:04Speaker 2: own provider get good medical information, especially because you want
- 18:11Speaker 2: to speak directly to you and your symptoms. But these
- 18:14Speaker 2: are good general guidelines to ask questions about or get
- 18:18Speaker 2: some of these over the counter products that are generally
- 18:21Speaker 2: helpful and healthy for you. So in that you know, migraines, headaches, fatigue,
- 18:27Speaker 2: low mood, anxiety, all those things. I harp on the hydration,
- 18:32Speaker 2: I harp on the protein. I harp on the fueling
- 18:35Speaker 2: the body, because when you're fueling the body, a lot
- 18:38Speaker 2: of these symptoms will go away. Now the other piece
- 18:42Speaker 2: with migraines, you know, there could be other things that
- 18:45Speaker 2: are triggering those migraines. I had mentioned hormones. If you
- 18:49Speaker 2: get your hormones checked and there's a hormone imbalance, sometimes
- 18:53Speaker 2: adding I'll just say in this case, maybe adding a
- 18:56Speaker 2: little progesterone can ease some of the symptoms of hormone imbalances.
- 19:01Speaker 2: That's just one example. A lot of folks that are
- 19:04Speaker 2: on the discs for pregnancy or the ring and the IUD,
- 19:12Speaker 2: A lot of those things create pretty significant shifts and
- 19:16Speaker 2: hormone balance. And if you're in your twenties, thirties, forties,
- 19:19Speaker 2: you know you may want to rethink other birth control
- 19:22Speaker 2: method because is it really worth the pain, the trouble,
- 19:26Speaker 2: you know, the shifts and hormones to not feel your best.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I have so many women that come on that often
- 19:32Speaker 2: tell me, you know, all the headaches, the mood swings,
- 19:35Speaker 2: the issues. It used to be back in the day
- 19:38Speaker 2: you take the pill to help with a heavy period
- 19:41Speaker 2: or mood swings. Now, with the way some of these ingredients,
- 19:45Speaker 2: the way they work, they actually can trigger a lot
- 19:48Speaker 2: of other emotional issues and problems. So take a look
- 19:53Speaker 2: and I will give a shout if you. If you
- 19:56Speaker 2: go onto my website and you let me know you
- 19:57Speaker 2: have a question, I will connect you with my friends
- 20:00Speaker 2: over at Castle Rock, and through them, I can help
- 20:04Speaker 2: you with peptides. Ordering peptides to help you balance out
- 20:08Speaker 2: your body. Hormones to help you balance out your body
- 20:12Speaker 2: I do it all through them there, so that is
- 20:14Speaker 2: something that we can do too, and I know we
- 20:16Speaker 2: had them on some prior shows. So if you do
- 20:19Speaker 2: tune into iHeartRadio and you want to look up any
- 20:22Speaker 2: of my prior shows, scroll down and when you get
- 20:24Speaker 2: to the bottom, it'll say view more shows. Just keep
- 20:27Speaker 2: scrolling because I've nearly got two years worth the shows
- 20:30Speaker 2: built on there, and there's probably not a topic I
- 20:32Speaker 2: haven't covered that if you've missed it, you may want
- 20:35Speaker 2: to listen to it when you have some time, because
- 20:37Speaker 2: we've had some phenomenal people on to really help you
- 20:40Speaker 2: with your overall mental health, physical health, and how to
- 20:43Speaker 2: help you improve from injuries and all kinds of things.
- 20:47Speaker 2: So yeah, So okay, the pickle juice here's one to
- 20:51Speaker 2: kind of add to what I know basically, but it does.
- 20:55Speaker 2: The pickle juice has electrolytes in it, and with the
- 20:57Speaker 2: sodium piece like I mentioned, also has potassium and help
- 21:02Speaker 2: to replenish the electrolytes. So well good, that's like a
- 21:05Speaker 2: what do you call that? A QA check? Make sure
- 21:08Speaker 2: I'm speaking the truth. And then the vinegar and the
- 21:11Speaker 2: pickle juice is helpful for dilating blood vessels and increasing
- 21:14Speaker 2: blood flow. So who knew? Now? That also leads me
- 21:18Speaker 2: to how many of you out there are taken on
- 21:20Speaker 2: apple side or vinegar. I would not be without. In fact,
- 21:24Speaker 2: maybe what we'll do I don't know how close will be. Oh,
- 21:26Speaker 2: I got a whole bunch of other people apple sider, vinegar.
- 21:30Speaker 2: They always say a teaspoon a day keeps the doctor away,
- 21:33Speaker 2: And I'll tell you what it's old. It's medicinal. It
- 21:37Speaker 2: really helps with balance, not electrolyte, acid base balance. It's
- 21:43Speaker 2: so funny because like I'm reading the chat, I'm reading
- 21:45Speaker 2: the screen, I'm checking out all kinds of things in
- 21:48Speaker 2: here today and information overload, Oh my gosh, how about it.
- 21:52Speaker 2: I don't know how they do it on the news
- 21:54Speaker 2: or like on these daily shows, because there's probably so
- 21:56Speaker 2: much information coming at you. But acid base balance. You know,
- 22:00Speaker 2: you want your body to be slightly alkalinic, so if
- 22:03Speaker 2: you ingest things that are a little acidic, it actually
- 22:07Speaker 2: helps you to be more alkalinic. And we have more
- 22:09Speaker 2: of an alkaline body. Guess what that helps reduce some
- 22:13Speaker 2: types of cancer. When you're more alcoholtic, you stave off
- 22:19Speaker 2: some of those. I am not an oncologist. But I'm
- 22:23Speaker 2: just giving you some good, you know, general information that
- 22:26Speaker 2: you can look up more as you will. And I
- 22:29Speaker 2: do want to thank some folks. I've got a couple
- 22:31Speaker 2: of comments on here. I really appreciate that you guys
- 22:33Speaker 2: have gotten the book. A lot of stuff going on,
- 22:36Speaker 2: a lot of censorship. You're absolutely right, and it's really tough,
- 22:41Speaker 2: you know, getting the word out. I'll tell you this,
- 22:43Speaker 2: the reason why I call this book. They call me Harriet.
- 22:47Speaker 2: I really felt like Harriet Tubman back in the day.
- 22:50Speaker 2: And you know, if that gives any credence to those
- 22:54Speaker 2: that are underserved, those that are in a plate, those
- 22:58Speaker 2: that are challenged because they think differently, look differently, or
- 23:02Speaker 2: act differently. Let me tell you those first three years
- 23:05Speaker 2: of the pandemic, especially the first year, I really felt
- 23:09Speaker 2: like I was in the a zombie apocalypse. And yet,
- 23:12Speaker 2: how do you feel that way when you work in
- 23:14Speaker 2: a world of brilliant people. These folks weren't so brilliant.
- 23:19Speaker 2: They all drank the kool aid. And I got to
- 23:22Speaker 2: tell you, guys, when it doesn't look right, soundwriter, or
- 23:25Speaker 2: feel late, don't you get like a little pit in
- 23:28Speaker 2: your stomach. That's how I felt, and I have to
- 23:31Speaker 2: tell you now because the world is talking about some
- 23:36Speaker 2: of the stuff that I've been saying for the last
- 23:38Speaker 2: five years. The world is talking about a lot of
- 23:41Speaker 2: the stuff I've been trying to get to people on
- 23:44Speaker 2: my book. Sometimes I'll go on X and I encourage you, guys.
- 23:49Speaker 2: I am not very good technically. I need people to
- 23:52Speaker 2: help me. But if you go onto my website and
- 23:54Speaker 2: you ask me a question and you ask about how
- 23:56Speaker 2: to get on X, if you can find me on X,
- 23:59Speaker 2: which don't ask me now what my name is, because
- 24:01Speaker 2: it's just I don't know. It's too much for me
- 24:05Speaker 2: to have to try to figure out. But I'm on
- 24:06Speaker 2: X and I think I'm under Patty G Wellness or
- 24:10Speaker 2: Patty G Wellness uncensored. But I'll look it up when
- 24:13Speaker 2: Doctor Moore comes on. But we can connect you to
- 24:16Speaker 2: live shows. I had my guest Matt Youngblood, great podcaster,
- 24:22Speaker 2: far more tech savvy than me, probably thirty or forty
- 24:25Speaker 2: years younger than me, and he helps me with doing
- 24:28Speaker 2: a live X presentation. I'm going to be on his
- 24:31Speaker 2: show tomorrow night. I think it starts at seven o'clock,
- 24:34Speaker 2: So if you need to get on, I think you
- 24:37Speaker 2: can look up Matt Underscore young Blood. He's going to
- 24:40Speaker 2: be driving the podcast tomorrow night. There's going to be
- 24:43Speaker 2: several of us on there, and me as a nurse practitioner,
- 24:45Speaker 2: there'll be several nurses on and yeah, I think it'll
- 24:48Speaker 2: be really fantastic if you can come on. Those faces
- 24:51Speaker 2: are pretty cool, you know why they're live, they're uncensored.
- 24:56Speaker 2: We don't know who's on. It could be Fanny may
- 24:58Speaker 2: Manny may know Big Pharma, but they're here in us
- 25:02Speaker 2: talk and they're not shutting us up. And that's what
- 25:05Speaker 2: we need more of, you know, And we'll be talking
- 25:07Speaker 2: about all kinds of things live and uncensored. You don't
- 25:11Speaker 2: get to see all of our faces because X doesn't
- 25:13Speaker 2: let you do that. But that's just one of the
- 25:16Speaker 2: things I want to share, so kind of back to
- 25:18Speaker 2: the point. Oh, that's a great question too about tutorials
- 25:22Speaker 2: for workouts and websites. Yeah, you know, I am. I
- 25:26Speaker 2: don't think I have enough hours in the day to
- 25:29Speaker 2: give all the information that can be so beneficial to you,
- 25:31Speaker 2: But I do a lot of referrals. I always tell
- 25:34Speaker 2: folks I got patients all the time. You know, I
- 25:36Speaker 2: grew up while I was building my career. Starting out
- 25:39Speaker 2: in college, I was a fitness instructor and I did
- 25:42Speaker 2: all kinds of strength training. I used to do aerobic competitions.
- 25:45Speaker 2: I don't even know if they have them anymore. They
- 25:47Speaker 2: probably have more extensive things than that, but I was
- 25:50Speaker 2: very into all that kind of stuff. So I pair
- 25:52Speaker 2: that up in my entire career. Now I'm cresting on
- 25:56Speaker 2: the fortieth anniversary, so I'm getting pretty close. Not there yet,
- 26:00Speaker 2: not that old, but I'm close. But fitness and wellness,
- 26:04Speaker 2: it really goes hand in hand with your well being.
- 26:07Speaker 2: But what do we teach. We don't teach wellcare in
- 26:11Speaker 2: the medical model. We teach a sick care model. And
- 26:13Speaker 2: that's why I love what a lot of the stuff
- 26:17Speaker 2: I'm hearing about RFK does. And man, if I could
- 26:20Speaker 2: get his attention for five minutes, I am sure I
- 26:24Speaker 2: could really help him out. So if any of you
- 26:26Speaker 2: know RFK, you let him know the PATTYG is looking
- 26:28Speaker 2: for him because I'm an advocate. And while he's got
- 26:32Speaker 2: the business sense and he's got the political sense, I've
- 26:35Speaker 2: got the clinical sense. So y'all let RFK know. I
- 26:38Speaker 2: want to see him. I also want to get on
- 26:40Speaker 2: Real American Network, So if any of you got connections there,
- 26:43Speaker 2: you let him know. For whatever reason, they haven't answered
- 26:46Speaker 2: my email yet, but I'll tell you I can really
- 26:49Speaker 2: blow the doors out with some really good information, and
- 26:52Speaker 2: I think that's what it's all about. More people are
- 26:54Speaker 2: tuning into these shows, more people like you are tuning
- 26:57Speaker 2: into these podcasts, and how bad it does? It make you?
- 27:00Speaker 1: Go?
- 27:01Speaker 2: Hm, really makes you wonder like, why didn't we hear
- 27:04Speaker 2: about this before? Why didn't we know these things? I'm
- 27:07Speaker 2: going to be having Tom from Alpha Omega Energy on again. Tom.
- 27:13Speaker 2: If you go back to some of our prior shows
- 27:14Speaker 2: on iHeart we had him on I think the beginning
- 27:19Speaker 2: of September twenty twenty four and two shows in August
- 27:23Speaker 2: of twenty twenty four, look them up. He's very scientific.
- 27:27Speaker 2: He's a reverse engineer of I'm probably going to say
- 27:31Speaker 2: it wrong, chemistry, chemical models, electron molecules. He will tell
- 27:37Speaker 2: you more than you probably even want to know about
- 27:40Speaker 2: the shots, about all the other shots, about food, about
- 27:44Speaker 2: what's in our water. So he's going to be back
- 27:47Speaker 2: on as well. So those those two folks, you know,
- 27:51Speaker 2: I want to make sure we get them back on.
- 27:52Speaker 2: And if doctor. If doctor Moore doesn't join us today,
- 27:56Speaker 2: let's look for him probably the week after. I have
- 27:59Speaker 2: Nance Sally on this. Sally will be on next Thursday
- 28:03Speaker 2: with me and we're going to be doing part two
- 28:06Speaker 2: of COVID nineteen Vaccines and beyond, so so look for that.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Lots of questions. Yeah, vegetables, you got to be careful
- 28:14Speaker 2: about the vegetables. Super good point. You know, if you
- 28:17Speaker 2: buy them, you got to really clean them. And if
- 28:20Speaker 2: you do buy them in these bulks of the big
- 28:24Speaker 2: supermarket outlets and things, you know, Honest to god, folks,
- 28:27Speaker 2: I just don't know what they spray on them, between
- 28:29Speaker 2: the vegetables, the fruits, and even eggs. Have any of
- 28:34Speaker 2: you tasted a difference in eggs. I used to love
- 28:37Speaker 2: hard boiled eggs. I would eat three in the morning
- 28:40Speaker 2: for my protein boost. I can't stomach the taste of
- 28:43Speaker 2: eggs now. There's just something about it, just something about it.
- 28:47Speaker 2: I'm checking out all the questions to try to see
- 28:49Speaker 2: if I've covered everybody so far. Yeah, I appreciate you
- 28:53Speaker 2: guys are getting the book. Tell your friends. You know
- 28:55Speaker 2: I got to do is copy my website or tell
- 28:58Speaker 2: them to look up Patti gillyo Wellness dot com. That's
- 29:02Speaker 2: the website and you can order the book. It'll be
- 29:06Speaker 2: out in just a couple of days. And in the book,
- 29:09Speaker 2: just so you know, it's not just a story, but
- 29:12Speaker 2: I will tell you in the book, it goes through
- 29:14Speaker 2: some you know, highlights of COVID. It goes through what
- 29:17Speaker 2: I did to heal. In the back, I share about
- 29:20Speaker 2: some of the patients that I lost, that I did
- 29:23Speaker 2: everything I could to be with them so they didn't
- 29:26Speaker 2: pass alone because the powers that be refused to let
- 29:29Speaker 2: their families in with them. And you know that was
- 29:31Speaker 2: by choice. There was a real reason for that, because
- 29:34Speaker 2: if I could get one family member in with every
- 29:37Speaker 2: patient in that hospital, a lot would not have happened.
- 29:40Speaker 2: But in the back, I've got all kinds of websites
- 29:45Speaker 2: and contacts to get yourself hooked up with non mainstream
- 29:49Speaker 2: providers who will get you what you need, and all
- 29:53Speaker 2: kinds of tips. I've got tips in there about food,
- 29:55Speaker 2: about fitness, and oh, I don't know, yeah, different ways.
- 30:00Speaker 2: I had a look in a minute, but I must
- 30:03Speaker 2: have on about twenty or thirty websites to go on
- 30:05Speaker 2: and find information for yourselves. But yeah, let me jump back,
- 30:10Speaker 2: so fitness, let's see. Oh you know, I actually made
- 30:15Speaker 2: a fitness video. It was way back. It was probably
- 30:20Speaker 2: it was either late eighties or early nineties. I don't
- 30:23Speaker 2: think it went anywhere, but I did. I don't have
- 30:25Speaker 2: any fitness videos now. But you're all welcome to come
- 30:28Speaker 2: join me at Orange Theory, and I'll tell you one
- 30:30Speaker 2: of the cool things about Orange Theory given them a
- 30:33Speaker 2: free plug. You can connect with friends and the workout's
- 30:37Speaker 2: the same here as it is across the country. So
- 30:40Speaker 2: if we were to develop like a little group chat,
- 30:42Speaker 2: we could stay connected and do some motivational stuff on
- 30:45Speaker 2: our own group chat. And I've got group chats on
- 30:48Speaker 2: Signal and everywhere else. So if you want to be
- 30:50Speaker 2: a part of that, feel free. Like I said, the
- 30:52Speaker 2: easiest way to get onto my private stuff is to
- 30:55Speaker 2: connect with me on my website, put in your contact information,
- 30:58Speaker 2: and then I can add you to a group chat
- 31:00Speaker 2: on Signal. If you don't belong to Signal, get on
- 31:03Speaker 2: Signal and then this way we can find you. And
- 31:05Speaker 2: if not, I'm happy to email you some information so
- 31:08Speaker 2: you can get more results, you know, for things you're
- 31:11Speaker 2: looking at. One of the things that I wanted to
- 31:15Speaker 2: share too. I think Rebel you put it up. Are
- 31:18Speaker 2: the X thirty nine patches I have had Kathy, she's
- 31:22Speaker 2: my go to guru expert for X thirty nine. But yeah,
- 31:26Speaker 2: if you see those patches there, the thirty nine and
- 31:28Speaker 2: the forty nine. I only added the thirty nine back
- 31:31Speaker 2: when I was recovering from that pandemic of a virus
- 31:35Speaker 2: and I didn't really know much about it, but I
- 31:37Speaker 2: knew it was one of the things that did help
- 31:39Speaker 2: me to have energy and feel better. It was terrific.
- 31:42Speaker 2: It was absolutely phenomenal. Yes, I do recommend X thirty nine.
- 31:46Speaker 2: You can get there, and you can get there with
- 31:49Speaker 2: a discount. If you go onto my portal, which it's
- 31:53Speaker 2: a Magnolia cell patch dot com, it will pop you
- 31:57Speaker 2: right up into X thirty nine and Manolia Cell Patch
- 32:01Speaker 2: you can pick out the X thirty nines. I do
- 32:03Speaker 2: recommend both. But if you just want to get started
- 32:06Speaker 2: and see how it works, I say, get a pack
- 32:08Speaker 2: of the X thirty nines, use it for a month,
- 32:10Speaker 2: and then stop and give it a week and see
- 32:12Speaker 2: how you feel. That's the best way to tell if
- 32:15Speaker 2: you feel like you've got more energy and stamina. Those
- 32:20Speaker 2: patches are phenomenal, and in there you will see a
- 32:23Speaker 2: bunch of other patches. If you want, I can have
- 32:25Speaker 2: my person, Kathy reach out to you. If you're not
- 32:28Speaker 2: sure what to do, If you're not sure how to order,
- 32:30Speaker 2: just go onto that homepage Magnolia at Agilliana Wellness dot
- 32:35Speaker 2: Com under the comments section, say you need help with
- 32:39Speaker 2: the X thirty nine patches, and I can either have
- 32:42Speaker 2: myself or Kathy, my business person, help you and guide you.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Because in addition to the what I call the stem
- 32:49Speaker 2: cell patches to give you overall energy and endurance, we've
- 32:52Speaker 2: got other patches that will help with pain. So if
- 32:54Speaker 2: you're up at night with pain chronic issues, the patches
- 32:58Speaker 2: work to break the pain site. They don't solve the
- 33:02Speaker 2: underlying issue. But my god, how good is it to
- 33:05Speaker 2: get a minute of relief from pain? And that leads
- 33:10Speaker 2: to my second book, which I know I have around
- 33:12Speaker 2: here somewhere, but it's the frozen Shoulder one. I will
- 33:15Speaker 2: tell you with frozen shoulder, Oh yeah, re well, you
- 33:17Speaker 2: got it. Frozen shoulder is a very important topic for
- 33:20Speaker 2: people who struggle with anxiety, stress trauma, or deep depression
- 33:27Speaker 2: because it is a physical manifestation many of the times
- 33:31Speaker 2: to an unresolved stressor I'm living proof. That's why I
- 33:36Speaker 2: wrote the book, because after the first one, I realized
- 33:38Speaker 2: what was happening, and I manifested two more because I
- 33:43Speaker 2: just had that kind of personality and sometimes when tough
- 33:46Speaker 2: things happen. You know, what did I tell you at
- 33:48Speaker 2: the beginning of the show. You can only control what's
- 33:52Speaker 2: in your wheelhouse, and that's basically you. Everything else is
- 33:57Speaker 2: external to you. And it took me a long time
- 33:59Speaker 2: to learn. That took me three frozen shoulders and a
- 34:02Speaker 2: frozen hip. Now, not to disillusion you, frozen shoulder is
- 34:07Speaker 2: a very physical symptom manifesting. It can come other ways.
- 34:11Speaker 2: You can get it from stress, You can get it
- 34:14Speaker 2: from irregular blood sugars and your immune system being off.
- 34:19Speaker 2: You can get it from well, that's kind of the
- 34:22Speaker 2: two autoimmune issues, blood sugar issues. People who have diabetes,
- 34:26Speaker 2: they seem to say have a higher incidence, close to
- 34:29Speaker 2: a four or five percent higher incidence of issues. So
- 34:33Speaker 2: just know that it's risk, but there's ways to avoid it.
- 34:37Speaker 2: And those ways are a lot of what I just
- 34:40Speaker 2: told you at the beginning of the show. Good hydration,
- 34:42Speaker 2: good protein, good physical fitness. You know, we did jump
- 34:46Speaker 2: off of the physical fitness for a minute. But if
- 34:48Speaker 2: you've got good movement, movement helps to get the neurotransmitters
- 34:52Speaker 2: released out of your brain and not out, but to
- 34:56Speaker 2: produce more of them, so it balances you, It calms
- 34:59Speaker 2: you down. Have you ever notice like you're standing around,
- 35:02Speaker 2: go do ten jumping jacks and tell me if you
- 35:03Speaker 2: don't feel a little a little charged and a little
- 35:06Speaker 2: less stressed and a little more oxygen in your body,
- 35:09Speaker 2: maybe I want to do it. Okay, I'll give you
- 35:11Speaker 2: a minute, so after you do ten jumping jacks. That's
- 35:14Speaker 2: what happens when you exercise and you add exercise into
- 35:17Speaker 2: your life. So it's so important to include the hydration,
- 35:20Speaker 2: the good protein, the nutrition, movement, and sleep. When you
- 35:25Speaker 2: do all that. Things like frozen shoulder, you can kind
- 35:27Speaker 2: of keep it at bay if you do come down
- 35:30Speaker 2: with a frozen shoulder, and there are there are other ways.
- 35:33Speaker 2: If you've had shoulder surgery, you are definitely at risk
- 35:37Speaker 2: for a frozen shoulder. Now how can that be? Well,
- 35:40Speaker 2: when you shoulder is immobile, you tend to get some stick,
- 35:44Speaker 2: some stiffness, and if you're already predisposed, or you're stressed,
- 35:48Speaker 2: or you're tense and you're not hydrating enough post surgery,
- 35:51Speaker 2: you may end up with a shoulder that's they call
- 35:54Speaker 2: it frozen. It's tough to avoid sometimes even if you
- 35:57Speaker 2: do all the right things. But predominantly frozen shoulder is
- 36:01Speaker 2: more idiopathic and comes from autoimmune and issues with diabetes.
- 36:06Speaker 2: But if you had an injury, or if you're in
- 36:07Speaker 2: a car accident, you'll hurt your shoulder. Again. There are
- 36:11Speaker 2: physical ways. Now it's different too, because if you don't
- 36:16Speaker 2: have a physical injury and you don't have a surgery,
- 36:19Speaker 2: then healing it needs to be very nutriative and nutritive.
- 36:23Speaker 2: By that, I mean you've got to nurture it. You
- 36:26Speaker 2: don't need a lot of heavy, intense physical therapy. In fact,
- 36:29Speaker 2: you should avoid physical therapy. But don't be mistaken. I
- 36:32Speaker 2: don't mean don't move it. You need to move it.
- 36:36Speaker 2: In fact, you need to have somebody move it for you.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Like passive range of motion. That's where I take someone's
- 36:40Speaker 2: hand and I move it. Okay, this is active movement.
- 36:45Speaker 2: I'm moving my hand. But if I have someone move
- 36:48Speaker 2: my hand, that's passive that that's physical therapy, but it's
- 36:52Speaker 2: not aggressive physical therapy. When I have someone take my
- 36:56Speaker 2: hand and go, come on, pat, you got to pull
- 36:58Speaker 2: it all the way out here. When you're show is frozen,
- 37:00Speaker 2: all you're going to do is increase inflammation, increase pain,
- 37:04Speaker 2: and probably increase injury. So when you have a frozen
- 37:07Speaker 2: shoulder that's not caused by an accident or surgery, we
- 37:10Speaker 2: want to nurture it. That's where the stem cell patches
- 37:13Speaker 2: come in. That's where PRP injections come in. That's where
- 37:16Speaker 2: peptides VP one point fifty seven comes in. All those
- 37:20Speaker 2: things I can help you with. And if you need
- 37:23Speaker 2: help with somebody in your area that you want to
- 37:24Speaker 2: go to somebody local to actually get some of the
- 37:26Speaker 2: physical treatments. I pretty much work with people nationwide, so
- 37:30Speaker 2: I can connect you pretty quickly. So keep that in mind.
- 37:32Speaker 2: But frozen shoulders usually a manifestation stress and all the
- 37:36Speaker 2: stuff we talked about. I haven't had an injury, but
- 37:41Speaker 2: I did have. My last frozen shoulder was May of
- 37:45Speaker 2: twenty twenty three, and in September of twenty twenty four,
- 37:49Speaker 2: I actually had a frozen hip, same type of treatment.
- 37:52Speaker 2: So if y'all have questions and I don't know. If
- 37:55Speaker 2: somebody asked me if I'm going to write a new book,
- 37:59Speaker 2: I've actually thought about. I'm finishing my doctoral degree and
- 38:02Speaker 2: I'm actually up to my eyeballs doing my dissertation right now,
- 38:06Speaker 2: hopefully to have that done by October, so probably after that,
- 38:10Speaker 2: I've got some ideas for some more books, and I
- 38:12Speaker 2: definitely will be looking to probably put a few more
- 38:16Speaker 2: out there, because you know, I've actually had a lot
- 38:18Speaker 2: of fun writing the books, and I've gotten a lot
- 38:21Speaker 2: of I'm just checking on doctor more. It's been helpful
- 38:27Speaker 2: to a lot of people. I've grown a lot of
- 38:29Speaker 2: clients and a lot of patients to help them because
- 38:32Speaker 2: back when I had frozen shoulder, so many people didn't
- 38:34Speaker 2: even know what it was. I had worked in ther
- 38:37Speaker 2: for years and I saw the surgeries we do, and
- 38:41Speaker 2: I won't go too far off topic, but the procedures
- 38:44Speaker 2: that they do sometimes do more damage than good. That's
- 38:46Speaker 2: why surgery is usually always a last result or resort.
- 38:50Speaker 2: One of the procedures they do for a frozen shoulder.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Picture your shoulder like this, right, it's locked down. You
- 38:55Speaker 2: can't really lift it up, get range of motion. They
- 38:57Speaker 2: put you under anesthesia and then they take you arm
- 39:00Speaker 2: and they go like this to it, and they go
- 39:02Speaker 2: like this to it. They're like this to it, and
- 39:04Speaker 2: when they do that, you're sleep. Imagine the damage and
- 39:08Speaker 2: believe me, I've seen the damage post up. You can
- 39:12Speaker 2: tear nerves, you can destroy nerves permanently. You can break
- 39:16Speaker 2: the humoral head, the bone that detaches up into your shoulder.
- 39:19Speaker 2: That's your humorous, the head of your humorous. People end
- 39:23Speaker 2: up with hairline fractures. So when I hear people talk
- 39:26Speaker 2: about wanting to go get surgery, I'm like, we tried
- 39:29Speaker 2: everything else, yet, it's really important to try alternative therapy
- 39:34Speaker 2: before you do that. And many orthopedic docs now will
- 39:38Speaker 2: provide RP injections. You have to ask for it, and
- 39:42Speaker 2: a lot of times they're going to say, well, I
- 39:44Speaker 2: could do a I could do a steroid injection, you know,
- 39:48Speaker 2: steroids covered by insurance. And when I went to an
- 39:51Speaker 2: orthopod once because I was looking for somebody before I
- 39:53Speaker 2: had somebody to help me do my own I think, dope,
- 39:57Speaker 2: I'll spend the four hundred and fifty dollars. Just put
- 40:00Speaker 2: my own PRP in there. Please put my own PRP.
- 40:02Speaker 2: And they did, and I recovered and I didn't need
- 40:05Speaker 2: anything crazy. I didn't need physical therapy afterwards. But you know,
- 40:09Speaker 2: this is the information, folks. They have information. Sometimes they
- 40:12Speaker 2: have good information, but not always the best. And like
- 40:17Speaker 2: they always tell you, there's always more than one way
- 40:20Speaker 2: to skin a cat. And so I prefer to go
- 40:23Speaker 2: the method of nurturing and healing before I do aggressive things.
- 40:30Speaker 2: And that's not to say, you know, there's sometimes when
- 40:32Speaker 2: you really do you need they need. I don't know
- 40:36Speaker 2: if he's in the waiting room, can you check it out.
- 40:38Speaker 2: I don't know if doctor Moore is there, and he
- 40:40Speaker 2: seems to be there. If he is on, we'll take
- 40:42Speaker 2: a couple of seconds just to say hi. But we're
- 40:44Speaker 2: pretty close to the end of the war right now.
- 40:46Speaker 2: So if he is there, he needs to hit the
- 40:49Speaker 2: enter studio button because he's not in the green room.
- 40:52Speaker 2: All right, We'll just we'll get him on for next
- 40:54Speaker 2: time because I'm going to wrap up with folks. And oh,
- 40:58Speaker 2: do you know what's funny When you're phone starts to type,
- 41:01Speaker 2: what is it? Talk text type for you, I'll tell
- 41:05Speaker 2: you it's a danger zone out here, folks. I am
- 41:07Speaker 2: not tech savvy. I just repeated. My whole self was
- 41:12Speaker 2: get off talk text all right. See, I can't do
- 41:15Speaker 2: two things at once. This is not my thing. Okay,
- 41:19Speaker 2: if he does show up, get him on and leave
- 41:21Speaker 2: him in the back so I can talk to him.
- 41:23Speaker 2: But listen. I really enjoyed chat with you guys today.
- 41:26Speaker 2: So many great questions. I don't have online wellness classes yet.
- 41:32Speaker 2: The only online thing that I do offer is for
- 41:34Speaker 2: frozen shoulder, and that's on my website. I have a
- 41:39Speaker 2: frozen shoulder website. It's called frozen Shoulderhealing dot Com. I
- 41:44Speaker 2: don't think I have that one up there yet, Rebel,
- 41:46Speaker 2: but reach out to me under the comments in my website.
- 41:50Speaker 2: If you need help with frozen shoulder I can link
- 41:52Speaker 2: you into my frozen shoulder website. I actually do consulting
- 41:56Speaker 2: there and I do some training with frozen shoulder. And
- 41:59Speaker 2: since now I've realized that it can hit your hips too,
- 42:02Speaker 2: I won't say I'm an expert, but i'm pretty darning
- 42:05Speaker 2: good resource for that. So anybody you know and the
- 42:09Speaker 2: symptoms are pretty interesting, I will tell you if you've
- 42:12Speaker 2: never heard or frozen shoulder. Technical term is adhes of capsulitis.
- 42:16Speaker 2: So if you get diagnosed, and the symptoms generally tend
- 42:20Speaker 2: to be, you know, more of a loss range of motion,
- 42:24Speaker 2: less mobility, slight pain, tightness, and then the pain starts
- 42:29Speaker 2: to get worse at night, and over the next couple
- 42:32Speaker 2: of weeks and months, your shoulder becomes restricted. The pain
- 42:35Speaker 2: gets excruciating at night, horrible during the day, constantly feel
- 42:40Speaker 2: like something's pulling your shoulder down because the shoulder actually
- 42:42Speaker 2: dislocates itself in a way, it kind of comes out
- 42:46Speaker 2: of joint. And when it does that, I mean, it
- 42:48Speaker 2: feels horrible. It's not popping the ball and socket out,
- 42:52Speaker 2: but what it is doing is lifting up that the
- 42:56Speaker 2: shoulder blade. Your shoulder blade gets a little dislocated, and
- 42:59Speaker 2: what happens is it wraps the nerve, the ligaments, the muscles,
- 43:03Speaker 2: and it almost feels like somebody's got a bag pulling
- 43:06Speaker 2: your over your shoulder and your your shoulder blade gets
- 43:09Speaker 2: pulled up in the air. If you look at yourself
- 43:11Speaker 2: in the mirror, they don't look even so lots of
- 43:14Speaker 2: stuff people don't even realize they have it. And then
- 43:16Speaker 2: when it gets worse over a period of time, the treatment,
- 43:19Speaker 2: because you're almost locked down, you know, it takes a
- 43:22Speaker 2: while to heal. So if we can get you with
- 43:24Speaker 2: PRP injections or VP one fifty seven peptides, we're gonna
- 43:28Speaker 2: knock that thing out quick. And I've been able to
- 43:31Speaker 2: heal frozen shoulder within a ten to twelve week period
- 43:34Speaker 2: of PRP, VP one fifty seven cryotherapy right to the
- 43:39Speaker 2: localized area and gentle massage. That's really my mixture. I
- 43:43Speaker 2: get people to get on a really good protein based diet.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Cut out the carbs, cut out the sugars because those
- 43:51Speaker 2: things feed inflammation, and from there we can get you
- 43:55Speaker 2: healed up pretty quick. So, man, I think I covered
- 43:58Speaker 2: a ton of stuff today, and you know it was
- 44:00Speaker 2: all unprepared because for doctor Moore. But what I want
- 44:05Speaker 2: to do is make sure I've covered everybody here. I
- 44:09Speaker 2: think I did, and again I apologize. Sometimes when we're
- 44:13Speaker 2: about to get you the best information, our folks run
- 44:16Speaker 2: into roadblocks. I know myself sometimes getting on the airwaves
- 44:19Speaker 2: was really difficult. So because of that, tune in, click
- 44:23Speaker 2: on my space and I will be on tomorrow night
- 44:26Speaker 2: on X. If you want that information, send me in
- 44:29Speaker 2: phone the contact information and I will tell you how
- 44:32Speaker 2: to get onto my link. And then I know my
- 44:36Speaker 2: fellow podcaster here, Matt. It's Matt Underscore young blood. He
- 44:43Speaker 2: will get you on. If you do have an x
- 44:45Speaker 2: space and you want to know my name out there,
- 44:47Speaker 2: it's Patty G. P Attig at Wellness, so it's at
- 44:52Speaker 2: Wellness Patty G. I'll have to put that up there, Rebel.
- 44:56Speaker 2: I didn't even think to add my x space. So
- 44:59Speaker 2: it's been great chat with you guys. I really appreciate
- 45:02Speaker 2: the support. Let me know you're listening, let me know
- 45:05Speaker 2: if you have questions, send me comments on my website,
- 45:09Speaker 2: and I will bring you Attorney Sally Saxon again next week,
- 45:14Speaker 2: because I think we blew up the airwaves with her
- 45:17Speaker 2: with her book, and this is information that if you
- 45:20Speaker 2: don't get her book, you guys are really especially if
- 45:22Speaker 2: you had that special shot. We're going to talk about
- 45:26Speaker 2: ways to heal. And I promise I'll get our scientist
- 45:29Speaker 2: back on in upcoming weeks and we'll get doctor Moron
- 45:34Speaker 2: probably the week after next. You won't want to miss it. Okay,
- 45:38Speaker 2: you guys, have a great week, a wonderful weekend. Love
- 45:41Speaker 2: you all from Wellness and censored Patty Ge. Take care
