- 0:00Because fuck you that's why is a founding member of the Odd Pods Media Network.
- 0:36Hello and welcome too, because fuck you that's why. The no longer
- 0:41only panel show panel show inspired podcast now that we found the gate Leapers.
- 0:47Uh uh and I'm I'm reluctant to say we're the best because we love them,
- 0:53but we are. We are among the best we got. We gotta
- 0:56always be up there. We're in the two. God, I hope so
- 1:04time, I think cannot be denied a top two that we know of.
- 1:10Yes, yeah, we know of the top two that this research shows,
- 1:15which was nothing top two. I love starting to show off, right.
- 1:22Uh, we got no guests today, so that's just gonna be the three
- 1:26of us, going to be a normal show, back to the beginning,
- 1:27back it all started, three idiots with microphones. Um, so I'm gonna
- 1:34be taking these two through three games of various amounts of silliness. Whichever player
- 1:38gets the most points at the end of the game wins. Uh and get
- 1:42dates with my invisible friend from Canada. Oh I like Canadian friends. Yes,
- 1:49I never know what she's talking about. Uh in any of it?
- 1:55Sorry Canada, Um, sorry, Canada, I'm not sorry. Don't worry
- 2:00because they don't know these stories. We're not We're not sorry. They don't
- 2:02need our paid he believe me. We are like, don't worry, It's
- 2:07okay. You guys have enough issues. We're there. Yes, uh so,
- 2:15of course, as always my team captains. He's a gamer and a
- 2:20storyteller, and he's my youngest friend. Well not no more. He's among
- 2:23my youngest friends. If we're doing the among things now, it's uggy.
- 2:31He's a guy. We got to work on that last bit air and I'm
- 2:53not your youngest friend anymore. I know. I got to rewrite her.
- 2:55I keep saying, I'm just your friend and my friend. There's nothing.
- 3:00I'm a storyteller and a gamer and a storyteller, and that's it, and
- 3:06that is to me a friend. The rest of it isn't it. He's
- 3:09a gamer and a storyteller and a low key Jesus impersonator harrious friend and as
- 3:16friend, he is that, yes, because he still has something exactly faster,
- 3:23gamer, a storyteller and possibly homeless. Uh could be another great show.
- 3:34Oh my god, so uh uh My question is going to be,
- 3:39um, so, when is the last time you took two great things and
- 3:46smashed them together to make one great thing. God damn, why does it
- 3:51always have to be so profound. I don't know. You could just say
- 3:55I had a Reese's cup and call it his day. They did the for
- 4:00me. I had nattella and peanut butter together. That's like nutella and peanut
- 4:05butter. Yeah. Yeah, like couldn't open my mouth for a little bit.
- 4:09But it was delicious. Oh yeah, that would be sticky as hell.
- 4:13I would oh yeah, yeah, stuff right to that lung. Oh
- 4:15yeah, what would you make like a nutellan peanut butter. Yeah, we
- 4:18ran out of a grape jelly, so I'm like, okay, I'll just
- 4:20do. I had natala and peanut butter, so I just didn't don't tell
- 4:24peanut butter. Wow, that sounds actually pretty cool because that's a hazel nut
- 4:28correct. Yeah, it's a hazel nut spread, so it's kind of chalk.
- 4:31I love I love natilla, but it's more expensive. Yeah. Yeah.
- 4:36You know what I used to love back in the day and I need
- 4:40to have again was nutella and strawberries. Very yeah. You just dip dip
- 4:46the strawberries and nutella was so good. Yeah, very delicious. Um,
- 4:51but yeah, so I totally get it. Good call. Yeah, very
- 4:54good one, dude, I don't have to try that sometimes. And his
- 4:57opponent who is going to have to try that sometimes? Yeah, he's a
- 5:00veteran and a podcaster, and as it turns out, a veteran podcaster,
- 5:04it's Stevie me. I mean, the good thing about not having guests on
- 5:15is that we get to play our theme songs. Yeah. I genuinely missed
- 5:18them, and I hope Mexican doesn't think that we've been ignoring him. No,
- 5:21we just don't want to overdo it because it's so good. Yeah,
- 5:25and also it feels rude to play our theme songs when we have guts us
- 5:30don't worry about you less. Of course we go the extra mile and actually
- 5:34make them a theme song. Yeah, but we'll see about that. Um,
- 5:41Stevie, Hey, how are you doing. I'm doing phenomenal, man.
- 5:44I've been having a great week, all right, I certainly hope so,
- 5:46yeah, you deserve it, dude. Um, and so same question,
- 5:50of course, can you think of a great the last time you smash
- 5:55two good things together and made one great thing. It's been a while,
- 5:59and I and done this in a while. And I'm gonna do it now
- 6:01that I'm thinking about it is I used to bake a bit when I was
- 6:04younger. I used to love it. I love sweets though, so it's
- 6:06no surreal surprise. But I would get those, uh baking like brownies from
- 6:13like the supermarket or whatever, the box, you know, a couple of
- 6:15eggs, some oil or whatever milk if you use the milk, yeah,
- 6:17and I would get one of those. But then I would get small things
- 6:20like recy cups, my extra types of like heart or dark chocolate chocolate chips
- 6:26because it's healthier. Yeah, And then caramel glaze. And once you get
- 6:30the brownies like all mixed together, you throw some caramel in the mix with
- 6:33it, and then you put that on there, and then you put a
- 6:35glaze of caramel like zig zagging across the top of it. So when it
- 6:40actually bakes, the caramel cooks on the top of the brownies and it melts
- 6:44inside the top of it, and you're eating it, it's just like little
- 6:46rivers of caramel inside it with the peanut butter and then the dark chocolate.
- 6:49It's fucking amazing. So what I'm gonna do now that I remember doing this
- 6:55I'm gonna mix something else into that mix, and that's our new vaped weed,
- 6:59because I'm gonna put as much of that TC and CBD as I can't
- 7:01out of this ship, and I'll put that in the brownie to gonna make
- 7:03a cog heck. Yeah, So if you want to come over and try
- 7:05so, I'll make them without it obviously, so if you want them,
- 7:10it would be an edible than Yeah. Do you want to talk about that?
- 7:15We can. Um bfytw is a proud new owner of an amazing desktop
- 7:21vaporiser that was provided to us by air Riser, the company who made my
- 7:26handheld vaporisers and a bunch of other things. They sent us this very very
- 7:30nice one so we can actually do a vape session instead of smoke sessions in
- 7:35here with our patrons. They wanted to like, hey, use this,
- 7:39it's better. We know you're looking for something that can handle more than just
- 7:42the travel one because it's hard for me to pass it back and forth.
- 7:45It doesn't last long. This last the entire day, and it's nice,
- 7:48like this thing is gorgeous. Um. If you want to get one,
- 7:51UM, go to Airriser dot com. Uh, there isn't a code yet,
- 7:56but tell them that bfy tw the Midnight Smoke LLC set and hopefully they'll
- 8:01hook you up to get you some kind of discount. So yeah, we're
- 8:03gonna try to do some partnerships with them. Yeah. Absolutely, Yeah,
- 8:07it's it's pretty cool man. Yeah, I mean it sounds kind of cool
- 8:11from everything you told me. Um So the best part about it very cool
- 8:15to enter into some sort of It has a remote from fucker, how easy
- 8:20of a stonwner. But it's funny. It's funny. I laughed too.
- 8:24I was like, there's a fucking remote, and I'm like, who would
- 8:26use this? I use this every time? Now? Who use this?
- 8:31I would use the preset temperatures depending on how you want to smoke your weed.
- 8:35So there's actually three sets and there's fans because it actually pumped the weed
- 8:37into use. You don't have to suck anymore. He's just also see fat
- 8:41mask, don't have to suck, just blow. I kind of enjoyed the
- 8:45sucker, to be honest. But yeah, we're very happy. M Adam
- 8:48at Raizer. Thank you so much, dude. This thing's great and we
- 8:52can't wait to start doing our smoke sessions in April this is gonna be fucking
- 8:54awesome. That's badass man. Hell yeah, very very cool. As for
- 8:58me, I'm your host, a pantsless aaron I miss I missed our theme
- 9:20song. Uh, thank you so much for that Mexic thank you still gives
- 9:28me chills. Um and uh. As for myself, my answer to the
- 9:33question, um, I've talked a bit about it, especially on social media,
- 9:37but I found a crossover randomizer between U Super Metroid and A Link to
- 9:46the Past. Uh. And it basically means that you can swap between each
- 9:52game on the fly like it's it's one ROM file that you load into the
- 9:58emulator, or you can burn to a cartridge. I guess if you wanted
- 10:01to. Um, and it would be so cool to play that on an
- 10:03actual Super Nintendo Oh my god. Or just pause it for you so you
- 10:07can take the cartridge out and put it back in. No, no,
- 10:11no, no, you don't. You don't have to pause or anything.
- 10:13There are certain doors in each game that lead to the other game. What
- 10:16the fuck? Yeah, and there's one right at the very beginning of the
- 10:20game, so you can swap if need be right away. Uh. And
- 10:24you you go through the door as Sammus and Metroid and emerge in a link
- 10:30to the past as link. Uh. And you can find items for Super
- 10:35Metroid in Zelda three a link to the past as link, which will then
- 10:41immediately give them to Sammus, so that when you swap back to the other
- 10:45game, now Samus has all these upgrades that you found you know, link
- 10:48to the past and so forth. And the items are randomized, meaning you
- 10:52don't know where everything is, so well you could find it in the very
- 10:58first item. You never know, like like um uh, and you can
- 11:03you can tweak the settings when you build a randomizer to make it as easy
- 11:07or as hard as you want, Like obviously I leave the logic on normal,
- 11:13which basically means you don't need like speed run extreme glitch strats to beat
- 11:18the game, right like that you can still you know, nothing's hidden in
- 11:24a place where it would be impossible to get without you know that particular,
- 11:28I be able to get everything like dead end to the game where it's like,
- 11:31yeah, the main sword isn't get this, yeah yeah yeah, So
- 11:35it's still very beautible. You can even make it easier, like there's settings
- 11:39to make sure that the first sword and the morph ball are both items that
- 11:45you can get early okay um, or you can set it so that they
- 11:48are in the same positions they would be in the normal game, so you
- 11:52can make it so that your uncle gives you the sword, or you can
- 11:54make it so the morph ball is the first item in that Samis finds,
- 11:58which is smart you need because you literally need those to go anywhere basically right
- 12:03a link to the past. You have a little more freedom without a sword
- 12:05because you can still use bombs and other items to do attacks and whatnot,
- 12:09and you can also get to a lot of caves and treasure chests without having
- 12:13a sword. So yeah, actually, yeah, really easily, which is
- 12:16one of the things I did like about that game was you're going from a
- 12:18couple items to all these items, especially after or linked to So I beat
- 12:26that crossover randomizer for the first time last night playing as Deadpool and MegaMan X
- 12:31because I forgot to mention that you can swap the sprites out for almost anybody
- 12:37you could think of. Well, I'd say almost anybody you can think of.
- 12:39The legends all the list is very long. The Super Metroid list is
- 12:43somewhat shorter, but there are still a bunch of options to change between.
- 12:46You can swap the sprites. You can change the heart colors to anything you
- 12:48want, although for Deadpool they were green for weed. For Batman they're blue,
- 12:56like it seemed appropriate. And you can even like change the beeps,
- 13:01you know, the heart beats when your health gets low. Yeah, you
- 13:03can. My favorite is you can either turn it off, in which case
- 13:07I don't know about that because then you won't have that warning when you get
- 13:11hit. Or yeah, but my favorite option is just shurt it to half
- 13:16speed so it's not nearly as annoying. Oh okay, yeah, like the
- 13:22heart beat would just be like you know, it would just be NonStop constant
- 13:26in your ear. Okay, okay, y, yes, I know I'm
- 13:28trying to get health. Yes, leave me a little fairy one, I
- 13:31can don't worry about this. To give me a second now. I usually
- 13:37I have to pay for the privilege. Sometimes you do, still do something
- 13:41depends on the fairy. All right, Shall we play some games, gentlemen?
- 13:43Yes, I would love to play some games. Oh. I almost
- 13:48forgot to mention, like one of my favorite things about randomizers when I beat
- 13:52the game and after the credits were over, you got a huge list of
- 13:56your stats, including the time you took, you know, all the actions
- 13:58you took, like how many missiles fired, power bombs, all that stuff,
- 14:03everything you did with link. Uh, it's it's fantastic. Like the
- 14:07people who put together this randomizer really really gave it a lot of love,
- 14:11and it smashes two incredible games together into one in a way that is just
- 14:16incredibly fun. I highly recommend checking it out. You can find it at
- 14:20samas dot link is literally the Sammus do link. Now you need a rom
- 14:28of each game in order to build the randomizers, and I can't tell you
- 14:31where to get that, but you know Google is your friend. But I
- 14:35highly recommend checking it out. Is the easiest u r L in the history
- 14:39of the world to remember, is pretty amazing. Let's get some games.
- 14:43One is gonna be like share block. I got three news stories here,
- 14:48and all archidistants I have to do is tell me which one I would like,
- 14:50which one I would share it in, which one I would block on
- 14:52social media. We're gonna go through the stories one at a time, starting
- 14:56starting with story number one. Canada rules that flipping the middle finger is a
- 15:03god given right. A Canadian judge ruled last month that giving someone the finger
- 15:09is protected under the country's Charter of Rights and Freedoms, so it is not
- 15:16a crime to give someone the finger. Flipping the proverbial bird is a god
- 15:20given, charter and shrined right that belongs to every red blooded Canadian. Judge
- 15:26Dennis Galliotsios wrote in the February twenty fourth ruling, I mean I'm an agreement.
- 15:31Yeah, I mean, as an American and you know, having the
- 15:35freedom of speech that's covered under that amendments. Yeah, I mean, I'm
- 15:39an agreement. I don't see the harm in flipping somebody off, as long
- 15:43as you're not doing some other shit that could be considered illegal likening. So
- 15:46think about it. If people are deaf and they use sign language, how
- 15:50else would they, yeah, you know, expel. How would I know
- 15:54if he if he's mad of me or not unless he flips me off?
- 15:58Exactly. That's fair like that. Yeah. So this whole thing arose out
- 16:04of an argument between two neighbors. Okay, okay, they really got into
- 16:10it, and one of them eventually called the police on the other, claiming
- 16:12that they'd made, you know, among giving him the finger, you know,
- 16:17making gestures such as like a throat slitting. Oh then yeah, or
- 16:22at least he viewed it that way and called the cops, and the cops
- 16:26arrested him, and they you know, went to court over it. Uh
- 16:29and uh. And the judge said, the complainants are free to clutch their
- 16:32pearls in the face face of such an insult. However, the police department
- 16:37and nine one one dispatching service have more important priorities to address. Yeah.
- 16:42So, I mean, I also come down on the side of the judge
- 16:48here. I think he's absolutely right. Yeah, I mean, you know,
- 16:52doing a throat slitting gesture is not nice, right, absolutely not.
- 16:56Yeah, that's threatening, but some of the middle fingers threatening, it's insulting,
- 17:03not threatening. Yeah, and he couldn't prove that the guy had done
- 17:07the thing, Yeah, spite surveillance cameras. Oh geez, there's even video
- 17:11footage and still nothing Yeah, still nothing. So but but yeah, it's
- 17:15official now it's completely illegal to give someone the finger in Canada, as it
- 17:21should be, as it should be. Yeah, fucking a. Come on,
- 17:32let's move on to story number two showing yes Pat Zebra bites Ohio man's
- 17:37arm off tast Of course, this happened in Ohio. Of course, says
- 17:47they don't regulate those zebras. They've had some regulations in that state. Maybe
- 17:49this wouldn't happen as much. I gotta hear this. A Midwestern farmer called
- 17:55emergency services shouting, come before it gets me again after he was attacked by
- 18:00his pet zebra at a farm in Circleville, Ohio. So was it his
- 18:07zebra? It was his zebra? Yeah, so he must have been doing
- 18:11some shit to fucking deserve it, is my assumption. Here's the thing about
- 18:15animals. Yeah, I typically will only go after you if you fucking deserve
- 18:18it. Yeah. I know it was zebra. They're not a zebra whatever.
- 18:25They're not tamable creatures. So that's the first problem right there. Secondly,
- 18:30yes, he had to have been doing something to upset the animal in
- 18:33some way, or the animal was in some sort of discomfort or stress.
- 18:37I'm one hundred percent on the side of the zebra in this case. Or
- 18:41zebra. Some of some of my Canadians friends pronounced, I am of this
- 18:45animal, and I think that farmer got what's coming dual. I mean,
- 18:49there's more to the story, not much more. Uh, the zebra which
- 18:53bit Ronald Clifton seventy two on the arm, partially severing it was the only
- 18:57stallion in a small herd of or or five mayors. Well, there's your
- 19:02problem right there. It's a it's a male around four women. What the
- 19:10fuck you thing's gonna happen, going to get territorials, very it's going to
- 19:18get I have to do in heaven for anyway, Clifton told the emergency dispatcher,
- 19:26I think he tore my arm off. Send. The chopper asked if
- 19:32the animal had bitten him. Clifton responded, oh hell yes, Oh poor
- 19:36Clifton. When police arraved the incident and applied a tourniquet pushion's arm, the
- 19:41zebra begans began circling erratically. Don't blame him, They're trying to help his
- 19:48enemy. Yeah, okay. The deputies hit the airhorn to try and get
- 19:52the zecret go away, but instead the animal charged the police cruiser, and
- 20:00a sergeant shot the animal in the head with a shotgun. What the fuck
- 20:03is wrong with these people? Yeah? Oh shit, it's scary so zebra.
- 20:11Here's a fun fact. I interned at my local zoo and I learned
- 20:15a lot about animals there, and we have zebra there. The thing I
- 20:19learned is zebra are incredibly flighty animals, so they will try to run before
- 20:25anything else. This zebra obviously was either figured it couldn't run or it was
- 20:32cornered in some way, so it did the only other thing you could do
- 20:34was fight, and so that's what it did. The cops thing he was
- 20:40trying to protect the the the other animals. Yeah, very likely that was
- 20:42probably it. Yeah, damn mating season and all that. I think if
- 20:52they taste out the zebra, I would have died anyways. I mean,
- 20:55at least that way you can be like, well, we didn't shoot it
- 20:56with a shotgun in his face. All right, we're ready to move on
- 21:00to story number three. I'm not saying I wouldn't do it, because instantly
- 21:07the thing it was gone gone. Look if a zebra is coming at animal
- 21:14apologist, Look if a zebra is coming at you, you fucked up anyway,
- 21:19you shouldn't be there. All right, let's move on to story number
- 21:23three. Cocaine cat escaped owner will now live at Cincinnati Zoo. So this
- 21:33is something fun. An African serble cat that was found with cocaine in its
- 21:38system. Oh no, after an escape at a traffic stop, now calls
- 21:44the Cincinnati Zoo home, much to the delight of social media users still amused
- 21:48by the recent release of the movie Cocaine Bear. Oh my god. First
- 21:56of all, don't give your animals cocaine. Humans can barely handle it properly.
- 22:03The slender feline made its escape after its owner was pulled over by police
- 22:06on January twenty eighth. That leapt from the car into a tree. Oh
- 22:10god. But yeah, the it was found with cocaine and system, and
- 22:15they they that's pretty much all there is to it. They gave it to
- 22:19the Cincinnati Zoo to keep track of and it has gone viral on social media,
- 22:26very viral. Okay, uh. The wildcat story has trending online,
- 22:30where users relished in the absurdity of the horror comedy Cocaine Bear, riffing off
- 22:37the true story of the one hundred and seventy five pound black bear that was
- 22:40found dead near a duffel bag and some two million dollars cocaine and he is.
- 22:45The cat is now known virally as Cocaine Cat. All right, I'm
- 22:51not gonna say what people do with the recreational drugs in their own time,
- 22:53so they can't want him to do it. You know what funck it led
- 22:56him. I'm changing mayas, like don't give of your animals cocaine, but
- 23:00they go out and get their own. You think the cat was driving the
- 23:04car. I think he had something to do with but maybe he called cocaine.
- 23:11He could have been don anything point, he could have became self aware.
- 23:15You know. Of course the cat wouldn't fly there, but yeah,
- 23:19yeah, you're not gonna hear anything for a while. Usually it's like thirty
- 23:22day quarantine animals serious more. Oh okay, in Ohio it's illegal to own
- 23:29cerable cats. Well yeah, forty pounds, way up to forty pounds yep,
- 23:33yeah during the rest to get one too. We can't do it here
- 23:36either. The cat's name is a Miry, oh and poor and Miry broke
- 23:41his legs and became more agitated. But Cincinnati Animal Care cr E is an
- 23:48acronym for something I assume. Uh, we just actually put periods in between
- 23:53and then autiment up. It just kind of happened. Um is the County
- 24:00Animal shelter uh and had the wild animal test positive for drugs damn tea.
- 24:07Though I love this, I absolutely love this follow up note that is in
- 24:14here for no reason. Oh God. Yes. In twenty twenty two,
- 24:17the group took in a Capuchin monkey named Neo who had methamphetamines in its system.
- 24:22He thought he was He's doing it all. All I could think of
- 24:30was like a golden line, Tamera, now just like tripping ball. Oh
- 24:33my god, like like a branch. God, damn it. It's so
- 24:38fucked up. Uh. In any event, that's the story of cocaine cats.
- 24:45Oh man, So all you gotta do is tell me which one I
- 24:48would like, which one I would share, and which one I would block
- 24:52on social media. As as I cannot recall the last time as one of
- 24:56you were on your own, I don't know, man, I am going
- 25:00to flip a coin cool tails heads, Okay, Stevie, He's like,
- 25:10I do I know which one SAIDs I didn't have a coin. I had
- 25:12a box veto up. I was like, I'm going first, fuck you
- 25:18in your choices? What do you think? Um? I believe that you
- 25:26are going to share the Canada story because that's fucking awesome and everybody shouldn't know
- 25:32that you have the right to flip somebody else the fuck off, at least
- 25:34in Canada. Yeah, maybe not hear so much in the States. But
- 25:40um, I believe that you are gonna like the cocaine cat based on the
- 25:45fact that the animal did not die, and it survived and just recovering and
- 25:48somewhere else and on top of it had the caveat. Yeah. You heard
- 25:52me say a big word of the monkey story afterwards. Now, and I
- 25:56think you're gonna block the zebra one because the zebra got shot in the face
- 25:59with shotgun. Okay, fuck the farm around he did, but I'm sure
- 26:04he deserved it. Yeah, I'm kind of curious as to what he did
- 26:07to trigger the attack. But in any event, uh, Aggie, you
- 26:15may keep one of his the same, but you have to swap the other
- 26:18two, okay, or you can go. You're completely your own way,
- 26:22Okay. The one I'm keeping the same is sharing Canada's right middle finger.
- 26:27That's what I'm keeping because of course, yes, you want to share that
- 26:30kind of democracy. Um, but you just shit on all the other countries
- 26:36that listen to us the time all the time, don't I. I think
- 26:41you're actually gonna block Cocaine cat because there's a very good chance the cat might
- 26:47not survive the um you know, the after effects, because that's usually what
- 26:53ends up killing them in the end, is the withsrawal and all that.
- 26:57So I think you wouldn't on to um. I think you bought a black
- 27:02thatch just because it's just gonna end bad. However, U, the zebra
- 27:07one is just kind of like a guy kind of got his comumpins for possibly
- 27:11being a bad farmer or horse tabler. Yeah, annimal husband you are or
- 27:18however, house dress, don't husband dress. I'm not sure. I don't
- 27:22know what all it happened after he becomes widowed. That's not what husbandry means
- 27:29in this I know, but imagine doing that and he's a doctor. Stop
- 27:33talking, husband, so I can reveal that for the first time in a
- 27:38long time, neither of you got this right. Wow, really, so
- 27:44I'm not surprised I shared the co king cat story. No boy, Yeah,
- 27:49because of the three of these, uh it is it is my favorite.
- 27:53It has it has a happy ending for the animal, which the zebra
- 27:57one does not have. No uh and the Canada flipping the middle finger only
- 28:03amused me. It didn't It wasn't like, yeah, rock on, I
- 28:06gotta tell everybody about this. It was just kind of like it was mildly
- 28:08amusing. Where's cocaine cat? I was like, oh um, so I
- 28:12shared the cocaine cat. I liked the flipping the middle Finger story from Canada,
- 28:18and I blocked the pet zebra story because yes, I mean yeah,
- 28:22the guy got his come up and but it ended in the end of the
- 28:26zebra's life and the man is fine, his arm was reattached, no problem.
- 28:30Yeah you can reattach that Yeah, so fuck that guy. And yeah,
- 28:36so I blocked that story, which means Aggie didn't get any of them
- 28:40right, but Stevie got my block right. So Stevie wins. And for
- 28:45the first time that I don't know, win bisechnicality. Yeah, I'll take
- 28:49it. Take a win man. Win is a win, right, Well
- 28:53yeah, all right, so you're one point ahead, but that can change
- 28:56because game two is coming up and it's worth two points and it's coming up
- 29:00right after this. Hi, I'm Sam him Richie, I'm a little Matt.
- 29:15And here in the five section Lounge, we are three dads who host
- 29:18a family friendly weekly podcast. Yep, we laugh, we go on tangents,
- 29:22and we talked to great guests. Tangents. I don't know what you're
- 29:26talking about with that. You know there are gases leak, alright, alright,
- 29:29okay, yeah, we have legendary conversations from sports to history and everything
- 29:33in between. So be on the lookout for what we do next, and
- 29:37always be there too. Grab a list. Hey man, welcome back.
- 29:52It's time for Part two and Game two of by t W. Today is
- 29:59Pitch Me the one more time. As always, I'm going to give our
- 30:03players a control of a media property, or an icon or a situation,
- 30:07and they're gonna have to give me their best pitch, and whichever pitch wins
- 30:11will earn the game, win the game, and earn themselves two points.
- 30:15So as March sixteenth was International Panda Day, as the worst entertainment executive ever,
- 30:23I have been thinking that we need more panda bears in entertainment. Thank
- 30:29you for making sure you say worst, Thank you for that worst or that.
- 30:33I mean. I've actually heard all these pitches and literally none of them
- 30:37have come true. So I am wasting everybody's time. We might we might
- 30:41have something for you today, Hold on, I hope. So, so
- 30:47what I want you to do is to pitch me a movie, TV series,
- 30:51book, or video game that doesn't currently feature a panda bear and make
- 30:56the main character a panda bear. I want to know how this changes the
- 31:00dynamic between them and the other characters, and I want to know how the
- 31:03plot plays out. Best pitch wins and gets two points. Now Stevie won
- 31:08the last game. So Aggie, you have the choice. Would you like
- 31:11to go first or second? I can go first, all right, rock
- 31:15me a pitch of panda bears. Okay, so I have this pitch where
- 31:25you can replace al Bundy from Married with Children with a panda bear. I
- 31:36love it already, but please expound upon this pitch so alot. We already
- 31:42know that the panda bear would be the perfect replacement because it always shares a
- 31:47lot of qualities with the character. They can both be aggressive and also completely
- 31:52docile at times. They both have horrible diets, some of which is not
- 31:59entirely their fault, but most of it is, and they are both disgusted
- 32:04by the thought of having sex with their mates. It's a good fucking fish.
- 32:12Wow. Wow, that's fucking strong, sir. You have more.
- 32:19I don't really have more. I went on like a rant of how much
- 32:23I hate pandas, and like I have a whole have a list, like
- 32:28of a thing. Okay, so, like, first of all, their
- 32:34carnivores, but their diet is herbivore. They mostly eat bamboo shoots. They
- 32:38have the digestive system to eat protein breakdown proteins, but they don't like what
- 32:45the fuck? They almost exclusively eat bamboo, which is no nutritional value whatsoever.
- 32:52And I don't know if how many people know this, but if you're
- 32:55wondering why your zoo doesn't have a panda, did you know why you're zoo
- 33:00our zoo doesn't have a panda because you can only get a panda on lease
- 33:05from China at a million dollars a year. You get a ten year lease.
- 33:12After that it's back to China. Yeah that's real, by the way.
- 33:19Yeah, so I think like the last I heard, like back in
- 33:22twenty thirteen, Memphis Zoo lost their panda license and yeah, they just lost
- 33:28the pan gone back right back to China. They have less than two thousand
- 33:32left and most of them are in captivity and the only reason why they're breeding
- 33:37is because of force incimination. Oh my, god. Yeah, that's a
- 33:42lot of pressure. Yeah, oh wow. Don't donate to the Pana Foundation.
- 33:46Donate to actual other like bees, honeybees. Donate to Honeybee Foundation.
- 33:51The need those, yeah, not evolutionary dead ends and their vomit yummy.
- 33:59The bees, not the panda say, can't you make paper from panda poop?
- 34:07I think so, because it's made from they're trying to they're trying to
- 34:10make a biosleep anyway. They're trying to use its feces for biofuel. Um.
- 34:17But the problem is there's less than two thousands. So at one point
- 34:22are they animals and at one point are they just batteries for your car?
- 34:27Wow? Yeah, damn the Flintstone's gotta stop using pandas and up you have
- 34:32to go fower. Dear god, this went from a very funny comedy podcast
- 34:37to very sorry. Sorry I went to college for this, and it's very
- 34:45man. It's fine, man, I get it, it's cool. Your
- 34:46pitch was strong. It was, if not as fleshed out as I would
- 34:52have liked, but still very bird. I thought, very much challenged.
- 34:55It was just so funny because it's just basically the really just growl in response
- 35:00to ye, like, you don't even have to do a voice over nothing.
- 35:04It's just be a panda bearer, like its just and they're just like,
- 35:07hell, I'm just sitting there eating bamboo. Oh God, I want
- 35:15to see that now. I want to see somebody. He want to go
- 35:19up to the bedroom and it just like crawls out the door, like it
- 35:22just leaves. Oh that's fantastic, same character, all right, Stevie,
- 35:28you got to compete that. It's so hard, man, mostly because I
- 35:32was trying to go from like with Norm from Cheers, but I can't even
- 35:35do that now because what he just did. Alright, so the two shows
- 35:42we watch each night, and you could still do it. It's almost like
- 35:45taking the same thing. So, gentlemen, instead of that, I bring
- 35:50to this board, in this council, under these wonderful conditions that the Late
- 35:55Show or the Late Late Show is changing hosts this year. We all know
- 35:59the twenty twenty that's happening. My pitch will not only resolve the issue of
- 36:04a missing late night host, but also a huge improvement on the previous one.
- 36:07I proposed that we replaced James Corton with a panda bear. Here we
- 36:14out no go on. The pandas are a lot cuter. I feel kind
- 36:22of bad. They have more interesting things to say. Oh, now he
- 36:27feels bad. When he was making this earlier, he was you know what,
- 36:30No, I don't much. They are The pandas are cuter. Um,
- 36:34they are more cuddly, and a panda has actual appeal to the opposite
- 36:37sex. Now the Late Late Show with puts Panda would be fucking amazing.
- 36:45Yes, yes, you couldn't come up with any That's a perfect name for
- 36:51a pandas. He's not gonna be doing anything but sitting there rolling around half
- 36:55the time. All right, does hebrew penis? Oh sweet? Now it
- 37:01works on multiple somehow I feel like I'm I'm pretty. We still book movie
- 37:10stars and such like normal like celebrities to pitch their projects, except the guests
- 37:16aren't disgusted by the hostess time around. I mean, writings can only increase,
- 37:23gentlemen, It only makes sense. Welcome to the shooting on James Cordon
- 37:30me otherwise, notice dear God giving James Cordon the same treatment we usually give
- 37:39Piers Morgan. Guys, two of them should get together and do a double
- 37:47act so we can all ignore them. Simultaneous, so we know where they
- 37:52are together. Because, uh, that was delightful. Thank you. That
- 37:58was absolutely delightful one thousand percent. And I loved it. I loved both
- 38:06your pitchions a thousand percent. But I'm obviously going into married with children.
- 38:09I'm obviously going with that one. I know it kind of stole your thunder,
- 38:15but that's why sometimes you gotta go first. Ye no, no,
- 38:16I d percent. He told me earlier, and I'm like you, I'm
- 38:21like, dude, this is what I'm coming with. He's like, God,
- 38:22damn it, it's it's genius. It is. It is simply genius.
- 38:27That's good And I like, however, I did love ribbing on James
- 38:30Cordon. Yeah, so that's a good thing. Honestly, Fuck that guy.
- 38:35I'm I'm not wrong on the same page here. So it happens again
- 38:38in the future. We know why, James Cordon, if you're listening,
- 38:42seriously, fuck you sh just saying, wow, we're throwing out. If
- 38:52James's listening to our podcast, you got better shit than do you know what?
- 38:55Fuck you? You don't want to know? Why your time here?
- 38:59What are you doing? James gard and go do something with your lives all
- 39:05right, here we go, enjoy this train, have mercy. U Augue
- 39:12wins the game gets two points. He is up two to one, but
- 39:19we will have a definitive winner after game three. Game three, as always
- 39:22is, We're three points and it's coming up right after this. Hi,

- 44:28like, I realized I hadn't heard anything for him in a while, and
- 44:30I was starting to get concerned. Yeah, and I've been talking about food
- 44:34lately. Yeah, about cooking and food. It's been pretty yeah. Yeah.
- 44:37No, he offered to let me and come out and live in a
- 44:39spare room. Yeah yeah. And I'm like, well, you have the
- 44:43host game shows wire there. I mean, I would imagine I would have

- 45:29section. Thanks so much. Now back to the show. Hey man,
- 45:43welcome back. It's time for part three of our podcast, and game three
- 45:46is going to be the rules of the game. You gentlemen know how to
- 45:52play correct, of course not. That's the whole point. We were about
- 45:57to just start playing a game. They have no idea what the rules are.
- 46:00Sometimes you have to guess what the rules are. In this case,
- 46:02that is not the case. The winner will be the player who achieves the
- 46:07objective first. Oh no, okay, the objective the objective. So,
- 46:13gentlemen, you may want to have paper and pen ready, Okay, we
- 46:15can get We're just gonna get started, Aggie. One will last game.
- 46:21So Stevie, I'll give you the choice. Who do you want to go
- 46:22first? Um? I will go first? Okay, Stevie, Yeah,

- 51:52all he's beating me, but probably for the audience. Yes, I will
- 51:55tell you that your score is two points a piece. Okay, Aggie,
- 52:09you are next. I hope the audience listening at home is just as confused
- 52:16as you are. Oh, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure because I

- 53:04sorry. I screwed up more than that, um Hoggy. When you did
- 53:08Lore, yeah that was worth four points, so the actual score is four
- 53:14points to two. When he did Lore yep l o r e m hmmm,
- 53:25all right, which one did you just do? Sorry? I did
- 53:29liar l r e l y Sorry. The fact that I've made a couple
- 53:35of mistakes is making this game a lot harder than it should be, I
- 53:37think. Okay, my apologies, it's all as for all we know.
- 53:42That's just part of the rules of the game. We have no idea.
- 53:44We don't know. Um meyer m y ear m y e r fairly certain
