I mean, d do we have the possibility of I mean, okay, forgetting the studios, we already talked about AI coming here. I mean, do we i is there a possibility that some of these big conventional entertainment firms will move their headquarters here just to escape the taxes? What would you think? ⁓ speaker-1: I absolutely I I know a lot of companies are moving here, so why wouldn't it be them? I mean, I'll be honest, I I believe that ⁓ there is a studio here already. They're just in disguise and they're waiting. They're waiting. They already have a studio. Do you know you know what I'm talking about? So what's the the the show that's out? There's ⁓ the a studio sitting there that does the is that ⁓ my gosh, I'm having I'm drawing a blank here. that has the zombies in it. speaker-0: I know you're talking about yeah that's speaker-1: Do you really believe that they built that so that thing could go on forever? It's not gonna go on forever. It's gonna get old. Well, the studio's here now. It's ready. They're gonna the first one here, I think, once it happens. speaker-0: Well, and I think too, ⁓ you know, I've I've had people point out to me that the porn industry's been here for a very long time. So I mean, you can argue we've had I mean, we're not to get into this is not a ⁓ a moral discussion, but let's be serious about you know, I I would say too that ⁓ is I mean, like we had the mansions taxes in LA County, the new billionaires taxes I've told people is gonna quickly become a millionaires tax. I I think even people who might philosophically ⁓ agree with these folks are gonna just say forget it. I mean I think their agents are gonna tell ⁓ to leave. You know, just go three hours. Yeah, and you don't have to go to Texas. You don't have to go to Florida. You can, you know. Hey, ⁓ I was talking to some real quick over the holidays, I talked to somebody from Phoenix and they told me there's a there's inner there's quite a bit of entertainment moving down there. Yeah. I was surprised to hear that actually. speaker-1: Right. Quick. Yeah. They're there. They're New Mexico. Yeah, New Mexico. New Mexico. ⁓ I haven't heard of Utah. I think Utah's been shutting them out too. Huh. Okay. I know in Colorado, ⁓ big time in Colorado as well. Yep. ⁓ no, wait, Utah. Wait a minute. I'm totally sorry. Utah, a bunch of Yellowstone is shot in Utah. Yeah. Costner set up shop in Utah. I don't know. Okay. Why speaker-0: How about Utah? ⁓ really? Yeah. Well and in Reno, I know a lot of there there's ⁓ quite a few powers to be ⁓ left the Bay Area to go to to ⁓ the Reno. speaker-1: At end of the day, there is no more Hollywood. Hollywood is a facade. Hollywood is just the name. It's something where back in the day everyone that was Hollywood, but it isn't anymore. Everywhere. Hollywood is a essence. It's it's just Hollywood. I'm in I'm based in Vegas, you know. speaker-1: And there's a reason why, you I'm wearing a cowboy hat, not in Texas, right? Or I know you say in Nevada we there's a lot more cowboys than I was aware of. but nowadays, I think with social media and all of us ⁓ back in my day when I was young, the way people dressed on the east coast was different than the west coast because it didn't get here yet or it didn't get to the east coast yet. Now with social media, everything is out there. And this is not just dress. It's everything. So sky's the limit. Go out and get what's yours and stop trying to follow some sort of is it coming here? Is it not? It is here. Everything is here. AI can be anywhere too. So everything is for the taking. You don't need to be anywhere to do something in life.
