  Showdown here. For tonight, of course, we got

  Miami and Pittsburgh, both teams fighting for their playoff

  lives. And I do have a play on this

  game here with a really good contrarian opportunity.

  Bit of a line freeze. We're going to have to shop

  around because we got to get a specific number here.

  But also it coincides with a bunch of good betting systems

  and three really good rhythm edges here.

  So we're going to see if we can just go one and O on a Monday

  and win our Monday Night Football game.

  And if we were able to do that, then we keep a nice little hot

  streak going guys, cuz a pretty good weekend overall, 5 and 1 +

  3.49 units. Now it started off great with

  Army Navy under that's right, make the T-shirts, make the

  sweatshirts, death taxes and Army Navy unders.

  Now again, going into it or highlighting the fact that hey,

  although the under 38 1/2 cashed anyway, the whole point being is

  we beat that closing line. We got the best of it, put

  ourselves in the best position possible.

  And the really great part of that not only did it cash, but

  also I was reading a lot of articles stuff on Twitter.

  Got to take the over the totals way too low.

  And I'll be honest with you guys, I didn't see a second of

  the game. I wish I did.

  But as I reminded you guys, or maybe I mentioned it, I went to

  a holiday party at my wife's best friend's house in Stamford,

  CT Had a pretty good time. But let's just say they are not

  really the sports crowd. I don't even think they there

  was ATV, but like no one is interested in sports so it just

  wasn't that kind of crowd. So I had to, you know, go to the

  bathroom at the end of the night and I'll pop up with my phone

  and I saw 1716 score and I said chef's kiss.

  Fantastic. But once again, Military Academy

  under, you run the ball a lot, you chew up the clock.

  Great hit there with our under and another winning under play
• 3:25
  here, which I don't even know what is it 16-18 and two over
• 3:28
  the last 20 years or something like that.

  But a great hit on Saturday with Army, Navy under and then an
• 3:34
  even better Sunday. Now again, I couldn't really

  watch any of the the games yesterday because we had our

  holiday party in Stamford, CT got a hotel room that night in

  Stamford and then in on Sunday we drove into New York City and
• 3:48
  went to my favorite restaurant. It's a Jewish deli called

  Sarges. If you've never been it's in
• 3:53
  Manhattan, the best pastrami sandwich you're ever going to
• 3:56
  get. So that was pretty fun and then
• 3:58
  went to my wife Saver Bakery and bopped around New York a little
• 4:01
  bit and then I had to drive home.

  So again, I really couldn't watch any of these games.

  But man, we had a four and 1 + 2.6 unit day.

  The Chargers, I didn't get the best of that Chargers number.

  I got 4 1/2. It end up closing 5 1/2 for six.

  But we had a great rhythm edge the entire time and the Chargers
• 4:20
  were a divisional dog, dog low total.

  Chargers won the game outright. So it was great to see and then

  had a great hit with the Denver Broncos.

  And a lot of people reach out to me and DM me and say, like, why

  are you on Denver? Like, what's the deal?

  And I said rhythm edge and the line kept going back toward

  Denver. Because remember, Green Bay got

  up to -2 1/2, jumped on Denver plus 2 1/2, but they got down to

  1 1/2. Or even once that late movement

  broke back toward Denver with that great home field advantage.

  Dog low total Broncos came through 34 to 26.

  And you might have even had a better day, might have even gone

  5 in one because I put a player prop in futures player prop way

  before the season started. Bo Nicks over 22 1/2 passing

  touchdowns and he threw 4 TDs landed on 23.

  So for those of you who signed up to get the all systems go

  The Saints were incredible because boy was that a gross

  Carolina line freeze, even some RLM because the Panthers opened

  -3 -, 2 and a half, 80% of bets on Panthers, yet they pretty

  much stayed 3 and got down to 2 1/2.

  And that was a dog low total. That was a divisional dog.

  And that was a super contrarian line freeze play.

  And the Saints ended up winning outright 20 to 17.

  How about the Vikes? Our guy JJ McCarthy?

  You know, bash him on Twitter if you want.

  He's kind of a weird dude, but played well.

  One outright 34 to 26. And what do we always say about

  the boys? Cowboys are great when no one

  believes in them and they're a dog when they're a favorite.

  Laying points and they're popular.

  No freaking way. Dallas was getting like 75% of

  tickets. So the contrarian primetime dog

  angle was lighting up on Minnesota anyway.

  But if you remember that game, open Dallas as high as -7 1/2

  got down to 5 1/2. Some shops even closed at 4 1/2.

  So I jumped on the 6 1/2 there. You might have gotten a six and
• 6:24
  a half six, 5 1/2, but didn't matter.

  Minnesota Vikings won the game outright.

  So that those are all great hits.

  Vikes, Chargers, Broncos, Saints.

  Only loser was the Patriots. I got a little nervous of that

  one because I got the plus 1 1/2 thinking who maybe we get back

  down to a pick and actually rose up to 2 1/2.

  So the late movement did break Buffalo, but I mean, come on,

  Patriots are up 21. Nothing.

  I mean they were in control and then second-half they couldn't
• 6:48
  stop a Nosebleed. So betting market, I guess

  predict that one perfectly with Buffalo.

  But again, rhythm had it Patriots slightly favored.

  They just were a big, you know, a big, big lead and just ended
• 6:59
  up blowing it. So unfortunately, you know, my

  team, you know, was the only loser there for us.

  But either way, guys, Army, Navy under Vikes, Chargers, Broncos,

  Saints, the Bonex passing touchdown over if you played it

  nice little 5 and 1 + 3.49 unit week weekend, I should say.

  So not too bad. So that being said, guys, not

  going to rest on our laurels. We're not going to get greedy.

  We're also not going to get cocky or anything and just stick

  to our model, stick to our blueprint.

  So there's one play for me today.

  I know that there is some college basketball, there's some

  NBA, there's some hockey. But I'm figuring, hey, coming

  off a pretty good Sunday with NFL kind of finger on the pulse

  of the sport and also the season, you know, sadly kind of

  winding down. Let's just focus our night here

  on Miami and Pittsburgh. So one play, let's even go one
• 7:47
  and O and keep a good little winning streak going.
• 7:49
  Now, setting the stage for this one, wrapping up NFL Week 15,
• 7:53
  8:15 PM Eastern Time. We have ESPN money at football.
• 7:56
  Of course, the Dolphins come in six and seven.
• 7:59
  But the Dolphins were kind of left for dead.
• 8:01
  Thought McDaniels and his, you know his Capri pants would get
• 8:04
  fired, but Nope. And they've kind of turned it
• 8:06
  around a bit. They've won four straight, just
• 8:08
  brushed aside The Jets 24 to 10, easily covering as a 2 1/2 point
• 8:13
  Rd. favorite. Meanwhile, the Steelers 7 and
• 8:15
  six just snapped A2 game losing skid with a 27 to 22 victory
• 8:20
  over the Ravens, winning outright as a 5 1/2 point Rd.
• 8:23
  dog. So what do we see across the
• 8:24
  market here? Well, this game open Steelers
• 8:27
  around a three-point home favorite and the public, even
• 8:31
  though Steelers are only just seven and six, Dolphins 6 and
• 8:33
  seven, you think it's pretty even, right?
• 8:35
  Both fighting for their playoff lives.
• 8:36
  But Nope, that public bias is showing itself in favor of
• 8:40
  Pittsburgh tonight. You know, Pittsburgh, Aaron
• 8:42
  Rodgers and obviously kind of a, you know, successful franchise
• 8:46
  year in and year out. Miami kind of down on them from
• 8:48
  public perspective. So the betting public is saying
• 8:52
  with all the drunk guys at the bar, ham a Pittsburgh lay the
• 8:55
  points with the Steelers. So 67% of spread bets are laying
• 8:59
  it with the Pittsburgh Steelers at home.

  However, even though 2 out of 3 bets are going Pittsburgh, the
• 9:05
  line really hasn't moved at all. Guys, It opened Pittsburgh -3 it
• 9:08
  got up to Pittsburgh -3 and half briefly, briefly throughout the
• 9:11
  week, but didn't flow through or breeze through the three and
• 9:15
  half and get to 4 or didn't get to 3 and half and stay 3 and
• 9:18
  half. It immediately got back down to
• 9:19
  three. So that told me that there was a
• 9:21
  lot of respected money jumping on Miami plus the hook, bring it
• 9:25
  back down to three. So sharp money maybe was waiting
• 9:28
  for the public to maybe push that number up to 3 1/2, then
• 9:32
  hit Miami and bring it back down.
• 9:33
  Also, the fact that, you know, you're, you're juiced up toward
• 9:36
  Pittsburgh like -3 -, 115 -, 120.
• 9:40
  But the books, you know, they'll make you pay a higher price on
• 9:42
  Pittsburgh, but they're really not kind of mostly reluctant to
• 9:46
  even give out the hook there. That tells me again, smart money
• 9:49
  here. Leaning toward Miami in the
• 9:51
  hook. Now aside from the line freeze,
• 9:53
  we do have the Dolphins in a great bet against the public
• 9:56
  spot because this is a prime time game, heavily bet ESPN and
• 10:00
  Miami is only getting 33% of spread bets at DraftKings.
• 10:03
  So just if you don't even incorporate the line freeze or
• 10:07
  the 3 1/2 back down to three RLM, just throw that all aside.
• 10:10
  Just a great bet against the public play with Miami a little
• 10:13
  bit. I guess there was a sharper move
• 10:16
  on the Vikings, but kind of like the Vikings last night, only
• 10:18
  getting like 25% of spread bets. So very contrarian.
• 10:22
  We got the line freeze. We got some RLM with the three
• 10:25
  and half back down to three. Then we look over at Circa.
• 10:28
  Now again, I like comparing DraftKings to Circa because
• 10:31
  DraftKings will tell me where the public is generally speaking
• 10:33
  across the country. Circa sharp book out in Vegas.
• 10:36
  They're going to tell us where the big pro money is AT.
• 10:39
  And they're also not going to boot or kick out or limit
• 10:41
  winning betters. So with the circus splits right
• 10:46
  now, they're showing only 31% of spread bets on Miami, but 85% of
• 10:51
  spread dollars. That really jumped out to me,
• 10:54
  31% bets, 85% dollars, basically saying wow, we got a big low
• 10:58
  bets, higher dollar split out in Vegas.
• 10:59
  We're only 1/3 of tickets, but again, nearly 88 or 9 out of
• 11:04
  $10. Going with the Dolphins, telling
• 11:06
  me those waiters might be a small percentage of tickets, but
• 11:10
  a big percentage of money, which theoretically would mean they're
• 11:13
  coming from sharps. Wise guys, respected betters.
• 11:15
  Now let's layer in some betting system matches, quite a few
• 11:18
  lighting up on the Dolphins primetime dogs.
• 11:20
  Again, we had the what was it? The Falcons come through on
• 11:24
  Thursday night as a primetime dog.
• 11:26
  Had the Vikings last night as a primetime dog.
• 11:28
  Well, now PT dogs are 25 and 20 against the spread. 56% this
• 11:33
  year, 6% ROI. Dogs who missed the playoffs the
• 11:36
  previous season playing opponent who made the playoffs the
• 11:39
  previous season, they're 49 and 40 against the spread this year.
• 11:43
  55 percent. 5% ROI. If you just isolate conference
• 11:47
  dogs who failed to make the playoffs the previous year, they
• 11:50
  are 62 and 51 against the spread. 55% with a 5% ROI.
• 11:56
  Then we have some correlative betting value because it is a
• 11:59
  low total game sitting around 4242 1/2.
• 12:03
  So what does that mean? Well, tells me that in a low
• 12:05
  back game or a low expected point total game, it's going to
• 12:10
  be harder with points at a premium for that favorite to
• 12:13
  cover the number. So we do have that dog low
• 12:15
  total. And remember we had a bunch of
• 12:16
  dog low totals yesterday. The Saints, that total was 41
• 12:19
  1/2. They're getting 2 1/2 for three.
• 12:21
  Denver, that total was 42 1/2, flew over, but they were getting
• 12:25
  1 1/2. So you had a bunch of dog low
• 12:27
  totals. Also, the Chargers, you know,
• 12:30
  getting five and a half six, but that total is 41 1/2.
• 12:32
  So it's always good if you're on a dog to also hopefully be in
• 12:36
  the game with a low total because again, for your amount
• 12:38
  of expected points scored harder for the favorite to cover.
• 12:41
  Then we get into the coach and QB stats here to a say about two
• 12:45
  what you want. But he is 14 and 9 against the
• 12:49
  spread, 61 percent, 15% ROI as a dog getting three points or
• 12:54
  more. Meanwhile, we all know Mike
• 12:56
  Tomlin and he did it last week as a dog.
• 12:59
  He's been great as a dog. Mike Tomlin in his career when
• 13:02
  getting points with the Steelers 66 and 37 against the spread
• 13:06
  64%. But he ain't a dog tonight.
• 13:08
  He's a favorite. So Mike Tomlin has a favorite is
• 13:12
  only 94 and one O 2 against the spread 48%.

  And if he is a favorite of three points or more, he's 75 and 89
• 13:20
  against the spread 46%. So again, it kind of like the
• 13:23
  the Cowboys a bit. We like them when they're gross
• 13:26
  getting points, no one likes them.

  Same thing with the Steelers. You know, last week against the
• 13:31
  Ravens, they've been in a good spot covering numbers when they
• 13:34
  are kind of undervalued or getting points and unpopular.

  But once they become a favorite, really more of a fade spot than
• 13:41
  a fall spot. Also, we get to our rhythm
• 13:44
  system matches, get a load of this rhythm.
• 13:47
  I have three recommended plays, all on Miami.
• 13:50
  I have one model that says Miami should be plus 1.6.
• 13:54
  I have another model that says Miami should be plus 2.7 and I
• 13:57
  have a third and final model that says Miami should be plus
• 14:01
  0.7. So rhythm is basically saying
• 14:04
  this should be about a half .12 up to three-point game again to
• 14:10
  2.7 if you rounded up. But still all three of those
• 14:13
  numbers are less than the current spread, which provides
• 14:16
  some value here to take the points of Miami.
• 14:18
  So I went Dolphins plus 3 1/2 -, 110 a little bit earlier this
• 14:22
  week. Mention that on I believe I
• 14:24
  mentioned on the pod, I definitely put in the app.
• 14:27
  But the key here right now guys is there's a lot of books at 3
• 14:30
  juice toward Pittsburgh. You got to get the hook with
• 14:33
  this one. Now I am looking at pretty much
• 14:35
  every book available to me in Massachusetts.
• 14:37
  So I have accounts at Bet MGM, FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesar's,
• 14:41
  The Score, Fanatics, and I just opened a Bally bet app and
• 14:45
  almost every single one is at 3. But Fanatics there at plus 3 1/2
• 14:50
  at -120 and if you want to wait it out, you might be able to get
• 14:54
  the 3 1/2 anyway. But if you did want to buy it
• 14:57
  up, usually it's about $0.20 to buy up a half point.
• 15:01
  You could try to target. I'm looking at right now.
• 15:05
  Let's see. For example, the score is +3 at
• 15:09
  +100 on Miami. So you could take that up plus 3
• 15:12
  1/2 -, 120. Basically, you're holding out
• 15:15
  for a general 3 1/2, or if you did want to buy it up to me
• 15:20
  again, buying points, you don't want to do it all the time
• 15:22
  because a lot of times it's really not going to make as big
• 15:24
  a difference as you think. But around a key number you lose
• 15:26
  by three, we got to be able to cover with the hook.
• 15:29
  So hold out for the 3 1/2. It is available at Fanatics.
• 15:32
  All these other books because they're juiced toward Pittsburgh
• 15:34
  -3 -, 115 -, 120. It may just go up to 3 1/2
• 15:39
  anyway between now and kick off, but you could think about buying
• 15:42
  it up to 3 1/2. And the key is if you're going
• 15:44
  to buy it up to 3 1/2, my cut off is like -125 if I have to
• 15:49
  buy it up and it's plus 3 1/2 at -130 -, 140, I'm not going to do
• 15:54
  that. Just too expensive.

  I'll continue to wait. And again, this is a another
• 15:58
  shameless plug for shopping around and having multiple outs

  because there are at least one, at least one book fanatics still

  there. So I'm going Dolphins plus 3

  1/2. Again, good rhythm edges, super

  contrarian. We also have a line freeze, a

  bunch of betting systems and we can back to as a dog who's been
• 16:16
  pretty good and fade Tomlin as a favorite who's really struggled.

  So I am on Miami plus 3 1/2 now. In terms of the total no play

  for me. It's kind of been back and forth
• 16:26
  and open around 42 1/2. Hasn't moved too much.

  Got as high as 43 1/2, got as low as 41 1/2.

  I am seeing some books fall now. 42 1/2 down to 42.

  I would of course lean toward a prime time under prime time
• 16:40
  unders 27 and 21 this year. 56 percent, 7% ROI, 1289258

  percent, 11% ROI since 2022. We are going to get some very
• 16:51
  cold weather like 20° in Pittsburgh, 8 to 10 mile per
• 16:55
  hour winds. But what complicates it a little
• 16:58
  bit is that the bet splits look pretty good to the over at

  DraftKings. 49% bet, 61% dollars on the over at circa 24% bet,
• 17:07
  73% dollars on the over. So splits tell you over, you
• 17:12
  know, the prime time under trend would obviously lean under.
• 17:15
  I just don't want any part in this total.

  Again, it has fallen 42 and half to 42.
• 17:19
  So, you know, if you like the under, that is a good sign here.
• 17:22
  Game day movement is dropping, but it's not like there's like
• 17:24
  20 mile per hour winds. And again, you know, you don't
• 17:28
  have a bet split here that's really screaming under either.

  So I'm I'm laying off that total and just going Dolphins plus 3
• 17:33
  1/2. And I will mention, you know,
• 17:35
  hopefully this is a a good angle here for Miami.

  TJ Watt. TJ Watt, something weird
• 17:40
  happened with his lung. His lung was punctured through
• 17:44
  acupuncture or something and he's going to miss this game.

  So obviously a really good defensive player will not suit
• 17:49
  up for Pittsburgh. And then this morning, Jalen
• 17:51
  Warren, the running back for the Steelers also popped up as
• 17:55
  questionable with an illness. And I think one of the I want to
• 17:57
  say Borum or Broom, whoever, the offensive lineman, he's also got
• 18:01
  an illness. I don't know if there's an
• 18:02
  illness going around the Pittsburgh locker room.

  But hey, Watts going to miss this game and Warren probably
• 18:08
  will play, but maybe he's a little banged up as well.

  But the big Watt injury obviously is is big for for
• 18:14
  Miami in favor of Miami and against Pittsburgh.
