Mastermind Behind Bank Heist Convicted
A 51-year-old mastermind, Edward Prescott, got 35 years for orchestrating a brazen bank heist in February 2025, using a fake active shooter call to distract police. He was the getaway driver while Eddie Belen, armed and masked, snatched $1,500 from an Idaho bank and Brittany Marcum, who made the bogus 911 call, got 20 years.
