- 0:34Speaker 1: learned some dirt about poo. Speaking of a secret I
- 0:37Speaker 1: forgot to bring up over the weekend.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Really?
- 0:39Speaker 1: Me?
- 0:40Speaker 2: Yes, you. What do you mean?
- 0:42Speaker 1: I might wait until tomorrow and talk about it just
- 0:44Speaker 1: so he can sweat it out a little bit.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Over the weekend? Over the weekend. I didn't do nothing
- 0:48Speaker 2: over the weekend.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Okay.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Listen, poo, I have people everywhere.
- 0:52Speaker 1: What?
- 0:53Speaker 2: I have people everywhere.
- 0:55Speaker 1: You wasn't in the vehicle, the station vehicle.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Oh, he wasn't? Were you? Yeah, I was a couple times.
- 1:01Speaker 1: What? Really?
- 1:01Speaker 2: Were you plugged into a flock camera? Yeah. Yeah, maybe
- 1:05Speaker 2: I do have a flock camera on you at all times.
- 1:07Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:08Speaker 2: You know what? Tomorrow I'll do that. How about this?
- 1:10Speaker 2: Tomorrow at 7.20.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Tomorrow morning, 7.20, I'll tell you what I found out
- 1:15Speaker 1: about you this past weekend.
- 1:16Speaker 2: A dirty little secret?
- 1:18Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. A little bonus secret, all right? Now, you
- 1:20Speaker 1: have a secret. 7.20 tomorrow. Just think about it, boo.
- 1:23Speaker 1: That'll give you time to think and maybe come clean
- 1:25Speaker 1: on your own. Now, if you have a confession, a secret,
- 1:27Speaker 1: which you do, about your best friend, apparently. So what
- 1:30Speaker 1: is going on?
- 1:31Speaker 3: I'm the person that introduced her to her now husband.
- 1:34Speaker 3: It was years ago.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:36Speaker 3: I knew him and I thought he would be perfect
- 1:38Speaker 3: for my friend. He was a good guy. He was successful, funny,
- 1:42Speaker 3: just totally her type. And back then I was a
- 1:45Speaker 3: party girl. I wasn't really trying to date anyone seriously.
- 1:47Speaker 3: So I basically just played matchmaker all the time.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:51Speaker 3: And it worked. I mean, like really worked. They fell
- 1:54Speaker 3: in love. They got married, had a baby, and they
- 1:56Speaker 3: have this little beautiful, happy family. And she still jokes
- 2:00Speaker 3: that I'm responsible for her entire life. Because I introduced them.
- 2:04Speaker 2: That's great.
- 2:05Speaker 3: What she doesn't know is I used to kind of
- 2:10Speaker 3: date him.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Kind of? How do you kind of date somebody?
- 2:14Speaker 3: When I say date, I use that loosely. We hooked
- 2:17Speaker 3: up multiple times, basically.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Okay. She doesn't know this?
- 2:22Speaker 1: No.
- 2:22Speaker 3: It was years ago. Before they even met. Way before
- 2:28Speaker 3: they met.
- 2:29Speaker 1: But I think that makes I don't want to say
- 2:30Speaker 1: it makes it worse, but that doesn't help to me. No,
- 2:33Speaker 1: because that means you've been holding on to the secret
- 2:35Speaker 1: for a long time.
- 2:36Speaker 3: So long time. OK, we only went out for it
- 2:39Speaker 3: was more of a situationship. It was very short lived.
- 2:42Speaker 3: We both realized there's nothing here. So we moved on.
- 2:45Speaker 3: There wasn't any drama or heartbreak and definitely no lingering feelings.
- 2:49Speaker 3: We were just friends. And sometimes, you know, we just.
- 2:53Speaker 3: hooked up as special friends. So this was a long
- 2:55Speaker 3: time ago.
- 2:56Speaker 2: She says special. Very special friends.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Well, at the time, my friend and I weren't as close.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Like we knew each other, but now we're like, she's
- 3:09Speaker 3: my best friend. And so when I introduced them, I thought,
- 3:12Speaker 3: who cares? Nothing's going to come of this. We were
- 3:14Speaker 3: out one night. He happened to be there. I was
- 3:16Speaker 3: kind of with this other guy. So I just introduced
- 3:20Speaker 3: them and thought, no big deal. And neither one of us,
- 3:24Speaker 3: he and I have kept this secret. Neither one of
- 3:27Speaker 3: us has told her, but our lives are completely intertwined.
- 3:30Speaker 3: She's one of my best friends. They're friends with my
- 3:34Speaker 3: husband and I. We hang out as couples. I'm even
- 3:37Speaker 3: the godmother to her daughter. What?
- 3:40Speaker 2: No way.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Yeah. So I've been sitting on this and swear there's nothing,
- 3:46Speaker 3: nothing between her husband and me. No attraction. There's no...
- 3:49Speaker 3: weird looks across the room. There's no flirting. Every once
- 3:53Speaker 3: in a while, she'll say something like, I still can't
- 3:55Speaker 3: believe you found my husband for me. And I feel
- 3:58Speaker 3: like this giant in my stomach because technically I did
- 4:02Speaker 3: really find him.
- 4:03Speaker 2: I mean, you found all of them.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I mean, here's, here's the deal to me.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Who cares?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Who cares? I genuinely don't get the feeling that there's
- 4:20Speaker 1: anything between you guys. And I can tell that you
- 4:22Speaker 1: don't care about them. It's not like there's some lingering
- 4:24Speaker 1: romantic feelings.
- 4:25Speaker 2: I get that.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's just weird not knowing that, you know, your husband
- 4:31Speaker 1: hooked up with your best friend.
- 4:33Speaker 3: You don't know it.
- 4:33Speaker 2: And you two have this little thing. Ignorance is bliss. Oh,
- 4:37Speaker 2: in this situation?
- 4:37Speaker 3: For her.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Candace, would you ever tell anybody this? I would never
- 4:41Speaker 2: hook my friend up with this guy. Interesting. Yeah. Some
- 4:45Speaker 2: people would.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Like, I know some people who would... Like if they're
- 4:48Speaker 1: not interested, be like, you should date him.
- 4:49Speaker 2: He's a good guy.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Yeah. At least be like, Hey, we didn't work out,
- 4:52Speaker 1: but all you, this is right for you.
- 4:54Speaker 2: And then maybe she gets it, but that. Oh man.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:58Speaker 3: I just feel like telling her would accomplish absolutely nothing.
- 5:02Speaker 3: It would just hurt her and they're happy and we're happy.
- 5:05Speaker 3: And this happened so many years ago, but I also
- 5:09Speaker 3: know my best friend. If she found out from somebody else,
- 5:12Speaker 3: she would be devastated.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Hopefully nobody else knows.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Well, no, you do.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Sometimes things come to light, though, when you least expect it.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Like all of a sudden they get in a fight
- 5:22Speaker 1: and next thing you know, he's in a fight.
- 5:24Speaker 2: He's like, well, that's all right. I hooked up with
- 5:25Speaker 2: Jenny anyway.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 5:28Speaker 2: I don't think that'll happen.
- 5:29Speaker 3: That never happened.
- 5:30Speaker 2: But I wouldn't. I'm going to say this right now.
- 5:32Speaker 2: There's no way I'm coming clean at this point.
- 5:34Speaker 1: No.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Right? Yeah.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I'm taking that to the grave. And Candace, you're an
- 5:39Speaker 2: honest person too.
- 5:40Speaker 1: To the grave.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I just don't see what it helps at this point.
- 5:42Speaker 2: She's happy. He's happy. You're happy. Yeah, you're married. I
- 5:46Speaker 2: hate to say.
- 5:47Speaker 1: That, but.
- 5:47Speaker 2: It's weird though. Your husband would probably be upset too.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Thinking like, we're hanging out. Guys are real weird about that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm not saying women aren't, but guys are real weird. Like,
- 5:57Speaker 1: we've been hanging out with this couple and I didn't
- 5:58Speaker 1: know you hooked up with a dude, whether it was.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Years ago or not.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 6:02Speaker 2: I don't want anything to do with that guy. Yeah.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Nothing. Keep your pineapple away from me because I'm not
- 6:07Speaker 2: a swimmer.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Oh, God.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Not that that's where it's gone.
- 6:13Speaker 3: But you know what I mean. No. Oh, God.
- 6:18Speaker 1: No.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Well, you know what? Sometimes things are. I know what
- 6:20Speaker 2: that means.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Sometimes things are meant to be.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And, you know, this was maybe a weird way it happened,
- 6:26Speaker 1: but it happened and everybody's happy. Hopefully you feel a
- 6:29Speaker 1: little bit better telling us, but it's time to just
- 6:31Speaker 1: move on and forget it happened. Yeah.
- 6:33Speaker 2: For real.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Well, good luck with everything, and let us know what happens.
- 6:38Speaker 1: If anything changes, please keep us up to date, okay?
- 6:40Speaker 2: Thanks, guys.
