- 0:31Speaker 2: nightclub that we'll talk about here shortly. Coming up today,
- 0:35Speaker 2: We've got is Trey eating enough, sister effing a naked

- 1:00Speaker 2: Hit that share button. Send it to a friend, maybe
- 1:02Speaker 2: not a coworker in today's episode case, but someone that
- 1:06Speaker 2: could use a little pick me up and together we
- 1:08Speaker 2: can grow the Treehouse Show.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Thank you if you send it to a coworker with
- 1:13Speaker 1: the disclaimer headphones in, headphones on, ear plugs in.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Mm hmm, yeah, yeah, definitely don't have this one up
- 1:21Speaker 2: with HR walking by no all right, Well, we didn't
- 1:28Speaker 2: get a chance to get to it yesterday, so we're
- 1:29Speaker 2: going to start the show with it today. Trey simply
- 1:32Speaker 2: titled the email to me, girlfriend is a whore, and
- 1:37Speaker 2: I didn't open it because I was like, I just
- 1:39Speaker 2: I already know we're going to talk about it I
- 1:41Speaker 2: don't need to know much more about it at this point. Uh,
- 1:46Speaker 2: but we all do need to know some context here
- 1:48Speaker 2: with this story. I mean, just on that, just on
- 1:51Speaker 2: the subject line, I knew we would do it. It's
- 1:53Speaker 2: just a matter of, you know, sharing the full story here.
- 1:59Speaker 2: I belie I leave my boyfriend thirty seven year old male.
- 2:02Speaker 2: This is a thirty year old female who is sharing this.
- 2:05Speaker 2: She says, I believe my boyfriend who's thirty seven might
- 2:09Speaker 2: dump me after a comment I made about how I
- 2:13Speaker 2: got pregnant. Last Saturday, me and people from work had
- 2:21Speaker 2: a dinner and a party afterwards to say goodbye to
- 2:24Speaker 2: a coworker that's moving to a different branch.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Blah blah blah.
- 2:26Speaker 2: After the restaurant, many of us brought her boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands,
- 2:30Speaker 2: and wives and agreed and we would keep on partying.
- 2:36Speaker 3: With time.
- 2:36Speaker 2: I got a bit drunk and At one point, I
- 2:38Speaker 2: was outside with a few coworkers smoking. We were talking
- 2:42Speaker 2: about bad decisions while being drunk, and at one point
- 2:45Speaker 2: I said something along the lines of I got one
- 2:48Speaker 2: of my daughters made on a nightclub bathroom floor and
- 2:53Speaker 2: the other one on the beach one night. Huh, She says,
- 3:01Speaker 2: it sounds kind of ugly and irresponsible.
- 3:05Speaker 1: It doesn't just sound.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Sorry. But if we're splitting hairs here her legs. Yeah,
- 3:17Speaker 3: she says. My daughters are from two different men, and
- 3:21Speaker 3: they both fled after they knew I was pregnant. He
- 3:25Speaker 3: didn't hear it.
- 3:26Speaker 2: The current boyfriend did not hear this story because he
- 3:29Speaker 2: was inside with the guys. But one of my coworkers
- 3:33Speaker 2: told him. One of my female coworkers told him this story,
- 3:38Speaker 2: and I believe she did it because she wants him
- 3:41Speaker 2: and this way, she knew this would hurt our relationship. Look,
- 3:45Speaker 2: we're only like three paragraphs in and there's already a
- 3:47Speaker 2: lot to unpack here, she goes on to say, because
- 3:52Speaker 2: the story can't get more complicated, you think, but it does.
- 3:56Speaker 2: He is a widower and has a five year old daughter.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Of he is the opposite of what I used to
- 4:02Speaker 2: be calm reliable, trustworthy, cheerful, and a great father to
- 4:07Speaker 2: his child. I can't believe I may lose him over
- 4:10Speaker 2: something like this. We've been dating six months. I'm in
- 4:12Speaker 2: love with him, but alcohol took the.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Best of me.
- 4:15Speaker 1: It sounds like many many times.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think. I don't think this is a
- 4:21Speaker 2: one off fleeting. Yeah, this is not a one off
- 4:23Speaker 2: of alcohol getting the best of you.
- 4:25Speaker 1: This is one of those things when you know in
- 4:27Speaker 1: AA and you look at somebody and it's the very
- 4:31Speaker 1: polite way of telling someone they're an alcoholic. You go,
- 4:35Speaker 1: I've got a chair saved for you.
- 4:40Speaker 2: That's a nice way of soft selling it, because my
- 4:42Speaker 2: way would be a little more condescending. I'd be there,
- 4:45Speaker 2: like just over the top, condescending, face in hand, just
- 4:48Speaker 2: like listening to the story and then at the end
- 4:51Speaker 2: of it just being like, hmm, you.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Think there's a pattern here.
- 4:55Speaker 2: You're noticing something that seems to be happening with you
- 4:58Speaker 2: in life here to Karen, Mmmm, I think you got
- 5:02Speaker 2: a little problem there.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So thirty years old, So this is gen z. This
- 5:08Speaker 1: is right on the customer millennial gen Z. But you're oversharing.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Yeah, oversharing especially I mean Look, this started out as
- 5:18Speaker 2: a work function. It turned into social, but you've still
- 5:21Speaker 2: got work people there, so it's really important. And maybe
- 5:26Speaker 2: some gen z don't fully grasp this hip because they
- 5:28Speaker 2: haven't learned it. Don't share too much at work. Work
- 5:34Speaker 2: is work, personal is personal. Keep those things separate for
- 5:39Speaker 2: a while until you really understand, as a more mature adult,
- 5:43Speaker 2: how to navigate those two worlds and.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Whether or not you want them to blend at all.
- 5:50Speaker 2: This is something I definitely would not tell people I
- 5:52Speaker 2: work with, or their wives or girlfriends and husbands.
- 5:55Speaker 1: This is something probably only the father and your priest
- 6:00Speaker 1: or counselor should.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Know, right, I will say the boyfriend does deserve to
- 6:07Speaker 3: know this. She should.
- 6:10Speaker 2: She should have told him this before she told the
- 6:13Speaker 2: wags at work.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Okay that yes, if you're going to if you're gonna
- 6:18Speaker 4: have a hierarchy of.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Telling people things that you shouldn't, then I guess I don't.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I don't believe the boyfriend needs to know this.
- 6:28Speaker 3: He doesn't need to know it, no, but he has
- 6:31Speaker 3: every right to be pissed off when he hears it
- 6:34Speaker 3: from her coworker.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Once you tell the story, then yeah, he had every
- 6:38Speaker 1: right to know because otherwise he looks like a jackass too.
- 6:43Speaker 1: But if she kept her mouth shut that I don't
- 6:45Speaker 1: think this is one of those things. I don't think
- 6:47Speaker 1: he needed to know. He would have been just fine,
- 6:49Speaker 1: probably the rest of his life if he really liked her,
- 6:53Speaker 1: loved her, staying with her never knowing this story.
- 6:57Speaker 2: This is where we dig into one of my favorite
- 6:59Speaker 2: layers of this story, which is your current past. Right,
- 7:05Speaker 2: you're in a current relationship, whether it's.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Married, committed.
- 7:12Speaker 2: If you're dating, then that's really a different story. But
- 7:14Speaker 2: if you're in a committed relationship, there are certain things
- 7:17Speaker 2: about your partner's past that you don't need to know.
- 7:20Speaker 2: You might occasionally wonder, but ultimately you're better off staying ignorant.
- 7:26Speaker 2: You're better off staying in the dark. This is one
- 7:30Speaker 2: of those times. Right, she's got two kids, and I
- 7:37Speaker 2: don't even know if he knew already that those two
- 7:40Speaker 2: kids had two different fathers.
- 7:42Speaker 3: And look, stuff happened. Probably right, stuff happened.
- 7:45Speaker 2: He might have, But you don't necessarily need to know
- 7:49Speaker 2: the conception story.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Well, especially you're the guy.
- 7:55Speaker 1: If they fled, so I am guessing that they don't
- 7:59Speaker 1: have a father figure, so he should know that they're
- 8:04Speaker 1: two different dads, and but yeah, this is not you
- 8:10Speaker 1: don't need the origin story on this one.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Right, No, no, And look, I mean, if we're being honest,
- 8:15Speaker 2: occasionally you might think about someone you dated years ago,
- 8:20Speaker 2: and maybe you see them on social media or something.
- 8:23Speaker 2: You see that they're like this very respectable person in
- 8:28Speaker 2: the marriage and they're a mom, or they're a dad,
- 8:31Speaker 2: and they're very buttoned up and professional looking. But you're
- 8:34Speaker 2: looking at them knowing, I know what you did, I
- 8:39Speaker 2: knew you.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I know what else that mouth do, or
- 8:45Speaker 3: I know I know certain things that you did with
- 8:47Speaker 3: my roommate.
- 8:50Speaker 2: That i'd really know that your husband would not want
- 8:53Speaker 2: to know, which is just kind of a funny little secret.
- 8:56Speaker 2: It's kind of like it's an inside joke that you
- 8:58Speaker 2: get to laugh at and nobody else because you don't
- 9:01Speaker 2: share those things in polite society. Right, it's an understood
- 9:06Speaker 2: it happened way back when you don't share the thing
- 9:09Speaker 2: when we've all grown up and become parents or respectable
- 9:14Speaker 2: members of society or the or a member of the
- 9:19Speaker 2: Chamber of commerce.
- 9:22Speaker 3: I had this same thought yesterday randomly.
- 9:26Speaker 2: We were in an uber going over a bridge and
- 9:29Speaker 2: I saw a police car and I randomly thought, I
- 9:32Speaker 2: was like, I wonder if cops ever feel weird about
- 9:34Speaker 2: telling people that they shouldn't do things, especially if they
- 9:37Speaker 2: did them themselves when they were younger, Like, is there
- 9:41Speaker 2: ever that sort of like brief feeling of hypocrisy. There
- 9:44Speaker 2: was a security guard talking to a kid skateboarding outside
- 9:48Speaker 2: of a business building. And to the kid's credit, he
- 9:51Speaker 2: was outside, which was great. And the second thing was
- 9:56Speaker 2: I recognized it was a good area to skateboard, but
- 9:59Speaker 2: you at the security officer. I could tell he was
- 10:02Speaker 2: pleading with him, trying to reason with him. It's like,
- 10:04Speaker 2: I can't have you doing this, blah blah blah. And
- 10:06Speaker 2: I briefly thought, I wonder if he ever skateboarded these
- 10:09Speaker 2: lands and felt weird about having a telekid he now
- 10:12Speaker 2: can't do it anyway, I've kind of got off the
- 10:14Speaker 2: deep end here, But.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yeah, that that that really.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Basically what I'm saying is your passion, stay to your
- 10:24Speaker 3: inner voice. Yeah, your past should stay in the past.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Your work should stay work, stuff in your personal stuff
- 10:31Speaker 2: should say personally, I mean.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Well, now, there's nothing hypocritical about going. Yeah, I was
- 10:37Speaker 1: a stupid kid once too. But you know, chances are
- 10:42Speaker 1: this boyfriend didn't get knocked up by two different dudes
- 10:45Speaker 1: on bathroom floors and beaches. He didn't get used like
- 10:49Speaker 1: a wow, a.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Dump all right. Time to time to quiet your inner voice,
- 10:58Speaker 3: trade to me. It all comes back to you if
- 11:05Speaker 3: you knew you shouldn't.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Even the next day, she knows she shouldn't have told
- 11:09Speaker 2: these work type people how she got two kids, especially
- 11:14Speaker 2: not before you know, the guy that she's currently with.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I feel bad for this dude.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Yeah, and and the coworker that had the unmitigated gall
- 11:27Speaker 4: to take that to the boyfriend.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Holy cramp man.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I don't think that's unmitigated gall at all.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Do you think do you think she's do you think
- 11:39Speaker 2: she's actually after him or was she just so flabbergasted
- 11:43Speaker 2: by the hortedom or what she thinks is the hordom
- 11:45Speaker 2: of this woman that she's like night God, he needs
- 11:47Speaker 2: to add.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I think I think, once it's out there, she was
- 11:53Speaker 1: doing the boyfriend of service. Because here's the thing. If
- 11:57Speaker 1: she told her coworkers this on some you know, drunken night,
- 12:01Speaker 1: she's gonna tell this story again, and sooner or later,
- 12:04Speaker 1: that boyfriend is gonna find out, and and he's gonna
- 12:07Speaker 1: look like a jackass, or at least he deserves the
- 12:12Speaker 1: opportunity on on to decide how he wants to handle this.
- 12:18Speaker 2: That's true as and and and now he's got to
- 12:20Speaker 2: deal with it semi publicly. And for those that don't know,
- 12:23Speaker 2: we are actually doing our first weekly live stream for
- 12:27Speaker 2: our Ultimate Treehouse subscribers. Oh yeah, Jerry, heads up, we're live,
- 12:31Speaker 2: uh for our Ultimate tree House subscribers on Patreon. They
- 12:34Speaker 2: are watching us live and in the chat they are alive.
- 12:37Speaker 2: They are awake this morning. So thank you for that.
- 12:39Speaker 2: You got Lindy, you got Marshall, you got MACKI and
- 12:42Speaker 2: a bunch of others. Haley's in there, Hey, Haley. William Marshall,
- 12:46Speaker 2: who ironically has what looks to be his like LinkedIn
- 12:51Speaker 2: profile photo in the chat room, sir, Yeah, he looks
- 12:56Speaker 2: really good. I am lucky. I have my own office,
- 12:58Speaker 2: so I just shut my door. I need to heddle
- 13:00Speaker 2: anything personal makes sense. Mackie even says, I think you
- 13:05Speaker 2: guys know more about me than my coworkers. And going
- 13:12Speaker 2: back up, Marshall even says, even eight years at my
- 13:15Speaker 2: current company, I still don't share personal stuff, and that's
- 13:19Speaker 2: the way it should be.
- 13:22Speaker 3: And you're right, Trey.
- 13:23Speaker 2: I mean the lady that wrote this, she's thirty years old,
- 13:25Speaker 2: so she's on that cusp of you know, young millennial
- 13:27Speaker 2: older gen z. Some things you just have to learn
- 13:30Speaker 2: the hard way, right, which is certain things you don't
- 13:34Speaker 2: do at work, certain things you don't tell, certain people.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Don't fuck on a nightclub bathroom floor.
- 13:41Speaker 2: All right, Look, Judgie mcjudgerson, Sometimes sometimes the passion just
- 13:47Speaker 2: takes a hold, right, Jerry.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Absolutely, have we all been there, but usually we're not
- 13:54Speaker 3: the ones on our backs.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I will say this, Uh, that is not a place
- 14:04Speaker 2: that you want to get it on, you know, from experience, yes,
- 14:10Speaker 2: And I don't mean I don't mean from a sexual experience.
- 14:12Speaker 2: I just mean from being in many bathrooms of bars
- 14:14Speaker 2: and nightclubs. That is a place that is your No, that's.
- 14:21Speaker 1: On someone who has worked many, many, many nights and
- 14:26Speaker 1: bars that you could not find a more disgusting place
- 14:32Speaker 1: to have sex, to lay down screw sex to lay
- 14:37Speaker 1: down on. I mean that is you're in fcs, cocaine, spit.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Other bodily fluids.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Yeah, And by the way, if you're in there in
- 14:53Speaker 2: that bathroom get it on. You really think you're the
- 14:56Speaker 2: first person with that bold idea.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Listen, one thing and this is she specifically says like
- 15:03Speaker 1: on the bathroom floor, right, that's at least have the
- 15:08Speaker 1: decency to get you know, bent over the commode.
- 15:11Speaker 3: I mean, that is just really really disgusting.
- 15:21Speaker 5: I mean, if I in this case, if you're the guy, right,
- 15:27Speaker 5: if you're the guy and she's like, I want you
- 15:28Speaker 5: so bad, and then she drags you into the bathroom
- 15:30Speaker 5: and then she starts hiking stuff up and pulling things off,
- 15:33Speaker 5: and then she lies down on the floor.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Wouldn't you the guy be like, what you're doing down there? Yeah?
- 15:39Speaker 1: Like want me to get down there?
- 15:44Speaker 3: My knees down there?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Oh you had to come out with stains and no.
- 15:52Speaker 1: God that I It's one thing to say you got
- 15:58Speaker 1: knocked up by some random hookup a club, but on
- 16:02Speaker 1: the bathroom floor that just means you're a dirty, dirty, dirty.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Slut and the floor knows.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, just come on.
- 16:19Speaker 2: I have just realized one of the downsides to doing
- 16:21Speaker 2: the live stream versus our normal recording, as it appears
- 16:26Speaker 2: we can't pause right take our normal commercial break, So
- 16:32Speaker 2: we're just gonna wing it here, boys, I just wanted
- 16:38Speaker 2: it said so that way Trey can make a note. Yeah,
- 16:40Speaker 2: around the seventeen minute mark, that's a good spot for
- 16:42Speaker 2: a commercial break.
- 16:43Speaker 3: That we'll have to now do and post.
- 16:47Speaker 2: I will say this, and I don't know if this
- 16:49Speaker 2: part's true, because I don't know if you can trust
- 16:50Speaker 2: this lady or not. It sounds like it sounds like
- 16:55Speaker 2: the guys that impregnated her. It sounds like she was
- 17:00Speaker 2: in relationship with them.
- 17:04Speaker 1: I does it. It just says they fled.
- 17:06Speaker 3: They fled.
- 17:07Speaker 2: That means she at least had some type of contact
- 17:09Speaker 2: in for to let them know she was.
- 17:11Speaker 1: She got their number, They fought numbers.
- 17:15Speaker 3: You're right, Dan, my bad mere minimum achieved. Yeah.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I know.
- 17:21Speaker 2: It's like I'm trying to find some way where it
- 17:24Speaker 2: doesn't make her sound really awful, Like if it's if
- 17:27Speaker 2: it was truly a hook up on the bathroom floor
- 17:30Speaker 2: of the nightclub, as opposed to someone she was in
- 17:36Speaker 2: a relationship with at least, like if you're in a
- 17:38Speaker 2: relationship with the person and you're hooking up in that way,
- 17:41Speaker 2: it doesn't seem as bad. But if it really is,
- 17:44Speaker 2: like you met them five minutes before at the bar,
- 17:47Speaker 2: and now you're on the floor of the bathroom in
- 17:49Speaker 2: the bar with this person, Das grows.
- 17:52Speaker 3: I mean, in every way.
- 17:54Speaker 1: The beach you could say, Okay, you know they were
- 17:57Speaker 1: having a romantic night or whatever. But the way she
- 18:00Speaker 1: writes this, it's the beach was a random hookup too.
- 18:03Speaker 1: I mean it was like, you know, I can't keep
- 18:07Speaker 1: my panties up when I drink.
- 18:12Speaker 2: The solution is to that is just rip them to
- 18:15Speaker 2: the side or duct tape.
- 18:17Speaker 1: If she has any that's true that yeah, they just
- 18:22Speaker 1: may just be a nuisance, an impediment at this point.
- 18:26Speaker 3: A nuisance.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Kind of like a kind of like an unattended pool
- 18:31Speaker 2: in a backyard. It's a it's an attractive nuisance. If
- 18:34Speaker 2: she's just naked, spread eagle on the beach, it's.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Like, well, okay, people are going to dive in.
- 18:40Speaker 3: I love what Haley says here.
- 18:42Speaker 2: She says it's like Clerks with Dante finding out how
- 18:44Speaker 2: many bjs' girlfriend.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Had given thirty seven in a row.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Let's get Daniel Cook from Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration
- 18:56Speaker 2: into the Treehouse eight three three Cook DFWS the phone
- 19:00Speaker 2: number to get your free inspection and property review scheduled
- 19:04Speaker 2: the website COOKDFW dot com. I'm going to say some
- 19:08Speaker 2: scary words, Daniel, super l Nino and the effect that
- 19:17Speaker 2: is going to have on weather, especially in the North
- 19:21Speaker 2: Texas area.
- 19:23Speaker 6: You know you're right, I mean, just are officially in
- 19:27Speaker 6: going into the super al Nino. The reason why is
- 19:30Speaker 6: because it's warmer than a regular al Nino, and it
- 19:34Speaker 6: does prelude that we will have a wetter, higher rain
- 19:39Speaker 6: percentage than a normal year, or shall we say, on
- 19:42Speaker 6: El Nina. So there are some differences, speculations. Nothing is
- 19:47Speaker 6: set in stone. This is not a guarantee that we're
- 19:50Speaker 6: going to have a deluge of water for the next year.
- 19:53Speaker 6: I mean, that's just not what it means. Scientific data says, hey,
- 19:57Speaker 6: we might have a wetter than normal, we could have
- 19:59Speaker 6: more storms, it could be just a lot of rain.
- 20:02Speaker 6: We all need to go out and build arcs.
- 20:04Speaker 1: I don't know, but I mean be prepared.
- 20:07Speaker 6: The moral of the story is every day you live.
- 20:10Speaker 1: In North Texas, especially in North Texas, be prepared.
- 20:13Speaker 6: Know how your home is sitting, Know how your roofus looks,
- 20:16Speaker 6: Know how your windows are working. No if your doors

- 20:40Speaker 3: Eight three three Cook DFW. That sound bad? Sounded bad?
- 20:43Speaker 3: Eight three three Cook DFW. Get that scheduled today the
- 20:46Speaker 3: website cookdfw dot com.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Oh man, all right, let's switch gears. It is Thursday.
- 20:55Speaker 2: For those that are listening in the normal way, it
- 20:57Speaker 2: is Thursday, August thirteenth to twenty twenty six. Let's celebrate
- 21:02Speaker 2: today with some birthdays. This is a pretty decent day,
- 21:09Speaker 2: just based on two of them. One of my favorite actors.
- 21:14Speaker 2: I didn't really realize it until the last few years.
- 21:16Speaker 2: John Slattery is sixty four. This is one of those
- 21:19Speaker 2: guys you may not recognize his name, but when you
- 21:21Speaker 2: see his face, you're like, yeah, that guy. We had
- 21:23Speaker 2: one of those yesterday. It was Bruce Greenwood. John Slattery
- 21:27Speaker 2: is the white haired actor that was in Mad Men.
- 21:30Speaker 2: He was Tony Stark's dad at one point in the MCU.
- 21:34Speaker 2: I mean he was like the more notable Stark in
- 21:39Speaker 2: the movies. He was also in Spotlight. He is sixty
- 21:44Speaker 2: four today. John Slattery sixty four, been in tons of
- 21:47Speaker 2: shows and films, really really, really good actor. I'm just
- 21:52Speaker 2: a big fan of his, So happy birthday to John Slattery.
- 21:54Speaker 2: He is sixty four today. And since he is in
- 21:59Speaker 2: the MCU as Tony Stark's dad in the films, it
- 22:03Speaker 2: we might as well throw in the fact that today
- 22:05Speaker 2: is Sebastian Stands birthday. He is the Winter Soldier slash
- 22:10Speaker 2: Bucky Marts in the MCU. He's forty four today, so
- 22:13Speaker 2: that means in the MCU, somewhere on set they had
- 22:16Speaker 2: to have a dual birthday party at Craft Services for
- 22:19Speaker 2: John Slattery and Sebastian stand I would imagine Robert Downey
- 22:25Speaker 2: Junior probably threw them a hell of a birthday party,
- 22:28Speaker 2: because as much money as he is making on those films,
- 22:31Speaker 2: he is really good to his cast mates. I've seen
- 22:33Speaker 2: photos and stuff like he'll like. I think there was
- 22:35Speaker 2: one he did like a women's luncheon or something on
- 22:37Speaker 2: the in game set. It's like all the all the
- 22:39Speaker 2: like he did. I don't know if it was like
- 22:40Speaker 2: International Women's Day or something. He catered in like this
- 22:43Speaker 2: fancy lunch for everybody, for all the females on set.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yeah, i'd hope so I iron Man was quite good
- 22:52Speaker 1: to him.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Yeah, which, by anyway, Yeah, which, by the way I
- 22:57Speaker 2: saw the I think it was an account. I followed
- 23:00Speaker 2: the what is it, Trey, how do you say? Is
- 23:01Speaker 2: it Pubbety Puberty, Jubidy Juby Puberty.
- 23:04Speaker 3: I don't know. That's all them too. Yeah. Uh, it's
- 23:07Speaker 3: a great follow up.
- 23:07Speaker 2: They got like sixty something million followers, but they have
- 23:09Speaker 2: interesting stuff that they post on occasion, which is why
- 23:11Speaker 2: I follow him. And the other day they posted one
- 23:15Speaker 2: about the salary progression of Tom holland Spider Man. Right,
- 23:21Speaker 2: so there's Robert Downey Junior, who I think got like
- 23:24Speaker 2: five hundred grand or something like that for the very
- 23:27Speaker 2: first iron Man and now he's making like fifty million
- 23:30Speaker 2: dollars for Avengers End Game.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I think he took points on the back even on
- 23:34Speaker 1: on iron Man, didn't he.
- 23:36Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 23:37Speaker 2: He may have, but he was not paid a massive
- 23:41Speaker 2: massive amount for it.
- 23:42Speaker 1: He was still he you know, now, I think about it.
- 23:45Speaker 1: When it comes to Iron Man, he was still in
- 23:47Speaker 1: that no man's land. Uh, it was kind of unhirable
- 23:51Speaker 1: due to his past.
- 23:52Speaker 4: He had been he'd been working on that, doing smaller projects,
- 23:55Speaker 4: you know, building his reputation back up. And he agreed, yeah,
- 23:58Speaker 4: to take points on the back end so they didn't
- 24:00Speaker 4: have to pay so much upfront, so they'd be less
- 24:03Speaker 4: averse to taking that risk.
- 24:05Speaker 2: And man, it worked out for everybody. And it's been
- 24:09Speaker 2: similar for Tom Holland what is it trip?
- 24:13Speaker 1: And at that point, Marvel was unproven.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Right if I remember this right?
- 24:19Speaker 2: So the like Tom Holland's salary progression in films, I
- 24:23Speaker 2: think for his debut in Captain America Civil War as
- 24:30Speaker 2: Spider Man, I think he got paid like it was
- 24:33Speaker 2: either one hundred.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Or two fifty, like one fifty grand. Yeah, I think
- 24:38Speaker 3: it was two hundred and fifty grand. That's a great payday,
- 24:41Speaker 3: don't get me wrong, especially for a little role in
- 24:46Speaker 3: that film. And you're Spider Man, and you and your
- 24:49Speaker 3: freaking Spider Man.
- 24:50Speaker 2: So he only gets two fifty for that first one
- 24:53Speaker 2: and then now he's making like thirty million for Spider
- 24:58Speaker 2: Man brand new day, and similar to uh, Robert Downey Jr.
- 25:03Speaker 2: He's I think getting points on the box office as well,
- 25:06Speaker 2: and he's got a lot of creative control on that role.
- 25:10Speaker 3: So pretty good progression for Tom Holland.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's going to be in Doomsday, and there's
- 25:14Speaker 1: gonna be another Spider Man movie and he'll probably be
- 25:17Speaker 1: in at least one other movie in between now and then.
- 25:20Speaker 1: So oh yeah, yeah, yeah. And he's banging z India. Yeah,
- 25:25Speaker 1: good for him.
- 25:26Speaker 3: I think they're married.
- 25:29Speaker 1: I think that still means he's banging her though.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Depends on the marriage in fact. Okay, that's true. Uh.
- 25:39Speaker 2: And by the way, just as a quick aside before
- 25:41Speaker 2: I get a chance to ask Jerry if he's seen
- 25:43Speaker 2: The New Spider Man yet, is there a better power
- 25:46Speaker 2: couple in Hollywood right now than Tom holland And and Deya.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I mean, Jesus Christ.
- 25:51Speaker 2: The run they are on is an iconic run just
- 25:56Speaker 2: for any individual in Hollywood period ever. But the fact
- 25:59Speaker 2: that they're doing it as a married couple. The movies
- 26:02Speaker 2: that they've got this year, first of all, they're both
- 26:04Speaker 2: in the Odyssey, which is already probably made a billion dollars.
- 26:08Speaker 2: She's got Doune three coming out this year, they're both
- 26:12Speaker 2: gonna be involved in Avengers Doomsday. So, I mean, Zindaya
- 26:16Speaker 2: is gonna have like a box office battle, and.
- 26:19Speaker 1: She's got a what's the HBO show?
- 26:22Speaker 4: Oh Yeahyphori Euphoria.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Uh.
- 26:27Speaker 2: And I don't know if they're doing another season of
- 26:29Speaker 2: that after this one or not. But I mean, I mean, Jesus,
- 26:33Speaker 2: I mean you talk, that's a hell of a run
- 26:35Speaker 2: for a couple. That's a hell of a run. That's
- 26:38Speaker 2: it's it's almost unfair. But they also seem like kind
- 26:41Speaker 2: of down to earth, genuine people, So good on them.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Jerry. I'm assuming you've seen Spider Man Brand New Day?
- 26:48Speaker 3: Have you seen Spider Man Brand New Day? I have
- 26:50Speaker 3: not gotten to see it yet. How can you withstand?
- 26:56Speaker 3: It's not easy, dude. You got to go.
- 27:01Speaker 4: Have you been able to avoid any spoilers or do
- 27:03Speaker 4: you know stuff? So far, I've been able to avoid them.
- 27:07Speaker 4: It's it's not easy. It's cut off about half of
- 27:09Speaker 4: my feed, I would imagine. So, I mean, Trey and
- 27:15Speaker 4: I both seen it. You need to go see it.
- 27:17Speaker 4: It's wonderful, Jerry. I will be shocked.
- 27:20Speaker 3: As as big of a Marvel fan as you are.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I will be shocked if you don't think this is
- 27:26Speaker 3: the best Spider Man movie that they've ever done. Trey
- 27:30Speaker 3: really liked it too.
- 27:33Speaker 1: I don't know best Spider Man movie ever got that's
- 27:37Speaker 1: an interesting one.
- 27:39Speaker 3: Mm Is it the one from the seventies.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Which I watched, because I mean, I think it's maybe
- 27:50Speaker 1: the best of the Tom Hollins, that's an interesting statement.
- 27:54Speaker 1: I mean, and I don't necessarily disagree with you. I
- 27:57Speaker 1: just hadn't really thought about it in those terms. Yeah,
- 28:00Speaker 1: I mean, I will give you one spoiler though, if
- 28:04Speaker 1: you need to go when the credits start, you have
- 28:06Speaker 1: time to go to the bathroom and come back before
- 28:08Speaker 1: the little teaser.
- 28:10Speaker 3: And see yeah, yeah, the post credit scene.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Go to the bathroom then come back, Okay, or or honestly,
- 28:17Speaker 2: you can just wait and watch it on YouTube.
- 28:20Speaker 1: It's it's it is. It's the most disappointing of of
- 28:23Speaker 1: all the.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Post credit scene. Okay, noted, it's an important one, like
- 28:33Speaker 3: it's it's got. It's it's got a lot of meaning
- 28:35Speaker 3: and stuff, you know, for things to come, But I mean, yeah,
- 28:38Speaker 3: it's not it. Yeah. Which, by the way, since we
- 28:41Speaker 3: are covering this, we'll get back to birthdays in a moment.
- 28:45Speaker 3: I have done it.
- 28:48Speaker 2: I've watched every single MCU movie up to Avengers in Game,
- 28:54Speaker 2: so I can go to the theater and about a
- 28:57Speaker 2: month to see Avengers in Game. I am all caught up.
- 29:00Speaker 2: I finished the movie every like twenty two or whatever
- 29:04Speaker 2: movies it is. I started all the way back at
- 29:06Speaker 2: the beginning, worked my way all the way through in
- 29:10Speaker 2: order of cinematic release. Okay, I prefer chronologically, but yes.
- 29:15Speaker 3: I get that, but I like doing it the way
- 29:17Speaker 3: they released it. So I am all caught up.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Yesterday I finished Captain Marvel, which is the movie right
- 29:24Speaker 2: before Avengers Endgame, so I am caught up, ready to
- 29:28Speaker 2: rock and roll.
- 29:29Speaker 1: I'm excited I did it.
- 29:31Speaker 2: It's now the second time I've gone all the way
- 29:33Speaker 2: back through and rewatched.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Have you seen the Marvels?
- 29:37Speaker 3: Yes?
- 29:38Speaker 1: Is it as disappointing as everyone says? Yes?
- 29:40Speaker 3: Yes, Okay, it ain't good, ma'am.
- 29:49Speaker 2: And I don't know if this is I don't know
- 29:51Speaker 2: real quick if this is an unpopular opinion or not.
- 29:54Speaker 2: It's just something that I kind of felt the first
- 29:56Speaker 2: time I saw Captain Marvel, which, by the way, I
- 29:59Speaker 2: like the Captain Marvel movie.
- 30:00Speaker 3: I think it's really good.
- 30:02Speaker 2: It's also got to kill her soundtrack, as I mean,
- 30:04Speaker 2: it's like she lands on a blockbuster that's hysterical to me.
- 30:08Speaker 3: I don't think Brie Larson's a good actress. Mmm, you
- 30:15Speaker 3: don't much.
- 30:17Speaker 2: No, I mean like she she's like when the first
- 30:21Speaker 2: I had never really seen her in anything before Captain Marvel.
- 30:24Speaker 2: I knew who she was, but I don't think i'd
- 30:27Speaker 2: really seen her anything, and I think she's kind of terrible,
- 30:33Speaker 2: Like she's real stiff, like she doesn't seem good.
- 30:39Speaker 1: I read that she got into it after was it
- 30:46Speaker 1: with Captain Marvel and then endgame, that she got real demandy,
- 30:53Speaker 1: uh demanding about the stuff, and like that was part
- 30:59Speaker 1: of the problem with Captain Marvel, is she wanted some
- 31:03Speaker 1: creative control over it.
- 31:05Speaker 3: Maybe I don't know, I agree with you. I feel
- 31:08Speaker 3: like I had heard some similar things.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Don't know details on it, don't even know how much
- 31:11Speaker 2: of it's true or whatever, but uh yeah, like even
- 31:15Speaker 2: going back and watching Captain Marvel now that that.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Like she's she's not good.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I can kind of see that.
- 31:28Speaker 3: It's kind of like I have a difficult time with
- 31:31Speaker 3: Mark Wahlberg. There's some things that he's in that.
- 31:34Speaker 2: I think he's phenomenal as an actor, and there's some
- 31:37Speaker 2: things that I've seen him in where I was like,
- 31:41Speaker 2: so to me, he's kind of hit or miss sometimes
- 31:43Speaker 2: as an actor. With her, maybe I need to watch
- 31:47Speaker 2: something else that she's been in, But I'm actually kind
- 31:50Speaker 2: of wondering how it is she got the job as
- 31:52Speaker 2: Captain Marvel. As Captain Marvel.
- 31:56Speaker 1: That's the funny thing, is I like Captain Marvel. I thought,
- 32:00Speaker 1: and now that I think about, I thought her performance
- 32:02Speaker 1: in Endgame was a little stiff, and then.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Right it was like she was just kind of shoehorned
- 32:09Speaker 3: in there because oh wait, we got to put her weight.
- 32:11Speaker 1: We forgot well, and let's be honest and say this
- 32:15Speaker 1: now we're far enough away from it. The whole you know,
- 32:19Speaker 1: I Am woman, hear me were part of Endgame was
- 32:22Speaker 1: just a capitulation to the me too movement at that time.
- 32:27Speaker 1: It was completely frivolous as far as the story goes.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, story wise, you didn't need that, but
- 32:35Speaker 2: I don't think it's a bad thing to show little
- 32:36Speaker 2: girls that they can be badasses.
- 32:41Speaker 1: But it was again, if you go back and really
- 32:45Speaker 1: watch the movie, it was very much shoehorned in there.
- 32:50Speaker 1: It did not flow with the script. Yeah, it's like,
- 32:55Speaker 1: oh hey, we're all fighting, you know, life and death.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Oh hey, but the girls are gathered over here and there.
- 33:00Speaker 1: We're gonna, you know, get together.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Squat up, ladies. We're gonna eat, pray, love all over thanos.
- 33:07Speaker 3: It's faith.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Other birthdays today. Oh wait, no, Jerry, I asked you,
- 33:16Speaker 2: you have not seen it. Debbie mazar Is sixty two.
- 33:19Speaker 2: She's known for Goodfellas, Entourage, and Younger. She also had
- 33:22Speaker 2: a cooking show. At one point she was on the
- 33:24Speaker 2: front end of some of those celebrities with cooking shows.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Out of Nowhere sixty two.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Years old, underrated, hot for in nineties, and she's been
- 33:33Speaker 1: one of my all time favorite movies. Empire Records.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Also a phenomenal movie.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Former Partridge Family child star and radio guy. Danny Bonaducci
- 33:46Speaker 2: sixty seven years old today. Somehow I feel like he
- 33:49Speaker 2: should be older than that. No kidding, Like if I
- 33:53Speaker 2: said eighty seven, I would have been less surprised than
- 33:56Speaker 2: sixty seven.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Drugs takes it out of you, boy, you said it.
- 34:06Speaker 3: And this last one is is a kind of a
- 34:09Speaker 3: deep pull unless you know who he is Kevin tight.
- 34:14Speaker 3: I think it's how you say it is eighty two
- 34:17Speaker 3: t I g h E.
- 34:19Speaker 2: He is best known as the firefighter paramedic Roy DeSoto
- 34:23Speaker 2: on Emergency. So he's he was the firefighter paramedic opposite
- 34:29Speaker 2: of Randolph Mantooth.
- 34:31Speaker 3: No, oh man, what a great name for a character.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Roy Desoto's something special he was in he was in Roadhouse. Sorry,
- 34:47Speaker 2: he was also in Roadhouse. That is correct, eighty two
- 34:53Speaker 2: years old. But Roy DeSoto on Emergency firefighter paramedic.
- 35:00Speaker 3: So was that rampart that? There you go? Was? Did
- 35:05Speaker 3: that show start in the sixties or was it all seventies?
- 35:09Speaker 3: Sevent got it? Okay?
- 35:11Speaker 2: So I know it was color. It's all time. What
- 35:14Speaker 2: a heyday for television between between Emergency and Chips. Oh man,
- 35:22Speaker 2: that was good TV watching back in the day.
- 35:25Speaker 1: You were.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Reruns, Bud reruns. I saw some I watched.
- 35:31Speaker 2: I also watched raw Hide with my pappa. I think
- 35:34Speaker 2: I was not alive for raw Hide.
- 35:35Speaker 1: I don't think I have ever seen an episode of Emergency.
- 35:39Speaker 3: Don't wow, it does it does not hold up. I
- 35:44Speaker 3: rewatched one when we were when we were I remember
- 35:46Speaker 3: one time we were camping, We're in one of our
- 35:48Speaker 3: like our like tiny RV camping trips.
- 35:52Speaker 4: Uh.
- 35:53Speaker 2: We would get over the air television because it's camping
- 35:56Speaker 2: and so over the air television means you're getting a lot.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Of old ass TV shows. And Emergency came on one
- 36:01Speaker 3: night and I was like, oh my god, this is amazing.
- 36:03Speaker 3: I'm better watch Emergency. I watch this as a kid
- 36:05Speaker 3: all the time.
- 36:06Speaker 2: It's got Randolf men too, and this guy Kevin Tight
- 36:11Speaker 2: I'm watching like five minutes of him, Like Jesus Christ,
- 36:13Speaker 2: this is terrible.
- 36:15Speaker 1: The only thing I really know about Emergency is it
- 36:17Speaker 1: was one of the things basically they spoofed in the
- 36:20Speaker 1: Naked Gun.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Mh yeah.
- 36:25Speaker 2: I mean, I guess for the time, it was a
- 36:27Speaker 2: great show. It was very popular. But man, it's kind
- 36:31Speaker 2: of like going back and watching The Dukes of Hazzard.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Emergency does not hold up at all.
- 36:38Speaker 1: I saw you something and I'll give Dukes a hazard credit.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I saw a deal. I think it was on Prime.
- 36:45Speaker 1: It's like, oh, you can buy the series for thirty
- 36:47Speaker 1: nine to ninety nine. I'm like, who theuck is buying
- 36:50Speaker 1: Dukes of Hazzard Because you're right, that was not a
- 36:54Speaker 1: good show. I mean, it was great when we were
- 36:56Speaker 1: kids that you were basically waiting for Daisy Duke and
- 36:59Speaker 1: then jump the car.
- 37:01Speaker 3: That's it, That's all I needed. It's probably Cooter who's
- 37:05Speaker 3: buying it all up. Yeah.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Yeah, Cooter just died, didn't he. I guess, I mean
- 37:10Speaker 1: literally like yesterday?
- 37:13Speaker 3: Really? Yeah?
- 37:15Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 37:15Speaker 3: How did I not see that? I'm going to type
- 37:18Speaker 3: in something into my search bar that I have not ever? Yep,
- 37:22Speaker 3: I am too. I never thought I would type this
- 37:25Speaker 3: into Google. Is Cooter dead? Yep.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Ben Jones, the actor best known for playing Cooter Davenport
- 37:33Speaker 2: on The Dukes of Hazzard, died on Sunday, August night,
- 37:37Speaker 2: twenty six at the age of eighty four, suffering a
- 37:40Speaker 2: massive heart attack at his home.
- 37:42Speaker 3: I'll be goddamned rip Cooter, rip.
- 37:50Speaker 1: And former congressman.
- 37:52Speaker 3: That's right.
- 37:53Speaker 2: The good news is Cooter will never truly die, and
- 37:57Speaker 2: in some places like nightclub bathroom floors, he's alive.
- 38:00Speaker 3: And well, that.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Seems like a good time to transition into sister effing
- 38:08Speaker 2: what do you say? Yeah, I gotta pull this up
- 38:14Speaker 2: here because this is one of those that threw me
- 38:16Speaker 2: for a loop. I just this is another one of
- 38:18Speaker 2: those where I just saw the headline that Tray sent
- 38:20Speaker 2: and I was like, you know what, I don't think
- 38:22Speaker 2: I need to read any much more on this one
- 38:25Speaker 2: for now. Subject line from Tray this morning, sleeping with sister. Okay,
- 38:38Speaker 2: my wife keeps saying what I did. This is not
- 38:40Speaker 2: me saying this. I am reading this this someone else.
- 38:44Speaker 2: Don't you edit this, Tray?
- 38:47Speaker 1: Thanks for that all clean cuts. I know.
- 38:50Speaker 3: I'm trying to think how I can screw this up
- 38:51Speaker 3: for you on your clean cuts. My wife keeps saying
- 38:55Speaker 3: what I did with my sister was extremely inappropriate.
- 38:59Speaker 1: What do I do?
- 39:04Speaker 2: I know there's more to this story, but honest to God,
- 39:07Speaker 2: if you even have to type that sentence, if you
- 39:10Speaker 2: ever say that sentence, you've done something wrong.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Actually, no, really, I've on this one. The wife is
- 39:21Speaker 1: kind of out on this one.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Okay.
- 39:26Speaker 2: My wife and I have been married for four years,
- 39:28Speaker 2: together for eight. I've always been a pretty outdoorsy person.
- 39:34Speaker 2: For the record, if you say i've I'm a pretty
- 39:37Speaker 2: outdoorsy person. I don't think you're as outdoorsy as you
- 39:40Speaker 2: think you are. I love camping, hiking, backpacking, and that
- 39:45Speaker 2: sort of thing. My wife wasn't really into it when
- 39:48Speaker 2: we first started dating. But over the years she's really
- 39:50Speaker 2: gotten into it, which has been awesome. I'm also very
- 39:53Speaker 2: close with my sister. We grew up camping together, and
- 39:56Speaker 2: even in college we'd go on camping trips fairly often,
- 39:58Speaker 2: so being outdoors together is always just felt normal to us.
- 40:01Speaker 2: A couple of weekends ago, the three of us, me,
- 40:04Speaker 2: my sister, and my wife decided to go camping together.
- 40:06Speaker 2: We each brought our own one person tent and sleeping
- 40:11Speaker 2: bag because my wife likes having her own sleeping space
- 40:13Speaker 2: when we camp's mmm. We've done separate tents before and
- 40:18Speaker 2: it's never been an issue. The first night was great.
- 40:20Speaker 2: We hiked, cooked over the fire, stayed up talking, and
- 40:21Speaker 2: everything completely normal. Second night, though, around midnight, my sister
- 40:24Speaker 2: knocked on my tent. She said she was absolutely freezing
- 40:29Speaker 2: and asked if she could come inside to warm up.
- 40:31Speaker 3: I told her sure.
- 40:32Speaker 2: She climbed into my sleeping bag because it was warmer,
- 40:34Speaker 2: and we basically cuddled so she could use my body heat.
- 40:39Speaker 2: We talked for the next hour or so, and then
- 40:41Speaker 2: she fell asleep. The next morning, my wife unzipped the
- 40:45Speaker 2: tent and completely lost it. She screamed at us, told
- 40:49Speaker 2: my sister to get out. She said, there's no excuse for.
- 40:51Speaker 3: A grown man sharing a sleeping bag and cuddling with
- 40:54Speaker 3: his sister.
- 40:54Speaker 2: I immediately apologized because I genuinely hadn't thought about how
- 40:58Speaker 2: it looked or how she'd feel. But she stayed angry
- 41:01Speaker 2: the rest of the trip, surprising to go for an
- 41:04Speaker 2: alpine divorce. At this point, it's now been more than
- 41:07Speaker 2: a week, and she's still sort of upset. She says
- 41:10Speaker 2: she can't stop picturing it, and that I've permanently changed
- 41:13Speaker 2: the way she views my relationship with my sister. She
- 41:17Speaker 2: says she's always known my sister had weird feelings for me.
- 41:20Speaker 2: It's only been a week, so I'm allowing my wife
- 41:22Speaker 2: to vent, But to be honest, it hurts to see
- 41:25Speaker 2: her talk like this. I don't understand how my wife
- 41:27Speaker 2: can make an insinuation like that.
- 41:29Speaker 3: I can't. I talked to my sister afterwards.
- 41:31Speaker 2: She told me my wife is insane and said that
- 41:33Speaker 2: if she had a spouse who got upset over something
- 41:35Speaker 2: like this, she would leave them immediately.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Who side are you guys on in this one side? Yeah?
- 41:46Speaker 3: Oh damn, I thought you guys are opposite.
- 41:48Speaker 2: You're on You're on the husband's side on this one, Tray,
- 41:50Speaker 2: and Jerry, you're on the husband's side on this one.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean if it was if it was not
- 41:57Speaker 1: a sister, i'd understand the wife being upset. If they
- 42:00Speaker 1: if they were naked, I would understand the wife being upset.
- 42:04Speaker 3: They were cousins, maybe especially removed or whatever.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Brother and sister like they grew up together. In the fact,
- 42:13Speaker 1: and listen, if you've ever been camping, and some nights,
- 42:15Speaker 1: I mean, it gets you don't think it's that cold,
- 42:18Speaker 1: but it gets a butt ass cold. You know, you'll
- 42:21Speaker 1: warm up next to just about anything, uh, at some point.
- 42:26Speaker 1: And so now, I mean, especially if she's carrying it
- 42:33Speaker 1: on a week later and she thinks, you know, now
- 42:35Speaker 1: is saying that the sister has, you know, weird feelings
- 42:38Speaker 1: and implying something untowards I'm I'm with the sister. I'd
- 42:42Speaker 1: tell if I was a husband, I'd be like, you know,
- 42:44Speaker 1: kick rocks.
- 42:49Speaker 2: I'm not on the wife's side necessarily, but I understand
- 42:53Speaker 2: how this would look to someone.
- 42:56Speaker 1: To me, what happened when you and your sister got caught, But.
- 43:02Speaker 3: There was nothing to mm hm. We didn't go camping, Tray,
- 43:08Speaker 3: we were not a camping family. First.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Honestly, if we were kids, I don't think anyone would
- 43:16Speaker 2: have thought anything of it. My sister's almost seven years
- 43:18Speaker 2: older than me, so if we had gone camping, she'd
- 43:20Speaker 2: have been like thirteen, I'd have been like six and
- 43:22Speaker 2: been like, yeah, no one carries. But I can understand
- 43:26Speaker 2: how getting in the same sleeping bag with someone could
- 43:30Speaker 2: be odd to some people when they first see it.
- 43:33Speaker 2: But I definitely wouldn't flip out like the wife did.
- 43:40Speaker 2: It's on the cusp for me as far as like
- 43:42Speaker 2: it might be inappropriate.
- 43:44Speaker 3: It's not technically inappropriate, but I feel like you're getting
- 43:47Speaker 3: in the same sleeping bag together is more so than
- 43:49Speaker 3: being in the same ballpark together.
- 43:51Speaker 1: I mean, Jerry, do you have a sister?
- 43:55Speaker 3: Yes?
- 43:55Speaker 1: Okay, clearly Dan has Have you had inappropriate thoughts about
- 43:59Speaker 1: your sister?
- 44:00Speaker 3: No?
- 44:01Speaker 1: Okay, So it wouldn't be that abnormal, Like you wouldn't
- 44:06Speaker 1: you know, think anything of it if you're your sister
- 44:08Speaker 1: gott in a sleeping bag with you? No, Dan, No,
- 44:14Speaker 1: you're I mean, I don't. I don't have any siblings.
- 44:18Speaker 1: I'm just saying it's your sister. You're not trying to
- 44:20Speaker 1: bang your sister but maybe I'm wrong on that premise.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Dan, all right, look.
- 44:28Speaker 1: Shut up. Do you know who else? You just shut up?
- 44:34Speaker 2: Shut up, Marshall In the chat, I was going to
- 44:36Speaker 2: ask if this is actually dan story under a fig D.
- 44:42Speaker 1: I mean, actually, you know you are the only person
- 44:44Speaker 1: if you look at the comments, you are the only
- 44:47Speaker 1: person to take the wife's side. So, I mean, I
- 44:49Speaker 1: do feel like there's some there's a lot to unpack here, Dan.
- 44:54Speaker 2: Maybe it's because I'm harboring some ill will towards my
- 44:57Speaker 2: own wife because one time we went camp it was
- 45:00Speaker 2: so cold. Instead of her climbing into my sleeping bag,
- 45:03Speaker 2: she went to the car and turned on the heater.
- 45:09Speaker 1: So you're just longing for companionship. And even if it
- 45:11Speaker 1: was your sister, No.
- 45:14Speaker 3: No, definitely not. Get out of my sleeping bag, exist,
- 45:19Speaker 3: get your own.
- 45:23Speaker 1: So next week we'll have to discuss family reunions in
- 45:28Speaker 1: the household.
- 45:30Speaker 3: Oh we don't do those, I wonder why?
