Mother and Child Hit in Rockville Crash | Washington DC News
A heartbreaking crash in Rockville claims the life of a mother and her child was struck by a car near Chapman Avenue and Twinbrook Parkway. The child, thankfully, is stable with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with police as investigators work to reconstruct the accident.
