- 0:05Dr. Slaton Live: Hello and welcome back to the Brains Body P odcast.
- 0:09Dr. Slaton Live: This is Dr Christopher Kevin Slaton and I want to do the intro today and there's three things that we're going to cover that are going to get more complex as you move forward, but I want to simplify why you hear.
- 0:22Dr. Slaton Live: The first step is understanding that you have to inform the brain, because discipline is physical and so is the skills and ability, whereas to inform the brain relates to the capacity.
- 0:36Dr. Slaton Live: But the third piece is the process variable, because we're dealing with brain, body and sense functions.
- 0:44Dr. Slaton Live: And what you're trying to understand, if you've got the book, is how does all this make sense from a human science perspective?
- 0:52Dr. Slaton Live: And what I'm saying is you inform the brain to discipline the body to process the senses, and those are three structured approaches.
- 1:07Dr. Slaton Live: So, if you understand that when you're dealing with someone, you're trying to send the message to inform that person's sense and receive path, to open up and allow you access, to help them control the feedback, that's, their reaction or response, and so you want to understand that these things have to be built up for you first through the sense of field for self, that's, you Understanding how you inform your brain.
- 1:40Dr. Slaton Live: Because even if we look at it telepathically, where you're working with another person, you're trying to move from your sense of field for your body and brain to their body and brain.
- 1:52Dr. Slaton Live: We're trying to put the brain in the lead so that it's brain body versus body mind.
- 1:58Dr. Slaton Live: So, what I'm saying to you is that's why it has to be structured, because what you're trying to do is work with someone who has a difficult to comprehend and receive path function, which prohibits them from processing the emotion on the front.
- 2:14Dr. Slaton Live: So, you have to figure out how to process that emotion in the focused layers of a sense, feel, focused process cycle that spins it into the receive path through signs of care.
- 2:28Dr. Slaton Live: That's why I always talk to you about displaying signs of care.
- 2:31Dr. Slaton Live: And the reason why is because once you establish your sense of feel for self, now you're establishing your sense of self with another person, which means they're recognizing who you are in the context of what you're trying to get them to do with your information, moving through them.
- 2:51Dr. Slaton Live: And you can then play this back because we're talking about NeuroPhysics, neuro physics, which again, as you listen, is the sense of feel, the sense of feel, neural networks to deal with the physics of the body and then the mind state and the mood state, because you want to shift the behavior pattern, but the brain has to be in the lead.
- 3:19Dr. Slaton Live: So, we're going to talk about that today and I hope you stay with us again.
- 3:24Dr. Slaton Live: Check it out.
- 3:27Sandra: Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast.
- 3:28Sandra: Hosted by Dr Christopher Kevin Slaton, Human Learning Consultant, Progressive Investing Institute of Focused Learning, Author of Education and Science.
- 3:42Sandra: The Brain's Body Help to Improve Brain, body and Sense Events.
- 3:46Sandra: Today's podcast theme Accepting Responsibility for the Care of your Brain's Body.
- 3:52Sandra: How you, the Brain, learn Through a Sense of Feel for Self.
- 3:58Sandra: The Brain's Body, human Learning, is a Sense and Receive Path Function in how you Move, energy, action and Feelings of Contact between Social and Physical Environments and the Neurophysical Self.
- 4:10Sandra: I call the Brain's Body to Advance Ways to Learn when you work with a damaged sense and receive path signs of care establishes a sense of feel for self in connection to the brain.
- 4:21Sandra: As a Human Learning Consultant, I talk to the brain because a sense of feel for self helps the receiver to change the way my words contact the sense path.
- 4:31Sandra: You want the received path to accept the interaction.
- 4:34Sandra: The receiver's sense path must be under the control of the brain.
- 4:39Sandra: You must accept responsibility for your choice of words to advance your sense of feel for the receiver's received path.
- 4:46Sandra: When the brain is an elite of the body, the neurophysics of self creates the process to understand ways to sense and receive contact to interact through your feelings of care for how a sense of feel for self may be acquired.
- 4:59Sandra: This is the experience gained from learning how to inform the brain, discipline the body and focus the senses, which may be more understood as improving sense and receive path functions.
- 5:10Sandra: Care is a level 3 sense and receive path function.
- 5:14Sandra: In connection with the choice to cooperate, which means to learn from the shared feelings of self and other learners.
- 5:20Sandra: When the brain is in the lead of the body, in contrast to when the body is in the lead of the brain, the NeuroPhysics of the learning process changes how you inform self, other people and the environment.
- 5:33Sandra: A sense of feel harbors a direct connection to feelings of emotion, thought, reflection and response.
- 5:39Sandra: When you brand the act to feel, in contrast with the events of emotion, thought and reflection at mark signs of care as points for the analysis in how these feelings move through sense and receive path functions.
- 5:52Sandra: This is why persons with sense and receive path problems need to be set up to experience learning how the brain learns In the process of thinking through acts to make contact.
- 6:03Sandra: Feelings of self may expose efforts to withdraw or accept the interaction.
- 6:08Sandra: Talking to the brain is a neurophysical process in the transfer of feelings through an intent to express ways to connect through a sense of feel for self and the brain to change any behavior response that may affect signs of care.
- 6:22Sandra: Learning to lead a person to cooperate is a complex study of brain, body and sense events, in other words, neurophysics.
- 6:30Sandra: The ability to learn, with the brain in the lead of the body, connects through a sense of feel for self, a sense and receive path functions.
- 6:37Sandra: There are five key process cycles for this One, the experience of the senses.
- 6:43Sandra: Two, the experience of feelings.
- 6:45Sandra: Three, the experience of self.
- 6:47Sandra: Four, the experience of the brain.
- 6:49Sandra: And five, the experience of the body.
- 6:52Sandra: Process cycles create effortless ways to understand the way information moves through the sense path changes, how knowledge processes in the received path, or rejected or accepted by feelings of self, or how cognitive experiences create neuro responses and how this forms stages of connections for neurophysical performances.
- 7:12Sandra: In other words, these are feelings of how the brain learns through a sense and feel for self and the body.
- 7:18Sandra: You may recall from previous episodes I study social contact to acquire a sense of feel for the experience between the physiological body and the mind and the neurophysical self and the brain.
- 7:32Sandra: Hence I study cognitive interaction to help explain the changes between the functions of the social cognitive sense path and the neuro processing functions of the received path that relate to the way in which the brain and the body must be set up to change sense and receive path functions that reflect feelings of self and the brain.
- 7:47Sandra: You have an intelligent human system when you inform the brain through a sense of feel for self.
- 7:54Sandra: You set the body up for the experience of discipline.
- 7:55Sandra: The experience of self discipline changes through feelings of self that reveal signs of focus.
- 8:01Sandra: This builds on the capacity to care for a sense of feel for self and the brain in the lead of the body through the process of focus.
- 8:09Sandra: Human intelligence is the capacity to inform the brain, to learn ways to discipline the body and process the focus of the senses.
- 8:18Sandra: The brain must be in the lead of the body, which sets up the sense and receive path for the capacity to move more information through feelings of self, other people and the environment.
- 8:28Sandra: As I perform social, cognitive and neuro processing task, an understanding of the physical and mental self adds to the experience by which the goal to learn, sense and receive path functions are advanced.
- 8:44Dr. Slaton Live: Thank you, Sandra, brain talk.
- 8:47Dr. Slaton Live: That's what we're talking about.
- 8:49Dr. Slaton Live: How do you talk to the brain?
- 8:51Dr. Slaton Live: Because the intervention has to be to organize, sense and receive path functions Through the use of words Talk, reading, writing, drawing, acting, performing.
- 9:03Dr. Slaton Live: These are the tools that are at your disposal Now.
- 9:09Dr. Slaton Live: In education, science, the brain's body helped to improve brain, body and sense events.
- 9:14Dr. Slaton Live: I focus on human intelligence and that's because the capacity to sense and receive feelings, to become more informed through the creation of a knowledge base, which is what we're trying to do we're working with a person who has difficulty moving social, physical, environmental data through the brain for a neural response that can be comprehended in terms of a feedback loop that informs that person through them being observing of where they started and how the influences of their own response has come back to help them understand what happened Right.
- 10:00Dr. Slaton Live: So when we're talking about this, am talking about backward and forward feed, because the brain's body represents the brain and the body to sense and receive path.
- 10:11Dr. Slaton Live: It's easier for me to explain that we're talking about a forward feed loop, right From the sense sociococative path.
- 10:20Dr. Slaton Live: Then we're talking about the neural processing loop, which is the forward backward feed loops that we're talking about simultaneously.
- 10:30Dr. Slaton Live: So check this out, because moving through sense and receive path functions, we're talking about that energy, that action and those feelings that are recorded.
- 10:40Dr. Slaton Live: That's what I call the blood flow or the information flow based on contact, interaction, and so you form the capacity to inform your sense of feel for self and the brain in the process of understanding.
- 10:55Dr. Slaton Live: That's why your practice says to receive path functions, because that energy, action and feelings is moving through you and those signals are indicators of how you really feel.
- 11:07Dr. Slaton Live: You want to work through them.
- 11:09Dr. Slaton Live: So feelings are hurt, you want to work through them.
- 11:11Dr. Slaton Live: When you feel anxious or anxiety, you want to work through them because you want to establish the fact that you can focus and calm yourself down and display levels of discipline, right.
- 11:23Dr. Slaton Live: So then, when we talk about this is with marks, which marks sense of feel for self right, is that backward, to forward feed?
- 11:34Dr. Slaton Live: Because that's forward feed.
- 11:35Dr. Slaton Live: In it you have neural processes, thinking right, reflection, response, and you don't forget about emotion.
- 11:44Dr. Slaton Live: But I'm not going to talk about it, rose, because I always tell you the emotion that we're concerned most about is the environmental emotion coming into the sense path.
- 11:53Dr. Slaton Live: So when your brain is trying to send that forward feed.
- 11:57Dr. Slaton Live: It's trying to neutralize that external agent that's coming from another person or another source that's influencing your inner sense of feel for self, because we want to get beyond the state of mind, we want to get beyond the mood state, and so your sense of feel is not a sense of, it's a sense of feel for the brain.
- 12:19Dr. Slaton Live: And that's what we were trying to get the person to do is to sense your contact, but through a sense of feel for self, to become more aware of the process that's taking place in the transfer.
- 12:34Dr. Slaton Live: You want to open up the sense path so you can have contact right With the neural processing of the brain.
- 12:42Dr. Slaton Live: And that's what we're talking about with that backward or forward feed.
- 12:47Dr. Slaton Live: And I talk about that strategically because it's time to sense and receive path functions, let me remind you again.
- 12:52Dr. Slaton Live: So, a sign of discipline, the experience of the emotion is received through the logic and reason which induces thought and reflection.
- 13:04Dr. Slaton Live: So what I said just now was, as you're moving through that information flow, the way that you hold your discipline is the logical, structural way to engage that feedback cycle where the brain sends that forward feed.
- 13:22Dr. Slaton Live: But you are aware of it, you become more and more aware of it, because we're designating it.
- 13:27Dr. Slaton Live: What are we calling it?
- 13:29Dr. Slaton Live: Forward feed?
- 13:30Dr. Slaton Live: And what's in the forward feed?
- 13:32Dr. Slaton Live: Thought and reflection.
- 13:34Dr. Slaton Live: What is reflection?
- 13:35Dr. Slaton Live: Reflection is the confluence of all that's happening before, because the brain's responding to what's already in the sense path and trying to clear it so that you can then create the knowledge base.
- 13:48Dr. Slaton Live: And so that's what we're talking about, right?
- 13:50Dr. Slaton Live: So the brain's body is a learning system to help you improve the capacity to apply knowledge to the experience of self the brain, the body and the senses.
- 14:02Dr. Slaton Live: Now, remember that, because we're talking about the self, right, sense of feel for self.
- 14:06Dr. Slaton Live: And I'm saying to you, because when we talk about self, we talk about the body.
- 14:10Dr. Slaton Live: You may see them as one thing, but when we're talking about improving sense of receive path functions, the body is physical, the self, the self, is a dual of that.
- 14:21Dr. Slaton Live: It's physical and it's neural.
- 14:23Dr. Slaton Live: So, you see, when I say a sense of feel for self, I'm not creating new language, I'm saying that yourself is a physical neural system.
- 14:33Dr. Slaton Live: That's why I use that word neural physics, because it tells you that the self is the brain and the body, right, but it's your sense of feel for self, see, because you gotta deal with the fact that there's a conflict when you come in contact with something and you don't wanna react.
- 14:52Dr. Slaton Live: So you have to have a process variable in the front, that's the brain.
- 14:56Dr. Slaton Live: So we're not trying to switch to receive sense.
- 14:59Dr. Slaton Live: We're not saying sense receive, because the sense component, through the feelings of the energy and the action, allows you to process, which means the brains in the lead.
- 15:12Dr. Slaton Live: Because you're understanding.
- 15:14Dr. Slaton Live: What I'm trying to do is calm down so that your sense and receive path functions become more methodical.
- 15:23Dr. Slaton Live: And you know why?
- 15:25Dr. Slaton Live: Because you're the one driving your own car, because you're trying to perform at the highest level possible and your indicators is when that forward feed comes back to you, can you recognize it?
- 15:37Dr. Slaton Live: Can you recognize the changes that are occurring?
- 15:41Dr. Slaton Live: Because you moved through the experience Long enough for these things to kick in.
- 15:47Dr. Slaton Live: Because now we got the body on the back right, and so your response is what you're scoring?
- 15:53Dr. Slaton Live: The physics of the body.
- 15:55Dr. Slaton Live: So it's the brain's body, see.
- 15:58Dr. Slaton Live: And your methodology is that the body is used still for concrete evidence of the physics.
- 16:05Dr. Slaton Live: But we want to recognize the fact because when you're hurt you gotta realize what's going on inside of you and that's what you gotta modify, that's what you gotta control.
- 16:13Dr. Slaton Live: So, understand, it isn't about what you see, it's about what you feel.
- 16:18Dr. Slaton Live: And what you feel are neural signals that are causing you to react, respond or do things that make it difficult for you to participate.
- 16:33Dr. Slaton Live: Right?
- 16:34Dr. Slaton Live: So we got those four variables I could use too, which is contact, interaction, cooperation and participation.
- 16:39Dr. Slaton Live: And, like I was saying, without the participation, that means you have no cooperation.
- 16:44Dr. Slaton Live: If you have cooperation, that means that whatever you're trying to do, it's not getting through because you don't have a process variable.
- 16:52Dr. Slaton Live: Because without the cooperation, the sense of feel for self-cooperated and self-help to move those feelings forward, right, you left with just the contact, that's withdrawal and isolation, and that's why you can't be successful in some endeavors, because you're caught up in the sense path, the mood state all right, or a state of mind which is reflective of the experiences that have hurt you.
- 17:21Dr. Slaton Live: Right, and everything's stagnant because you're trying to say, well, I don't want to experience this again.
- 17:28Dr. Slaton Live: So you don't trust your own sense of receive, path functions, so you don't let information move through you and create a new knowledge base that you can then utilize.
- 17:38Dr. Slaton Live: Because the reflection compares incoming and outgoing information simultaneously.
- 17:45Dr. Slaton Live: So you're improving, you're improving, but you want to improve at the fastest pace possible for you.
- 17:51Dr. Slaton Live: That's why you want to start doing this work.
- 17:54Dr. Slaton Live: That's why I'm talking about the brain's body as a learning system.
- 17:58Dr. Slaton Live: That's why I'm always going back to the base, the sense, feeling, focus cycle, because there's levels to this.
- 18:05Dr. Slaton Live: There's levels to this, depending on what you're going through, right.
- 18:09Dr. Slaton Live: So, again, this is the brain's body learning system.
