Raiders’ preseason finale ended in a 12-18 loss to the 49ers, with rookie QB Fernando Mendoza struggling under pressure—sacked twice, threw an interception, and completed just 7 of 14 passes for 57 yards. While starters got reps under coach Klint Kubiak, the 49ers kept backups on the field under Kyle Shanahan.
