The Canteen #75 - Live For a Different Kingdom
The Canteen features weekly sermons from the preaching ministry of Christ Community Church. This week, we jump back in to the Gospel of Luke as we begin a miniseries called Plain and Simple about Jesus' "Sermon on the Plain." Pastor Blake looks at the blessings and woes that Jesus pronounces and explains how they paint a picture of God's kingdom that's wildly different than our priorities. Our text for this message is Luke 6:17-26. This sermon was originally preached at CCC on 4/16/23.
