Transcript
- 0:01Welcome to the Winning the Week Wednesday live-streaming podcast.
- 0:06This is your episode 71 for October 21, 2026.
- 0:11Welcome to the intersection of technology culture and our well-being.
- 0:17Phones, AI, streaming, and the rest of a technical world was supposed to make
- 0:21life easier, but often doesn't.
- 0:24I'll sort the frustrating from the useful with optimism that holds up under real
- 0:28world conditions. I'm Scott Auld.
- 0:32I'm here for Gen X and Boomers who feel shut out of the modern technical world.
- 0:36Let's sort the useful from the frustrating and plain language without any fake
- 0:40hype. Pull up a chair here at the cool kids table where we're keeping each other
- 0:45sane. Except for Sally. She keeps me sane.
- 0:48Join us for Winning the Week live every Wednesday night at 8 p.m.
- 0:53Eastern.
- 0:54So let's just jump right into our chat and see who we are missing.
- 0:59Because I'm sitting here rambling.
- 1:01Hey there! Oh my goodness, did he do it again?
- 1:03Do we have to do it again?
- 1:05Another value for value bomb?
- 1:07No way! This time it's Resident Rev Secutioner handing out the freebie
- 1:13memberships. How nice! Thank you my friend.
- 1:15That was very nice of you Jay.
- 1:18And here's a nice stranger walking in.
- 1:20Hello Oka Exist. How are you doing?
- 1:22Welcome to the cool kids table.
- 1:24Come on in, have a seat. Simply Debbie Sue just made it.
- 1:27Very good. I saw you over at Catherine's as well.
- 1:30Very good to see you.
- 1:34Jay, thanks for handing out those memberships buddy.
- 1:36I appreciate it. This always brings people wandering in the door.
- 1:39I'll tell, tell you. So let's see here.
- 1:42Rad Rickster.
- 1:44And this right here is our friend Army Medic.
- 1:47You guys know the homeschool.
- 1:48What's it called? I forget what he calls himself.
- 1:51Homeschool Army Medic or something.
- 1:53You guys know he always comes in and he starts dropping all the preparedness
- 1:57tips. Like have a bug out bag.
- 1:59Know the way out of town. Don't get hurt in the first silly place.
- 2:04So that's cool that he got a membership.
- 2:05Very cool. Dr. Didier Geopolitica got a membership.
- 2:12And now this fella here, this is the second freebie membership I've seen him get
- 2:15in the past couple of months.
- 2:1774.
- 2:19V4. I can't read his number.
- 2:227V4Z. He actually left a comment on a video recently.
- 2:25Nice dude. We wandered into our comment section saying hi.
- 2:30Paula's Homestead Adventure.
- 2:32How fantastic. Thank you Jay.
- 2:34That was very kind of you to hand out those memberships man.
- 2:38I appreciate that. I appreciate you Jay.
- 2:41The resident resident revsecutioner.
- 2:45And let's see who else. CL has arrived everybody.
- 2:48So everybody can relax now and get comfortable.
- 2:50Now that we know. We all can feel safe
- 2:57now.
- 2:59And oh my gravy Mike you're killing me buddy.
- 3:03Look at this a super chat.
- 3:0610 bucks from Mike. This is for the sweet diet tea fund.
- 3:10Aw thanks buddy. Very cool man.
- 3:13That's right. Exactly true Jay.
- 3:15Value for value for the length of the shout out tonight.
- 3:17Well don't do that until I read it.
- 3:20Wait until I get to it and see if I'm going to read it.
- 3:22How much of it I'm going to read.
- 3:23Then you can decide maybe you're going to want your value for value.
- 3:26Back you know.
- 3:28Well hello there beautiful Allie saying hi to handsome Mike.
- 3:31How are you doing? Good to see you.
- 3:33Geraldine thinks there's more laser show coming.
- 3:36Could be. Could be. We always get a laser show for the value for value.
- 3:41So I do have a lot of cool stuff to talk to you guys about tonight.
- 3:46Yeah well of course we saved you a seat.
- 3:48I saved you a seat here Allie.
- 3:49And if you forgot your lunch money you know the drill.
- 3:51I will share my french fries with you.
- 3:54You know who's missing. I don't see Jenny anyway.
- 3:56Wonder what that lady's up to.
- 3:58Springboard says by the way love love love the music video.
- 4:02Does that mean I have to do one with springboard now?
- 4:04I actually have an AI music channel but I never talk about it.
- 4:07Oh that's interesting. Interesting.
- 4:10Yeah so I'm going to be playing that music video for folks who didn't get a
- 4:14chance to see it. Sally made me an AI song quite a long time ago.
- 4:19And I never used it. And I started thinking about it again recently and was
- 4:23talking to her. And didn't she go off and make a whole bunch more songs for me
- 4:27too. And I picked the one I liked the best.
- 4:30And I made a music video that kind of walks through the history of my last 18
- 4:35months. And where my channel's been and all the changes it's been through and
- 4:39all the different iterations and transformations.
- 4:42So we'll walk that. We'll walk that.
- 4:45We'll walk through that in a little bit.
- 4:47Yes Allie. Thank you for the french fries.
- 4:49Very good.
- 4:51All right Jay I will consider it a prepayment on services not yet rendered.
- 4:56Wait until we get to the shout out.
- 4:58See if you see if you're still in favor of that.
- 5:01We'll see. So we got a few things I want to get to before we get too far.
- 5:05We should honor our late great Scott Adams as I always do.
- 5:09He always did the simultaneous sip in his livestream and podcast.
- 5:13And since he's no longer with us here since February I've been doing
- 5:17simultaneous sip instead on ours.
- 5:20So why don't we go ahead and kick that off.
- 5:22Grab yourself something to drink.
- 5:23Get it handy. Pull it near.
- 5:25Pull it close. Grab whatever you like to drink.
- 5:28All you need is a cup or a mug or a glass a tanker chalice or sign a canteen jug
- 5:33or flask a vessel of any kind.
- 5:36Fill it with your favorite liquid I like.
- 5:38And you guys can fill in the blank right here.
- 5:40Tell me what you're drinking.
- 5:42Tell me in the chat what you're having.
- 5:43I of course am having Publix diet brewed sweet tea as always.
- 5:48And join me now for the unparalleled pleasure the dopamine hit of the day.
- 5:52The thing that makes everything better.
- 5:54It's the simultaneous sip and it starts now.
- 6:04Yum yum. That is the good stuff.
- 6:11Remember last week I told you guys it reminds me of vanilla frozen yogurt.
- 6:18How about we bring back TCBY.
- 6:20Can I just get one request America bring back TCBY so I can walk into a
- 6:26TCBY sometime and get some of that French vanilla.
- 6:30Maybe throw some chocolate chips in it or something and they stick it on that
- 6:34blender machine.
- 6:37Then you head out with that spoon.
- 6:39You guys remember TCBY. Come on.
- 6:43Well a guy can hope you know.
- 6:47So last week we had a great live stream as you know you know because you were
- 6:50here.
- 6:52Episode 70 was last week. We had 719 comments from 28 people.
- 6:58So even though there was fewer people than the previous week you guys knocked
- 7:02the the number out of the park and hit 720.
- 7:05Almost 720 comments up like 70 comments from the previous week week even with
- 7:11fewer people which is beautiful.
- 7:14And you can see CL you know came through the finish line there with 92 comments
- 7:19just killing it. But Amy and Brian and Jay and Jenny and Richard and Ron.
- 7:25I haven't seen Ron yet tonight.
- 7:27Ali G Yvonne and our good buddy Porch Piper Tom rounding out the top 10.
- 7:32I had a good a good time with Porch Piper Tom by the way on a Zoom call helping
- 7:37him get his helping him get his podcast started.
- 7:41And he's doing a real good job with that.
- 7:43He's got his first episode out on his podcast and his podcast as you guys know.
- 7:47Porch Piper Tom is overcoming some difficulties and some disabilities.
- 7:53Life has dealt him you know a pair of jacks and he's got I forget what it is.
- 7:59I forget. I forget the name of the degenerative thing you know that makes it
- 8:02difficult for him to use his hands and legs and all that kind of nonsense.
- 8:06But I'll tell you what the guy's an over.
- 8:08Overcomer you know you tell him he can't type.
- 8:10He starts using voice to chat on his computer.
- 8:15You know he's he's a inspiration and his podcast is all about that.
- 8:19His
- 8:19podcast
- 8:31is
- 8:47called it don't come easy with a lot of you guys are having your anniversary
- 8:51because this is about the time of the night when you first signed up first time.
- 8:55So nine months ago for Ali traveling gypsy was a month ago very good.
- 9:01Very nice to see looks like Sally's working on something for Mike.
- 9:06Probably some music. I'm betting.
- 9:10All right. Let's see here.
- 9:12We're saying hi. It looks like Jay's got some Mountain Dew going down.
- 9:15Very nice. Oh the cookie mom is here everybody.
- 9:19The cookie momster Dana the cookie mom is in the house.
- 9:22Good to see you. How you doing there Dana.
- 9:25Very nice to have you with us.
- 9:27Looks like you know I've heard of this stuff Ali.
- 9:31Crathom as I say crathom tea.
- 9:34I don't know what it is. I told you guys you got to explain everything to me.
- 9:38I don't know what the world crathom tea is but you're going to explain it to me
- 9:42and tell me what it is and tell me how it is.
- 9:45I don't know springboard here being a man of the people.
- 9:48He's just your average every day.
- 9:50Every man he's having himself a Miller Lite.
- 9:55Sally wants some of Ali's crathom tea which I don't know what it is.
- 9:59Oh Geraldine you're killing me having a Guinness.
- 10:02Oh just mentally. Okay. Well then never mind you're not killing me.
- 10:06I have a I have a can of Guinness in the fridge.
- 10:09Don't tempt me. Don't tempt me.
- 10:12So Ali remembers TCBY. You got to be a certain age to remember this can't be
- 10:18yogurt because boy that stuff was good.
- 10:22Jay says Sally I would be absolutely terrible if you made me a song.
- 10:27You guys don't be begging Sally for songs because she is a people pleaser and
- 10:30she will drive herself to ruin and wreck her mind.
- 10:35Brains and body slaving away to make songs for everybody.
- 10:39Don't do it. Give Sally a break.
- 10:42She needs a break. Don't be making her do all that work.
- 10:46Amy says nope never heard of TCBY or whatever you said.
- 10:50Wow okay well you're lost Amy.
- 10:52That's because you're just a kid.
- 10:54That's why because you're just a kid.
- 10:58Devin says I'm sorry my comments are way down.
- 11:00It makes me a bit sad. Yeah man you were way down there last time.
- 11:04That's okay.
- 11:06That's okay.
- 11:09Ali says it was called the country's best yogurt.
- 11:11I think it was discount. Originally it was this can't be yogurt.
- 11:15Maybe maybe they changed it to the country's best yogurt.
- 11:18Sometimes things change like that you know.
- 11:21Perlman celebrating nine months of membership.
- 11:24Very cool Dana. Make sure he lets him let it let he knows that.
- 11:29Oh look at that of course he's here.
- 11:31He's here and he's dropping us a laser show with more value for value.
- 11:34Thank you Dana.
- 12:00I mean Glenn. I mean both of you.
- 12:05It's the same household. It's not Oregon.
- 12:07The state's not Oregon. It's kind of like Floridian.
- 12:10Right. I live in Floridia.
- 12:12I don't live in Florida. I live in Florida.
- 12:15But I'm a Floridian. So Oregonians are people from Oregon.
- 12:21Shadowy.
- 12:23Necros received a gift membership from my man.
- 12:26Ted 356 got a free membership from Perlman.
- 12:30The Holy Mac and M Melnick.
- 12:33Fantastic. Thank you buddy.
- 12:34That was so kind of you man.
- 12:36I appreciate that Mr. Glenn.
- 12:39Perlman won everybody. Ladies and gentlemen.
- 12:42Perlman won. Amy says hey I'm older than Ali.
- 12:45I just haven't heard of it.
- 12:47It must be a southern thing.
- 12:48You know it could be. The place where I always used to get TCBY yogurt was in
- 12:53northern Virginia. Which I don't think of as a southern state.
- 12:56But technically, it is. Northern Virginia is technically a southern state.
- 13:01So maybe it was a regional southern thing.
- 13:03Could be.
- 13:06Let's see.
- 13:08Julie says I had Diet Coke.
- 13:10But I was driving so you couldn't check in till now.
- 13:12Well that's good. Don't text and drive.
- 13:14100% correct young lady. Don't text and drive.
- 13:18So you had a Diet Coke for the simultaneous.
- 13:20If you guys want to do another simultaneous sip.
- 13:22How about we do another one right now.
- 13:24Grab your beverage.
- 13:25Here's to you. My favorites.
- 13:32Oh that's delicious.
- 13:35Delicious. Super young. Amy, you are not older than me, I am older than the
- 13:39mountains. And I'm younger than the hills.
- 13:42Younger than the trees.
- 13:44Older than the mountains. Younger than the trees.
- 13:47That's me. I am eldest. I was here when the first acorn sprouted.
- 13:54Well I remember a time when a squirrel could go all the way from.
- 14:00Mirkwood to Rivendell without touching the ground.
- 14:04I remember when the elves woke up and saw the stars.
- 14:08And the trees first spoke.
- 14:10I am eldest. Tom Bombadillo.
- 14:14Hey Tom Bombadillo. Tom Bombadillo.
- 14:17Come on Geraldine, sing it with me.
- 14:20Hello there Nana. How's my favorite Yvonne doing?
- 14:23One of my all time favorite 10,000 Lakers.
- 14:28How's it going? Brian, everybody's saying hi to each other.
- 14:31I'm just going to skip by.
- 14:33You guys all saying hi to each other which is fantastic.
- 14:35And Brenda's in the house everybody.
- 14:38Brenda made it home safely from her.
- 14:40She got a Bible study on Wednesday nights that she goes to.
- 14:42So she doesn't really have the ability to catch the beginning which is totally
- 14:47fine. But she made it. She's here and that's what counts.
- 14:51And apparently drove safe enough to get here.
- 14:53I worry about you guys as it gets colder up north.
- 14:56Down here in Florida we don't have to worry about that.
- 14:58But I worry about you guys with the ice and snow driving on those roads up there
- 15:01you know. Not cool.
- 15:04Grandpa says are you gone Mustafa?
- 15:06Thank you. But she's had her.
- 15:08See I told you guys you got to explain what you're talking about.
- 15:12I don't know what that means.
- 15:14Ralie you're saying there's still to this day a TCBY in Orlando.
- 15:20Are you serious? Is that true?
- 15:23I don't know if I believe you.
- 15:24We have to validate. Let's validate this you guys.
- 15:27Hold on a second. Let's go.
- 15:31Where can we go? Does this work?
- 15:35Yeah. Let's go to maps.
- 15:39Let's go to Orlando. There could not be a TCBY.
- 15:44TCBY location? Oh my goodness.
- 15:48Are you kidding me? No look.
- 15:49Permanently closed. Permanently closed.
- 15:51Permanently closed. Permanently closed.
- 15:54Permanently closed. Temporarily closed.
- 15:58This isn't real.
- 16:02This can't be true. I refuse to believe that there's actually a TCBY still alive
- 16:07somewhere in America.
- 16:10T-Mobile.
- 16:11Pizza AT&T. Sports clips haircuts.
- 16:15Firehouse subs.
- 16:18Identi-glo. See you knew there was one once upon a time but it's gone gone gone.
- 16:24These places are all closed lady.
- 16:27Nice try. Temporarily closed.
- 16:29Permanently closed. TCBY is gone.
- 16:31TCBY.
- 16:33Let's find out.
- 16:36TCBY. The country's best yogurt is an American.
- 16:38It says is not was. Is an American chain of frozen yogurt stores as one of the
- 16:43largest U.S. retailers of soft serve frozen yogurt.
- 16:46Oh my gravy. It's from 1936 you guys.
- 16:51Before 1984 it was this can't be yogurt but a lawsuit from a competitor I can't
- 16:56believe it's yogurt forced TCBY to change the name to the country's best yogurt.
- 17:02You know never overlooked those yogurt wars of the 1980s.
- 17:07You guys remember the Seinfeld episode right where Kramer told everybody there
- 17:10was no fat in yogurt and everybody was getting fat and everybody's putting on
- 17:14weight. Oh my gravy. Mrs. Fields acquired TCBY.
- 17:19Mrs. Fields cookies got TCBY in 2000 and it became Mrs.
- 17:24Fields famous brands.
- 17:26And then they moved to Broomfield Colorado.
- 17:30Oh my gosh in 2001 there were 1700 of them.
- 17:34Well what about now. What about now.
- 17:38Look I believe there is one.
- 17:40I believe there is one we can go to it together right there and see it because
- 17:44until then I don't think it's real.
- 17:47I just don't think it's real.
- 17:50But I wish it was. I wish it was.
- 17:55Brenda says I can't type all that stuff.
- 17:57Catherine I was watching your live stream on my live stream when I fired it up
- 18:00right at the beginning. I had your live stream playing on my live stream at the
- 18:04end there. Catching the tail end of yours at the very beginning of mine.
- 18:09Okay so springboard says my wife and I's plan is to become snowbirds.
- 18:14Take our 39-foot camper somewhere near Sanford and spend at least six months
- 18:18there. We're tired of winter.
- 18:20Know any good campgrounds.
- 18:21There are some good campgrounds.
- 18:23Yes sir.
- 18:26In fact my brother works as maintenance slash manager at a campground and he's
- 18:32over in Polk which is relatively close to Sanford.
- 18:36You guys know Sanford. Sanford is famous for being the southern
- 18:42terminus of the Amtrak auto train.
- 18:47But let's just real quick find the distance from where my brother lives and
- 18:50works at the campground. Okay so Sanford's up here on the north side of what's
- 18:56Jim and Debbie in Orlando.
- 18:57And then my bro bro brother is let's see roughly speaking
- 19:04somewhere around Polk City in this general neighborhood.
- 19:08I'll just pick a random spot.
- 19:10So if you were to follow that area.
- 19:13So yeah he's like 50 miles away.
- 19:15That's not far and that's probably now going through Orlando traffic 50 miles is
- 19:19probably three hour drive.
- 19:21But yeah he's if you want info on that Springer I can give you some info.
- 19:25He's got a good campsite he's been working out for a long time over there.
- 19:31Hello Karen. How are you doing.
- 19:33Good to see you wandering on in here from way down south on the other side of
- 19:37the world.
- 19:40Let's. See who's dropping in Amy says I remember we were talking retirement and
- 19:44I mentioned I only retired early a few years.
- 19:46I just turned 60 and I still wonder how that happened.
- 19:50Where does the time go. Where does the time.
- 19:52See I told you you were younger than me.
- 19:54You're 60.
- 19:56I'm way over 60 man. I'm easily easily double double you plus quite a few
- 20:02more. I am older than the mountains but younger than the trees.
- 20:07You know I was born between the World Wars.
- 20:10Did you know that. I'll give you one little factoid to help you.
- 20:13I was born between the World Wars.
- 20:16And if you know when they when they are.
- 20:20I mean obviously I mean I was born between World War two and the next one.
- 20:25Like that joke.
- 20:29Let's see here Ali must have asked Julie a question.
- 20:32Here she goes. What was it.
- 20:34I don't know. I missed it.
- 20:36What are you E and T. I don't know what she was saying.
- 20:39These two are talking to each other and I missed the conversation but that's OK.
- 20:42I don. Don't have to hear everything Julie said thanks for asking.
- 20:45I was going to ask the same question but I don't know what the original question
- 20:48was. So who cares. It doesn't matter.
- 20:50I don't have to know everything.
- 20:52The important thing is that his jackets blue and his boots are yellow.
- 21:01Let's see here. Nana says the people here forget how to drive when we get our
- 21:06first snowfall. It happens every year.
- 21:08Well. The people down here in South Florida forget how to drive when it snows.
- 21:12And that happens every 50 years.
- 21:14We had a snowfall Christmas Day 1969.
- 21:18It snowed in Miami.
- 21:25Yeah. That's a good point.
- 21:27Blonde traveling gypsy about the vidIQ thing.
- 21:32And I learned a cool trick that vidIQ has something in their extension.
- 21:35I want to show you guys tonight if I ever get through here and finish talking
- 21:38about frozen yogurt which I fully intend to.
- 21:41I just can. Can't get through the chat.
- 21:42That's the problem. No Richard.
- 21:45There's no TCBY in north of England.
- 21:47Obviously. Yeah. You missed out.
- 21:52Let's see here. Alive and well in New York in New Jersey Northwest New Jersey of
- 21:59course. Your face is TCBY says Geraldine.
- 22:04Hey everybody is pure Steve fewer.
- 22:06How's it going buddy. Good to see you.
- 22:08Now you guys know Steve just joined our little family just a week or two ago.
- 22:12He's hanging out in discord and he did a live stream late late night live stream
- 22:18was it last night Steve. I think it was last night right.
- 22:21Good job on that. Good job on that.
- 22:24I did get a chance to go back in.
- 22:26I played the what I did was I played the replay on it while I was cooking while
- 22:32I was cooking lunch had the replay going because I can't stay up that late and
- 22:36listen to that stuff man. I can't do that.
- 22:39I'm an old feller. I can't stay that up that late past my bedtime.
- 22:42I'm older than the mountains but I am younger than the trees.
- 22:49That's a good question. First of all the QQQ doesn't work on me only money but I
- 22:55don't have that filter turned on so I never see that but good question.
- 23:00What should the chat goal be for tonight?
- 23:02We have 353 comments already rocking the rock in the suburbs here.
- 23:10So that's going for us. We got 350.
- 23:13I bet we could hit a thousand again.
- 23:14We did that once at once we hit a thousand.
- 23:20What was that really high number we hit CL?
- 23:23Did we hit 900?
- 23:25Maybe we never did a thousand.
- 23:26Maybe you're right. I can't remember.
- 23:28I could go back and look at my spreadsheet.
- 23:29We had that spreadsheet that I got.
- 23:32Because my little, don't call me that.
- 23:39My little tool is the extension right here and it's counting comments.
- 23:43Wait it's not in this one is it?
- 23:45Is it in this one?
- 23:48No it's not in this one. Yeah it's in this one.
- 23:51It's saving. This thing's counting comments and keeping track of all these
- 23:54comments down here.
- 23:56It's all running.
- 23:59Let's see.
- 24:01Let's move on to the next slide you guys.
- 24:04I got to get moving along here or we're not going to ever get through here.
- 24:09So let's see here. So this is a little bit of stats actually.
- 24:14Oh look at this. Here I asked the question asked and answered.
- 24:18Look at that CL. On September 16th we had 1
- 24:23,053. I forgot I made this slide.
- 24:26Completely forgot I even put this slide together.
- 24:291,053 comments and we were really trying to break that barrier.
- 24:34And look what happened the very next week.
- 24:36It went down to 547. So I tell you you have a strong week.
- 24:41You pay the price the next week you know.
- 24:42But we went back up to 800 and then 650 and 700 last week
- 24:48719. So chat activity is doing really good.
- 24:53It's been stable. It's been cool.
- 24:55We had that one peak, but that's because we were playing.
- 24:58And I looked across the past what was it 10 weeks or something.
- 25:02And the most frequent recurring top commenters.
- 25:06The CL, Jenny, Mike,
- 25:09Devin, Jay, Amy, Richard, and Ali.
- 25:14With Amy, Richard, and Ali skewing towards more recent.
- 25:20Did Jenny R show up? We got no Jenny tonight do we?
- 25:25Yeah that was the night we kept commenting after the live ended.
- 25:28It was keep going forever.
- 25:30But I think we did break through it even when I was still alive you know.
- 25:36Thank you Karen. Thank you for trying to keep it clean.
- 25:39I appreciate that.
- 25:42Tool is a insult. We call each other over here.
- 25:45Don't be a tool.
- 25:48And it's not meant as anything dirty.
- 25:52It's just don't be a tool.
- 25:54Don't be a tool bag.
- 25:57Let's see. So just real quick.
- 25:58This is how I get the how many comments there were and how many.
- 26:04How many messages were left.
- 26:06I have this extension running in the browser called YouTube live comment logger.
- 26:11And right when the live stream starts you just click on the start button.
- 26:15And then when it's finished you click on the stop and then you can export that.
- 26:18You can export that out as a spreadsheet which I then put into the spreadsheet.
- 26:22And it's to do all this manual formulas and counts and finding unique numbers
- 26:29and sorting by the numbers.
- 26:31And I don't do that anymore.
- 26:33Now I just do it the easy way which is I ask our buddy AI.
- 26:36I give it the spreadsheet and I say hey give me all the stats.
- 26:39Tell me what's been happening.
- 26:41And I want to remind you guys about a conversation I had with AI with with you
- 26:48guys. I think it was last week.
- 26:50I don't know. They all run together now all these live streams and podcast weeks
- 26:54run together. But I had a conversation with my favorite AI Gronkowski.
- 27:00And I said just kind of showing you guys how it worked the MCP.
- 27:04I showed you guys the vidIQ MCP.
- 27:07And I said hey chat AI robot.
- 27:12Tell me the difference between my channel and Rob the Maritimer's channel.
- 27:16Now I don't encourage you to compare yourself with other people.
- 27:18It's not a good practice to go comparing yourself because you don't want to
- 27:23compare yourself against something that is a much bigger channel.
- 27:27And you really want to focus on what you're doing and what other people are
- 27:30doing. But it is interesting to try to have an analytical mind of some sort and
- 27:35at least try to investigate what differences there are that exist between
- 27:41your channel and a bigger channel or something like that.
- 27:46Hello there Pam. Hello there copper.
- 27:49Hello porch Piper. Good to see you guys rolling in here.
- 27:52Fashionably late and Fred's here.
- 27:54Very good. Fred's here working in the background doing stuff.
- 27:57Very good. Awesome.
- 27:59So this is the output that the robot gave me.
- 28:03And there was something that really stood out to me.
- 28:05It wasn't at the top when he says he's 34 times your size.
- 28:08Unsubscribers 61 times in views.
- 28:10That wasn't it. It said that gap is mostly niche and packaging because I was
- 28:15talking about different things.
- 28:16He said his catalog is built for search.
- 28:19The videos that carry the channel are things that people search for.
- 28:22My recent long videos sit in a different range.
- 28:26They have 50 to 160 views.
- 28:29Comment counts are high. 40 to 100 comments on videos with about 100 views which
- 28:34is that's a lot of comments to have about the same number of comments as you do
- 28:39views is actually pretty cool which means we, have a great community here.
- 28:42But the videos themselves, as you can see right here, right, that is a small
- 28:48room of regulars, not browse or search traffic.
- 28:51So Rob's videos are attracting search traffic.
- 28:55Come here.
- 28:56Hello, sweetie. How you doing, honey?
- 29:00Want to say hi to CL and everybody else?
- 29:02Tell everybody hi. So the important thing is, Oh, I hear you purring.
- 29:07So here's whatillus got out of,, and the useful difference is the promise titles
- 29:12name a job that YouTube can do for a stranger like how to to start with only
- 29:17your phone what YouTube paid me a job that people can learn how to fix.
- 29:22Whereas mine mostly worth naming a feeling or a guest.
- 29:27My videos basically a, I feel this way or this person's here or I'm doing this.
- 29:32Whereas Rob's you know talked about here's how to fix something.
- 29:37Here's how to do something better.
- 30:03This other.
- 31:09Rob's doing right that I'm doing wrong.
- 31:11Not that Rob's doing everything right, but he's reaching out to people who never
- 31:16heard of him. Right. And I want to find people who've never heard of me and
- 31:19bring them into our family and to our community., so I said, Hey, write me four
- 31:23prompts. One for a video. Like if I need a video topic, something to talk about,
- 31:29or one if I need a video title.
- 31:31What if I need something to know the words to put on the thumbnails?
- 31:34Because I make the thumbnails myself in Photoshop.
- 31:36I'm not doing AI generated images.
- 31:40Hold on. This cat needs to get put somewhere else, right?
- 31:43You want to go over here, don't you?
- 31:45Of course you do.
- 31:48You can only hold a warm big gigantic massive main coon for so long before you
- 31:52start getting overheated. Just stay over there.
- 31:55Just stay over there. Be a nice kitty.
- 31:59And I said to it. Hey, give me some text for the thumbnail.
- 32:01I want to prompt and I want to prompt for how to write a description using this
- 32:05job, not feeling packaging rule.
- 32:07So you can see the prompts that it came up with.
- 32:10Like for a video topic, I would tell the AI, I need a video topic.
- 32:13Use the job, not feeling packaging rules.
- 32:16Name a job a stranger's already searching for.
- 32:19Not a feeling, a guest, or an inside reference.
- 32:21The topic should work for people who've never heard of me.
- 32:24Give me one clear topic, plus the searchable phrase that it matches.
- 32:30And like if I'm looking for the title of a video I've already made, which I did
- 32:34this week a few times, I said I need a title.
- 32:36Use the job, not feeling packaging rules.
- 32:39Put the searchable job in the first few words.
- 32:41Then the hook after it. Don't lead with reacting to, or my favorite, or language
- 32:46that only my regulars understand.
- 32:48Because listen, if I have a video that says hanging out with Lori's Soul
- 32:52Circle, you guys all know what that means.
- 32:54But some schmo who never heard of me before, let's call him Joe.
- 32:58Joe Schmo. Never heard of me before.
- 33:00Joe Schmo never even heard of me.
- 33:02He doesn't know who Lori is.
- 33:03He doesn't know Lori's Soul Circle, or Allie, or Geraldine.
- 33:08I said what if I want to know what text to put on my thumbnail, right?
- 33:11I said I need thumbnail text.
- 33:13Use the job, not feeling packaging rules.
- 33:15Two short lines at maximum that name the result or the job a stranger's looking
- 33:20for. No inside jokes. No my take.
- 33:24No extra words. It has to read on a phone for people who never heard of me.
- 33:28And I said if I want help writing my description, it's basically the same thing.
- 33:32So if you want to attract viewers for your channels
- 33:37who never heard of you, this is the kind of thing that you would put into a
- 33:43prompt in AI to help you come up with an idea for a video or how to phrase a
- 33:48title. And I will show you real quick.
- 33:50Let's just take another peek into Chrome.
- 33:53I'm going to go to my shortcuts here and we're going to go to content.
- 33:58And I have gone through my last, how many videos are on a page?
- 34:01I went through the entire page.
- 34:0230, right? So there's 30 videos.
- 34:04I went through this entire list and rephrased my videos.
- 34:09So you'll see titles.
- 34:11YouTube burnout. Three ways to handle it.
- 34:14No agenda podcast ends after 19 years.
- 34:17How to go live on YouTube.
- 34:19How to analyze your YouTube channel.
- 34:21How to fix your podcast. Now these are videos you guys have seen over the past
- 34:25month. These will go back to early October.
- 34:27How to help YouTubers turn videos into podcasts.
- 34:30I had these really lame, lame names for these videos, right?
- 34:35I said things like, you can turn, I said like, you can turn a live stream you
- 34:40already have into a podcast.
- 34:42Well, that didn't, that's not something people search for.
- 34:46The one with Lori, Lori made a video that was like, you know, Lori's out winning
- 34:50the week or something. So using that formula, how a small community helps you
- 34:55keep going. And then in parentheses, Lori's soul circle.
- 34:58So all of my most recent 30 videos have been phrased with
- 35:05this terminology, with this methodology.
- 35:09And, oh, by the way, here, let's take a look at them.
- 35:28309, you guys, I was doing 40 views before.
- 35:3440 views, now I know some of it is, YouTube counts videos differently and they
- 35:38count views differently. But that's a big change.
- 35:44And that's more than just engaged versus new count ways.
- 35:48That's double, triple, quadruple.
- 35:51So I'll take it, man. Now, some of you guys have seen your views dip.
- 35:58And Think Media just did a video that came out today.
- 36:03And what's that fella's name?
- 36:06Sean said that views are down across YouTube, across the board.
- 36:11So even big folks, Mr. Beast and these guys are seeing fewer views and he
- 36:15attributes it to something out in the culture that is attracting people's
- 36:19attention off YouTube.
- 36:35So blind grandpa, Just turn your computers down.
- 36:37It can't be that hot. Turn it down a little bit.
- 36:40Just turn those computers down.
- 36:41Yeah, I'll get to those comments in an hour, Geraldine.
- 36:44You're right.
- 36:45So if you're seeing a dip in views,
- 36:50if you're seeing a dip in your views, you are not alone, which actually
- 36:54encourages me to see that my views are up.
- 36:56So imagine how they would be up.
- 36:58If imagine how my views would be up.
- 37:01If the world was not seeing a dip, but if you are seeing a dip, it's okay.
- 37:06It's listen on the verge of being distorted is not being distorted.
- 37:10Ron, let me know if it starts distorting.
- 37:12That's what I care about if it's on the verge of being distorted.
- 37:16That's not being distorted.
- 37:18That means I've got it in the yellow, not the red.
- 37:21You can just turn it down, babe.
- 37:24By the way, you guys all having a blast here in the chat.
- 37:29What does that mean, Ron? You can't argue with God.
- 37:31I don't know what that means.
- 37:33Like I said, you guys sometimes make a comment, and I miss the first part.
- 37:38So I don't know what you're talking about sometimes.
- 37:41So if you are having fun in here and you're not already hanging out with us in
- 37:44Discord, I want to encourage you to think about joining.
- 37:47I know Ron's in there with us and hanging out.
- 37:50Springer's in there. And even the Smiling Oma joined up and hung out with us.
- 37:55So today, a new member joined Smiling Oma.
- 37:59She's very nice in the comments all the time.
- 38:01There is a link in the video description, the live stream description here.
- 38:05You can click on that link, join Discord.
- 38:07It will basically ask you to prove how old you are or at least lie about how old
- 38:11you are and give yourself a display name,
- 38:17so let's just take a peek right now and see who is in Discord at the moment.
- 38:22I'll show you guys what Discord looks like.
- 38:23Let's hop over there. I see nobody's in the voice lounge at the bottom, which is
- 38:28totally fine, but you can see Smiling Oma just joined.
- 38:31Right now, her username is SpookyOma because it's Halloween, but we've been
- 38:36having a good time over here in the chat.
- 38:38And as I scroll back, you can see everybody welcoming and greeting.
- 38:42Nana just joined and started hanging out with us.
- 38:45-Mobi's always in there. That's Jay, the Revsecutioner,
- 38:51and yeah, good times. Lots of folks.
- 38:54Be sure you don't overlook Discord.
- 38:56We're having a great time in there, so you want to make sure you're part of
- 38:59that.
- 39:01Okay, this is something I wanted to show you guys.
- 39:03This is something new, and I do want to talk about it.
- 39:06I'm just looking at the comments here to see if you're still trying to get me
- 39:12to turn my volume down.
- 39:15Nope.
- 39:17I see you got me turned down to 70%.
- 39:20Grandpa says I have my voiceover 100%, and I'm louder than that.
- 39:26Okay.
- 39:28So, vidIQ has this browser extension.
- 39:31I'm going to go into Chrome and show you guys what that looks like up here.
- 39:34This is the vidIQ up in my extensions, and in this extension menu here,
- 39:40there's Settings. And in the Settings, there's this thing, now, that they just
- 39:45added for Engaged Views. I'm going to turn it on.
- 39:48And what that does is it activates the view in this column.
- 39:53The Engaged Views is what YouTube used to call views before they changed how
- 39:58they count views. Now the old way of counting views is called
- 40:05Engaged Views. It's very difficult to find.
- 40:07You have to go into Analytics, and then you have to go to Advanced, and you have
- 40:11to turn it on as a separate metric.
- 40:13So this vidIQ extension that's enabled right now has put this column here for
- 40:18Engaged Views. So now I can see what the old numbers look like, right?
- 40:22The old numbers would have been 353, 63, 132, 42,
- 40:28which are all still higher than I was getting before, 297.
- 40:33So that's one interesting thing.
- 40:35Now, let me just pick a random video.
- 40:38Let's just pick this one for fun.
- 40:39I'm going to go into the Analytics of this page.
- 40:43Look at this pretty screen right here.
- 40:45It's got blue and green bars, and we're used to only seeing it like this, with
- 40:50just the blue bars.
- 40:52And this is an hour-by-hour tally of how many views per hour.
- 40:56But you turn on this little button here, and it lights up the green lights, and
- 40:59it says, oh, there was 225 views, but 100 were Engaged Views.
- 41:04So if you still want to see the old numbers that YouTube used to show
- 41:10us, that's how you can turn it on.
- 41:12This is free, by the way. You don't need to have a paid account at
- 41:19vidIQ to get that extension.
- 41:20Just go install it for free on their website.
- 41:23I'm going to turn it back off, because I like being lied to and like being told
- 41:28that... Boy,
- 41:32it didn't turn off. Do I got to reload?
- 41:34I like being told by YouTube that my views are higher.
- 41:37I'm kind of addicted to those fake numbers, so I might as well enjoy them.
- 41:40Let's see here. Engaged views.
- 41:42No, it's off. Boop, boop, beep, boop.
- 41:45There we go. That's off.
- 41:47That should do it.
- 41:50Let's refresh. Beep, boop.
- 41:53And it's still turning on.
- 41:54That's okay. It doesn't know how to turn itself off, but that doesn't matter.
- 41:59So it's a pretty cool feature.
- 42:01If you want to see the Engaged Views, very easy to find it that way.
- 42:05That's where you find it.
- 42:10All right, let's see here.
- 42:14Brian says my hearing aids equalize everything I hear.
- 42:17There you go. Just a reminder, you guys, tell your audience in every video
- 42:24to check and make sure they're still subscribed, because I am still finding
- 42:29myself
- 42:31inadvertently unsubscribed to channels that I know for a fact I subscribe to.
- 42:36This fella here, Lost in the Pond, Lawrence, he's a Brit who moved to Chicago
- 42:42area. I think he's in Indiana now.
- 42:44He does videos about the differences between America and England.
- 42:48And I know I subscribe to this Joker.
- 42:50I like his videos a lot. And I come across this channel, and I'm not subscribed,
- 42:56which proves to me that YouTube is unsubscribing us, I guess, if we don't
- 43:01interact enough, or we don't watch it in a certain amount of time or something.
- 43:06Instead of asking people to subscribe to your channel,
- 43:12I suggest get into your video, work your way through it, fulfill whatever
- 43:17promise your title and thumbnail promised,
- 43:21and establish that you have a valuable video for watching.
- 43:25Instead of asking people to subscribe, just ask them to check and make sure that
- 43:29they still are subscribed if they were.
- 43:32And that does two things. One, if somebody was subscribed, they'll check and
- 43:36notice, it'll cause them to look down there and say, oh yeah, why am I
- 43:39unsubscribed? And they'll resubscribe.
- 43:42And if somebody never was subscribed, it will also jar that thought in their
- 43:47head that, oh, maybe I do want to subscribe to this fella.
- 43:50I don't think I ever got unsubscribed because I never was subscribed, but yeah,
- 43:54I kind of like this channel.
- 43:56She's really nice. I'm going to subscribe to her.
- 43:58So
- 44:00yeah.
- 44:02So do that. Make sure you do that.
- 44:05So let's jump back into the chat.
- 44:07I know you guys have been probably beep- boop, probably been talking all kinds of
- 44:11stuff here.
- 44:12Let, let me roll it back, run back the chat and see what I'm missing.
- 44:16I'm sure I've been missing everything.
- 44:19Okay, here we go. This is about where we were.
- 44:24This is why he said, Grandpa said, oh my not God, Scott is loud.
- 44:29That's funny.
- 44:32And this is Ron saying and saying, Scott, your mic is too hot.
- 44:35No, it's not my mic that's hot.
- 44:37It's me. I'm just hot. It's just, I'm just extra hot.
- 44:42That's what's the problem.
- 44:44Springboard says, my views are up big time, but I have no idea why.
- 44:48Maybe YouTube is finally finding my audience.
- 44:50No idea. I think another thing, Springer, is that you talk about politics and
- 44:55we're in a political season.
- 44:57It's an election year, buddy.
- 44:58It's the midterms. So maybe that's why.
- 45:02Just a thought. You talk about politics, and right now, politics are huge
- 45:06because it's the midterms here in the U.S.
- 45:08of America.
- 45:10Just my theory. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.
- 45:14Tom says, what do you attribute that to, what people do in listening to podcasts
- 45:18instead of watching mindless TV?
- 45:20It could be. Maybe people are switching to podcasts.
- 45:22Maybe people are watching TV instead of YouTube.
- 45:26Maybe there's some new miniseries or movies that are taking people's attention.
- 45:31I don't think everybody's all that plugged into politics, so I don't think that
- 45:34that's causing a ton of people to be down.
- 45:37I don't know, Portia. I don't know, my man.
- 45:42Tell me your theories. Why do you guys think views are down across the board for
- 45:45most people? I don't have a good theory on that, you know?
- 45:50That's a good question, Pam.
- 45:51Are they calling me God? I don't know what's going on here.
- 45:54They better get themselves figured out.
- 45:55Straighten it out.
- 45:57So C.L. says it's been over a week since the hurricane.
- 46:01There are still people here with no internet service.
- 46:04I hope power's been restored to most folks,
- 46:07but maybe not.
- 46:10That's a shame.
- 46:12But I mean we've been there, you know?
- 46:14You just were there. I've been through it with more hurricanes than I can
- 46:18remember, including the one that took my roof.
- 46:21Hurricane Wilma, 2005, that was the year that we ran out of alphabet numbers and
- 46:26started using Greek letters.
- 46:28We had Hurricane Alpha, Hurricane Beta,
- 46:35Hurricane Gamma, all that goofy stuff.
- 46:38We ran out of the letters of the alphabet and started all over again with Greek
- 46:41letters that year. Wilma, which was close to the end of the alphabet,
- 46:46took my roof off, and we had no power for five days.
- 46:52It stinks, man, but it does happen.
- 46:57Blind Melon, that's why he said it.
- 47:01Old blind grandpa called me God a while ago.
- 47:03No, he didn't. He said, oh my, not God.
- 47:05That's what he did.
- 47:08Brenda says, I don't feel bad about using AI for help with titles and thumbnail
- 47:11titles. Sometimes I tweak it a bit, but I would totally reject clickbait.
- 47:16Yep, I don't agree with clickbait either.
- 47:18And some of my favorite channels sometimes verge really, really close to the
- 47:23line of what I would call clickbait, and I'm uncomfortable with that.
- 47:26I'm not super wild to see that sometimes, but I think the temptation is real.
- 47:32But I just, you know, don't make a video or a of a title or a thumbnail.
- 47:38Don't make a title or a thumbnail that promises something that isn't in your
- 47:42video and you won't have that problem, right?
- 47:46I agree, Jay. We got to get Debbie Sue in here.
- 47:48If we get Debbie Sue in the Discord, we would be really rocking.
- 47:52But maybe she don't wanna.
- 47:53Maybe she doesn't have time for our tomfoolery.
- 47:57Devon says, food is here. Whoop, whoop.
- 47:59We have Suwanna tonight and it's amazing.
- 48:01What is Suwanna? I don't know what that is.
- 48:04What's Suwanna? I know the Suwannee River.
- 48:10That's the Florida State song, isn't it, CL?
- 48:12Way down upon the Suwannee River.
- 48:17We used to go vacation all the time on the Suwannee.
- 48:20Suwannee River State Park, State Forest, whatever it is, I forget.
- 48:24There's a good campground up there.
- 48:26I don't know. I don't know.
- 48:29I don't remember.
- 48:32Pam says, I'm glad you're okay, CL.
- 48:34Hope things keep getting back to normal.
- 48:36Yep.
- 48:38Pam, what's gonna happen with that referendum you guys going?
- 48:40I know it's non-binding, but do you think it's gonna pass?
- 48:43People are gonna vote to leave Canada de Dadia or is it probably not gonna pass?
- 48:48But I know even if it passes, it's non- binding.
- 48:50It just means that they could then do a binding referendum if they want to, but
- 48:54it. But it's hard to imagine that really happened and I don't know if that would
- 48:57really happen.
- 49:02Let's see here. Doop-de-doop.
- 49:07But grandpa, owning up to it.
- 49:09It was me. I accidentally called Scott Gaudet.
- 49:14You guys are funny.
- 49:17Tom says when I hit Discord, nothing happens.
- 49:19Well, let me just take a peek in there and see if you got added.
- 49:22Maybe you got added. I don't think so.
- 49:25Nope. Nope.
- 49:30I can't type. I said, hi, bud-jud-dub-dud- duddy.
- 49:33But I see Fred and Yvonne are in the lounge.
- 49:36Should we drop in there and say hi to everybody and do a little bit of a screen
- 49:39share here and say hi to the folks in the Discord?
- 49:42Let's do it. Let's say hi to our friends in Discord.
- 49:46I don't know if this is gonna work perfectly, but I'm gonna try.
- 49:49How's it going? How you guys doing?
- 49:52Good. Now, let's see here.
- 49:54If I jump in there, I can even turn on the camera.
- 49:57I see Fred's got his camera on.
- 49:59Here we go. Everybody's got to stare at my ugly mug.
- 50:02You got to stare at my ugly mug.
- 50:05How you doing, Freddy? Look at that.
- 50:07A couple of ugly mugs. You've been busy lately, huh?
- 50:11Yeah, trying to stay busy.
- 50:13I'm trying to stay productive, right?
- 50:16That's good.
- 50:24You got your Halloween game coming up at the end of the month?
- 50:28Yep, and that's coming along.
- 50:30I switched it. I know I had told you I switched it to a browser game.
- 50:35Yes, you did tell me that.
- 50:37So instead of using the stream deck and the virtual stream deck and it was
- 50:41getting to be pretty crazy to have to organize that.
- 50:47And so now I've got it in a browser.
- 50:51Mikey's here. Look out. How the party can start is Mikey.
- 50:57I want to show my voice, but I can't.
- 51:00You don't want to show her.
- 51:01You don't want to show your face, Yvonne.
- 51:03No, it won't let me.
- 51:06Look, Paco.
- 51:08Wait, here I-I-am. You are?
- 51:12Well, Catherine, why don't you join us down at the bottom left there?
- 51:15Join us in the lounge and come on in the voice chat, Ms.
- 51:18Catherine. There's Yvonne.
- 51:23Looking good.
- 51:25Mikey's walking around showing the camera up his shirt.
- 51:28You better not do it, Mike.
- 51:33There's Catherine.
- 51:35No, that's Jay. That's not Catherine.
- 51:37I saw the pink color, which is the same color as Catherine's name, but it's just
- 51:42Jay. Hello, Jay.
- 51:44So it's fun to find interesting stuff there.
- 51:49Well, I'm going to leave you guys and go back because I have have a lot of
- 51:52things to talk about. You guys can hang out in here.
- 51:57Always fun. I might come back and see you guys in a little bit.
- 52:02Sounds like a plan. Adios, amigos.
- 52:08Suzuki says bye.
- 52:10Bye. Bye Suzuki.
- 52:14Fun times, guys, fun times.
- 52:17I tell you.
- 52:20Let's see what you guys are talking about.
- 52:21Oh, my microphone is saying quick stuff this evening.
- 52:25Yeah. You said God day instead of God, right?
- 52:28Do you have to download an app to be in Discord?
- 52:30You do not have to. You can do it in your web browser.
- 52:34I prefer to run the app on my Mac.
- 52:37I have the Discord app and it works better, I think, but you can just do it in
- 52:41the browser, just like we were doing Zoom in the browser earlier, Tom, but you
- 52:46can do either one. But you just click the link that says Discord in my video
- 52:52description, and then it drops you into Discord.
- 52:54You put your name in, say what.
- 52:55You want your name to be, and I guess you got to create an account and then
- 53:00join. Click on join and you'll be in there.
- 53:02My nose is itching, and it's because Suzuki was in my lap.
- 53:06It's your fault. It's all your fault.
- 53:11So let's see here. What else?
- 53:14Is there a limit per comment?
- 53:16Yeah, I don't know. That's a good question.
- 53:20It might be endless.
- 53:24So Leo here, aka Grandpa, said, I wonder how many words you can say in one chat.
- 53:29Is there a number or can you just keep talking and talking and talking?
- 53:33Why don't you try it? Try it out, Grandpa.
- 53:36And let us know if you hit the limit.
- 53:38And then we'll do a count of your words.
- 53:41We'll use AI or something to count how many characters were in whatever you type
- 53:45when you get to the end.
- 53:47Amy, to answer your question, we are at 600 comments right now.
- 53:52We are up to 600, which is pretty darn good.
- 53:57By the way, I know we talked about this earlier when everybody was handing out
- 54:01the memberships to each other, but I did make a slide.
- 54:04I just wanted to remember to say thank you to all you nice folks who – and I can
- 54:09never remember everybody who's done it because so many of you have done the
- 54:13value for value donations.
- 54:15Thank you very much. So I did make a slide.
- 54:17I just wanted to acknowledge that and thank you guys for that.
- 54:21And stickers. I did mail out some stickers again this week.
- 54:25Some stickers went to Steve and some stickers went to Peru.
- 54:28Some stickers went to Devon in Canada- Dadadia.
- 54:34And United States of Americana got some stickers sent to Steve.
- 54:40And was there somebody? Oh, yeah.
- 54:42I sent some to Porch Piper Tom.
- 54:43That's right. Mr. Tom in Indiana got some stickers on their way.
- 54:48You guys, it's very easy. If you just go to Scott Auld – I guess I can show you
- 54:52that. Why don't we just hop in there and just make sure you see what I'm talking
- 54:56about. Go to this beautiful website that's sitting on my server.
- 55:00Go down to the bottom where it says you want stickers and just put in here who
- 55:06you are and where I can send them.
- 55:08If you want to be secretive and everything, you can make up fake names.
- 55:11It does say, do you have a YouTube channel?
- 55:14So if you say yes, that way you can tell me who you are on YouTube and that way
- 55:17I'll know who you are and who I'm sending them to.
- 55:22You just type all the doodly doos down here in the dingly dangs and the stickers
- 55:27will be incoming to you on my dime.
- 55:30I got lots of stamps. I got a ton of stamps right here in the drawer with these
- 55:33pretty Americano flags ready to go out.
- 55:36And I've also got three more international stamps.
- 55:41So I can do three more internationally sent envelopes any country and then I
- 55:47just go buy more stamps. They're not that expensive, honestly.
- 55:53Yeah, I hope you get them too, Geraldine.
- 55:55It seems like, it seems like everything I send,
- 55:58sometimes it seems like everything I send to some people like the ones to
- 56:02Fairfax didn't make it to you.
- 56:04So I don't know.
- 56:08Maybe that's it. Yeah, that's a good question, Brenda.
- 56:11Maybe that's what he was talking about.
- 56:12Instead of Sawana, he maybe was saying Schwarma.
- 56:16Schwarma. That would make sense.
- 56:19That's very possible.
- 56:22Springer says,
- 56:24C.L. says, more sound effects.
- 56:27So Springer says, if you say thanks for watching, Dawn, my wife will let me,
- 56:31what did I think her name was?
- 56:33I thought you said Claire or something, right?
- 56:34I got mixed up. So Dawn, my wife, let me continue to make Wednesday night Scott
- 56:39all night. So, everybody say hello, Dawn.
- 56:43This is going to be Wednesday night is Dawn night, everybody.
- 56:47In the chat right now, say hello, Dawn.
- 56:51Amy says, hi, Dawn.
- 56:53And it looks like Brian just became a member.
- 56:55Thank you, buddy. That's fantastic.
- 56:57That gets a light show right there.
- 56:58That brings up the laser show.
- 57:00Value for value. Walk in the next chapter just became a member.
- 57:04Fantastic. Don't forget, there are some members-only videos left over from when
- 57:09I was making a whole bunch of those.
- 57:11You can go in there and watch while you're a member.
- 57:14And I'm going to start showing those videos one at a time every live shoot.
- 57:19What are you doing knocking my LL Bean catalog, brand new catalog, just came in
- 57:24the mail today, and you're knocking that on the floor.
- 57:27You are such a cat. You know, it was perfectly fine right where it was.
- 57:33It was, there was nothing wrong with where that was.
- 57:36Such a cat.
- 57:39Pam, I think you're right about cats.
- 57:40I've come to realize you got the right idea.
- 57:45Pam knows what's up with cats.
- 57:48By the way, if you guys are out there listening right now, if you're listening
- 57:51to us on the podcast, you can't be part of the chat because you're listening to
- 57:55the podcast. I think everybody knows that after this
- 58:06is everywhere, wherever you get your podcasts.
- 58:09But if you're listening and you'd rather join in with us on the chat, hang out
- 58:12here at the table and have some French fries with us.
- 58:16Come on over to YouTube on a Wednesday night, 8 p.m.
- 58:19Eastern. Come on in here and join us.
- 58:22And hang out. It's a lot. It's a lot of fun.
- 58:25I see Steve is using his magical members only booty hat emojis.
- 58:32Oh, no. I have never been to the LL Bean store in Maine.
- 58:35That is a dream to go visit sometime.
- 58:37I love LL Bean, especially my flannel shirts from LL Bean.
- 58:42But I've got LL Bean shoes and pants and socks.
- 58:46Oh, when my toesies get cold, I love to put on my LL Bean socks.
- 58:51Super warm. So I'm a fan.
- 58:55Yes, exactly, Richard. Cats remember Egypt when they ruled everything and they
- 58:59ruled over us and they still in their minds figure
- 59:04you know, I've never been even close to Maine.
- 59:09I've never been north of New York City.
- 59:12The furthest north I've been in the East Coast is Harlem in New York
- 59:19City. Although over in Western New York, we lived in Syracuse, which is
- 59:24I'm thinking Syracuse is further north, but it wasn't the East Coast.
- 59:29That wasn't the East Coast thing.
- 59:31So we lived over in Indianapolis.
- 59:35We lived in Syracuse. We lived all over the place.
- 59:36But on the East Coast, we lived up and down the East Coast quite a bit.
- 59:39But once we took a field trip to New York City and me and a couple other boys
- 59:45broke away from the classroom field trip that we weren't supposed to do and we
- 59:49went walking up. We went walking, down Broadway, and we went all the way down to
- 59:54and then we thought we'd be cool and take the train back to where we were
- 1:00:00supposed to be, where the rest of our field trip was, which is hanging out in
- 1:00:03the middle of Manhattan at Columbia University.
- 1:00:08So we just jumped on a subway and it was an express train that took us all the
- 1:00:12way north way past Columbia, way up to Harlem, and dropped these three
- 1:00:18teenage white boys off on Broadway in Harlem.
- 1:00:23And we had to walk back down south all the way back down to Columbia and try not
- 1:00:28to get in trouble and hopefully show up in time.
- 1:00:31And that's as far north as I ever made it on the East Coast.
- 1:00:35That's my story.
- 1:00:37You went to LL Bean CL on a school trip?
- 1:00:41Oh, my gosh. You guys are making me jealous.
- 1:00:44I'm making me jelly also.
- 1:00:46Steve's been there. Oh, my gravy.
- 1:00:49So Grandpa tried typing a million characters, but it wouldn't let him do it, so
- 1:00:54he had to delete a bunch of them.
- 1:00:55So much for that idea.
- 1:00:58Oh, well, if you say too much, it won't let you send it.
- 1:01:01Bummer.
- 1:01:03Well, now we know. Hey, we got to do the commenter, the encourager, the winner
- 1:01:07of the week, and all that fun stuff, guys.
- 1:01:09Let's do that.
- 1:01:13So the winner of the week, I'm giving that to the Smiling Oma who just wandered
- 1:01:18into Discord today and is hanging out with us this afternoon.
- 1:01:23And she's got the cutest little video game channel you ever did see.
- 1:01:28She's always got these really sweet comments in the videos themselves, like you
- 1:01:33see up at the top. I made that video about, you know, the stress of doing
- 1:01:38YouTube, right? And the stress you feel being a YouTuber.
- 1:01:41And she said, I think it's imperative to take breaks break doing YouTube.
- 1:01:45And what I started doing this year, taking a month-long sabbatical.
- 1:01:48So taking a month off every year, not a bad idea.
- 1:01:52Like you said, your channel will still be here.
- 1:01:55YouTube will still be here.
- 1:01:56She said, I think sabbaticals are great, at least in what I do, because it gives
- 1:02:00me time to practice better cinematography or skills needed for my content.
- 1:02:05So very, very nice. And like I said, you can see below, she came in and named
- 1:02:09herself Spooky Oma for Halloween.
- 1:02:13So Smiling Oma is the winner of the week.
- 1:02:16And she joined us in Discord.
- 1:02:18She is so sweet. If you guys haven't ever watched one of her videos, I highly
- 1:02:22recommend the one where she tried to get a video game of a
- 1:02:27Phoenix off the ground like a flying Phoenix video game.
- 1:02:33It was just really funny. Poor thing was sputtering.
- 1:02:37By the way, we're at
- 1:02:39645 comments right now doing pretty good.
- 1:02:43Devin's back. Sorry, had to stuff my face with our director.
- 1:02:46Thought it might be rude to have YouTube going.
- 1:02:48At the same time. Yes, I agree.
- 1:02:50Don't have YouTube playing in the background when you're talking with your boss
- 1:02:53and having lunch with your boss.
- 1:02:54Agreed.
- 1:02:56So the comment of the week is CL as well as the people who responded to
- 1:03:03CL.
- 1:03:05I mentioned CL in my stress video.
- 1:03:08And she said thank you for the kind mention.
- 1:03:10Mother Nature imposed a break on me last week.
- 1:03:12I was honest and I posted updates.
- 1:03:14Even with no videos, I wasn't stressed because all my YouTube friends are the
- 1:03:19kindest and most supportive people I know in the world.
- 1:03:22And the Cardinals have been at my feet are off and on today.
- 1:03:25As you guys know, I love my Cardinals out back.
- 1:03:29And then you can see Ali G came in and Mike with the follow up comments.
- 1:03:34So I'm going to give all three of you guys comment her of the week.
- 1:03:37And by the way, the screenshot you see at the other vidIQ extension
- 1:03:44special, that thing just shows up at the top of your community comment pages if
- 1:03:48you have it turned on. And it tells me that the
- 1:03:53sentiment of our community is overwhelmingly positive.
- 1:03:5865% of our comments, it tags as positive.
- 1:04:0229% are neutral, which just means you're talking about whatever you're talking
- 1:04:06about without being positive or negative.
- 1:04:07Only two comments. There was only two negative comments in the
- 1:04:14entire basically, I don't know how far back this goes.
- 1:04:18I don't know how long ago it was considering all this stuff.
- 1:04:22One criticism, one video request, four jokes,
- 1:04:2617 praise, 18 personal stories.
- 1:04:30So vidIQ is right. We got the coolest community in the world.
- 1:04:34We got the nicest group of folks.
- 1:04:39No, Devon, I don't think, not since you left we didn't get any more free
- 1:04:43memberships, not since you left.
- 1:04:46And the encourager of the week, he's probably sleeping right now.
- 1:04:51But that would be the encourager of the week is Peter Urbanowski over in
- 1:04:56Britain. So even though Richard, the chairman, stays up late and hangs out with
- 1:05:00us, Peter is probably, hopefully, sleeping away tonight here.
- 1:05:07That's a good point,
- 1:05:09grandpa Leo. If you want to get a lot of of comments in, you have to make them
- 1:05:13short. If you write really, really long comments,
- 1:05:16then if you write really long comments, there's going to be less comments.
- 1:05:20So I agree with that. I agree with you, Leo.
- 1:05:23So Peter's comment, you know, said let's see.
- 1:05:27People see the video, the content, they don't see what goes on behind the
- 1:05:31scenes, life away from YouTube, things that go into producing, scripting,
- 1:05:34recording, and editing a video.
- 1:05:36An eight-minute video can sometimes take weeks to put together.
- 1:05:40Boy, I hope not. Longer on occasions, building and maintaining a healthy
- 1:05:44community, and this is the part that really got me happy with what he said,
- 1:05:49building and maintaining a healthy community is a crucial part of being a
- 1:05:52YouTuber of any size. So, and Mike here, as you can see, agreed with him.
- 1:05:56So there you go, Peter, encourager of the week, absolutely 100% positive.
- 1:06:03And, you know, tonight's live stream and the video, that I made most recently
- 1:06:09here, those were just talking about YouTube burnout.
- 1:06:13You know, I did that after a conversation.
- 1:06:17I think it was Friday. I believe it was Friday.
- 1:06:21Boy, the days all kind of blur together, but somebody was really, really
- 1:06:25stressed out and emotional and I was talking to her and just, you know, I get
- 1:06:31it. I understand the, the, the health stuff, the financial stuff.
- 1:06:35It's all piling up and you're trying to juggle a channel and you're trying to,
- 1:06:40you know, trying to do live streams on a frequent basis and you're trying to
- 1:06:44keep videos coming out and trying to think of topics to talk about.
- 1:06:47It's a lot. It's a lot. And it starts to pile up and eventually the emotions
- 1:06:52just kind of break through the dams.
- 1:06:55We saw that with Catherine.
- 1:06:56Didn't see that in her live stream tonight.
- 1:06:58We got some emotion out of her and I really am proud of you, Catherine, for
- 1:07:03displaying that and being brave and showing who you really are like that.
- 1:07:08But, you know, I tried to talk about three ways to fix and try
- 1:07:16that. That goes with trying to do YouTube, trying to put your life on display,
- 1:07:20trying to be a public person while going through all this other stuff, too.
- 1:07:25And so hopefully those videos, you know, hopefully those videos helped you.
- 1:07:29You can see that
- 1:07:32springboard here said in this race, I'm the turtle against the hair.
- 1:07:36Eventually I'm blowing past that bad bunny.
- 1:07:38In the meantime, it's one video at a time with no stress put on myself to
- 1:07:43maintain a schedule other than the one that works for me.
- 1:07:47So you hear that, You'd be proud of your buddy's springboard here.
- 1:07:50Your man is a good guy right here.
- 1:07:52And that's some wisdom talking there.
- 1:07:54Don't put stress on yourself to maintain a schedule other than what you know you
- 1:07:58can do. I love that.
- 1:08:03Geraldine says I have spell check in three languages.
- 1:08:06Oh, my gravy. That's crazy.
- 1:08:12And I think that Brian says her laughing in the middle of that was great.
- 1:08:16I'm not positive, but I think you might be talking about Oma.
- 1:08:19I'm not sure what you were talking about.
- 1:08:21Her laughing in the middle of that.
- 1:08:22But be specific and tell me which one that one was about Brian.
- 1:08:26I'm not sure.
- 1:08:29Chairman says I have enough trouble trying to spell one language.
- 1:08:34Exactly.
- 1:08:35Amy here says I was there burnt out and frustrated.
- 1:08:38Oh, man. I dang near quit over it.
- 1:08:41Hard to believe that was almost two months ago.
- 1:08:43I think perhaps a little bit longer, but not sure.
- 1:08:46I am so glad I did not quit.
- 1:08:48I'm loving the journey now and having so much fun.
- 1:08:51Best of all, I found some awesome friends.
- 1:08:53You sure did did. And I'm glad you didn't quit too, Amy.
- 1:08:56Listen, this stress that gets to us on this YouTube thing, we got to shuffle it
- 1:09:02off. And remember, we're just people.
- 1:09:05We're just humans. We can only do.
- 1:09:07So much. If you got a lot going on in your life, take a break from YouTube.
- 1:09:11You don't have to put your whole life on TV for everybody else.
- 1:09:15You know, you don't have to.
- 1:09:21Grandpa says, I have a choice either chat or listen to Scott and I've got him
- 1:09:26muted. So he's not listening to the live stream.
- 1:09:28So he doesn't hear me talking about him right now, which maybe that's a good
- 1:09:31thing. I don't know.
- 1:09:35So, yeah, Amy, I I'm glad you didn't quit.
- 1:09:37Very good.
- 1:09:39Brian says I was beginning to burn out a bit towards the end of the challenge I
- 1:09:42did. But I'm looking at recent numbers of almost tripled numbers across the
- 1:09:47board. Although I'm still small, I'm thinking about another challenge for
- 1:09:51December. What's wrong with me?
- 1:09:53So Brian, have you got an idea of what that challenge might be yet?
- 1:09:56Have you decided you're going to do that?
- 1:09:58I don't know.
- 1:09:59And Leo Leo, the one blind grandpa says, thank you, Scott.
- 1:10:03Great video. You got to know we appreciate you.
- 1:10:05Thank you for doing what you're doing.
- 1:10:07Fred, of course, Discord good.
- 1:10:11And Mike, he says, I love Discord.
- 1:10:12Can't thanks Scott enough.
- 1:10:13I've been in other Discord.
- 1:10:14Not the same, not the same feeling to me.
- 1:10:17You're all family. So I agree with Steve here.
- 1:10:20We have a great community.
- 1:10:22We have a great group of people.
- 1:10:23You guys are the best. Take a look at some of these thumbnails I found just
- 1:10:28today. Right.
- 1:10:30This lady reinventing me at 60.
- 1:10:33She's signing off and quitting YouTube.
- 1:10:35She's done.
- 1:10:37Brian G. Johnson made a couple of videos and you can see from the topics he's
- 1:10:40talking about. People are discouraged.
- 1:10:44Imperfect on purpose, which is Renee, the crow bro.
- 1:10:49Why she was wrong about YouTube.
- 1:10:51She's got some revelations and some understanding about community and about the
- 1:10:56way that building a community works.
- 1:11:00As I said, Think Media up there.
- 1:11:04in the top right corner. He's got bad news about YouTube.
- 1:11:07That's his video about YouTube views being down.
- 1:11:10But I want to bring your attention to this lady in the bottom right here, Dr.
- 1:11:14Angela Myers. She made a video how to recognize the polymath, which is people
- 1:11:18who are interested in multiple things and kind of feed on the good feeling of
- 1:11:24learning something new all the time.
- 1:11:26Look at this bar graph. Okay.
- 1:11:28This bar graph or line graph of her video performance for 45 days.
- 1:11:33She had nothing, zero views.
- 1:11:36And if you hover over it, it tells you she really had like, I don't know, 20
- 1:11:40views, 50 views or or something for 45 days.
- 1:11:43And then all of a sudden the video just kicked off.
- 1:11:47You know, it's unexplainable.
- 1:11:48And who can understand why YouTube does what YouTube does, but she's got a
- 1:11:52million freaking views, guys.
- 1:11:55But for the first 45 days, she probably thought that video was a failure.
- 1:11:59How to recognize a polymath.
- 1:12:02And she probably thought she failed at making that video.
- 1:12:04And then one day, you never know when it's going to be your day.
- 1:12:07You never know when it's going to be one, you know, one of your videos that's
- 1:12:11sitting there in a old in the bucket.
- 1:12:14You know, I have a feeling.
- 1:12:17I have a feeling that there's a good chance that if one of your videos kicked
- 1:12:21off and went crazy and started getting thousands and thousands of views, you
- 1:12:26might not even notice it right away.
- 1:12:29Have you ever thought about that?
- 1:12:30Maybe you wouldn't even notice right away if one of your videos kicked off.
- 1:12:33If a video that you made two months ago, she did that 45 days ago.
- 1:12:38If your video you made two months ago went off and went crazy, you would
- 1:12:42probably only know it if you were watching your comments because I'm not looking
- 1:12:45at the performance of a two month old video.
- 1:12:47They don't even show up on my page when I look at stuff.
- 1:12:49You know, that's right C.L.
- 1:12:51You aver know when something will take flight.
- 1:12:53You don't know it. Grandpa says, I don't go to YouTube analytics anymore.
- 1:12:58Okay, that's fine. I do.
- 1:13:01I kind of enjoy data. I think data is beautiful, but I totally understand.
- 1:13:09C.L says Brian had Iris on maybe three times.
- 1:13:18Who's Iris? Is that reinventing me at 60 or somebody?
- 1:13:24Who's Iris?
- 1:13:27Oh, Iris is a cute little gray and white kitty.
- 1:13:30Oh, is that Brian G's kitty cat is Iris?
- 1:13:32I've seen his kitty cat before.
- 1:13:34I know who you're talking about.
- 1:13:35Yep, that's a nice kitty. Jumps up on his desk sometimes when he's talking.
- 1:13:41C.L says data is better than bacon.
- 1:13:44Now, let's hold on a second here.
- 1:13:46Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
- 1:13:48That's that's a crazy talk right there.
- 1:13:51Steve says Ohio Valley in prepping recently had a video get up to 54
- 1:13:57,000 views. He has about 1,500 subscribers.
- 1:14:00Wow.
- 1:14:01That's cool.
- 1:14:03Steve Fuer tells us that. You know, the C-10 truck nerd that I like that always
- 1:14:10talks about pickup trucks.
- 1:14:11His videos usually have two or three thousand videos.
- 1:14:15And he did a video just talking about his garage and his so-called shop.
- 1:14:21His dude that thing went 50,000 views.
- 1:14:24And he's just a regular old small channel.
- 1:14:27I mean, don't get me wrong.
- 1:14:28I'd love to get a couple thousand views.
- 1:14:30But he's got a topic that's related to a specific object that people search for.
- 1:14:36His 6972.
- 1:14:3967 to 72 pickup truck range C-10 like in the picture behind me.
- 1:14:44Right there.
- 1:14:46So he he's got a more searchability channel.
- 1:14:49But boy, that garage and shop video poo 50 grand, 50 thousand.
- 1:14:54So that's pretty cool.
- 1:14:57Devin says people who want to get a big channels but no one wants people want to
- 1:15:01get big channels but no one wants to invest 80 or 100 hours per week in their
- 1:15:06channel. If that's your goal, start treating it like a job.
- 1:15:09That is what I did 18 months as I decided I'm going to treat it like a second
- 1:15:14job.
- 1:15:18That a second job deserves which is why I'm always in the analytics and I'm
- 1:15:22always in the comments and I'm always responding to comments and I'm always
- 1:15:26talking to AI, trying to improve things
- 1:15:28and
- 1:15:53let's let's call it a tie.
- 1:15:55We can say data data is as good as bacon.
- 1:15:59But man bacon is good. You guys know that.
- 1:16:02You know that. You know that.
- 1:16:08Let's see. I'm just looking at your comments here.
- 1:16:14What are you talking about Ali?
- 1:16:15I never had one before. It's not fun putting on a hot compress.
- 1:16:18What did you do? Did you get hurt?
- 1:16:20I must have missed it. I must have missed it.
- 1:16:25Oh, you got a sty. You didn't want to cook tonight.
- 1:16:28You got a sty. Bummer. Not cool.
- 1:16:33I was going to show you. You guys a little bit about this.
- 1:16:37I showed you on my website when I showed you that website that I built.
- 1:16:43Let's take a peek at that again.
- 1:16:46Down at the bottom of it, it's got all these projects that I've been working on
- 1:16:49all the time. All these little cards for these projects.
- 1:17:14But down here I've got a contact form.
- 1:17:19If you need anything, send a note.
- 1:17:20A place to put an
- 1:17:22email address, whatever, and the name of their channel.
- 1:17:25And this allows me to build a list of the audience outside of YouTube.
- 1:17:29If we ever need to reach out to you guys, like let's say if YouTube canceled my
- 1:17:32channel somehow, I could still keep you guys in touch and maybe we can get it
- 1:17:36together in Discord or something.
- 1:17:38I'm just wondering if that might be something I could build a form on my website
- 1:17:43instead and wondering if it's possible for someone to enter details in a form
- 1:17:48which can then be passed on somewhere that I collect instead of sending them to
- 1:17:52a Google form. Would it be best for the website form to populate the Google form
- 1:17:56and then the data goes to where it always went?
- 1:17:59Or would it be better to collect the data somewhere else now?
- 1:18:02This is me talking to AI. And I said, just looking for ideas, I'm not looking to
- 1:18:06implement that today. Well the AI came back and said, look, I'm going to write a
- 1:18:10script for you. Here's the script, came up with this code and said, basically,
- 1:18:14put this on your website wherever you want it and it's going to create the
- 1:18:18sticker form.. So you can see I've got a little section here blocked out which a
- 1:18:22kind of shows you the magic secret sauce that it came up with to send the code
- 1:18:28to my email. I'm going to hide that because we're in a livestream.
- 1:18:31But other than that, you can see what it did was that code that I just showed
- 1:18:35you generated this form for the stickers.
- 1:18:38And the nice thing is it still goes to the Google spreadsheet that the form was
- 1:18:43previously populating.
- 1:18:46So that's a really nice feature that it is still going to the same
- 1:18:53place I originally had all my data going.
- 1:18:56And it just created this pretty little form and said, okay, this is all you need
- 1:18:59to do. Take this chunk of code, throw it on your website.
- 1:19:02Upload it and you're done.
- 1:19:04So that's called vibe coding when you create code by just telling AI, I want
- 1:19:08this, that and the other. Just say this plain old basics, you know, specific
- 1:19:14English language or whatever language it works in any language and say, I want
- 1:19:19this, make this, and it creates the code.
- 1:19:21That's vibe coding coding, right?
- 1:19:23So I vibe coded this contact form in like a half hour and it built that pretty
- 1:19:29thing for me, you know? So very nice.
- 1:19:33It is getting late. It's 930 already.
- 1:19:35We should jump into our producers shout outs.
- 1:19:37I know everybody is dying to hear.
- 1:19:42I mean, read Jay's extremely lengthy,
- 1:19:45extremely lengthy shout out.
- 1:19:49So we will get that. But I just want to, before we jump into it, remember you're
- 1:19:52a consumer, not a producer.
- 1:19:54You guys are consumers.
- 1:19:58You're not a consumer. You are a producer.
- 1:20:02My mouth is getting tangly.
- 1:20:04I think I need some sweet tea
- 1:20:08and you guys are supporting the channel with value for value.
- 1:20:12And that entitles you to a shout out from me for whatever you want to say.
- 1:20:16A family business, your own YouTube channel, your favorite charity, new project.
- 1:20:20It's your call. Just let me know in discord or email, what would you like your
- 1:20:25shout out to be? And I will throw that at you.
- 1:20:28But first, before I do that, as promised, I'm going to play this cool video that
- 1:20:34I made that shows the evolution of my channel from when I first transformed it
- 1:20:40from a motorcycle channel into a nature outdoors, get out of the city's channel
- 1:20:45and then went through a pretty cool transformation,
- 1:20:49several different iterations to where we are now.
- 1:20:53Sally put together, Sally put together the
- 1:20:58music. I made the video. Let's watch that together, guys.
- 1:21:02I know some of you got a chance to see it, but I want to share this video with
- 1:21:05you and let me know in the comments as we watch it together.
- 1:21:09What you think?
- 1:21:48Some are healing, some are thriving, some just made it through the day.
- 1:21:52No judgment at this table.
- 1:21:54You're all right. You can stay off.
- 1:22:05It's almost pouring some wine.
- 1:22:07Somebody's still figuring, figuring it out.
- 1:22:09And that's just fine. We ain't here to impress.
- 1:22:12We just show up as we are.
- 1:22:14Pull up close, join the combo.
- 1:22:16You don't have to go.
- 1:22:25Just bring yourself as you are.
- 1:22:28Go ahead.
- 1:25:06It's pretty nice.
- 1:25:08You guys are making me tear up with your comments there.
- 1:25:10I'll tell you what.
- 1:25:12Yvonne, that's not that many motorcycles.
- 1:25:15By the way, that's only three motorcycles and two of them belong to my boy.
- 1:25:20Only one of them is mine. So,
- 1:25:23yeah, Brian.. mean,
- 1:25:27grandpa Leo, you cannot be coming down with anything, but you got a sore throat.
- 1:25:31That's because you're trying to talk so loud over my voice.
- 1:25:33That's why you got a sore throat.
- 1:25:36Not allowed, man. But maybe it's time for a cough drop or something.
- 1:25:41Might be time. Might be time.
- 1:25:44So let's jump back into our shout outs, guys.
- 1:25:47It's time to get these shout outs rocking.
- 1:25:51Just a reminder, it's value for value here.
- 1:25:53I think everybody here knows that.
- 1:25:54I probably don't need to remind you that.
- 1:25:57I agree, Devin. Never too many motorcycles exactly.
- 1:26:00And three is not too many.
- 1:26:02I only got one in there and it's for sale.
- 1:26:05So don't forget, if you get value from the channel, send back some value in
- 1:26:09whatever form it has worked to you.
- 1:26:11Your time, your talent, or your treasure.
- 1:26:13That includes subscribing, sharing this episode with somebody.
- 1:26:17You can go to donate.winningtheweek.org if you want to and return it monetarily.
- 1:26:22But I'm just as happy to see you guys hanging out in the live chat and hanging
- 1:26:25out in the comments and joining Discord and that's value for value.
- 1:26:29That is giving back your time, which honestly, if you think about it, time is
- 1:26:33much more valuable than money.
- 1:26:36If you could only keep one.
- 1:26:39Would you rather have time or would you rather have money?
- 1:26:41I think we'd all rather have a little bit more time.
- 1:26:46That's why we trade our time for money when you go to work, isn't it?
- 1:26:51So just a reminder, episode 70, you guys, knocked it out of part, 28 different
- 1:26:57people. You can see the whole list here from Amy and CL and Brian and Brenda and
- 1:27:02Mac movement. Jenny was here.
- 1:27:04Boy, what happened to Jenny tonight?
- 1:27:06I hope everything's okay. Fred,
- 1:27:10Tom, Richard, Yvonne, Allie, Devin, Mike, Ron,
- 1:27:16Jay, Catherine, Steve, Didier, Geopolitical.
- 1:27:20I don't think we know that fella in person.
- 1:27:23Leo, Granny was here, Springboard was here, Flight Quest, Army Medic was here,
- 1:27:29Mike again on a second account was here.
- 1:27:32Our friend ACR, which is Andrew over in Texas and Dana.
- 1:27:36So whether you stay for the whole stream last week or you just drop in for a
- 1:27:39little bit, you guys are extreme value to me and I appreciate every single one
- 1:27:44of you.
- 1:27:46So here's who has been a member on this channel.
- 1:27:49As you guys know, Lori was the first member who ever joined 11 months ago.
- 1:27:55And Perlman, Allie and Mike's Adventure Sparks nine months ago became members
- 1:28:01and the traveling wood comes and Otis eight months ago and then you
- 1:28:07can see the rest of the folks here six months, five months, four months, three
- 1:28:11months, two months all the way through.
- 1:28:13We have got
- 1:28:17ninety five. I forget. Ninety five I think is the number.
- 1:28:21Maybe it's 93. I forget exactly.
- 1:28:23Members, which is amazing.
- 1:28:26And you can see at the bottom right there, Mr.
- 1:28:28Steve became a member three days ago and somebody became a member tonight.
- 1:28:33But that's after I made this chart.
- 1:28:35So which one of you guys became a member earlier today?
- 1:28:37I can't remember. Not to mention all the we had like fifteen or twenty new
- 1:28:42members added because of all the free ones you handed out.
- 1:28:45So I'm going to have to make a much, much tighter, a much tighter eye
- 1:28:51chart. If I keep doing this membership list here, guys, because you've been
- 1:28:55doing it. Yeah, that's it, Brian.
- 1:28:57I'm celebrating. thirty minutes as a member.
- 1:28:59We should put Brian down there for thirty minutes on the chart.
- 1:29:02That would be funny.
- 1:29:07Unfortunately, more people get hurt after the hurricane passes.
- 1:29:11People playing in
- 1:29:13puddles and getting shocked by down power lines and stuff like that.
- 1:29:17Very dangerous.
- 1:29:20Yeah, I don't know, Brian.
- 1:29:21I don't know where Army Medic went.
- 1:29:22He's not here tonight. No Army Medic.
- 1:29:25b Oh wait, there he is. There he is.
- 1:29:27There he is. That's what you're saying.
- 1:29:29Well, there's the Army Army Medic.
- 1:29:30Hello there, one, four, three, nine, three, one, five.
- 1:29:34Good to see you, buddy. I must have missed your first point.
- 1:29:38Here he goes. This is his comment.
- 1:29:41First aid class. First aid kit.
- 1:29:43Know where, where the doctor, nurse, medic live in your area.
- 1:29:46Do not get hurt in the first silly place.
- 1:29:48I love when. You say that.
- 1:29:50If you suspect a neck or a back injury, do not move them.
- 1:29:54Army Medic. Homeschool. Homeschool Army Medic.
- 1:29:57Very good. Good to see you here again.
- 1:29:59It has been a while. So, thanks for dropping in.
- 1:30:04Instead of a slide, make a scrolling animation of all the names.
- 1:30:07That's a good idea. Maybe we can have all of the members as the animation
- 1:30:12scrolling across the bottom.
- 1:30:13I could do that. That would be easy.
- 1:30:15That'd be fun. Let's do that and we can make it looping so it keeps going
- 1:30:18forever. And then, if somebody joins in the middle, we add their names in, too,
- 1:30:23so they get added to the list.
- 1:30:24That's a good idea, CL. Will I remember that?
- 1:30:26I hope so. CL, can you try to remind me of that tomorrow?
- 1:30:30Drop a comment or something in some video somewhere, so I remember, because
- 1:30:34that's a darn good idea. And I want to do that.
- 1:30:37So, remind me tomorrow to make a scrolling members list.
- 1:30:41A little ticker across the bottom.
- 1:30:45So, as we look at our executive producers, the producers of the channel, if you
- 1:30:49think about it in Hollywood, a producer is the people who are responsible for
- 1:30:53helping getting a project off the ground and making sure it's funded.
- 1:30:56So, that's the folks who are in our channel here.
- 1:30:58That's the folks, that's you guys and every single one of you is a producer,
- 1:31:02because without you, this channel would be boring and there'd be no community.
- 1:31:08If you look at Lori's Soul Circle, she's been posting over at her school and she's
- 1:31:12been posting over a her sub stack all the time.
- 1:31:15And she's got her Lori's Soul Circle live every other Tuesday noon Eastern time.
- 1:31:22We don't get to see Lori in the chat very much anymore because she's not able to
- 1:31:26join us on Thursday. She does listen to the she does listen to the podcast as
- 1:31:32she goes for her runs usually on Thursdays or Friday mornings.
- 1:31:36So Lori, if you're listening, say hello everybody wave to Lori.
- 1:31:40Hello Lori.
- 1:31:42Lori, you're just going gonna have to trust me that everybody's waving at you.
- 1:31:47So CL Fantasy Waves, our executive producer and also our moderator, is a
- 1:31:54relaxing YouTube channel centered around traditional art creation.
- 1:31:57The channel features a soothing atmosphere where CL shows her process
- 1:32:01accompanied by relaxing music and the help she gets from her cats.
- 1:32:05And she's currently working on that Inktober challenge
- 1:32:12project collaborative. What would you call that?
- 1:32:15Inktober, a challenge for artists to draw some art for the
- 1:32:21theme of October. So be sure you go check out what she's put out.
- 1:32:26She's doing that one piece of art with the sword stabbing through.
- 1:32:29That's really cool and the kitty cats are helping.
- 1:32:31And now there's a kitty cat paw swatting
- 1:32:36cactus.
- 1:32:42And our missing legend tonight,
- 1:32:45live with Gen X values focused on the specific life experiences and challenges
- 1:32:49of Generation X Gen Explorer seems relevant to this demographic often addressing
- 1:32:55the unique stress faced by those in their fifties and beyond.
- 1:33:03Now I see Devin said hi Lori glad you made it.
- 1:33:06Did Lori drop in? I don't remember seeing Lori say.
- 1:33:08Oh, you're saying hi to her on the podcast.
- 1:33:10Very good. Okay. Sorry. Yes.
- 1:33:12One blind grandpa says hi Lori.

- 1:35:19If you guys are into politics go check out the Springboard.
- 1:35:24And our new buddy here pure Steve Feuer you guys know why I call him that right
- 1:35:28I asked him how to pronounce
- 1:35:39Feuer. His channel is about building a YouTube channel in public documenting
- 1:35:44YouTube growth and outdoor content along the way.
- 1:35:48Steve is aiming to pass 500 subscribers before Christmas and he just passed a
- 1:35:52major barrier right didn't you just bust through 350 or something this week man.
- 1:35:57So subscribe to follow his journey that Steve F U U I R Feuer.

- 1:36:33community. Let's support Nana and help her channel grow.
- 1:36:38And it's her user title is Nana underscore of five.
- 1:36:44You got five grandkids? Is that why you're the Nana of five Yvonne?
- 1:36:48Yeah, Devin. I like that. Steve Fury like Nick Fury, right?
- 1:36:53I like that.
- 1:36:55The Traveling Woodcalm's YouTube channel features Brandon and Ashton and their
- 1:36:59journey together as a couple as they explore various Wisconsin locations.
- 1:37:03Try to find them. Now, I don't know if this information is old.
- 1:37:06When is that? It's the Michigan M26 YouTubers meetup.
- 1:37:09Has that passed already? Because they have not given me an update on their shout
- 1:37:13out in a long time. So that thing might be passed by now.
- 1:37:18Ah, the beloved and beautiful Ali G-G.
- 1:37:21Fishing with Ali-G. She focuses on the joys and techniques of bass fishing,
- 1:37:26sharing her excursions from the bank.
- 1:37:28Her channel blends educational tutorials with exciting adventures.
- 1:37:35Pam's Stories for Humans. One of my favorite channels to listen to.
- 1:37:39By the way, Pam, this could be a podcast so easily.
- 1:37:41Your channel videos could be a podcast in a heartbeat.
- 1:37:46Pam helps viewer slow down, be present, and prioritize real-life relationships
- 1:37:50and experiences over digital consumption.
- 1:37:54Stories for Humans is for those seeking a slower pace and a deeper look at the
- 1:37:57human experience in the AI-heavy world.
- 1:38:01So, if you think about it, Pam does these livestreams where she's either walking
- 1:38:05or driving and sometimes just thinking, sitting on the front yard, and those
- 1:38:09livestreams are the kinds of things that I think would make an excellent
- 1:38:13podcast. Since you're already doing the livestream anyway, it's a trivial matter
- 1:38:19to just take that video, convert, convert it into an MP3, and go over to RSS
- 1:38:24.com or libsyn.com or fireside.fm, create an
- 1:38:31account, name your podcast, and start uploading your MP3s like our buddy Porch
- 1:38:36Piper Tom did. It's not difficult, guys, if you can figure out YouTube, trust
- 1:38:41me, YouTube is way harder than podcasting.
- 1:38:44Podcast the podcasting is super easy compared to YouTube.
- 1:38:48If you're doing YouTube already, you're missing a chance to grow your audience
- 1:38:54by not. I podcasting. All right, folks, here we are.
- 1:38:59The moment everybody's been waiting for, the resident Rev Dot Secutioner wrote
- 1:39:03his own shout out, and you're looking at it right here.
- 1:39:09And if you think I'm going to read this entire thing, Jay, you have got to be
- 1:39:14out of your pure loving mind.
- 1:39:18So I'm going to say kudos to Jay, the resident Rev.
- 1:39:22Most High Secutioner, writer of exceedingly long shout outs and attributions,
- 1:39:29and I'm going to say you guys are free by all means to pause this sucker
- 1:39:34and read it because it's quite humorous.
- 1:39:37I read through every single word, and it is worth reading.
- 1:39:41It's just not something I'm going to read out loud.
- 1:39:45So, yes, CL, I'm going to have to agree with you on this one.
- 1:39:49Oh, my gravy. It is a novel here.
- 1:39:53So, Jay, thank you for writing War and Peace.
- 1:39:55I really appreciate it.
- 1:39:57And I love the sense of humor.
- 1:40:01But, you know, Jay's A.I. is named Wrench.
- 1:40:03And if you look at the bottom, it says P.S.I.
- 1:40:06has been instructed to stop writing.
- 1:40:08Wrench has acknowledged the instruction and.
- 1:40:10is now preparing a supplemental document explaining why stopping was never
- 1:40:14explicitly defined. P.P.P.S.
- 1:40:17This is probably my fault.
- 1:40:20So, good job, Jay. You won this round.
- 1:40:24I admit defeat. You read. Exactly.
- 1:40:28Brian read it in Discord when he first posted it.
- 1:40:31He wins the award for the most words submitted CL.
- 1:40:34Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah, Jay, you get a Scooby Snack.
- 1:40:38You get you get all the awards.
- 1:40:40You get the award for the most prolific.
- 1:40:43You got the Isaac Asimov Award for a prolific shout outs.
- 1:40:48How about that?
- 1:40:50And Ali's like, now I'm leaving.
- 1:40:53Dana, the cookie mom makes baking and cooking videos and has does and has does.
- 1:40:58Who wrote this? Dana makes baking.
- 1:41:01So, all right, that's two errors in a row.
- 1:41:02If I see two errors on two pages in a row, I got to fix it.
- 1:41:05I am changing this from sectioner because I saw that title and ignored it.
- 1:41:11Secutioner,
- 1:41:13the most high executioner and it's probably auto-typed it.
- 1:41:17And then this thing here I got.
- 1:41:18But Dana makes baking and cooking videos and has the how long has it been broken
- 1:41:23like that? I don't know. And does occasional livestream.
- 1:41:28She's also great fun in our Discord server.
- 1:41:31Graciella Gracie. Everybody's favorite Australian takes us to explore Melbourne
- 1:41:37focusing on interesting and upbeat aspects of life when she's not sleeping
- 1:41:42because it's like the middle of the night over there while we're livestreaming,
- 1:41:45right?
- 1:41:47Jay says, I'll give you three Scooby Snacks if you read it.
- 1:41:50Nope.
- 1:41:52Takes more than that.
- 1:41:54And we have two shout outs for Fred because basically Fred's got his cool thing
- 1:41:59going on at the end of the month and he also has his channel I want everybody to
- 1:42:02check out. If something catches Fred's curiosity he's going to find out about
- 1:42:06it. Expect history, exploration, bicycle trails, cultural phenomenon and videos
- 1:42:12about staying curious and discovering new things along the way.
- 1:42:16So be sure you check out his video even if you can't make the game he's putting
- 1:42:19together.
- 1:42:22Pearlman One has practical videos on precision shooting, archery, reloading, and
- 1:42:28practical hunting lessons in the outdoors.
- 1:42:31Mike the aging retiree. Mike's YouTube channel is dedicated to retirement,
- 1:42:36health, and lifestyle navigation for seniors.
- 1:42:38The channel focuses on on practical, financial strategies and personal growth in
- 1:42:43the later stages of life. Pop's Wisdom Talk I hope everybody has been praying
- 1:42:48for Granny. Pop's wife of who knows how many decades.
- 1:42:53Granny has been struggling with a little bit of health problems and Pop's been
- 1:42:57taking care of her and tending to her.
- 1:43:00So please keep both of them in your prayers for her health and him for his
- 1:43:04strength and stamina. So he's doing all the women folk work as
- 1:43:11he calls it. His words not mine.
- 1:43:13The women folk work because Granny's got to take it easy and he's doing a good
- 1:43:16job of taking care of her.
- 1:43:18I'm telling you. So Pop's Wisdom Talk focuses on sharing life lessons, personal
- 1:43:23reflections and wisdom gained over his seventy plus years of life.
- 1:43:28And Brian says they've been married fifty- three years.
- 1:43:31My gravy.
- 1:43:33CL says I have sugar free chocolate chips.
- 1:43:36They don't melt when I put them in cookies.
- 1:43:38That's spooky food behavior.
- 1:43:40That is weird isn't it? That is very crazy.
- 1:43:44No Jay won't do more scooby snacks.
- 1:43:46Nope. Keep going.
- 1:43:48I should read it in a short.
- 1:43:50That's a good idea CL. I'll do his shout out as a short.
- 1:43:53That would be pretty funny.
- 1:43:54But shorts are limited to three minutes and that's obviously a three hour read.
- 1:43:59The Chatterboyy channel hosted by a distinctive cheese head named Kyle focuses
- 1:44:04on his life journey providing encouragement, reflection and advice for fellow
- 1:44:08small YouTubers.
- 1:44:15Jay is a retired caregiver and published author.
- 1:44:18Did you guys know that she's a published author sharing frugal cooking, adaptive
- 1:44:22gardening and slow living from her Pennsylvania home where it's something like
- 1:44:27thirty degrees. Her videos feel like a visit at the kitchen table and she goes
- 1:44:33live Saturday mornings. Go say hi.
- 1:44:35Link to her channel in the video description.
- 1:44:38Oh my gravy you crazy man.
- 1:44:41Jay gave us two dollars here.
- 1:44:43Well you showed the shout out so thank you.
- 1:44:46You are welcome sir and thank you for taking the time to write it.
- 1:44:49It actually means a lot to me that you guys type out what you want your shout
- 1:44:54out to be because I could go to your channel and try to come up with the
- 1:44:58description. But I would much rather you tell me what you want me to say about
- 1:45:03your channel.
- 1:45:05Exactly the three hour the three hour read CL.
- 1:45:10That would be Jay's shout out.
- 1:45:12I'm going to do it. Remind me of that tomorrow too CL.
- 1:45:16I'll do that too.
- 1:45:18Catherine's fabulous 60s and beyond is the lifestyle channel focused on the
- 1:45:22personal journeys of a senior creator.
- 1:45:25The content primarily revolves around health, wellness and self improvement.
- 1:45:30Cobus Cat Tales is a YouTube channel primarily focused on the life and
- 1:45:34experiences of Tracy's cats.
- 1:45:37Coba, Sugar, Oliver, Pepper and Opal get a daily dose of kitty cuteness.
- 1:45:43Ben. Now Ben is in hiding a little bit because he's got his channel on private.
- 1:45:48But I just want to give him a shout out because he's a great friend and he's a
- 1:45:51very important supporter of winning the week.
- 1:45:54Ben is always winning even if the cubbies aren't.
- 1:45:59Sorry had to say it Ben.
- 1:46:01Haven't seen this young lady tonight MissM96.
- 1:46:05Emily's channels about spreading mental health.
- 1:46:07She shares her pets and enjoys connecting with other YouTube content creators.
- 1:46:12Here's our buddy Flight FlightQuest40 a YouTube channel that blends passion for
- 1:46:17flight simulation with a technical resource for X-Plane 12 enthusiasts.
- 1:46:23You guys are all trying to get the number one post title back away from Mike.
- 1:46:26I don't know about that. That's going to take a while.
- 1:46:29It's not that easy.
- 1:46:32Army Medic here says shout out to Chad Elkin CPA channel.
- 1:46:36He's the best CPA in the world.
- 1:46:38Very good. Thank you Army Medic.
- 1:46:40We will give him a a shout out on your behalf.
- 1:46:44Outdoors with Daniel 19 don't know what happened to him tonight.
- 1:46:47No livestream from him but he shares outdoor oriented hunting fishing fishing
- 1:46:50archery and sometimes health maintenance videos.
- 1:46:55Peter Urbanowski is making videos teaching how to use DaVinci Resolve for video
- 1:47:00editing.
- 1:47:02And I was watching some of his videos recently even though I don't have any
- 1:47:05interest in using DaVinci.
- 1:47:06I was watching some of of those.
- 1:47:08You know Richard the Chairman 8 you said you seem to be stuck at 170 XP.
- 1:47:15Type more comments babe.
- 1:47:17And give me jump into Discord and give me a shout out for you Chairman so we can
- 1:47:21do a shout out for your channel.
- 1:47:24The Royal Anglican Order of the Buffalo.
- 1:47:27What you McCall it. What was it again?
- 1:47:29Remind me I forget the type it in the comments and I'm going to give a shout out
- 1:47:33for your Royal.
- 1:47:34I forget what it is man. Richard you're going to have to remind me.
- 1:47:39Put it in the chat and I'll give a shout out to that right now.
- 1:48:02Here's Devin right.
- 1:48:05Defying gravity. This is N.B.
- 1:48:07Rider One. Nova Scotia's volcanic basalt marvel.
- 1:48:11That was a cool video. And he's doing metal detecting, drone flying, hockey time
- 1:48:17with the family, vacations, trips, working in midnights, handing out free
- 1:48:22memberships every time he joins the chat.
- 1:48:24Devin is the man.
- 1:48:27So here it is the Chairman's Group that he does videos once in a blue moon about
- 1:48:33is the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes.
- 1:48:37That's it. The Royal Antediluvian.
- 1:48:39So Antediluvian. You guys know what that is?
- 1:48:41That is
- 1:48:43pre-flood. So something that happened for example before the the Great Flood of
- 1:48:48NOAA would be called Antediluvian.
- 1:48:52Ante means before and the Deluvian refers to a flood.
- 1:48:56Isn't that right Richard? I think I got that right.
- 1:49:01Let's see here. One blind grandpa.
- 1:49:03Our friend Leo
- 1:49:05who's got me muted and probably can't even hear me talking about his channel but
- 1:49:09that's okay. He had a great video where he went out to the beach and
- 1:49:14unfortunately he was swarmed with mosquitoes.
- 1:49:17So he didn't spend that much time over there but that was the beach was at high
- 1:49:21tide anyway so they didn't get to go walking on the sand and enjoying the beach
- 1:49:25that much because it was high tide.
- 1:49:27Check out one blind grandpa.
- 1:49:33So that's it. We did it. We made it.
- 1:49:34We got through
- 1:49:38the producer shout outs. There you go guys.
- 1:49:40Thank you every single one of you.
- 1:49:43I see you guys are all talking about how many XPs you have.
- 1:49:46Hey I hate to tell you this but we have
- 1:49:50962 comments and there's no way we can end the live stream that close to a
- 1:49:54thousand without doing it guys.
- 1:49:57We got to do the thing. We got to get here.
- 1:49:59I'm going to type a comment and I don't have any comments here so I'm just going
- 1:50:03to say
- 1:50:05let me put a comment in the chat because I'm going to help participate.
- 1:50:10We got 966. We got to rock that thing on up.
- 1:50:13We're only like 35 away from a thousand my gravy.
- 1:50:18So the the group goes back to the 1820s but antediluvian does refer to
- 1:50:24pre-flood but you know that makes sense because it's the royal order the royal
- 1:50:30antediluvian order of buffaloes but it could refer to antediluvian
- 1:50:36buffaloes not an antediluvian order right because just because there's an
- 1:50:42adjective before a noun doesn't mean that it's necessarily the antecedent
- 1:50:48adjective referring to the noun that's immediately following.
- 1:50:52It could be the no I'm just making this up but I'm really not convincing myself.
- 1:50:57I don't think it talks about antediluvian buffaloes.
- 1:51:00It's antediluvian order. I can't win that one but that's okay but it goes back
- 1:51:05to the 1800s. That's pretty cool though.
- 1:51:071820s is a darn long time.
- 1:51:09Especially in my country. I know in your country 1820s is just yesterday but boy
- 1:51:15oh boy 1820s that's a long time ago around here.
- 1:51:20Think about this my state Florida my state Florida where I live the city
- 1:51:26was founded in the
- 1:51:291960s.
- 1:51:32My city was founded when the Beatles were playing dude and Fort Lauderdale was
- 1:51:37founded only a hundred years ago.
- 1:51:39It's almost nothing 1911 so 110 years ago.
- 1:51:45Yeah your 1820s is impressive to us.
- 1:51:49We are oh you guys blasted right through it so fast I couldn't even see.
- 1:51:53We're already at 1022 which means I have no idea.
- 1:51:57I have no idea which one of you guys got the number.
- 1:52:00I see you're counting the numbers and pounding it out but oh my gravy.
- 1:52:04You guys we're at a thousand and thirty comments already.
- 1:52:07I can't keep up. I was hoping I would be able to see it go roll over a thousand
- 1:52:12kind of like watching your odometer go over.
- 1:52:14But Steve says can I borrow the producer shout out for my channel live stream.
- 1:52:21Hey bud listen I borrowed it.
- 1:52:23I took it off of no agenda.
- 1:52:25The no agenda podcast does shout outs to their producers.
- 1:52:30So everything is borrowed.
- 1:52:31There's nothing new under the sun.
- 1:52:33You you don't need my permission to do it because I borrowed it from no agenda
- 1:52:37and no agenda probably borrowed it from somebody else.
- 1:52:40No agenda is ending by the way.
- 1:52:42Terrible news for me. It's my favorite podcast.
- 1:52:45Every time I find a podcast dude dies and they end the podcast.
- 1:52:51Lost my Scott Adams podcast because he died and then found no agenda and John C.
- 1:52:56Dvorak died. So you guys don't want me following your podcast.
- 1:53:00Porch Piper don't worry I'll unsubscribe so you'll feel better.
- 1:53:04Fred says it was me.
- 1:53:07Okay Fred if you say so. Wow Richard is that true?
- 1:53:11Your great granddad was a member in
- 1:53:371925 so it's not just something you found right
- 1:53:43now.
- 1:53:46I'm sorry.
- 1:53:51I see a car pulling up. Maybe my boy Logan is home.
- 1:53:57Hey there Oka. Oka says I can't usually stay up to watch the live streams
- 1:54:00because of school. But this is great.
- 1:54:02Lucky for me I'm having a free day.
- 1:54:04That's wonderful. I'm so glad you're able to hang out.
- 1:54:06You need to talk more in the chat so we know you're here though.
- 1:54:11Yeah that's true. YouTube doesn't like anything that appears to be spamming or
- 1:54:16useless comments. We always want to make sure we're saying something of some
- 1:54:19sort of you know we don't want to just count new needlessly.
- 1:54:23We want to be saying something useful useful something helpful.
- 1:54:26Brenda says I'll add another comment and say this group means so much to me.
- 1:54:30Well you mean so much to this group Brenda.
- 1:54:32The kindness really touches my heart.
- 1:54:34She says listen Brenda you are a very very important.
- 1:54:38Even though you're new to the group you are encouraging people.
- 1:54:41It's funny you say you're encouraged and that encourages people.
- 1:54:45Isn't that funny how that works.
- 1:54:46You tell the group that it means a lot to you and that actually encourages the
- 1:54:52group because everybody believes that they're doing good in the world by lifting
- 1:54:56you up you know.
- 1:54:58Hey everybody Brenda says I should have another video out by the weekend Lord
- 1:55:02Will and I'm going to let you know what happened to my channel after a two month
