- 0:08Speaker 2: Hester and Hester got it far out a bar.
- 0:11Speaker 3: You're locked in to off the bench.
- 0:13Speaker 4: We described control the answer.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Live from the Raising Kine studio. Here's Jacob Hester and
- 0:23Speaker 1: Matt Flynn.
- 0:44Speaker 5: You welcome in TB here on this Tuesday morning.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Jake Flynn a Landra Tata all here with you, tat
- 1:00Speaker 2: How are the people supposed to navigate through this rain
- 1:03Speaker 2: if you don't tell them that it's raining.
- 1:06Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Two days in a row, just said rain. Nope, no, no,
- 1:12Speaker 4: we may have to back that one up. I thought
- 1:14Speaker 4: I said, rainy skies, high of eighty four, rainy.
- 1:17Speaker 6: Guys, we can check tip down. Maybe I didn't.
- 1:20Speaker 4: Yeah, it's raining. You guys don't believe me. Look out
- 1:23Speaker 4: your window. How are they going to put their flashers
- 1:25Speaker 4: on if you're not telling them they're not because you're
- 1:27Speaker 4: not supposed to do that.
- 1:29Speaker 7: Two days in a row it's been raining. I can't
- 1:31Speaker 7: even tell the people. Well, well stay safe out there, everybody,
- 1:36Speaker 7: it is raining.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Let me see if I can find But you're right
- 1:42Speaker 2: eighty seven degrees. In Louisiana, it is illegal to drive
- 1:46Speaker 2: with your hazards on while it's raining or during poor
- 1:49Speaker 2: weather conditions. Under Louisiana RS. Three two DASH three two seven,
- 1:55Speaker 2: flashing lights are strictly prohibited on moving vehicles, except to
- 1:59Speaker 2: indicate a turn or to warn approaching traffic of a
- 2:03Speaker 2: stationary hazard slash disabled vehicle. Using your hazard flashers while
- 2:09Speaker 2: driving limits others driving ability to see you turn and
- 2:14Speaker 2: or break. It also disrupts their depth perception and ability
- 2:18Speaker 2: to judge closing speeds, significantly increasing the risk of a
- 2:22Speaker 2: rear end collision. You know what else its depth reception,
- 2:28Speaker 2: sheets of rain that you can can't see the car
- 2:31Speaker 2: in front of you until.
- 2:32Speaker 6: You put your flashes on. You know what else is
- 2:34Speaker 6: illegal speeding?
- 2:37Speaker 4: Okay, what's your point? That's like you getting arrested and
- 2:41Speaker 4: you're like, but that guy robbed a bank.
- 2:43Speaker 6: I didn't do that. Yeah, don't tell me, hypocrites.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I don't speed never in my life.
- 2:48Speaker 7: Never you speed up when it's a yellow light in
- 2:51Speaker 7: front of you.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Well, yeah, that's where you're starting to like a normal person,
- 2:56Speaker 4: got it?
- 2:57Speaker 3: And I don't put my flashers.
- 2:59Speaker 6: Probably illegally kick a cat.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Good thing. I don't do that.
- 3:05Speaker 6: Anyway, Stay safe out there.
- 3:08Speaker 3: I don't believe in animal cruelty.
- 3:10Speaker 6: I don't believe it. I don't believe it happens.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So I don't believe in doing it.
- 3:15Speaker 6: She's like, I didn't do that, good clean, fun morning.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Jordan Walker won the home run derby apparently watching the
- 3:24Speaker 2: highlights here be CAUs.
- 3:26Speaker 6: Wow, Yeah that's a real player.
- 3:29Speaker 4: Uh first cardinal ever?
- 3:31Speaker 6: Is that right? I don't know, Marve l Guard didn't
- 3:33Speaker 6: do it. I don't know.
- 3:34Speaker 7: I thought I thought I saw that last night. Now
- 3:36Speaker 7: there's no shot. They were just showing highlights on whatever
- 3:40Speaker 7: the show is about. Mark McGuire, McGuire, Mark McGuire, So
- 3:47Speaker 7: who's who?
- 3:49Speaker 6: Uh Jordan Walker?
- 3:51Speaker 4: Now he's the only one.
- 3:52Speaker 6: Wow, you suck on Big Read, Yeah he sucks.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Who do you lose to winan gonzales cecil fielder? N
- 4:11Speaker 2: It'll be All Star game that used to be used
- 4:14Speaker 2: to be really.
- 4:16Speaker 3: A lot of stuff in the MLB used to be
- 4:17Speaker 3: fun to I.
- 4:19Speaker 4: Feel like All Star Week in every sport now like
- 4:22Speaker 4: I'm just not like the Pro Bowl game suck. They're terrible.
- 4:26Speaker 4: The NBA All Star Week like that's not fun either.
- 4:30Speaker 6: True slim dunk contest. Three point contests used to.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Be lame nos suck all right.
- 4:36Speaker 7: Nineteen ninety eight Mark McGuire did not lose to any
- 4:39Speaker 7: specific person. He was eliminated in the very first round.
- 4:43Speaker 7: He only had four home runs. This is the year
- 4:45Speaker 7: that he broke the record, the home run record, and
- 4:48Speaker 7: King Griffy Junior won nineteen ninety eight, defeated Jim Tomay
- 4:52Speaker 7: in the final round that coors Field.
- 4:56Speaker 6: So there you go.
- 4:56Speaker 7: The year that Mark McGuire did steroids a a little
- 5:00Speaker 7: bit better than everybody else and hit seventy homers. King
- 5:04Speaker 7: Grifford Jr. One Mark Mark hid his when they counted. Yeah,
- 5:10Speaker 7: four in the first round.
- 5:11Speaker 4: Not worried about that.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Four four.
- 5:20Speaker 7: Back when we were you know, proper country and there
- 5:23Speaker 7: wasn't so many rules, no home run derby.
- 5:29Speaker 3: And you were allowed to do steroids. Yeah, kept it
- 5:31Speaker 3: on the low.
- 5:34Speaker 6: Don't celebrate it.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Is there is there a better feeling in sports? And
- 5:40Speaker 2: this is at rhetorical, I'm throwing it out. There is
- 5:42Speaker 2: there a better feeling in sports than hitting.
- 5:44Speaker 6: A home run?
- 5:47Speaker 3: Probably, I don't know that. I'm not talking about like
- 5:49Speaker 3: a slam dunk.
- 5:51Speaker 8: Okay, I feel like would be if I could do
- 5:54Speaker 8: it like a if I could posterize somebody, I feel
- 5:58Speaker 8: like that feels Okay.
- 6:00Speaker 4: It's great regardless of the moment I'm saying, because, like
- 6:03Speaker 4: I mean, game winning, a game winning three at the
- 6:05Speaker 4: buzzer seems electric. But I mean a home runs great.
- 6:09Speaker 2: I'm talking about without having to set up the scene, right,
- 6:11Speaker 2: you know, not having to be like game on the
- 6:14Speaker 2: line down by two probably because even going back to
- 6:18Speaker 2: like Little League, trucking somebody else pretty damn fun.
- 6:23Speaker 6: Yeah, I'll admit that.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Yeah, when you take somebody's will out of them, that's fun.
- 6:28Speaker 7: I mean it's things that don't happen often in a game,
- 6:32Speaker 7: but usually happened in a game. There's usually a home
- 6:34Speaker 7: run in a game, right yeah, I would say a
- 6:36Speaker 7: goal and soccer a goal in hockey there's usually only
- 6:40Speaker 7: what one to five of them in a normal game,
- 6:43Speaker 7: and that's probably the same for home runs, throwing a touchdown,
- 6:46Speaker 7: trucking somebody, uh, sack.
- 6:52Speaker 6: Because it's good at any point in the game, right, It's.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Like a it depends like some sacks can be kind
- 6:56Speaker 2: of like the quarterback stepped right into you and you
- 6:59Speaker 2: kind of just fall on a little bit like a
- 7:01Speaker 2: true like I beat the left tackle with this incredible yeah,
- 7:05Speaker 2: up and under.
- 7:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Think about the defensive end though, even if they're getting
- 7:08Speaker 2: beat by four scores, you get them.
- 7:10Speaker 6: If you sack the quarterback, you can.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Still get up and you kind of do what Yeah,
- 7:13Speaker 2: maybe not the full blown celebration, but you kind of
- 7:16Speaker 2: like hit it.
- 7:16Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like this act is worth about four hundred thousand.
- 7:18Speaker 4: Even with a like a touchdown. You get a five
- 7:21Speaker 4: yard touchdown run in the first quarter, right, but like,
- 7:24Speaker 4: you know, how hyped are you going to get? Like
- 7:26Speaker 4: it's important, sure, but like the sack, Yeah, that that
- 7:29Speaker 4: gets to Jesus flowing.
- 7:31Speaker 6: H hmmm, I'm thinking about basketball. What would it be
- 7:37Speaker 6: in basket?
- 7:37Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, yeah, you're right, you're right, like allie
- 7:42Speaker 2: open right on somebody's Yeah.
- 7:46Speaker 6: That's pretty good.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Hole in one, says Phil and the chat I bet
- 7:50Speaker 3: that does.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Yeah, those are.
- 7:52Speaker 4: More rare than talking about.
- 7:55Speaker 8: I don't think you'd ever be able to tell me
- 7:57Speaker 8: anything if I were to ever get a hole in one.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Plat and golf over.
- 8:00Speaker 6: Again, that's a great one, I would say, like.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Scoring one of those goals in soccer, and that's outside
- 8:11Speaker 2: of the box.
- 8:13Speaker 6: Like like a freak.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Yeah, well, any kind of freaking outside the box, Like
- 8:18Speaker 2: can you go direct to goal and it bends like
- 8:22Speaker 2: from one end all the way to the other and
- 8:24Speaker 2: the goalies and it goes top bend.
- 8:27Speaker 6: That's probably pretty pretty fun. Been that thing.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Yeah, like Beckham, some would say, you know, good player,
- 8:37Speaker 2: Yeah player, It was good, certainly. What do you see
- 8:41Speaker 2: him celebrating the other day?
- 8:41Speaker 8: Why did her sitting there?
- 8:45Speaker 6: Ye? Posh? What are we doing? Doing your English? Too?
- 8:48Speaker 3: It still looks great, handsome fella.
- 8:52Speaker 2: He's got his fastball game, respects game, you know what
- 8:54Speaker 2: I mean, Old David Beckham.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Let's see.
- 9:00Speaker 6: If I'm forty one, he's got to be fifty.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I'm shook he's fifty one.
- 9:05Speaker 6: About say, yeah, he looks great.
- 9:08Speaker 3: I good skincare, Yeah, probably some broches.
- 9:11Speaker 2: I had a Beckham Real Madrid Jersey and I was
- 9:17Speaker 2: still like young, big Real fan growing up.
- 9:22Speaker 6: No back on fan. It's kind of right.
- 9:25Speaker 2: When I was getting into soccer, Like truly, I didn't
- 9:27Speaker 2: really understand. You know, Real Madrid and Manchester United were
- 9:31Speaker 2: both massive clubs, but they didn't really play each other.
- 9:34Speaker 6: It was foreign to me at the time. You know, I'm.
- 9:37Speaker 8: Actually shocked that he's in his fifties. I don't know
- 9:39Speaker 8: how old I thought he was, but I thought maybe forties.
- 9:42Speaker 4: So how old is Victoria?
- 9:44Speaker 6: Probably the same? She looks good too, bunk she I
- 9:49Speaker 6: mean she looks later.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Oh, Beckham a little cougar hunting. Huh.
- 9:56Speaker 4: Okay, hey, David, buy me a better looking fifty years
- 10:00Speaker 4: old couple. That's gonna be hard to do. Really, I
- 10:04Speaker 4: don't know, man, but she.
- 10:10Speaker 6: Looked really lame in that picture. Bad luck.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Maybe she was just acting like she's been there before
- 10:17Speaker 2: because they did make this in my finals last time.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Yeah, that's David said. She was celebrating internally.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, one more that I saw scoring an ace
- 10:32Speaker 2: in tennis. Okay, I guess just like, yeah, you ever
- 10:39Speaker 2: been at the bar and you're playing pool, and a
- 10:42Speaker 2: couple of things in pool, like you set up your
- 10:44Speaker 2: neck shot perfectly because you hit it and it like
- 10:47Speaker 2: you spin it.
- 10:47Speaker 6: Backwards right where it's supposed to get. That's a good feeling.
- 10:50Speaker 7: Or you're like banking eight ball in after you like
- 10:52Speaker 7: call it in her pocket, but you got to bank
- 10:54Speaker 7: it around something that's a good feeling.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Bull's eye.
- 11:00Speaker 6: Okay, sure, that's a good one. That's a good one
- 11:04Speaker 6: I feel for a novice. Yeah, if you're a pro,
- 11:08Speaker 6: probably not.
- 11:09Speaker 2: But like us four slappies, we go into a bar,
- 11:13Speaker 2: we're leaving the hand up, just leaving it up.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Until somebody comes and takes a picture. Yeah, they stay
- 11:18Speaker 4: in there on that. We're gonna be Chris Marler over
- 11:20Speaker 4: their hand up for an hour.
- 11:25Speaker 3: When I'm playing corn hole and the beambag goes in.
- 11:28Speaker 2: The yeah, it's like your four throw you knock both
- 11:34Speaker 2: of them in.
- 11:35Speaker 6: Take one with you.
- 11:36Speaker 4: That's a good feeling.
- 11:38Speaker 7: I'll tell you what if you like if you throw
- 11:41Speaker 7: a good roll bowling and it hits like the perfect
- 11:44Speaker 7: spot and you just and all of the pins getting
- 11:46Speaker 7: like they crash at once.
- 11:48Speaker 4: Yeah, that is a good feeling.
- 11:49Speaker 7: And you always sound not like the the strike where
- 11:53Speaker 7: they kind of like all kind of tumble down, but
- 11:55Speaker 7: the one where they just explode.
- 11:57Speaker 6: Yeah, that's a good feeling.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Good call.
- 12:00Speaker 6: That's a fun feeling.
- 12:02Speaker 2: Final answer, best feeling in sports laser tag shooting a
- 12:05Speaker 2: six year old Yep, Telandra.
- 12:09Speaker 8: I don't know what a hole in one is like,
- 12:11Speaker 8: but I feel like that's probably the correct answer. But
- 12:14Speaker 8: a home run does feel great. Well, you just hit
- 12:17Speaker 8: it on the sweet spot.
- 12:18Speaker 6: Of the bat.
- 12:19Speaker 4: I'll go home run too, just because it happens more
- 12:21Speaker 4: often than the hole and one the whole. One's great,
- 12:26Speaker 4: super rare thing.
- 12:27Speaker 8: It's like the home runs where you know, like where
- 12:31Speaker 8: you hit it on the sweet spot and it just
- 12:33Speaker 8: flies off.
- 12:34Speaker 3: That's like an incredible.
- 12:36Speaker 4: The ones, like from the sound and the swing, you're
- 12:38Speaker 4: still looking at the batter and you're like, that's gone.
- 12:40Speaker 3: It's like you feel it go.
- 12:43Speaker 7: I remember having such a good feeling playing baseball as
- 12:46Speaker 7: a pitcher and setting up batters and striking him out. Yeah,
- 12:50Speaker 7: that was a really good feeling, just to know that
- 12:52Speaker 7: you were a better man than him.
- 12:54Speaker 3: You know, you won the battle.
- 12:56Speaker 6: I won the battle, I won the mental battle, and
- 12:58Speaker 6: then it physically dominated.
- 12:59Speaker 2: You's true, like I never never was a picture like
- 13:03Speaker 2: I barely like an dixie ball.
- 13:05Speaker 6: But you you could brush him back a little bit.
- 13:07Speaker 7: You know, you got them scared because y'all are like
- 13:09Speaker 7: eleven and away.
- 13:13Speaker 6: With a circle chair. I'll throw one in there.
- 13:15Speaker 2: If you've ever played catcher before throwing somebody out a
- 13:18Speaker 2: second like on a rope and then just tagging them.
- 13:23Speaker 4: Just like the perfect pickoff. That does seem great. I
- 13:26Speaker 4: never played catcher, but that doesn't there there.
- 13:27Speaker 2: You've tried to pick him off two or three times,
- 13:29Speaker 2: he keeps engine and doing like the little fake jazz
- 13:32Speaker 2: and then boom throw down tag.
- 13:36Speaker 7: I'll at you boy. I think we can all agree
- 13:38Speaker 7: sports are great. Yeah, yeah, play sports out there people.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Uh answer though, So we had good answers and you're
- 13:45Speaker 2: sucked laser tag.
- 13:47Speaker 6: It's fun to shoot a little kid though. Laser tag.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Yeah, so there's a story there. Did you just recently
- 13:53Speaker 2: go to laser Tag? No, that was probably about a
- 13:55Speaker 2: month ago. That's pretty recent for laser Tag.
- 14:00Speaker 6: Yeah, we did it. It was awesome. That's twice a week.
- 14:04Speaker 6: Got membership actually off on actually see you having that payball.
- 14:09Speaker 3: I shot somebody in the neck an accident.
- 14:13Speaker 7: Shooting somebody in paintball is actually pretty pretty satisfying.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Yeah, we paintball not as satisfying.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Yeah, the shooting somebody in the right that is pretty shot.
- 14:24Speaker 4: We used to play in middle school, like when they
- 14:26Speaker 4: would stick their head up, you'd haven't you see the
- 14:27Speaker 4: paint splatter all over the uh the mask like that
- 14:30Speaker 4: was that was a good feeling that's an underrated one
- 14:32Speaker 4: for sure.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Oh this's a going from go in the chat, throwing
- 14:36Speaker 2: someone out from right field to third with no cut off.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Or from center field straight to home.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Oh yeah, guys on third, he's gonna tag up, test me. Okay,
- 14:46Speaker 2: let me get behind this ball real quick. Maybe baseball
- 14:50Speaker 2: is the answer here. We're going a lot of baseball.
- 14:53Speaker 7: Beating someone twenty one three in ping pong, you three
- 14:58Speaker 7: a lot of people.
- 14:58Speaker 6: You got a fanily, man, it's crazy. That better than
- 15:01Speaker 6: skunkrum seven.
- 15:02Speaker 7: Oh, skunk up seven O is not as fun because,
- 15:06Speaker 7: like you don't get to see that hope in their eye,
- 15:08Speaker 7: then it just fade.
- 15:10Speaker 6: If they got hope losing twenty one to three, they
- 15:13Speaker 6: got to oh you know, they might have scored a
- 15:14Speaker 6: couple couple right off the bat, so it's eleven to
- 15:16Speaker 6: two point. Sometimes you get to six, oh, and you
- 15:18Speaker 6: let them get one just because you want to make it.
- 15:20Speaker 6: You ask a little bit longer. You're right. See, we
- 15:28Speaker 6: talked about the home run Derby. Look at us Sports
- 15:30Speaker 6: Super Super Sporty. First segment. This is unbelievable. We talked
- 15:36Speaker 6: about the home run Derby.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Would say we're a sports show. Some would say, we're
- 15:40Speaker 3: a sports show.
- 15:41Speaker 6: I don't know that far. If you've listened, we're here
- 15:44Speaker 6: a sports adjacent.
- 15:48Speaker 3: If you listen.
- 15:49Speaker 2: True, Oh Brad getting a triple jump in checker, Oh
- 15:55Speaker 2: my god, Kadie, all the time those.
- 16:00Speaker 6: You'll be playing checkers a lot.
- 16:01Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, Yeah, that's kind of like me playing laser tag.
- 16:05Speaker 6: Yeah. Uh. Do you even cracker broil bro No, not
- 16:11Speaker 6: in a.
- 16:12Speaker 3: While, though, Gravy they have the best biscuits and great.

- 16:18Speaker 3: Fair. It's kind of far.

- 18:01Speaker 1: Off the batch with Jacob Hester and Matt Flinn, presented
- 18:04Speaker 1: by Community Steel.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Shine in particular.
- 18:31Speaker 2: All right, welcome back in OTV live from the Raisin
- 18:35Speaker 2: King studio. Of course, our Tuesday shows brought to our
- 18:38Speaker 2: friends over at Community steel go to community steel co
- 18:40Speaker 2: dot com today buildings cheating components in Gonzos, Louisiana, but
- 18:45Speaker 2: don't worry, they service the entire surrounding area Community steel
- 18:50Speaker 2: co dot com. We've got a little World Cup semi
- 18:55Speaker 2: final action today. You got France versus Spain. It is
- 18:58Speaker 2: the top fourteen in the world, so no underdog really
- 19:04Speaker 2: to root for. Do you like it that way? I'm
- 19:06Speaker 2: not talking about just in soccer, but I'm talking about
- 19:09Speaker 2: in sports. Do we like it that there was some
- 19:12Speaker 2: underdog stories but by the end of it, when you
- 19:14Speaker 2: get to the semi finals they kind of weed themselves
- 19:16Speaker 2: out a little bit? Or would we like to have
- 19:19Speaker 2: had a Switzerland or somebody like that in the final four?
- 19:23Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 19:23Speaker 4: I mean if US isn't in it, I'd like a
- 19:25Speaker 4: I'd like somebody to have like Norway interest in.
- 19:28Speaker 7: Yeah, I think you want at least one in the semis.
- 19:30Speaker 7: They don't have to make it to the championship. It
- 19:31Speaker 7: would be nice if they did, but I think one
- 19:33Speaker 7: more or more round would be nice. If if we're
- 19:36Speaker 7: being picky here now, Norway was a fun, like an
- 19:38Speaker 7: awesome story.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Yeah, just credit seems like they went back home and
- 19:42Speaker 2: it was like, yeah, ninety thousand people. I believe they
- 19:45Speaker 2: had like a basically not a parade, but they all
- 19:49Speaker 2: had a gathering, if you will, and they all rode,
- 19:52Speaker 2: all ninety thousand of them.
- 19:53Speaker 6: So, I mean they didn't make it to the Semis, but.
- 19:56Speaker 2: With their history, they were very excited to get as
- 19:59Speaker 2: far as they did.
- 20:00Speaker 6: Yeah, it was you know, it's the underdog story is.
- 20:05Speaker 7: The best thing in sports, right, It's it's the it's
- 20:07Speaker 7: the best storylines. And when the top I think, really
- 20:12Speaker 7: the top four teams yeah ranked.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Yeah, see, uh, Spain is two, Francis three, England is four,
- 20:22Speaker 2: and Argentina's one.
- 20:24Speaker 7: That's kind of lame, especially with how they kind of
- 20:26Speaker 7: got there to a lot of a lot of goals
- 20:27Speaker 7: being reversed.
- 20:28Speaker 6: It typically doesn't happen this way either.
- 20:30Speaker 7: Yeah, a lot of goals being reversed in their favors too,
- 20:32Speaker 7: which is a little frustrating.
- 20:34Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:34Speaker 7: Sure, not to say that it's I'm not saying it's
- 20:36Speaker 7: raped or anything, but it just the way it happened
- 20:38Speaker 7: a little frustrating.
- 20:40Speaker 2: I wonder if FIFA would want it to be like this,
- 20:42Speaker 2: or if they'd want an underdog story.
- 20:45Speaker 6: I would feel like maybe they seem a little I
- 20:48Speaker 6: like the want that.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I mean it is I feel like.
- 20:52Speaker 6: Like pink ye a little bit.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely pinky up.
- 20:55Speaker 8: But are they isn't it pretty obvious and known that they're.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Kind of corrupt?
- 21:02Speaker 8: Oh yeah, so I think that there were some go
- 21:04Speaker 8: goles overturned to have them in the top four.
- 21:07Speaker 6: Okay, I don't know.
- 21:08Speaker 3: I don't believe in anything anymore.
- 21:10Speaker 7: So well, it's just a social constructs. Man, what are
- 21:15Speaker 7: we just dust?
- 21:20Speaker 3: Yeah? I think, uh, if Norway was in it'd be fun.
- 21:25Speaker 2: But oh, look that's that's Norway just from making it
- 21:29Speaker 2: to the quarterday finals.
- 21:34Speaker 6: Look that wait, what are we writing on here or something? Yeah?
- 21:39Speaker 3: Bus, it feels like a double decker.
- 21:42Speaker 6: Like kind of getting high out there, guys with no
- 21:44Speaker 6: seat pelts.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Looks like a roller coaster.
- 21:47Speaker 4: Yeah, they're gonna let them go.
- 21:48Speaker 2: And this doesn't look safe or is this a camera trick? No,
- 21:53Speaker 2: it's a camera trick.
- 21:54Speaker 6: Bus. Yeah, that was well done because I thought they
- 21:57Speaker 6: were want to look at the sea of people is
- 22:01Speaker 6: a parade?
- 22:02Speaker 2: So they're on top of hill and they're they're in
- 22:04Speaker 2: a street on a bus that's thousands upon thousands of
- 22:09Speaker 2: like this looks like Reggie's on a Monday night back
- 22:12Speaker 2: in then.
- 22:14Speaker 6: Still your love for Reggies times sound love. It's just
- 22:19Speaker 6: the most packed place I had to go to.
- 22:24Speaker 2: That That that's pretty incredible that that is a country
- 22:28Speaker 2: that they don't have major sports leagues. Sure they've got
- 22:33Speaker 2: a soccer top division, but their national team is everything
- 22:38Speaker 2: to them.
- 22:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:39Speaker 7: I'm trying to think of, you know, outside of the Olympics.
- 22:41Speaker 7: I'm trying to think of do they have any top
- 22:44Speaker 7: professional golfers, top professional tennis players?
- 22:47Speaker 6: Uh? Yeah, think about it. I'm the one that got
- 22:50Speaker 6: it right.
- 22:51Speaker 2: There's a playoff recently we watched in studio Norwegian.
- 22:57Speaker 6: Remember, because I guess they're right, Victor Victor Hoblin. Yeah,
- 23:06Speaker 6: am I the golf guy here you are?
- 23:10Speaker 3: This guy hasn't even mentioned the British Open once.
- 23:13Speaker 6: Wow, even golf I didn't.
- 23:18Speaker 8: Either, But I just got a text I said, it's
- 23:20Speaker 8: British Open week.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Can we please stop talking about soccer?
- 23:23Speaker 8: No, I could probably see. The World Cup is probably.
- 23:27Speaker 4: More a little bit bigger than British Open, popular than
- 23:30Speaker 4: the World.
- 23:31Speaker 6: Cup is for sure. Now, the British Open is awesome.
- 23:34Speaker 2: It is awesome Britpen but in fairness not to stop
- 23:37Speaker 2: texting the show fairness.
- 23:40Speaker 7: You know it is in Europe and so we lose
- 23:43Speaker 7: a little respect for it, not a lot, though, I
- 23:51Speaker 7: don't know, like, am I making O t B sound
- 23:54Speaker 7: like European haters and y'all aren't or is it just
- 23:57Speaker 7: me no.
- 24:00Speaker 2: All speaking of Europeans you know what, though, Like I'm
- 24:04Speaker 2: starting to get where I'm more against Canada with how
- 24:09Speaker 2: chirpy they are.
- 24:10Speaker 4: Flame like, they're just lame. Their flag has a leaf
- 24:14Speaker 4: on it, that's the coolest thing you could put to
- 24:16Speaker 4: attract people.
- 24:17Speaker 6: They're lame, like they're laying like they're lame for sure.
- 24:21Speaker 6: That's just like you know, you know, behavior, We don't
- 24:26Speaker 6: even worry about their opinion.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Like recent behavior though has non fact everybody else European
- 24:32Speaker 2: factor right on the world scene, Canada is not a
- 24:36Speaker 2: fact non factor. I like England and most things, just
- 24:39Speaker 2: not soccer. Okay, what do you like them in I'm
- 24:44Speaker 2: saying they're a great ally of our country?
- 24:46Speaker 6: Sure, well so is that that? That's kind of you know,
- 24:50Speaker 6: most of the other countries.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Right, but I mean England's are the greatest ally.
- 24:57Speaker 8: Matt, You're a poser because you also didn't mention that
- 25:00Speaker 8: Scott he missed to cut for the first time in
- 25:02Speaker 8: seventy eight tournaments. Krista chat this guy opposer, think about this?
- 25:10Speaker 4: This is said, I love everybody thought he could potentially
- 25:13Speaker 4: set a record. Okay, seventy eight tournaments without missing a
- 25:16Speaker 4: cut until this weekend. I think tigers like one thirty eight,
- 25:19Speaker 4: one twenty eight, something like that.
- 25:21Speaker 3: I'm not criticizing Scotty, I'm criticizing Matt.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Yeah right, I'm with him. You'll think I got time
- 25:27Speaker 2: to watch sports. How much of you watched the tour.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I've watched it while we're doing the show, so.
- 25:33Speaker 6: Three hours every day.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Uh, and I watched I watch things that I can
- 25:36Speaker 2: watch in my office, So you've watched a tour like
- 25:39Speaker 2: five hours every day.
- 25:40Speaker 6: I've watched a lot of World Cup. Look at you.
- 25:43Speaker 6: I think we're winning you over a little bit, not
- 25:45Speaker 6: a lot.
- 25:46Speaker 7: Just the World Cup has been great. I've been I've
- 25:50Speaker 7: admitted that it has been very good.
- 25:52Speaker 2: And I thought the referees, we're gonna get him a
- 25:54Speaker 2: club team. The winners of the World Cup so far
- 25:57Speaker 2: have been the referees.
- 25:58Speaker 6: In my opinion.
- 25:59Speaker 7: I've said that since like the group play, no and
- 26:02Speaker 7: they're like, get up, get up. They're like no, no, no, no,
- 26:05Speaker 7: no no, do not argue. I don't care. I don't
- 26:07Speaker 7: want to hear what you say. I see you're faking it.
- 26:10Speaker 2: They really do hit the fingers, they do, and I've
- 26:12Speaker 2: been very impressed to that. And people have not been
- 26:14Speaker 2: getting away with a light.
- 26:15Speaker 7: Now they get they still get away with more than
- 26:17Speaker 7: I want to, and they still sell it more. And
- 26:19Speaker 7: their faces are like their leg exploded every time they
- 26:23Speaker 7: get touched.
- 26:24Speaker 6: Tiger one hundred and forty two.
- 26:25Speaker 2: Flynn, you are not gonna like this comment. Okay, saw
- 26:29Speaker 2: Flynn last night. Attraction a lot shorter than I expected.
- 26:37Speaker 6: I was probably staunched over now.
- 26:41Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure that's Moscone's burner, so don't worry about it.
- 26:44Speaker 6: Okay, but that is said six two and a quarter.
- 26:49Speaker 6: If I was a half, i'd say it.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I hates Okay, dude, both my sons they had their
- 26:56Speaker 2: official measurements yesterday. Football Jackson sixty one knocks five eleven
- 27:02Speaker 2: and a half.
- 27:03Speaker 6: They got me.
- 27:04Speaker 4: They got Jackson at six one already.
- 27:07Speaker 6: Yeah, he didn't. I was due.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I was five eleven to comment. I don't think I'm
- 27:11Speaker 2: five eleven. I think I'm five ten and a half.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Did I think I did?
- 27:16Speaker 6: My neck? For sure?
- 27:16Speaker 2: Shrunk shrunk, thanks Patrick Willis, mm hmm. Yeah, but they
- 27:22Speaker 2: both got me. But like and they try to like
- 27:26Speaker 2: give me a hard time about that. I'm like, y'all,
- 27:28Speaker 2: you'll realize this one day as a father.
- 27:31Speaker 6: I want that.
- 27:33Speaker 2: I want you to be tall And yeah, what y'all six?
- 27:42Speaker 6: I don't know, he's truly fine.
- 27:46Speaker 4: Anybody who five, I'll back you up on this.
- 27:50Speaker 6: Wait a minute, anybody.
- 27:53Speaker 4: About another male's height at most it's like five eight
- 27:56Speaker 4: themselves feels more offended than it's just like, who's that
- 28:01Speaker 4: concerned about another guy's height?
- 28:02Speaker 6: I will say.
- 28:03Speaker 7: The more common I get when I meet people out
- 28:06Speaker 7: is like, wow, you're taller than I thought, because every
- 28:08Speaker 7: time they watch me play, I'm surrounded by gigantic human
- 28:12Speaker 7: beings and I look short.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Yeah, and the kinkles don't help the.
- 28:15Speaker 7: Kinkles they're not there, Like, scientifically, I don't have cankels.
- 28:21Speaker 2: We prove that that's true. It's the biggest in this room,
- 28:25Speaker 2: but not in the wild.
- 28:26Speaker 7: Yeah, not in the wild. So yeah, I don't know.
- 28:32Speaker 7: I can't it's a curry. Is there anything I can
- 28:34Speaker 7: do change my face.
- 28:36Speaker 6: I don't know at this point. You're pot committed, doc committed.
- 28:40Speaker 4: Steph Curry being really small. I'm like, guys, he sixty
- 28:42Speaker 4: three with like six eight.
- 28:46Speaker 3: We talk about sayings that was pot committed.
- 28:50Speaker 6: Like poker. It's a poker term.
- 28:51Speaker 1: I mean.
- 28:53Speaker 6: Money in the middle, irony.
- 28:56Speaker 3: Okay, that makes sense.
- 28:57Speaker 6: I got so much like I can't fold now pretty much.
- 29:02Speaker 6: So I got to see how this plays.
- 29:03Speaker 3: Yeah, that totally makes sense. Probably a stupid question.
- 29:08Speaker 2: There's no is there ever been a stupid question on
- 29:11Speaker 2: this show talking about that.
- 29:13Speaker 6: I probably about us, not others.
- 29:17Speaker 3: What the wacky tobacco.
- 29:18Speaker 6: We're talking about the Devil's left.
- 29:20Speaker 3: No, I don't know what I thought it meant.
- 29:23Speaker 2: It's called pot. Yeah, he might have called that pot
- 29:26Speaker 2: in twenty years, I'll think.
- 29:28Speaker 4: So I'm still on the pots.
- 29:31Speaker 6: That man does the pots.
- 29:34Speaker 2: I still think Devil's Lettuce is the best. Devils Lettus
- 29:36Speaker 2: is pretty great. All right, kids, don't I was trying
- 29:44Speaker 2: to think of a way to say that, don't do
- 29:46Speaker 2: the pots.
- 29:47Speaker 6: Go to your local DARE program. All right, we'll take
- 29:50Speaker 6: a break more O t B when we come.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Back off the bench.
- 29:55Speaker 2: All right, go to fabt dot com, First American Bank
- 29:57Speaker 2: and Trust been in the game for over hundred years. Well,
- 30:01Speaker 2: you don't do anything for over one hundre years unless
- 30:03Speaker 2: you're doing it the exact right way. And that's what
- 30:05Speaker 2: they do over at First American Bank and Trust. You're
- 30:07Speaker 2: not just an account number, you are a name, you
- 30:11Speaker 2: are a face, you are a relationship to them, and
- 30:14Speaker 2: so you get that kind of customer service with all
- 30:16Speaker 2: the bells and whistles of any national bank. And when
- 30:18Speaker 2: it's time to decide on your future as far as
- 30:21Speaker 2: a loan, guess what, they make the decision right there.
- 30:24Speaker 6: They don't call and ask for permission.
- 30:26Speaker 7: Fabt dot com, First American Banking Trust. It's a banking
- 30:30Speaker 7: tradition here in Louisiana since nineteen ten.
- 30:33Speaker 6: Can you believe that it's a long time ago.
- 30:35Speaker 7: They've been doing it a long time because they are
- 30:37Speaker 7: the best right here. So, if you have any banking need,
- 30:41Speaker 7: if you're starting a new checking account, banking account, maybe
- 30:43Speaker 7: it's for child, maybe you need a loan for your business,
- 30:46Speaker 7: Maybe you need a loan for growing your family, need
- 30:49Speaker 7: a bigger house, Well make sure you're doing it with
- 30:51Speaker 7: a bank that's making local decisions right here in Louisiana.
- 30:53Speaker 6: First American Banking Trust FABT dot Com.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Off the Bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn, presented
- 31:05Speaker 1: by Community Steel.
- 31:22Speaker 3: See the Stones.
- 31:26Speaker 2: All right, welcome back in OTV on this Tuesday morning,
- 31:29Speaker 2: brought to our friends over Community Still Community Still co
- 31:31Speaker 2: dot Com. Did y'all get a chance to see that
- 31:34Speaker 2: Aaron Donald worked out for the Rams yesterday?
- 31:37Speaker 4: Yeah, there's rumblings that, uh, it's kind of a lot
- 31:40Speaker 4: more serious about him coming back than initially thought.
- 31:43Speaker 2: He went to the facility apparently, and they kind of
- 31:47Speaker 2: were like, hey, you want to work out or whatever,
- 31:48Speaker 2: because yeah, I do, but I want to do it
- 31:50Speaker 2: in pads because I want to see if I still
- 31:53Speaker 2: have it.
- 31:53Speaker 6: Yep, he looked like he still had it.
- 31:55Speaker 7: Now I did think, yeah, he's I'm pretty sure he
- 31:59Speaker 7: still got it. And by it he's like three thirty and.
- 32:03Speaker 6: By four percent body fat? Yeah, minds me and myself.
- 32:06Speaker 7: Yeah, who who hadn't?
- 32:11Speaker 6: I didn't?
- 32:12Speaker 7: Did I not see a report that said they were
- 32:14Speaker 7: negotiating talking about different terms of him coming back already,
- 32:19Speaker 7: like talking about putting a limit how many games he
- 32:23Speaker 7: has to play and things like that.
- 32:25Speaker 6: Did I see this.
- 32:26Speaker 2: I think there's no there's there's there's gonna be some
- 32:30Speaker 2: unique language in the way they bring him back.
- 32:32Speaker 7: I heard exactly what it is, but I saw somebody
- 32:34Speaker 7: and I thought it was I thought it was a
- 32:36Speaker 7: reporter saying rumors are that. You know, they could be
- 32:40Speaker 7: saying you can play, you have to play in a
- 32:42Speaker 7: certain amount of games in the regular season, in all
- 32:44Speaker 7: playoff games.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Something like that. I would I wouldn't be shocked. I
- 32:48Speaker 2: would be shocked if there's something creative.
- 32:50Speaker 7: I mean, Aaron Donald's not gonna want to come back
- 32:52Speaker 7: with you know, no offseason, maybe very limited training camp
- 32:57Speaker 7: and play seventeen games and then a playoffs.
- 32:59Speaker 6: So it could be one of the.
- 33:01Speaker 7: Situations where you play half the season plus the playoffs.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it's gonna take him a while of gear back
- 33:06Speaker 2: up to the level that he wants to go out there.
- 33:08Speaker 2: I talked about that in lenked yesterday on moving the chains,
- 33:12Speaker 2: like you could be a great shape, but that's what
- 33:14Speaker 2: I said, so you can mean incredible shape once you
- 33:17Speaker 2: go on the football field, that's a different shape.
- 33:20Speaker 6: I was in shape.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Took like a couple of months off because I thought
- 33:23Speaker 2: I was done and went to a mini camp and
- 33:25Speaker 2: again in shape, and they could barely walk up the
- 33:28Speaker 2: stairs and get to my hotel room after like one practice.
- 33:31Speaker 7: And I think we can all agree, Man, they're gonna
- 33:33Speaker 7: be frustratingly good already.
- 33:36Speaker 2: So without him Edge rusher Byron Young had twelve sacks
- 33:41Speaker 2: last year. You know you're adding Miles Garrett who had
- 33:45Speaker 2: over twenty set the record. We Kobe Turner playing inside
- 33:49Speaker 2: had seven sacks a year ago. Poona Ford is like
- 33:53Speaker 2: a unit in the middle of that defense. And then
- 33:57Speaker 2: you would be adding Aaron Donald. So would be Kobe
- 34:01Speaker 2: Turner who graded out as an eighty one last year
- 34:04Speaker 2: in the interior, Poona Ford who graded out as an
- 34:07Speaker 2: eighty six last year in the interior, in Aaron Donald,
- 34:11Speaker 2: and then you would have Miles Garrett who graded out
- 34:14Speaker 2: at ninety three last year, and Byron Young who graded
- 34:17Speaker 2: out at eighty four last year. That would be your front.
- 34:21Speaker 2: How would you like to see that defensive line? Those
- 34:25Speaker 2: five no thanks, a little five to two action. Yeah,
- 34:28Speaker 2: barefront for everybody that's that's listening, is a very hard
- 34:31Speaker 2: It's a defensive front that John Chabis, who coach here
- 34:35Speaker 2: for a long time. It used to be like when
- 34:36Speaker 2: he got in trouble. He went barefront.
- 34:38Speaker 7: Yeah, and you do a head up nose on the
- 34:40Speaker 7: center and then you run two three techniques on the outside.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Leverage of the guard used to call that. You remember
- 34:47Speaker 2: no One thousand pounds of ass in the.
- 34:49Speaker 7: Middle, thousand pounds of ass in the medal, So you
- 34:51Speaker 7: you clogged the medal and then you put two d
- 34:53Speaker 7: so you basically have two defensivends. Usually you still only
- 34:55Speaker 7: have four defensive lineman out there, and you use like
- 34:58Speaker 7: your bigger linebacker, a Sam or a Will on the ball.
- 35:01Speaker 7: But it's basically five defensive line in front, and you're
- 35:04Speaker 7: clogging up the middle, and it really makes it difficult
- 35:07Speaker 7: to run the ball.
- 35:08Speaker 6: However, power is still a good play.
- 35:11Speaker 7: If we ever had to run the ball, you always
- 35:13Speaker 7: check power, So I give yourself the best chance.
- 35:16Speaker 6: I'd love to see bear front men I was probably
- 35:18Speaker 6: getting the ball.
- 35:19Speaker 7: LSU is probably still checking to the inside zone versus
- 35:23Speaker 7: I don't think anybody in the history of football's maybe
- 35:25Speaker 7: hard inside zone.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Versus there No matter how you know what there's in
- 35:30Speaker 2: training camp, there's always a bear install day for the defense.
- 35:33Speaker 2: It's usually that day three or four of training camp
- 35:35Speaker 2: and it's the worst day for the offense.
- 35:37Speaker 6: It's awful.
- 35:38Speaker 2: It's brutal, especially if you got if you got a
- 35:41Speaker 2: pretty bad A zero knows it's like right there over
- 35:45Speaker 2: the center that he's just disrupting the center.
- 35:47Speaker 6: The center's in your lap before you really get the ball.
- 35:49Speaker 7: Yeah, it was always like, you know, you're you're installing
- 35:52Speaker 7: your you know, your plays on offense, and this is
- 35:55Speaker 7: what we're installing. And then I'm like, yeah, the coach
- 35:58Speaker 7: will be like defense is installing Bear today, so we
- 36:00Speaker 7: gotta be ready for Bear. And everyone's just like, oh hell,
- 36:04Speaker 7: every one of them days.
- 36:05Speaker 6: Boys.
- 36:08Speaker 2: One more reminder that on the most talented roster in
- 36:10Speaker 2: the NFL that he's starting Mike linebacker for that team
- 36:13Speaker 2: is Omar Spates.
- 36:17Speaker 6: Slow Mar. Yeah, the guy that Slowmar.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Everybody came at me hard for me saying he was
- 36:23Speaker 2: a good football player when LSU got him.
- 36:25Speaker 6: Turns out he is. Turns out the defense sucked that
- 36:32Speaker 6: they did, Golley, that they did. There's there's been some.
- 36:38Speaker 2: There's been some like just egregiously bad, like and I
- 36:43Speaker 2: love my guy bo Poliny I do.
- 36:45Speaker 6: I still do.
- 36:45Speaker 2: I still love him. But that twenty twenty defense the
- 36:50Speaker 2: Matt House defense that year. Was that twenty three or
- 36:54Speaker 2: twenty two? That was twenty three twenty three?
- 36:56Speaker 4: Nope, Yeah, because Baker's going into.
- 36:59Speaker 2: His third year three defense with Matt House and then
- 37:02Speaker 2: last year's offense with Joe those.
- 37:07Speaker 6: Three mm hm.
- 37:09Speaker 7: Hey, it's just a reminder out there that were all
- 37:11Speaker 7: human beings. Nobody's perfect. Just because you're a coach in
- 37:14Speaker 7: college doesn't mean you're a good coach.
- 37:20Speaker 6: But I didn't know where you were going to.
- 37:21Speaker 7: Just because you're the manager of your business doesn't mean
- 37:24Speaker 7: you're good at it. It's fair now people obviously, people
- 37:28Speaker 7: will assume that you got that job, you got that
- 37:33Speaker 7: position by being competent, and like you're very well deserving.
- 37:37Speaker 7: It goes, it goes for everything in the world. I
- 37:38Speaker 7: remember like my AHA moment in Green Bay where it
- 37:42Speaker 7: was like, man, this is the NFL. This is like
- 37:44Speaker 7: the this is the pinnacle of football. They everybody knows exactly.
- 37:48Speaker 6: What they're doing.
- 37:49Speaker 7: Everything's calculated at all times, or drawing things up in
- 37:52Speaker 7: the dirt at halftime, and I'm like, this is how
- 37:54Speaker 7: the NFL works. You just everybody's waiting, nobody knows what
- 37:57Speaker 7: they're doing. Everybody's just winging it out here, trying the
- 37:59Speaker 7: best they can. Where was that at?
- 38:01Speaker 2: Isn't Green Bay? Just like everywhere, like you think that
- 38:04Speaker 2: you're in the NFL. Everything's calculated.
- 38:06Speaker 6: Everything is saying like you can have a bad coach.
- 38:09Speaker 6: I thought you can have a bad coach.
- 38:10Speaker 7: It's just like you just assumed you put everything at
- 38:13Speaker 7: the highest level on a pedestal. Right, yeah, put everything
- 38:15Speaker 7: up there like those people. Oh thank god they're in
- 38:18Speaker 7: charge that they know exactly what they're doing. It's like
- 38:19Speaker 7: the government. It's like everything, like everybody knows what they're
- 38:22Speaker 7: doing because man, they're up there.
- 38:24Speaker 6: Well, everybody's just trying to figure it out.
- 38:26Speaker 7: Right, Just because you're a college defensive coordinator, it doesn't
- 38:28Speaker 7: mean you're a good defensive coordinator.
- 38:30Speaker 6: Like, yo, hear that? I did hear that beat?
- 38:35Speaker 4: Yeah, we'll try to figure out what it is.
- 38:37Speaker 6: Was that Brian Kelly trying to mute Flynn from talking about.
- 38:42Speaker 7: That's true? Okay, where's his ball up? We can't forgetting
- 38:48Speaker 7: to put the ball.
- 38:49Speaker 3: You're okay, sabotage.
- 38:51Speaker 4: Here's the thing. In order to forget, it has to
- 38:54Speaker 4: be accidental.
- 38:56Speaker 7: I'm not forgetting, No, I'd say that's why I said,
- 38:58Speaker 7: what's your problem?
- 39:00Speaker 6: Come at me, bro So Paul. Okay, Brian signed the
- 39:06Speaker 6: head coach.
- 39:10Speaker 3: I mean the Mountain Do you see what he did
- 39:13Speaker 3: at Notre Dame Mountain West.
- 39:15Speaker 6: Yeah? Seriously, whatever he's going to man on national.
- 39:19Speaker 4: Style supports staff for the Memphis Tigers. That's my fault.
- 39:22Speaker 4: I forgot about that one.
- 39:23Speaker 6: Yeah that too.
- 39:24Speaker 4: Wow, man of many talents. Okay, that's on me.
- 39:28Speaker 6: You can't just delete history. Taylor.
- 39:33Speaker 7: The man will forever be known as former head coach
- 39:37Speaker 7: Brian Kelly. And we got him to autograph football we did. Yeah,
- 39:45Speaker 7: which one of us.
- 39:48Speaker 6: Mister Brian mh to coach Brian.
- 39:52Speaker 2: I'm gonna say something that's gonna be biased as I
- 39:54Speaker 2: say it, so I know that, and I know some
- 39:56Speaker 2: people are gonna be like, what are you talking about.
- 40:01Speaker 2: Turns out the last couple of coaches, that one last
- 40:04Speaker 2: couple of the last coach, when coach Miles was winning
- 40:10Speaker 2: all those games, it was like.
- 40:12Speaker 6: Anybody could win an l s U. Yeah, turns out
- 40:15Speaker 6: that's not so easy.
- 40:17Speaker 2: No, but you you know, and it was always like, man,
- 40:22Speaker 2: you you could put anybody in that spot.
- 40:24Speaker 6: Yeah. Kind of blend the two conversations that we were having.
- 40:28Speaker 2: Now, Coach was always going against you know, Nick Saban
- 40:32Speaker 2: and what he did, so it was always going to
- 40:34Speaker 2: be heavy lifting for him. But it is surprising he
- 40:36Speaker 2: won just as many championship. It is surprised how much
- 40:38Speaker 2: less Miles there is. I mean, there's not a lot.
- 40:41Speaker 6: There's not a lot.
- 40:42Speaker 2: There's way more than there should be in this building.
- 40:47Speaker 6: There's way more than there should be.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Like I rememberhen I first got here, being shocked by
- 40:51Speaker 2: some of the conversations. I felt like John Snow in
- 40:53Speaker 2: the Battle of the Bastards trying to defend Coach Miles
- 40:56Speaker 2: when I first moved back.
- 40:57Speaker 7: Here, like it didn't end grad but what does and
- 40:59Speaker 7: like unless the reason it ended, I get it.
- 41:03Speaker 6: But yeah, put some respect behind that man's name.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Then won a lot of games, won a championship, played
- 41:07Speaker 2: for another. And then I always hated, well he played
- 41:09Speaker 2: with coach sabns players and seven dude even went here
- 41:12Speaker 2: for three years.
- 41:14Speaker 4: What about the twenty eleven run he made.
- 41:16Speaker 6: Because he recruited like us, like I had nothing.
- 41:21Speaker 7: Yeah, maybe he should have play Jared Lee in eleven. Yeah,
- 41:24Speaker 7: maybe we get past the fifty. Yeah he got there hews,
- 41:31Speaker 7: Oh y'all less miles later, get out, get.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Out of here, all right, we'll take a break more
- 41:38Speaker 2: ot B when we come back here live from other
