Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell Was Not A Fan Of Her Time At MDCC (9/22/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: The day our article is from the Daily Mail the
0:04
Speaker 1: headline exclusive Ghislaine Maxwell has two cameras trained on her
0:09
Speaker 1: in her nine foot by six foot prison cell and
0:12
Speaker 1: has woken up every three hours in search to ensure
0:16
Speaker 1: she does not meet the same fate as Jeffrey Epstein
0:20
Speaker 1: the author of this article is Daniel Bates oh it's
0:25
Speaker 1: so rough what a rough life You have to get
0:28
Speaker 1: woken up every three hours and searched so you don't
0:30
Speaker 1: go the same as Epstein? Too bad. Too effing bad.
0:36
Speaker 1: If I was Ghislaine Maxwell, thank God I am not,
0:40
Speaker 1: but if I was her, I'd be really paranoid about
0:43
Speaker 1: the sentence that Keith Ranieri just got. And if you
0:46
Speaker 1: think that the SDNY isn't going to go for the
0:49
Speaker 1: throat the same way, I don't know. I don't know
0:53
Speaker 1: what to say if they don't. Obviously, the fix is
0:55
Speaker 1: in if they don't go for the throat. If we
0:57
Speaker 1: don't see Rico in this Jeffrey Epstein case, this Ghislaine
1:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell case here, then it's obvious that they're still being protected, right?
1:06
Speaker 1: Because if R. Kelly is getting a Rico charge and
1:09
Speaker 1: Keith Ranieri is getting a Rico charge, then surely Ghislaine
1:13
Speaker 1: Maxwell warrants one, too. Ghislaine Maxwell has two cameras trained
1:20
Speaker 1: on her inside her prison cell at all times to
1:22
Speaker 1: ensure her safety. A friend of her family has revealed
1:25
Speaker 1: to DailyMail.com. Don't you think the family would want to
1:29
Speaker 1: keep her safe after what happened to Jeffrey Epstein? I
1:31
Speaker 1: think it's kind of weird that they're flexing like this.
1:34
Speaker 1: It's a weird flex, right? Why do you care that
1:37
Speaker 1: she has some cameras on her? She's remanded to the
1:40
Speaker 1: custody of the state anyway. She has no privacy anymore.
1:45
Speaker 1: So why are you so worried that there's some cameras
1:47
Speaker 1: in there? If it was my loved one, I'd want
1:50
Speaker 1: them to be kept safe. So I'd be okay with
1:52
Speaker 1: these cameras. So something doesn't compute. The British socialite, co-conspirator,
1:59
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag, and bipedal serpent, who
2:05
Speaker 1: is accused of recruiting 14-year-old girls for Jeffrey Epstein to abuse,
2:10
Speaker 1: has one camera on the ceiling of her 9-foot-by-6-foot cell
2:13
Speaker 1: and another four feet away from her. Well, that's good,
2:17
Speaker 1: considering all of the quote-unquote camera problems we had with Epstein. Oh,
2:22
Speaker 1: we don't have that footage anymore. Oh, that's pointed to
2:25
Speaker 1: the wrong cell. Oh, that didn't capture anything. Oh, oh, oh, oh.
2:29
Speaker 1: So to avoid a situation such as that, for once,
2:33
Speaker 1: I feel like the prison department is doing the right thing,
2:36
Speaker 1: being proactive in safeguarding their charge. Imagine that, doing your job.
2:45
Speaker 1: Maxwell is being woken up every three hours in search
2:49
Speaker 1: to ensure she does not meet the same fate as Epstein,
2:52
Speaker 1: who was found dead in his cell while awaiting trial. Look, again,
2:57
Speaker 1: you're in prison. You don't have the same rights as
3:00
Speaker 1: free people. Okay, you're in jail. So your rights are
3:04
Speaker 1: severely restricted. And if waking you up every three hours
3:08
Speaker 1: is part of the routine that's happening to anyone else
3:10
Speaker 1: in your position, and I'm sure it is, well then, Ghislaine,
3:14
Speaker 1: that's the way it goes. Or as they would say,
3:17
Speaker 1: that's the way the cookie crumbles. You're just going to
3:20
Speaker 1: have to deal with it. And your mouthpiece, Mr. Basham,
3:24
Speaker 1: he's going to have to deal with it. Because in life, well,
3:28
Speaker 1: I know it's a tough lesson for someone like you
3:30
Speaker 1: to learn, but you don't always get what you want.
3:37
Speaker 1: After three months in the grim Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn...
3:41
Speaker 1: Maxwell has finally been given a bra so she can exercise. Oh, well, that's,
3:47
Speaker 1: I mean, that's just great news. I'm going to sleep
3:50
Speaker 1: a lot better tonight knowing that Ghislaine Maxwell has a
3:53
Speaker 1: bra and she can exercise now. I am really going
3:58
Speaker 1: to be able to sleep now. I was very worried
4:00
Speaker 1: about her mental state considering she didn't have a bra
4:04
Speaker 1: to exercise in in the Husqvarna. I mean, are these
4:08
Speaker 1: people absurd? She didn't have a bra. Nobody cares, nobody
4:13
Speaker 1: feels bad for her, and nobody trusts her. How about that? Previously,
4:19
Speaker 1: she was denied one because she was deemed a suicide risk,
4:22
Speaker 1: according to Brian Basham, a British PR veteran who has
4:26
Speaker 1: offered to help get Maxwell out of prison. You know,
4:28
Speaker 1: I'm starting to wonder... Was Mr. Basham hanging out with
4:31
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein on the island, perhaps, or over at Zorro Ranch,
4:35
Speaker 1: or when they were in England? Why is Mr. Basham
4:38
Speaker 1: so ready to ride to Ghislaine Maxwell's defense like the
4:42
Speaker 1: Night of Flowers? Stop it. What does she have on you, buddy?
4:48
Speaker 1: You can't actually believe that she's innocent, right? I mean,
4:52
Speaker 1: do you really believe that Ghislaine Maxwell is innocent and
4:56
Speaker 1: that all of these, when I say all of these,
4:58
Speaker 1: I mean dozens of girls just made these stories up,
5:01
Speaker 1: just whipped them up right out of thin air. None
5:04
Speaker 1: of them knew each other. They're all just whipping up
5:06
Speaker 1: the same stories right out of thin air, huh? That's
5:09
Speaker 1: exactly what occurred. That's what you would have us believe.
5:11
Speaker 1: And you would have us believe that your friend Ghislaine
5:15
Speaker 1: shouldn't be in jail as she awaits trial. Meanwhile, Keith
5:19
Speaker 1: Raniere just got 120 years. So what would make you
5:23
Speaker 1: think that the bipedal serpent is getting out of jail
5:29
Speaker 1: anytime soon? He is part of what her family have
5:34
Speaker 1: called Operation GGO, or Get Ghislaine Out. And Basham believes
5:40
Speaker 1: they will be submitting a formal application for bail soon. Um,
5:44
Speaker 1: we already had one of those hearings, Mr. Basham. Maybe
5:47
Speaker 1: you forgot. But it was a resounding no the first
5:50
Speaker 1: time around. And I don't care if you have Dog
5:53
Speaker 1: the bounty hunter holding her bond. Nobody's letting her out, okay?
5:59
Speaker 1: You want to see an uproar? You want to see
6:01
Speaker 1: people freak out? Well, let this bipedal serpent out. You
6:05
Speaker 1: want to talk about people being in jeopardy? Who knows
6:07
Speaker 1: what lengths she'll go to. She's already threatened people with
6:11
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. We know that she has a lot of
6:14
Speaker 1: money and obviously still powerful people who are backing her.
6:17
Speaker 1: So you say that we should let her out where
6:21
Speaker 1: she poses a risk to not only flee, but a
6:24
Speaker 1: risk to those that she has already abused once. Yeah,
6:27
Speaker 1: not going to do it this time around, Mr. Basham.
6:33
Speaker 1: Maxwell is charged with recruiting girls for Epstein between 1994
6:36
Speaker 1: and and 1997, and is due to stand trial next July.
6:41
Speaker 1: She denies the allegations. Yeah, well, guess what? I hope
6:45
Speaker 1: you're ready to deny more allegations, because you were active
6:49
Speaker 1: within Jeffrey Epstein's world for a lot longer than 1994
6:53
Speaker 1: through 1997, Ghislaine, and you abused a lot more people
6:57
Speaker 1: than that according to their allegations. So, get ready, because
7:02
Speaker 1: you're going to be visited by Rico. And I don't
7:05
Speaker 1: mean Uncle Rico. I'm talking about Rico. She was arrested
7:13
Speaker 1: this July at her $ 1 million home in New Hampshire,
7:16
Speaker 1: where she had been living in secret and has been
7:18
Speaker 1: locked up ever since. Speaking to DailyMail.com, Basham said that
7:23
Speaker 1: Maxwell had been singled out and her human rights were
7:26
Speaker 1: being breached because of the conditions inside the MDC. I'll
7:30
Speaker 1: tell you what, singled out? She is literally a co-boss,
7:34
Speaker 1: all right? Jeffrey Epstein's partner in crime, 50-50 partners, all right?
7:40
Speaker 1: So what do you mean, singled out? She's the one
7:42
Speaker 1: that's responsible for this. She's the one left holding the bag.
7:48
Speaker 1: And if you folks had your way, she'd go the
7:51
Speaker 1: same way as Jeffrey Epstein in this lockup, if there
7:55
Speaker 1: weren't all these extra precautions, probably. So what are you
7:58
Speaker 1: even talking about, Brian Basham? Basham said that Maxwell's family,
8:05
Speaker 1: the children of disgraced British newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell, are completely, utterly,
8:12
Speaker 1: and totally convinced that she is innocent. Oh, I'm sure
8:15
Speaker 1: they are. I'm sure they are because they just have
8:17
Speaker 1: a sterling reputation amongst the lot of them. Bunch of thieves, crooks, criminals.
8:23
Speaker 1: Give me a break already. She comes from a long
8:26
Speaker 1: line of criminals, thieves, and grifters. You think anyone's taking
8:31
Speaker 1: her or her family seriously? No, they're not. I'm sure
8:37
Speaker 1: the court is not, prosecution's not, and certainly nobody following
8:40
Speaker 1: this case is. They are lined up behind her in support,
8:45
Speaker 1: including for her multi-million dollar legal fees. Well, there you
8:48
Speaker 1: have it. We know who's paying into her legal fees now.
8:52
Speaker 1: Now the question in my mind is this. If she
8:55
Speaker 1: was a mafioso, all the money... that she is spread out,
9:00
Speaker 1: if she's given money to any of these people, all
9:02
Speaker 1: that money would be seized under RICO. All of it.
9:05
Speaker 1: Their bank accounts would be frozen, even if they weren't
9:07
Speaker 1: convicted yet. All their bank accounts would be frozen under
9:10
Speaker 1: the RICO Act, and any ill-gotten gains would be seized
9:13
Speaker 1: by the government. Did Ghislaine Maxwell send any of her
9:17
Speaker 1: family any of these ill-gotten gains? Let's see the bank receipts.
9:20
Speaker 1: This is why, once again, it needs to be a
9:24
Speaker 1: RICO case. You see the sentence that Keith Ranieri got.
9:28
Speaker 1: You see how R. Kelly is getting absolutely destroyed by
9:33
Speaker 1: the state. That's not because they have a couple of
9:36
Speaker 1: perjury charges or a couple of facilitation charges. No, no, no, no, no.
9:40
Speaker 1: It's because they are facing down literally hundreds of years
9:44
Speaker 1: of RICO charges. And that's what needs to occur in
9:47
Speaker 1: this case. Because then all of these loudmouths, all of
9:50
Speaker 1: these people on the outside looking in who are dumping
9:54
Speaker 1: money and helping Ghislaine, well, are they part of it?
9:57
Speaker 1: Did they get any money from Ghislaine or Jeffrey Epstein?
10:00
Speaker 1: at any point if so well they just might be
10:03
Speaker 1: part of this case as well Basham said Maxwell's sisters
10:10
Speaker 1: Isabel and Christine who live in the US are trying
10:12
Speaker 1: to work hard to muster up the evidence to prove
10:15
Speaker 1: her innocence muster up what evidence You already had your shot.
10:20
Speaker 1: She got her out of her one get out of
10:22
Speaker 1: jail free card when she had the non-prosecution agreement. They
10:25
Speaker 1: had her dead to rights there. She was literally caught
10:29
Speaker 1: with her hand in the cookie jar and she got off.
10:31
Speaker 1: And now you think that's going to happen again, that
10:34
Speaker 1: we're going to have a repeat performance and you're going
10:37
Speaker 1: to come in there and steamroll the prosecution and you're
10:40
Speaker 1: going to steer this the way you want it to go.
10:43
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but As much as I criticize the SDNY,
10:47
Speaker 1: at the very least, I highly doubt Alison Moe is
10:50
Speaker 1: playing that game. Their main concern are her prison conditions,
10:58
Speaker 1: which he called McCabe. Oh, nobody believes it, okay? It's
11:01
Speaker 1: the same sort of prison cells for everybody else, all right?
11:07
Speaker 1: Basham said the good thing is she now has a bra,
11:10
Speaker 1: which is quite important because she's a very fit woman.
11:13
Speaker 1: She couldn't really do any aerobic exercise before. Very important
11:17
Speaker 1: because she's a very fit woman and she... I'm tired
11:19
Speaker 1: of hearing about Ghislaine Maxwell. I'm tired of all of
11:23
Speaker 1: these people being so... so ridiculous and so narcissistic that
11:31
Speaker 1: they still think it's about them. It is not about you.
11:34
Speaker 1: It is about what you have done and those that
11:38
Speaker 1: you injured throughout your decades-long crime spree. Besides your buddy
11:43
Speaker 1: Basham over here and your Habsburg jaw-having relatives, nobody else cares,
11:49
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. If it was up to everybody else, you
11:52
Speaker 1: would get a very fast trial, you would be convicted,
11:55
Speaker 1: and then you would be forgotten about in one of
11:57
Speaker 1: the many, many federal prisons here in the United States.
12:06
Speaker 1: She is on her own floor and has a very
12:08
Speaker 1: small cell, but doesn't have a table to put her
12:10
Speaker 1: computer on. Whoop, what? Stop, hold on. So does everybody
12:13
Speaker 1: in jail have a computer? Everybody has a laptop now
12:17
Speaker 1: and they're all sitting around in chat rooms, hanging out,
12:20
Speaker 1: having a gas. What does that even mean? Why does
12:22
Speaker 1: she have a computer? She shouldn't have a computer. She
12:25
Speaker 1: should get access to the computer every now and then, right?
12:28
Speaker 1: Whatever the stipulations are in the prison that the other
12:32
Speaker 1: inmates are getting, she should get nothing more, nothing less. Okay?
12:37
Speaker 1: Equal justice under the law means exactly that. I'm told
12:43
Speaker 1: by family that she has a camera in the ceiling
12:46
Speaker 1: and another camera that is four feet away from her
12:48
Speaker 1: and they adjust it when she moves about. They were
12:51
Speaker 1: waking her up every three hours to search her and
12:54
Speaker 1: the noise outside her cell with the guards laughing and
12:56
Speaker 1: joking and yelling to each other is very disturbing. So
13:00
Speaker 1: she hasn't gotten much sleep. It is bizarre. No, the
13:03
Speaker 1: only thing bizarre is your defense of her. Okay? Do
13:07
Speaker 1: you think the girls slept on the island? How do
13:09
Speaker 1: you think the girls were sleeping at Zorro Ranch knowing
13:11
Speaker 1: what their fate was when they woke up and they
13:14
Speaker 1: had to relive the horrors all over again? Do you
13:16
Speaker 1: think that they were comfortable when you and your friends
13:19
Speaker 1: and your sick, disgusting buddies were walking by or making
13:22
Speaker 1: jokes or making lewd comments when everyone was hanging out
13:26
Speaker 1: around the dinner table? I'm sure they didn't feel too
13:29
Speaker 1: comfortable either, Ghislaine. Guess what? You're going to learn to adjust.
13:35
Speaker 1: He was able to kill himself after the guards didn't
13:37
Speaker 1: check on him all night and the camera outside his cell,
13:40
Speaker 1: there was not one inside, was not working. Just, you know,
13:44
Speaker 1: just a coincidence. Like Darth Barr says, just happened to
13:47
Speaker 1: not be working on the most high profile or one
13:50
Speaker 1: of the most high profile charges within their care. Just
13:55
Speaker 1: a big old coincidence. Epstein's death led to a raft
13:59
Speaker 1: of conspiracy theories and intense pressure on the Bureau of
14:03
Speaker 1: Prisons to ensure Maxwell stays alive. I think the bigger
14:06
Speaker 1: conspiracy theory is anyone who believes the official narrative. With
14:11
Speaker 1: all of the stuff that we know, the stuff that
14:13
Speaker 1: Bodden has said, the way that they treated the crime
14:16
Speaker 1: scene when he died, the fact that none of the
14:19
Speaker 1: cameras have worked, the fact there has been no transparency,
14:22
Speaker 1: I think that's the conspiracy theory, okay? At Manhattan's federal
14:28
Speaker 1: court in July, Judge Allison Nathan ruled that Maxwell was
14:31
Speaker 1: a flight risk because she was facing a lengthy jail term,
14:34
Speaker 1: the prosecution had a strong case, and because she had
14:37
Speaker 1: substantial financial resources. Oh, she most certainly has those. Her
14:42
Speaker 1: family has come out and said that, right? Mr. Basham,
14:45
Speaker 1: the new mouthpiece. has come out and said, well, look,
14:48
Speaker 1: we're standing behind her. We're standing beside her. We have
14:52
Speaker 1: unlimited funds, I guess, to defend her, where that comes from.
14:55
Speaker 1: Lord only knows where they got all of their millions.
14:57
Speaker 1: But I guess here we go. They're going to do
15:01
Speaker 1: their best to try and get Maxwell out. It's going
15:04
Speaker 1: to be all for naught. And I think that all
15:07
Speaker 1: the prosecutors have to do is point to Keith Ranieri
15:11
Speaker 1: to show precedent. Prosecutors had pointed toward Maxwell owning 15
15:17
Speaker 1: different bank accounts, which held balances up to more than
15:20
Speaker 1: $ 20 million as a sign of how she could easily flee. Basham, however,
15:25
Speaker 1: said that Maxwell patently isn't a flight risk because she
15:28
Speaker 1: could have left the U.S. any time after Epstein was arrested,
15:32
Speaker 1: but she didn't. Well, that sounds like the obvious thing, right? Yeah,
15:35
Speaker 1: she could have left whenever she wanted, unless she was
15:38
Speaker 1: under sealed indictment. Unless she was under a no-fly order,
15:41
Speaker 1: we don't know any of that, okay? So he can
15:44
Speaker 1: run his narrative, and I will simply counter his narrative
15:47
Speaker 1: with my speculation. Because until we know, well, we don't know.
15:52
Speaker 1: And to be honest with you, which is more likely?
15:54
Speaker 1: She decided she was going to stay and face all
15:57
Speaker 1: the charges against her, or her hand was forced and
16:00
Speaker 1: she couldn't bounce out of the country. As to why
16:06
Speaker 1: Maxwell stayed in America, he said, she has family there.
16:09
Speaker 1: It's her home. She regards herself as completely innocent, so
16:13
Speaker 1: just kept a low profile. Yeah, right. So she just
16:16
Speaker 1: chose to go to New Hampshire, huh? Had nothing to
16:18
Speaker 1: do with the location. Had nothing to do with how
16:22
Speaker 1: close it is to the Canadian border, huh? Nah, nothing
16:25
Speaker 1: at all. Basham pointed to high profile cases like Harvey Weinstein,
16:32
Speaker 1: who was accused of rape and sexual assault and was
16:34
Speaker 1: allowed out on bail. He said, if you look at
16:37
Speaker 1: Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein, you could argue they were
16:40
Speaker 1: an existent threat to women. Well, guess what? Neither of
16:43
Speaker 1: them had, uh, um, Passports for other countries, you epic moron,
16:48
Speaker 1: Brian Basham. Every time this guy opens his mouth, it
16:51
Speaker 1: sounds like his head has been abashamed. What a fool.
16:56
Speaker 1: What a moron. I hope he's making a lot of
16:58
Speaker 1: money here because your career is ruined, homie. Nobody's hiring
17:02
Speaker 1: you to be their PR guy. You're failing miserably on
17:06
Speaker 1: the world's grandest stage. You better have your LinkedIn profile updated.
17:12
Speaker 1: You better get that resume cooked up because... You're not
17:16
Speaker 1: long for the world of PR after this stint, pal.
17:21
Speaker 1: Nobody could argue Ghislaine is an existing threat to women.
17:25
Speaker 1: She patently isn't. It's a complete mystery to me as
17:28
Speaker 1: to why Ghislaine should be singled out in this way.
17:31
Speaker 1: And quite wrong, too. Well, it's a mystery to you
17:33
Speaker 1: because you're probably on some hallucinogenics. That would be my
17:37
Speaker 1: guess if you can't see the forest through the trees here.
17:41
Speaker 1: Are you for real? Dozens of underage girls have come forward, okay?
17:47
Speaker 1: It's not just these few charges. It's not just Virginia.
17:50
Speaker 1: It's not just Maria or any of the other girls.
17:53
Speaker 1: It's all of them together, okay? And the story that
17:58
Speaker 1: they have all told is the same story over and
18:01
Speaker 1: over for decades. So Brian Basham, Your bullshit narrative is
18:07
Speaker 1: not being bought. Operation Get Ghislaine Out? Well, that's going
18:11
Speaker 1: to be a failure. And I will be here to
18:13
Speaker 1: narrate every single minute of it. Maxwell's survivors, however, have
18:19
Speaker 1: called her Epstein's right-hand woman and described how she prowled
18:23
Speaker 1: the streets looking for underage girls for him to abuse.
18:27
Speaker 1: And not only right-hand woman, I think they're playing it
18:30
Speaker 1: down here in this article. The survivors themselves have described
18:37
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell as the boss, right? Look, Jeffrey Epstein was
18:41
Speaker 1: the face and Ghislaine Maxwell was behind the curtain. That's
18:44
Speaker 1: how it's been explained from people who would know. People
18:48
Speaker 1: who lived it. During a press conference announcing her charges,
18:53
Speaker 1: acting U.S. attorney Audrey Strauss said, as alleged, Maxwell enticed
18:58
Speaker 1: minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered
19:01
Speaker 1: them into a trap that she and Jeffrey Epstein had set.
19:04
Speaker 1: She pretended to be a woman they could trust. All
19:07
Speaker 1: the while, she was setting them up to be sexually
19:10
Speaker 1: abused by Epstein, and in some cases, Maxwell herself. That
19:15
Speaker 1: is so heinous, so disgusting, so disturbing. There is no
19:18
Speaker 1: gray area there. There is no way that anyone can
19:22
Speaker 1: argue the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell isn't exactly where she belongs.
19:30
Speaker 1: In a previous interview, Basham revealed that Maxwell has lost
19:33
Speaker 1: 25 pounds in weight because the prison was unable to
19:36
Speaker 1: accommodate her vegan diet. I had somebody point out to
19:39
Speaker 1: me or say that In-N-Out doesn't have vegetarian options. They do.
19:44
Speaker 1: You gotta know the secret menu, my guy. You gotta
19:47
Speaker 1: know the secret menu at In-N-Out. When she complained, the
19:53
Speaker 1: prison authorities took away the scale so she couldn't weigh
19:56
Speaker 1: herself anymore. Again, why does she have a scale in
20:00
Speaker 1: the room? Why does she have a computer in the room?
20:03
Speaker 1: None of that should be in there. If she has to,
20:05
Speaker 1: she can weigh herself once a week at the nurse's
20:08
Speaker 1: office or the infirmary or wherever the hell it is
20:11
Speaker 1: they go for a checkup. She needs a scale in
20:14
Speaker 1: her cell. Does everybody get one of those? Did El
20:18
Speaker 1: Chapo have one of those? Does Gas Pipe Casso have
20:20
Speaker 1: one of those in his cell right now? Does he
20:22
Speaker 1: have a computer that he can dick around on all day?
20:24
Speaker 1: Highly doubt it. She was forced to wear paper clothes
20:29
Speaker 1: and letters from her family have not reached her. While
20:32
Speaker 1: the guards have stopped talking to her, it's not their
20:34
Speaker 1: job to talk to you. If they were talking to you,
20:37
Speaker 1: then you'd say they were threatening you or they were
20:42
Speaker 1: harassing you in some way. But since they're not talking
20:44
Speaker 1: to you, well, they don't even talk to me. It's
20:47
Speaker 1: either way. With people like Elaine Maxwell, you're damned if
20:50
Speaker 1: you do and you're damned if you don't. So the
20:52
Speaker 1: best medicine is to ignore her. She has plenty of
20:55
Speaker 1: access to her lawyers. Maxwell suffered fresh humiliation last week
21:01
Speaker 1: when a 460-page deposition she gave in a defamation case
21:05
Speaker 1: brought by Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts was made public. The
21:09
Speaker 1: transcript showed Maxwell apologizing for smashing her fist on the
21:12
Speaker 1: table in frustration as she was interrogated about her sex life. So, look,
21:22
Speaker 1: this whole entire Ghislaine Maxwell story about her getting out
21:25
Speaker 1: of jail and this Basham guy... And the PR run
21:29
Speaker 1: they're on here to try and build some sympathy for
21:33
Speaker 1: this woman is running smack dab into a brick wall
21:38
Speaker 1: and coming to a complete halt. It's not picking up
21:42
Speaker 1: any steam. It's not picking up any traction. And nobody
21:47
Speaker 1: wants this lady out of jail besides Brian Basham and
21:51
Speaker 1: her family. So I think the good news is I
21:54
Speaker 1: don't think any of us have to worry. I think
21:57
Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell stays in jail until her trial, and then
22:02
Speaker 1: after she's convicted, well, that's where she'll be, in my opinion,
22:07
Speaker 1: for the rest of her life. If you'd like to
22:10
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.
22:14
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
22:21
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the links that
22:27
Speaker 1: go with this episode can be found in the description box.
22:32
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
22:36
Speaker 1: So Ghislaine Maxwell was pulled out of general population and
22:41
Speaker 1: she was placed on suicide watch as the sentencing approaches. Now,
22:47
Speaker 1: according to her lawyer, Bobby Sternum, who filed a brief
22:50
Speaker 1: with the court, She says that Maxwell is not suicidal
22:54
Speaker 1: and there was no reason for her to be put
22:56
Speaker 1: on suicide watch. But my guess is they're just trying
23:01
Speaker 1: to play it safe. Knowing that she is going to
23:04
Speaker 1: get sentenced in a couple of days, knowing that the
23:07
Speaker 1: sentencing is probably going to be harsh, they're probably, in
23:11
Speaker 1: my opinion, just getting prepared for all of that and
23:15
Speaker 1: pulling her out of GP now so that they can
23:19
Speaker 1: keep a better eye on her. I mean, look, when
23:22
Speaker 1: you're facing the kind of sentence Ghislaine Maxwell is facing
23:27
Speaker 1: and you're somebody of great means and great power who
23:32
Speaker 1: is not used to having other people even tell you
23:34
Speaker 1: what to do in the smallest way. Now you're in
23:37
Speaker 1: prison and you're looking at prison for the rest of
23:39
Speaker 1: your life. That can certainly screw up the psyche of anybody.
23:44
Speaker 1: So my guess is the prison officials are trying to
23:47
Speaker 1: play it safe here and they're trying to get ahead
23:51
Speaker 1: of the game, if you will. But Maxwell? At a
23:56
Speaker 1: GP now, folks, and on suicide watch, and of course
23:59
Speaker 1: her lawyers are not happy about any of it. Today
24:03
Speaker 1: we have an article from CNN, and the headline, Ghislaine
24:07
Speaker 1: Maxwell is on suicide watch, but isn't suicidal, and may
24:11
Speaker 1: need to postpone sentencing, lawyer says. Now, I think that's crazy.
24:17
Speaker 1: What do you mean she needs to postpone What do
24:20
Speaker 1: you even have to get prepared for when it comes
24:22
Speaker 1: to sentencing? You're coming in, you're going to sit there,
24:26
Speaker 1: and the judge is going to sentence you. What does
24:28
Speaker 1: that even mean, she's not prepared? This article was authored
24:33
Speaker 1: by Sonia Mogi? Mof? Mogi? Whatever. Glenn Maxwell has been
24:40
Speaker 1: placed on suicide watch, even though she is not suicidal,
24:44
Speaker 1: and may need to postpone her sentencing according to a
24:47
Speaker 1: letter filed on Saturday. by her attorney. Maxwell, 60, is
24:51
Speaker 1: set to be sentenced on Tuesday in Manhattan federal court
24:55
Speaker 1: after being found guilty of sex trafficking, a minor and
24:58
Speaker 1: other charges related to a spiraling conspiracy to abuse young
25:03
Speaker 1: girls with the wealthy financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. She is
25:08
Speaker 1: currently being held at a federal detention facility in Brooklyn.
25:14
Speaker 1: So I have no idea what they're even thinking about
25:17
Speaker 1: when they're talking about how this should be postponed. That's
25:20
Speaker 1: just crazy talk. There's nothing that would necessitate a postponement
25:25
Speaker 1: of a sentencing. Now, maybe if this was like a
25:28
Speaker 1: hearing or a trial she was trying to get prepared for,
25:31
Speaker 1: that's a whole different ballgame, right? But when we're talking
25:34
Speaker 1: about just a sentencing, I don't even understand what her
25:38
Speaker 1: team is trying to say or do here. Attorney Bobby
25:42
Speaker 1: Sternum said in a letter, Maxwell was abruptly removed from
25:46
Speaker 1: general population, sent to solitary confinement, and placed on suicide
25:50
Speaker 1: watch on Friday without a psychological evaluation and without justification. Now,
25:56
Speaker 1: I'm sure that a psychological evaluation is probably the right
26:00
Speaker 1: way to go about it, but if they're concerned that
26:03
Speaker 1: she might try and hurt herself or inflict self-harm upon herself,
26:07
Speaker 1: then they have to get ahead of it, right? Or
26:10
Speaker 1: they're going to be dealing with another situation like with Epstein.
26:12
Speaker 1: And who wants to deal with that? I'm sure the
26:15
Speaker 1: people running this facility, they have enough problems with how
26:18
Speaker 1: much of a shithole the jail is. The last thing
26:21
Speaker 1: they want to do is have somebody like Maxwell die
26:24
Speaker 1: on their watch, right? So, my guess is the warden
26:29
Speaker 1: and the facility decided to be proactive here and move
26:34
Speaker 1: her ahead of this so that they can stave off
26:39
Speaker 1: Any issues, perhaps. I met with Ms. Maxwell today, Sternum
26:45
Speaker 1: said in the letter. She is not suicidal. Well, that's
26:48
Speaker 1: the same thing that Doug Schoen said about Jeffrey Epstein, right?
26:53
Speaker 1: And then what happened? Either he was killed, he was,
26:55
Speaker 1: you know, he's killed himself, whatever. Either way, he ended
26:59
Speaker 1: up dead, right? So they're trying to avoid that for
27:04
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. CNN has reached out to the Bureau of
27:09
Speaker 1: Prisons for comment on why Maxwell was placed on suicide watch.
27:13
Speaker 1: It is unclear if Maxwell was placed on suicide watch
27:16
Speaker 1: because of her link with Epstein. That would make sense, right?
27:20
Speaker 1: Considering what we saw with Epstein and considering, you know,
27:25
Speaker 1: the way that all went down, you would think that
27:28
Speaker 1: they're going to be a bit more cautious here and
27:31
Speaker 1: not be... willy-nilly with the way they're keeping Ghislaine Maxwell
27:37
Speaker 1: locked up as she's waiting for this brutal-ass sentence, right?
27:41
Speaker 1: Sternum said a psychologist evaluated Maxwell on Saturday morning and
27:46
Speaker 1: determined she is not suicidal. The attorney argues Maxwell is
27:50
Speaker 1: unable to properly prepare for sentencing. A spokesman for the U.S.
27:54
Speaker 1: Attorney's Office for the U.S. District of New York declined
27:58
Speaker 1: to comment. So... They're saying that she doesn't have the
28:02
Speaker 1: proper amount of time or she can't prepare correctly while
28:05
Speaker 1: she's in solitary confinement or on suicide watch. And the
28:09
Speaker 1: question really is, what does that even mean? What does
28:12
Speaker 1: she have to prepare for? I mean, she's already been convicted.
28:18
Speaker 1: All the judge is doing is grounding her now, basically, right?
28:21
Speaker 1: You're past the point where you're going to negotiate with
28:24
Speaker 1: your parents. You're not sitting around asking for a more
28:27
Speaker 1: lenient sentence here. You're going to prison. The question is,
28:32
Speaker 1: how long are you going for? So studying the notes
28:36
Speaker 1: and studying transcripts and all of that, I don't know
28:39
Speaker 1: what good that'll do her. If Ms. Maxwell remains on
28:44
Speaker 1: Suicide Watch... is prohibited from reviewing legal materials prior to sentencing,
28:50
Speaker 1: becomes sleep deprived, and is denied sufficient time to meet
28:53
Speaker 1: with and confer with counsel, we will be formally moving
28:57
Speaker 1: on Monday for an adjournment, Sternum said. Well, you can
29:00
Speaker 1: move for all you want. My hope is that the
29:03
Speaker 1: court and the prosecutors will tell you to get stuffed.
29:08
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to have an adjournment. Nobody needs a pause
29:12
Speaker 1: in this. Can we get moving with life, please? And
29:14
Speaker 1: more importantly, can the survivors get moving with life, please?
29:22
Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors asked a judge in a court filing on
29:25
Speaker 1: Wednesday to sentence Maxwell to 30 to 55 years in prison,
29:29
Speaker 1: arguing she made the choice to sexually exploit numerous underage girls.
29:33
Speaker 1: And that's what a lot of people seem to forget.
29:35
Speaker 1: She made these choices. She's the one who decided to
29:38
Speaker 1: go and hang out with Epstein, to molest these girls
29:41
Speaker 1: with Epstein, to traffic these girls to Epstein. So she
29:46
Speaker 1: made this choice. I love when people are like, oh, well,
29:49
Speaker 1: you know, she's being taken down and used as a scapegoat. No,
29:53
Speaker 1: she's being punished for her own part in this. Now,
29:57
Speaker 1: if you want to talk about other people who have
29:59
Speaker 1: a part who have not been punished, that is certainly
30:02
Speaker 1: a valid conversation. But don't try and lessen the impact
30:06
Speaker 1: that Maxwell had on the operation by trying to say, well,
30:11
Speaker 1: she's just taken the fall now. No, she's not getting
30:14
Speaker 1: enough as far as I'm concerned when it comes to punishment.
30:21
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyers last week asked a judge to sentence her
30:24
Speaker 1: to between 4.25 and 5.25 years in prison, saying her
30:29
Speaker 1: difficult childhood made her vulnerable to Epstein, and she could
30:33
Speaker 1: not face a harsh sentence because of his actions. I mean, wow.
30:38
Speaker 1: Not to beat a dead horse here, but how many
30:40
Speaker 1: people in prison or jail had a lot worse of
30:43
Speaker 1: an upbringing than Ghislaine Maxwell, had a lot worse shake
30:46
Speaker 1: of it? And it's because her dad... was mean to her,
30:50
Speaker 1: that's the reason she went out and molested kids? Sorry,
30:53
Speaker 1: that's not a valid defense. Epstein, who pleaded guilty in
30:59
Speaker 1: 2008 to state prostitution charges, was indicted on federal sex
31:04
Speaker 1: trafficking charges on July 2019, but died by suicide in
31:09
Speaker 1: a Manhattan federal detention facility a month later, allegedly. The
31:14
Speaker 1: facility has since been closed down, possibly temporarily, to address issues. Maxwell,
31:20
Speaker 1: his confidant and former girlfriend, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow
31:24
Speaker 1: child abuser, and bipedal serpent, was arrested a year afterward
31:29
Speaker 1: and has been in jail since. Prosecutors say Maxwell helped
31:33
Speaker 1: Epstein set up a scheme to lure young girls into
31:35
Speaker 1: sexual relationships between 1994 and 2004. And we all know
31:41
Speaker 1: it was much more than that. She was also training
31:43
Speaker 1: the Corps 4. She was, you know, grooming Epstein. Sarah
31:48
Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers to take over as far as setting up
31:51
Speaker 1: the massage appointments, you know, getting the girls ready for massages.
31:57
Speaker 1: You know, Maxwell had a big part to play in this,
31:59
Speaker 1: and it wasn't just some shrinking violet who was along
32:02
Speaker 1: for the ride. She was found guilty of five federal
32:08
Speaker 1: charges in December, including sex trafficking of a minor, transporting
32:12
Speaker 1: a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity,
32:15
Speaker 1: and and three related counts of conspiracy. However, she will
32:19
Speaker 1: only be sentenced on three counts after the judge presiding
32:23
Speaker 1: over her case agreed two of the conspiracy counts she
32:27
Speaker 1: faced were repetitive. And that was a great idea, huh?
32:31
Speaker 1: I don't care if they're as repetitive as the day
32:34
Speaker 1: is long. Whatever the counts she's charged with, she should
32:37
Speaker 1: be hit with the time for those counts and have
32:40
Speaker 1: to go to jail for it. Just like anybody else.
32:45
Speaker 1: The whole entire ask of four and a half to
32:48
Speaker 1: five years is one of the most ludicrous things I
32:51
Speaker 1: have ever seen in my whole entire life. And folks,
32:55
Speaker 1: we all know the world is full of ludicrous things.
32:59
Speaker 1: This lady trying to get off soft like this, what
33:02
Speaker 1: does she think she has? A marijuana possession charge? I mean, really?
33:07
Speaker 1: You're going to try and come out here and get
33:09
Speaker 1: less time than someone who gets busted for, say, illegal gambling?
33:15
Speaker 1: or somebody who is, you know, engaging in some kind
33:19
Speaker 1: of criminal malfeasance, financial malfeasance, you're going to get less
33:24
Speaker 1: time than them, huh? Please somebody make that make sense,
33:28
Speaker 1: because it does not. Ghislaine Maxwell deserves the max sentence here,
33:32
Speaker 1: and let's hope afterwards she gets hit with a max
33:34
Speaker 1: sentence on that perjury charge as well. All right, folks,
33:39
Speaker 1: that's going to do it. If you'd like to contact me,
33:41
Speaker 1: you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
33:49
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at
33:53
Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed can be
34:00
Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, folks, I'll be
34:03
Speaker 1: back later on. Hope all of you are having a
34:05
Speaker 1: good day. the ongoing Ghislaine Maxwell saga as she tries
34:11
Speaker 1: and maneuvers herself into a position where she has the
34:17
Speaker 1: narrative set that she is being so mistreated in jail,
34:21
Speaker 1: that she is being treated so poorly in jail. And
34:25
Speaker 1: with the COVID outbreak on top of that, how can't
34:29
Speaker 1: you give her bail? Well, we know that the prosecutors
34:34
Speaker 1: sent a letter to the court and explained the treatment
34:39
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell and pretty much slapped down the assertions
34:43
Speaker 1: made by her and her legal team. Well, of course,
34:50
Speaker 1: that wasn't going to be where it ends. Ghislaine Maxwell
34:53
Speaker 1: and her legal team have filed a brief now with
34:56
Speaker 1: the court and they're disputing what the federal government is saying.
35:04
Speaker 1: They're disputing what the Bureau of Prisons is saying. And
35:09
Speaker 1: of course, we knew this was coming, right? Again, Ghislaine
35:14
Speaker 1: Maxwell and her legal team, they're not going to just
35:17
Speaker 1: sit on their hands. They're not just going to take
35:20
Speaker 1: it laying down and say, sure, put me in prison
35:22
Speaker 1: for the rest of my life. They're going to use
35:27
Speaker 1: whatever is necessary to try and get this vile woman
35:34
Speaker 1: this new bail hearing, and then get her out of
35:37
Speaker 1: jail while she awaits trial. That is their goal. And
35:41
Speaker 1: they will use whatever loophole, whatever technicality, whatever they possibly
35:46
Speaker 1: can to try and achieve this goal. Now, so far,
35:53
Speaker 1: the judge has not really been too receptive to Ghislaine
35:57
Speaker 1: Maxwell and her strategies. Their legal team, Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team,
36:06
Speaker 1: has taken loss after loss in multiple courtrooms as they
36:12
Speaker 1: try and navigate their way through this very dangerous obstacle
36:18
Speaker 1: course that is Ghislaine Maxwell and the truth. See, it's
36:24
Speaker 1: difficult to defend a client when you know that that
36:28
Speaker 1: client is not innocent. And you see that whole entire
36:32
Speaker 1: strategy form before your eyes as they continue to try
36:37
Speaker 1: and find those technicalities, right? This is never going to
36:40
Speaker 1: be a case where her lawyers are like, oh yeah,
36:44
Speaker 1: she's innocent. She didn't do any of this stuff. That's
36:47
Speaker 1: not what they're looking for. They're looking for some sort
36:49
Speaker 1: of technicality, some sort of loophole, some sort of narrative
36:54
Speaker 1: that they can run with like this one. Oh, the judge,
36:58
Speaker 1: she's being treated so badly. She's not getting treated like
37:00
Speaker 1: the rest of the inmates. And she's getting a flashlight
37:03
Speaker 1: shined in her face every five minutes. And they try
37:07
Speaker 1: and build that narrative. And they wrap it up with
37:11
Speaker 1: the COVID pandemic. And then that becomes their talking point, right? Oh,
37:21
Speaker 1: she should be let out. Her conditions are terrible in
37:23
Speaker 1: jail as it is. And then you add this COVID
37:26
Speaker 1: on top of it. You have to let her out.
37:31
Speaker 1: And that is the position that her legal team has
37:35
Speaker 1: right now. And they're going to do everything that they
37:38
Speaker 1: can to try and push that narrative and to get
37:41
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan to sign off on it. So... They fired
37:47
Speaker 1: off their brief in response to the brief that was
37:51
Speaker 1: sent over by the prosecutors. And that is what we're
37:54
Speaker 1: going to talk about this morning. So this article is
37:58
Speaker 1: from the New York Post. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell losing her
38:02
Speaker 1: hair from onerous imprisonment, lawyers say. This article was authored
38:09
Speaker 1: by Rebecca Rosenberg. So the jail conditions are what's causing
38:15
Speaker 1: her to lose her hair, huh? Mmm, I doubt it.
38:18
Speaker 1: Maybe the stress brought on by being in jail can
38:21
Speaker 1: make you lose some of your hair. But just being
38:24
Speaker 1: in jail, all of a sudden you go bald? All
38:26
Speaker 1: of a sudden you lose those locks? And now you're
38:29
Speaker 1: rocking a Telly Savalas balded head? What does that even mean?
38:35
Speaker 1: The conditions in jail are making her lose her hair.
38:39
Speaker 1: How about the fact that she's stressing constantly about never
38:43
Speaker 1: seeing the light of day again? That's making her lose
38:46
Speaker 1: her hair, probably. I mean, look, I don't work at
38:49
Speaker 1: the Bosley Hair Club for men or anything like that,
38:51
Speaker 1: but you know. Conditions in jail are so tough for
38:56
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell. The accused pedophile procurer, co-conspirator, fellow scumbag, general
39:04
Speaker 1: all-around scumbag, and bipedal serpent, is losing her hair and
39:09
Speaker 1: is wasting away to skin and bone, her lawyers complained
39:13
Speaker 1: in a new court filing, and now... Remember, this comes
39:16
Speaker 1: on the tail end of the prosecutors sending their brief
39:21
Speaker 1: over and denying all of this already. Because these assertions
39:26
Speaker 1: were made by her legal team previously, remember. and they've
39:30
Speaker 1: been talking about how bad her conditions are in jail
39:33
Speaker 1: how terrible things are for Ghislaine Maxwell in jail for
39:38
Speaker 1: pretty much the whole entire duration of her stay so
39:41
Speaker 1: far and certainly since Bobby Sternheim has joined the team
39:46
Speaker 1: that has been one of the uh Constant talking points
39:51
Speaker 1: for Bobbi Sternheim since she's joined Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team
39:55
Speaker 1: and she has been laser focused on trying to leverage
40:01
Speaker 1: some of these technicalities into a get out of jail
40:04
Speaker 1: free card for Ghislaine Maxwell. While her weight may currently
40:09
Speaker 1: be fairly consistent, she had lost over 15 pounds and
40:13
Speaker 1: she is sustaining hair loss, wrote attorney Bobbi Sternheim. In
40:17
Speaker 1: the letter to U.S. District Judge Allison Nathan, who is
40:20
Speaker 1: overseeing Maxwell's sex trafficking case. Again, stress can cause all
40:25
Speaker 1: of that, right? Anxiety, stress, lose weight, stop eating, withdraw.
40:32
Speaker 1: All of that stuff can occur. And is she under
40:36
Speaker 1: a lot of stress? Hell yeah. Is she experiencing a
40:38
Speaker 1: ton of anxiety? Probably. So again, I don't think it's
40:44
Speaker 1: the actual prison case. stay that is causing her to
40:49
Speaker 1: have any sort of issue lose some hair maybe or
40:52
Speaker 1: lose a couple of pounds pretty sure that has to
40:55
Speaker 1: do with the stress of being in prison the filing
41:01
Speaker 1: was in response to a letter the federal bureau bureau
41:05
Speaker 1: of prison sent the judge insisting that maxwell is well
41:09
Speaker 1: cared for and has maintained a healthy 134 pound weight
41:14
Speaker 1: while at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Now, we
41:22
Speaker 1: know that according to Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team, she's saying
41:28
Speaker 1: that Ghislaine lost 15 pounds. But according to the brief
41:32
Speaker 1: filed by the Department of Prisons, they said she was
41:37
Speaker 1: fluctuating between a couple of pounds, give or take. So
41:41
Speaker 1: like usual, there's three sides to the story. Her side,
41:47
Speaker 1: the government's side, and then the truth. Because the government's
41:52
Speaker 1: smarmy too, folks. Believe it, right? So I take everything
41:55
Speaker 1: they say to me with a grain of salt as well.
41:58
Speaker 1: But it's obvious what Ghislaine Maxwell is up to here.
42:03
Speaker 1: She's definitely trying to leverage this. Her lawyers are trying
42:07
Speaker 1: to leverage this. And they're going to use any tools.
42:13
Speaker 1: that they find in their toolbox that they think can
42:16
Speaker 1: get the job done, even if it's not the proper tool, right?
42:20
Speaker 1: Sometimes you got to use the back end of the
42:23
Speaker 1: measuring tape to hammer in the nail. And that's what
42:28
Speaker 1: these people are doing right now. They're scrambling, looking for
42:31
Speaker 1: any avenue, any foothold that they can dig their feet into.
42:38
Speaker 1: And build a proper strategy to try and get her
42:40
Speaker 1: off the hook. Because again. They'll never ever ever ever ever.
42:44
Speaker 1: Be able to win in a trial in my opinion.
42:49
Speaker 1: A jury. Of her peers. Is going to hear the evidence.
42:54
Speaker 1: Laid out before her. And it is going to be.
42:59
Speaker 1: A real rough go. For her lawyers to try and
43:02
Speaker 1: get this lady. Off the hook. Especially considering. just the
43:08
Speaker 1: circumstantial evidence that's available to us and imagine if they
43:13
Speaker 1: go and get all of these girls the ones from
43:16
Speaker 1: palm beach all the little the little high school girls
43:19
Speaker 1: all the girls that were abused after and they come
43:22
Speaker 1: in and they testify against Ghislaine Maxwell one after one
43:26
Speaker 1: and you just have a line and a line a
43:31
Speaker 1: line of girls that are testifying against Ghislaine Maxwell How
43:36
Speaker 1: was her defense team supposed to counteract that? Well my
43:41
Speaker 1: client says she didn't do it. So that's the end
43:43
Speaker 1: of that. Let's wrap this trial up. She's looking at
43:49
Speaker 1: big time trouble. And if they really go after this
43:53
Speaker 1: case the way they should. And they continue to prosecute
43:56
Speaker 1: this case. In an aggressive manner. Then the only hope
44:01
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell has. In my opinion. is one of these
44:05
Speaker 1: technicalities or one of these loopholes. Maxwell's lawyers have frequently
44:11
Speaker 1: complained about the terrible terms of her confinement, including frequent
44:16
Speaker 1: strip searches, being awoken every 15 minutes by a flashlight
44:20
Speaker 1: at night to ensure she's still alive, and countless meals
44:24
Speaker 1: consisting of no more than bread and butter. Oh, I
44:28
Speaker 1: don't buy that. I certainly don't buy that. Just bread
44:31
Speaker 1: and butter? What is this, 1956 at Leavenworth? Give me
44:37
Speaker 1: a break, bread and butter. Maybe that's all she's chosen
44:43
Speaker 1: to eat off of her fantastic spread of bologna, corn,
44:48
Speaker 1: 18-day-old cornbread, and then some bread and butter. Maybe she
44:55
Speaker 1: chose just to eat the bread and butter, but I'm
44:57
Speaker 1: sure she was provided with a full meal. Like every
45:00
Speaker 1: other inmate. Three hots and a cot. That's the deal.
45:05
Speaker 1: When you go and have a stay. Courtesy of the
45:09
Speaker 1: federal government. Sternheim wrote that while her meal plan may
45:14
Speaker 1: be in compliance with the BOP policy now. It was
45:18
Speaker 1: not for the first six weeks of her incarceration. Oh
45:22
Speaker 1: I'm sure. I'm sure that she was just being starved.
45:25
Speaker 1: They weren't giving her any food whatsoever. They were like, starve, Ghislaine.
45:30
Speaker 1: You're not having any food. That's what they would have
45:35
Speaker 1: you believe. That the prison guards would come by and
45:40
Speaker 1: it was like Shawshank Redemption. They'd beat her. They'd pull
45:44
Speaker 1: her out of the cell. They'd strip search her in
45:46
Speaker 1: a violent manner. And then once she starts calming down
45:49
Speaker 1: and she starts falling asleep, they point a flashlight in
45:54
Speaker 1: her eyes. Give me a break, okay? She gets a
46:00
Speaker 1: flashlight pointed in her cell like every other convict. She
46:08
Speaker 1: has been kept in isolation and been denied access to
46:12
Speaker 1: education and leisure programs, movies, religious services, and other opportunities
46:18
Speaker 1: the letter states. Wait a minute. All of a sudden
46:21
Speaker 1: she's religious? She's found God now? She's going to go
46:25
Speaker 1: and do a little bit of a hallelujah? And as
46:33
Speaker 1: far as education, the Oxford-educated Ghislaine Maxwell is going to
46:40
Speaker 1: take a few community college courses while she's in the Huskow, huh?
46:45
Speaker 1: All right. Okay. I guess maybe if there's a course
46:50
Speaker 1: on morality, maybe she should take that because she obviously
46:53
Speaker 1: skipped that course at Oxford. And leisure programs? What does
46:59
Speaker 1: that even mean? What, is she going to be out
47:02
Speaker 1: on the yard with the other girls making friendship bracelets?
47:08
Speaker 1: Her lawyers really think you're stupid. They really think you're dumb.
47:12
Speaker 1: And they think you're going to believe this nonsensical narrative
47:15
Speaker 1: that they're trying to pitch. But they're wrong. Leisure time, huh?
47:22
Speaker 1: Leisure time is for people who didn't abuse children, Ghislaine.
47:28
Speaker 1: It's obvious that Ms. Maxwell is bearing the brunt of
47:32
Speaker 1: BOP incompetence, Sternheim wrote. No, she's bearing the brunt of
47:37
Speaker 1: her own incompetence, her own disgusting deeds, and her own
47:42
Speaker 1: vile way of life. The Department of Corrections and the
47:50
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons? Well, that's just part of your new journey, Ghislaine.
47:57
Speaker 1: Get used to it, okay? Get very, very, very used
48:00
Speaker 1: to it. Because while the Department of Prisons, the Bureau
48:07
Speaker 1: of Prisons might be incompetent, if anyone has ever deserved
48:13
Speaker 1: to be in custody, it most certainly is this bipedal serpent,
48:20
Speaker 1: in my opinion. She said the MD, she said the
48:26
Speaker 1: MDC has imposed extraordinarily onerous conditions of constraint on Ms.
48:31
Speaker 1: Maxwell to avoid the catastrophic consequences of negligence occurring at
48:36
Speaker 1: the MCC that resulted in the death of Jeffrey Epstein. Well,
48:41
Speaker 1: shouldn't you be happy about that if you're the lawyer? What,
48:44
Speaker 1: you want her to get killed? Does that benefit you
48:47
Speaker 1: or something, Ms. Sternheim? She kills herself or something happens
48:50
Speaker 1: to her. What then? No more gaudy checks rolling in
48:54
Speaker 1: for you. So what is it that you propose? Do
48:57
Speaker 1: you propose that she leaves isolation and she's put on
49:00
Speaker 1: the main line? Do you propose that she is given
49:06
Speaker 1: a whole wing of the jail to come and go
49:09
Speaker 1: as she pleases? What is it exactly that you propose? Oh,
49:13
Speaker 1: we know. Has nothing to do with any of this.
49:17
Speaker 1: It's all about trying to get her out. That. is
49:20
Speaker 1: what you're setting up miss sternheim it is so transparent
49:27
Speaker 1: what these people are up to maxwell's alleged co-conspirator fellow
49:33
Speaker 1: child abuser general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent as well
49:39
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself at the BOP's Metropolitan Correctional Center
49:44
Speaker 1: in Manhattan last year while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Uh,
49:51
Speaker 1: hanged himself, huh? You mean allegedly hanged himself? I'm sure
49:56
Speaker 1: him and Nicholas Tartaglione were discussing, you know, chicken-colored parmesan
50:01
Speaker 1: recipes and how Jeffrey Epstein could, you know, make a
50:05
Speaker 1: proper Sunday sauce. Sternheim demanded that the warden be called
50:12
Speaker 1: before the court to debrief the judge directly on the conditions. Well, look,
50:17
Speaker 1: to be honest with you, I don't think it's a
50:18
Speaker 1: bad idea if the warden gets called before a judge
50:23
Speaker 1: at some point anyway for this facility to make sure
50:26
Speaker 1: the whole facility is being managed correctly. Not about what
50:34
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is up to. You really think the warden
50:37
Speaker 1: has time for that? As if there isn't, you know,
50:40
Speaker 1: X amount of other prisoners that have to be facilitated
50:44
Speaker 1: and maintained and watched over. So the warden should come
50:48
Speaker 1: down and have a chat about Ghislaine Maxwell. What makes
50:51
Speaker 1: her so effing special? The back and forth over Maxwell's
50:57
Speaker 1: confinement comes as her attorneys have renewed her bid for bail.
51:02
Speaker 1: That right there tells you everything you need to know.
51:04
Speaker 1: That one little portion of this article. The back and
51:10
Speaker 1: forth over Maxwell's confinement comes as her attorneys have renewed
51:15
Speaker 1: her bid for bail. That's what this is all about, folks.
51:19
Speaker 1: That's all that this is about. They know that Maxwell's
51:25
Speaker 1: being treated like anybody else would be treated in there.
51:27
Speaker 1: They know that. But they're going to try and spin it.
51:30
Speaker 1: They're going to try and dress up the facts. And
51:32
Speaker 1: they're going to try and sell it to you as
51:35
Speaker 1: if she is being treated like she is in a
51:38
Speaker 1: Soviet gulag. After her arrest in July on charges she
51:45
Speaker 1: recruited girls and women to be sexually abused by her
51:48
Speaker 1: and Epstein, Nathan denied her bid for a lease on
51:51
Speaker 1: a $ 5 million bond. $ 5 million? That was a weak
51:55
Speaker 1: proposal anyway, by the way. How are you going to
51:58
Speaker 1: come with a weak-ass, sorry-ass $ 5 million proposal for bail
52:03
Speaker 1: when Epstein was talking about $ 100 million? Because, I'll tell you,
52:10
Speaker 1: in my opinion, Ghislaine Maxwell was just as bad as
52:13
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. She wasn't some shrinking violet. She wasn't somebody
52:19
Speaker 1: who was just getting orders and doing a yes-man routine.
52:26
Speaker 1: She was hatching these plots. She was making sure that
52:29
Speaker 1: they went into motion. And the lieutenants below her, the
52:32
Speaker 1: Corps 4, well, they were there to make sure that
52:38
Speaker 1: Ghislaine and Jeffrey's orders were followed to a T. In
52:46
Speaker 1: a November 25th letter to the judge, unsealed Monday, Maxwell's lawyer,
52:50
Speaker 1: Mark Cohen, asked that the bail application be filed under
52:55
Speaker 1: seal 2. to protect her friends and family who plan
52:58
Speaker 1: to co-sign the bond. Zero chance that's occurring. This will
53:02
Speaker 1: all be a public spectacle. This is something that the
53:05
Speaker 1: public has an interest in. And the days of hiding
53:09
Speaker 1: in the shadows for these people are over. If you're
53:14
Speaker 1: going to sign the bond to try and get Ghislaine
53:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell out and you're going to co-sign her, then that's
53:19
Speaker 1: probably going to come with some scrutiny from the media, right?
53:22
Speaker 1: You would think. Now, should anybody be sending death threats
53:27
Speaker 1: to anybody or threatening anybody? Hell no. Hell no. That's
53:32
Speaker 1: lunatic behavior. But as far as talking about people who
53:42
Speaker 1: co-sign these bonds or people that are involved in trying
53:45
Speaker 1: to spring her, hell yeah, that's going to be discussed.
53:48
Speaker 1: It's an important part of the story. It adds context, right?
53:52
Speaker 1: All of the people that are around her, all of
53:54
Speaker 1: the people that are working with her and for her
53:56
Speaker 1: to try and get her out, they're all parts of
53:58
Speaker 1: this story. And the second that you put your name
54:01
Speaker 1: down on a legal document like this, you inject yourself
54:05
Speaker 1: into that story. And people are going to have some questions.
54:12
Speaker 1: They are legitimately afraid that if their identities become public,
54:16
Speaker 1: they will be subjected to the same relentless media scrutiny
54:20
Speaker 1: and threats that Ms. Maxwell has experienced, Cohen wrote. Again,
54:24
Speaker 1: anybody out there threatening anybody else is an absolute moron.
54:32
Speaker 1: The idea is to air these people out and put
54:36
Speaker 1: pressure on prosecution to bring them to justice. And furthermore,
54:47
Speaker 1: have people around Maxwell received some shitty emails probably? Yeah, probably.
54:51
Speaker 1: That's just the nature of the beast, right? But unfortunately
54:57
Speaker 1: for them, they're defending a very vile person. And there's
55:04
Speaker 1: going to be a lot of people with a lot
55:06
Speaker 1: of questions. So while I'll never condone any sort of abusive,
55:12
Speaker 1: bullying behavior... Or threatening people. That's a bunch of bullshit.
55:18
Speaker 1: I do support hard questions. And guess what? Those hard
55:22
Speaker 1: questions don't have to be framed nicely. These people for
55:28
Speaker 1: way too long. Have gone off with softball questions. If
55:33
Speaker 1: questions were even ever asked. And now things get ramped
55:37
Speaker 1: up a little bit. And some hard questions come in
55:40
Speaker 1: from a few different... Different areas, different people. And all
55:46
Speaker 1: of a sudden it's, oh, we're being harassed. Oh, we're
55:48
Speaker 1: being threatened. And I don't buy it. Just more fodder
55:54
Speaker 1: for the narrative. More fodder for their narrative. And it
55:59
Speaker 1: goes to help bolster their argument that Ghislaine Maxwell should
56:05
Speaker 1: be out of jail waiting for bail. At least in
56:08
Speaker 1: their mind. The filing included examples of several death threats
56:13
Speaker 1: against Maxwell posted to social media. The judge has agreed
56:17
Speaker 1: to redact the names of friends and family in court papers,
56:20
Speaker 1: but not to seal the entire filing. So, I'm pretty
56:26
Speaker 1: sure anybody who has ever had any sort of publicity
56:34
Speaker 1: has received death threats on social media. Have you folks
56:37
Speaker 1: taken a look At Twitter lately... And the unhinged behavior...
56:41
Speaker 1: You see on there on a regular basis... So I'm sure...
56:47
Speaker 1: There's been some wild ass people... Posting some wild ass shit...
56:50
Speaker 1: On social media... But they'll blow that up into... Like...
56:54
Speaker 1: There's a... Faction of ninja assassins... On the trail... Looking
56:59
Speaker 1: to get Ghislaine Maxwell... And her family... When that's not
57:03
Speaker 1: the case... People have questions... Some of those questions are
57:09
Speaker 1: hard and some of those questions might be gruff. But
57:14
Speaker 1: guess what? Ghislaine Maxwell has herself to blame for all
57:20
Speaker 1: of this. She created this for herself. She chose to
57:23
Speaker 1: cavort with Jeffrey Epstein. She chose to be involved in
57:26
Speaker 1: this criminal conspiracy. And she chose to help abuse these
57:30
Speaker 1: children and girls. So if you're going to co-sign for
57:35
Speaker 1: somebody like this. And you're going to come out swinging
57:38
Speaker 1: in her defense. Don't think that you're not going to
57:43
Speaker 1: be met in the center of the octagon. And challenged.
57:52
Speaker 1: Because this lady right here is as vile as they come.
57:59
Speaker 1: I don't see one single reason why she should be
58:02
Speaker 1: out on bail. while she awaits her trial. And all
58:06
Speaker 1: of the stuff that her legal team has brought before us,
58:10
Speaker 1: all of the assertions that they have made, they have
58:14
Speaker 1: provided no evidence of any of this. These are all
58:17
Speaker 1: just assertions. And as far as I can tell, a
58:21
Speaker 1: bunch of hyperbole from her legal team. So hopefully Judge
58:26
Speaker 1: Nathan recognizes all of this for what it is. She
58:29
Speaker 1: seems to be doing that. And I can understand the
58:33
Speaker 1: redacting of some of the names. I get that, right? Eventually,
58:37
Speaker 1: it's all going to come out. But I understand some
58:40
Speaker 1: of the redacting of the names. If there's some maniacs
58:42
Speaker 1: contacting these people, I get it. But at the end
58:45
Speaker 1: of the day, it's not going to stay private forever
58:48
Speaker 1: or for long. It's going to come out who is
58:51
Speaker 1: defending Ghislaine Maxwell, who is putting up dough for her
58:54
Speaker 1: to get out of jail. All of that stuff is
58:56
Speaker 1: going to come out. And we know that she still
59:02
Speaker 1: has friends. We know that she still has some connections.
59:05
Speaker 1: I've said it from the jump, though, that she has
59:08
Speaker 1: been burned as an asset. She no longer is afforded
59:12
Speaker 1: the protections that she had while she was being run
59:15
Speaker 1: as an asset with Epstein. Those protections are long gone.
59:19
Speaker 1: But she still does enjoy some of the contact she
59:22
Speaker 1: once had. And she might have that dirt. on some
59:27
Speaker 1: of these people as well. And you would think she does, right?
59:30
Speaker 1: So that puts her still in a pretty decent position
59:34
Speaker 1: to try and perhaps twist an arm or two to
59:38
Speaker 1: get some help here. But as far as having the
59:42
Speaker 1: backing and protection of the intelligence community, that's done. She's
59:48
Speaker 1: burned as an asset, just like Epstein. And now they're
59:51
Speaker 1: left to float on their own. And all those ties
59:53
Speaker 1: that they had to intelligence... be it, you know, Mossad,
59:59
Speaker 1: the CIA, Russian intelligence, whatever it may be. All of
1:00:05
Speaker 1: those ties, all of that evidence that ties them together
1:00:09
Speaker 1: has been burned, just like their assets, Epstein and Maxwell,
1:00:15
Speaker 1: because that's how the intelligence community works. You're never going
1:00:18
Speaker 1: to be able to put together a puzzle and have
1:00:21
Speaker 1: it show the intelligence community's fingers in this. That's going
1:00:25
Speaker 1: to only be done... by hard-charging forensic accounting work. My
1:00:34
Speaker 1: question is, when in the hell are we going to
1:00:38
Speaker 1: start seeing that? If you'd like to contact me, you
1:00:42
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
