- 0:19Speaker 1: Find a nice comfortable place to sit, or get yourself
- 0:24all snuggled up in your bed, and allow your eyes
- 0:29to gently close and just focus on your breathing. Take
- 0:36a deep breath in and then slowly and gently breathe
- 0:43out again. Deep breath in, then slowly and gently breathe
- 0:55out one more time. Deep breath in, and slowly and
- 1:05gently let the breath out, and just relax. Now imagine
- 1:14yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light so
- 1:21bright and so pure, a light of protection and peace.
- 1:28Breathe in this white light, feel it. It enters your
- 1:33body completely, making you feel all warm and safe. You
- 1:44now find yourself standing in the most beautiful enchanted garden
- 1:49that you've ever seen, and the sun is shining brightly,
- 1:54and it's a very clear day, and you feel very calm,
- 1:59very real, act and very very peaceful. You can hear
- 2:04the birds singing to each other, and you can feel
- 2:08a lovely, gentle breeze on your face and it's ruffling
- 2:11your hair. And as you walk on the path of
- 2:16this very special garden, you see that there are flowers
- 2:20growing everywhere, and there are so many of them, in
- 2:23so many different colors, and some of the flowers are
- 2:27very tall, some of them are very tiny. But you
- 2:32look ahead of you and you see that the path
- 2:34you are on has two other paths branching off it,
- 2:38and you wonder where they go. Well, it's up to
- 2:43you now to decide.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Which path to take.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Will you carry on straight ahead or will you go
- 2:50off to the right. Maybe you want to take the
- 2:53path to the left. You decide the path you have
- 3:02chosen is the right path for you, and you just
- 3:07walk along it. And as you do, you hear a
- 3:10beautiful melodic sound in the distance. It's faint, but you
- 3:15can still hear it. It sounds so enchanting, so magical,
- 3:21but it makes you feel very happy when you hear it.
- 3:24So you follow the sound. You reach a giant red toadstool.
- 4:01It's huge. It even has a wrap around porch all
- 4:06the way around it completely and utterly. It has big
- 4:10windows all painted white with really colorful curtains. It has
- 4:15a big white door in the shape of an archway.
- 4:19It's a very fancy, plush toadstool. And you see that
- 4:23the door is open, and you wonder who lives there.
- 4:27But the beautiful sound is calling to you, so you
- 4:36walk around on the wrap around porch to the back
- 4:41of this huge toadstool, and that's when you see him
- 4:46sitting there playing his drum. What you see is a gnome,
- 5:02a beautiful gnome, and he's just sitting there playing his drum.
- 5:08He's so engrossed in his music that he hasn't noticed
- 5:11you yet. But you notice that he has an earring
- 5:15in his left ear and a red bandana around his head.
- 5:19He has lots of colorful beads around his neck, hanging
- 5:22down the front of his very bright and colorful shirt.
- 5:27He even has flip flops on his feet and you
- 5:30can see his hairy toes. He kind of looks like
- 5:35a hippie gnome. Next to him, you see two rather
- 5:41beautiful lavender candles burning brightly. It's like the flames are
- 5:45dancing to the sound of the drum. You see lots
- 5:55of really big crystals dotted all around him and all
- 5:59over the porch. They're everywhere. He even has a large
- 6:04sparkling quartz crystal hanging on a silver thread swaying above
- 6:08his head, and the sunlight bouncing off it is making
- 6:12rainbows everywhere. This really is an enchanted place. You can
- 6:20see very large sunflowers all over the porch too, and
- 6:23they too are dancing along to the music, swaying gently
- 6:28to the rhythm. It even looks as if they're smiling.
- 6:41You decide to sit down and watch him play and
- 6:45just listen. You can feel the vibrations. It's like little
- 6:50tingles of happiness all over your body. The music is
- 6:55so beautiful as you watch, it's like your own personal concert,
- 7:02and it makes you feel very special. So for a
- 7:07few moments, just listen to the beautiful sounds of the
- 7:11magical drum. Feel the happiness run through your whole body.
- 7:19You can even have a dance like the sunflowers if
- 7:21you feel like it.
- 8:24Speaker 2: When the sounds of.
- 8:25Speaker 1: The drum slowly stops, you open your eyes and you
- 8:30realize that the Gnome is looking at you with a
- 8:34beautiful smile on his face, and you see now that
- 8:38he has sparkling blue, friendly eyes. The Nome says he's
- 8:43not used to having an audience, but he's really thrilled
- 8:46about it, and he says, thank you for listening to
- 8:50him play. He has delighted that you enjoy his music.
- 8:57He asks you if you would like to join him
- 9:00on his little stage which is really the porch with
- 9:03steps leading up to it, and you say you would
- 9:06love to. The Gnome explains that this is not just
- 9:12any drum. It's a magic drum. It can play melodies,
- 9:19and it can make you really feel the music too,
- 9:22as if you're part of it. Not only that, if
- 9:28you really feel what you're playing, when you play the
- 9:32notes in a certain order, it can transport you to
- 9:35different lands. It's like dialing a phone number, but it's
- 9:41musical notes that you're playing instead. But you really have
- 9:45to feel the music, breathe the music, become the music.
- 9:55The Gnome asks you if you'd like to try it yourself. Well,
- 9:59of course you would, but you tell them that you've
- 10:02never played a magical drum before and you're not sure
- 10:05if you can. But the Gnome tells you to just
- 10:09feel the music. The magic drum is not about technique.
- 10:16It's about what you feel inside. It's about opening your heart.
- 10:23The Gnome gives you the magical drumsticks. You take a big,
- 10:28deep breath and close your eyes and you begin to play.
- 10:33Even though your eyes are closed, you just feel where
- 10:38the sticks should go. You strike the magical drum or
- 10:43the drumsticks and you feel the music with all of
- 10:48your heart, and you become lost in this music, a
- 10:54place where time doesn't exist, just you and the music.
- 11:02You feel yourself entering what appears to be a tunnel
- 11:06of light and sound, and you can see colors you've
- 11:10never seen before, here sounds you've never heard before. What
- 11:16an amazing place. Feel the joy, feel the love. Spend
- 11:24a few moments here, really really feeling the joy of
- 11:30the music, that it fill your heart with feelings of
- 11:35pure joy and pure love.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Were neer.
- 13:00Speaker 1: H The Gnome gently places his hand on your shoulder
- 13:41and brings you back to the present moment, and your
- 13:46awareness is now back on the wrap around porch and
- 13:51you realize you had never left the porch all this time.
- 13:56You were still there. Then asks you what did you see?
- 14:04What did you hear? Where did you go? You tell
- 14:12him about the tunnel of light and sound and that
- 14:17you feel amazing and would really love to do it again.
- 14:26The Gnome is amazed that you found the tunnel of
- 14:29light and sound on your very first attempt to It's
- 14:34never happened before. The Gnome tells you you must be
- 14:38very special. Indeed, you feel a bit sleepy now, so
- 14:45the gnome tells you that you can have a little
- 14:48rest on his hammock that's swinging gently on the porch
- 14:50if you want to. So you climb up on it
- 14:55and begin to sway from side to side on the
- 14:58very comfort hammock. It even has a very soft pillow
- 15:04to lay your head on. The gnome tells you that
- 15:09this magic drum has the power to help you sleep,
- 15:14and the gnome begins to play the most amazing and
- 15:19wonderful sound you have ever heard. You take a long,
- 15:25deep breath in and give out the happiest sigh as
- 15:31you gently begin to fall asleep. Quietly, you hear the
- 15:38beautiful gnomes say that you can come back and visit
- 15:41him any time you want, And you drift into a
- 15:47gentle sleep, a peaceful sleep, And when you wake up
- 15:53in the morning, you will be in your very own
- 15:56bed and you will feel wonderful. Now, imagine you are
- 16:05walking through a beautiful, lush green meadow. It's a beautiful
- 16:10sunny day, and the sun is sitting high in the sky,
- 16:13and you can see lots of fluffy white clouds just
- 16:16gently floating past. And as you continue to walk, you
- 16:21have a look around. You and you notice the most
- 16:23amazing flowers. They're very pretty, and then in the most
- 16:29wonderful colors. Can you tell what kind of flowers they are?
- 16:36Pick one if you want to. The scent of them
- 16:42makes you feel very happy. Indeed, it's like breathing in
- 16:46pure love and happiness. You continue to walk through your
- 16:52lush green meadow, noticing the tall trees in the distance,
- 16:56and you can feel the long grass ticking on your
- 16:58legs as you walk. You can also hear the birds
- 17:02singing as they fly over you. You can even hear
- 17:05flapping of their wings. It's so nice here. You hear
- 17:11sounds in the distance, but you're not sure what it is.
- 17:15It seems to be coming from another field, behind some
- 17:18very large trees. You reach the end of your field
- 17:23and go through the trees to the other side, and
- 17:26what you see is quite amazing. In another lush green field,
- 17:32you see men on horseback charging at one another, and
- 17:36you wonder why. It's then that you realize they are jousting,
- 17:42and each one of them has a long well what
- 17:45sort of looks like a lance or a very large sphere,
- 17:48but without a point to end, and they are riding
- 17:51very fast towards one another. You notice that one man
- 17:57stands out above all the rest. He is very large
- 18:02and has a big, bushy beard. You also notice he
- 18:06has what looks like a crown on his head, and
- 18:09he's dressed in very bright, shiny silver armor. You suddenly
- 18:15realize that you are in Medievil, England. Wow, the field
- 18:22you are in is so full of people, all watching
- 18:25from big stands with lots of seats. The people you
- 18:29can see are all wearing very colorful clothes. And at
- 18:33the largest stand, which looks very grand. Indeed, the flag
- 18:37of King Henry is flying high above it. It looks
- 18:42absolutely fabulous. You hear the sounds of music. It is
- 18:49medieval music. You hear the sounds of a lute being
- 18:53played somewhere. You can't see it, but you can hear it.
- 18:58It's then that the King's sees you and gives you
- 19:01a big grin and a wave. He rides over to
- 19:04you and his horse says, hello, there, would you like
- 19:07to practice with us?
- 19:09Speaker 2: Oh?
- 19:09Speaker 1: My word, you don't know what to say. A face
- 19:12and then, if you remember your manners, you realize that
- 19:16you have to bow to king, So you give your best,
- 19:21deepest bow and say, oh, yes, please, your majesty. The
- 19:26King calls to one of his knights to bring you
- 19:28a horse. The King jumps off his horse and tells
- 19:32you he will give you a lift up because horses
- 19:35are very big. The knight, who was also dressed in
- 19:40shiny silver armor just like the King, brings over your
- 19:43beautiful white horse, and King Henry lifts you up and
- 19:48onto your horse. Your horse is quite big, but he's
- 19:53the right size for you. The King tells you that
- 19:57this is one of his favorite horses and tells you
- 20:00that his name is Lancelot. He then hands you your
- 20:07joust if you're a bit clumsy with it at first,
- 20:10but you get the hang of it very quickly. King
- 20:14Henry tells you that they are just practicing at the moment,
- 20:17but the real competition will begin very soon. He tells
- 20:22you that if you win, you could win the best prize,
- 20:25which is a beautiful golden rose, and it really is
- 20:29made of gold. So you begin to train with the
- 20:34knights of the court and King Henry himself for a
- 20:38few moments. Practice jousting on your horse with King Henry
- 20:42and his knights, but make sure you don't fall off.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Now, wow, that was fun, but now it's time for
- 21:55the real competition.
- 21:57Speaker 1: The king let you have a gopher, so you get
- 22:02ready with your horse, and you're at one end of
- 22:04the field, and at the other end of the field
- 22:07there is a knight of the court who is also
- 22:09getting ready. You hold on to your jousting lance, and
- 22:15a beautiful lady in the stand waves a white flag,
- 22:18and your horse begins to run with you on it.
- 22:21The knight's horse begins to run too. Your horse is
- 22:24breathing heavily and charging forward. You steady your lance and
- 22:27aim it forward, and then suddenly there is a loud
- 22:30bang and the knight falls off his horse. You have
- 22:34won this round. The people are all cheering for him,
- 22:37shouting well done, well done, bravo, well done. You are ecstatic.
- 22:44The grin on your face couldn't get any bigger. In fact,
- 22:47your cheeks are aching your grinning that much. The King
- 22:51congratulates you and gives you a big pat on the back,
- 22:54which nearly makes you fall over because he's that strong.
- 22:57And then he says, now it might turn to joust,
- 23:02So for just a little while while you get to
- 23:05sit and watch the king jousting, and the king very
- 23:09rarely loses. He is very good at jousting, so have
- 23:13a bit of fun. Watch the knights of the court
- 23:16and King Henry joust.
- 23:36Speaker 5: M h.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Now that the competition is over, the beautiful lady is
- 24:53handing out of wards and you are astonished. When she
- 24:57calls your name, she hands you a beautiful golden rose.
- 25:03You won, You actually won the competition. How fantastic is that.
- 25:11King Henry now says, let's go for our feast.
- 25:14Speaker 3: We will eat much, and laughed loudly.
- 25:17Speaker 1: So everybody follows the king to the banqueting corn in
- 25:19the great Castle. You take your seat at the huge
- 25:23round table with the King, his family, his knights, and
- 25:28his advisers. Wow, you are very honored. Indeed, the King
- 25:34tells you that his best cooks are cooking up something
- 25:37special for you. Of everybody, everything you want to eat.
- 25:43In fact, there is so much food brought to the
- 25:45table you give a little gasp. You have never seen
- 25:49this much food before. Wow. They really know how to
- 25:54party in medieval times. But you don't eat. You can
- 25:59throw your food on the floor. The king says, don't worry,
- 26:04it's okay, we can clean up later. You are astonished
- 26:09and have a little chuckle to yourself. You wouldn't dare
- 26:11try this at home. You would get into very, very
- 26:14big trouble if you did. After the feast, the King
- 26:22tells you that you can stay.
- 26:23Speaker 2: The night in his castle.
- 26:25Speaker 1: They have a room already prepared for you. The King
- 26:31himself escorts you to your room. Well, actually, when a
- 26:35same room. It's more like the size of a small house.
- 26:40It's enormous. It has a fire burning at one end,
- 26:44with great big logs burning happily away. The room is
- 26:49lit by many, many candles, and it looks so very
- 26:53homely and cozy. The King leads you to your bed. Oh,
- 26:58my goodness me, it's the biggest bed you have ever seen.
- 27:03It's a four poster bed, and it's so big it
- 27:06can fit your whole family in it. It has been
- 27:10curtains hanging down either side of it. The King tells
- 27:14you this will keep out the cold and all the drafts.
- 27:17After all, sometimes castles can be very drafting. You climb
- 27:22in and snuggle down. The pillows are so soft, and
- 27:28they are made from hundreds of feathers. So is the
- 27:31mattress you are sleeping up. It's so soft that you
- 27:35just sink right down into it. You're sleeping the night
- 27:41in a massive four poster bed. How cool is that?
- 27:49The King tells you it's time to sleep now. After all,
- 27:54you have had a very busy day and you won
- 27:59the company. You forgot that you had the golden rose
- 28:03in your hand, so you lay it on the pillow
- 28:06next to you and give a big sigh of happiness.
- 28:10The King says good night and goes off to his
- 28:12own room. You feel so happy, and you feel that
- 28:17you've made a very good friend in the King. He
- 28:20is so nice and so kind. But for now, it
- 28:23really is time to sleep. You take a big, deep
- 28:30breath in and then slowly and gently breathe it out
- 28:35like a great big sigh of happiness because you feel
- 28:39so happy and so relaxed. Take another deep breath in
- 28:46and then just slowly sigh it out, and you feel
- 28:50so sleepy. Now, take another deep breath in, then slowly
- 28:57let out the biggest, deepest sigh you have ever done.
- 29:04And even though your eyes are closed now, they still
- 29:07feel ever sat tired. So each time you breathe in,
- 29:12you take in all the good thoughts and positive feelings,
- 29:16and each time you breathe out, You let out all
- 29:19of your unwonted thoughts and just let them just drift away.
- 29:25So as you lie there thinking about what an amazing
- 29:28day you have just heard, you slowly and surely drift
- 29:34into the most wonderful sleep. And when you wake up
- 29:39in the morning, you'll be back in your very own bed,
- 29:43feeling fresh and bright, knowing that you can visit good
- 29:49King Henry and his amazing castle and his nights any
- 29:54time you want, But for now, night night. Now, imagine
- 30:06yourself in your kitchen and on the table is a
- 30:11parcel and it's wrapped up in brown paper. So you
- 30:17go over and take a look at it, and to
- 30:20your surprise, you see that it has your name on
- 30:22it in very big letters, and you feel a little excited.
- 30:28So you go over and take a proper look at it.
- 30:33You pick it up and it feels heavy. You wonder
- 30:37what it is. You quickly tear off the paper and
- 30:41look inside.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Oh my, you.
- 30:45Speaker 1: See inside the box is a pair of your very
- 30:49favorite trainers in your favorite color too. As you take
- 30:57them out of the box and nope falls out and
- 31:00again you see it's addressed to you, and it says hello,
- 31:04this is a present for you, a very special present.
- 31:08You think, well, it's just a pair of trainers, but
- 31:11you carry on reading the note. The note says that
- 31:16the trainers you are holding make the wearer invisible. It
- 31:21says that you can go anywhere you want and no
- 31:25one can see you. But you have to watch out, though,
- 31:28because they can still hear you. And you think this
- 31:33is incredible, and you wonder if they really do make
- 31:39you invisible. So very excitedly you put them on, to
- 31:49your utter amazement. When you put on the first one,
- 31:55your foot disappeared. You can't believe it. You only have
- 32:00one foot. You hurriedly take it back off again, just
- 32:05to check that you still do have two feet. Phew, yes,
- 32:10you do still have two feet. You pick up the
- 32:13note and read it again, and you find that you
- 32:17missed a bit at the end because you were so excited.
- 32:20There is a ps at the end of this note,
- 32:24and it says that in order for your whole body
- 32:27to become invisible, you have to wear both shoes. HM.
- 32:35So this time you sit down and you put on
- 32:38both shoes. But you think to yourself something is wrong,
- 32:44because you can still see your own body and both
- 32:47of your feet You're a bit disappointed by this, but
- 32:53you wear them anyway, and you decide to go and
- 32:56show your friends your new shoes. But just before oh,
- 33:00you do, you go to the mirror to brush your hair.
- 33:04You pick up the brush and turn to look in
- 33:06the mirror, and you give a little gasp. You are
- 33:11not there. You know you're standing in front of the mirror,
- 33:14but you cannot see yourself in it. Oh my goodness,
- 33:18may they really really do work? You really are invisible?
- 33:24And you laugh out loud with delight, and you think
- 33:28to yourself that this is the most amazing thing ever.
- 33:38So you leave your house and go to see your friend.
- 33:42When you arrive at your friend's house, you see them
- 33:46playing in the garden and he shouts out to them,
- 33:49saying hello. Your friend stops and looks up, puzzled. They
- 33:55heard you call their name, but they can't see you,
- 34:00and they look around trying to see where you are,
- 34:02but they still don't see you. Okay, Then they say
- 34:07to themselves they just carry on playing. So you call
- 34:14them again a second time. They stop and look around,
- 34:18very puzzled now, and it's all you can do to
- 34:22stop yourself from laughing. But then you think you're being
- 34:25a bit mean, So you take off one of your
- 34:30shoes and low and behold, you appear to your friend,
- 34:33who promptly falls over with surprise, especially as you only
- 34:37have one foot. So you explain to your friend why
- 34:42you are invisible, and they think that this is really
- 34:46cool and would love to have a go of themselves.
- 34:50You tell them that they can have a go later,
- 34:54but for now, you're going to explore a bit. You're
- 34:57going to go on an adventure. You're going to explore
- 35:02the place you live in without being noticed or being
- 35:05seen by anyone. But there is one more thing you
- 35:10don't know about these special shoes of yours, and that
- 35:14is if you just think of somewhere you want to go,
- 35:19you will be instantly transported to that place. How cool
- 35:24is that? So decide where you want to go, the
- 35:31place you live in or somewhere very different. So you
- 35:37tell your friend that you will be back later. You
- 35:42put on your other shoe, and then you just disappear. So,
- 35:49now that you are invisible, think of the place that
- 35:53you would like to go, somewhere wonderful, and puff you're there,
- 36:02spend some time exploring see what people are doing with
- 36:06their day. Take a stroll through the place you are visiting,
- 36:11really see how other people live. And you know you
- 36:16can do this multiple times, and you can if you want,
- 36:21visit the moon or another planet too.
- 36:25Speaker 2: It's up to you. They're your shoes. Where did you
- 39:32go with.
- 39:33Speaker 1: These special invisibility shoes? What did you see? Who did

- 40:22it when you get back, and maybe you can let
- 40:25them try out the shoes for themselves too. Now, if
- 40:30you want, you can stay here as long as you wish,
- 40:35go on another adventure, even it's your choice. Now, imagine
- 40:42yourself on a beautiful, winding path deep in the heart
- 40:47of a wonderful tropical forest. The ground beneath your feet
- 40:52is solid, but soft also and a little bit sprungy.
- 40:56Can you feel it under your feet? You feel a
- 41:03gentle breeze on your face. As you walk along the path,
- 41:06and you feel the warmth of the sun all over
- 41:09your body, and you feel so at peace here. You
- 41:15look up to the very tops of the trees and
- 41:17you see glimps of the evening sunlight shimmering upon the leaves,
- 41:21almost making them look like bright, shiny silver stars. And
- 41:27you can hear the rustling of the leaves as the
- 41:29gentle breeze pushes them into movement, and you feel like
- 41:35you are becoming part of the forest, and you feel
- 41:43that you are the forest and you can relate to
- 41:46everything living in it, every living being. You continue to
- 41:53walk peacefully on your path, looking at all of the
- 41:56different trees around you, so you stop and have a
- 42:00good look. These trees all around you are very wise,
- 42:08and you can feel their wise energy surrounding you completely.
- 42:13As you step deeper and deeper beneath this wonderful canopy
- 42:17of leaves, the birds are chirping in the distance, telling
- 42:22you that your forest is safe, and the little animals
- 42:27are scurrying in the undergrowth, and it makes you feel
- 42:31so happy, so happy just to be here. There are
- 42:38a few trees in this amazing tropical forest that you recognize,
- 42:42but there are also many trees that you've never seen before,
- 42:47and they are beautiful. You take a closer look at
- 42:52the nearest tree, and you notice many things about it.
- 42:56It has branches that reach out in every direction. It's
- 42:59magnificent because the first thing you also notice is how
- 43:03big the tree is. It's huge. You notice what the
- 43:10bark looks like. You put your hand out. What does
- 43:14the bark feel like touching? Does it feel powerful and
- 43:21strong like you? And you can smell the aromas of
- 43:29this forest, and you can smell the wood, really smell
- 43:33the wood. What does it smell like to you? Does
- 43:38it remind you of anything or anyone? As you take
- 43:45a closer look at the tree, you notice that some
- 43:48of the bark on the tree looks like a face,
- 43:52a big, kind and generous face, how lovely. As you look,
- 43:58you can see the shape of the eyes, a nose,
- 44:02a mouth. And suddenly you hear a voice, and you've
- 44:07realize that it's coming from the tree. A bit startled,
- 44:11but it's okay, it's coming from the face on the tree.
- 44:15Oh my goodness, me, you are astounded. A talking tree. Well,
- 44:23you've seen many things before, but never a talking tree.
- 44:29And he speaks so gently and elegantly. The big tree
- 44:34gives you a great big grin and says hello to you,
- 44:37and you smile and say hello back. The glorious Tree
- 44:42tells you that he is so pleased to meet you
- 44:45and to talk to you, as he doesn't get the
- 44:47chance to talk to people very often. He tells you
- 44:51that he is very very old and has been here
- 44:54for a very long time, and you think he's a
- 44:59very wise old and you like him very much. He
- 45:05tells you that his name is Cedwick. You think that
- 45:10is a very cool name. Cedric tells you that high
- 45:15up in his branches there is a treehouse, a very
- 45:18special treehouse. Cedric calls it the Treehouse of sleep and relaxation.
- 45:25He created it. He says that this is the most
- 45:29relaxing place in the whole universe. Cedric says that if
- 45:37you like, you can spend some time in his treehouse
- 45:41and rest for a while if you want. Well, of course,
- 45:44your answer is going definitely to be yes please. You
- 45:50look up to see the greatest treehouse you have ever seen,
- 45:55and as you do, a rope ladder drops down from
- 45:58one of its branches.
- 45:59Speaker 2: How cool is that?
- 46:02Speaker 1: You begin to climb up the ladder. It's a long
- 46:05way up, but that's okay because you like climbing trees.
- 46:10And as you've reached the platform, you see how big
- 46:12the treehouse really is. It's huge. It has its very
- 46:17own veranda surrounding it, completely surrounding it. And on the
- 46:23verandah you see a hammock gently swaying in the warm breeze.
- 46:28You see great big plant pots filled with massive amounts
- 46:31of lavender, and it smells simply delicious. You see like
- 46:36candles everywhere, big ones, small ones, round, fat, chubby ones,
- 46:42and all in many different colors. And you also realize
- 46:48that up here in the treehouse you can hear all
- 46:52of the sounds of the forest, the song of the
- 46:55birds as they called to each other, the sounds of
- 46:58small animals below going about their business. You can even
- 47:01hear the crickets singing their songs. To what else can
- 47:06you hear up here? Stop for a minute and just
- 47:09listen to the sounds of this amazing tropical forest. Take
- 47:14in all the sounds you can hear. What are they
- 47:17saying to you? Are they talking to you? So just
- 47:22for a few moments, let go of anything that may
- 47:26be on your mind. And just enjoy the moment and
- 47:29be at peace with yourself, just for a moment. Wasn't
- 49:14that wonderful, just you and nature being as one. Now
- 49:23he decided to take a look inside the treehouse, and
- 49:28as she steps through the door, you feel warm and safe.
- 49:33There is a fire burning in the grate, and again
- 49:36there are candles everywhere. There is even a huge bean
- 49:41bag if you can sleep on if you want to,
- 49:43or maybe you would rather sleep in the hammock. On
- 49:45the beautiful Verandah, you realize that the treehouse has been
- 49:52built around the tree, but also as part of the tree.
- 49:56Inside it, you can see thick branches going across the
- 49:59s with beautiful, lush green leaves on them. There are
- 50:03leaves and smaller branches everywhere. Some of the branches even
- 50:08have lights hanging from them, and it looks ever so
- 50:11pretty and so inviting, and the temperature is just perfect
- 50:18for you, exactly how you like it. You see near
- 50:24the bean bag that there is a fresh set of
- 50:26pjs laid out especially for you. They even have your
- 50:30favorite character on them. There is also lovely soft blanket
- 50:34if you need them. Probably won't, but you just might.
- 50:40The big talking tree really has thought of everything you
- 50:44would ever need to have a great sleep here, But
- 50:47it just relax if you want to. You see a
- 50:51little table nearby, and on it is a big mug
- 50:55of hot chocolate just for you. You pick it up
- 50:58and you take a sip, and it tastes delicious. It
- 51:03even has a minty flavor to it as well. Ooh,
- 51:07it really is scrummy. After you finish drinking your lovely
- 51:14mug of hot chocolate, you begin to feel a little sleepy,
- 51:20so you think to yourself that maybe it's time to
- 51:23have a little nap. And the only decision you have
- 51:28to make is where you would like to sleep. Will
- 51:33it be the bean bag inside the treehouse the sparkley lights,
- 51:39or will it be the gently swinging hammock on the
- 51:42verandah surrounded by beautiful lavender lots of lovely candles. You
- 51:51decide it's up to you, So you put on your
- 51:57new PJS and pick up the blankets and climb onto
- 52:01your chosen place to sleep. Can you settle yourself down
- 52:06and give a big sigh of contentment? Can you just
- 52:12listen to the sounds of this amazing tropical forest as
- 52:17you drift gently into the best night's sleep you have
- 52:22ever had. So night night, sleep tight.
