Billie’s Grocery is expanding with a third location set to open in Overland Park’s booming Bluhawk district—right off 159th and Highway 69—marking the brand’s biggest leap yet. Owner Robin Krause, who’s already built two Billie’s spots and launched a new Mexican-American restaurant, sees this as the next chapter in her culinary empire.
