- 0:20Speaker 4: But I feel like your numbers, guy, I know, I'm

- 0:26Speaker 4: good one.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Yeah, that's great, twenty six.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I feel like legend No, never mind, I don't even
- 0:34Speaker 1: want to say who I was thinking it was.
- 0:36Speaker 2: He was last episode.
- 0:39Speaker 5: RC. That's a good one.
- 0:41Speaker 4: Oh, Leon Bell Yeah, up in the mic, Jack Adrian
- 0:44Speaker 4: Peterson on the on the Redskins sucking that day?
- 0:49Speaker 3: What about the Lions?
- 0:52Speaker 5: Mm hmm ap Le'Veon Bell.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Legend and a cutchin.
- 1:02Speaker 6: There we Go Girls Strawberry, John Terry, the legendary center back,
- 1:08Speaker 6: Chase out Lee.
- 1:08Speaker 1: So like I was saying, a lot of legendary twenty
- 1:11Speaker 1: six is with Clinton Portis Clinton Portis, Deuce McAllister, Wow,
- 1:15Speaker 1: Kyle Korver with the jazz landon Collins of course, Damn.
- 1:24Speaker 6: Curtis Granderson and we have a lot of great questions
- 1:28Speaker 6: for you guys that we need to answer.
- 1:30Speaker 3: We have a yeah, heavy uh heavy fan question day.
- 1:33Speaker 7: Let's go for episode twenty six, and then obviously these
- 1:37Speaker 7: are these are for everybody. So Derek, hey, yeah, for
- 1:41Speaker 7: those of you watching Derek, you can switch back to yourself.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You have your microphone.
- 1:45Speaker 7: Derek is switching for us because uh, Matt Malone is
- 1:47Speaker 7: on his way up to New York for putting Will
- 1:50Speaker 7: and Taylor in a tough spot on ESPN, So Derek
- 1:53Speaker 7: is filling in.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Crushing six.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Matt's still here. All right, you got our questions?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Yes, we have two from Aaron cot one five o
- 2:07Speaker 3: two and then we have our boys striped up official back.
- 2:12Speaker 7: So we'll start with Aaron cot uh fifteen oh two
- 2:16Speaker 7: favorite tripp or experience with bust with the Boys. I
- 2:18Speaker 7: feel like that's a very broad question, and there's been
- 2:20Speaker 7: so many your favorite trip, favorite trip or experience in
- 2:26Speaker 7: our time here kind of I mean you not not
- 2:31Speaker 7: that this was like the best, but your memory from
- 2:34Speaker 7: three years ago today, Oh.
- 2:36Speaker 8: Just a Michigan Yeah, yeah, no, that was that was
- 2:39Speaker 8: a fun time and shots one boy was free. Honestly,
- 2:42Speaker 8: boys of all of us now, but he was working
- 2:45Speaker 8: at Michigan then, so it.
- 2:46Speaker 7: Wasn't that that was the first bust and bowl. I
- 2:49Speaker 7: think so that's the one that's the one with him
- 2:51Speaker 7: on the field with the scully.
- 2:53Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, But I don't know.
- 2:55Speaker 8: I think we all have run across like friends or
- 2:57Speaker 8: families on the road and stuff like when went South Carolina,
- 3:00Speaker 8: your parents were there and you weren't, which is.
- 3:02Speaker 9: A good time to hang with them.
- 3:04Speaker 8: But anytime you can like run across some old friends
- 3:07Speaker 8: in the work path, it is always a good time.
- 3:09Speaker 8: We got to hang with Winfrey went out pretty hard
- 3:11Speaker 8: that night. I want to say.
- 3:15Speaker 9: I got in an uber.
- 3:17Speaker 8: I hit this point where we were at the Brown Jug,
- 3:20Speaker 8: I believe, and I just remember the floor is feeling
- 3:22Speaker 8: so slippery, and my mouth started salvating, and I was like, okay,
- 3:26Speaker 8: this is not good, but my balance is off. I'm
- 3:29Speaker 8: starting to salvate. I'm about to throw up soon. I
- 3:32Speaker 8: got it in an uber because I have no idea
- 3:34Speaker 8: where I am on Michigan's campus. Horrible I did to
- 3:37Speaker 8: get into an uber two when you're on the verge
- 3:40Speaker 8: of throwing up. It was like a left and a left.
- 3:43Speaker 8: I could have walked home faster than it took the
- 3:45Speaker 8: uber to get there. And the second that I opened
- 3:48Speaker 8: that door, I spewed everywhere on the sidewalk, luckily not
- 3:51Speaker 8: in the Sky's car. I go to sleep, I left
- 3:54Speaker 8: where everyone. Then I wake up. Winfrey was staying in
- 3:56Speaker 8: my room, I think, And yeah, and was it all
- 4:00Speaker 8: three of us in a room or was it?
- 4:02Speaker 5: Yeah, he was, but there was a.
- 4:05Speaker 8: There was a half frozen, well half eaten, frozen pizza.
- 4:11Speaker 7: I don't know if you if it's the same trip
- 4:13Speaker 7: like when JP went out the lineman. I don't know
- 4:15Speaker 7: if we're gettinghim mixed up because I don't really remember.
- 4:19Speaker 5: I don't know regardless.
- 4:21Speaker 8: Regardless of someone that we woke up and there was
- 4:23Speaker 8: half of a like tombstone pizza.
- 4:26Speaker 9: It was eating, but it was still frozen.
- 4:28Speaker 2: So yeah, I think that might have been win.
- 4:30Speaker 9: And we think it was I think Winfrey.
- 4:33Speaker 8: We thought that maybe he could do the microwave route
- 4:35Speaker 8: no microwave, regardless. You can't cook a frozen pizza in
- 4:38Speaker 8: a microwave. I mean, maybe you can, but it's gonna
- 4:40Speaker 8: be horrible.
- 4:40Speaker 1: A long time sot he didn't remember.
- 4:44Speaker 9: I didn't remember.
- 4:45Speaker 3: That sounds crazy, No, one's pants are on.
- 4:47Speaker 9: It was weird.
- 4:49Speaker 8: But yeah, that definitely wasn't my favorite trip, but it
- 4:51Speaker 8: was definitely one of the more memorable ones.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, like the first one that comes to
- 4:57Speaker 1: mind is probably that first Super Bowl.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Week we did.
- 5:00Speaker 2: It wasn't just in our own house.
- 5:03Speaker 3: That was so much.
- 5:04Speaker 1: That One's also just like fun for me because at
- 5:06Speaker 1: the end of the week was my birthday and so like,
- 5:10Speaker 1: work really hard throughout the weekend or the week.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Great interviews.
- 5:14Speaker 9: Don't go to the Drake party.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yeah, we almost got into the Drake party.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Traine's Hotel.
- 5:24Speaker 6: I have no idea what way to jeffree Stars Airbnb
- 5:27Speaker 6: in the Mountain with.
- 5:30Speaker 5: You. You are on the solo because.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Y'all went, don't you know the audience like that was Garrett,
- 5:37Speaker 3: y'all went to the Drake party.
- 5:38Speaker 9: And I'm like, we went outside of the Drake party.
- 5:41Speaker 7: I'm not I'm not about to just stay with and
- 5:43Speaker 7: then uh true, I'm like Tanner, I'm trying to go home,
- 5:47Speaker 7: and He's like, I'm trying to go here, And I
- 5:49Speaker 7: was like, all right, bet, I'll that.
- 5:52Speaker 5: Story is good with the training party.
- 5:54Speaker 1: If anyone followed that, the hell's happened.
- 5:56Speaker 6: I mean, I don't want to get to Jeffree Stars
- 5:57Speaker 6: our Jeffrey Star meet up.
- 6:00Speaker 1: My favorite part of the week. Weirdest part of the week.
- 6:03Speaker 1: But yeah, that was fun.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Something about just having our having our own crib was hilarious.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Yeah. Hitting that workout with Jack first thing got there
- 6:11Speaker 3: and the exos.
- 6:12Speaker 5: Yeah, Jack, lets work out in the backyard.
- 6:14Speaker 3: I had blisters for the rest of the week.
- 6:16Speaker 8: We were one of the first people to see Brittany
- 6:18Speaker 8: Grinder when she got imported back from Russia. She was like,
- 6:22Speaker 8: came straight Arizona and we were.
- 6:23Speaker 9: Working on We're like that, that's that's Brittany.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I think Jalen Hyatt was there too.
- 6:31Speaker 5: Was a lot of guys were there.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that was fun that The first day was like
- 6:35Speaker 1: a leg workout and I couldn't walk there.
- 6:36Speaker 5: This week was terrible.
- 6:37Speaker 10: Is that when me and you beat him and Will
- 6:40Speaker 10: and Spike Ball, No, you and Will beat me and JP.
- 6:43Speaker 5: Yeah, So this was this was Mitch dun was this
- 6:46Speaker 5: was Eagles.
- 6:48Speaker 4: This is Eagles cheese Arizona.
- 6:50Speaker 5: We had he was awesome. The first time we met Dana.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Yeah, legendary week of interviews.
- 7:00Speaker 9: Yeah, I went to McCaffrey.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Mama, Yeah, Max.
- 7:07Speaker 9: Oh Will cried in that interview.
- 7:08Speaker 8: It was also like and sounded like a jackass because
- 7:13Speaker 8: I think we went out and he was hungover.
- 7:14Speaker 9: I mean, dude, we we hit.
- 7:15Speaker 8: It pretty like there was didn't help because the barstool
- 7:18Speaker 8: bar was there.
- 7:19Speaker 9: Yeah, Barsol Bar and that the whole Barschool crew. But
- 7:22Speaker 9: like in the last two Super Bowls.
- 7:24Speaker 8: At Vegas and in the New Orleans, like we went
- 7:28Speaker 8: out maybe once twice, and both of those trips combined,
- 7:32Speaker 8: and then on that one it felt like it was
- 7:34Speaker 8: every nine people were going out.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Yeah, the the like dive bar, pool bar was pretty
- 7:39Speaker 1: sick Pennies place. I think it was called Penny That was.
- 7:42Speaker 3: That was I tried to tap up skis damn. Oh dude.
- 7:46Speaker 6: That's Josh Richards was there and there, and there was
- 7:48Speaker 6: this guy that was just trying to make small talk
- 7:51Speaker 6: with him. Clearly he knows who he is and he's
- 7:54Speaker 6: just like screaming in his ears.
- 7:56Speaker 5: So where are you from?
- 7:57Speaker 9: Bro?
- 7:57Speaker 5: That was so like, I'm from Canada.
- 8:00Speaker 6: Oh no, shot, what's remind me of your name one
- 8:02Speaker 6: more time? It's like, I'm Josh, Josh, good to meet you. Bro.
- 8:06Speaker 6: It's just like, dude, the worst small talk ever. Josh
- 8:09Speaker 6: was being a champ with it.
- 8:10Speaker 8: It was that that one meme of the guy screaming
- 8:14Speaker 8: and the girls at the baseball game.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yeah, who performed Skis in uh Charlie on a Friday?
- 8:19Speaker 3: It was it was Skis, Earn and Charlie on a Friday.
- 8:22Speaker 7: And then there was like that group of like just
- 8:24Speaker 7: frat bros that were screaming every Charlie on a Friday.
- 8:26Speaker 3: So like lyric it.
- 8:27Speaker 7: Wasn't me, don't don't do that, don't do that. I
- 8:31Speaker 7: was I know, I was saying I was singing to Skis.
- 8:33Speaker 7: I didn't really know Charlie on a Friday.
- 8:35Speaker 8: I mean, what's worth singing the Skis? Not getting dapped
- 8:38Speaker 8: up or just being a fan of tro Bro Friday.
- 8:40Speaker 7: He went up to, Yeah, I think so you three
- 8:43Speaker 7: all like obviously new Skis because he came on the
- 8:45Speaker 7: bus and like that was my first trip with you, Mike,
- 8:47Speaker 7: my first time meeting him, and obviously I'm a big
- 8:49Speaker 7: Mike fan. Skis and Mike used to roll together, so like,
- 8:52Speaker 7: y'all three tap him up and then I'm the next
- 8:53Speaker 7: in line. I just go and he just turns around
- 8:56Speaker 7: him like, oh fuck. But then later that night was
- 8:59Speaker 7: when Chris Long came and uh Sam had the table.
- 9:06Speaker 2: That was actually hilarious.
- 9:07Speaker 3: That was that was funny.
- 9:09Speaker 9: That was a fun night.
- 9:09Speaker 6: Earn.
- 9:10Speaker 8: Also that night he just started smoking like the fattest
- 9:13Speaker 8: joint inside of like one of those uh like clubs
- 9:16Speaker 8: in Scottsdale. And then he just looks at me and
- 9:19Speaker 8: goes an, whatever, tell you look like Taylor Wan if
- 9:22Speaker 8: you had cancer, And I just was like it was
- 9:25Speaker 8: it was bumping music, so like he had to get
- 9:27Speaker 8: close to my ear and I was like, I mean,
- 9:30Speaker 8: he said, come on, tell me that's not funny, and
- 9:31Speaker 8: I was like sure, it's like you can hit this man.
- 9:35Speaker 6: And I feel like that was the first night that
- 9:36Speaker 6: we actually hung out with them because we'd gone back
- 9:38Speaker 6: and forth on Twitter with Chris we had and that.
- 9:42Speaker 9: And they just pulled up like damn, y'all actually pulled up.
- 9:45Speaker 9: Good dudes. I don't Yeah, that was my favorite super Bowl.
- 9:49Speaker 6: It's dude, I'm just not realizing you're talking about I'm thinking.
- 9:51Speaker 9: Of Oh, Chris, that would hurt.
- 9:55Speaker 5: They were on Twitter.
- 9:57Speaker 8: Yeah they were also smoking in there, but no, yeah, no,
- 9:59Speaker 8: Ernest was the one he was. They were opposite corners,
- 10:02Speaker 8: I think each other. Yeah, I just never want to go.
- 10:04Speaker 9: I don't.
- 10:05Speaker 8: I was just in Arizona this past weekend. Not even
- 10:08Speaker 8: one percent of me even considered going to Old Town
- 10:11Speaker 8: where all those clubs are. It just I think I'm
- 10:14Speaker 8: just big bro unk now. It's just not in my wheelhouse.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Finally, I'm trying to think Coopy, You've only been on
- 10:23Speaker 3: one trip, right.
- 10:25Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, I've only flown once. We've already hashed
- 10:28Speaker 4: the Nebraska trip, so I'm not gonna say that it's
- 10:31Speaker 4: not his favorite. It kind of is. But I also,
- 10:35Speaker 4: despite what went wrong on the Tennessee Bama trip last year,
- 10:40Speaker 4: that was more of a road trip. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 10:41Speaker 4: that one was more fun for me than Nebraska. The meme,
- 10:45Speaker 4: like I said, yeah, despite all that went wrong and
- 10:48Speaker 4: all the fallout that happened after that, was that trip
- 10:52Speaker 4: was really fun. Like rushing the field and then like
- 10:54Speaker 4: getting the game day experience in Knoxville was sick, and
- 10:57Speaker 4: then like road tripping with Jared and Sherman it was
- 11:00Speaker 4: kind of like somewhat recently after they both got here
- 11:02Speaker 4: and we just woke up.
- 11:03Speaker 9: Road trip was that was that when Shirm dressed up
- 11:06Speaker 9: as Taylor.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Yeah. That was for the I forget what the bar
- 11:09Speaker 4: was called the hill, the hill, yeah, corner, the meet
- 11:12Speaker 4: and greet. Yeah, I got I gotta uh yeah, I
- 11:17Speaker 4: mean that trip was really fun. Those are the only
- 11:19Speaker 4: two times.
- 11:20Speaker 9: Yeah, those are listening.
- 11:23Speaker 4: I mean, those are the only two times I've traveled.
- 11:26Speaker 4: But that one is probably more favorite than Nebraska. Nebraska
- 11:29Speaker 4: was fun, Like you know.
- 11:30Speaker 5: That was very early for you. I feel like the
- 11:32Speaker 5: Nebraska remember much.
- 11:34Speaker 3: I was like two or three spring tour, two or
- 11:36Speaker 3: three months for him on Yeah.
- 11:37Speaker 4: Yeah, Nebraska was March, so yeah, third month.
- 11:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I love it. But Tennessee was fun.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Mine would probably be uh Jesus, we gotta get a
- 11:48Speaker 3: coop on the road. I know.
- 11:52Speaker 7: Cada came to mind where when we went to South
- 11:54Speaker 7: Carolina and stormed the field.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Yeah, and we pulled up back to the hotel, storm fielding.
- 12:00Speaker 9: Unreally, you're about to say this is your favorite memory.
- 12:03Speaker 3: No, that it was. It was just so funny.
- 12:05Speaker 9: It was one of my.
- 12:06Speaker 8: Most hurtful memories of my college fandom. But yes, I
- 12:10Speaker 8: can understand why.
- 12:10Speaker 7: Like just pulling up on like a golf cart that
- 12:13Speaker 7: is just blaring music.
- 12:15Speaker 9: I can hear y'all's.
- 12:16Speaker 8: Golf cart from three streets away, and in my head,
- 12:19Speaker 8: I'm like, no way, this like no way, my worst dreams,
- 12:22Speaker 8: this is going to be the three guys that are
- 12:24Speaker 8: going to be cheering against my downfall.
- 12:26Speaker 5: And thin it was Sole Survivor was being played?
- 12:30Speaker 3: It was, I think it was.
- 12:32Speaker 2: And then Jack down the block.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Jack.
- 12:34Speaker 8: To give context, this is when South Carolina beat Tennessee
- 12:37Speaker 8: in twenty twenty two. Hennon Hooker turns to those acl
- 12:41Speaker 8: and I tried to get out of that stadium.
- 12:43Speaker 9: I got blocked in the stadium.
- 12:45Speaker 8: I was held captive by the South Carolina fans essentially
- 12:48Speaker 8: couldn't move for the last fifteen minutes of the game,
- 12:51Speaker 8: and then went alone to drink in silence. And then JP,
- 12:55Speaker 8: Mitch and Garrett rolled up on a golf cart.
- 12:57Speaker 1: And then wasn't Taylor on crutches still too?
- 13:00Speaker 3: No? I think I think he was like still limp
- 13:03Speaker 3: because he didn't go on the field.
- 13:05Speaker 6: Yeah, that way, and then unfortunately for Jack, he locked
- 13:08Speaker 6: hisself out of his room.
- 13:09Speaker 7: That that's the end. Like that picture. I wasn't there
- 13:12Speaker 7: for that, but that picture.
- 13:12Speaker 8: Is that far actually brings me a lot of joy
- 13:15Speaker 8: because I don't know about this.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Well, we got to show you. The picture was so
- 13:19Speaker 2: funny after.
- 13:20Speaker 8: Just like getting just physically and mentally defeated all that. Yeah,
- 13:26Speaker 8: I I'm basically like giving jps flowers. I'm like congrats, man,
- 13:30Speaker 8: Like I'm not gonna be a sore loser and be
- 13:32Speaker 8: like an asshole. And then he closed his door and
- 13:35Speaker 8: my door's like two down And as soon as it closes,
- 13:37Speaker 8: I realized I don't have like my key. It was
- 13:40Speaker 8: in his room or something, and I have to just
- 13:42Speaker 8: like crawl back. And then I like I literally literally
- 13:46Speaker 8: crawling back on the hotel floor.
- 13:49Speaker 6: I just open I just opened the door and I
- 13:51Speaker 6: look down and he's down there and he comes like
- 13:54Speaker 6: halfway in.
- 13:55Speaker 5: He's just face down, hand him. The key goes back.
- 13:59Speaker 5: It was so father that that was.
- 14:01Speaker 3: That was a great one, that one. And then UH
- 14:03Speaker 3: crashed out the Vegas the Vegas trip that one time
- 14:08Speaker 3: when we shots. Yeah when when JP came back and
- 14:10Speaker 3: he said they all looked like different people.
- 14:13Speaker 7: Oh yeah, that one was just was that the same
- 14:15Speaker 7: trip that I took the shots before?
- 14:17Speaker 3: Dana?
- 14:17Speaker 9: Yeah, I think wait, I think so you're on a bender.
- 14:22Speaker 2: We were there to work and on a bender.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Because why were we there for when we got super drunk? Then?
- 14:28Speaker 3: Why were we there for that? I don't know.
- 14:31Speaker 5: Was that the Super Bowl?
- 14:32Speaker 3: I don't remember, no, because we didn't really drink during
- 14:35Speaker 3: the super Bowl.
- 14:36Speaker 8: It was like one night and that we we kind
- 14:38Speaker 8: of partied, but.
- 14:41Speaker 2: But I don't remember.
- 14:42Speaker 3: It was.
- 14:44Speaker 8: Like for me and Garrett and Mitch the Notre Dame
- 14:47Speaker 8: trip where we were just slamming shots. We were talking
- 14:50Speaker 8: about that's always a fun one.
- 14:51Speaker 3: The first Notre Dame trip.
- 14:52Speaker 8: Yeah, that when they played Clemson and JP unfortunately is
- 14:55Speaker 8: like having to work, but at least he worked to
- 14:57Speaker 8: watch Clemson fail, which is just true.
- 15:00Speaker 3: A fat storm in the field on that one and
- 15:02Speaker 3: having Will on my shoulders.
- 15:03Speaker 5: Yeah, that was fun.
- 15:05Speaker 6: I think my favorite was the first ever UFC fight
- 15:08Speaker 6: that we went to because that's bucket list yeah, as
- 15:11Speaker 6: fight fans, and being able to walk through that tunnel
- 15:14Speaker 6: and sit in those seats and get to experience it
- 15:16Speaker 6: in person for the first time. Was that was a
- 15:19Speaker 6: dream come true moment?
- 15:20Speaker 3: What fight was that?
- 15:22Speaker 5: Then? That's the worst part. It's like, now there's been
- 15:24Speaker 5: so many.
- 15:25Speaker 6: It was a international fight week, Yeah, and I believe
- 15:29Speaker 6: it was Vulk.
- 15:29Speaker 9: I think it was also the Miami I.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Can't remember who. The Miami one was incredible.
- 15:34Speaker 9: That was a really fun time. We got to have
- 15:36Speaker 9: dinner with Dave and.
- 15:37Speaker 5: The workout like that week going to that gym. That
- 15:40Speaker 5: was awesome.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We were there for four days with Mike then too right, Yeah,
- 15:44Speaker 1: liver King those bold testicles from liver King.
- 15:49Speaker 8: I had to do it, but man, just it tastes
- 15:51Speaker 8: exactly like you think it was.
- 15:53Speaker 6: Yeah, those might be two of my favorite ones, both
- 15:56Speaker 6: the bull testicles or.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Yeah, the the right.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Good Mine was Boo at the zoo.
- 16:05Speaker 1: I was about to say, I feel like the last
- 16:10Speaker 1: there I was chewing seeds.
- 16:12Speaker 5: Zoo was fun.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Besides, all the animals were asleep. It's not like the
- 16:16Speaker 4: tiger wasn't the tiger was cool. Everybody else was asleep.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Flamingos were Flamingos are vibe, dude.
- 16:22Speaker 6: We walked through the zoo one time and they were
- 16:24Speaker 6: just out wandering with the zoo keeper, like through the walkways.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Like they're talking about what mingos?
- 16:31Speaker 5: What are they talking about?
- 16:33Speaker 6: I don't know, but they better this crazy pink ship.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:39Speaker 6: I was trying to try to make a joke of
- 16:41Speaker 6: like how they only stand on one leg?
- 16:43Speaker 9: Like he has like how were they walking?
- 16:48Speaker 3: Next question from.
- 16:51Speaker 7: After seeing so many colleges and being on all of
- 16:53Speaker 7: our spring tour and fall tours, would you which one
- 16:55Speaker 7: would you pick if you had to do it all
- 16:56Speaker 7: over again and you can't say your own?
- 16:59Speaker 9: That's a good question.
- 17:01Speaker 3: My college experience pre parid of yours, your guys, is
- 17:03Speaker 3: so completely different just in a.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Sense do you asking about college experience?
- 17:08Speaker 7: Just like if like all of the colleges you but
- 17:09Speaker 7: I'm saying, like for you guys, you went to a
- 17:11Speaker 7: massive school.
- 17:12Speaker 2: So right, I think I'm confused by the question, Like
- 17:15Speaker 2: if you.
- 17:15Speaker 7: All of the schools we've been to, like South Carolina, right,
- 17:18Speaker 7: if you had to pick one.
- 17:19Speaker 9: To go back and go through?
- 17:20Speaker 10: Oh, but you can't, he was saying, like for a
- 17:23Speaker 10: spring tour, No, no, no, no, like to go back and
- 17:25Speaker 10: like redo, But I'm saying, but what I'm saying is
- 17:28Speaker 10: like I went to a school with twenty five hundred people,
- 17:30Speaker 10: so like.
- 17:31Speaker 7: Doing that would be such a mind fuck to me
- 17:35Speaker 7: because like obviously you guys went to all massive schools,
- 17:37Speaker 7: so it's like kind of the same experience but just
- 17:39Speaker 7: at a different location.
- 17:40Speaker 5: I have too.
- 17:41Speaker 4: This means I'm in between Nebraska and Tennessee. Well, like
- 17:46Speaker 4: I just tend to see them.
- 17:48Speaker 9: Let's go.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Why do you choose to You've traveled to like games?
- 17:52Speaker 5: Yeah, that's true on my own, Like yeah, like.
- 17:55Speaker 1: You went to Wisconsin and you went to Columbia.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Lsu, LSU. It's not my speed, but that was sick.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Did you know that the com Socks were at the
- 18:05Speaker 1: Florida Alas shoe game we were at in the video
- 18:08Speaker 1: at some point?
- 18:09Speaker 9: Were you No?
- 18:10Speaker 4: I had applied for the job already, but I that
- 18:13Speaker 4: was just part of our boys trip and we were and.
- 18:15Speaker 3: We were and we were like saw them on the field.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Me and my brother saw them to gen JP walking
- 18:23Speaker 4: but like recognized him. I didn't even like know, like
- 18:26Speaker 4: I just recognized y'all from doing like light research. But
- 18:29Speaker 4: we're at the game that was like a game we
- 18:31Speaker 4: went big on. So we were like on the second
- 18:33Speaker 4: row and me and JP talked a little bit. There
- 18:36Speaker 4: was a guy, like a ball guy that knew everybody
- 18:38Speaker 4: that was talking to Shag talking to were talking to everybody,
- 18:41Speaker 4: and he just had his family. He was We were
- 18:43Speaker 4: sitting right next to him, right next to him, that
- 18:46Speaker 4: was was the Jade and Daniels like five game.
- 18:50Speaker 6: Yeah, came down, That's what I was saying. Dude. Okay,
- 18:55Speaker 6: So the guy that he brought with him, Yes, his
- 18:58Speaker 6: brother or cousin is the world record holder in the
- 19:01Speaker 6: pole vault like the guy from I forget which country
- 19:04Speaker 6: it is, but he has smashed every single pole vaulting
- 19:06Speaker 6: record ever known to man.
- 19:09Speaker 9: Will always just run around with like elite niche athletes.
- 19:11Speaker 5: Dude, Yeah, that's the poorio.
- 19:13Speaker 9: I wouldn't I wouldn't put Poorty in a niche like.
- 19:15Speaker 5: But he's always like close with all of them.
- 19:18Speaker 9: Yeah, and then he's a logan.
- 19:19Speaker 8: He's like out there like just running like duck, like
- 19:23Speaker 8: craw fishing.
- 19:28Speaker 6: Y'all shout out Cody Verett, Man, go see Pablito's pit stop.
- 19:31Speaker 5: And I don't even know where which city they're in, but.
- 19:35Speaker 2: He would be an awesome guest.
- 19:37Speaker 5: He'd be a sick guest.
- 19:38Speaker 3: My answer would be organ.
- 19:40Speaker 8: That was up there if if you take commuting out
- 19:43Speaker 8: of it entirely, because like it'd be tough, just like
- 19:46Speaker 8: only go back to your family like once you're right,
- 19:48Speaker 8: but still, I mean just one of the most beautiful,
- 19:52Speaker 8: clean seems like all the people that are pretty nice.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Just different literally a different vibe.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Yeah, that was definitely one that came to mind, specially
- 20:00Speaker 1: really because it's I mean, we know, it's incredible, it
- 20:03Speaker 1: was so much fun. But to experience a different part
- 20:06Speaker 1: of the country for like four years sometimes five, that
- 20:11Speaker 1: that would just be like a place that I would
- 20:12Speaker 1: I think I would enjoy and there's so many other
- 20:14Speaker 1: things to go do from that region.
- 20:17Speaker 3: I would say, O'Regan or just South Carolina because my
- 20:19Speaker 3: aunt teacher.
- 20:19Speaker 2: The other one I had was Texas.
- 20:21Speaker 4: I think I want to switch my answer. This is
- 20:24Speaker 4: no disrespect to Tennessee. I just think I can't hang
- 20:26Speaker 4: in the SEC. It's just not my tempo. I feel
- 20:30Speaker 4: like I would if out of all the ones I've
- 20:31Speaker 4: been to, the like five that I've said, honestly, I
- 20:34Speaker 4: might do Nebraska.
- 20:38Speaker 6: I love truly, just the weather. Yeah, I would get
- 20:41Speaker 6: that would be a little bit shy from it.
- 20:43Speaker 4: It's just I feel like it's the most similar and
- 20:45Speaker 4: this is just my personality.
- 20:46Speaker 5: Go with what you know.
- 20:47Speaker 4: I feel like that's the most similar to like Oklahoma
- 20:49Speaker 4: State for sure, and I and I and I loved
- 20:52Speaker 4: Oklahoma State. Kind of that it was in the middle
- 20:54Speaker 4: of nowhere. Kind of Nebraska's same deal. Like, I feel
- 20:58Speaker 4: like I would out of all of them, I would
- 20:59Speaker 4: enjoy that want to. I like the like culture of Nebraska.
- 21:03Speaker 4: I don't think I could do it though it's similar
- 21:05Speaker 4: to Attlehma State, but Oklham State smaller scalps, because.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Like, if I'm going to be isolated, I don't want
- 21:10Speaker 1: to be isolated there.
- 21:12Speaker 4: That's a good point because Oklham State is three and
- 21:15Speaker 4: a half four hours from DFW, and that's why that's close.
- 21:19Speaker 4: It's it's really not it is in the middle of nowhere,
- 21:21Speaker 4: but not really it's close to Oklahoma City.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Yeah, so I just don't know about but West for me, yeah,
- 21:27Speaker 1: I get it.
- 21:28Speaker 5: I feel like I would choose Oregon too.
- 21:29Speaker 6: But also L s U I I would love to
- 21:33Speaker 6: buy into their like to that fandom if I was
- 21:36Speaker 6: if I grew up like L s U finn, I
- 21:37Speaker 6: think that's sweet.
- 21:39Speaker 5: And then also Florida State.
- 21:40Speaker 9: I was at Florida State.
- 21:42Speaker 5: Florida State could be cool the.
- 21:43Speaker 8: Culture that just buy in yeah one and just Florida rules.
- 21:48Speaker 8: I also wouldn't hate Ohio State just because of standpoint.
- 21:53Speaker 3: I completely forgot we went there.
- 21:59Speaker 5: Was really cool. I would I've been to the campus.
- 22:02Speaker 3: I'd been before we went.
- 22:03Speaker 7: I'd been there twice for like a football camp and
- 22:05Speaker 7: like we went to like Eddie George's restaurant like that.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that High Street where we did the live show,
- 22:09Speaker 3: Like that was a vibe.
- 22:10Speaker 9: It feels like Columbus, like downtown.
- 22:11Speaker 8: It feels like new yeah yeah, and good infrastructure, clean clean.
- 22:16Speaker 8: It's a big one for me because you go to
- 22:18Speaker 8: like the wrong campus and it's nasty and you're like,
- 22:21Speaker 8: who could even spend ten minutes here?
- 22:23Speaker 3: That's how low key.
- 22:24Speaker 7: And I apologize if this offends anybody, That's how I
- 22:27Speaker 7: thought about.
- 22:28Speaker 3: L s U.
- 22:29Speaker 9: Yeah, but like that that comes with exactly.
- 22:32Speaker 3: That's I couldn't really that, Yeah I do.
- 22:35Speaker 5: It's like that you forgot about l s U.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Man, that's a good one.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Where else have we been?
- 22:39Speaker 3: That's we've been to, not too like too many a
- 22:42Speaker 3: and m.
- 22:43Speaker 8: I see, I didn't go there, and it was a
- 22:45Speaker 8: cool campus where we stayed was sweet.
- 22:48Speaker 5: Yeah, like the culture like Notre Dame.
- 22:53Speaker 9: Would be cool. I mean, I wouldn't mind it. The weather,
- 22:55Speaker 9: it just is right all the time. But I do
- 22:57Speaker 9: love the campus.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Yeah, you feel like you're gonna learn something there.
- 23:01Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Cool, Yeah, text something about Texas, like the reason I
- 23:06Speaker 1: said Texas just because it is Texas, and like being
- 23:10Speaker 1: around the people of Texas that just like rep their
- 23:14Speaker 1: states so hard. It could be like a fun time
- 23:16Speaker 1: to buy into and our boy went there.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Avery interesting.
- 23:20Speaker 6: You've gotta love being in a city too, with an
- 23:23Speaker 6: airport that can get you other places. Sure, Austin Chicago
- 23:27Speaker 6: done easy work.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Getting from Oregon to anywhere would.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Be hell unless you're trying to unless you're going to Hawaii, yeah,
- 23:34Speaker 1: or Canada or Japan.
- 23:39Speaker 3: So thank you Aaron Coatin for.
- 23:42Speaker 5: What say, we got to get to some more schools.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm looking I want to. From what it seems like,
- 23:51Speaker 3: we're gonna try and hit up Lubbock. That would be
- 23:53Speaker 3: sick Olahoma State a few more years, maybe everybody we're going.
- 23:58Speaker 5: Yeah, we'll be there for.
- 24:00Speaker 9: The school for the future that we should attend.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Oh right now, Yeah, I want to go to I
- 24:05Speaker 3: want to show you guys they wipe out pen.
- 24:07Speaker 5: Say, yeah, I thought that would be your but it's
- 24:09Speaker 5: pretty high on my lie.
- 24:09Speaker 7: However, some people don't want me up there, want us
- 24:14Speaker 7: up there and I'm looking at the camera because I
- 24:16Speaker 7: know you don't watch this, but I'm talking to you
- 24:18Speaker 7: and it's fucking insane.
- 24:20Speaker 8: Oh you know what one that could apply maybe but
- 24:23Speaker 8: as she wouldn't Yeah, definitely wouldn't be.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Oh my, we've been are you talking about for to
- 24:29Speaker 3: go there?
- 24:30Speaker 9: Yeah, now we've already back to the first question.
- 24:33Speaker 5: Back to the first question. They got the best weather,
- 24:36Speaker 5: they got the best I got the best.
- 24:37Speaker 2: It'd go Asu, Oregon, Texas in that order for me.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Wait, can I throw out one that? Uh, if we
- 24:43Speaker 4: did do a trip, I probably wouldn't even go on.
- 24:44Speaker 4: But yeah, Washington, Yeah on the water if we go.
- 24:49Speaker 4: I've heard really good things about Washington, and that's one
- 24:51Speaker 4: that we want to hit on our boys trip because
- 24:53Speaker 4: we're just trying to see all these stadiums. So like
- 24:55Speaker 4: that's one for me that I feel like it would
- 24:57Speaker 4: be so cool, probably similar vibes to Oregon.
- 24:59Speaker 7: Yeah, I was gonna say, go out there for Washington
- 25:01Speaker 7: game and hit a Seahawks game while you're out there.
- 25:04Speaker 4: Yeah, to go seems sick to go to.
- 25:08Speaker 1: I mean I'm thinking of warm states, I know, like Florida, Yeah, Gamesville, Gainesville,
- 25:16Speaker 1: talk about kind of feels dirty.
- 25:18Speaker 8: Yeah really and it has like a it's like older
- 25:22Speaker 8: feels like like in the late eighties or from the
- 25:26Speaker 8: nineties are still there.
- 25:27Speaker 9: Yeah for sure.
- 25:28Speaker 3: Us F in Tampa or Miami.
- 25:31Speaker 9: Miami be cool.
- 25:32Speaker 5: Like what I hate about.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Miami is that they play at the Dolphin Stadium.
- 25:36Speaker 3: And it's like forty five minutes away from campus.
- 25:38Speaker 1: I just feel like if the you had their own stadium.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Movie so sick.
- 25:42Speaker 4: I thought they were getting one.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Loda wouldn't mind checking out like a South Dakota State.
- 25:49Speaker 9: He not Carson Wins, just Fargo, North Dakota.
- 25:55Speaker 5: Who plays in the who plays in the inflatal.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Dome, Fargo, the Fargo down. Yeah, that's out to go
- 26:00Speaker 3: to state.
- 26:01Speaker 2: I could be wrong, this thought.
- 26:04Speaker 3: Green and Yellow one North, That's what I'm talking about.
- 26:08Speaker 1: This could be wrong, but I feel like going to
- 26:10Speaker 1: experience and see either like the Naval Academy or Army
- 26:14Speaker 1: would be pretty cool.
- 26:15Speaker 4: Army Navy game would be sick. That's like a standalone game.
- 26:18Speaker 1: But because I've been to Air Forces campus and it
- 26:22Speaker 1: is Yeah, Colorado Springs, Shadow of Jake Lass that was
- 26:27Speaker 1: just like a wild one because you're like, why am
- 26:30Speaker 1: I on this campus?
- 26:31Speaker 5: Yeah, like all the other ones, Like dude that I
- 26:34Speaker 5: would actually love to go to Colorado.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Yeah, Colorado would be thinking about Colorado that one would
- 26:43Speaker 4: be sick.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Yeah, Utah would be fun. Really just thinking the places
- 26:47Speaker 1: I would like to go the States.
- 26:51Speaker 5: Why is obviously number one?
- 26:53Speaker 2: We go to Arizona.
- 26:54Speaker 9: Why would be sd s U.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that'd be fun.
- 27:00Speaker 7: Medi I feel I feel like going There's not like
- 27:05Speaker 7: there's not a whole lot of Northeast colleges.
- 27:08Speaker 3: It's like Penn State and Rutgers, like.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Carrier down that's in the spring.
- 27:14Speaker 3: That's like in the middle of New York.
- 27:16Speaker 9: What about like a Maryland game?
- 27:18Speaker 5: Maryland is Maryland and South Carolina have weird beef.
- 27:21Speaker 6: Their coach every single offseason, like has something to say
- 27:26Speaker 6: about us because we get a lot of guys from
- 27:28Speaker 6: the d m V area. And most recently this offseason,
- 27:32Speaker 6: one of the they're a five star recruit, number two
- 27:34Speaker 6: recruit in the country, came on a visit even though
- 27:37Speaker 6: he shut down his recruiting. And then their coach comes
- 27:39Speaker 6: out and says, Zion Lee is getting paid to go
- 27:42Speaker 6: take that visit. Ten grand that's illegal. YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 27:47Speaker 6: One that never happened too. It's actually illegal to say
- 27:50Speaker 6: recruits names in those phrases. Two weeks later, that coach,
- 27:54Speaker 6: the head coach of Maryland, gets fired Mike Loxley, Yeah, Mikeley.
- 27:58Speaker 5: And but dude with Dylan's do it does the same thing,
- 28:01Speaker 5: and so screw Maryland.
- 28:04Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 28:04Speaker 1: College Park is kind of sick though. I've just been
- 28:07Speaker 1: there handful of times for lacrosse stuff and it's fun you.
- 28:11Speaker 5: And to be sick.
- 28:11Speaker 3: Yeah, oh yeah, there's so many outlets West Virginia.
- 28:17Speaker 5: Oh that would be I don't know why.
- 28:19Speaker 3: That just feels like that would be.
- 28:21Speaker 2: A Virginia good time. Charlotteville is sick.
- 28:25Speaker 3: I'm lucky. Wouldn't mind going to virgin.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Virginia, just like Virginia would be fun.
- 28:32Speaker 5: Virginia's campus.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Now I'm picking schools because I'm thinking if we go
- 28:35Speaker 1: there in the spring, there's like a chance for a
- 28:38Speaker 1: lacrosse game.
- 28:39Speaker 3: True, yeah, but.
- 28:42Speaker 4: Guys, good lacrosse team, do they Well, I'm really trying
- 28:45Speaker 4: to get out there, man.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Next question, do I love We're going?
- 28:50Speaker 1: Hey we have a home and home with Oklahoma State
- 28:53Speaker 1: twenty thirty.
- 28:53Speaker 5: Yeah, a couple of years from now, we're going both
- 28:55Speaker 5: games will go.
- 28:56Speaker 7: These are just from a striped up official shout out
- 28:59Speaker 7: to you. Good These you can kind of go hand
- 29:02Speaker 7: in hand. What was your high school life like? And
- 29:04Speaker 7: what do you miss about high school? And do you
- 29:05Speaker 7: ever do you remember your first ever girlfriend?
- 29:08Speaker 3: Made me cry? I don't feel that way about my
- 29:12Speaker 3: first ever girlfriend.
- 29:14Speaker 5: She can kick rocks, so you remember her?
- 29:17Speaker 3: Oh yeah?
- 29:19Speaker 2: So what was high school like?
- 29:22Speaker 3: Y'all too?
- 29:22Speaker 2: Obviously favorite parts? And then like what do you miss?
- 29:25Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 29:26Speaker 5: Okay, My high school was awesome. East Side was awesome.
- 29:29Speaker 6: We had a It was a pretty diverse school, I
- 29:32Speaker 6: feel like, and it had everything everything I wanted. I
- 29:36Speaker 6: had all different sorts of friend friend groups. The neighborhoods
- 29:40Speaker 6: that were zoned for our high school were all awesome
- 29:42Speaker 6: neighborhoods to go hang out in the sports team. The
- 29:45Speaker 6: sports that I played, football was horrible, but it was
- 29:49Speaker 6: kind of funny because a lot of the other sports dominated.
- 29:53Speaker 5: So I don't know if I.
- 29:54Speaker 6: Told it on here before, but we were uh you
- 29:57Speaker 6: know who uhn in the locker room before. I think
- 30:00Speaker 6: it was my junior year football season, and you know,
- 30:02Speaker 6: everybody's like talk about their goals and the coach had
- 30:05Speaker 6: just got everybody fired up, like this is the year
- 30:07Speaker 6: we turned the narrative on east Side football. People are
- 30:10Speaker 6: going around saying what they want to accomplish. When one
- 30:13Speaker 6: guy's like, I'm trying to bring a state championship to
- 30:15Speaker 6: east Side and this dude Dally goes, well, you in
- 30:17Speaker 6: the wrong sport, brother, you. He said, you either better
- 30:20Speaker 6: go wrestle or play soccer because it ain't happening here.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Oh, your football locker room sounded hilarious.
- 30:25Speaker 5: Shout out Buddha, Buddha shopping, chop chopping. So yeah, I
- 30:29Speaker 5: mean I loved it. It was it was great.
- 30:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:32Speaker 6: Two of our football teammates they had the same nickname
- 30:35Speaker 6: for each other and they always hung out together and
- 30:37Speaker 6: they were both chopped.
- 30:38Speaker 5: They'd be like, Chop, what up, chop? Nothing much chop.
- 30:41Speaker 5: So I loved it.
- 30:42Speaker 6: And I remember my first girlfriend, uh, and I have
- 30:46Speaker 6: nothing belove for her. I had if I had three
- 30:48Speaker 6: girlfriends total. I'm on good terms with all of them
- 30:51Speaker 6: and I'm happy they're all doing well. Both of them
- 30:53Speaker 6: actually have kids. So shout out to you.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Oh did that girlfriend's mom text you while we were
- 31:00Speaker 2: at the game.
- 31:01Speaker 6: She did, It's over there. Every Uh, my high school
- 31:03Speaker 6: girlfriend's mom. She's a big South Carolina fan and her
- 31:06Speaker 6: family is not big football fans, and so she she
- 31:10Speaker 6: has reached out during football season and is like, you know,
- 31:12Speaker 6: go game Cocks, Like what's going on with our team?
- 31:14Speaker 6: And it's a it's a fun like wholesome relationship, like.
- 31:18Speaker 8: A Christmas like pulling your exercise and being like, why
- 31:22Speaker 8: whatever happened with JP?
- 31:24Speaker 5: Like you can only hope that's what's going on.
- 31:26Speaker 9: I mean, it's gotta be if you are still texted
- 31:28Speaker 9: in twenty twenty five. I know.
- 31:29Speaker 1: No I saw JP restilling. He said, no, leave me alone.
- 31:33Speaker 5: Yeah, no, It's funny though.
- 31:35Speaker 7: My high school experience is so like I've said that
- 31:38Speaker 7: so many times, just like my college experience is so
- 31:40Speaker 7: different than everybody's.
- 31:41Speaker 2: Yeah, how many people went to your high school?
- 31:42Speaker 7: I had two fifty in my graduating class, So like
- 31:45Speaker 7: we went to like a relatively good sized high school.
- 31:48Speaker 7: But it like when I tell you I'm from the
- 31:50Speaker 7: middle of nowhere, it is the absolute middle of nowhere.
- 31:54Speaker 7: The biggest thing we had my town is a Walmart,
- 31:56Speaker 7: and our Walmart has Amish hitching posts for Amish people
- 32:00Speaker 7: to come to our store.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Like literally in the.
- 32:03Speaker 5: Sticks and that's why you were that neon a standout.
- 32:06Speaker 7: Yeah, Like I was, like I ran around the same
- 32:09Speaker 7: crew the entire time, Like I don't I talk to
- 32:11Speaker 7: like two guys from high school still and like getting
- 32:15Speaker 7: and obviously I love my family. Getting out of PA
- 32:18Speaker 7: was the best thing for me because there's not a
- 32:20Speaker 7: whole lot there, but like all of my experiences and
- 32:22Speaker 7: stuff were so like different than like like you guys
- 32:27Speaker 7: like running around and stuff, Like we never never did that.
- 32:30Speaker 7: I don't know if it's just because my parents were
- 32:31Speaker 7: like low key strict, but like not in a bad way,
- 32:34Speaker 7: Like I just never found that stuff with like appealing
- 32:37Speaker 7: to do. But it's like damn, like you guys, high
- 32:39Speaker 7: school sounds so fun and I had fun in high school,
- 32:41Speaker 7: but it's just like just different. Yeah, that was super depressing.
- 32:45Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 32:46Speaker 7: I promise you it wasn't that bad. But it's just
- 32:48Speaker 7: like hearing other people's experience was fun.
- 32:50Speaker 9: Probably like.
- 32:53Speaker 3: There was around Like yeah, I feel like there's a
- 32:54Speaker 3: lot right now at least Susquehanna.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought we were like in the high four hundreds,
- 33:02Speaker 1: five hundreds.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I graduated with seventy people.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Oh, That's how Sitton was.
- 33:09Speaker 4: School private school for the last three years of high school.
- 33:12Speaker 4: I started at public school, so I kind of got
- 33:14Speaker 4: a little bit of both. I obviously I loved the
- 33:16Speaker 4: private school because, like I've said, like five minutes ago,
- 33:20Speaker 4: loved the.
- 33:22Speaker 5: The like low key just public schools. SEC school was
- 33:26Speaker 5: like big twelve. Yeah that's perfect, thank you. I was
- 33:28Speaker 5: looking for the words.
- 33:30Speaker 4: Yeah, so I love the suchial nobody who's like always
- 33:34Speaker 4: were basically empty. But uh, freshman year, like I would
- 33:38Speaker 4: have been fine in public school. Keller is like massive,
- 33:40Speaker 4: so there was a lot of kids there. But my
- 33:43Speaker 4: public school experience was so funny because right out of
- 33:46Speaker 4: the gate snapped my leg and half of football and
- 33:49Speaker 4: so like my school experience after that was in a
- 33:52Speaker 4: cast in a wheelchair, leaving every class early to like
- 33:55Speaker 4: immediate legend though, yes, but I got to go like
- 33:59Speaker 4: to classes. I left school like thirty minutes early.
- 34:04Speaker 9: My last seat traffic outside.
- 34:06Speaker 4: Or yeah, the last class of the day that I had.
- 34:09Speaker 4: I got an exemption for athletics because athletics was across
- 34:12Speaker 4: the street. I had to cross with my wheelchair, so
- 34:14Speaker 4: I didn't even have to go like watch athletics. I
- 34:18Speaker 4: completely got exempt freshman year. But my last class of
- 34:22Speaker 4: the day was on the top story of the school,
- 34:25Speaker 4: on the far corner from the exit of the building.
- 34:29Speaker 4: So and I knew my tea, my teacher knew my dad,
- 34:33Speaker 4: so like I kind of knew my teacher. Got out
- 34:36Speaker 4: forty five minute class. I got out twenty minutes after
- 34:38Speaker 4: class started, just to roll myself.
- 34:39Speaker 1: To It's on my carro How many floors not transferred,
- 34:45Speaker 1: It's two, but it's just long long.
- 34:48Speaker 4: It's a big ass building.
- 34:49Speaker 6: So damn dude, y'all remember the first I feel like
- 34:53Speaker 6: in middle school, we started out at a old high
- 34:55Speaker 6: school because the new school was being built, so it
- 34:57Speaker 6: was it was a dump. But the first time you
- 35:00Speaker 6: see an elevator at school, like when you're a kid,
- 35:03Speaker 6: for sure, all you want to do is get in
- 35:05Speaker 6: that thing. And it is and it's always a horrible elevator.
- 35:08Speaker 4: That's not Yeah, I got to ride. I got in
- 35:12Speaker 4: the elevator.
- 35:13Speaker 9: I know.
- 35:13Speaker 5: That's what I'm thinking. Like your one friend that you
- 35:15Speaker 5: brought with you in the elevator was probably living large.
- 35:19Speaker 3: That was always the biggest thing.
- 35:20Speaker 7: Like I had elbow surgery and I got to leave
- 35:22Speaker 7: class like five minutes early to get to my next one.
- 35:24Speaker 7: So I wasn't like bumping into people and like I'd
- 35:26Speaker 7: always pick like my best friend in the class and
- 35:28Speaker 7: like being.
- 35:28Speaker 3: That guy to like, hey, you're coming with me?
- 35:31Speaker 2: Why did you?
- 35:33Speaker 3: I don't know. They just said, like you can leave earlier.
- 35:35Speaker 9: I'm like, all right, I feel like it kind of sucks.
- 35:37Speaker 3: So always regardless would have been.
- 35:41Speaker 8: Of you having to like pick a friend, because it's
- 35:44Speaker 8: like one of those where it's like, all right, Monday,
- 35:45Speaker 8: I'm picking JP Tuesday. It's midge like Wednesday, g but
- 35:49Speaker 8: like the same guy over and over and then next thing,
- 35:53Speaker 8: you know, like it's just you two at a lunch table.
- 35:55Speaker 9: Everyone's kind of moving the room.
- 35:57Speaker 5: Between the boys.
- 35:58Speaker 4: There's some classes where you can only choose one, like
- 36:01Speaker 4: a Spanish class. I only had one friend in there,
- 36:03Speaker 4: didn't know them, true, you're coming with me?
- 36:07Speaker 2: We gotta get Like all of.
- 36:10Speaker 4: My friends were in there, so it was a rotation
- 36:13Speaker 4: they were on it a lineup. Uh.
- 36:17Speaker 1: High school experience was I feel like it was so fun,
- 36:21Speaker 1: Like I mean it, Jack and I went to the
- 36:22Speaker 1: same high school. Uh, we had a lot of the
- 36:25Speaker 1: same friends and being in different grades like that crossed over,
- 36:29Speaker 1: which was so fun.
- 36:30Speaker 5: Like I feel like we.
- 36:32Speaker 9: Literally random one of the guys that booed the zooloo.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Yeah literally Jack and you.
- 36:39Speaker 1: But like I feel like you would get this JP
- 36:41Speaker 1: like having older siblings or like friends with older siblings.
- 36:45Speaker 2: This goes for anybody. I don't know why I specified JP.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Because sounded like mitched it like his and you graduated
- 36:50Speaker 1: with seventy people.
- 36:52Speaker 5: But for this room, I know my brother's friends to
- 36:54Speaker 5: do when you.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Have friends because of brothers or siblings throughout like all
- 36:59Speaker 1: four grades and makes it so much fun because you
- 37:02Speaker 1: can be the you can be the freshman, like getting
- 37:04Speaker 1: dogged on by like your friends older brothers that are
- 37:07Speaker 1: like juniors and seniors and you are like like, yeah
- 37:11Speaker 1: they're on you.
- 37:12Speaker 8: Yeah You're just like I'm actually better than all of you,
- 37:15Speaker 8: the biggest pussy.
- 37:16Speaker 2: In the hallway.
- 37:17Speaker 5: But something.
- 37:18Speaker 2: But it is so fun and Bernwood like had such
- 37:19Speaker 2: a good community.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Again, I feel like I had friends in every class
- 37:24Speaker 1: I was in from different friend groups outside of just
- 37:27Speaker 1: my immediate one or teams I played on.
- 37:31Speaker 5: It was school early.
- 37:33Speaker 1: I played golf and that was a fall sport for us,
- 37:36Speaker 1: and we got to leave class early to go make
- 37:39Speaker 1: it to matches, which was hilarious because it's our golf
- 37:42Speaker 1: course was five minutes away.
- 37:44Speaker 9: It's a little country club one.
- 37:47Speaker 1: Yeah, seriously, good walk there, knows. But yeah, I mean
- 37:52Speaker 1: it was fun, dude, Like it really was. I'm trying
- 37:56Speaker 1: to think of memories, but just a good group of
- 37:59Speaker 1: guys that I still talk to, still play fantasy football
- 38:02Speaker 1: with that we got in a lot of trouble and
- 38:06Speaker 1: had a lot of fun doing it. I don't know,
- 38:08Speaker 1: it was just a good, true high school experience, I'll
- 38:11Speaker 1: say that.
- 38:12Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean, Garrett hit it on the head, but
- 38:14Speaker 8: like all the guys that he was best friends with,
- 38:16Speaker 8: like I I've known since middle school, Like I grew
- 38:19Speaker 8: up playing travel sports with a lot of them, and
- 38:21Speaker 8: like because I had an older sister and my younger
- 38:23Speaker 8: brother played basketball, it just felt like your relationships kind
- 38:27Speaker 8: knew no bounds. But what I also love is that
- 38:30Speaker 8: we had so many high schools within our county here.
- 38:33Speaker 8: Yeah is that, Like we had so many friends not
- 38:35Speaker 8: only at Brentwood, but like at Brnwood Academy and Ravenwood
- 38:38Speaker 8: and Centennial and Independence.
- 38:40Speaker 9: Like everyone would stand up, yeah fuck Gravenwood.
- 38:42Speaker 8: But but I was like that, and I feel like
- 38:45Speaker 8: you kind of like grow up and you assume that
- 38:48Speaker 8: everyone else like you was like, oh, you were friends
- 38:50Speaker 8: with everyone in your county kind of and it's not
- 38:52Speaker 8: always that way. But it's funny because like my two
- 38:55Speaker 8: neighbors are like two guys that went to Bruin Academy,
- 38:57Speaker 8: and just like all of my friends for the most
- 38:59Speaker 8: part are like pretty much grew up in the National area.
- 39:04Speaker 9: But like the guys that we.
- 39:05Speaker 8: Hang out with, none of them went to Brentwood, So
- 39:08Speaker 8: I always think that's school.
- 39:10Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, that's how Greenville was too. So many high schools.
- 39:13Speaker 3: Yeah, the Closes High School to me was twenty five
- 39:16Speaker 3: minutes away.
- 39:16Speaker 8: That's crazy because from Brentwood you would probably get to
- 39:21Speaker 8: fifty plus high schools.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Like we would play at school, and it was still
- 39:24Speaker 3: in our county.
- 39:25Speaker 9: We were at like just take a bus like everything.
- 39:27Speaker 7: The bottom tip all the way to the top tip
- 39:28Speaker 7: of Burke's County was like an hour, which sucked.
- 39:32Speaker 5: It was just having that one gllible teacher that you
- 39:35Speaker 5: get away with anything.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Yeah I was.
- 39:36Speaker 6: I was never really causing problems, but there we when
- 39:40Speaker 6: the Cinnamon Challenge, I feel like we were in high
- 39:41Speaker 6: schools when the Cinnamon challenge was huge, and we had
- 39:44Speaker 6: one friend sneak into our physical science class taught by
- 39:47Speaker 6: mister Gates legend, and he snuck in through the back
- 39:52Speaker 6: and we had brought cinnamon for him to do the
- 39:54Speaker 6: cinnamon challenge in. So he's like duck behind the like
- 39:59Speaker 6: the A tables, and we like hand him the spoon
- 40:02Speaker 6: and the cinnamon and then he just you know, throws
- 40:06Speaker 6: an like hey, I just because he's he's like sneaking, hiding.
- 40:11Speaker 6: So then he throats the cinnamon, coughs it up. Mister
- 40:15Speaker 6: Gates like, Fred, what are you doing in my class?
- 40:18Speaker 5: He never finished the words. He was a clas and uh.
- 40:21Speaker 5: He's like, what are you doing to my class?
- 40:22Speaker 3: Fred?
- 40:23Speaker 6: And Fred was like, oh, I was just I was
- 40:25Speaker 6: on my way to the bathroom. He said, well you
- 40:27Speaker 6: need to go ahead to the bathroom. He's like all right,
- 40:29Speaker 6: my bad.
- 40:30Speaker 5: And then just like.
- 40:32Speaker 6: Cinnamon, cinnamon everywhere on the floor and mister Gates just
- 40:35Speaker 6: right back to the lesson.
- 40:37Speaker 5: I'm like, man, you just you can't get that.
- 40:38Speaker 3: In the work world.
- 40:39Speaker 1: We had some I feel like that was That's another thing,
- 40:43Speaker 1: like we had some awesome teachers, like one that definitely
- 40:47Speaker 1: understood the the cool factor. And then obviously you have
- 40:52Speaker 1: something that sucked. But like in middle school, we had
- 40:54Speaker 1: the computer teacher, doctor Norman Storman Norman who talk about
- 40:59Speaker 1: just like kind of oblivion to everything. Uh just dark
- 41:03Speaker 1: room really yeah, yeah, so a dark room and screens
- 41:06Speaker 1: are like right here in the face.
- 41:07Speaker 5: Was iconic.
- 41:08Speaker 1: But he would never give you nuts on the way
- 41:11Speaker 1: into class. And he always washed his hands. So obviously
- 41:14Speaker 1: when you're middle school, you're like, we have to figure
- 41:17Speaker 1: out a way to touch this dude's hand. And so
- 41:19Speaker 1: every day everyone would be in like walking in like
- 41:22Speaker 1: trying to do this, and he would just go elbows, man, elbows.
- 41:25Speaker 1: So doctor Norman, we did that. And then in one
- 41:28Speaker 1: class of his his sink had like the little hand
- 41:31Speaker 1: spray gun, and someone was.
- 41:34Speaker 9: Just crazy to have that in the computer room.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Right, that's a great point. Anything about that.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Uh, someone wrapped a rubber band tight a ship around it.
- 41:42Speaker 1: And so when he turned the sink on to wash
- 41:44Speaker 1: his hands, the thing just sprayed him in the chest.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Did not deserve it at all, but just looked down
- 41:55Speaker 1: and looked back up, turned it off. All right, today,
- 41:58Speaker 1: we're gonna.
- 42:01Speaker 7: Tea had mister Hurtzlert, and I still talk to him today,
- 42:04Speaker 7: Like anytime I go home for like the holidays, I'll
- 42:06Speaker 7: like get coffee with him. He graduated from my high
- 42:09Speaker 7: school like five or six years before like when we
- 42:12Speaker 7: were in there, So all of the teachers that were
- 42:14Speaker 7: still teaching us he had as well. So we were like, Yo,
- 42:17Speaker 7: how is this teacher when you had him? And like
- 42:19Speaker 7: he had the dirt on all of our older teachers.
- 42:21Speaker 7: So it was like, so say be like, yo, what
- 42:24Speaker 7: about what about mister Newland?
- 42:26Speaker 3: What was he like back in the day? He sucked?
- 42:29Speaker 3: You know, he's still hard ass.
- 42:31Speaker 7: And like then we would just go and like we
- 42:33Speaker 7: would hang out in his room like the first period
- 42:37Speaker 7: or like before school started, we had like a little
- 42:39Speaker 7: breakfast club, and then once we all graduated, we all
- 42:41Speaker 7: went to his house and like got dinner and stuff.
- 42:44Speaker 7: So like, he's a teacher that, like I like, is
- 42:47Speaker 7: like kind of how you guys said, like the cool
- 42:48Speaker 7: teacher that you could kind of fuck with and everything.
- 42:50Speaker 5: The gold standard of teaching.
- 42:52Speaker 3: Man.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, there were some awesome teachers. Jack and I
- 42:54Speaker 1: would see a teacher from our high school at Bondero
- 42:56Speaker 1: every year.
- 42:57Speaker 9: Yeah, that's hilarious.
- 43:00Speaker 2: That was fun.
- 43:02Speaker 9: I also I had media and we're you said.
- 43:05Speaker 5: Goop, I'll just see if he had any any high school.
- 43:09Speaker 3: In my day.
- 43:10Speaker 11: We no, I found out I was older ship today.
- 43:13Speaker 11: High school for me was was sick. I played soccer
- 43:15Speaker 11: for years and when I got a scholarship, I decided
- 43:17Speaker 11: to try musical and was to lead in the musical.
- 43:18Speaker 11: I was Jesus, and Jesus was fucking sick.
- 43:22Speaker 5: I did everything.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah, dang, that's why he was down to fault.
- 43:29Speaker 2: That's why he was.
- 43:32Speaker 11: What I said, trend And you're like, you guys should
- 43:34Speaker 11: all do it. I was like, yeah, no, we can
- 43:36Speaker 11: do that, Like we we can all go upstairs and
- 43:38Speaker 11: do that, and everything downstairs was like.
- 43:39Speaker 5: You give us a little taste.
- 43:41Speaker 3: It's true.
- 43:42Speaker 4: I'm not good.
- 43:43Speaker 11: Yeah I can't sing that one.
- 43:44Speaker 5: Okay, that's a hard song. Whatever you whatever you want, Oh.
- 43:48Speaker 12: Say, can you see by the Dawn's early light? What
- 43:56Speaker 12: so proudly we have by the twilights last stand?
- 44:04Speaker 5: And my hat's not off, who's broad stripes?
- 44:08Speaker 2: And that's a lot of dick that I just switched the.
- 44:12Speaker 4: But yeah, no, that was my high school.
- 44:14Speaker 2: High school.
- 44:15Speaker 3: Oh it was fun.
- 44:15Speaker 11: Is that just a natural gift? Or did you do
- 44:17Speaker 11: lessons or never did lessons? My mom, my aunt, my uncle,
- 44:21Speaker 11: they all did music. So like I was first year
- 44:24Speaker 11: like trumpet, jazz, jazz, dire, all that shit, but did
- 44:28Speaker 11: sports all through high school. I didn't older brother too.
- 44:30Speaker 11: Oh his friends ripped, but no high school. I was
- 44:32Speaker 11: on more close to the city of Pittsburgh, so we
- 44:35Speaker 11: weren't in the traditional PA like don't know what to
- 44:37Speaker 11: do type.
- 44:37Speaker 5: Of stuff, like we got in trouble. It was zach
- 44:39Speaker 5: Efron try to.
- 44:41Speaker 8: Be I want to get a shout out while we're
- 44:44Speaker 8: on this topic because I feel like I won't have
- 44:45Speaker 8: another opportunity for some time to do it. But at Brentwood,
- 44:49Speaker 8: they offered a media program and you could enter any
- 44:52Speaker 8: four years if you start your freshman year, though you're
- 44:55Speaker 8: basically on like a technology track, and you do freshman, sophomore, junior,
- 44:59Speaker 8: senior year starting with a generalize and then it's like
- 45:02Speaker 8: a specialize a broadcasting and then it's an internship if
- 45:06Speaker 8: you make it to your senior year and you get selected.
- 45:08Speaker 9: So I started my freshman year just because I was like,
- 45:11Speaker 9: I like videos.
- 45:12Speaker 8: I kind of want to get into that I end
- 45:14Speaker 8: up going through all four years my senior year. At
- 45:16Speaker 8: the end of your junior year, you can apply to
- 45:18Speaker 8: be an intern, and as an intern, you are a
- 45:21Speaker 8: Williamson County employee. You get a key to the school
- 45:24Speaker 8: and it's your requirements for after school shoots. You have
- 45:29Speaker 8: to do one a semester your freshman year, so two total,
- 45:32Speaker 8: and then each year it bumps up, and then by
- 45:34Speaker 8: the time you're a senior, you're doing like six or
- 45:37Speaker 8: like so a semester at least, probably more, yeah, six
- 45:40Speaker 8: or seven at least. But if you're an intern, you
- 45:44Speaker 8: get paid to just be there, and so there's sign
- 45:47Speaker 8: up sheets that go out like the beginning of each month,
- 45:49Speaker 8: and there's just like an intern spot too. There was
- 45:52Speaker 8: eleven intern selected. You make like a whole reel and
- 45:54Speaker 8: like basically like applying why you should be there. And
- 45:57Speaker 8: we had some heavy hitters in my class, like three
- 46:00Speaker 8: of them are still very fully active and like video media.
- 46:05Speaker 9: One is like a huge.
- 46:06Speaker 8: Person in Hollywood for what it'd be like shooting movie trailers.
- 46:12Speaker 8: She's like a producer for that kind of stuff, like
- 46:14Speaker 8: wedding videographers and sports broadcasters. So like to say the
- 46:19Speaker 8: least people were like very talented, and I still was
- 46:22Speaker 8: like goofing off. And I was the twelfth out of
- 46:26Speaker 8: twelve selected and it was very well known.
- 46:28Speaker 9: That I was.
- 46:29Speaker 8: And mister Adcock was our teacher. He was an absolute ge.
- 46:32Speaker 8: He worked a Channel five in Nashville for like twenty
- 46:34Speaker 8: five years. My freshman year was his first year comes
- 46:37Speaker 8: in just teaching kids. He was just an all time guy.
- 46:41Speaker 8: And like my senior year true like told me, he's like, hey, man,
- 46:44Speaker 8: like I know that like you kind of maybe started
- 46:45Speaker 8: this with just like a way to like past time
- 46:48Speaker 8: do whatever. And he's like, I select you this because
- 46:50Speaker 8: like I want you to be here, this and that,
- 46:52Speaker 8: and like it truly inspired me to like potentially be
- 46:55Speaker 8: where I am today, even though this probably wasn't like
- 46:58Speaker 8: at that time, podcast and like things like that weren't
- 47:00Speaker 8: necessarily in the here and now. But I just like,
- 47:04Speaker 8: I mean, he's definitely not listening to this. Maybe some
- 47:06Speaker 8: like sophomore Burnwood Hie's listening to this. I can tell
- 47:08Speaker 8: Ronnie Adcock that Jack McPherson says, what's up, I owe
- 47:11Speaker 8: you a visit. But as a kid who just like
- 47:15Speaker 8: kind of like didn't take it that seriously, like in
- 47:17Speaker 8: school my whole life. It felt good to like here
- 47:20Speaker 8: teacher be like hey man, I believe in you and
- 47:22Speaker 8: like you need to continue to do this. So that
- 47:26Speaker 8: that was just like an awesome moment where I was like, yes,
- 47:29Speaker 8: I know I'm the last picked, but at least I
- 47:32Speaker 8: know it's for a reason and not like sympathy. So
- 47:35Speaker 8: thank you, Ronnie Adcock. You are the man, and you've
- 47:37Speaker 8: done a lot for like a lot of kids.
- 47:39Speaker 9: So I don't know.
- 47:41Speaker 8: And my senior year was I had an unreal schedule
- 47:45Speaker 8: because I did dual enrollment for English, so I got
- 47:47Speaker 8: my freshman year of college English knocked out and I
- 47:50Speaker 8: only had to go Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So Tuesday Thursday
- 47:53Speaker 8: is no first period. My second period I had P two,
- 47:57Speaker 8: So on Tuesday Thursdays, I'm just rolling in to school late,
- 48:00Speaker 8: going straight to play dodgeball. I have third, fourth, and
- 48:04Speaker 8: fifth period academics, and then sixth and seventh and was
- 48:08Speaker 8: there eighth period? Six yes, eight period, Yeah, because my
- 48:13Speaker 8: last three periods were just in media and as it
- 48:16Speaker 8: as an intern and senior, it's not like we're learning things,
- 48:18Speaker 8: just getting paid and I'm getting paid and.
- 48:20Speaker 5: I have and I could leave Jack got nil before
- 48:23Speaker 5: nil bro I.
- 48:23Speaker 8: Could leave school if I wanted too early, like you
- 48:26Speaker 8: could just chilled. So my senior year was truly just
- 48:28Speaker 8: like I was, like, Man, I set myself up right
- 48:31Speaker 8: for this, and then I took that mentality, went into
- 48:34Speaker 8: college and basically did all electives my freshman year. So
- 48:37Speaker 8: by the time my senior year rolled around, my life
- 48:39Speaker 8: was literal hell and I was doing all academics like
- 48:43Speaker 8: eighteen hours and like I saw Earth semester, but yeah,
- 48:47Speaker 8: shout out Ronnie Adcock and the brentwin Hig immediate team.
- 48:49Speaker 9: We were reigning like seven time champions because they did.
- 48:53Speaker 7: So let's go all right our last one, because I
- 48:56Speaker 7: feel like we've been going for a minute. What was
- 48:59Speaker 7: everybody these first thoughts good and bad about each other?
- 49:03Speaker 7: And how has that changed? I feel like that's a
- 49:05Speaker 7: that's one. That's the question I wanted to ask Delaney
- 49:07Speaker 7: when he came, but he misunderstood.
- 49:11Speaker 5: So what's the question?
- 49:12Speaker 7: So, like, what was your first thoughts about like when
- 49:14Speaker 7: Coop when he got hired, Derek when he got hired GP.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Obviously you knew Jack and like everybody's first thoughts.
- 49:24Speaker 6: The thing for me, I was like when I was
- 49:28Speaker 6: getting the job, Jack had sent me an email like
- 49:31Speaker 6: excited to work with you maybe like I think we
- 49:34Speaker 6: know one of the same people. And so then I
- 49:37Speaker 6: went to I might have even said this last week
- 49:39Speaker 6: or not, but I went to Jack's Instagram. I'm seeing
- 49:41Speaker 6: some of the videos he's editing, and I was like,
- 49:43Speaker 6: oh no, like I cannot edit this good and this
- 49:47Speaker 6: is now I'm gonna have to be I gotta I
- 49:50Speaker 6: gotta figure something out. I feel like it was like
- 49:53Speaker 6: a Hawaii video or something.
- 49:54Speaker 9: Probably the best fee I'll ever d it.
- 49:56Speaker 6: So I was like, man, this is gonna be tough,
- 50:01Speaker 6: but it was I don't know, like for me, it
- 50:04Speaker 6: all happened so fast, and the brand was moving pretty fast,
- 50:08Speaker 6: so I got like my legit first day that I
- 50:12Speaker 6: probably even met y'all was the same day that Portnoy came.
- 50:14Speaker 6: So they're like they're super busy, and.
- 50:17Speaker 1: I feel like I don't remember even like exchanging words
- 50:21Speaker 1: really that day.
- 50:22Speaker 3: Not at all.
- 50:23Speaker 5: I remember saying what's up, and but that's really it.
- 50:26Speaker 8: Like you got integrated so fast too, and it's like, yeah,
- 50:28Speaker 8: I know I can remember times before you were there,
- 50:31Speaker 8: but like the only I just remember Josh, Yeah, tall Josh, Josh.
- 50:40Speaker 2: I appreciate Yeah.
- 50:41Speaker 5: Oh, I mean, I guess I'm to do I go.
- 50:43Speaker 9: Through how editing has gotten since then.
- 50:48Speaker 6: That when Mitch came, I mean we were I was
- 50:51Speaker 6: interviewing Mitch with Will, which was hilarious because it was
- 50:54Speaker 6: the whole thing is so crazy. Yeah, and uh, I
- 50:58Speaker 6: don't know, I mean first and every single first impression
- 51:02Speaker 6: was positive and like you're the same person. You're just
- 51:07Speaker 6: like a more confident version of the person you were
- 51:09Speaker 6: when you walked in Coop.
- 51:12Speaker 5: Same thing.
- 51:13Speaker 6: It was just Coops a silent killer. I don't know,
- 51:17Speaker 6: like it's it's kind of a tough question.
- 51:19Speaker 3: It is like a tough guy.
- 51:20Speaker 7: Like for me, like obviously I was a fan of
- 51:22Speaker 7: Busting before everything, so I knew like you three and
- 51:26Speaker 7: like so not that I was I'm gonna say starstruck
- 51:29Speaker 7: when I met you guys, but.
- 51:30Speaker 9: You can say that I was like ahead of us.
- 51:33Speaker 7: These guys are like, these are dope, These these three
- 51:36Speaker 7: are the one and Blas shout out Blas, He's coming
- 51:39Speaker 7: on He's coming on the pod soon. But like it
- 51:45Speaker 7: was dope to finally get to meet you guys, and
- 51:48Speaker 7: like me, JP and g had like our desk situation
- 51:51Speaker 7: kind of weird. And then Jack just worked in the bus,
- 51:53Speaker 7: so I wasn't like I was the least close with
- 51:56Speaker 7: you for the longest time. Yeah, and then the more
- 51:58Speaker 7: we went on trips together, the closer we got. And like,
- 52:01Speaker 7: it's funny because I'm pretty sure my contact in your
- 52:03Speaker 7: phone is still Mitch intern of course, so then like
- 52:06Speaker 7: that's another hilarioustory. Jack thought I was an intern this
- 52:09Speaker 7: entire time.
- 52:11Speaker 8: Let's let's shout the record traate Mitch was an intern
- 52:13Speaker 8: at one point. I admit it, but I just remember
- 52:17Speaker 8: that and I was like, are you kidding me?
- 52:18Speaker 9: I was like, wait, so you've just been getting paid
- 52:20Speaker 9: the whole time you've been here.
- 52:22Speaker 3: Yeah, it was.
- 52:22Speaker 7: I got hired in September and then we went to
- 52:24Speaker 7: the Arizona Super Bowl trip. And that's what I'm like,
- 52:26Speaker 7: damn if.
- 52:27Speaker 9: That's crazy that it took like six months to be like,
- 52:29Speaker 9: so like congrats.
- 52:31Speaker 3: Yeah, you literally like dapped me up. Hey, congrats, bro,
- 52:33Speaker 3: I'm like, bro, I've been here the whole time.
- 52:35Speaker 1: If you did that in the green room, he did
- 52:37Speaker 1: show Yes.
- 52:38Speaker 9: Congrats a little dog, welcome to the big leagues.
- 52:42Speaker 7: And Coop was so quiet, like he didn't really do
- 52:45Speaker 7: like he just every once in a while he'd like
- 52:48Speaker 7: just come in with like a one liner that's like
- 52:50Speaker 7: kind of funny.
- 52:51Speaker 3: We're like, this guy should talk.
- 52:53Speaker 7: More, and here I am, he's getting better at it.
- 52:57Speaker 7: And Derek like I didn't even know really like what
- 53:00Speaker 7: Derek was doing here? Who we will like who really
- 53:03Speaker 7: he was? I'm like, this guy's here a lot.
- 53:05Speaker 3: Who is this guy wandered in the door and then
- 53:08Speaker 3: then he's like, oh, that's the news for the Dad's guy.
- 53:10Speaker 3: I'm like, oh shit, that's sick and.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Like it's just turned on the that's the new for
- 53:14Speaker 1: the Dad's guy.
- 53:15Speaker 3: Yeah, And then I'm like then someone was like, yeah,
- 53:19Speaker 3: Derek's from Pa too.
- 53:20Speaker 7: I'm like, no shit. And then that's when I went up,
- 53:22Speaker 7: finally went I was to Derek. I'm like, bro, my
- 53:24Speaker 7: bad for being so weird for so long, but nice
- 53:27Speaker 7: to meet you, but yeah, that's mine.
- 53:31Speaker 4: I feel like, and this is to everyone's credit for
- 53:35Speaker 4: that was here when I got here, Like obviously all
- 53:37Speaker 4: were super cool. We kind of talked last week about
- 53:39Speaker 4: for my first week was a spiral a lot of
- 53:42Speaker 4: crazy stuf happening, but I feel like you guys were
- 53:45Speaker 4: all super cool and and like I said, to your credit,
- 53:47Speaker 4: I feel like y'all haven't really changed much since that
- 53:49Speaker 4: first day, which is obviously huge because like you know,
- 53:54Speaker 4: you could have been like, oh, like welcome new guy,
- 53:56Speaker 4: and then uh, you know, things just like slowly every
- 53:58Speaker 4: time it's just like different. But I've feel like it's
- 54:00Speaker 4: been the same the whole time, which is like for
- 54:02Speaker 4: me big and then everyone that everyone else that's that's
- 54:06Speaker 4: came in like good impressions for them too. Like Jared
- 54:09Speaker 4: was super cool right away, sherm. I had already done
- 54:11Speaker 4: a little bit through the remote work that he did.
- 54:13Speaker 4: He's cool and obviously full of energy, like Derek coming
- 54:17Speaker 4: in great fit. All the interns is great fits. So
- 54:19Speaker 4: like it's been great first impressions and like really just
- 54:23Speaker 4: I feel like not a whole lot of maybe I'm
- 54:25Speaker 4: just not paying attention, but no, but I feel like
- 54:27Speaker 4: it's been pretty consistent with everybody, which is pretty good
- 54:31Speaker 4: thing in my opinion.
- 54:32Speaker 1: Sure, yeah, I mean have it watching everyone like come
- 54:35Speaker 1: on month after month, year after year is so funny
- 54:38Speaker 1: because like I don't know, being with busting, like from
- 54:43Speaker 1: early on, you're still just like trying to figure out
- 54:45Speaker 1: what all of it is, and then you see more
- 54:47Speaker 1: guys get added and you're like, okay, so that must
- 54:49Speaker 1: mean like things are good.
- 54:50Speaker 9: Just coming to work, just a record and that's it.
- 54:53Speaker 2: And then yeah, that's how it was for a year
- 54:55Speaker 2: plus for sure.
- 54:57Speaker 1: So yeah, like having JP come on was awesome because
- 55:01Speaker 1: all I'm like, you're thinking about is we do need
- 55:04Speaker 1: another person to help get this work done because I'm
- 55:06Speaker 1: not trying to be here till one am. And then
- 55:10Speaker 1: that same thing like when Mitch gets here and then
- 55:12Speaker 1: you're adding pieces where you're like, Okay, now we're able
- 55:15Speaker 1: to like get more done and you're not like drained
- 55:19Speaker 1: at the end of the day. So that was my
- 55:20Speaker 1: first impression of building a team. And yeah, everyone got along.
- 55:25Speaker 2: Everyone was super chill.
- 55:28Speaker 1: Like I sat in on some of the interview process
- 55:30Speaker 1: with Coop and after the very first time we talked
- 55:33Speaker 1: to him all the other people, I was like, we
- 55:35Speaker 1: know who we like, it was not even close. So
- 55:39Speaker 1: if you applied, sorry, there's a reason Coops here.
- 55:42Speaker 5: Can I road you say a quick funny story about
- 55:44Speaker 5: my interview? Yeah, I feel like I know what you're
- 55:46Speaker 5: gonna say.
- 55:47Speaker 4: Maybe cause I mean I did a couple of interviews.
- 55:50Speaker 4: You were on a couple of them. My last interview
- 55:52Speaker 4: with Will and Taylor, the first time I talked to them,
- 55:55Speaker 4: it was like five minutes. Felt like I was getting punked.
- 55:58Speaker 4: They kind of just peppered me and then which I expected,
- 56:00Speaker 4: like I knew.
- 56:01Speaker 5: I was like, this is what they do.
- 56:03Speaker 4: Uh, just from like an outsider's perspective. They said, I
- 56:05Speaker 4: thank you, hung up. And that night was the night
- 56:08Speaker 4: they went on the Manning cast and I went to
- 56:10Speaker 4: like an Atlanta Hawks game with my friend and I
- 56:12Speaker 4: was just nervous the whole night. I was like, what
- 56:14Speaker 4: did Like what the hell just happened to me? The
- 56:17Speaker 4: next day I got called it off for the job,
- 56:18Speaker 4: but I was like that interview probably wasn't even it
- 56:20Speaker 4: was probably just like the fuck around.
- 56:23Speaker 3: Yeah, That's how I felt. My interview was with JP
- 56:25Speaker 3: and Will and like that was only like ten minutes.
- 56:28Speaker 3: Like did I hope? I? I think I said the
- 56:30Speaker 3: same thing like three times. I just want to help
- 56:32Speaker 3: JP out and take things off of his play. Yeah.
- 56:34Speaker 4: My interviews with g the ones that he was on,
- 56:36Speaker 4: were much more serious and talking about role and the
- 56:39Speaker 4: graphics that I had done and will Taylor. My final review,
- 56:42Speaker 4: I was like, that's it, Like I'm there, nah, But.
- 56:46Speaker 1: I mean that's that's why it's fun. And I'll say,
- 56:48Speaker 1: like getting to be a part of like helping see
- 56:53Speaker 1: who's gonna come in the building does help create the
- 56:57Speaker 1: vibe we have in here, because like he just did
- 57:00Speaker 1: it with these interns and you're watching all these people
- 57:04Speaker 1: apply and all these kids apply, and you're like your
- 57:06Speaker 1: first judgment, You're like, all right, is he gonna like
- 57:08Speaker 1: be cool to hang out with every day?
- 57:10Speaker 5: And does he do good work? And does he work hard?
- 57:13Speaker 1: And does he care about the brand? And I just
- 57:16Speaker 1: feel like it's funny that we've somehow built a team
- 57:19Speaker 1: of people that somehow are so similar but also so
- 57:22Speaker 1: different and everyone can bust balls laugh like it's I
- 57:28Speaker 1: don't know, it's a great environment.
- 57:30Speaker 6: I'll say that I think it's funny to see too,
- 57:32Speaker 6: the different like clicks. It's not because it's not a
- 57:34Speaker 6: clique office, but obviously you like gravitated towards people.
- 57:37Speaker 4: It's like romance of like what we voted on last year. Yeah,
- 57:40Speaker 4: random romance is that.
- 57:41Speaker 5: But it's the perfect.
- 57:44Speaker 6: And that's what like, it's so fluid and it's a
- 57:47Speaker 6: perfect amount because you should have people that you're closer
- 57:50Speaker 6: with than people that you don't, just because that's the
- 57:52Speaker 6: nature of people.
- 57:54Speaker 5: But it's so funny to watch it shift between got.
- 57:57Speaker 4: A guy and that is so true and about it changing.
- 58:00Speaker 4: It has changed this year. Fantasy footballs help with that
- 58:02Speaker 4: a lot.
- 58:03Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm sure it has. It's also cool to
- 58:05Speaker 3: see like.
- 58:09Speaker 5: Matthews, it's just JP's scary teams.
- 58:13Speaker 7: Yeah, but also it's kind of cool to see like
- 58:15Speaker 7: mostly for well, definitely for you guys, but like kind
- 58:18Speaker 7: of for the four of us and Coop two starting
- 58:21Speaker 7: the office over there and like what that was to
- 58:24Speaker 7: what we have now, and like what that side looks
- 58:27Speaker 7: like now.
- 58:27Speaker 5: Versus what it used to and then like working don't
- 58:29Speaker 5: get it there, yeah, working like under.
- 58:31Speaker 7: Here versus for like however long and then finally moving
- 58:34Speaker 7: back there and like all of the different Like I
- 58:37Speaker 7: feel like we've worked in like six different spots, all
- 58:39Speaker 7: in the same building.
- 58:40Speaker 4: Y'all were fully over here by the time I got here,
- 58:42Speaker 4: and I did spend like several months half the year
- 58:45Speaker 4: last year downstairs in that like with Jack next say, like.
- 58:50Speaker 9: Before the bromance of the year first got brought up.
- 58:53Speaker 5: If we didn't get split up, we might have been.
- 58:55Speaker 9: We and Cooper are deacimates.
- 58:57Speaker 8: And I remember, like in the first few weeks, I
- 58:59Speaker 8: knew I was gon like Coop because we've all said it,
- 59:02Speaker 8: like Silent Assassin, but his Internet humor and reach is
- 59:05Speaker 8: so peak that like he has like if if the
- 59:10Speaker 8: Internet language was existent, he'd be fluent in it in
- 59:14Speaker 8: so many ways, and like the ability he has to
- 59:17Speaker 8: send you.
- 59:17Speaker 9: Some niche random video that pertains to some joke. I'll
- 59:21Speaker 9: never get over it.
- 59:22Speaker 8: And I just remember being like, dude, me and this
- 59:24Speaker 8: guy are gonna fit together show perfectly. And then I
- 59:28Speaker 8: remember when we made the change over there y'all probably
- 59:30Speaker 8: remember I was. I was so upset and hesitating.
- 59:33Speaker 9: I was like, what the fuck are we doing?
- 59:35Speaker 8: And honestly think it was and I'll drop the meme later,
- 59:38Speaker 8: but it was because of the he who should not
- 59:40Speaker 8: be named, because it was really his idea, and honestly,
- 59:43Speaker 8: in hindsight, I'm glad it worked out. But I never
- 59:47Speaker 8: had like any negative like start outs with anybody my
- 59:50Speaker 8: I think my favorite thing looking back on it all,
- 59:53Speaker 8: is how specialized everyone's individual role is now because back
- 59:57Speaker 8: you know, back in the everyone would just wore Li
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: twenty different hats and it's like you just picked up
- 1:00:02Speaker 8: slack or slack need to be picked up. And now
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: it's like we have so many just carved out roles
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: where it's like you're gonna be creating graphics and then
- 1:00:08Speaker 8: you run our merch and you're doing blogs and producing
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: and like everyone sitting here has done like all of
- 1:00:14Speaker 8: those roles encompassed in one. But when we were trying
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: to hire for a secondary social guy, Steven and me
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: were on drop the meme, we were on calls, and
- 1:00:26Speaker 8: I sat him with the last three guys. I wanted
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: this one kid who clearly had a background in socials,
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: he clearly like new sports, this and that, and Steven
- 1:00:35Speaker 8: basically you know, went over my head and he hired Jared,
- 1:00:39Speaker 8: and so the like take everything we know about Jared
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: out the window.
- 1:00:42Speaker 9: This is just Jared showing up.
- 1:00:44Speaker 8: Jared a at the like first few weeks has nothing
- 1:00:48Speaker 8: to do with the social role. I was so upset,
- 1:00:51Speaker 8: so I was like, I need someone to help me
- 1:00:53Speaker 8: on the weekends. And then we bring in a guy
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: who literally doesn't know what the sport of football is,
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: and so I remember.
- 1:01:01Speaker 9: Kind of like not be good.
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: And I've told Jared this before, Like the first like
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: month or two, I did not dislike Jared, but I
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: was not giving him his fair shot because of something
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: that Steven had really kind of done to him. And
- 1:01:14Speaker 8: then now Jared's like one of my favorite guys ever
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: and like he's my dude.
- 1:01:18Speaker 9: But I just remember be so with him, so confused.
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: Where Jared said something that like did not match y'all's
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: relationship at all at the time, and I just remember
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: sitting my desk, sinking into my chair, thinking, like, I
- 1:01:35Speaker 6: know Jared's joking, but I also know that these two
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: do not talk that much and this is not gonna end.
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: Well, it took Jared probably like three months to get
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: to where we can just bust balls. And now, like
- 1:01:46Speaker 8: I said, like truly, Jared is one of my favorite
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: people I've ever worked with, and like works his ass
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: off and he has found his like specific role, Like
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: he's very specialized in what he does. And it's not
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: like he's good on social media, but he's not good
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: at running the bus in social media up for obviously
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: with the sports. But man, there were a few months
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: where like I just like just didn't give him a
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: chance and didn't talk to him, and that that's on me.
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: So I'm glad that I have since.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: You had that trip with him to Vegas, and I
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: feel like you all watched the beef.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: We were definitely cool before then, but.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Recently got cool a couple months ago when we did
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: go on that trip.
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: Me and him both like at the end, We're like, dude,
- 1:02:23Speaker 8: I think we just kind of elevated from being like
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: coworkers and friends being like legitimately like good friends.
- 1:02:28Speaker 9: And I was like, dude, I couldn't set it better myself,
- 1:02:30Speaker 9: Like tearing up like that.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: Is definitely Jared, I love you, bro.
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: Right away.
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: He almost did that at the at the party of
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: my house. At the party of my house, he's like,
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: got around you guys, was like, you know what, I'm
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: not going to say.
- 1:02:45Speaker 9: That's what separated me and him to.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:02:49Speaker 9: And then I think it was a few.
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: Months, like a month after that, where me and him
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: because I was already close with all of you guys,
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: and then me and Jarry were like, let's.
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: Yeah, Jack.
- 1:02:58Speaker 11: We quizzed him yesterday and he's celebrated reaching seven starting
- 1:03:02Speaker 11: quarterbacks in the NFL, and he got hired to run
- 1:03:04Speaker 11: the social here is the fun and I was I
- 1:03:09Speaker 11: did not know he got hired to do social. I
- 1:03:10Speaker 11: knew Jared from Barstool intern contact, and so I just
- 1:03:14Speaker 11: assumed everyone here had their rules forever, but to think
- 1:03:16Speaker 11: like he celebrated at seven and he cheated on three
- 1:03:19Speaker 11: of them.
- 1:03:19Speaker 7: But socials so funny because like I was boys with
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: Jared for like a year before he started working here,
- 1:03:25Speaker 7: and I told him, I'm like, you need to start
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: watching football because that's what you're going to be doing
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: and we are a football brand.
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: He's like, all right, all right. He came over one
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: night and we were just sitting on our roof for
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: like an hour and a half just talking about.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: It's kind of refreshing that he doesn't know, because it
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: makes the conversation that much better.
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: And I do appreciate that he embraces it. Embraces it.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: But like the him, like pursuing comedy and like wanting
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: to be in that world is just a nice outside
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: element that it's not just a bunch of guys are
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: like football team.
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: If Jared learns football, I'll be pissed. At this point,
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: he kind of just can't.
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: He's not going to what about you, Derek?
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: For your first impressions of everybody? Obviously they know this higher.
- 1:04:10Speaker 11: No, it was uh like, I'll say, even first impression
- 1:04:12Speaker 11: on after Coop, Derek's my favorite higher. Let's go appreciate that,
- 1:04:18Speaker 11: I would say, just going down the line like JP,
- 1:04:20Speaker 11: I think it was my second day you came up
- 1:04:21Speaker 11: and you said, hey, I'm so sorry I didn't get
- 1:04:22Speaker 11: to talk to you first day. I'm just like it
- 1:04:24Speaker 11: was just the nicest most like, oh cool, this is
- 1:04:26Speaker 11: someone that can go like it was like when he
- 1:04:28Speaker 11: transfer schools and you're like, I don't know who to
- 1:04:30Speaker 11: ask for a pencil. I'm like, oh cool, I can
- 1:04:31Speaker 11: ask JP for a pencil if that comes up. Mitchie,
- 1:04:33Speaker 11: I was like, this guy doesn't like me for like
- 1:04:35Speaker 11: two straight weeks, not for anything bad. I was just like,
- 1:04:38Speaker 11: the fuck, I gotta like tickle this guy or.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: Something, you know.
- 1:04:41Speaker 11: As soon as like we had the PA connection, it
- 1:04:43Speaker 11: was great and I was like, oh, you're just you
- 1:04:44Speaker 11: take your job, not that everyone doesn't, but you take
- 1:04:46Speaker 11: your job very serious and you're very proud of what
- 1:04:47Speaker 11: you control.
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: So I thought that was cool.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: Jackie were like the cool kid.
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: In school and I very much was like, took us
- 1:04:53Speaker 9: thirty nine days.
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: It took us.
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: The day that you got hired full time was when
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: I was like, hey, man, I'm gonna take an interest
- 1:04:59Speaker 8: in your life. I love it everything going on your desk.
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: I'm like, what's tomorrow? And You're like, well, I actually
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: just got hired. This is over and I was like,
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: fuck you got I guess I remember when you came
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: on the other week. I had a moment that night
- 1:05:10Speaker 8: and I was like, dude, I fucking I texted Derek.
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: I was like, dude, I'm I'm just stokedy. You're here, man,
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: such a good addition to the That was a very
- 1:05:18Speaker 8: nice said it earlier. I was like for the first
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: couple of days, everyone I was like, who is this?
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: I was like, is this one of like the Michigan guys?
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: We did another internship?
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: Like I will say, I think also you being close
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: in age to us older guys, like, it feels.
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: Good that we because we were adding too many younger guys.
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: I brought it up to my does that mean I'm
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: even on twenty seven?
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: As soon as I turned twenty six, I felt like afro.
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: Derek says, I saw a list of yeah, the names
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: and numbers and I'll give that and we can end
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: with that.
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: But no, no, no, you're good. You're good. Yeah, but
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: I love that you're old. Yeah.
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: No, I explained my fiance.
- 1:06:01Speaker 11: I was like, well, I'm kind of like with the
- 1:06:02Speaker 11: older guys and there's a younger group of guys, but
- 1:06:04Speaker 11: I hang out with them because the older guys do
- 1:06:06Speaker 11: the show, so I don't really have.
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: A place yet.
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: I was like, I'll figure it out.
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: Gee.
- 1:06:09Speaker 11: Uh connected instantly with you, like our friendship has grown.
- 1:06:12Speaker 11: But the day that you and Shuham did shang high
- 1:06:14Speaker 11: Knights in a karate stance, I was like, this dude Fox,
- 1:06:16Speaker 11: Like I can't explain up till then because I was like, oh,
- 1:06:19Speaker 11: can I interest you in being interested in But instantly
- 1:06:21Speaker 11: I was like, yeah, it's the dude. And then Coop
- 1:06:22Speaker 11: from day one has probably been like the guy that
- 1:06:24Speaker 11: I clicked with the hardest instantly, just because like we
- 1:06:27Speaker 11: were always sitting there when everyone was doing the shows
- 1:06:28Speaker 11: and stuff and so seed boys and stream room stuff,
- 1:06:31Speaker 11: and just like instantly I was like, oh no, no,
- 1:06:33Speaker 11: I found another like I can borrow a pencil guy with.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: Coop, and you're like that guy knows ball we're talking
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: about so well.
- 1:06:38Speaker 11: And that's the other thing is you guys all love
- 1:06:40Speaker 11: college football so fucking much. Coop was the only guy
- 1:06:43Speaker 11: I was like, Oh, I can talk NFL ball. Finally, Yeah,
- 1:06:46Speaker 11: Brian's also very good at that. Ryan Ryan knows ball.
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: But and like I noticed it yesterday.
- 1:06:53Speaker 5: Or the other he might be the biggest ball nowhere.
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: Pump the brakes on that.
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: I mean, I have to have him on next week.
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: He I'm saying he might.
- 1:07:02Speaker 12: He.
- 1:07:02Speaker 5: I mean, he's like, do you know college basketball?
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: That's not that's not ball though, That's.
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: Not Okay, get your round ball out of here, bro.
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: Get the I'm talking ball talking football, Okay.
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: I feel like he would go total wonder.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: We might have to we might have to prepall she
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: like football.
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: He's like you, I know way more than you.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: All Right, we might have to prep something for a
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: face off between Ryan also.
- 1:07:30Speaker 7: And a math a math off, because I'm going to
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: withdraw from that math equation stuff. Yesterday we were doing.
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: Spork Have you done sporkle?
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: I feel like I know you're talking.
- 1:07:41Speaker 11: It's a trillion trivia things on sports. It's like all
- 1:07:44Speaker 11: the quarterbacks drafted since the eighties stuff like that.
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: Have you ever done like the Weddle, the Daily Draft,
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: im y n Yeah.
- 1:07:53Speaker 8: Also we might need to revisit having all the interns
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: back on, yeah, ball off or something. But all right,
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: so there are there are six different categories of ages
- 1:08:07Speaker 8: as a guy, what you can be related to, and
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: so eight to fourteen is the l ens and that
- 1:08:12Speaker 8: is the little you know what I'm talking about, Like
- 1:08:15Speaker 8: Awaiian it's ellens little boys, you know, from fifteen eight
- 1:08:20Speaker 8: to fourteen, from fifteen to twenty five, that's the wayans.
- 1:08:25Speaker 9: We all know what a Hawaiian is.
- 1:08:27Speaker 8: We're not gonna say it. It's age fifteen to twenty five.
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: Twenty six to thirty five is big bro, which is huge,
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: huge for all of us because the unk gets thrown
- 1:08:41Speaker 8: around a lot, like you could be twenty two getting
- 1:08:43Speaker 8: unked out and it's like chill out.
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: So it's just.
- 1:08:47Speaker 9: No thirty five this guy, I can't wait for Christmas anyways,
- 1:08:54Speaker 9: Big Bro.
- 1:08:54Speaker 8: Thirty six to forty four years old is unk status
- 1:08:57Speaker 8: ogs or the forty five to fifth five year olds.
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: And then this guy in this video was funny, really
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: well done video. He said, if you fifty five sixty seventy.
- 1:09:05Speaker 8: He goes, respect your elders. So we got Ellen's Wyan's
- 1:09:09Speaker 8: big bros unks ogs and elders.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Is gonna be nice.
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: Yeah, Will and Taylor are still big Bro because it
- 1:09:17Speaker 8: is it Will thirty five or thirty six.
- 1:09:20Speaker 9: Oh, then Will's unk.
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: Is officially Will Delaneer.
- 1:09:24Speaker 9: I like that there's something between hyan and and big.
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: Bre big Bro. I kind of do like UNK to
- 1:09:30Speaker 5: be honest, I don't hate it.
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: Bro.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: When do you have to get to unk?
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: Thirty got promoted the big Bro, so I'm there.
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: I feel like on the status if you want to,
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: you can take yourself up a thing. You can't take
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: yourself down a status.
- 1:09:44Speaker 9: You can go up.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: I mean you can't go to elder, but you can
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: go to with those you can only go one.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: Yeah, with those rankings in our office, like the three
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: new interns are Ellen's. We just call him a little
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Drew coop Jared Jared Sure, Yeah, well, I guess I'm
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: going off of higher crazy crazy, I'm going off of higher.
- 1:10:09Speaker 5: Eventually, I'm starting to see what Derek is talking about
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: more and more.
- 1:10:13Speaker 9: Come on, I see that video of my malone. He
- 1:10:17Speaker 9: goes some why in with the devil emoji exactly.
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: JP looked at me and said, coop Jared and.
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: Me, Well, I didn't finish it. I was just trying
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: to process. Then I quickly realized I need to stop
- 1:10:28Speaker 6: that process.
- 1:10:29Speaker 5: Jared ain't big bro yet? No, he why in Yeah,
- 1:10:33Speaker 5: I'm big bro.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: It is crazy me that Jared's only a year older
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: than the youngest people here.
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: Yeah, you're two years older. You're year older than Jared,
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: two years older than.
- 1:10:45Speaker 5: Episode. Oh the Coop episode that close. I wish I
- 1:10:51Speaker 5: would have I wish I would have caught Yeah.
- 1:10:53Speaker 9: An hour later, he's like, oh, go ahead and close
- 1:10:56Speaker 9: this out, big bro.
- 1:10:58Speaker 3: What are we right now?
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: Twenty six Jesus, Oh, hurry quick.
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: Thank you for tuning in to the Coop of komsaw
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: Sekwon Barkley, Chase Utley, Chase Utley, Adrian Peterson Redskins episode.
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Please tune in next week to the Vladimir Guerrero episode.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: Oh, Eddie, George, Eddie George and me, I'm twenty seven
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: and Mitch what you were fourteen and bitch five?
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: We will twenty seven. I'm turning, I am My age
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: is twenty seven.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: The Mitch episode, we got a lot of it come on,
