  Speaker 1: Today's Word. God is preparing what you've been praying for.

  Speaker 1: Hebrews 6 and 12 says, we do not want you

  Speaker 1: to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith

  Speaker 1: and patience inherit what has been promised. Have you ever
• 0:19
  Speaker 1: prayed for something, believed God for it and wondered, Lord,
• 0:22
  Speaker 1: what's taking so long? You've been faithful. You've done your part.

  Speaker 1: You've prayed the prayers. You've made the plans and taken
• 0:29
  Speaker 1: the steps to know that you know to take. But
• 0:32
  Speaker 1: the door still hasn't opened. The answer still hasn't come.

  Speaker 1: The opportunities still seem out of reach. And if you're
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: not careful, frustration will cause you to try to make
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: something happen before it's time. You'll force a door God
• 0:45
  Speaker 1: hasn't opened. You'll settle for a relationship that isn't right
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: because you're tired of waiting. You'll compromise your peace trying
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: to control an outcome that belongs in God's hands. But

  Speaker 1: Hebrews 6 and 12 reminds us that we inherit God's

  Speaker 1: promises through faith and patience. Faith says, God, I believe you.

  Speaker 1: Patience says, God, I will continue trusting you even while
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: I wait. And see, sometimes the waiting season is where
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: God does some of his greatest works, not only around you,
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: but within you. He's developing your character. He's strengthening your discernment.

  Speaker 1: He's teaching you to trust him even when you can't
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: see what he's doing. I want you to think about it.

  Speaker 1: A seed doesn't become a tree overnight. No, there's a
• 1:31
  Speaker 1: process beneath the surface long before the fruit becomes visible.

  Speaker 1: And just because you can't see movement doesn't mean nothing
• 1:39
  Speaker 1: is happening. Maybe the opportunity you're praying for requires more preparation.

  Speaker 1: Maybe you need to grow in an area you haven't considered.

  Speaker 1: Maybe a different door will eventually lead you somewhere better

  Speaker 1: than the door you're trying so hard to open. You
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: don't have what it takes without God. You don't know
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: every detail. So you got to trust God and trust

  Speaker 1: his wisdom now. Waiting on God doesn't mean you sitting

  Speaker 1: still and doing nothing. It means you continue to work,

  Speaker 1: you prepare, you pray, and you make wise decisions without
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: allowing desperation to control you. Isaiah 40, 31 reminds us
• 2:21
  Speaker 1: that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength.

  Speaker 1: So do your part, but don't carry the burden of
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: trying to make everything happen. You can be diligent without
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: being desperate. You can be expectant without being anxious. so
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: you can pursue your goals while trusting God with the
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: timing and the outcome. So don't let frustration of waiting
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: cause you to mishandle what you're waiting for. Come on, Jesus.

  Speaker 1: God's timing may not match your calendar, but you can
• 2:48
  Speaker 1: trust him to guide you one step at a time
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: so you keep believing, you keep preparing, you keep growing.

  Speaker 1: And while you're waiting for the next door to open,

  Speaker 1: don't miss the grace God has given you for today.

  Speaker 1: You're not powerless in the waiting. You can grow, prepare,

  Speaker 1: and trust God right where you are. Oh, Father God,

  Speaker 1: thank you. Thank you that we can trust you even

  Speaker 1: when we don't understand your timing. Forgive us for the
• 3:12
  Speaker 1: moments when impatience has caused us to worry, to strive,
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: or try to control what belongs in your hands. Oh,
• 3:18
  Speaker 1: give us the grace to wait with faith, work with diligence,
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: and rest in your wisdom. Help us to recognize the
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: opportunities to grow and prepare while we wait. Keep us
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: from settling out of desperation or forcing doors open. out
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: of frustration. God, we surrender our plans and our timeline
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: to you. Lead us, God, in your way. Strengthen our
• 3:38
  Speaker 1: heart and help us to trust you one day at
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: a time. In Jesus' name. Now, that's your word for today.

  Speaker 1: Take it, apply it to your everyday life, and you

  Speaker 1: continue to be encouraged and inspired. It's your early morning
