- 0:25It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh with us inside the tree
- 0:31house. I'm Daniel Malley along with Tredy Trendholm and Raj Sharma. Today is
- 0:38Craft Day, June fourteenth, twenty twenty four, which makes it the day
- 0:44before June fifteenth. And that's a big deal because that means tomorrow's Verma Fest
- 0:50twenty twenty four, which means today is pre Verma Fest. And there is
- 0:59a something Verma was certainly known for. It was about being pre One of
- 1:07the things I've learned about so many friends dying in the last handful of years
- 1:12is is they can't come back from the dead and contest anything you say about
- 1:18them very true. It turns out it's very difficult to be hit with libel
- 1:26or slander if the person you're referring to is dead. It's still bes to
- 1:32always rely on the truth, you know, don't just you know, make
- 1:36up really random things. But still you can get away with a lot when
- 1:41when someone dies, legally speaking, yes you can't. I've learned a lot
- 1:48in the last handful of years, Raj belve I have it is hard for
- 1:53a dead person to prove damages. Would feel like I feel like that's another
- 2:00promo right there. That's just an out of context sentence that we should start
- 2:05doing out of out of each and every show, Just one sentence out of
- 2:08each and every show, pulled out of context. Yeah, and when you
- 2:14do, uh, I'm a chocolate bear, don't say we support his decision
- 2:17to identify however he wants to. What's wrong with that Roger? We do?
- 2:23Yeah, I understand that, But there's context in that out of context.
- 2:28Mm hmmm, yeah there is, and that context lives inside the treehouse.
- 2:31Yeah, so don't and now release the full so people know what I
- 2:36was talking about. It's a whole quote is in the show. That's the
- 2:40whole point you want. You want to context, you listen to the entire
- 2:44episode context that's outside the treehouse, and then you're gonna get made to look
- 2:49weird. Okay, So we're just trying to get more listeners at the yes,
- 2:53at the sacrifice of my sexuality is what we're doing. That's a little
- 3:00narrow focused. We're trying to get more listeners at the expense of ourselves.
- 3:05There we go. Okay, that's about that makes me feel better. Yeah,
- 3:07it's not just you, gotcha. I haven't seen any promos with you
- 3:12guys in it, well, because we haven't said stupid stuff yet at least
- 3:16level. Excuse me, I'm sorry. There's many years worth of promos at
- 3:21our expense, but it wasn't always something that we set ourselves. Sorry,
- 3:32I'm running through the few memories I have left inside my rotted out brain.
- 3:37But yeah, don't worry, raj Our time is coming, Trey. What
- 3:40was your line again, dead Men? It can't prove damages or dead Men
- 3:46can't prove damages. Yeah, I'm gonna listen to that again in this episode
- 3:51of like that and that. That would actually make a really good promo.
- 3:53That's a good tease. It's like, oh my god, what were they
- 3:55talking about? Dead man can't prove damages? Jesus all right, I have
- 4:02something I want to ask, and no one's answered my question. Who the
- 4:09hell is Jojo Seewah? Okay, first of all, I don't know,
- 4:15but I do know you said her name wrong. Okay, I think it's
- 4:20Jojo Siwa. See Okay, I mean I was pretty close. She's well,
- 4:27there's a big difference between see what and Seewah. I mean, I
- 4:30just she's clearly in the the shallow end of the talent pool. But somehow
- 4:34it's especially TikTok just over the place. And I don't know why she's a
- 4:43really because there's a fifteen year old in the house, very popular singer,
- 4:49dancer, young kid twenty one, twenty two somewhere in there. One does
- 4:57she come from, like the reality TV world or some like that, Not
- 5:01that I know of. I know she's just the new pop sensation, new
- 5:06pomp like pop. She can't even sing. Yeah, you don't have to
- 5:11do that anymore. You don't have to be able to. They'll just do
- 5:15that. They'll just do that in post production. Yeah. See, Trey,
- 5:18you've stumbled upon something that we've known coming from radio, is that you
- 5:25don't have to be actually talented to be popular. Oh okay, I just
- 5:32looked her up and you're correct. She was on Dance Moms. Yeah,
- 5:38a couple of seasons of that. Joel Joni Jojo Siwa is an American singer,
- 5:44dancer, actress, and media personality. From twenty fifteen to twenty sixteen,
- 5:47she appeared as a dancer on two seasons of the reality television show Dance
- 5:51Moms, alongside her mother, Jesselyn See what And in twenty seventeen, she
- 5:57signed to Nickelodeon and acted in various shows in films. Oh, she's a
- 6:00part of the Nickelodeon. Uh. Yeah, she's like the Honey Boo Boo
- 6:08of gen Z, but more athletic. She's an active boo boo. Yeah,
- 6:21she has a cardio. Yeah, Jojo Siwa is the active Honey Boo
- 6:27Boo, whereas Honey Boo Boo is the sedentary Jojo Siwa. Yes see,
- 6:33I think we're relating to gen Z really really well now. So going from
- 6:38our previous episode, we're questioning their sensitivities towards things. Now I think we're
- 6:43we're jumping in there and giving him a nice, warm hug. Yeah.
- 6:46Yeah. We had a great post from Uh, I'm going to flub on
- 6:51his name. Last name is Powell's Robert Robert. He has one where he
- 6:57has a twenty year old I don't know if you guys saw his post or
- 6:59the two year old who's constantly late to work. He's like, I'm gonna
- 7:01have to fire you and he's like why Like, because, uh, I
- 7:05can't slap you until your papers clear hr something. But he has a there
- 7:13was some twenty year old kid who just showed up late to work every day
- 7:15and they couldn't understand what they have time blindness? Was that a real thing?
- 7:20Yes, that's a I saw a TikTok that you have some girl talking
- 7:25about how it was very unfair that people were so militant about time and you
- 7:30know they don't you know, understand people with time blindness. It basically means,
- 7:33you know, you can't see your watch and you're just late to everything.
- 7:38So ra yeah, I had a very good reason. For a while,
- 7:43I was like, no, I did. At least at least Raj
- 7:46has reasons for whenever he's late to something. That's the difference between gen X
- 7:53and gen Z. Like, well, like Raj, gen X, you'll
- 7:55have a reason for it, right, whereas gen Z is like, I
- 7:59just may they just can't tell time. Yeah. Nikki's daughter said, well,
- 8:03time's not Time's not a real thing. I was like, no,
- 8:05no, it is. It is. There's clocks everywhere, and that makes
- 8:09it real. That makes time real. I don't know if you understand that,
- 8:11But tell everybody else that time's not real. So it's just the concept.
- 8:16Yes, that's correct, And I want to throat punch you now.
- 8:22Not to assist her, but I think it would be more accurate if she
- 8:24said time is a construct. Construct, gotcha, that's probably better. Yeah,
- 8:31concept it is. It is the concept of time. Yes, that's
- 8:33accurate, but I think I think construct fits it better. Yes, that's
- 8:37true. I will I will correct her next time. Yeah, she gets
- 8:41that wrong and she wakes up in nude. That's not time blindness. That's
- 8:48called being a teenager. My sister had the same affliction. Oh okay,
- 8:52oh yeah. The thing I can ever wrap my brain around is where all
- 8:56these different terms keep coming from. Uh, you've got you've got time blindness
- 9:03now, which we've just learned about. Is that supposed to be some sort
- 9:05of a disability that they can't tell time or they can't show up on time.
- 9:11It's supposed to be a disability. I think literally with them now,
- 9:13it's I think it's gonna No one ever has corrected them, So it's just
- 9:18like roll your own, you know, it's you know, it's like seasonal
- 9:20genders. It's just whatever they feel like, you know, they they just
- 9:26make up and then we have to deal with it. Back up real quick
- 9:31to seasonal genders, which is also a great name for a punk man.
- 9:37Also, by the way, if you're going through seasonal genders, you are
- 9:39gonna be backing up quite a bit. Time blindness will be the least of
- 9:48your worries. Hang on, seasonal gender is a thing? Or did you
- 9:54just make that up? Trey, No, that's that's a thing that on
- 10:00TikTok people are Yeah, they're talking about that. Their genders changed with the
- 10:03seasons. So you can be like, oh, I yes, whatever you
- 10:13bring, it's the winner. You're you're a chocolate bear, an androgynous autumn.
- 10:28I know her. Oh, good old androgenous autumn. She used to
- 10:37uh she used to be in charge of uh first impressions at the front desk.
- 10:41A iHeart. I'm not making that up, by the way, all
- 10:54right, seriously, dre is seasonal gender is a thing. Yes, maybe
- 10:58I should trying to make it a when I say that, but it is
- 11:05an actual People are trying to make that a thing though. That's what I
- 11:09gathered. I mean, make no mistake, I have not done a deep
- 11:11dive into that, but I think you should. It is sees. A
- 11:20gender is a zeno gender identity in which one's gender is connected to one or
- 11:30all traditional seasons. He's not making that up. That is fantastically stupid.
- 11:39This is amazing. I don't even know where we what world are we in
- 11:43now? I don't know where we wake up every day? You know how
- 11:46the Marvel cinematic universe has all these different you know, dimensions and things like
- 11:52there's Earth forty and you know, Saturn ninety two and all these different things.
- 11:58I feel like we're on the run, one of the weird ones.
- 12:03Do you know how many gender identities there are? Well, technically there's only
- 12:13two genders, but gender identity. I'm just saying, physically there are two
- 12:24genders unless you have that Jamie Lee Curtis syndrome. Uh so that is so
- 12:31you can be both at the same time through you know, if you're a
- 12:35hermaphrodite so I I. But technically, physically, biologically, physiologically speaking,
- 12:46there are two genders. Now how you identify is completely different. I just
- 12:52like the definition of it. Ah. There are eleven gender identities male,
- 12:58female, transgender, gender neutral, non binary, a gender pangender, gender
- 13:03queer, two spirit, their gender, and all none or a combination of
- 13:07these. I've known a few nuns in my time. I like it's like
- 13:15all or none, and there's a whole nother thing I don't get because I
- 13:20have a lot of gay friends, yeah, and not a one of them
- 13:24has ever wanted to be identified as queer. Yeah, Like, where did
- 13:30that come from? I don't know. I don't even know what two spirit
- 13:33is. I'm like, that's a sentence that just sounds like a shitty go
- 13:37cart you got back in the day. That's two spirit. I don't know
- 13:45what half of this is, but I and honest, And here's the thing,
- 13:48I don't care. I don't care what you I don't care what you
- 13:52want to identify as. I don't just be a good person, don't be
- 13:54a dick. I don't care if you want to be a cat tomorrow or
- 13:56a god damnangaroo the next day. I don't care what you want to be.
- 14:01I don't care what you identify as. I really don't give a ship
- 14:05if you're dick. Yeah, just leave me alone. That's exactly right.
- 14:13Just get get off my lawn. Turn music down, and get off my
- 14:18lawn and slow down when you drive by, you're going to goddamn. That's
- 14:26exactly right. That's all I care about. Down that music slow down,
- 14:31turn your music down, get off my lawn. After that. I don't
- 14:35care if you want to be a koala. I don't care whatever you want
- 14:37to be. I don't care if you want to crawl out of your your
- 14:41car or prants out of it down the drive whatever. Yeah. Yeah,
- 14:45this lung of the music's down. I don't care if you're like I'm a
- 14:46crustacean. I don't go crab. Walk your way somewhere else. Get off
- 14:52my lawn. Just lower your voice, Bronie, don't yell. It's early.
- 15:03God, we are old. Yeah, yeah, I'm okay with that.
- 15:11Oh man, all right, let's regroup. Let's uh, let's take
- 15:16a quick break and we'll go through these eleven identities again and we'll I'll pick
- 15:22one when we come back. You're in the visit us online at Treehouseonair dot
- 15:31com. Let's talk to Jacqueline from Brooks Plumbing inside the Treehouse now for any

- 15:56lots of water and If there's anything I learned about plumbing and home ownership in
- 16:02recent years, it's that water can cause a serious amount of damage. So
- 16:07you guys been busy. We have been busy. I personally have been torturingtext
- 16:12Dot and this engineer of the head of the engineering of the city that I
- 16:18live in because I'm a nuisance. So I've got a couple really old in
- 16:23their eighties, cute neighbors that we have a drainage culvert out front of our
- 16:27house and it's been blocked up, and they've been begging for it to get
- 16:32fixed since I've known them for a couple of years, and no one listens
- 16:36to them. But I'm really annoying. So I've just been personally torturing those
- 16:38parties. Text Dot not loving me these days, but I can understand.
- 16:42And for those that can't see you, because I can because it's audio forward.
- 16:47On the show, Jacqueline is wearing late text gloves, So when she
- 16:52says she's torturing someone, I believe they're on the other side of this conversation
- 16:56that I cannot see and I don't want to see. Yeah, We've got
- 17:00like a Brooks Plumbing slash dexter vibe. No, not really. But I've
- 17:07been saying for many years that we need a reality TV show because the just
- 17:12the absurdity of it all is is insane. And I took I took off
- 17:18yesterday because there was a yelling match in the office because working with father daughter
- 17:22is never always fun. And I had one listener she was looking for a
- 17:26job. Would you guys ever hire me? I said, Look, I
- 17:27already love you. I said, I absolutely would, but I would not
- 17:30submit. You know, anybody wouldn't do this to anybody, you know what
- 17:36I mean? Because she was so nice. I was like, I think
- 17:37we'd scare her, so we show up nice on site. But understand,
- 17:41in the office it's like an episode of The Sopranos meets what's the West Coast
- 17:45Chopper guys that are throwing chairs at each other and yelling each other remember them,
- 17:49Oh yeah somewhere, but somewhere between the Choppers and the Sopranos is what
- 17:53the vibe in our office is like. Papers, papers, well for any

- 19:03To have Kaylin on from Pause in the City because tomorrow's Vermafest. So
- 19:08while today it's Friday, tomorrow's Saturday and we get drowning pool the Mad Mexicans
- 19:15and I need to pull up. There's so many bands I keep forgetting them.
- 19:19It's like watching Game of Thrones. I can't keep all the names of
- 19:22the character straight. I can't keep all the names of the bands that are
- 19:26performing tomorrow at Vermafest twenty twenty four, you got a couple bands that are
- 19:33going to be playing at Three Nations Brewery in Carrollton, and then for the
- 19:37main event at the studio at the Factory in Deep Elam, you get the
- 19:41other bands, including Drowning Pool, although with the way that they've been promoting
- 19:47it, hopefully Drowning Pull shows up. But if we're all gonna be there,
- 19:52we're all gonna have a great time, all raising money for the dogs
- 19:56from Pause in the City in honor of our friend, our late friend,
- 20:00Mark Verma. So with that in mind, before we jump more into Vermafest
- 20:07and what's going to be going on for us for us tomorrow, Kaylin,
- 20:11I know, I know you've got a sweet dog that you want to promote
- 20:15for Pause in the City. I do, yeah. So, as you
- 20:21mentioned beforehand, we're going to have the pre party at Three Nations Brewing that's
- 20:25going to be one of four that is the Carrollton location live music, pet
- 20:30Friendly. We're going to try to line up a couple of our foster dogs
- 20:33too, so maybe you'll get to meet some Pause pups. And then Vermafest
- 20:40to the Factory the doors are going to be opening at six, so as
- 20:45you mentioned John and Cole, they will be there. I think it kind
- 20:49of snuck up on them, but I feel like right now, Kaylan is
- 20:52sort of like the redhead in Wedding Crashers. I'll find you somebody will,
- 20:59maybe Ashley Ashley will do that. I totally believed them. But yeah.
- 21:08Also the guys from a Vain war hog mad Mexicans as you mentioned, so
- 21:14it's going to be a great lineup. We're going to have a good time,
- 21:18you know, as as we mentioned earlier, the guys are going to
- 21:21be discussing or the guys are going to be in seeing for us. So
- 21:25make sure to come out. Support your treehouse guys, come support your paws
- 21:27people, come support Mark. It's going to be a great group of people
- 21:33getting together so and rocking out all the name of rescuing dogs. Yes,
- 21:40and maybe a couple of beers in there somewhere. Yeah. If if you
- 21:44see any of us wondering around, like say, hi, don't be a
- 21:47stranger. But speaking of not a stranger, today, we have Truly.
- 21:53Yes, her name is truly, but it's not spelled like the drink.
- 21:59Although I do enough if you have enough truly as it is. Well,
- 22:03I think that somebody who serves truly is at their bar should host a pause
- 22:07event and we can maybe do like a dollar off Seltzers and we can bring
- 22:11truly. How does that sound, Trey, I don't serve seltzers. Yeah,
- 22:18Trey works at the uppity cocktail bar. Now, yeah, chick magnet,
- 22:25it's sore Espresso martinis. Oh yeah, that right there. You could
- 22:33open up a bar and call it the Panty Dropper and serve two drinks Truly's
- 22:37and espresso Martini's done. Oh I was gonna say vodka and cranberry. That's
- 22:45that's for after you hook up and you have a little problem. So Truly
- 22:52the dog it's by the way, it looks like it's spelled the same as
- 22:57the drink. I see Truly's around here all the damn time. Yeah,
- 23:03it's truly. The drink is spelled t r u l y. And this
- 23:07chihuahua on the pause in thecity dot org website's name is also spelled t r
- 23:11u l y. It is. I thought there was an e. Don't
- 23:15mind me, I can't spell you mind if I show you real quick for
- 23:18those Yeah, yeah, yeah. So if you want to see Truly the
- 23:23dog, not the drink. Uh, and what Kaitlin is about to show
- 23:26us on the screen, which hopefully will be a dog, uh, you
- 23:30can You can watch this on Patreon, Patreon dot com slash Treehouse on Air.
- 23:34All episodes in full video there on our Patreon five dollars a month Patreon
- 23:40dot com Slash tree on Air, Kaitlyn take it away, all right,
- 23:45So in case, yeah, just in case you are listening, Truly certainly
- 23:52does look like a wild berry Seltzer. She is so cute. She is
- 23:57twelve pounds, is just under two years old. She's like a year and
- 24:02nine months. And they and they said seven days. We actually have a
- 24:04very specific date for her. Oh wow, okay, yeah, and you
- 24:08said and you said, Truly is twelve pounds, Yeah, twelve pounds in
- 24:14treehouse weight, that would be four daisies. Yeah. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 24:19she's a little bit bigger, I know, like twelve pounds. Most
- 24:22people like, oh, that's so small, but when you have a daisy
- 24:26or a Stanley, it's that's on the bigger side. For it is.
- 24:30She is a mix. But like if you look at her head, she
- 24:34has that Chihuahua mixed. It kind of looks like a little boxy pit bull
- 24:38head, but she's teeny tiny. But yeah, she's solid white. And
- 24:41then she has like a really cute caramel color patch over her right eye.
- 24:48She is living with a group of dogs right now. Her foster is is
- 24:53a big dog lover, and she also lives with a cat. She said,
- 24:56truly gets along with everybody really well. She and the cat don't bother
- 25:00each other. She's super cuddly, so you don't always have to be like
- 25:06petting on her and physically loving on her. But you know, if you
- 25:08want somebody to sit in your lap while you're working, or you know,
- 25:11just cuddle up next to you while you're watching TV, she is totally happy
- 25:15just lying next to you. I love how everything you just said works for
- 25:21both truly the chiuala and truly the beverage work home, couch bed. And
- 25:29I think you even said truly goes with everything. I'm almost positive I've seen
- 25:33that on a flyer at one of the bars here. Truly goes great in
- 25:37a hot shower, nothing like a cold Truly in a hot shower. She
- 25:44has a very effervescent personality, but she's she does have a great personality.
- 25:51She's food motivated. She's a very motivated learner. So she's she's all about
- 25:57the not just the trees, but the physical affection. When she's doing well,
- 26:02she picks up on things incredibly fast. Trey, do you ever notice
- 26:06that whenever Kaylin is describing these dogs, it also sounds like men. Yeah,
- 26:14a good boy, that's right, Yeah, a good good boy.
- 26:18There's not a shelter to drop men off when they don't learn bars, Yeah,
- 26:26I would say, I think, I think, yeah, but you're
- 26:30right, there's not. There's not an official home for rescue men. We're
- 26:41not starting with those either. That's not for us. You can try someone,
- 26:48all right. So so back to truly the dog then, But yeah,
- 26:55so we've got a couple of pictures I do have someone for with her
- 27:00foster siblings, but they're not great quality. But I think these give you
- 27:04a good look at her personality. She's just super sweet, very attentive.
- 27:10Just look at that face. She's a storable she is adorable. She's got
- 27:15like gizmo ears. Yep. And the difference between truly, Yeah, the
- 27:22difference between truly the dog and men is if truly pisses on the couch.
- 27:27You're gonna be kind of okay with it. It's a much smaller thing to
- 27:33clean up, mm hmm. And I doubt she's very well trained, so
- 27:41I doubt you would have that problem. This is this is a Truly that
- 27:45won't have you get drunk and pee on your own couch either. How do
- 27:52you know about that, Kaylin? Well, I have not paid on my
- 27:56own couch. Who was a good girl. Well that all that means is
- 28:07she doesn't have to sleep in the crate tonight. Oh thank goodness. Yeah,
- 28:14well there you go. Thank you very much for telling us about Truly
- 28:15the dog so available for adoption. And you said, does have a foster
- 28:22or is it about to have a foster or does Truly need a foster as
- 28:23well? No, she has a foster and the foster seriously just gush is
- 28:30about how amazing Truly is. I think she is a previous foster phil which
- 28:34I think is the hesitancy. She's trying not to do that again because she's
- 28:40she's already got a few dogs. But yeah, she is looking forward forever
- 28:44home. So if you're looking for a super motivated, quick learner, that's
- 28:48a little you know, cuddle pup that'll get along with anybody. This is
- 28:52your dog, they said. You know, she might be a little bit
- 28:55apprehensive when strangers come in the house, but she forms up very quickly,
- 28:59so she's she's sociable. Well, very cool. Well thank you for that.

- 31:04professional career, with a number of bfds and Freakers Ball under my belt.
- 31:11This Verma Fest has probably the best collection of band names I've ever seen.
- 31:17I mean, these are all cool names. Yeah, I've seen drown in
- 31:22Coole once too, and they do put on a really good show, so
- 31:26I'm pretty excited, so very cool. So we've got Vermafest twenty twenty four.
- 31:30Kaylin will be there. We will be there, all of us from
- 31:33the Treehouse. Trey and I will be there. Raj will be there unless
- 31:36he's still suffering from time bladness, which I'm just now learning about. But
- 31:42we're We're going to be on stage doing some giveaways, some raffle type things
- 31:48for Pause in the City. So if you want to see us trip over
- 31:52our tongues in public, will be there doing that as well. Looking forward
- 31:55to a very very fun time at Vermafest twenty twenty four in honor, of

- 32:05Treehouse. We'll see you tomorrow. Yeah, see you guys tomorrow. Oh
- 32:10wait, I'm hanging on this so if I can find uh the brief here,
- 32:15re is this it? Hang on? Nope, Nope, nope.
- 32:22I got drowning pull in here somewhere, damn it. That's all I can
- 32:27play before we get hit with a copyright on YouTube. But that'll be a
- 32:32fun show. Looking forward to it. Thank you, Caleb, thank you.
- 32:37All right, we'll be back inside the treehouse momentarily. You're listening to
- 32:50the Treehouse. Visit us online that treehouse on air dot com. Let's get
- 33:05Daniel Cook from COOKDFW Roofing and Restoration into the treehouse. Now, give this
- 33:10man a call for your free roof inspection. Eight three to three Cook DFW
- 33:15the website, cookdfw dot com. Storms, storms, more storms, more
- 33:21rain, more storms, and again more rain. Daniel, is it ever
- 33:23gonna stop? Dan? I don't know. I mean, this has been
- 33:25a unique year. We haven't had, you know, those big monster storms,
- 33:30but we've had so many of those medium sized storms come through. And
- 33:34the wind this year has been definitely elevated more than what we see on a
- 33:38normal basis. So we have seen some influxes and some weather and some heavy
- 33:43rain. I think last time I heard the news, we're about twelve inches
- 33:45above average rainfall so far. So people are seeing some major issues in their
- 33:52homes. Unfortunately, you know, things like leaks don't just you know,
- 33:57show up the minute you have a storm at your house. So here's it's
- 34:00about a week or two we get a phone call, Hey, all of
- 34:01a sudden, I see a wet spot on my ceiling. All of a
- 34:05sudden, I you know, I think I see moisture building up in a
- 34:07part of my house. And so that's why it's important for us to come
- 34:12out and get those things to evaluate it, find the leak, find the
- 34:15calls, and get it stopped because if you do not find these leaks really
- 34:19quickly, it can turn into a substantial, bigger problem than it is.
- 34:23And so I'd highly urge everybody to walk around your house honestly and look and
- 34:28see if they see any kind of stains on the ceiling, because a lot
- 34:30of times you may not see it right away. If there are any tiny
- 34:35clues that are presenting themselves in your home. Like Daniel said, walk around,
- 34:37take a look at your house, Look at all those crevices, everything,
- 34:40every spot you can find. Give Daniel a call so they can come
- 34:44out and try to get it taken care of, because you don't want the
- 34:46tiny clue turning into a huge hole in your house. So call Daniel.
- 34:52They'll come out and take a look at it for free. Eight three three
- 34:54Cook dfw eight three three cook DFW the website again, cookdfw dot com you're

- 35:29website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. Before we jump into a Florida man going
- 35:35for a walk and uh, monkeys you're not supposed to look in the eye
- 35:40or pythons eaten people. Raj, what's the new term you just found from
- 35:46gen Z The Novy gender? You know what the NOV gender is like the
- 35:53PBS, Yeah show, that would be Nova. No. Sorry, oh,
- 35:59I was with Trey. I thought that was just referring to the PBS
- 36:01kids. That's the that's the gender that really likes nature documentaries, huge,
- 36:08huge fans of Richard. The no V gender is relating, This is hilarious,
- 36:15relating to a person whose experience with gender cannot be defined by words.
- 36:30This is when I wish the doc would make a time machine out of a
- 36:34doloreum. I wish we could just go back and just get rid of all
- 36:39this bullshit. My gender can't be defined by words. Shut up. It's
- 36:47like the end of Back to the Future tree where he comes back and he
- 36:51goes, you need your help. Your kids are assholes. Yes, that
- 37:05is fantastic. You can't define me with words, Well, then I can't.
- 37:14That's in the throat right, Oh yeah, stuff? You know what
- 37:22else can't be defined by words? This punch? You know what punched you
- 37:29in your throat? You can't talk. I will throw this out as well,
- 37:34only because it seems like every day I wake up, there's a new
- 37:37trend slash term that comes out of I don't know if it's necessarily gen Z,
- 37:43millennial, whatever it is, but everything has to have a label these
- 37:45days, right, Everything that you do is labeled something. So when you're
- 37:52mad at work, that's quiet quitting. Oh is that what it is?
- 37:57Well, it's that's almost inpretation, But there's quiet quitting, quiet, vacationing,
- 38:01loud crying, all these different things. It's like seems like every ghosting,
- 38:07all these terms that keep coming up with whether it's for workplace relationships,
- 38:15genders identities. It's like there's a twenty five year old running around the entire
- 38:21planet going crazy with a brother p Touch with a what it's a label maker?
- 38:29Oh? I was like, I was like, man, that sounds
- 38:32against the law. Yeah, it was a poorly named device. Yeah,
- 38:37that sounds like something happened in the back of a church. That would be
- 38:43Father P Touch. Yeah. See this ahead the whole other thing we got
- 38:52to learn in the congregation. That's also the Baptist version. Oh that's the
- 39:04wrong button. Hang, they're both purple on this thing. There we go,
- 39:07all right. Today is fred Day June fourteenth, twenty twenty four,
- 39:14coming off the heels of Brother Pete Touch and Father Pete Touch. Oh man,
- 39:22we're funny. Birthdays today. Birthdays today. Lucy Hale, who played
- 39:29Aria on Pretty Little Liars, she is thirty five. Here's the other problem
- 39:34with all this gender stuff. Now, I'm in the problem of whenever I
- 39:37see a name that it's someone's birthday, I assume they're female. I don't
- 39:40know, because some actors now don't go by she or he. It's they
- 39:45or them or it or that. I don't I don't know. I'm not
- 39:50trying to be offensive. I'm just going on assumptions. Your name's Lucy.
- 39:52I'm assuming you're a female. So if if you identify as you know,
- 39:58an autumn leaf or something, or a winter twig, you know, like
- 40:02the seasonal gender thing, send me a letter. But I mean no offense,
- 40:07he said, send me a letter. They don't know. I know.
- 40:13That's why I've said anyway, but more birthdays today. Kevin McHale.
- 40:17Not the one who used to play for the Celtics who are currently kicking the
- 40:22crap out of the Mavericks. No, if this one is thirty six and
- 40:24plays already on Glee. Kara Kilmer is a paramedic on Chicago Fire. She
- 40:30is thirty six. Jr. Martinez is forty one. This this is a
- 40:36man, or maybe I shouldn't say that. This is a really solid human.
- 40:42He's a former US Army soldier who suffered severe burns on forty percent of
- 40:45his body in Iraq. Then he went on to be a motivational speaker,
- 40:50got a role on All My Children, and won the thirteenth season of Dancing
- 40:54with the Stars. Wow, that's a bona fide and a Maria hero right
- 41:00there. Other birthdays Diablo Cody, who wrote the movie Juno, is forty
- 41:07six. Steffi Graf Tennis star fifty five. Gasmine Belief, who did her
- 41:12part to hold up the red swimsuits on Baywatch. She is now fifty six
- 41:15from Culture Club BOYD George is sixty three, Yeah, and the forty fifth
- 41:23president of the United States and convicted fellon Happy birthday, President Donald J.
- 41:30Trump. He is seventy eight today. So there's a few stories we really
- 41:38really really need to mention today. So I'm going to do that now,
- 41:42all right, are we ready? Yep? Ready? Okay? Here where
- 41:45you go? A Florida man has found himself behind bars after he was caught
- 41:52walking around his neighborhood naked. Rolf Braun. How's that for a name.
- 41:58Yeah, he is seventy three and he was arrested and charged with exposure of
- 42:02sexual organs and resisting arrest. How lucky for those officers. After the incident
- 42:08that unfolded at their Recreation Plantation RV resort in Lady Lake Sunday afternoon, police
- 42:17responded to the RV park on Highway four sixty six in reference to a male
- 42:21walking the road nude. A couple of witnesses said, A man later identified
- 42:24as Wolf Braun was walking around the front of his RV lot completely naked.
- 42:29An officer made contact with him at his camper. Braun entered the door wearing
- 42:34a shirt and shorts with his genitals exposed through the neck part of this shirt.
- 42:38What oh I misread that? Okay, sorry, he answered the door.
- 42:50Imagine the surprise in that officer's face. I can see how now the
- 42:54complainant was able to say he was naked. Bron answered the door wearing a
- 43:01T shirt as shorts with his genitals exposed through the neck part of the shirt.
- 43:06So that's just a T shirt gloryhole or is it calling Florida crew neck
- 43:16and that's you know, had he just gone it's completely nude, it probably
- 43:20would have just you know, people wouldn't have paid any attention. It's just
- 43:23another day in Florida. But the T shirt really drew some attention to himself.
- 43:29I mean, if people have just donald up the whole thing. Walking
- 43:34around in trailer park, it said no shirt, no shoes, no service.
- 43:40I have shirts and shoes. It said nothing of pants. Yeah.
- 43:46The hidden the hidden part of that song is that is the additional verse where
- 43:52it's like, yeah, but my crank's out, shirt, no shoes,
- 43:57no problem, and my crank's out. And what does the resisting arrest look
- 44:00like when you're naked? If you'd like to find out, go listen to
- 44:07the sixth episode of Offbeat The Light Side of Law Enforcement, where I kid
- 44:13you not, there is a man who's been in law enforcement for over forty
- 44:16years tells a story about what it's like about what it's like to fight a
- 44:22naked suspect. Wow, I finded resisting arrest in that situation is where they
- 44:25resist to arrestue. Yeah, you no, are you just trying to do
- 44:30the helicopter one baton against another. That's where you elbow your partner and go,
- 44:40look, he's trying to fly away, Megan. So that's uh,
- 44:47that's that's what it's like to take a walk in Florida. Uh. The
- 44:52other gruesome thing I've heard about I'll tell you about in just a moment,
- 44:55But first we need to tell you about if you are planning a vacation to
- 45:00Bali, which is in Indonesia, you need to make sure and you don't
- 45:02look the monkeys directly in the eyes. Okay. People have been warned not
- 45:08to look monkeys directly in the eye. On a paradise island popular with tourists
- 45:14from all over the world. As peak travel season approaches, especially from those
- 45:19from the UK, people are planning on taking those all important summer trips,
- 45:23many with their eyes on the Indonesian island of Bali. So the language and
- 45:27travel experts at Iaki have outlined some of the key tips travelers jetting off to
- 45:31the suden kissed paradise should be aware of, including how to deal with the
- 45:35infamous native Macawk monkeys. The advice says monkeys in Bali, especially in places
- 45:42like Ubud, are known to be both charming and mischievous. To stay safe,
- 45:45don't look monkeys directly in the eye, as they may see it as
- 45:49a threat. Keep your belonging securans up the way as monkeys can snatch phones,
- 45:52wallets and other loose items. Also avoid feeding them. In January,
- 45:59one video capture the moment a terrified tourists desperately tried to save her passport after
- 46:02she was robbed by a monkey in body. Ah Jesus, yeah, I
- 46:10mean that's happened when I was in India. There there's some temples that you
- 46:14can go to that have other's. There's a lot of monkeys around, uh,
- 46:17and people do feed them and they're kind of like it's kind of expected.
- 46:22So if you are walking around, like there's like offerings that you give
- 46:24to certain deities whatever, and some of them could be like you know,
- 46:28apples or oranges or bananas whatever, they'll just literally as you're walking just climb
- 46:34on you and take them out of your like offering plate and then run away.
- 46:37So yeah, it is a little it is a little terrifying, but
- 46:42I can kind of see like I just kind of throw like just as a
- 46:45diversion diversionary tactic. I just throw like a bushel of bananas and then haul
- 46:51ass in my car before Yeah, they all just fight over that bushel of
- 46:55bananas and I'm like in the car by the time they figured out who's who's
- 46:59the Supreme McCaw strange maccocks. That sounds like something terrible on the McDonald's menu,
- 47:16the new maccox. Oh man, it always goes back to genitals or
- 47:31what they posted them in the back of the church. Step brother pe touch
- 47:45going crazy. Oh, there was there was a story that uh try shared
- 47:54with us. We needed to also share but real quick one at the thing,
- 48:00if you happen to plan on traveling to Indonesia, make sure you don't
- 48:06go for a walk by yourself at night. Because a missing mother of four
- 48:10was found dead after being swallowed by a forty foot python in Indonesia. Yeah,
- 48:16that does happen as well. That happened once. I believe it was
- 48:20an India. Guy was drunk and passed out in like a gutter and that
- 48:24was that. Yeah, there's pictures of it. You can look it up
- 48:28where you can see him inside the python. Yeah, I've seen that this
- 48:32death marks the fifth person to be eaten by a python in Indonesia s since
- 48:37twenty seventeen. However, reports of humans being killed by pythons are not typical.
- 48:43That's good, according to one expert. Though there are cases of snakes
- 48:51eating humans, the vast majority involved are very large pythons and people of a
- 48:55rather small stature. It takes pythons a really long time to attain these really
- 49:00enormous sizes. As a result, there are actually very few of these really
- 49:04really large pythons unless it's a truly gigantic specimen. There's just not much to
- 49:09be scared of. If you're an average size adult human, so just keep
- 49:15that in mind the next time you refer to as a petite woman as a
- 49:19snack. And finally, we all know the scene in ron Burgundy where because
- 49:30his catch phrase is stay classy, San Diego, and they, you know,
- 49:36they switch out the script and he reads it because you put anything in
- 49:39front of ron Burgundy and he's going to read it. Well, sometimes sometimes
- 49:45life imitates art, and here we have a wonderful example of such and I'm
- 49:52going to share with you momentarily if I can figure out which tabits on.
- 49:57Here we go. This is from the BBC. So this is one of
- 50:02the stalwarts of journalism right. This is BBC News presenter Miriam Moshiri doing the
- 50:09nightly news on BBC. Here we go. Now, they are known for
- 50:15their big eyes and for being famously sleepy. I'm not talking about myself here,
- 50:20no, sorry, no. But over the last twenty years, the
- 50:22number of hazel dormice, yes, hazel dormice, has declined by as much
- 50:27as seventy percent across the UK. It's hoped a new project which sees them
- 50:31re released into their natural habit could help to restore the population. Is it
- 50:37habit or habitat. I'm probably gonna get emails about this. Well, it's
- 50:39habit on the auto Q So what can I say? Nikola Hassela has more
- 50:43I'm Ron Burgundy, which just shows you that I just read whatever is written
- 50:52in front of me clearly. Anyway, Look, now, did she acknowledge
- 51:02that she was or was that written in the auto queue? No, she
- 51:06did that. So that was her ad living, which was pretty good.
- 51:08That's great, And then she came back with I'll read anything, okay,
- 51:14so good. Now this is not, by the way, Miriam's first brush
- 51:17with flubs on television, because there was another time in December where they're running
- 51:28the graphics for the intro for the BBC News and right as they cut to
- 51:34her from the graphic, you know, I'll just show you hang on.
- 51:39Did you as they cut to her from the graphic, it's her flipping off
- 51:44the camera? Oh, Miriam, Yeah. And it was a very brief
- 51:52thing, and so she decided she's like, okay, I apologize. It
- 51:55wasn't because people thought she was flipping off the viewers, so she had so
- 52:01she had to release a statement of it saying no, no, no,
- 52:06I wasn't you know I was not flipping off the viewers. In fact,
- 52:10it was what she does with her studio crew as goofing around when they're counting
- 52:15her down before she's live. Right, I just say this just as someone
- 52:21is an expert. That's crazy, bitch. She's got the crazy eyes,
- 52:25right she does. But as as you watch this, I want you to
- 52:31notice how professional she is, because she goes from flipping off the studio crew
- 52:37into the camera lens to stoic journalist in the blink of an eye. It
- 52:43really is impressive. So she's counting down eight, seven, six, five
- 52:54or three. Now she's gonna get cheeky. Okay, now she's gonna get
- 52:59cheeky. So when she goes to two, watch your fingers, she turns
- 53:02her the two around, which RaSE you spent time in the UK when you
- 53:07take your index finger and your middle finger making the number two and you turn
- 53:10it around. That's the fu thing in the UK. F you are in
- 53:15Scotland, that's up. He killed there you go. That's that's the two
- 53:19she's doing. And then when the one comes, and that's when the graphic
- 53:23caught her. The graphic caught her right there mid middle finger. And then
- 53:28watch her. Watch her shift Boom from London. So watch this again.
- 53:39So I'm going to back it up to where she's flipping off the screen and
- 53:42she's got crazy eyes that Trey knows all too well. M hmm. Watch
- 53:45her shift into BBC Broadcast news presenter mode in the blink of an eye,
- 53:50and notice the eyebrow raise as if to bring extra credibility to the news that
- 53:57she is about to present. There it is live from London. This is
- 54:01BBC. I mean that right there is a pro yeah, pro crazy because
- 54:08that's also that's the same thing like you and your check, your alone,
- 54:12You're you're talking, she's chewing your ass out, you know, just ripping
- 54:15into you. Then someone else shows up and you're like, oh hey sweetie,
- 54:16how are you good to see you? Yeah, that's what if you
- 54:21if you watch, if you watch back, if you're watching this on YouTube
- 54:23and you know Patreon, if you'll watch right when she goes from the middle
- 54:29finger to the straight face, you can watch Trey fall in love. Now
- 54:38we're gonna come back next week and trace like Live from the UK, he's
- 54:44married. Look there, I know of only one other broadcaster that could rival
- 54:52Mariam Mashery from the BBC. Okay, and that is formerly of NBC five.
- 55:01Mike Snyder all the way back in two thousand and seven gave one of
- 55:07the most legendary news presentations of a flashing incident in North Texas that you have
- 55:14ever seen or heard. Okay, okay, now, lie, this is
- 55:23NBC five. Ten. Investigators are trying to track down a pervert who exposed
- 55:29himself to a woman in an apartment complex laundry room in Grapevine. Police say
- 55:32the man walked in on a twenty one year old woman around a thirty Friday
- 55:36night, pulling down his pants and asked, do you want some of this?
- 55:45She said no, and then I pulled my pants up and left.
- 55:54I mean, who is he? A dick? To on the production staff
- 56:00that they included that in the damn script that I like the use of perfect
- 56:08I mean he hit perfect hard, all right, Yeah, he nailed that.
- 56:12One is NBC ten. Investigators are trying to track down a pervert who
- 56:22exposed himself to a woman in an apartment complex laundry room and Grapevine Police say
- 56:27the man walked in on a twenty one year old woman around eight thirty Friday
- 56:30night, pulled down his pants and asked, do you want some of this?
- 56:34The woman ran away and called police from her apartment. His face at
- 56:38the end is perfect. Look at his face, right, I can't believe
- 56:43I have to do this. Yeah, but you know they had to flip
- 56:46a coin between him and Jane McGarry and he lost. Like, yeah,
- 56:55I do, although I would have paid money to see Jane McGarry did that.
- 57:08Mike Cider also, you know, he is the one who famously and
- 57:14I'm sure this is why he didn't not go off prompter as you know back
- 57:16when in the Delta crash in the I forgot what year was. That was
- 57:21eighty five, eighty six at DFW when you know he famously said you know,
- 57:27basically he was talking if he was like, and the plane hit the
- 57:30water tower, well good, that at least will help put out the fire.
- 57:37Jesus. He Actually they get caught on like a hot mic. I
- 57:43mean they were I think that was live because you know it just happened.
- 57:46Oh wow'll put out the fire. My Mike's been bitter since eighty five.
- 57:59I don't know what happened to him in his big ass Yeah, he sort
- 58:02of disappeared unlike Scott Murray's sports who's still running around him seeing things. We
- 58:09should look at what happened to him. We should find out. I think
- 58:14he's running around in a laundry room and an apartment complex and Grapevine still doesn't
- 58:23have any takers. Though verma Fest is tomorrow, we will see you there
