The Mandelson Files: Redactions, Vetting Questions, and a Prime Ministerial Paper Trail (6/4/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Epstein Chronicles. Yesterday we were talking about the files that
• 0:08
were released over in the UK that had to do
• 0:12
with Peter Mandelssohn. Well, as you can imagine, those files
• 0:16
have caused a firestorm across the pond, and people in
• 0:21
the UK are freaking out about Peter Mandelsshn and his corruption,
• 0:27
and not just when it comes to Epstein, but overall. Meanwhile,
• 0:30
I'm sitting here saying, the dude was called the Prince
• 0:33
of Darkness? What did you expect You appoint a guy
• 0:36
like Peter Mandelssohn, You're gonna get what you pay for,
• 0:40
an absolute criminal who has no compunction and no problem
• 0:45
doing whatever he can to benefit himself, even if that
• 0:47
means shitting on the country and the people of the UK.
• 0:51
And I got to tell you, the people of the
• 0:53
UK deserve so much better than people like Peter fucking Mandelssohn,
• 1:00
just like we deserve better here in the United States. Look,
• 1:04
we have so much in common with people over in
• 1:06
the UK that if they dropped you over in the
• 1:08
UK in any of the major cities, it wouldn't even
• 1:12
be that big of a disruption to your life now. Look,
• 1:15
it would be different. Obviously things are different, but I'm
• 1:18
talking about the way of life. The people in the
• 1:21
UK and the people of America. We share a lot
• 1:24
of the same desires, hopes, dreams, and there's that shared bond,
• 1:29
right like cousins. That's how I look at people in
• 1:32
the UK as our cousins. And everybody talks about our
• 1:35
closest ally being Israel. In my opinion, it's the UK.
• 1:39
And I feel like people in the UK they get it.
• 1:43
They understand exactly what I'm talking about when I talk
• 1:46
about this corruption, and that's because unfortunately they're living under
• 1:50
it too, and it's the vast majority of the world
• 1:53
right Unfortunately, these criminals are so entrenched that it's everywhere.
• 2:00
And the people that end up picking up the tab,
• 2:02
the people that pay the bill, well, it's you and me.
• 2:06
So today we have an article from the Sun and
• 2:09
the headline Mandy Scandal. Five questions still unanswered After thousands
• 2:13
of bombshell Mandelsyn docs, redacted files, missin texts and PM
• 2:18
loathed and all the people over in the UK who
• 2:20
have been sending me emails, We're going to dive into
• 2:22
the Mandelsyn files too, And speaking of that, I finally
• 2:26
put together that Prince Andrew Slash European Epstein flavored podcast,
• 2:30
and I'll put a link to that in the description
• 2:33
box here. But everything we talk about over there you're
• 2:36
gonna be able to find here too. I just wanted
• 2:38
to make it more streamlined for people over in Europe
• 2:41
or with people who might just be interested in that
• 2:43
part of the story, and my plan is to do
• 2:46
that with other parts of the story too. This podcast, obviously,
• 2:50
is always going to be the encyclopedia. This is going
• 2:53
to be where we put everything. So if you're already
• 2:56
following here, no worries. But I know that there's a
• 3:00
lot of people out there that are following portions of
• 3:03
the story and not everybody is interested in the overall.
• 3:06
And I get that, right. There's a lot to be
• 3:09
interested in, there's a lot to uncover, and the more
• 3:12
people that get interested in, you know, certain parts, that
• 3:15
means more eyes on parts of the story where there
• 3:18
weren't eyes before, and in my opinion, that's a good thing, right.
• 3:21
But I just think that with where we're at with
• 3:24
Andrew and the European investigation, that it's a good idea
• 3:28
to make sure that we keep all of that nice
• 3:30
and orderly. So, like I said, you'll be able to
• 3:33
find the link in the description box, all right. This
• 3:37
article was authored by Sam Creed. Extraordinary exchanges, including texts, emails,
• 3:42
and official papers, were forced into the open amid the
• 3:45
scandal surrounding the government. And it's about damn time. I mean,
• 3:51
the English government has been covering up for Epstein for
• 3:54
a very long time. And let's not act like the
• 3:57
MI six and British Intelligence weren't using them. They were
• 4:01
just like they were using Robert Maxwell. People seem to
• 4:04
forget that Robert Maxwell was also deeply entrenched when it
• 4:09
comes to intelligence now he had more loyalty to Israel
• 4:14
than Jeffrey Epstein did. But Robert Maxwell was also a
• 4:18
me first m effort. But the British government they were
• 4:22
using both guys and they had no problem making sure
• 4:25
that a guy like Jeffrey Epstein was able to operate
• 4:28
in the UK with impunity, because that's who did it.
• 4:34
He wasn't able to do that on his own. He
• 4:36
had help, just like in America. So the question is
• 4:39
who helped them and why, and of course how did
• 4:42
they benefit. The files revealed Mandelshn's desperate lobbying and cabinet
• 4:46
minister's explosive secret messages questioning Sircure Starmer's leadership. While that
• 4:52
doesn't chock me, the guy's abysmal. Now, of course, I'm
• 4:56
saying that as an American, and I'm not completely locked
• 4:59
in to what's going on on in the UK. But
• 5:01
I do have family there, and I have family in
• 5:04
Ireland as well, and I gotta tell you not many
• 5:08
of them are happy with Kuri Starmer, and considering the
• 5:11
emails that I've received from a lot of you, I
• 5:13
don't think they're the only ones. But despite the bombshell
• 5:16
revelations on earthed in the documents, Number ten is facing
• 5:20
cover up allegations from rival parties over missing information. Some
• 5:25
documents remain withheld because of an ongoing police probe, while
• 5:28
others have been redacted on national security grounds. What the
• 5:32
fuck does that mean? And of course that's the same
• 5:34
question I have here in America. If he was just
• 5:37
a lone wolf, as we've been led to believe, how
• 5:40
could there be any kind of national security implication whatsoever?
• 5:44
How does that even make sense? John Wayne Gasey was
• 5:47
a sick fuck? Was he a national security risk, of
• 5:51
course not so what makes Epstein a national security risk?
• 5:55
Nobody will answer the question. So what questions remain still
• 6:01
unanswered following yesterday's Transhill files and what impact does this
• 6:04
have on the Prime Minister's future? My guess is Starmar's
• 6:08
gonna go. But I've been wrong about that up until now.
• 6:12
I mean, you would think that it's time, But I
• 6:14
get that politics in the UK are divisive, just like
• 6:17
you're in America, and nobody wants to give the other
• 6:20
side the victory. Right, our trash is better than your trash,
• 6:24
so on and so forth. Meanwhile the rest of us
• 6:27
are like all of you stink? So what files are missing?
• 6:31
The government has insisted the publication represents unprecedented transparency involving
• 6:37
every Whitehall department. But SWAZA pages are filled with redactions
• 6:42
made by Cabinet Office due to national security and diplomatic relations.
• 6:46
Well that sounds familiar. Huh Where have we heard that before?
• 6:52
They love their redactions, don't they? And as MPs studied
• 6:56
the document yesterday, questions were raised in Parliament about whether
• 7:00
all relevant material has been disclosed. I can answer that
• 7:03
it hasn't. No way they're holding them back. There's a
• 7:07
cover up in the UK. I've told you this. How
• 7:10
long have I been saying that they're covering this up
• 7:13
over in the UK? Long time? Now years. Shadow Minister
• 7:18
Alex Berghart said it beggar's belief. There was so little
• 7:21
evidence of the PM's involvement in Mandelssohn's appointment. And I
• 7:25
love the name of their positions, shadow minister. That's cool
• 7:29
shit minds me like Gamm of Thrones? Is this dude
• 7:32
like Lord Varies over there? I wish we had a
• 7:34
shadow minister here. Then again, no, I don't. Can you
• 7:37
imagine what they'd be getting up to. Well, I'm the
• 7:39
shadow minister. I work in the shadows. There's no oversight
• 7:42
for me. Maybe I better rethink that whole shadow minister thing.
• 7:47
He also asked if there were really no what's that
• 7:49
messages between the PM and the Labor Peer Relating to
• 7:52
the appointment, Mister Berghart said, in all these documents of
• 7:56
the Prime Minister's presence is almost non existent. The fact
• 8:00
that he was appointing a man to be head of
• 8:02
our most senior mission, we have almost nothing in his name. Well,
• 8:07
that seems suspect. You would think that with such an
• 8:10
important appointment that Starmer would be involved right intimately, but
• 8:16
I guess not. It's as though somehow he appointed Peter
• 8:19
Mandelson as ambassador without leaving any documentary trace of that
• 8:23
decision at all. It comes, as PM spokesman said, Starmer
• 8:27
uses disappearing messages on WhatsApp. He admitted, the Prime Minister
• 8:32
does use disappearing messages as you'll be aware, why and
• 8:36
why are you using WhatsApp? That's safe? You're worried about
• 8:40
national security, but you're on WhatsApp. You mean to tell
• 8:44
me that there's not some kind of encrypted, you know,
• 8:47
two way connection that these people in government can use.
• 8:52
What the fuck is going on? Bro? Like for real?
• 8:55
For real? The whole entire West is sleep walking into disaster.
• 9:00
Some ministers do use that function. In line with the
• 9:02
government's advice on non corporate communication channels. Number ten said
• 9:07
that this means some material may no longer be available,
• 9:10
for example, where devices have changed or messages were set
• 9:14
to disappear for legitimate reasons. What could be legitimate? How
• 9:18
about no messages disappear ever? Oversight get some but we
• 9:26
also recognize our lessons on record keeping, archiving and the
• 9:29
use of secure systems going forward. Oh, they just realize that.
• 9:33
Give me a break. They were using these other channels,
• 9:36
so there was no accountability. Don't you guys get it?
• 9:39
You're being dog walked again. Why wasn't vetting summary released?
• 9:45
The files have been forced into the open after MP's
• 9:47
demanded publication of documents relating to Lord Mandelsson's appointment, But
• 9:52
one specific document that was held back is the summary
• 9:55
of the vetting process Lord mandelssh underwent. Mandelssohn was arrested
• 9:59
and quick is by Met cops in February as part
• 10:02
of a probe into misconduct in public office. Scotland Yard
• 10:06
had asked Number ten to withhold some of the file
• 10:08
dump amid fears it could interfere with its criminal investigation.
• 10:13
My question is is that true or are they using
• 10:16
that as an excuse not to release documentation because we
• 10:20
know that's what they did over here in America without
• 10:23
a shadow of a doubt, and the Security Intelligence Committee
• 10:27
has been scouring the files to make sure nothing jeopardizes
• 10:30
national security or foreign relations. This means the public may
• 10:34
never get insight into the warnings made by security officials
• 10:38
about Mandelssohn's appointment. Last month, it emerged that PM hired
• 10:43
Lord Mandelsson despite the X Cabinet minister failling in security vetting.
• 10:47
Imagine that shit. I'm getting ready to move into a
• 10:50
new house and the hoops I had to jump through
• 10:52
to prove who I was, you know, background check, the
• 10:55
whole thing. It was insane. But Lord Mandelsson, this guy
• 11:00
can fill his vetting process and still be the ambassador
• 11:03
to America. Tell me things aren't broken. Sir Akir then
• 11:07
sack the Foreign Office's top civil servant, Sir Ali Robbins,
• 11:11
who in turn denied any wrongdoing. So Kira Starmer needed
• 11:15
somebody to fall on the sword, right politically speaking, and
• 11:18
it just turns out that it was Sir Ali Robbins.
• 11:21
But I think that's going to come back and slap
• 11:24
ki of Starmer because if anybody should have stepped down,
• 11:27
it should have been him. Can the PM survive this?
• 11:31
Some of the most shocking messages showed Kiara of Starmer's
• 11:33
leadership being repeatedly called into question by labors on top brass.
• 11:38
Among the most damaging revelations were secret messages showing ministers
• 11:42
discussing immuteness Parliamentary Labor Party YO your own party thinks
• 11:48
you're a dirt bag. Your own party thinks that you're
• 11:51
a failure. Just step down. The problem is these people
• 11:55
get a little taste of power and forget it. They're
• 11:57
never going to give that up. You have to take
• 11:59
it from them. Exchanges also featured a growing anti cure
• 12:05
tide and fear as the Prime Minister's authority could be
• 12:08
destroyed by humiliating U turns. In one exchange, during Labour's
• 12:12
winter fuel payment crisis, then Cabinet officer Pat McFadden said
• 12:17
that it doesn't feel good for kure. Mister McFadden warned
• 12:22
that there was a lot of maneuvering involving senior figures
• 12:24
including Angela Rayner and Ed Milliband. Lord Mandelsson replied Sir
• 12:29
Kirr was not leading from the front and claim Labour
• 12:32
MPs were an a mutinous state. So Kiir Starmer puts
• 12:35
it all on the line for Mandelssyhn and Mandelssyn's out
• 12:39
here talking shit about Kerra Starmer. Does that shock anybody?
• 12:43
These dudes have no loyalty and they have no honor.
• 12:46
Weeks later, as ministers fought to save welfare reform from
• 12:49
a backbench rebellion. Mandelsson warned that there was a strong
• 12:53
anti caure tide. He then suggested defeat could threaten the
• 12:57
Prime Minister's future. Why was there a screen to get
• 13:00
Mandelssohn in position? Files show that before being appointed, Mandalsyn
• 13:05
had personally lobbied then Foreign Secretary David Lammy. He wrote
• 13:09
that dealing with Donald Trump's administration would require superhuman skills
• 13:14
and look and to be adjacent from Epstein himself got
• 13:19
to have that, you know, commonality right, something to talk
• 13:21
about over dinner. And a handwritten note from Mandelssohn to
• 13:24
mister Lammy said he would ensure that the government would
• 13:27
never regret making him US ambassador. But Sir Curis Starmer's
• 13:32
National security advisor previously said the labor Peers appointment was
• 13:36
weirdly rushed. Jonathan Powell, who served as Tony Blair's chief
• 13:40
of staff, raised concerns to the PM about Mandelssohn before
• 13:44
his December twenty twenty four appointment. Sir Philip Barton, the
• 13:48
Foreign Office's top civil servant at the time, said he
• 13:51
was presented with the decision and told to get on
• 13:54
with it. Sir Phillips said the normal process had been flipped,
• 13:57
with Mandalson's appointment announced before or full developed vetting had
• 14:02
even begun, But Morgan McSweeney, the PM's former right hand man,
• 14:06
insisted he did not push officials to waive the appointment
• 14:09
through it all costs. So who's telling the truth? We
• 14:13
don't know yet, but the door has finally been opened.
• 14:17
Why did Mandy refuse to share his texts? Among the files?
• 14:20
It was revealed yesterday that Mandelssohn had refused to hand
• 14:24
over what's that messages from his personal phone. He apparently
• 14:27
declined to comply with requests to hand over his personal
• 14:31
phone and allow officials access to materials stored on it. Oh,
• 14:35
I wonder why could it be that there was incriminating
• 14:39
information on his phone? And how is it that you
• 14:42
don't get a subpoena to take the phone. That's weird.
• 14:46
Officials had sought that WhatsApp messages and other information linked
• 14:50
to his appointment as part of the disclosure exercise, but
• 14:54
he declined to provide information from his personal phone, shutting
• 14:57
down a direct request from the government. Officials had contacted
• 15:01
Mandelssohn through his solicitors for information on his personal mobile,
• 15:06
but the file show Mandelssohn declined to comply with the request.
• 15:10
It adds the government has no further recourse to search
• 15:13
the personal devices of Peter Mandelsson. The documents also do
• 15:17
not include any messages from mister McSweeney, whose phone was
• 15:21
reported stolen last year. Oh yeah, stolen phones. I'm not
• 15:25
giving you these messages. Everything's on the up and up
• 15:29
and everybody is telling the truth. Yo. This cover up
• 15:34
in the UK is just getting started, and I think
• 15:37
it has the potential to really blow up. And with
• 15:40
the momentum that it currently has, I don't see that changing.
• 15:44
And as this story continues to develop, we're going to
• 15:47
continue following along. As for this one, well that's going
• 15:51
to do it. All the information that goes with this
• 15:53
episode can be found in the description box.
