- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York as the Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: Simone Show on seven ten.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Wor Hey, So it was primary night last night. A
- 0:13Speaker 2: lot of crazy Democrats. One. We'll get to that. We'll
- 0:17Speaker 2: get to get to the view We'll get to Amazon. Oh,
- 0:22Speaker 2: Frank Corone arrested. This is gonna be a trouble for
- 0:25Speaker 2: Eric Adams and possibly Andrew Cuomo. We got a lot
- 0:29Speaker 2: to get to. We'll get to the fraud stuff all
- 0:33Speaker 2: over America. You know, Democrats and others have been claiming
- 0:36Speaker 2: there's no fraud, no medicaid for no massive well, the
- 0:41Speaker 2: Trump administration uncovering it like crazy. We'll get to all
- 0:45Speaker 2: of that coming up and more. It's gonna be a
- 0:47Speaker 2: beautiful day to day. It's gonna be the nicest day
- 0:50Speaker 2: of the week. Bright sunshine, eighty degrees, perfect summer day today.
- 0:55Speaker 2: So last night Democratic primary night was great from Mamdani,
- 1:01Speaker 2: a disaster for normal people. All these crazies took over
- 1:07Speaker 2: and won everyone that Mamdani pushed and backed and endorsed.
- 1:12Speaker 2: One this chevalier who was a big winner last night,
- 1:17Speaker 2: a complete anti Semitic, awful nut job. The crazy anti
- 1:27Speaker 2: Semitic crowd yelling free Palestine, free Palestine. Yeah, so this
- 1:43Speaker 2: nutjob won. She's a lot of people looking at her
- 1:47Speaker 2: as the new AOC. It was a big victory. Brad Lander,
- 1:51Speaker 2: who I think, while way back when was some sort
- 1:55Speaker 2: of a normal Democrat, went total anti Semite, anti Israel
- 2:00Speaker 2: to court the mom Downy voters and it worked. He
- 2:05Speaker 2: just slaughtered Dan Goldman, the congressman, the incumbent. Goldman of course,
- 2:10Speaker 2: the most disgusting guy in the world, just awful, always
- 2:14Speaker 2: on television, lying about everything, lying about Trump. He was
- 2:17Speaker 2: a king of law fair against Trump. So you know,
- 2:21Speaker 2: it's not a big loss to see him go. And
- 2:23Speaker 2: if you had to choose between Goldman and Lander, I
- 2:26Speaker 2: mean they're both disaster so I don't know if it
- 2:29Speaker 2: really matters. But Lander won. Mom Donnie got behind him
- 2:33Speaker 2: and helped him.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Give it up one more time for the mayor of
- 2:35Speaker 3: New York City. It was an honor one year ago
- 2:43Speaker 3: to work together to elect him.
- 2:45Speaker 4: The Mayor of New York City.
- 2:49Speaker 3: And it's been thrilling as he has been showing us
- 2:51Speaker 3: what it looks like to fight for New York City
- 2:54Speaker 3: everyone can afford, for a place everyone is welcome, and
- 3:00Speaker 3: for a city where we don't compromise on anyone's humanity.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Now, that's kind of mom Donnie like. It's a lot
- 3:06Speaker 2: of words, it's a lot of talking. It's a lot
- 3:08Speaker 2: of speech just meantime that you never get anything done.
- 3:11Speaker 2: They never help anybody. In fact, whatever they do, everybody
- 3:14Speaker 2: ends up poor, in worse shape than before. But that's
- 3:18Speaker 2: the democratic politics today. Democrats do not believe in science.
- 3:23Speaker 2: They never ever ever follow the science. And when it
- 3:27Speaker 2: comes to the economy, there's a science to it. We
- 3:31Speaker 2: know what works. We know it doesn't socialism. We've run
- 3:34Speaker 2: that experiment about ten thousand times. It fails every single time.
- 3:39Speaker 2: It's a total guaranteed failure. That's the science on it.
- 3:43Speaker 2: But Democrats don't follow science. They just keep doing it
- 3:47Speaker 2: over and over again. Now, there was one, I guess
- 3:50Speaker 2: in this bunch, one normal winner. That was Lasher who
- 3:55Speaker 2: won the Jerry Nadler seat. He had Jack Schlosberg running.
- 4:01Speaker 2: He's that crazy Kennedy kid, Caroline Kennedy, who I don't
- 4:06Speaker 2: know her, I mean I knew, I knew her brother
- 4:08Speaker 2: pretty well. Nice normal guy Caroline, always a weird, nasty
- 4:13Speaker 2: kind of a woman, married a nasty guy Schlosberg, and
- 4:17Speaker 2: they had this kid who is a complete nut job.
- 4:20Speaker 2: If you saw years of his social media, you know
- 4:23Speaker 2: he's a raving lunatic, the Schlosburgh. He had the Kennedy
- 4:29Speaker 2: machine behind him, what's left of it. He had, you know,
- 4:32Speaker 2: the Kennedy aura. But he lost badly, got totally wiped out,
- 4:37Speaker 2: came in like third or fourth place. You know who
- 4:40Speaker 2: really got humiliated was George Conway, the ex husband of
- 4:44Speaker 2: Kelly and Conway. George Conway, the big, big, big Trump hater,
- 4:49Speaker 2: the guy who spent the last few years in Washington
- 4:52Speaker 2: doing everything he could to smear and to fame Donald Trump.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Just an awful guy. Conway, well, he got totally he humiliated,
- 5:01Speaker 2: and he spent a lot of money on social media,
- 5:05Speaker 2: TV commercials, everything, a lot of money and got totally
- 5:09Speaker 2: wiped out. Came in sixth place with like twelve votes.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Very embarrassing, so humiliating that I don't think he'll ever
- 5:16Speaker 2: attempt to run for anything ever again. But the winner
- 5:19Speaker 2: was Lasher. Now lash is semi normal, and he worked
- 5:23Speaker 2: for Michael Bloomberg for a time, and Bloomberg got behind
- 5:27Speaker 2: him in this race. This is just a primary, This
- 5:29Speaker 2: is not the election, just a primary. But Bloomberg pumped
- 5:33Speaker 2: ten dollars into this guy's campaign and he won, and
- 5:38Speaker 2: Jerry Nadler, who's the incumbent, endorsed him. But Bloomberg and
- 5:42Speaker 2: others got behind this s guy Lasher and he won.
- 5:45Speaker 2: It's a democratic district, so he will definitely win the election,
- 5:47Speaker 2: so he'll be the new Congressman. Michaeh Lasher two. Our
- 5:52Speaker 2: governor Katy hogal to my governor who works hard than
- 6:00Speaker 2: anyone I.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Know, who cares about this state and has done more
- 6:05Speaker 3: for this state than anyone gives her credit for.
- 6:10Speaker 4: And true is a total badass.
- 6:16Speaker 2: All right now. Hukl did help him, and she was
- 6:20Speaker 2: standing there on the stage. That's why he's being so
- 6:22Speaker 2: nice to her. But to show how unimportant she is
- 6:26Speaker 2: as a governor, she didn't never spoke. Normally, if you
- 6:29Speaker 2: had the governor of the state on the stage, you
- 6:32Speaker 2: didn't let him say a few words. But she's so
- 6:35Speaker 2: irrelevant they didn't even ask her to speak, so uh
- 6:39Speaker 2: there was. It was Valdez that was one of these
- 6:42Speaker 2: Mom Donnie back candidates. Big night for Mom Donnie, all
- 6:46Speaker 2: the anti Semitic socialists. He endorsed four of them. They
- 6:49Speaker 2: all won here ago. It was not the end of
- 6:53Speaker 2: a political movement. It was the beginning.
- 7:00Speaker 4: My friends, we have.
- 7:06Speaker 2: All right, so not good, not good at all. If
- 7:09Speaker 2: four Mom Donnie crazies win, it's not good for New York.
- 7:13Speaker 2: The only good thing about it it made it crystal
- 7:17Speaker 2: clear to Chuck Schumer, you're out. You've got no future
- 7:21Speaker 2: in the Democratic Party. Because these are Democratic voters all
- 7:24Speaker 2: over New York. These are all different districts. There's a
- 7:28Speaker 2: lot of different districts in a lot of different places.
- 7:29Speaker 2: It's made crystal clear to Schumer you have no chance.
- 7:34Speaker 2: You cannot run again. So he knows he's out. He's
- 7:37Speaker 2: in his final term. Hakim Jeffries too, whoever he was behind,
- 7:42Speaker 2: didn't win either, So I think they'll let believe it
- 7:44Speaker 2: or not, it's hard to believe. But Hakim Jeffries is
- 7:47Speaker 2: now considered too centrist, too conservative, too old, a fossil
- 7:52Speaker 2: for these crazy new Democrats. So Schumer is out. Hey,
- 7:57Speaker 2: by the way, you know, the president's pushing the same act,
- 8:00Speaker 2: which is a big deal. It would hopefully straighten out
- 8:04Speaker 2: our election process, so you couldn't have all this election tampering,
- 8:08Speaker 2: like what's going on in California, where it's six weeks
- 8:11Speaker 2: after the election. They still can't tell you who won,
- 8:14Speaker 2: and mysteriously there's zillions of ballads coming in from who
- 8:18Speaker 2: god knows where with no signatures on The Save Act
- 8:21Speaker 2: would stop all of that. It would have election on
- 8:24Speaker 2: election day. If you want to do a mail and
- 8:26Speaker 2: it's got to be there by election day. If you
- 8:29Speaker 2: want to vote, you've got to sign the thing. You've
- 8:32Speaker 2: got to have a valid photo ID, just like you
- 8:35Speaker 2: had need for everything else in life. You have to
- 8:38Speaker 2: have a valid idea. And it's that kind of stuff.
- 8:40Speaker 2: It's a common sense bill. But listen to Schumer. These
- 8:44Speaker 2: Democrats are so opposed to fixing our broken election process.
- 8:49Speaker 2: They don't want the elections totally safe. Listen to Schumer
- 8:53Speaker 2: about this Save Act.
- 8:54Speaker 6: The American people know what a disaster this is. They
- 8:59Speaker 6: know that it would move twenty million people from the
- 9:01Speaker 6: voting rolls, and so the American people are totally on
- 9:05Speaker 6: our side on this issue.
- 9:07Speaker 2: No, they're not. Every survey shows they're eighty percent against you. Hey,
- 9:10Speaker 2: first of all, he just admitted there's twenty million fraudulent
- 9:15Speaker 2: names on the voter rolls. If it would remove twenty million,
- 9:18Speaker 2: it's because they're not valid. This savac would make sure
- 9:22Speaker 2: that everyone has to be valid to be on the list.
- 9:24Speaker 2: So he's admitting you got twenty million fake voters out there.
- 9:27Speaker 6: It's sci fi voter suppression, authoritarianism by algorithm. Trump cares
- 9:34Speaker 6: so little about American's freedom that he's trampling on their
- 9:38Speaker 6: right to privacy just so he can take away their
- 9:41Speaker 6: right to vote.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, this is the creepiest liar in the world.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer. Guy, I'll say anything. His staff writes up
- 9:50Speaker 2: these crazy lines for him to read off his index
- 9:52Speaker 2: cards with his big, huge glasses, and I mean, listen
- 9:56Speaker 2: to this line.
- 9:57Speaker 6: It's sci fi voter suppression, authoritarian by algorithm.
- 10:01Speaker 2: The hell is he talking about. They want to make
- 10:06Speaker 2: it so everybody that votes is legitimately entitled to vote.
- 10:10Speaker 2: They just want you to I want to be sure
- 10:12Speaker 2: actual citizens are voting, that's all it is. And this
- 10:16Speaker 2: terrible suppression. Well, you need a photo ID to do
- 10:19Speaker 2: anything in this country. You can't come into this building
- 10:22Speaker 2: without a photo ID. You can't go anywhere without a
- 10:25Speaker 2: photo ID. You need it all the time. That's why
- 10:29Speaker 2: they have photo IDs. You need him for everything. So
- 10:32Speaker 2: full of crap. Chuck Schumer finished in his last term
- 10:37Speaker 2: on the way out. So there's a guy named Frank Corone.
- 10:42Speaker 2: You probably don't know the name. He's not a public figure,
- 10:46Speaker 2: but the FBI arrested him this morning. They raided his house.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Frank Coron worked for Mayor Adams for a long time.
- 10:54Speaker 2: He worked for Andrew Cuomo. Curtis described him earlier as
- 10:59Speaker 2: the bagman. Has been yelling and screaming about this guy.
- 11:03Speaker 2: A lot of others have been yelling and screaming, accusing
- 11:05Speaker 2: him of all kinds of corruption. FBI came in and
- 11:09Speaker 2: raided his house, arrested him. They arrested his brother. This
- 11:13Speaker 2: is bad news for Eric Adams because a lot of
- 11:18Speaker 2: people think a lot of funny business went on money
- 11:20Speaker 2: wise in that Adams administration. Coron, if that's the case,
- 11:24Speaker 2: we'd know all about that stuff. And he's been arrested
- 11:28Speaker 2: now normally, and they got his brother too. They just
- 11:31Speaker 2: pile up the charges a million things. You're going to
- 11:34Speaker 2: jail for a thousand years and then you wheel and
- 11:36Speaker 2: deal and offer up information to get a lower sentence.
- 11:40Speaker 2: So I would imagine Eric Adams is very worried about this.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Remember he got dual citizenship not long ago, so he
- 11:48Speaker 2: could always leave the country if he has to. I
- 11:52Speaker 2: don't know about Andrew Cuomo. Andrew Cuomo could have a problem.
- 11:55Speaker 2: I don't know anything. But Coron worked for Andrew Cuomo
- 11:58Speaker 2: as well. In fact, in this disastrous, ridiculous Cuomo mayoral race,
- 12:04Speaker 2: it was Corone running things for Andrew Cuomo. So I
- 12:11Speaker 2: don't know. I don't know. A lot of people could
- 12:13Speaker 2: have a lot to worry about. These raids were this
- 12:17Speaker 2: morning and then yesterday the FBI indicted in the Justice
- 12:22Speaker 2: Department indicted hundreds and hundreds of people. You know, the
- 12:26Speaker 2: Republicans yelling and screaming about this fraud in Minnesota fraud,
- 12:29Speaker 2: in California Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud, and it looks pretty serious.
- 12:35Speaker 2: They've arrested a lot of people. Hundreds of people have
- 12:37Speaker 2: been arrested. Now, this one woman looks like she defrauded
- 12:41Speaker 2: us out of about eight hundred million, believe it or not,
- 12:44Speaker 2: in fraudulent billing. This is Todd Blansey, Attorney General.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Since June eighth, we've charged four hundred and fifty five
- 12:51Speaker 1: defendants across fifty six Like I said a minute ago,
- 12:55Speaker 1: US attorney's offices and forty five US states and territories.
- 13:00Speaker 1: As alleged in the various indictments, these individuals participated in
- 13:04Speaker 1: healthcare fraud schemes involving over six point five billion dollars
- 13:10Speaker 1: in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare programs.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Yeah, sounds pretty serious. And that's just the start. It's
- 13:19Speaker 2: gonna be a lot of people arrested, a lot of
- 13:21Speaker 2: money recovered. Now, you got a lot of people like
- 13:25Speaker 2: elon Omar, you know, the Minnesota, Michigan, all these places.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I think all this fraud took place. And look at
- 13:30Speaker 2: elon Omar, who was suddenly worth thirty million, and on
- 13:34Speaker 2: her forum's financial disclosure and in her statement she said,
- 13:37Speaker 2: what's my husband. You know, he started a hedge fund
- 13:40Speaker 2: he made, you know, thirty million dollars, very successful. He's
- 13:44Speaker 2: got a winery business. All these business did so it's
- 13:47Speaker 2: thirty million. Now that all this has happened, she's reissued
- 13:52Speaker 2: all of her financial statements and she's now saying the
- 13:54Speaker 2: husband is only worth two hundred dollars and that the
- 14:00Speaker 2: thirty million. I don't know where that figure came from.
- 14:03Speaker 2: It's not true. She attributes the difference to accounting. She
- 14:08Speaker 2: says discrepancies were based on an accounting error. That's a
- 14:12Speaker 2: hell of an accounting era thirty million. Oh wait a
- 14:15Speaker 2: minute's two hundred dollars. Nobody's buying this, so she couldn't
- 14:19Speaker 2: look or act more guilty. Expect her to be arrested
- 14:25Speaker 2: before the end of the year and deported before the
- 14:28Speaker 2: end of the year. Hey, one of these nutsjobs, was
- 14:31Speaker 2: it Chevalier? And I think it was her, one of
- 14:34Speaker 2: these Mamdannie nut jobs that won. Was doing an interview,
- 14:37Speaker 2: so she said absolutely, nobody should be deported. No illegals deported. Well,
- 14:41Speaker 2: what about the ones that are criminals committing all kinds
- 14:43Speaker 2: of crimes. She actually said to the interviewer, No, they
- 14:47Speaker 2: should not be deported. So that's the kind of nutjobs
- 14:50Speaker 2: and they'll all win. Because these were all big Democratic districts.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Turnout was very, very low among Democratic voters. Turnout was
- 14:58Speaker 2: about ten percent, not for very impressive, but again it's
- 15:01Speaker 2: a total off year primary election. Hey, we'll take some calls. Next.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 15:14Speaker 6: Mark Simon issues you really care about on seven ten wr.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Hey, we'll take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 15:25Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to Judy
- 15:27Speaker 2: and Toms River. Judy, how you doing.
- 15:30Speaker 5: I'm doing fine. I want you to talk about one thing,
- 15:34Speaker 5: how Robert de Niro hates Trump and why he does.
- 15:37Speaker 5: When Trump was forty, when you know the forty fifth a,
- 15:41Speaker 5: Trump accepted a meeting from Robert de Niro because Robert
- 15:46Speaker 5: De Niro's island was devastated by a hurricane and he
- 15:51Speaker 5: asked for Trump to give money toward that island. And
- 15:56Speaker 5: Trump couldn't do that because there were many islands that
- 15:59Speaker 5: were devastating from then on.
- 16:02Speaker 2: No, actually, the hatred proceeds that he hated Trump long
- 16:06Speaker 2: before that. But that's one thing about.
- 16:07Speaker 7: These help Yeah, well that's one of about.
- 16:10Speaker 2: This crazy Trump hating Democrats, especially in the good old Daste.
- 16:14Speaker 2: They hate him. They hate him. They they need some money,
- 16:16Speaker 2: they'll go to his office and ask for it. You
- 16:19Speaker 2: see a lot of those rock and roll guys who
- 16:21Speaker 2: hate him Trump revealing pictures of him through the years,
- 16:25Speaker 2: visiting him in his office. Letters from them, all asking
- 16:28Speaker 2: for money or backing for a project. Now de Niro's.
- 16:32Speaker 2: I mean, he's going to kind of guy that's always
- 16:34Speaker 2: gonna hate Trump. He's a very, very very left wing
- 16:37Speaker 2: Downtown Tribeca Alreadie type, you know, with an iq A
- 16:42Speaker 2: eighty five. He's not gonna like Trump with a suit
- 16:44Speaker 2: and tie living in a gleaming gold tower. That's not
- 16:46Speaker 2: his kind of guy. Let's go to Jay in New Jersey, Jay,
- 16:50Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 16:52Speaker 8: Yaymar I didn't want to ask you how rot Dad
- 16:58Speaker 8: Lambder got a bunch of people to him.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Well, people hate Dan Goldman. Brad Lander campaigned hard, he
- 17:07Speaker 2: got a lot of people backing him, like Mom, Donnie
- 17:09Speaker 2: and all all the others, and he's been getting himself
- 17:12Speaker 2: a lot of attention on the crazy left, got himself
- 17:15Speaker 2: arrested protesting ice. That's the kind of stuff he's crazies
- 17:19Speaker 2: vote for. Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how
- 17:22Speaker 2: you doing, morning Mark? That's Mike.
- 17:26Speaker 9: I just wanted to mention it's a little bit of
- 17:28Speaker 9: an older story because it was about the golf tournament.
- 17:31Speaker 9: But the guy who won, Windom Clark, you know, the
- 17:33Speaker 9: reporter was slamming the fans on Long Island, has a
- 17:37Speaker 9: bunch of you know, loudmouths. But the guy who won
- 17:40Speaker 9: has a history of bad behavior, Wyndom Clark. He's banned
- 17:44Speaker 9: from the Oakmont for the last year for breaking up
- 17:46Speaker 9: the locker room. He was fined another time for throwing
- 17:50Speaker 9: his club and knowing this tournament, a bunch of guys,
- 17:53Speaker 9: a bunch of the players were fined and penalized for
- 17:58Speaker 9: bad behavior, throwing clubs and cursing. So for this announcer
- 18:01Speaker 9: to be up, it's not just saying he hit the
- 18:05Speaker 9: ball in about you know, in the trap.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not just the announcer. There's a lot of
- 18:10Speaker 2: people in the golf world that are not pushing to
- 18:12Speaker 2: have like a rule no more long island golf tournaments,
- 18:17Speaker 2: a lot of the PGA.
- 18:18Speaker 9: Yeah, but they had the best page. I was there
- 18:20Speaker 9: at bet Page and it was perfectly fine. It was nothing,
- 18:22Speaker 9: you know, I mean, you know, it's a little bit
- 18:24Speaker 9: you know, onerous to be so up in arms about it.
- 18:28Speaker 2: You know, well, I mean that's supposed to yell at
- 18:30Speaker 2: the golf tournament. I don't know why I let him yell.
- 18:32Speaker 2: It makes it more interesting, I know exactly.
- 18:34Speaker 9: Plus, you know, the PG eight themselves, you know, right
- 18:36Speaker 9: out at the Phoenix Open. They have the stadium hole
- 18:39Speaker 9: where it's a bunch of people who are sitting there
- 18:41Speaker 9: for fourteen hours in Phoenix and be baking drinking all day.
- 18:44Speaker 9: And it's about being rowdy. I mean, they encourage the
- 18:47Speaker 9: rowdy iness at that tournament, but the US Open, so
- 18:50Speaker 9: it's very precious.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Good point, Mike, I don't know, Listen. I love golf.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I love to play golf. You gotta be nuts to
- 18:57Speaker 2: go to a golf tournament. You just stand there and
- 19:00Speaker 2: you're basically just watching one hole. You're watching everybody come
- 19:03Speaker 2: by this one hole, so you're watching one hole get
- 19:05Speaker 2: played over and over again. It's not like you know
- 19:07Speaker 2: on TV, you can see every hole, you can see
- 19:08Speaker 2: everything going on. It's crazy to go to golf tournament,
- 19:12Speaker 2: the one sport where wherever you are you can only
- 19:15Speaker 2: see like one eighteenth of the action. Let's go to
- 19:18Speaker 2: John and Florida. John, how you doing, Good.
- 19:21Speaker 10: Morning, Mark, Mark. The Constitution has to be followed when
- 19:25Speaker 10: it's the president and the Supreme Court gonna tell yddiots,
- 19:29Speaker 10: you have to follow the constitution when you're sworn in
- 19:31Speaker 10: and not to good raim and do what the hell
- 19:34Speaker 10: you want.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Now they don't care. You know, they passed this War
- 19:37Speaker 2: Powers Act in Congress yesterday against the President. They passed
- 19:41Speaker 2: the War Powers Act. That's it now in real life,
- 19:45Speaker 2: this War Powers Act has no effect, it's not enforceable,
- 19:49Speaker 2: it's it violates Article two of the Constitution. It's totally ridiculous.
- 19:54Speaker 2: But it sounded good, sounded good for Democrats. It impressed
- 19:56Speaker 2: their voters. Let's go to rich and Myrtle Beach. How
- 20:00Speaker 2: you doing?
- 20:00Speaker 11: And thanks Mark on hundred right, the Wall Powers Act
- 20:04Speaker 11: is so unconstitutional. You also right about going to a
- 20:07Speaker 11: golf tournament, and especially on Long Island and Shinnecock and
- 20:10Speaker 11: way out there was one lane in each direction and
- 20:13Speaker 11: all the residents, you know, airbnb their houses so they
- 20:16Speaker 11: can get the hell out of town as well. And
- 20:18Speaker 11: you mentioned these ten percent people that vote in New
- 20:21Speaker 11: York City. Between the apathy of the poor already getting
- 20:25Speaker 11: everything handed to them and the rich who can afford
- 20:28Speaker 11: to put up with Mom Donnie for four years, so
- 20:30Speaker 11: you get a change. The middle classes fled in New
- 20:32Speaker 11: York City. Nobody wants to vote, and the apathy is
- 20:35Speaker 11: ridiculous as long as you only have ten percent shown
- 20:38Speaker 11: up to vote. These lib tards are going to continue
- 20:40Speaker 11: to keep winning, and it's going to become the Comic Corridor,
- 20:43Speaker 11: just like you were saying.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I like that. People are calling it the Commy Corridor.
- 20:48Speaker 2: That's great. Uh yeah. Shinnecock is the worst place to
- 20:51Speaker 2: have a golf turn only because it is just so
- 20:53Speaker 2: hard to get out there. First of all, it's in
- 20:55Speaker 2: the Hamptons, which is the stupidest place ever created. You
- 20:59Speaker 2: know that the Hamptons all you hear, but oh the
- 21:01Speaker 2: traffic is Yeah, when you get out there, the last
- 21:04Speaker 2: of fifteen miles, it's a one lane road. That's why
- 21:07Speaker 2: the traffic's so bad. Or when you hear you old
- 21:09Speaker 2: no restaurants. You can't even get into any restaurant. They're
- 21:11Speaker 2: so crowded. Yeah, because there's two restaurants in every town.
- 21:14Speaker 2: That's it. It's very few restaurants there because you can
- 21:18Speaker 2: only make money for like four or five months a year,
- 21:20Speaker 2: which is it's almost impossible to stay alive that way.
- 21:23Speaker 2: So that's why no restaurants open. You go to any
- 21:25Speaker 2: major suburban town, there's thirty five restaurants. You go to Southampton,
- 21:30Speaker 2: two three restaurants. East Tampton, Oh there's four restaurants. It's
- 21:34Speaker 2: it's very few. It just it's like raos. It looks
- 21:38Speaker 2: crowded because it's so tiny and it doesn't have enough seats.
- 21:43Speaker 2: That's why. Hey, when we come back, Howie car the
- 21:46Speaker 2: great talk show host, will be with us next on
- 21:48Speaker 2: seven ten WR. It's the Mark Simone Show, Live from
- 21:54Speaker 2: the WR Life Back Studios. Well, one of the great
- 22:00Speaker 2: this talk show hosts in America. A best selling author,
- 22:03Speaker 2: excellent columnist. Howie Carr. You can get his show, his podcast,
- 22:07Speaker 2: his books, his column everything's at Howiecarshow dot com, Howie
- 22:11Speaker 2: carshow dot com. Howie Carr, how you doing.
- 22:16Speaker 12: Very well? Comrade? After last night's primary results.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Let me start with this is the main newspaper. Explain
- 22:24Speaker 2: this headline to me. Graham Platner gets more primary votes
- 22:27Speaker 2: than any other Democrat Senate candidate in Maine history. What
- 22:31Speaker 2: the hell is going on?
- 22:34Speaker 12: Well, I guess I guess, you know, as a someone
- 22:37Speaker 12: who was born in Maine, I guess we have the
- 22:38Speaker 12: same problem as New York City.
- 22:42Speaker 2: But I think I have buyer's remorse over nominating this guy.
- 22:48Speaker 12: I think they, I think they already are having buyers remorse,
- 22:50Speaker 12: and you know they're they're putting out. Every day there's
- 22:53Speaker 12: a new Reddit post. The one yesterday was so horrific
- 22:57Speaker 12: I can't even begin to repeat it. I just tweeted
- 23:00Speaker 12: it out. People. We're discussed that I even retweeted it.
- 23:03Speaker 12: But listen, I want to talk about what's going on
- 23:05Speaker 12: in New York City here. Is this? Is this a
- 23:07Speaker 12: good thing or a bad thing for the Republican Party overall?
- 23:11Speaker 12: I'm just you know, nationwide, you know, I'm thinking about
- 23:15Speaker 12: like the you know, this is like it's like nineteen
- 23:17Speaker 12: thirty two, you know, when Hitler was making this move,
- 23:21Speaker 12: and you know, like the powers that be in Germany,
- 23:24Speaker 12: they thought, we get this guy Hindenburg, so let's bring
- 23:27Speaker 12: this clown in and you know, give them, give them
- 23:29Speaker 12: a few, you know, a few crumbs and will take
- 23:33Speaker 12: care of him and it'll be okay. And you know
- 23:36Speaker 12: that that seems you know, that's kind of what I'm thinking.
- 23:38Speaker 12: You know that this is good to have these these
- 23:41Speaker 12: people is the face of the Democrat Party. But on
- 23:44Speaker 12: the other hand, you know, you can overdo this thing
- 23:48Speaker 12: about letting these people get pushing their nose under the tent.
- 23:52Speaker 12: What do you think is it a good thing or
- 23:53Speaker 12: a bad thing?
- 23:55Speaker 2: Anytime you got crazy lunatic communists elected, it's a bad thing,
- 23:59Speaker 2: no matter what. I mean, how much damage can they
- 24:01Speaker 2: do that's another question.
- 24:02Speaker 12: But it's hard to feel sorry for Dan Goldman though,
- 24:06Speaker 12: isn't it.
- 24:07Speaker 2: No, I can't feel sorry for him, right right.
- 24:11Speaker 12: But on the other hand, you know, it's kind of weird.
- 24:13Speaker 12: I mean that district where that Chevalier who another one
- 24:17Speaker 12: who became a Muslim. That was a good career move,
- 24:20Speaker 12: apparently electorally, a career community activist meetings. She's never had
- 24:25Speaker 12: a real job, I mean, isn't isn't that Adam Clayton
- 24:28Speaker 12: Powells Old District and Charles Wrangells Old District.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean they were, they were, you know, the
- 24:35Speaker 2: most right wing guys in the world compared to these lunatics.
- 24:37Speaker 12: Well, so it's gone. So it's gone from a black
- 24:39Speaker 12: district to a Hispanic district. Now it's a Muslim district.
- 24:44Speaker 12: But I don't think Muslims are the majority in the district,
- 24:46Speaker 12: are they?
- 24:47Speaker 2: No? No, But they're all running on this anti Semitic,
- 24:52Speaker 2: anti Israel crap and that's all it takes with Democrats
- 24:55Speaker 2: in New York.
- 24:55Speaker 12: Now, Unfortunately, that's bad you know the question you got
- 25:01Speaker 12: to ask yourself if your Lander is you know, I
- 25:04Speaker 12: mean Lander. Lander's okay because you know he's running against
- 25:07Speaker 12: Goldman who likes Israel, so he's he's but he's still
- 25:10Speaker 12: Jewish and he likes and he doesn't like Israel. So
- 25:13Speaker 12: how long until the next Chevalier or wherever he pronounces
- 25:17Speaker 12: her name shows up and says, well, I may I
- 25:20Speaker 12: may trans lesbian illegal alien, so you have to vote
- 25:24Speaker 12: for me instead of Lander. I don't care how far
- 25:27Speaker 12: left wing he is. I mean you got to figure
- 25:29Speaker 12: how many he doesn't have that many terms left? I
- 25:32Speaker 12: would think, does he really?
- 25:33Speaker 11: No?
- 25:33Speaker 2: But doesn't Lander remind you of a young, slimy Joe Biden,
- 25:37Speaker 2: you know, do anything to say anything to get elected,
- 25:39Speaker 2: do whatever he has to do.
- 25:41Speaker 12: Yeah, but I think he's got the again. I think
- 25:43Speaker 12: being a being a white man is now a racial handicap.
- 25:46Speaker 12: It certainly isn't the Democrat Party, isn't it? And this
- 25:49Speaker 12: is Mary to a woman.
- 25:53Speaker 2: That's true.
- 25:53Speaker 12: But there's a there's a there's another bad thing. I mean,
- 25:56Speaker 12: you know it's it's it's okay, you know, I mean,
- 26:01Speaker 12: we got a guy running up here in the Massachusetts
- 26:03Speaker 12: against that guy named Steve Lynch's been around for a
- 26:06Speaker 12: long time. But you know, he's running scared. He here's
- 26:08Speaker 12: the footsteps. And I said, oh, this guy's good. He's
- 26:11Speaker 12: from out of state. He's a multi millionaire, he's you know,
- 26:14Speaker 12: never really worked. And I said, oh, he's married, and
- 26:17Speaker 12: and I you know, look him up. He's at least
- 26:20Speaker 12: he's married to an Asian, you know. I mean, if
- 26:23Speaker 12: an into racial marriage, it's it doesn't it doesn't really
- 26:27Speaker 12: carry much weight in the Demo Democrat circles, but it's
- 26:30Speaker 12: it's it's better than a being you know, a you know,
- 26:33Speaker 12: same race marriage. I think, I mean, these people are crazy, Mark,
- 26:37Speaker 12: they I mean, they're insane.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Totally insane. Hey, the only good news last night George
- 26:43Speaker 2: Conway totally humiliated last night. Do you think he's got
- 26:46Speaker 2: the message that he can never run for anything?
- 26:50Speaker 7: Boy?
- 26:50Speaker 12: You know, I saw the thing this morning where he
- 26:52Speaker 12: said that he gave nine hundred and twenty nine thousand
- 26:54Speaker 12: dollars to Joe Biden. Did you see that?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 26:58Speaker 12: I mean did they you know? And I keep thinking,
- 27:03Speaker 12: you know, when when I saw Stire spent another two
- 27:06Speaker 12: hundred million in California, I keep thinking you know what
- 27:09Speaker 12: always kids think that he's now he's now blown five
- 27:12Speaker 12: hundred million dollars, first running for president, now for California governor.
- 27:16Speaker 12: But you know, I think probably nine hundred thousand dollars
- 27:20Speaker 12: to George Conway is like five hundred million to fire,
- 27:25Speaker 12: you know. I mean, how do you tell you kids?
- 27:29Speaker 10: Oh?
- 27:30Speaker 12: You know, I could have given you a down payment
- 27:32Speaker 12: for a house in a place where crazy Democrats don't live,
- 27:37Speaker 12: so you could have interest kids to public school. But
- 27:40Speaker 12: I threw it all away on Joe Biden.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Hey, at least and the other good news that ridiculous
- 27:48Speaker 2: lunatic Kennedy kids. Schlosburgh lost. Do you think he got
- 27:52Speaker 2: the message stay out of politics?
- 27:54Speaker 12: Yeah? I mean, the Kennedy's are really having a bad
- 27:57Speaker 12: run here, aren't they. I mean, you know, Joe Kennedy
- 28:00Speaker 12: lost the primary in Massachusetts six years ago, and now
- 28:04Speaker 12: is now Jack Schlossburg has lost. It's it's it's just
- 28:08Speaker 12: a it's a bad you know, they're they're I think
- 28:10Speaker 12: they're all done.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope so. But each generation, you're the Kennedy expert,
- 28:17Speaker 2: each generation got lower and lower and lower and lower
- 28:21Speaker 2: in i Q in everything in talent.
- 28:25Speaker 12: But But on the other hand, in Schlosburgh's case, the
- 28:28Speaker 12: network went way up right. I mean, look at all
- 28:31Speaker 12: the money, Look at all the money he's worth through
- 28:34Speaker 12: through Caroline, through his mother. I mean, you know Jackie, Oh,
- 28:38Speaker 12: I mean she had, she she had, she had all
- 28:40Speaker 12: that that money that she got from Onassis. And then
- 28:43Speaker 12: it was put the it was, it was put put
- 28:46Speaker 12: the into very good investments, and they sold the house
- 28:50Speaker 12: on Nantucket for tens of millions of dollars, et cetera,
- 28:53Speaker 12: et cetera. I mean, I don't know, but he's he's
- 28:58Speaker 12: he's he's crazy too. But again, look at all the people.
- 29:03Speaker 12: The guy that won that primary though, Mark isn't he
- 29:06Speaker 12: isn't he kind of like a h A Wiener Schumer
- 29:10Speaker 12: type guy.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Yeah, he's semi normal.
- 29:12Speaker 9: Ever really had a.
- 29:13Speaker 12: Job, who just worked, He just worked his way up.
- 29:16Speaker 12: He was an aide, and then he moves up to
- 29:18Speaker 12: the you know, to the assembly and then you know,
- 29:21Speaker 12: you know, you know what I mean. He's he's an
- 29:23Speaker 12: old style Democrat hack.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Yeah, he's semi normal of the new styles. Yeah, and
- 29:28Speaker 2: he got it only because the Bloomberg pumped ten million
- 29:31Speaker 2: into his campaign and really really yeah, in a primary
- 29:35Speaker 2: campaign in a little district and Nadler backed him, so
- 29:39Speaker 2: the establishment fact him and.
- 29:41Speaker 12: He only won by four thousand votes.
- 29:43Speaker 2: I say, yeah, hey in Maine, Uh, the Bush candidate
- 29:48Speaker 2: Jonathan Bush, yeah lost. Is that the end?
- 29:51Speaker 12: He wasn't really a manor though, you know, I mean
- 29:53Speaker 12: none of the none of the Bushes are really mainers.
- 29:56Speaker 12: They have the place in Kennebunkport, you know, down on
- 29:58Speaker 12: the coast near why used to work. But they you know,
- 30:01Speaker 12: he he's the brother of Billy Bush.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and the son of Jonathan Bush, who was the
- 30:08Speaker 2: brother of George H. W. But does that mean that's
- 30:10Speaker 2: the end of the Bush dynasty in politics?
- 30:12Speaker 12: I think, well, again, they're they're having the same problems
- 30:15Speaker 12: as the Kennedy's. I mean, the the kid down in Texas, Uh,
- 30:19Speaker 12: Jeb's kid. You know, he had a job as I
- 30:22Speaker 12: think railroad commissioner or something, which is a big job
- 30:24Speaker 12: down there, and then he tried to move up to
- 30:27Speaker 12: a G or something and got crushed, you know, four
- 30:30Speaker 12: years ago. So I think I think they're all done too.
- 30:33Speaker 12: They're they're certainly all done in Florida, and uh, I
- 30:35Speaker 12: think they're done in Texas. And now now it appears
- 30:39Speaker 12: in Maine and Connecticut. Forget about Connecticut, for Connecticut's going
- 30:45Speaker 12: the way of New York. I mean that's where they started.
- 30:47Speaker 13: You know.
- 30:47Speaker 12: Prescott Bush, the old man. Yeah, uh, you know the
- 30:51Speaker 12: George George h W's father, you know, used to get
- 30:54Speaker 12: pushed around by LBJ in the Senate. Great great photos,
- 30:58Speaker 12: Yeah great? I mean literally literally LBJ has got it
- 31:02Speaker 12: backed up against a desk. He's bending over trying to escape. Well, uh,
- 31:11Speaker 12: you know, and you know his son and his grandson
- 31:14Speaker 12: become president. What a weird what a weird country, What
- 31:18Speaker 12: a weird world we live in?
- 31:20Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 31:20Speaker 2: Well look at last night they call it, and they're
- 31:22Speaker 2: calling us now the comedy corridor here in New York.
- 31:26Speaker 2: More socialist communists elected.
- 31:29Speaker 12: Is it good or bad? Though, Mark, and I'd come
- 31:31Speaker 12: back to the original question I asked you for for
- 31:33Speaker 12: the Is it good or bad for the Republican Party
- 31:36Speaker 12: to have these people as to face?
- 31:37Speaker 2: Well, it might help the Republicans, but it's going to
- 31:40Speaker 2: get worse before it gets better. So we're gonna have
- 31:42Speaker 2: to live through that. So uh, anyway, how we car
- 31:45Speaker 2: we're out of time, but hey, every reaching to go
- 31:47Speaker 2: to Howie carshow Dot com. You get a show, his podcast,
- 31:51Speaker 2: his great books. The latest book is Mass Corruption.

- 32:27Speaker 2: Clay Travis. That's a great show every day celebrating is
- 32:30Speaker 2: it five years? You have five years? Got it? It's
- 32:33Speaker 2: like ten million listeners every day. And then at three
- 32:36Speaker 2: o'clock he got the most listened to radio show in America,
- 32:40Speaker 2: Sean Hannity. He got Jesse Kelly. At six o'clock, he
- 32:44Speaker 2: got Jimmy Fayla, who just signed a new deal, new
- 32:47Speaker 2: three year deal with Fox. He does a great show
- 32:50Speaker 2: there on Saturday nights. But he's here on WOR every
- 32:54Speaker 2: weeknight at nine on seven to ten WOR.
- 32:57Speaker 4: Thank's more on Mark Mark on WR.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Hey, it's gonna be a perfect summer day to day.
- 33:04Speaker 2: It'll be the nicest day of the week. It'll be
- 33:06Speaker 2: eighty degrees sunny as we've got and enjoy it. And it
- 33:09Speaker 2: looks like rain tomorrow night, Friday, maybe Saturday. But today,
- 33:14Speaker 2: best day of the week. We got a lot to
- 33:16Speaker 2: get to in the next hour. We'll get to Hey,
- 33:20Speaker 2: guess who's getting divorced more than anybody? Which group? We'll
- 33:23Speaker 2: get to that after the news, and a whole lot more.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Mark Simone here every weekday, ten to noon or anytime
- 33:30Speaker 2: you want to listen, just get the podcast back after
- 33:33Speaker 2: the news seven to ten WR.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Now more Mark Simone on seventen WR.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Well, you had Democratic primary night last night, and I'm
- 33:45Speaker 2: thinking about Howie Carr was with us last hour, and
- 33:47Speaker 2: this is just saying, you know, it might be the
- 33:49Speaker 2: best thing. Let the Democrats vote out liberal left wing
- 33:53Speaker 2: Democrats in exchange for even more left wing, totally crazy,
- 33:58Speaker 2: anti semiticulous Democrats, because it may be the end of
- 34:02Speaker 2: their party. I mean, we're gonna. It'll get worse before
- 34:05Speaker 2: it gets better. But as they go more and more
- 34:09Speaker 2: and more and more to the left, they just turn
- 34:11Speaker 2: off everybody. And this last night mom Downie's fourth candidates,
- 34:16Speaker 2: he backed one. People are calling it the hate slate.
- 34:19Speaker 2: This is an anti Semitic, disgusting anti Semitic Democrats, anti Israel,
- 34:26Speaker 2: anti this. Even Roe Kanna, one of the Democratic leaders,
- 34:29Speaker 2: said landers win was fundamentally about Gaza, and I keep
- 34:34Speaker 2: talking about Gaza. What they're talking about is anti Semitism,
- 34:38Speaker 2: anti Israel, and they call it the hate slate, they
- 34:43Speaker 2: call it the Kami Corridor. Just a bunch of lunatics
- 34:47Speaker 2: winning last night. It was absolutely ridiculous. Blame all of
- 34:52Speaker 2: this on the Democratic leaders, the Schumers, the Cuomos. They're
- 34:56Speaker 2: the ones that let this happen. When this started, this movement,
- 35:00Speaker 2: he didn't stand up to it. In fact, Cuomo joined it.
- 35:03Speaker 2: He became a total left wing radical, left wing kook
- 35:07Speaker 2: in office with his no bail, no jail, with his
- 35:10Speaker 2: closing the prisons, with his closing Indian Place. Just became
- 35:14Speaker 2: a left wing nut. And then Schumer, it didn't really
- 35:19Speaker 2: become a left wing nut. He just stayed quiet. You know,
- 35:23Speaker 2: whenever there was anti Semitism, where there was rioting on
- 35:25Speaker 2: the Columbia campus, whether it was this kind of crap,
- 35:29Speaker 2: he just stayed quiet. This horrible, horrible situation with that
- 35:33Speaker 2: coffee shop in Brooklyn, anti Semitic coffee shop refusing to
- 35:38Speaker 2: take money from a Jewish customer. Where was Schumer? This
- 35:41Speaker 2: is his district, He's from Brooklyn, He's the Brooklyn guy.
- 35:45Speaker 2: Where was he on this hiding? He just runs and
- 35:47Speaker 2: hides under his desk. So blame Schumer and those types
- 35:51Speaker 2: for all of this crap that's going on in the
- 35:54Speaker 2: Democratic Party. Just absolutely ridiculous. Hey, Congress, House, Actually the
- 36:02Speaker 2: Senate passed the War Power Act. Now listen to this.
- 36:08Speaker 2: This resolution directs the President to remove all US armed
- 36:13Speaker 2: forces immediately from Iran unless permitted by Congress. Wow, read this.
- 36:20Speaker 2: It's quite an act. It doesn't mean absolutely anything. It
- 36:25Speaker 2: has no authority, it's not enforceable, it's not even legal.
- 36:29Speaker 2: It's not even constitutional. It violates the Second Amendment. Why
- 36:33Speaker 2: did they pass it? Because it looks good to their voters.
- 36:36Speaker 2: You know, they'll talk about it all night on CNN
- 36:38Speaker 2: and MS NOW and the New York Times. Oh, look
- 36:41Speaker 2: at this new York Times printing the whole Act, the
- 36:43Speaker 2: whole resolution absolutely totally meaningless, just a symbolic, ridiculous, stupid
- 36:50Speaker 2: gesture that doesn't mean anything. Hey, remember yesterday we're talking
- 36:54Speaker 2: about The View and they're trying to get it declared
- 36:59Speaker 2: a news program. They've gone to the FCC, Disney, ABC
- 37:05Speaker 2: wants it declared officially a news program. That'll give it
- 37:08Speaker 2: some protection. There's a great conservative watchdog group. It's called
- 37:14Speaker 2: the Media Research Council. It's Brent Bozell. He's been running
- 37:17Speaker 2: us for years and they do check out that MRC.
- 37:21Speaker 2: It's check out their website every so long because they
- 37:23Speaker 2: put up some great studies. But they did a long,
- 37:26Speaker 2: multi year study of the View and they've absolutely laid
- 37:33Speaker 2: it out, proven the case, documented with over twenty five
- 37:36Speaker 2: hundred separate pieces of evidence documented that the View is
- 37:41Speaker 2: a Democratic Party operation, that it's not obviously not a
- 37:45Speaker 2: news program, but it's actually an election tampering democratic campaign
- 37:50Speaker 2: operation to promote Democrats. That's all it is. But again
- 37:54Speaker 2: they've documented this twenty four hundred and seventy three examples
- 37:58Speaker 2: of this. The View use unbelievable bias, at times willful
- 38:03Speaker 2: electioneering that got The proof of all of this, as
- 38:07Speaker 2: exhibits A starts with an eighteen page letter that shows
- 38:13Speaker 2: that the ABC news program is not based on news
- 38:16Speaker 2: but strictly partisan purposes. They give many many examples, including
- 38:22Speaker 2: Whoope Goldberg on Election Eve telling the audience you know
- 38:27Speaker 2: what to do tomorrow Election Day, telling them who to
- 38:30Speaker 2: vote for. That's obviously not a news program. They published
- 38:34Speaker 2: eight studies documenting how the View engages in partisan programming
- 38:38Speaker 2: to promote Democratic candidates Democrat aligned policies, while refusing to
- 38:44Speaker 2: interview opponents, refusing to allow the other side to be heard,
- 38:49Speaker 2: refusing to air anything that would hurt Democrat electoral chances.
- 38:55Speaker 2: The one exception was jd Vance last week, But the
- 38:58Speaker 2: only reason they did that is because they're trying to
- 39:00Speaker 2: get this ruling from the FCC. All of a sudden,
- 39:04Speaker 2: they're trying to get declared a news program, so that's
- 39:06Speaker 2: why they did that. But there a long history shows
- 39:09Speaker 2: that they are a democratic political operation. Anyone who watches
- 39:14Speaker 2: the show knows its political advocacy masquerading his news. The
- 39:19Speaker 2: filing demonstrates that the View is a one sided platform
- 39:22Speaker 2: that promotes one political viewpoint and deliberately shuts out all
- 39:27Speaker 2: the others. So that should carry some weight with the
- 39:30Speaker 2: FCC because it's pretty mathematical, pretty well documented. So a
- 39:37Speaker 2: lot of people get divorced, but believe it or not,
- 39:41Speaker 2: younger generations, the rate of divorce is going down a little,
- 39:46Speaker 2: but the rate for divorce is going way up. But
- 39:51Speaker 2: people over fifty, people over fifty are getting divorced more
- 39:55Speaker 2: than ever and at a much higher rate now than
- 39:57Speaker 2: any other generation. People are trying to analyze why. Some
- 40:03Speaker 2: of the conclusions are that people are living longer, that
- 40:07Speaker 2: sort of stuff, that they're getting married later, empty nest syndrome,
- 40:12Speaker 2: that kind of stuff. But here's two top divorce lawyers
- 40:16Speaker 2: who handle a lot of divorces people over fifty and say, well,
- 40:21Speaker 2: you know, the other thing is people as they're getting older,
- 40:23Speaker 2: realize they haven't got much time left and they want
- 40:26Speaker 2: to get out there and enjoy themselves. You know, if
- 40:29Speaker 2: you're Frank Barone on everybody loves Raymond married to Marie
- 40:33Speaker 2: Barone and you know it's given up and you just
- 40:37Speaker 2: sitting there waiting for death. A lot of people want
- 40:39Speaker 2: to get out and enjoy themselves. So the divorce rate
- 40:43Speaker 2: way up on older people. Good for divorce lawyers. But
- 40:49Speaker 2: the other thing is people are less tolerant now, especially
- 40:52Speaker 2: when they're older. So here's a few examples in this.
- 40:54Speaker 2: You know, the husband forgot her birthday, the husband's insensitive,
- 40:57Speaker 2: the husband is not already consider it the hosbit. So
- 41:01Speaker 2: people are quicker to get divorced when they're older. Nowadays,
- 41:06Speaker 2: it's Amazon Prime Day today. Now. I love Amazon, and
- 41:11Speaker 2: I think it's great. It's like Christmas every day. You know,
- 41:14Speaker 2: you get a present. You come down Christmas morning, there's
- 41:17Speaker 2: boxes under the tree. You can't wait to open them,
- 41:20Speaker 2: see what it is. Same thing with Amazon. You come
- 41:22Speaker 2: home and there's three boxes for you. Wow, I don't
- 41:27Speaker 2: remember what I ordered. I'm more mortaring stuff all the time.
- 41:29Speaker 2: I don't remember what if. I can't wait to open
- 41:30Speaker 2: and see what I got. It's like a Christmas present
- 41:33Speaker 2: every day. I heard Curtis this morning yelling and screaming,
- 41:36Speaker 2: complaining about Amazon that it's terrible, that it's an addiction,
- 41:40Speaker 2: and his wife is addicted. No, I think it's great.
- 41:43Speaker 2: It's great. And here's a big article here, But there's
- 41:46Speaker 2: a terrible addiction. People have boxes arriving every day. This
- 41:49Speaker 2: is nothing new. All this stuff You used to buy
- 41:53Speaker 2: the same exact stuff. It's just you went to stores
- 41:55Speaker 2: and bought it. Now you just buy it on Amazon.
- 41:58Speaker 2: I mean, go back on a timecap, so a time machine,
- 42:01Speaker 2: go back fifteen twenty years, go back twenty years buying
- 42:04Speaker 2: the same stuff every day. You'd go to the drug
- 42:07Speaker 2: store and buy some stuff. You'd go to this store
- 42:08Speaker 2: and buy some stuff. You go to a clothing store
- 42:10Speaker 2: and buy it's just all Amazon. Now I need to me.
- 42:14Speaker 2: You need anything, toothpaste, light bulbs, anything, you just order
- 42:20Speaker 2: it on Amazon. Now that's where this stuffs showing up
- 42:22Speaker 2: all the time, and it's usually cheaper on Amazon. You
- 42:26Speaker 2: got to give Jeff Bezos credit for figuring this all out.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Remember Amazon started just selling books. It was Barnes and
- 42:35Speaker 2: Noble and Amazon the two online book retailers. And this
- 42:39Speaker 2: would be mid two thousand, early two thousands, turn of
- 42:45Speaker 2: the century. And remember you'd say that's kind of crazy
- 42:51Speaker 2: by a book online on the computer, that's a little straight. Well,
- 42:54Speaker 2: people started doing next thing. That's where you got all
- 42:56Speaker 2: your books. Now, it turns out later we learn it
- 43:01Speaker 2: was thought at the time that Jeff Bezos was interested
- 43:04Speaker 2: in books. He wanted to be a bookstore and sell
- 43:06Speaker 2: books online. Turns out later we find out he never
- 43:09Speaker 2: wanted to sell books. It was never about that. It
- 43:12Speaker 2: was just the easiest thing to store in warehouses and ship.
- 43:17Speaker 2: He had this whole thing plotted out in his head
- 43:19Speaker 2: that eventually he would sell everything, that everything, everything anybody
- 43:24Speaker 2: used would they would buy an Amazon. The recent he
- 43:26Speaker 2: started the books was too what he calls what they
- 43:30Speaker 2: call dot plot. He had to figure out the distribution scheme,
- 43:35Speaker 2: where to put the warehouses, how to do it. The
- 43:38Speaker 2: books were just an easy thing to do, you know.
- 43:41Speaker 2: They weren't perishable, they weren't delicate. So he started with
- 43:45Speaker 2: books so he could figure out the logistics of how
- 43:48Speaker 2: to deliver things to every house in America, how to
- 43:51Speaker 2: store them, how to inventory them, how to warehouse them.
- 43:54Speaker 2: And once he had it all figure out with the books,
- 43:56Speaker 2: then he started adding everything else. Now it was all
- 43:59Speaker 2: along term plot. That's why this guy is worth eight
- 44:03Speaker 2: hundred billion or whatever, because he figured this all out
- 44:07Speaker 2: and he worked day and night to do. It's a
- 44:09Speaker 2: pretty amazing feat if you think about it. Actually, that
- 44:12Speaker 2: you can go order anything, anything and it'll be at
- 44:15Speaker 2: your house the next day. That's a pretty amazing company
- 44:18Speaker 2: to build. You know, remember Federal Express seemed brilliant at
- 44:22Speaker 2: the time. You give him a little package and they
- 44:25Speaker 2: could figure it out how to get it somewhere the
- 44:27Speaker 2: next day. This is even more amazing. You can anything
- 44:31Speaker 2: you want, anything, show up at your house the next day.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Now everybody thinks everybody's leaving Manhattan. Everybody's fleeing, everybody's running
- 44:42Speaker 2: out of New York. New York is finished. You hear
- 44:44Speaker 2: that all over the place. I hate to break it
- 44:46Speaker 2: to you. More people are moving into New York than
- 44:48Speaker 2: ever before. Try to rent an apartment in New York.
- 44:51Speaker 2: You can't. Rentals are through the roof. There's no inventory left.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Rentals are. People are renting like crazy a new and
- 44:59Speaker 2: that's important because a lot of the people have become
- 45:02Speaker 2: renters who move here and rent. The next year or
- 45:06Speaker 2: two they become buyers. Not only is New York booming,
- 45:10Speaker 2: but extremely high end apartments are selling like crazy. They
- 45:16Speaker 2: just built this new building on the West Side Highway
- 45:18Speaker 2: down like a meatpacking district downtown. This is now considered
- 45:25Speaker 2: the hottest, most luxurious new building in New York. It
- 45:28Speaker 2: used to be two twenty Central Park South fifty ninth Street.
- 45:32Speaker 2: That was like the building of New York. That's the
- 45:34Speaker 2: one where Ken Griffin has that two hundred and fifty
- 45:37Speaker 2: million dollar apartment. But the same architects have designed this
- 45:41Speaker 2: new building. It's on the west side Highway Way, downtown
- 45:45Speaker 2: West Village. Actually, it's eighty Clarkson and apartments in there
- 45:52Speaker 2: selling like crazy. They just sold one this week for
- 45:55Speaker 2: eighty million dollars. Now up here on Billionaire's Row, so
- 46:00Speaker 2: that wouldn't be that crazy, but that's the first time
- 46:03Speaker 2: anything went for that much downtown. Nothing has ever been
- 46:07Speaker 2: that much downtown. So eighty million. There's another one on
- 46:09Speaker 2: the market for seventy nine million, and there's one coming
- 46:13Speaker 2: on the market for one hundred and thirty million. This
- 46:16Speaker 2: is downtown in the West Village. It's an incredible building.
- 46:21Speaker 2: It's got you know, every kind of luxury gym, pool everything,
- 46:25Speaker 2: it's amazing, rooftop all this. But it's selling like crazy.
- 46:29Speaker 2: It's the most expensive building ever down there, and at
- 46:33Speaker 2: these prices that would be eleven thousand dollars a square foot.
- 46:38Speaker 2: That is unheard of. That is astronomical. So it sounds
- 46:42Speaker 2: like New York's not really dying. Keep an eye on
- 46:45Speaker 2: this guy, Frank Corone, the FBI raided his house this morning.
- 46:50Speaker 2: Then they arrested his brother. This Frank Coron worked for Adams,
- 46:56Speaker 2: worked from Andrew Cuomo. Tangled up in a lot of stuff.
- 47:02Speaker 2: The people we used to call him a bag man
- 47:05Speaker 2: and all that sort of stuff. He's been arrested. He'll
- 47:08Speaker 2: be in court at any moment later today. If they
- 47:14Speaker 2: really really got him on stuff, he's gonna have to
- 47:16Speaker 2: make a deal. He's gonna have to talk. He's going
- 47:18Speaker 2: to have to turn in a lot of people in
- 47:21Speaker 2: a lot of names if he's guilty of all this.
- 47:24Speaker 2: But it should be pretty interesting. This could be the
- 47:26Speaker 2: beginning of the end of a lot of Democrats. Adams,
- 47:30Speaker 2: Frank Corona was running that Cuomo campaign. You never know
- 47:35Speaker 2: who's going to get tied into this thing. Keep an
- 47:37Speaker 2: eye on it. Hey, we'll take some calls next. Eight
- 47:39Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number
- 47:43Speaker 2: eight hundred three two one zero seven to ten.
- 47:47Speaker 4: The Mark Simone Show continues on sevent ten.
- 47:51Speaker 2: Wor Well, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two
- 47:57Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number eight hundred three
- 48:01Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Let's go to Pat and lovettown.
- 48:05Speaker 11: Pat.
- 48:05Speaker 14: How you doing, I'm doing well. Let me just turn
- 48:08Speaker 14: the radio down. Yeah, I've been listening to this as
- 48:10Speaker 14: I listen every day, and I just thought, I remember
- 48:14Speaker 14: that your idea.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Of turning the radio down. I can still hear it.
- 48:17Speaker 14: I'm sorry, I'll turn you okay.
- 48:19Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 48:20Speaker 14: So when I went to school many many years ago,
- 48:23Speaker 14: we learned that Hitler first went after the Jews, then
- 48:26Speaker 14: the Gypsies, and then the Christians. And I think that
- 48:30Speaker 14: none of these simple minded people and young kids have
- 48:33Speaker 14: any idea of what he Is stands for and what's
- 48:37Speaker 14: going to happen with them.
- 48:38Speaker 2: I know they go in school, they go after Israel,
- 48:42Speaker 2: and then they go after America. They're just after anything.
- 48:45Speaker 2: They're all democracies and.
- 48:48Speaker 14: Exactly anyway, but the religions kind of stick out first,
- 48:51Speaker 14: stand out first. And it's just upsetting to hear all
- 48:54Speaker 14: of this anyway. But thanks for taking Michael, all right, Pat,
- 48:57Speaker 14: thanks for calling.
- 48:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the problem is you've got so prom these communists,
- 49:01Speaker 2: these crazy Soros type lunat. They it's a communist Chinese leaders.
- 49:08Speaker 2: They plot like over one hundred years. They had like
- 49:10Speaker 2: a decade's long plot. So they took over the schools,
- 49:14Speaker 2: they took over the faculties, the trustees. They infiltrated all
- 49:18Speaker 2: our universities with the most left wing cooks in the
- 49:21Speaker 2: world who raised generations of these left wing cooks who
- 49:25Speaker 2: are now the voters. They're all in their twenties now
- 49:28Speaker 2: or thirties, and they're all voting for all of these
- 49:30Speaker 2: crazy characters. We're now known here as the Kami Corridor.
- 49:35Speaker 2: After last night's primaries, let's go to Paul in Beth Page. Paul,
- 49:39Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 49:41Speaker 11: One?
- 49:42Speaker 2: In Mark?
- 49:42Speaker 9: I have a question which Schuma.
- 49:44Speaker 10: Wouldn't it benefit him to.
- 49:47Speaker 9: Endorse the save out because they will eliminate a lot
- 49:50Speaker 9: of the Kami votes and really be walked towards the
- 49:54Speaker 9: center of the democracy.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Well, it would eliminate democratic votes because they spent all
- 49:59Speaker 2: these years let millions of illegals in and getting them
- 50:01Speaker 2: on the voter rolls, and that was the whole point. Yeah, yeah,
- 50:04Speaker 2: Schumer admits there's twenty million illegals. Yeah, twenty million illegal voters.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Schumer admits it.
- 50:11Speaker 6: Listen, the American people know what a disaster this is.
- 50:16Speaker 6: They know that it would remove twenty million people from
- 50:19Speaker 6: the voting rolls and so the American people are totally
- 50:22Speaker 6: on our side on this.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Issue, So they're not Every study shows they're eighty percent
- 50:26Speaker 2: against you. But he's admitting if you do this, there's
- 50:30Speaker 2: going to be twenty million illegal voters that will be removed.
- 50:34Speaker 2: Let's go to Bill in a Booten township Bill. How
- 50:37Speaker 2: you doing?
- 50:39Speaker 7: I'm good?
- 50:40Speaker 11: How are you?
- 50:40Speaker 2: Mark good?
- 50:42Speaker 7: Hey? You know I listen to you all the time,
- 50:45Speaker 7: and you can be pretty direct when you.
- 50:48Speaker 12: Make talk about people.
- 50:50Speaker 7: Oh, yeah, like Jerry Nadler. Yesterday you called him a
- 50:54Speaker 7: fat slabbery.
- 50:56Speaker 2: No, I called him a fat, wodeling slab Oh, He's
- 51:01Speaker 2: an absolutely disgusting individual.
- 51:05Speaker 7: And then Schumer the creepiest, slimy liar.
- 51:09Speaker 2: And you disagree, You disagree.
- 51:12Speaker 7: No, I don't agree. I'm just curious. You must run
- 51:15Speaker 7: into these people from time.
- 51:18Speaker 2: I run into Nadler and Schumer all the time. Believe me,
- 51:20Speaker 2: they couldn't care less. They're absolutely heartless about that. They
- 51:23Speaker 2: couldn't care less.
- 51:24Speaker 7: Have you ever had like a confrontation with any of
- 51:27Speaker 7: these people that you.
- 51:28Speaker 2: None of them, None of them care Hey. There's sometimes
- 51:31Speaker 2: there's an event where I get introduced Schumerg, I'm a
- 51:33Speaker 2: nice introduction he says something nice about me. No, I'm
- 51:39Speaker 2: trying to think. I don't want to mention his name.
- 51:42Speaker 2: But there's one politician, this is years ago, famous New
- 51:45Speaker 2: York politicians who said to me, hey, listen, I don't care,
- 51:48Speaker 2: but it bothers my wife. Could you tone it down
- 51:50Speaker 2: a little? Yeah? Okay, that's the only time now that
- 51:54Speaker 2: these believe it or not, these guys don't care. They
- 51:56Speaker 2: are absolutely cold blooded. They couldn't care less. Let's you
- 52:00Speaker 2: know a lot of times you're watching a TV show
- 52:03Speaker 2: and you see the you know, the right wing person
- 52:06Speaker 2: the left wing person, and they're fighting on the TV
- 52:08Speaker 2: show on the panel. They're yelling and screaming into bank.
- 52:11Speaker 2: As soon as it goes to commercially, go hey, so
- 52:13Speaker 2: how's your cousin, how's the We want to get together,
- 52:15Speaker 2: Let's go have a drink a Yeah, okay, it happens
- 52:18Speaker 2: all the time. You ever see when the guy gets
- 52:20Speaker 2: to first base. These are two teams ready to kill
- 52:22Speaker 2: each other. Then the guy gets to first base, the
- 52:25Speaker 2: runners on first base, you notice he starts talking to
- 52:27Speaker 2: the first basement like they're old friends. They're having a conversation.
- 52:32Speaker 2: Let's go to Bill in Idaho, Bill, How you doing, Hi?
- 52:37Speaker 15: Mark Foster Brooks here, huh yeah, okay, I mean I've
- 52:42Speaker 15: ever tried a little Jane with your weedies these days?
- 52:46Speaker 15: It's not bad anyway. The thing that Schumer got one
- 52:51Speaker 15: hundred billion dollars to build chips up in Rochester which
- 52:55Speaker 15: will never be built because of environmentalists and everything else.
- 53:00Speaker 15: And in Idaho they're building it and it took three
- 53:03Speaker 15: months to build it, and it's like, what, how can
- 53:08Speaker 15: even even get a luncheon with that record?
- 53:12Speaker 12: Schubern?
- 53:13Speaker 2: Well, it's New York. Idaho's a sane place except for you.
- 53:16Speaker 2: But I mean otherwise it's normal people. What so what
- 53:19Speaker 2: do you? What do you do all day in Idaho?
- 53:22Speaker 2: What is there to do? Well? I know what you
- 53:24Speaker 2: start with.
- 53:25Speaker 15: I usually go down to the bar and try to
- 53:27Speaker 15: get fights and say that we want to bring Mondami
- 53:29Speaker 15: over to rule the city here, and that'll get something
- 53:34Speaker 15: going here.
- 53:34Speaker 2: And what is the bar in Idaho? Was like the
- 53:37Speaker 2: one on gun Smoke where you tie your horse up.
- 53:39Speaker 15: I mean, in fact, it's called the Iron Horse.
- 53:43Speaker 2: Ah, very good, all right, thanks for thanks. Foster Brooks
- 53:49Speaker 2: Junior there, Bill, Hey, Idaho two hours different. So it'd
- 53:55Speaker 2: be like eight thirty in the morning for for look
- 54:00Speaker 2: at already slashed today thirty in the morning. But the
- 54:03Speaker 2: secret for Bill is a good breakfast. If Bill has
- 54:06Speaker 2: this usual breakfast, seven aspirins and a glass of water
- 54:10Speaker 2: and ready to go for the whole day. So yeah, Schumer,
- 54:13Speaker 2: the slimiest guy in the world, admitting there's twenty twenty million.
- 54:17Speaker 2: He admits there's twenty million illegals voting.
- 54:20Speaker 6: It's sci fi voter suppression, authoritarianism by algorithm. Trump cares
- 54:26Speaker 6: so little about Americans' freedom that he's trampling on their
- 54:30Speaker 6: right to privacy just so he can take away their
- 54:34Speaker 6: right to vote.
- 54:34Speaker 2: No, he's not nothing to do with Americans. They're timbody illegals.
- 54:39Speaker 2: People are not Americans, illegal aliens here illegally. That's who
- 54:42Speaker 2: he's trying to get off the voter roll. The idea
- 54:44Speaker 2: is so Americans can vote. Hey, Iran, Rubio, he's been
- 54:51Speaker 2: in hiding for the last week or two. You don't
- 54:54Speaker 2: hear anything from Rubio. Jd Vance has been leading this.
- 54:58Speaker 2: But I think Rubio quietly would like this Iran deal.
- 55:03Speaker 2: Nobody's got thrilled with it. I think he wants jd
- 55:04Speaker 2: Vance's fingerprints all over the Iran deal, not his. But
- 55:07Speaker 2: he finally emerged and said, somebody.
- 55:10Speaker 4: We know what they agreed to.
- 55:11Speaker 2: I don't know why they have to say the things
- 55:13Speaker 2: they say.
- 55:13Speaker 7: Whatever their internal domestic politics is, I guess they'll navigate it.
- 55:17Speaker 4: But we know what they agreed to do, and now
- 55:19Speaker 4: they'll either.
- 55:20Speaker 2: Do it or they want Yeah, all right, Well, hey,
- 55:22Speaker 2: when we come back and Culter will be with us,
- 55:24Speaker 2: we've got a lot to talk to her about. We'll
- 55:27Speaker 2: talk about last night's primary, the hate Slate one, the
- 55:31Speaker 2: comedy corridor we're in, and we'll get to that more
- 55:34Speaker 2: in a moment on seven to ten WR.
- 55:37Speaker 1: Live from the WR Lifeback Studios, bill Mark, Simone, show.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Well and Culter the great columnists, the best selling author
- 55:48Speaker 2: Rumble Star. Check out her Rumble channel and culture on Rumble. Also,
- 55:52Speaker 2: of course Twitter and substack. A lot of stuff on
- 55:55Speaker 2: substack you'll like. Let's go to Anculter dot substack and Culter.
- 56:01Speaker 4: How you doing fantastic? How are you marximone?
- 56:05Speaker 2: Good? Where are you.
- 56:07Speaker 4: Amsterdam?
- 56:08Speaker 2: Amsterdam?
- 56:10Speaker 4: Yes?
- 56:11Speaker 2: How come the line sounds clearer in Amsterdam than when
- 56:15Speaker 2: you're here. It's a hundred times better.
- 56:19Speaker 13: Well, I had to borrow my friend's iPhone. My iPhone broke,
- 56:23Speaker 13: so I'm phone less for the next few days. But
- 56:26Speaker 13: soon I'll have a new iPhone, so I'll be clear
- 56:29Speaker 13: as a bell.
- 56:31Speaker 2: It's crystal clear right now. Just fly to Amsterdam every
- 56:35Speaker 2: week when you do this and talk from there.
- 56:37Speaker 13: It's well, that's assuming I'm blaming your phone system for
- 56:40Speaker 13: the problems with that in the past.
- 56:41Speaker 2: But what are you doing in Amsterdam? What is there
- 56:44Speaker 2: to do in Amsterdam?
- 56:46Speaker 4: It's fabulous, it's beautiful. Well, you know, I'm part Dutch.
- 56:50Speaker 13: How would I know that my Dutch ancestors. Well, I
- 56:55Speaker 13: dedicated one of my books to one of my Dutch
- 56:57Speaker 13: ancestors who assisted with the the Revolutionary side, f e
- 57:02Speaker 13: Tennaike van Vreck. And I've been to the Netherlands before,
- 57:06Speaker 13: I haven't been to Amsterdam, and I've been dying to
- 57:08Speaker 13: come here.
- 57:09Speaker 2: It is.
- 57:09Speaker 4: It is even more wonderful than I imagined it would be.
- 57:12Speaker 2: Well, what's so wonderful? What are you doing in Amsterdam?
- 57:16Speaker 4: Well, it's a beautiful city.
- 57:18Speaker 13: You know, it's all canals, and I'm going to talk
- 57:20Speaker 13: a little bit about it on my sub Stack and
- 57:22Speaker 13: Rumble video, which would be live tomorrow.
- 57:27Speaker 4: It's unbelievably beautiful.
- 57:29Speaker 13: You can take canal rides, and of course you have
- 57:31Speaker 13: all the Dutch masters at their reich Museum here. I mean,
- 57:35Speaker 13: it's just unbelievable what Dutch people were doing in the
- 57:38Speaker 13: seventeen hundreds, both in terms of you know, building architecture, shipbuilding.
- 57:44Speaker 4: They've had a huge influence.
- 57:45Speaker 13: On America, even though there were very few of them,
- 57:49Speaker 13: only about three thousand. Dutch people came to America before
- 57:54Speaker 13: before in colonial times. But the Dutch were always traders.
- 57:58Speaker 13: They were never you know, taking territory. They weren't like
- 58:01Speaker 13: the the English coming over, and the Dutch were concerned
- 58:04Speaker 13: about all the British coming over were coming to stay,
- 58:07Speaker 13: moving in and much like Americans today with the mass.
- 58:11Speaker 4: Wave of of of.
- 58:12Speaker 13: Immigration from the Third World, the Dutch were worried that
- 58:16Speaker 13: the British would.
- 58:17Speaker 4: Overwhelm them, and oh boy did they.
- 58:20Speaker 13: But basically, anyone who had a a is related to
- 58:25Speaker 13: a Dutch person here around before or the time of
- 58:28Speaker 13: the revolution.
- 58:29Speaker 4: They're all related to one another.
- 58:33Speaker 13: Bogart Bogart Dutch, Bruce Springsteen Dutch, Bruce Walter k what
- 58:40Speaker 13: Walter Kronkite Dutch, and you know what Kron kite.
- 58:44Speaker 4: They have a funny way of.
- 58:47Speaker 13: Naming giving giving surnames for centuries. You know, nobody had
- 58:51Speaker 13: surnames that sort of developed in in the Middle Ages.
- 58:54Speaker 13: You didn't really need to know. You only need to
- 58:56Speaker 13: know somebody's first name. There's Igor and everybody knows Egle.
- 59:00Speaker 13: So it's only when we had more people that we
- 59:02Speaker 13: even needed surnames. So they the Dutch surnames tend to
- 59:07Speaker 13: describe the person, like where they're from, or son of.
- 59:12Speaker 4: Or the tall something like that.
- 59:15Speaker 13: So knkrite cronkite, as in Walter Cronkite. Cronkite means sickly, sickly,
- 59:23Speaker 13: how'd you like getting that name?
- 59:25Speaker 4: And you you will be sickly? This is also am
- 59:29Speaker 4: I getting you is getting boring.
- 59:31Speaker 13: The Dutch are also responsible for the name of our
- 59:34Speaker 13: favorite sports team, the Yankees, because the Dutch made fun
- 59:38Speaker 13: of the British. They thought they were all named John,
- 59:42Speaker 13: which in uh In in Dutch is is yon.
- 59:47Speaker 4: And by the way, they are all names John. They
- 59:50Speaker 4: were all names John.
- 59:51Speaker 13: I have a million Johns in my family at one point, well,
- 59:56Speaker 13: my brother, my father, my roommate, my officemate, my best friend,
- 1:00:00Speaker 13: and my boyfriend were all named John. It got very
- 1:00:03Speaker 13: confusing talking about any of them.
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: In any event, they thought all the British were named John.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: So to make fun of them, they called them Yankees. Really,
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: and that's how the es that's where we got yankees.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: Wow, well this is actually pretty interesting now. So Amsterdam,
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: I never thought about that. It's a nice but that
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: sounds like a great place to visit. Everything's of Italy
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: or France. Amsterdam sounds very nice.
- 1:00:32Speaker 13: Yeah, And for the cautious traveler, we've seen very few Muslims.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Well, I mind a few Muslims, but so it's not
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: like a great Britain getting overrun by illegals and all
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: of that.
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: Well, they aren't illegals.
- 1:00:48Speaker 13: You keep making this legal illegal thing other countries. I
- 1:00:52Speaker 13: mean I've talked to obviously, I know some Dutch people.
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: I've talked to a lot of Dutch people. They consider
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: it blessed their little hearts. Huge problem.
- 1:01:01Speaker 13: So it may be, well what my experience in London is,
- 1:01:05Speaker 13: which is you don't really see well, you see a
- 1:01:07Speaker 13: fair number of them in London, but they're the fancy
- 1:01:09Speaker 13: rich ones in London. And when I refer to Muslims,
- 1:01:14Speaker 13: most of the quote migrants coming. It's not just that
- 1:01:17Speaker 13: they're Muslim. I've plenty of Muslim friends. They're lovely, they're educated.
- 1:01:22Speaker 13: The first Muslims we started to get, you know, from
- 1:01:24Speaker 13: back in the seventies, eighties, nineties, they tended to be
- 1:01:28Speaker 13: doctors educated.
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: It's only recently that we're just taking.
- 1:01:33Speaker 13: As Trump said, they're not sending their best. We're getting
- 1:01:36Speaker 13: the dregs of every country, every religion.
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: Yeah, there are a few good ones.
- 1:01:42Speaker 13: As Trump said, I'm sure some of them are fine people.
- 1:01:47Speaker 13: But when I say so, I'm not being I'm not
- 1:01:51Speaker 13: being snotty and mean about Muslims by saying I see
- 1:01:54Speaker 13: very few Muslims. But I do expect to see Dutch
- 1:01:57Speaker 13: people when I come to the Netherlands, just as I
- 1:01:59Speaker 13: expect to French people when I go to Paris, and
- 1:02:01Speaker 13: British people when I go to one.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Sounds pretty good. Hey, I don't know if you're following
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: what's going on here. Last night we had a primary night,
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: Democratic primary night. Every crazy COMI backed by mom Dommy
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: one last night. The only good news is George Conway
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: was humiliated out of the race.
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: Oh yes, I've been all over this.
- 1:02:24Speaker 13: I will also be talking about that in my Rumble
- 1:02:27Speaker 13: video tomorrow. I'm not sure if you were aware of this,
- 1:02:32Speaker 13: but George Conway used to be my best friend. I
- 1:02:36Speaker 13: introduced him to Kelly Anne. There was no daylight between
- 1:02:41Speaker 13: our positions. We worked on the Paula Jones case together,
- 1:02:44Speaker 13: but even.
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: Before that, when I was wearing a law firm in
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: New York.
- 1:02:49Speaker 13: We were fast friends and mostly over politics.
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: Man, has he changed?
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: How to explain this transition to a lunatic? What caused that?
- 1:03:05Speaker 13: So many people? I don't know if this happened to you.
- 1:03:10Speaker 13: Trump really broke people's brains. I know that's a cliche,
- 1:03:13Speaker 13: but I think it's true. I've never had this, this
- 1:03:17Speaker 13: happened before with any other I mean, I've had disagreements
- 1:03:19Speaker 13: with friends and even among you know, Republican friends. Forget
- 1:03:25Speaker 13: I expect the liberals and friends and me to disagree,
- 1:03:30Speaker 13: but we've had disagreements.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: About presidential candidates or presidents.
- 1:03:34Speaker 13: I've actually lost three friends over Trump who used.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: To be too.
- 1:03:40Speaker 13: In particular, it used to be absolutely rock solid right wingers.
- 1:03:44Speaker 13: Very little we would disagree on, and they so flipped
- 1:03:48Speaker 13: out over Trump. I mean, you know, I'm I'm annoyed
- 1:03:52Speaker 13: at Trump. Are more more first term than second term
- 1:03:56Speaker 13: second term. I'm only annoyed about Epstein and the stupid
- 1:03:59Speaker 13: Iran war, which I'm so happy he's finally going to end,
- 1:04:03Speaker 13: along with the vast majority of other Americans. But that
- 1:04:07Speaker 13: doesn't make me change my position on every other issue
- 1:04:12Speaker 13: under the sign. These two right wingers who shall go
- 1:04:16Speaker 13: unnamed other than the one who just came in dead
- 1:04:18Speaker 13: last in a congressional race in New York, they're changing
- 1:04:25Speaker 13: their positions on on you know, on immigration, on teachers, unions,
- 1:04:31Speaker 13: on crime.
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: It's it's unbelievable.
- 1:04:34Speaker 13: You don't have to give up everything you've ever believed
- 1:04:36Speaker 13: in just because you don't like Trump.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: Yeah, but George Conway, he lived in a Trump building.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: He knew Trump. Why did he go so crazy with
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: your He lived in a Trump building for years?
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: Why didn't he do what?
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: Why did he go so crazy? He lived in a
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: Trump building. Obviously he liked Trump at one point.
- 1:04:54Speaker 13: Well, no, I think even more than that, back in
- 1:04:57Speaker 13: twenty sixteen when Trump was for surrunning. George was for
- 1:05:02Speaker 13: Trump before Kelly Anne was, Remember she was working for
- 1:05:06Speaker 13: Cruise up until.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: The last Yeah, yeah, so.
- 1:05:10Speaker 13: So Trump's policies were very much in line with what
- 1:05:15Speaker 13: George Conway and I.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: Agreed with on all kinds of things.
- 1:05:21Speaker 13: So I don't know, but he isn't He is not
- 1:05:25Speaker 13: my only friend that has made a dramatic shift like this.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: So he lost so badly. He came in sixth place.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: He got like a couple thousand votes. I mean, he's humiliating.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: Do you think he got the message that he can
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: never run for anything?
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: I think so. I mean he's very It may be
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: hard to believe.
- 1:05:44Speaker 13: I think some of the things he's done and said
- 1:05:46Speaker 13: are crazy. I mean, wearing that T shirt I am
- 1:05:48Speaker 13: Antifa kind of knocked my socks off. But he's actually
- 1:05:54Speaker 13: very smart. He's very clever, and he's really funny. It's
- 1:05:58Speaker 13: really sad. I'm smiling and laughing about it.
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: Because it's so unbelievable.
- 1:06:04Speaker 13: But if you make me really think about it, it's
- 1:06:06Speaker 13: sad that I've lost this friend.
- 1:06:08Speaker 9: Ye.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: No, he was a top, top attorney, obviously very smart.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: But you're right. Trump just drives people insane, literally insane.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: So well, I'm afraid I.
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: Like it when it's Democrats that makes me laugh.
- 1:06:21Speaker 13: That was, as I've said many times, that was the
- 1:06:23Speaker 13: theme of my last book.
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: Resistance is futile.
- 1:06:27Speaker 13: Liberals go so crazy over Trump they can't oppose him effectively.
- 1:06:33Speaker 13: There are I mean, if they could just calm down.
- 1:06:36Speaker 13: It's like what you always tell people, or you are told,
- 1:06:40Speaker 13: one is told, you know, don't react in anger, don't
- 1:06:43Speaker 13: act when you're still, when you're still upset about something.
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: Calm down. Revenge is best serves cold.
- 1:06:50Speaker 13: Liberals cannot do what they cannot do it they so
- 1:06:53Speaker 13: hate Trump, they lose their minds and that's why they
- 1:06:56Speaker 13: are quote resistance is so ineffective.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: Well, actually everyod should gt go get that book and
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: read it. If you haven't read it, Resistance as feudal.
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: It'll make you feel good when you read that book. Also,
