In January of last year, 21 year old East Aurora High School graduate Miguel Villalon was killed in Afghanistan by a roadside bomb. At the time it sent shockwaves through the community and made plain the tragedy of armed conflict. It has since come to pass that the United States has ended it's 20 year occupation of Afghanistan.
