In a jaw-dropping case, Oregon deputies arrested Cris Jones in the Mt. Hood National Forest after he was caught using the identity of Daniel Joslin — who’d been murdered and buried in his own backyard in California. The bust came after a camper’s truck matched Joslin’s plates, triggering a cross-state alert. With SWAT and aerial support, Jones was located and taken into custody — also facing other Oregon warrants and carrying a knife.
