Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #187: Seeing Through a Different Lens to Gain Clarity
Transcript
- 0:03Hi, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Good day, Good
- 0:07day, good day. How are you? So? I was prepared this
- 0:12morning for that question. So today I have contacts in so with my vision,
- 0:24I see up close very easily. I can read super small print,
- 0:29but seeing at a distance, it's blurry, like I I could see you,
- 0:34I could, you know, I see your face like all the stuff,
- 0:37but it's just not detailed. So I can't operate without glasses, you
- 0:44know, just can't read the street signs type of thing or a license plate.
- 0:48So we're gonna go out and play in the desert. And I wanted
- 0:54to wear sunglasses a little bit more protection from my eyes than my regular glasses
- 1:00as they kind of wrap around, and so now I can see at a
- 1:07distance very well. But now I have to wear the readers so I can
- 1:14see up close. So it's an interesting So my thing right now, you
- 1:22know this morning is just seeing through a different lens, right, yeah,
- 1:30go ahead, And how I was to say, and how adapting. So
- 1:34I've had to adapt. I've had to get a tool, right, a
- 1:40tool, so I have something in my eyes to see you at the distance.
- 1:44But now I need a tool to see up clothes, so go ahead
- 1:49and show what you're going to say. I was gonna say that we just
- 1:53watched a show, a documentary here at the house. It's called Superhuman.
- 1:59It was actually really good because Alex Frari had done an interview with this gal.
- 2:02I cannot remember what her name is right now, but she's also the
- 2:05person that created the movie Superhuman. She has a lot of information that he
- 2:08had brought up. But anyway, she's a creator that she's in the movie
- 2:13as well, and it talks about, you know, learning how to see
- 2:17with all of our senses, with with our celves, not even not even
- 2:22focusing on the eyes. We put so much emphasis on the eyes. Here's
- 2:24an example. I am also using readers recently. But when I have when
- 2:31I'm coming through in these these experiences that I have now, I will say
- 2:38that I don't know if you want to call it in meditation or it's in
- 2:42between place, right, especially when I'm coming back into this body or whatever
- 2:47from the night. It's just it's a weird sensation. But I'll see things.
- 2:51It's such a fine close detail, like that every single fiber of a
- 2:54carpet, pieces of sand that I can't see here and it talks about people
- 3:00doing this stuff, and we've kind of touched on this a little bit in
- 3:01the past. They even had shown the kids again with the masks on their
- 3:05eyes, reading books going in to the grocery store, but not just kids.
- 3:08It's not something that's limited to children. And I had done some research
- 3:12on this and they were saying, well, you need to be this age
- 3:15in order to be able to pick this up. And that's not true.
- 3:17I don't that. To me, that's a limiting thought. That means that
- 3:21they're they're amy, You're just gonna have to stay with how you are.
- 3:23You're fucked because you didn't do this between now and seven years old, right
- 3:28or beginning into seven. It's like, I don't believe that. I don't
- 3:30believe that's all. I don't believe limiting beliefs. I actually will push against
- 3:35it, and maybe that's my way of finding solutions to it. But it's
- 3:38like they were reading and doing these things, and there was a woman that
- 3:39she's like using magnifying glass that she has a hold up to everything to read
- 3:44it, and she's learned how to read this way and see things this way
- 3:47without doing anything. They're showing kids playing. There's a lot of things,
- 3:52but there's a lot of things in that show, that documentary that's really it's
- 3:57eye opening for a lot of people. A lot of people will be familiar
- 4:00with a lot of stuff, but I think some of the stuff would probably
- 4:01still surprise them. So that was awesome, and then taking that into it
- 4:05because I've just been kind of drawn to certain things. I'd watched The Shack
- 4:10a long time ago, and I know you've seen it as well, such
- 4:13a good movie, but I watched things again because we've changed. We're not
- 4:16the same. We're like speaking of seeing through a lens, we're seeing things
- 4:19through a different lens now because our perspectives, our perceptions have changed. It
- 4:26happens. It's a phenomenal place to be in. And just recognizing and watching
- 4:31that and really picking up the messages, and it had messages throughout the whole
- 4:35thing, but even hearing them differently this time because I would have been in
- 4:40a different space when I had seen it before. So I find it fascinating.
- 4:44But it's funny that we're talking about the vision, but it went right
- 4:46to that show because to me, that with that woman having that amount of
- 4:49problem, and that's where some of my struggle has been but like I said,
- 4:53to be able to see so crystal clear details when I'm in that in
- 4:58between place or if I'm in meta tation and something comes up, you can
- 5:00see such fine details. So to me, it's like that's something. I
- 5:05don't think that my suit's broken down. From my perspective, I feel like
- 5:10I've picked up information. Maybe I watched the commercial, do you know what
- 5:12I mean that said, hey, if you do this, you're gonna have
- 5:15this with your vision. Or I read the back of a bottle and it
- 5:16said, well, if you take this, it's going to affect your who
- 5:18knows, Or because I saw my mom, and I saw my grandma and
- 5:23I saw my grandpa, you know what I mean. If we see all
- 5:25those things, we almost feel like that's part of the process. And now
- 5:28for me it's you know, it's it's looking into it and seeing looking into
- 5:32it and see how things can change, how our perspectives can change, how
- 5:38we can see from a different way instead of trying to focus on this.
- 5:41And it's like for me, with our eyes, it's like when am I
- 5:44not wanting to see? So for mine, it's it's been up close stuff,
- 5:48so seeing things up close, and now I'm noticing a distance issue.
- 5:51Well, that to me is because I'm of these right here that I don't
- 5:57feel are necessary, but right now they're necessary tool, as you said,
- 6:00for me to use right now until I can get my mind or find out
- 6:03what are my blocks? How did I create this? Or how can I
- 6:06uncreate this? How can I create what I want to create? So it's
- 6:11like this whole journey is part of this whole process that you're even talking about.
- 6:15And then you know realizing it's not a punishment, it's a tool.
- 6:18It's a tool right now and now I'm getting new information so I can do
- 6:21something with it. I don't know what to do with that yet, but
- 6:26I haven't made me ask questions within, so I know the answers will come.
- 6:32But one thing I want to say is that I changed something for me
- 6:40in me right I made a change, and now I need a tool to
- 6:46help me do something different, Yes, something different than what I'm used to
- 6:50doing. And so this is what we do when we're on a healing journey,
- 6:58is we're used to doing something so certain way, and when we step
- 7:00on that path of healing, whether it's the physical body mental state, emotional
- 7:06state, spiritual connection, whatever that is. When you decide to make a
- 7:11change, you need the tools, you need other information, other guidance to
- 7:18help you move in the direction to uh make the shift in the in the
- 7:26in the direction that you're going or want to go right. So just bringing
- 7:30that around to this is my tool today for me to see up close.
- 7:34So because I made a change. The other thing, you know, you're
- 7:41talking about limiting beliefs. Yeah, it doesn't matter what age you are.
- 7:46I am absolutely fascinated with doctor Joe Dispense in his work. I love it
- 7:54and I just I've listened this past week three times to view that he did
- 8:00with ed Milette and just listening to it over and over and over again because
- 8:07of his absolute belief and proof, scientific proof, like report proof on paper,
- 8:18seeing the graphs, seeing the images of people healing themselves at any age,
- 8:24children, middle older, like any age range, just healing uh deep,
- 8:35like a woman who's been blind since she was a child, and then
- 8:39she does she follows his process and now you know, she sees images.
- 8:45What he talks about is on the stage there's two giant floral arrangements and because
- 8:52of her vision she thought he had bodyguards on the stage, on the stage
- 8:58the whole time, and then over the time of them being together and this
- 9:03you know, huge group of people following the direction of doctor Joe Despender's process,
- 9:11she was able to see that they were actually floral arrangements. And this
- 9:16was only in like within a week timeframe of being in there. So we
- 9:22are I just am. It just fascinates me so much of how incredible we
- 9:26are. And then along with that is you know when we talk about limiting
- 9:31beliefs. This last time I went to the eye doctor. I go every
- 9:35year get my eyes checked, and this time when I went, his comment
- 9:43to me was you have the perfect vision for glasses. And I had to
- 9:50think about that for a while. I'm thinking, Wow, isn't that a
- 9:54ginormous seed you just planted in my if I if I take it on right,
- 10:00if I believe that. But it's saying you're gonna wear glasses for like
- 10:07forever type of thing like this, keep this vision because it's perfect to wear
- 10:16glasses, which means, you know, I gotta pay for these things every
- 10:18year, so be mindful. It's having like a super I know, Bev
- 10:24and I we we listen to our conversations with people, and we really listen
- 10:30to what's being said to us, and then I mean, we use our
- 10:33bodies. I'm speaking for you, Bev. So if I'm out of if
- 10:37I'm I'm not speaking correctly, then let me know. But you feel those
- 10:43words, when those words like penetrate your aura and they're coming at you,
- 10:48you can feel like, ooh, this is your belief. This is not
- 10:52my belief. Your belief is I have perfect, perfect vision because that's your
- 10:56training, that's your programming, that's your way of speaking to your clients.
- 11:05That doesn't set well with me because that is a limiting belief. That is
- 11:09that is telling me that I'm perfect. I am perfect the way I am
- 11:15and it's probably not gonna get any better type of thing. So it's up
- 11:22to me to take that on, to take those words on and own it
- 11:26and say, oh, I got the perfect vision for glasses. Isn't that
- 11:28great? And own it? Or like Bev's talking about, you know,
- 11:35and doctor Joe despends like, why do you need glasses? You don't need
- 11:39them. You do your process, you do your healing, you do your
- 11:43your reprogramming, you follow you know, doctor Joe despends his process or somebody
- 11:50else who might resonate with you. I'm not saying he's the one, but
- 11:54that's who I follow, and so I will talk highly of that. Find
- 11:58the process that feels good to you, to utilize to make changes, and
- 12:05along the way, utilize the tools that's going to help you to move in
- 12:09the direction you want to go. And I feel like it gives me a
- 12:16different perspective. I remember giving my mom a hard time about picking on her,
- 12:20but I learned that. I learned that from my stepdad. He was
- 12:22always picking. He was like the big brother, always picking. So we
- 12:24all learned to pick on each other all the time, which was ridiculous.
- 12:28But I have a different perspective on things. It's like even to have like
- 12:31readers on to bend down to work on something, it's very it can be
- 12:35very frustrating. And you talk about using the words and using the words,
- 12:39Oh, I can't look at that. I need my glasses. So I
- 12:43keep myself in that constant state of that need for the glasses at this point.
- 12:46But again it's am I stuck in this place? No? But I'm
- 12:50exploring this place where I'm at because once I've become neutral. I no longer
- 12:54have anything to learn from it, but I've had stuff to learn from it.
- 12:58I really have, and I understand that I have a different perspective.
- 13:01It's no different than going through child abuse or any of that other stuff.
- 13:05I am who I am because of my experiences, but those experiences gave me
- 13:09a different perspective, and now I'm on the other side of them, so
- 13:11it doesn't feel so heavy dark, and it's just I'm more neutral about all
- 13:16that stuff. So it's the same. Nothing different right now for me with
- 13:20glasses. It's learning to be in that space. Maybe it is learning to
- 13:24see what the eyes closed, you know, and that puts us into quietness
- 13:28and stuff like that. It's a fascinating thing our bodies do that. I
- 13:33was going to say it fascinating things. So Thanksgiving great, hung out with
- 13:37the family, it was great. The next day we were supposed to have
- 13:39another Thanksgiving with my at my niece's house. I woke up that morning and
- 13:43my low back was kind of bothering me. Well, it didn't. It
- 13:50didn't get any better, and I can isolate what it came from, but
- 13:54I'm not so sure. I'm ready to talk about that, but the low
- 13:58back was bothering me. And I wake up that next morning and as the
- 14:01day progresses, it's getting so bad I can't even get like I can't for
- 14:05me to walk around. It was miserable. It was a miserable space to
- 14:09be in, and I kept thinking, oh no. I tried everything I
- 14:11could to go to go be able to go to my niece's house for this
- 14:15for Thanksgiving so we could all be together, and it just wasn't working.
- 14:18And three months, like, you're just gonna have to stay home, You're
- 14:20just gonna I'm like, nope, I'm still gonna try this, this and
- 14:24this Night's tried everything. I tried muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories. I didn't
- 14:28get into a deep space of meditation, but I had gone there a couple
- 14:31of times, but not really putting any much effort into it. So I
- 14:35know the space that I was in, and I just wasn't in that space.
- 14:39Could it have made it better faster? Possibly? Quite possibly. I
- 14:43could probably go with a yes on that, But it's like so as the
- 14:46day went by, so I just knew that it was. At that point
- 14:48I was frustrated and we were sitting outside talking, and he was like pointing
- 14:52out the positives. I'm like, ah, you know, you're right,
- 14:54You're right. Who knows what this kept us from or whatever? It just
- 14:58wasn't meant to be. And it's all right. It's not to push against,
- 15:01you know, not to swim upstream. I don't have to do that.
- 15:03So I just kind of let go and let it flow. Well.
- 15:07By yesterday, I was feeling better, which was great because I went to
- 15:11see that Matt Frasier in Laughlin, so that was awesome. But and then
- 15:16I ended up not doing work in the morning because there was things that happened
- 15:18that let me know that I wasn't to work. And I also know that
- 15:22the way that I was feeling, I needed to honor myself. And it's
- 15:26like, how often do we take the time to do this stuff. I
- 15:28never would have in the past. Ever, even if I was as miserable
- 15:31as I was that on Friday, I would have still gone to try to
- 15:35go to work because I know that that's you know, eventually it would have
- 15:39gotten better. I would have forgotten about it. Maybe energy would have flowed
- 15:41through me. Who knows, who knows my thought process on that, But
- 15:43it's just being aware of those things, and it's like our body is not
- 15:46here to punish us, it's here to slow us down. And I could
- 15:50have stayed in that state of frustration and victim and anger and all these other
- 15:54things, which was all emotional, and then it's I didn't have to be
- 15:58and it's like I through stuff in my mind that helps helped me deal with
- 16:03this, the low back stuff, the issues that I was having. Of
- 16:07course, we're right around the full moon, so recognizing that things are coming
- 16:10to a surface but also for us to release. But also I'm noticing I'm
- 16:15just changing so much. I don't know, it's hard to put a finger
- 16:18on. I feel happier more often than not. I'm smiling a lot more.
- 16:25I'm just enjoying doing the things that I'm doing, and then recognizing when
- 16:30I don't feel feel like I'm really in my passionate place when I'm doing something,
- 16:34then automatically to shift to what feels good, and that may be nothing
- 16:38more than my thoughts. I'm gonna go I'm gonna go back to the glass
- 16:47of things, because when you start talking, something popped in. So I'm
- 16:49gonna go there first. That the belief of needing the glasses right, how
- 17:00often? I mean it's it's all the time. When a child, now,
- 17:07remember our programming from zero to seven. So when a little child has
- 17:14been in that moment, does need glasses to see. But then the parents
- 17:19keeps telling that story over and over and over, and so the child is
- 17:23taking on that information. Oh they need glasses, they need glass right.
- 17:29They just keep hearing that over and so the child's like, oh, I
- 17:32do need glasses. I do need glasses. I do And so they just
- 17:34grow up. That's a belief system. That's how belief systems get programmed into
- 17:40our subconscious and so then as they get older, they'll always need glasses and
- 17:45less. Again bringing up Joe Despenda, they find some kind of work and
- 17:49thinking, you know, the idea of oh can I can change this?
- 17:55We don't know what we don't know. I didn't know this stuff until I
- 17:57started learning it. So just being open to that information and the possibilities,
- 18:03I mean, possibilities are endless in this lifetime and all the things we can
- 18:07do. And and they're finding, you know, more and more things that
- 18:11how powerful we really are with our with our mind and our mental awareness and
- 18:18our emotions and so just being open to that and when you were talking about,
- 18:22well, there was probably a reason why I wasn't supposed to go to
- 18:26that gathering, and there was a reason why I wasn't supposed to go to
- 18:29work or whatever that might be. And you may never know, right,
- 18:32you may never know what that was what made me in an accident you avoided
- 18:37or something. And I say that because on Saturday, so yesterday, I
- 18:48was I had to go to a fund, I had to go to a
- 18:52function for my job, and then afterwards, Now, mind you, in
- 18:57the back of my head, I'm thinking, Okay, I'm going to this
- 19:00and I need to get home because I have all this other stuff to do.
- 19:03And my boss says, well, because the shop small Saturday, She's
- 19:07like, I'm gonna go walk the businesses, So do you wanna go with
- 19:11me? Now, my my ego is saying, you got stuff to do,
- 19:15you need to get home, But something in me was saying, no,
- 19:18you need to go do this, you need to walk with her.
- 19:23Okay, So you know, I was just having that internal battle because you
- 19:26know that ego stuff, and when you have things to do, you just
- 19:30need to get go do them. So I was like, Okay, I'll
- 19:33walk with you. So we walked. I saw in a store a store
- 19:41owner who I have not seen for years, and I saw her. I
- 19:45was just so excited and gave her a hug. And had I not gone
- 19:48on that walk, I wouldn't have seen her, because who knows if I
- 19:52would have ever went into that store. I'm just being honest in doing this
- 19:56with walking. And then I we we had walked long enough, like I
- 20:06got I was getting hungry, and then it ended up like I left.
- 20:10I went back to my vehicle and left. And then I'm trying to think,
- 20:15well, I'm kind of hungry, so what I want to pick up
- 20:17something on my way home? What am I going to have? So then
- 20:21the place I decided to go, I go in a place my order,
- 20:26I'm waiting for it. A person comes in, oh I have not seen
- 20:30for years, and got a hug from them and reconnected and exchanged numbers and
- 20:34stuff. When I left, I took a route home, and right where
- 20:41I would be pulling out of the parking lot, there was an accident and
- 20:48I everything along during that front. You know, of course, I always
- 20:52I when things like this happened. Man, I re rewind I'm like,
- 20:57man if I wouldn't have done this and did and I wouldn't have seen this
- 21:00person. It's not that I would have maybe been in this accident, who
- 21:03knows, but just the way everything lined up was just a fascinating day,
- 21:08and I was so thankful for it, for all of it. It was
- 21:11so cool. And that's what we can be thankful, not knowing, even
- 21:17not knowing that there was an accident, right, it's just being thankful.
- 21:19And it was being thankful one hundred percent that I understand what you're saying.
- 21:22I'm going to go back to the glasses now, and what popped into my
- 21:26head when you were talking about the glasses, about the glasses from these glasses,
- 21:29damn it. Sometimes we see somebody that wears glasses that a lot of
- 21:33people idolize or like or whatever. So it's like as a child, because
- 21:37that's what popped into my head. And I don't know who that would have
- 21:38been for me, but it popped in my head for a reason, But
- 21:41it was we might have seen someone that wore glasses and thought, oh,
- 21:45I want to wear glasses, and it's like our manifestation. Yes, our
- 21:48manifestation would have been a lot slower in that process, in that creation.
- 21:55But we created it. And that's what I probably would say. No matter
- 21:57how you created it, it was created. It doesn't have to stay that
- 22:02way. So it's it's just like I said before, it's exploring it and
- 22:06then recognizing there's reasons that this stuff comes up. Whether that was for you,
- 22:08me, both of us probably you know what I mean, or whoever
- 22:12else is listening. But I do feel like that has a lot to do
- 22:15with it because we would have looked up to those persons. Now that's the
- 22:18same thing that's going to happen to somebody else. Yep. I can recognize
- 22:22what to stand in your own power to be happy with who you are,
- 22:26not to want to be somebody else. We're perfect just the way we are.
- 22:30Yep. I idolize somebody in my family. They wore glasses. I
- 22:34thought they were amazing and I wanted to be just like them. And in
- 22:37third grade I got glasses. I had to wear glasses. There you go,
- 22:45and been wearing them ever since. So I'm a testimony to that.
- 22:52Thank you for bringing one. It's true. That's that's cool. So I
- 22:56mean, well, but we have our we have our instance is right if
- 23:02somebody's doing good and everybody's idolizing them and looking up to them. It's like
- 23:04you kind of find yourself in that same space, but it's like it's like
- 23:07looking up to our own self, like looking up to that and looking at
- 23:12how far we've come and not judging anybody and not judging self, and then
- 23:18even recognizing when we're judging whether it's good or bad, because judging is like,
- 23:22oh, you look really nice tonight. That's still a judgment, right,
- 23:25that's still you're still noticing something, but it's but it's just the feeling.
- 23:30And it's like in our minds or in our creating when we're looking at
- 23:34something that we appreciate, like maybe I might appreciate the clothing, I might
- 23:37appreciate the body style, or I might appreciate the smile or the face or
- 23:42the skin or the hair. So we're creating all the time. So if
- 23:45we can train ourselves to constantly find things that we like, now we're creating
- 23:52everything we want to visually in a way that we want to instead of noticing
- 23:56all the things that we don't like, Oh gosh, that person had a
- 23:59what ever on their face? Or you know, we could go through a
- 24:02whole process which I won't go through, but it's like, i'll give you
- 24:04the opposite of it. It's like seeing the nice, tight, firm,
- 24:08young skin, long lashes, beautiful clear eyes, thick hair, you know
- 24:15what I mean, there's a shine to it. There's all these things,
- 24:18like I notice all these things, and that's kind of where I've kind of
- 24:23transition from in a lot of ways. And then now that we've had this
- 24:27conversation, realizing, well, now I have more a focus back to eyes
- 24:33to want to explore this even more so that I'm not passing it on to
- 24:38the kids. And if I do pass it on, that's on them.
- 24:41That's on them to figure out how to go get past this, because I
- 24:45do know they do look up to me. So I just see it as
- 24:48in those ways, so recognizing it's not necessary. And then and I noticed
- 24:53my grandson because he has his glasses on and maybe who knows. I mean,
- 24:56this was something that started, we noticed it when you as a baby.
- 25:00So yeah, so looking back to see one, I wasn't stronger.
- 25:03But it's like there's such we there's so much information there all the time,
- 25:07all the time. It's just it's amazing to me, and it's not something
- 25:11for us to go fix, not necessarily, but if when we fix things
- 25:15within ourselves or we look at stuff within ourselves, it does resolve a lot
- 25:19of issues for us. I say issues, but I say that loosely because
- 25:23it's just self created. It's not good or bad. It's like I said,
- 25:26explore it. It's an opportunity for exploration. It's an opportunity for understanding
- 25:32what someone else might be going through and then recognizing we don't have to be
- 25:34in that struggle. But a lot of times I think that we feel like
- 25:37we do, so we might get past things that we put ourselves into struggle,
- 25:41and then there's little pieces that need to be kind of cleaned up.
- 25:44Still need is not really the right right word, and cleaned up is really
- 25:48not probably the right word either, because it's part of our evolution. But
- 25:52there's things that we've been holding on to that I probably we don't recognize that
- 25:55we are and I think too well. In this lifetime healing mentally, emotionally,
- 26:03physically, and spiritually, it has been huge for my life, my
- 26:07life journey. And so who's to say that, I mean, it's how
- 26:14many people right now are saying at such a time as this. It is
- 26:17a fascinating and an incredible time to be on this planet in the physical body.
- 26:22And who's to say that my eyesight is part of my healing journey and
- 26:29so learning, you know, Joe to Spenda comes before me, and I
- 26:33get the information from him, and then should I choose to utilize that information
- 26:40and I change my eyesight and don't need glasses at all. Now I'm a
- 26:45walking testimony of that we can do this. So maybe that's part of my
- 26:51journey too. I don't know right now, It's okay where I'm at.
- 26:55I just knowing that, like you were saying, like I'm happier now in
- 26:59this with with my life compared to and only comparing to my past, not
- 27:07comparing to other people, so just compared to my other my past, like
- 27:11it's it's a huge difference. And so just knowing that that the healing process
- 27:18has created that now, if I want to go deeper and further with my
- 27:22healing as far as my body goes, then maybe my eyesight's the next thing.
- 27:26I don't know, And it's okay, it's okay, it doesn't matter.
- 27:32It's not something we have to have control over. It's just something.
- 27:34It's just exploring the journey, I don't know, and then finding yourself in
- 27:37a space of okay, yeah it doesn't matter. Yeah, but I was
- 27:45able to get your contacts. You're able to go to your you know what
- 27:49I mean. You're able to do all these things. And even if you're
- 27:52not got shows different ways, you know, taking a call under and looking
- 27:56at out through it and looking at through the holes and then looking back to
- 27:57call, you know, processing distance and far look up stuff. I haven't
- 28:03done a lot of us, so this is I can already hear my souls
- 28:06like talking to me. Look up stuff, it says, go on YouTube
- 28:08and has all kinds of stuff like you can go on YouTube and you can
- 28:11find eye strengthening exercises, just like when you can do face yoga. I
- 28:17did it a couple of times and I noticed a huge difference. And I
- 28:18haven't taken the time to do it anymore since I just haven't had I just
- 28:22haven't taken the time for it. Yeah, So it's like it's I find
- 28:26it fascinating this where we put ourselves at I do. I find it fascinating.
- 28:33And we've been talking about eyesight and glasses specifically. But listen, Bev,
- 28:38you know just said just a little bit ago and I affirmed it that
- 28:42you know, we look at other people and we might idolize them or look
- 28:48up to them, and then we take on those physical traits. Well,
- 28:53that also happens with a generational disease, right, which is not the seeds
- 29:07have been planted. That that's a thing. But not all diseases are generational.
- 29:14Not all diseases are are are for us to experience. So to speak,
- 29:21we have lived with somebody with a certain type of disease, and because
- 29:26we're related to them or we've just been in their energy for so long,
- 29:30we take that on in our own body. So we're manifesting it in our
- 29:34own body when really we didn't have to do that, we didn't need to
- 29:37do it. But also the belief system, right subconscious mind again is well,
- 29:45my grandfather had it, my dad had it, so I'm going to
- 29:48have it type of thing. My mom, my grandmother had it, my
- 29:51mom had it. Now I'm it's and how do they say it's inevitable you're
- 29:56going to get it? I mean that's been handed down with breast cancer and
- 30:02diabetes and Parkinson's and all kinds of stuff, and that really the truth is
- 30:10you don't have to take it on at all. I just saw not too
- 30:15long, it's been a little bit, maybe about a year or so.
- 30:21I know of a gentleman who he was older, had Parkinson's and has since
- 30:29passed. But then I saw his son, and his son was taking pretty
- 30:33much taking care of him. When I saw the sun, I could see
- 30:36those same traits and I'm like, yeah, he's taking that on, when
- 30:41really it probably wasn't even his to take on type of thing. It's that
- 30:48belief system. Those limiting beliefs are so strong, and this is why it's
- 30:53so important to have that awareness. Have self awareness, have you know,
- 31:00mental awareness, have emotional awareness, just really being aware of what you're thinking,
- 31:06what you're believing, how you're talking, how you're feeling emotionally, and
- 31:11the conversations you're having. Just like the doctor, we look up to the
- 31:15doctors. The doctors say, well, this is a I like three months.
- 31:22Well, if I choose to believe that and hang on to that and
- 31:26live out those days feeling like that's the truth, that will be my truth.
- 31:33But how many people are like, Okay, well I'm gonna go live
- 31:34my best life. I only have three minds, and then ten years later,
- 31:37they're still here. Happens all the time because they've surrendered to joy,
- 31:45they've surrendered to love, they surrendered to raising their vibration. Well, in
- 31:51a higher vibrational frequency, our body heels or is more apt to heal.
- 31:57So there's that. Yeah, it's interesting that you brought up how you were
- 32:02watching the sun, how he's picked up some of the traits, and it's
- 32:07I remember watching my mom when she was with my grandma, when she was
- 32:12basically on her deathbed, and I remember thinking, or I remember the thoughts
- 32:16that this is going to be what takes my mom down, Like she like
- 32:21she's she's matching her energy to this energy. Now, she didn't end up
- 32:25with the same situation that my grandmother had, but she ended up transitioning not
- 32:30long after. I mean, it was probably within a couple of years afterwards
- 32:34after my grandma, but I knew, I knew at that time, well,
- 32:37probably within a Actually it wasn't a couple of years. I think,
- 32:39well maybe it would have been, but anyways, neither here nor there.
- 32:43But I recognize, like in that instant I saw something and then not having
- 32:46an understanding of it. We always want these big woohoo yahoo moments you know
- 32:52what I mean, all the time. But we have them all the time.
- 32:53Yeah, all the time we do. Because even that was a moment,
- 32:57even you're talking about that, right, Regnizing those things was a moment
- 33:00because it's not just it's just something else. But then again I go back
- 33:04to the whole same thing again, what are we giving our attention to?
- 33:07You know what I mean? What are we watching? Because we don't want
- 33:08to There's things that we want to create in our life, and we're creating
- 33:10with every single thing that we do. Our thoughts, our foods are are
- 33:15what we watch, what we listen to, what we are thinking, what
- 33:20we're what we put our attention onto, probably repeating some things, but it's
- 33:24like we do. We're creating all the time. And it's like, really,
- 33:28sit and look at beautiful pictures, find people that you find that are
- 33:30beautiful, look at them, find the body type that you like, and
- 33:35explore that on a regular basis. It's not it doesn't even have to be
- 33:37a vision board, but it's like, what are you putting your time into?
- 33:40Are you sitting there? Are you sitting there worried sometimes that you're aging.
- 33:45I have, yes, but I also came from that for my mom.
- 33:47My mom was just absolutely beautiful. You know, I'm at this place
- 33:51last night, and I was thankful because I thought, you know, I
- 33:53don't I don't need him to call on me and give me any information that
- 33:58Matt Frasier. I don't need him to give any medium ship right now because
- 34:01I'm gaining information all along the way. I'm watching how he's handling the audience.
- 34:07And he was awesome. He really was. I really never put that
- 34:09much attention into watching him on anything on YouTube or anything. He's very much
- 34:15a showman and he's like from the same area I think about where Long Island
- 34:20medium comes from, same energy, but even high you know, he's got
- 34:22to be moving around and stuff like that. But it was just phenomenal.
- 34:27But I can tell you, right at one particular point, before he was
- 34:30doing anything, I saw my mom so crystal clear with their blonde, beautiful
- 34:34hair, like young, like maybe the timeframe from my wedding, so it
- 34:37have been like thirty years ago, but she always looked good in her hair.
- 34:40She just always reminded me she did an until she transitioned but she reminds
- 34:45me of an angel honestly, because she had this nice, beautiful blonde hair.
- 34:49It just like illuminated her, it really did. And so she showed
- 34:52up last night and I'm like so thankful because there was no missing it,
- 34:57there was no denying it. She was perfectly the with me right then,
- 35:00and it was it was pretty awesome. And then like going through the processes.
- 35:05But it's just recognizing those are the things to pay attention to. It's
- 35:07not the the illness or the accidents, or the the body that you don't
- 35:13want, or the things about yourself that you don't like. It's looking what
- 35:15do you like? You know what I mean? So if you're going to
- 35:17create yourself and you're going to close your eyes and create it, you've got
- 35:21to kind of have a visual in your mind. If you don't, I
- 35:23say, you don't have to, but a visual in your mind of what
- 35:27you do like, because you're creating, you're looking at a space of something
- 35:30that's not even it's not even true. It's like it reminds me of looking
- 35:32back at pictures, right we look back at pictures and like, what was
- 35:36my problem? I thought I was so ugly back then? And heavy and
- 35:38all these things, and it's like you don't see that anymore. And it's
- 35:43because we were looking through these glasses or these lenses or these you know,
- 35:47perceptions, perspectives of ourselves that we weren't good enough and we weren't perfect because
- 35:52we were idolizing somebody else. And I'm sure that person probably didn't think they
- 35:54were perfect and found all kinds of flaws within themselves, right, I mean,
- 35:59so it's just process. But I'm just saying all this stuff to recognize
- 36:02that we create. We're creating all the time, and we create things that
- 36:07we whether we wanted or not, we created. So it's like, what
- 36:10what are you want to spend devoting your time to? I changed my body
- 36:15a lot. If you wanted to go by genetics, I would have been
- 36:17I would have been skinny forever. I was always skinny. I was like
- 36:21one hundred and twenty five pounds. Genetics. My uncles and everybody else genetics
- 36:25on my mother's side. You know, they were all tall. They could
- 36:30get lean and lanky, but not really. I mean they might look muscular
- 36:34because they were so freaking lean, But it's like you weren't seeing a whole
- 36:37lot of stuff, and it was stuff that I went and did because I
- 36:38kept visually looking at these bodies all day long, these different workouts, and
- 36:43I'd be like, Okay, that's what I want. Okay, but I'm
- 36:45taller, you know, all the stuff, because we're creating all the time.
- 36:49And that's how I helped create myself. But then I created my own
- 36:52issues within that. So I would see, oh, well, I got
- 36:55water and it's smoking, my legs smooth, and muscles aren't showing up,
- 36:59you know, And then I would stay in that space of us worry and
- 37:00concern and like, there's a problem. There's nothing wrong with us. There's
- 37:06nothing wrong with us. It's just like, what do you want to create?
- 37:08Now? Okay, so I created that body? What else can I
- 37:12do? Yeah? What else can I do with this machine? A hundred
- 37:16percent? That's malleable, right, a freaking microscope at whatever density they have
- 37:22to go, how many times they have to zoom into you, you're nothing.
- 37:25I mean, there's particles, there's there's space in between your particles.
- 37:29There's so it's not even a solid object. We're not even solid. So
- 37:32we're so malleable. I feel like, yeah, well I had I know
- 37:37I had it planned in my subconscious as a belief that that when I got
- 37:42about a certain age that I was going to gain weight because I watched my
- 37:47grandmother do it, and I watched my mother do it, and I watched
- 37:51my aunt do it, and it goes back too well. They did it
- 37:55so inevitable that's going to happen to me too. So Dad, I got
- 38:00to wait. Like I'd been the biggest I'd ever been, heaviest I'd ever
- 38:04been, and I'm like, this is miserable. I was miserable physically,
- 38:08just not feeling good in my body. And then I was the one that
- 38:13had to change that. So I had to get the tools. So I'm
- 38:16gonna go back to what I was saying earlier. I had to get the
- 38:19tools that were gonna help me do that. And I also have to focus,
- 38:24and I say have to for these changes. Is like BEV was talking,
- 38:30is focus on what you want. I want a smaller body. I
- 38:36want to feel lighter. I want to wear nice fitting clothing. I want
- 38:43to feel comfortable in my clothes. I want right. So, as I
- 38:46started that journey and changing my eating habits, moving my body more, also
- 38:53the mental focus the emotion, How am I feeling about myself? It's all
- 39:00a package deal. Like we think we got to do one thing and that's
- 39:04going to fix everything. No, you're going to implement one thing and then
- 39:07you're gonna start stacking the next thing, and you're gonna start stacking the next
- 39:09thing. It's called habit stacking. And it's like once one thing becomes a
- 39:15habit. So the eating, Okay, I'm good at I'm better at my
- 39:19eating habits. I eat, you know, more nutrition meals. I you
- 39:22know, have more protein shakes throughout the day instead of garbage, you know,
- 39:27junk food. So okay, now that's a habit. Now what am
- 39:30I going to do? Net Well, now I'm gonna implement moving my body
- 39:32more. So I'm gonna do those two things incongruency right through as much as
- 39:37I can. When that becomes a habit, now I start something else.
- 39:40So it doesn't mean you have to do it all at once, but it
- 39:45is a package deal, and you're going to implement different things at different times
- 39:51as you can do them. And you know, we know everybody has busy
- 39:54lives right now, we know that. So you do what you can do
- 40:00for now and then get good at that, and then do the next step.
- 40:07I love it. Yeah, as I used to when I stepped on
- 40:12this healing journey, there was other things going on in my life that I
- 40:20took it on as I need to learn all of this stuff right now.
- 40:22When well, when I took that on, the universe definitely delivered and I
- 40:28had so much information coming at me. Then I got overwhelmed and I shut
- 40:31down. That's my mo o. Man. If I get overwhelmed, I
- 40:35shut down, and then I'm not making any progress. So don't do that.
- 40:40Trust me on my experience, and then I'm sharing with you that.
- 40:45Take what resonates for now, implement and then add the next step, and
- 40:51just do what you can do. If it's if it's just you know,
- 40:55talking about like moving your body. It suggested you do it thirty minutes every
- 41:00day. Well, you don't have thirty minutes consecutively to ten minutes in the
- 41:04morning, ten minutes in the afternoon, ten minutes in the evening, or
- 41:07ten minutes in the morning, twenty minutes in the evening. Like, just
- 41:10implement and maybe right now it's only three days a week. Great, it's
- 41:15better than what you were doing before. Most likely we'ren't doing anything. Now
- 41:19you're doing something different. Now we got to get the mind and the body
- 41:22in congruency of making this change. So it's like, okay, set a
- 41:27timer, it's time to move your body. That is, using a tool
- 41:30to get you to move your body, to help you remember to move your
- 41:34body because your subconscious mind is going to say, I'll do it later.
- 41:37Ah, we need to relax a little longer. Oh well, you know,
- 41:43I got too much to do. We talk ourselves out of it.
- 41:45So utilize the tools that you have to help you be on track to move
- 41:52in the direction you want to move in. I love it. And then
- 41:57yesterday I've been practicing, Well, I do it. Then I stopped,
- 42:00but I started up again. Yesterday was just writing my story, writing down
- 42:06everything you want. Oh, thank you for this, my new beautiful vehicle
- 42:08that I drive, thank you for my home that I live in. Thank
- 42:13you for you know, having all this time to go travel with my family,
- 42:15all my family and go to like all kinds of places in the world.
- 42:19And thank you. It's going through that and then not just doing it
- 42:22one time, it's doing it over and over and over again. It's like,
- 42:24how are we utilizing the time that we have. And I use time
- 42:30because that's what we use here we're in the three D or we're in on
- 42:34the planet, and we use time currently. So it's like just recognizing what
- 42:38are you doing, what are you creating? What are you looking at?
- 42:44Or what have you created that you don't like so you can change it?
- 42:47I mean even that, it's like, like you said, it's just looking
- 42:52at well, if you don't like your eyes looking at someone else's eyes,
- 42:54you know, the eyes that you like, what are the what do clear
- 42:57eyes look like? And what color do you want them to be? You
- 43:00know? Because I think we can do a lot of that stuff. I
- 43:02don't think. I don't. I'm a non believer in genetics. What do
- 43:07they say? I think they say one percent of its actual genetics, and
- 43:10I think they're only saying one percent just to be nice, because I don't
- 43:13believe that it is. I feel like everything is. We can create it
- 43:17from what we've seen, her, experienced whatever. That's how we're taking it
- 43:22on. And if you want to get you, if you want to learn
- 43:24more about genetics and DNA and epigenetics and all that, then follow the person
- 43:30I follow. I'm not saying this is the person, but the person I
- 43:32follow for that is Bruce Lipton. He has some fantastic information as well as
- 43:38far as you know how we can change our DNA. I mean even Joe
- 43:42Despinza talks about that, But you know, if you want another doctor scientist,
- 43:45then look up Bruce Lipton's information. And I'm telling you are so We
- 43:53are so freaking fascinating. And when you take interest in you and your container,
- 44:00in your in your human self, then it helps you actually helps you
- 44:08have more compassion and understanding of how other people are showing up in the world.
- 44:16It does. Yeah, so, and it's all a choice. It's
- 44:23all a choice. So yeah, anything else, No, I think we
- 44:34cover a lot in this small amount of time. Yeah, it's been good.
- 44:37It's good conversation. I love talking about the human body and the our
- 44:43abilities because it's endless, and I just love it so much. It's it
- 44:47is endless. It's never ending. I mean for sure, it's all right.
- 44:54Well, tea time with Amy and Beat. We are so grateful that
