- 0:19Hello, and welcome to episode 282 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:37Happy Tuesday. Another day here in the arena,
- 0:40guys, as the early portion of our week rolls on and we got a
- 0:44lot to get to today. And usually I say that and
- 0:46again, we'll rattle off our three pack.
- 0:48But you know what? I found a play here in the NBA
- 0:50playoffs. I found a play in the NHL
- 0:52playoffs. One side 1 total as well as
- 0:56again, another loaded slate of MLB action.
- 0:58So I actually have a 5 pack of sweats.
- 1:00Count them, bust out your your left or right hand, count those
- 1:02fingers. Five overall, we'll see if we
- 1:05can get three or more eek out a winning day, but three MLB, one
- 1:09NBA and one NHL on a big Tuesday.
- 1:12Now, that being said, looking back to our last night, guys,
- 1:15one of those brutal days, you know, again, some you win, some
- 1:18you lose, some you throw away. That was a throwaway night.
- 1:20Just brutal. O and 3 -, 3 units.
- 1:23Cubbies let us down. They were actually down early,
- 1:26clawed their way back. They actually had the lead and
- 1:28they were getting ready to end the game.
- 1:30They were two outs, bottom of the ninth.
- 1:32They brought in this young kid, Palacios.
- 1:34So I was thrown like 100 miles an hour to close out the game
- 1:37and get a win for us. He gets the first two outs.
- 1:39Then was he? Do I believe he walked someone?
- 1:42Maybe he walked another guy gave up a hit and then a game-winning
- 1:45hit by who was at De La Cruz. So a blown save from the Cubbies
- 1:49to start our night. Not good.
- 1:50And then the Giants and the A's both let us down.
- 1:52That the Giants game was kind of a great game.
- 1:55It was nothing, nothing deep, deep, deep into that.
- 1:58I think it was 7th or 8th inning and there's an opportunity for
- 2:00the Giants, couple guys on 2nd and 3rd lined into a double play
- 2:04and then the next very next inning pass Cantino, the big
- 2:07lefty there for the royal set of Homer.
- 2:09So that was frustrating. Then the A's, A's lose as well.
- 2:13You know what's even more annoying about that A's loss is
- 2:15that they're going up against literally the worst bullpen in
- 2:18baseball. The bullpen ERA for the the Los
- 2:22Angeles Angel Angels 6.92 ERA, literally the worst in baseball.
- 2:27And we have the A's losing 4 to 3.
- 2:30Can't score a single run late in that game to give us the win
- 2:33there. So sometimes you win, sometimes
- 2:35you lose, sometimes no breaks go your way.
- 2:38But we're not gonna get down on ourselves.
- 2:40We're gonna continue to grind, scratch and claw.
- 2:42See if we can eke out a winning day for today.
- 2:46I want to start off with some NBA and NHL postseason action
- 2:49because we've been grinding baseball pretty much every day.
- 2:51But after last night, frustrating night.
- 2:53They're going to get the second-half of the pod here
- 2:55today. But I did notice 2 plays in the
- 2:57postseason for NBA and NHL, one side, 1 total.
- 3:00So let's just start talking about both of them.
- 3:02Let's start off with the early game here today, 8:00 Eastern
- 3:06Time, Florida and Carolina. Obviously this is the Eastern
- 3:09Conference finals. We have game one here tonight,
- 3:128:00 in Carolina. One thing that was notable to me
- 3:16is really a little bit of line movement, you know, toward
- 3:19Carolina. Carolina opened this game like
- 3:21-120 they're up to around -125 -, 130.
- 3:25And there is a big rest advantage because Carolina's
- 3:27been off since the 15th. Remember, they beat the Caps, I
- 3:31think it was 123456 games, whereas the Panthers went seven
- 3:35games against Toronto. They last played on the 18th,
- 3:38but what I really focused on is the total here.
- 3:40I'm looking for a lower scoring game now.
- 3:43I played the under 5 1/2 in this one.
- 3:46Couple things that brought me to this conclusion. 1 is just
- 3:49looking at how the betting market is reacting to this one.
- 3:52We open this game with a total of 5 1/2 low total, but it was 5
- 3:561/2 under like -115 -, 120. Now it's 5 1/2 under -130 -,
- 4:02140. So big, big juice increase.
- 4:06Basically the juice on the under, it's become more
- 4:07expensive and pricey to play the under.
- 4:10Tells me a lot of respected under money came in to force the
- 4:12odds makers to kind of make you pay that higher price.
- 4:16But the juice going again from -115 to -130 shop around.
- 4:20I got -130 I believe was either Caesar's or ESPN bet, but some
- 4:24books are as high as -140. But aside from the juice
- 4:27movement, the bet splits look pretty good.
- 4:29If you look at DraftKings, 41% of bets and 58% of dollars are
- 4:34on the under, and then at circa 85% of bets, 90% of dollars are
- 4:39on the under. So we have low bets, higher
- 4:41dollars under. We got under getting juiced up.
- 4:44We also have two really good defensive teams.
- 4:46You'll get both Florida and Carolina, really top, top
- 4:50echelon defensive clubs here and their goaltending, knock on
- 4:53wood, has been really good this postseason.
- 4:55Bob Rovski for the Panthers, 2.31 goals against this
- 4:59postseason, 9 O one save percentage and Frederick
- 5:02Anderson, who's expected to start for Carolina, he's got a
- 5:051.36 goals against in the postseason, 916 save percentage.
- 5:10It doesn't hurt that Carolina is a big under team.
- 5:12They're seven and three to the under this postseason that is
- 5:15tied for the best in the NHL. So even though again, it's kind
- 5:19of nerve racking to, you know, you're going to have to bite
- 5:21your fingernails with me to play this under and just hope for a
- 5:24lower scoring game, but all the market indicators are telling me
- 5:28to play this under. So that's what I'm going to do.
- 5:29Again, juice on the under has gotten more expensive.
- 5:32Great bet splits, 2 good defensive teams, 2 good
- 5:35goaltenders. Carolina's been again tied for
- 5:37your best under team in the NHL postseason.
- 5:40I'm taking a shot on Florida. Carolina under 5 1/2.
- 5:44Let's get a three to two Game 2 to one, Game 2, nothing game,
- 5:47whatever it takes just five or less.
- 5:49That's my play here, Florida and Carolina.
- 5:52Now over to the NBA. We have game one of the Western
- 5:56Conference Finals between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the
- 5:58Oklahoma City Thunder. Now this one jumped out to me
- 6:02for a couple different reasons. So it's an 830 game tonight.
- 6:05Obviously it's a heavily bet primetime game.
- 6:07OKC is the favorite at home. But what's notable is kind of
- 6:11this liability on Minnesota Timberwolves in the points.
- 6:15Now the bet splits didn't really jump out to me too much.
- 6:18It was mostly 5050. Slight, slight majority on
- 6:21Timberwolves plus the points. But what I noticed across the
- 6:25betting market is really a lot of liability movement either
- 6:29staying the same or moving toward the Timberwolves because
- 6:32a lot of books open this game. Oklahoma City Thunder -7 or -7
- 6:361/2. A lot of these 7 1/2 are down to
- 6:38seven. And I do know one book that's
- 6:40actually down to 6 1/2. So it's notable that this line
- 6:43never got up to 8 or 8 1/2 at either.
- 6:45It was 7 1/2 staying 7 1/2 or 7 1/2 down to 7.
- 6:49The other angle that jumped out to me with the juice is that all
- 6:53the plus 7 1/2's are really getting juiced up -115 -. 120
- 6:57telling us that again, maybe this thing closes at 7.
- 7:00So I'm going to take the points with the T Wolves tonight.
- 7:03Now we have the liability across the market getting juiced up and
- 7:06moving toward Minnesota. I look at my rhythm splits here
- 7:10or my rhythm predictions, and they're basically all telling me
- 7:13Minnesota or nothing. I had one model that had
- 7:16Minnesota plus 7.4, another model 7.2 and then another model
- 7:206.5 S Basically, if you're getting the hook 7 1/2 and this
- 7:24is important, you got to shop for the best line because those
- 7:277 halfs are available. I got Minnesota plus 7 1/2 at
- 7:30-114 at FanDuel. But again, rhythm is basically
- 7:34saying it should be a 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 point game.
- 7:37You're getting 7 1/2. You're on kind of the the side
- 7:40that again hopefully will be covering this number.
- 7:43But aside from the movement liability toward the T wolves
- 7:45and rhythm telling us, hey, leaning T wolves on this one.
- 7:49This to me is a big rest first tired system match because
- 7:53there's a lot of data that kind of backs up the idea of fading
- 7:57A-Team after A7 game series and it makes a lot of sense.
- 8:01You got to go seven games. It's back and forth.
- 8:03It's high intensity, high anxiety.
- 8:05It's also physically taxing. You're just literally playing
- 8:08more playoff basketball. And the advantage here would be
- 8:11to the T Wolves because Oklahoma City, yeah, Game 7 wasn't home
- 8:15and they won that game. But that was just back on the
- 8:1618th. So they only had, you know, a
- 8:18couple days off here going to today's game.
- 8:21But remember, the Timberwolves, they have been off since the
- 8:2514th. So the Timberwolves,
- 8:27Timberwolves got rid of, you know, obviously the Warriors in
- 8:30a pretty short series and obviously Steph Curry got hurt.
- 8:32But that is a big rest first tired advantage.
- 8:34T Wolves have been off since the 14th.
- 8:37OKC just played on the 18th and again, fading a game seven team
- 8:42that had just had to go the distance versus A-Team that's
- 8:45rested and ready to go. Especially, you know, kind of a
- 8:47veteran team, Conley and Randall and Gobert.
- 8:50Obviously Anthony Edwards is a young guy, but some of those
- 8:53veterans getting those extra days off could be a benefit.
- 8:56So we have basically line either staying the same, moving toward
- 8:59the Timberwolves. We got rhythm telling us it
- 9:01should be as low as a 6 1/2 point spread.
- 9:03We have a huge rest first tired advantage on the Timberwolves.
- 9:07So add it all up here, guys. I'm going Minnesota in the
- 9:09points, but here's the important thing, you got to get that 7
- 9:121/2. You got to find the hook.
- 9:14I got plus 7 1/2 at -114 that is at FanDuel.
- 9:19Now over to Major League Baseball, even though it was a
- 9:21frustrating night last night. Hey, sometimes you get the walk
- 9:24off win, other times you get walked off on.
- 9:26Unfortunately that happened to us with the Cubbies last night.
- 9:29But let me give you my 3 plays here for today.
- 9:31You can again play these, pick and choose whatever you want to
- 9:34do. But I am officially ticket in in
- 9:37hand here for these three. So first one, Cincinnati Reds at
- 9:41the Pittsburgh Pirates. This is a relatively early game,
- 9:456:40 PM Eastern Time. Let's set the stage talk line
- 9:48movement and I'll give you my play for this one.
- 9:50So the Reds are coming in 25 and 24 member they struggled early,
- 9:54brought in Terry Francona as their manager and they've really
- 9:56played very well as of late. I believe they've won a few in a
- 10:00row here at this point. But anyway, Reds 25 and 24.
- 10:03They just won the opener last night 7 to one over the Pirates
- 10:06cruising as a - 115 Rd. favorite in the rematch here for tonight,
- 10:10we got the Reds going with the ready Nick Martinez.
- 10:12He's been pretty good two and four 3.66 ERA Pirates who are 15
- 10:17and 33. They're going to go with the
- 10:19lefty Bailey falter. He's two and three four point O2
- 10:22ERA. So what have you seen across the
- 10:24market? Well, nothing but steam on Pete
- 10:27Rose's red legs. Pete Rose sat on attack.
- 10:30Pete Rose this game opens Cincinnati as low as a -, 120 -,
- 10:34125 Rd. favorite. We've now seen Cincinnati get
- 10:37steamed up -145 even as high as -150 or -155 S pretty good one
- 10:43way movement in favor of the red legs.
- 10:45Now I got Cincinnati -145 at bet MGM.
- 10:49You may still have bet MGM at that number.
- 10:51I think that's still might be available.
- 10:53But again, shop around because other books are as high as -150
- 10:56-, 155. But aside from the line move,
- 10:58pretty good splits here on the Reds. 80% of bets, 81% of
- 11:03dollars at at DraftKings. Then at Circa, this really
- 11:06caught my eye. 89% of bets, 99% of dollars.
- 11:10So heavy, heavy, lopsided one way action in favor of the Reds.
- 11:13Which on its own doesn't make me love the Reds.
- 11:16It's more of the line move because it tells me smart money
- 11:18came in on Cincinnati. But Reds do have some good
- 11:21correlative betting value. We have a favorite becoming more
- 11:24of a favorite with a low total of 8 and leave it even open. 8
- 11:271/2 got down to 8. Looks like there was some under
- 11:30money there and it's just up. Like it made me get down to
- 11:32seven and a half. A lot of these books are 8 under
- 11:35-115 and aside from the line move, the splits, the
- 11:38correlative betting, we do have the Reds with the better bats.
- 11:41They're hitting 2:45 this year. 53 homers, 227 runs scored.
- 11:46Pirates, meanwhile, only hitting 21633 homers, 142 runs scored,
- 11:51and in particular last 10 games, they're swinging a pretty hot
- 11:54bat. We have Cincinnati hitting 258
- 11:57in their last ten, Pittsburgh's only hitting two O 7.
- 12:00Lastly, our guy Nick Martinez hopefully pitches well tonight.
- 12:03He's got a 1.89 ERA and three May starts.
- 12:06He's been pretty good, only giving up four runs and 19
- 12:08innings pitched. And the Reds do have the better
- 12:10bullpen as well, if we have to sweat this one in the later
- 12:12innings. 3.34 ERA versus 4.61 for the Pirates.
- 12:17And oh, by the way, Cincinnati four and O straight up here
- 12:20against the Pirates this year. So big steam move.
- 12:23You had me at the steam move. But we have some good splits.
- 12:27Good, good. Really not a ton of system
- 12:29matches, but good offensive advantages head to head.
- 12:34Good pitching lately from Martinez and some better offense
- 12:37here. So I'm going to ride Francona's
- 12:39red legs. I got Cincinnati at -145 next
- 12:44one for you. 7:40 PM Eastern Time, first pitch the Orioles
- 12:48against the Milwaukee Brew Crew. Now going in this one we got the
- 12:51Brewers 23 and 25. They won that inter league
- 12:54series opener last night 5 to 4 cashing as a -, 115 home
- 12:58favorite rematch. Tonight we got the O's who man
- 13:01they are bad. Hope they stay bad tonight
- 13:02because I'm going. Brew Crew of the Orioles are 15
- 13:05and 31. They're going to go with the
- 13:07lefty Keegan Aiken who's O&O 3.27 ERA.
- 13:10Meanwhile the Brewers are going to go with the righty Logan
- 13:13Henderson. He's 2 and O 2.45 ERA.
- 13:17So what do you see across the market here?
- 13:18Well, pretty good one way steam in favor of the beer makers open
- 13:23this game with Milwaukee listed as low as a -, 115 -, 120 home
- 13:28favorite. We've now seen Milwaukee get
- 13:30steamed up to -130 some shops even as high as -140 DraftKings
- 13:35Brewers 80% bets 81% dollars at circa 87% bets 90% dollars.
- 13:42So really, really good pro and Joe split there in favor of
- 13:45Milwaukee in this spot. A lot of system matches lighting
- 13:48up for me on Milwaukee. One would be the classic
- 13:50interleague favorite. So that lack of familiarity
- 13:52benefiting quote UN quote the better team.
- 13:54But we also have home favorites who made the playoffs the
- 13:56previous year, 153 and 7667 percent, 7% ROI.
- 14:02Non division home favorites off a win with Steam $0.05 or more,
- 14:0681 and 4067 percent, 6% ROI and when both teams are below 500,
- 14:12just take the favorite. Very simple system but that's 54
- 14:15and 2668% with a 9% ROI. We also have Milwaukee pitching
- 14:21better as of late last 10 games, 3.65 team ERA.
- 14:25Baltimore big reason why they're struggling.
- 14:27They just are not pitching well. Hopefully that continues tonight
- 14:30and Milwaukee gets to Aiken, but they have a 5.63 ERA in their
- 14:34last 10 games. Brewers in the spot in
- 14:36particular, they've been pretty good as a chalk favorite. 16 and
- 14:39770%. Nineteen percent ROI and home
- 14:43Rd. splits hopefully benefit Milwaukee.
- 14:45They are 14 and 9 at home this year.
- 14:47Baltimore only 7 and 16 on the road.
- 14:50So the Orioles have been bad again.
- 14:53I'm I'm I'm not one to be scared of backing a bad team if they're
- 14:55sharp, but it looks like smart money here is going Milwaukee.
- 14:58So I got the Brew Crew guys, got a -, 130 at BET MGM.
- 15:01I think they're still around -130 But shop around again some
- 15:04looks as high as -140 now a revenge game out in San Fran.
- 15:11Kansas City Royals, San Francisco Giants.
- 15:13San Fran let us down last night. Let's get a winner here tonight.
- 15:179:45 PM Eastern Time. First pitch we have the Royals
- 15:20coming in 27 and 22. They won the opener last night 3
- 15:24to 1, cashing as a + 115 Rd. dog pitching matchup tonight,
- 15:28hopefully favoring San Francisco.
- 15:31They're going to go with the righty Hayden Birdsong.
- 15:33He's one and O 2.31 ERA. He'll be opposed by the Royals.
- 15:36Michael Lorenzen, he's three and four 3.76 ERA.
- 15:40What are we seeing across the market here?
- 15:42Well, good one way movement in favor of the G men.
- 15:46Giants open this game as low as a -, 130 home favorite.
- 15:50We've not seen the Giants get steamed up to -140 some shops
- 15:53now as high as -145 or -150. So just like Cincy and
- 15:58Milwaukee, good one way movement in favor of the G men.
- 16:01DraftKings has some pretty good splits on the Giants. 67% bets,
- 16:0681% dollars. And then at Circa this really
- 16:08jumped out to me. Only 55% of bets but 88% of
- 16:13dollars. Going here with San Francisco
- 16:17once it's the match that I like. A non division sweet spot
- 16:19favorite. So if you're between -135 and
- 16:22-160 and you're a non division matchup, those teams are 85 and
- 16:275362 percent 4% ROI this year. The G men in particular, 15 and
- 16:33671 percent 15% ROI as a home favorite.
- 16:37So even though they even though they let us down last night,
- 16:39they have been pretty good when they're chalk favorite at home
- 16:42giants. Meanwhile, 12 and 763 percent
- 16:4513% ROI after a loss. So typically they bounce back,
- 16:48which again is probably why we're seeing some movement here
- 16:51on San Fran. Also we have the G men
- 16:54correlative betting favorite low total total.
- 16:55This one is 8. It's juiced under -115 -, 120.
- 16:59So again, line moving to the favorite and juice and movement
- 17:02toward the under fewer amount expected run scored more likely
- 17:05to come from quote UN quote that better team.
- 17:08The G men have the more explosive bats didn't prove last
- 17:10night, but they do have 50 homers, 223 runs scored versus
- 17:16Royals, 31 homers, 160 two runs. Lorenzen, listen to this for
- 17:20these home Rd. splits for these pitchers.
- 17:22Lorenzen at home has been incredible, 0.95 ERA, but on the
- 17:26road and he's on the road tonight, 5.35 ERA.
- 17:30Meanwhile, Hayden Birdsong 3.68 on the road, not terrible, but
- 17:34at home 1.69. So Lorenzen's been a fate on the
- 17:37road. Birdsong has been a a play at
- 17:39home. That's where they're at tonight.
- 17:42G men also 16 and eight overall at home.
- 17:44Royals 10 and 13 on the road. So we got some good, good steam
- 17:48revenge spot system matches, home Rd. splits.
- 17:52Let's see if the Giants can get us a win tonight after letting
- 17:54us down last night. I am on the G men got a -, 140
- 17:58again. Shop around because some books
- 17:59are as high as -145 -, 150. So Reds, Brewers, Giants, can we
- 18:04find a way to get two or more of those?
- 18:07That about does it for episode 282 of the All Systems Go sports

- 19:20movement, how to locate sharp action, how to place a bet in
- 19:22person or online, how to shop for the best line, how to set up
- 19:25a bankroll management plan, all included in the Everything Guide
- 19:29to Sports Betting. While you're on Amazon, stay on

- 20:16We'll sweat some games together. We'll have a good night next.
- 20:19Have you downloaded Rhythm and Juice Real yet?
- 20:22My two favorite sports betting apps.
- 20:23They help me win. They're going to help you win.
- 20:26So Rhythm, of course. Fantastic for their AI backed
- 20:28models and predictions for game bets and player props.
- 20:31WNBA is live don't worry if you're WNBA better, we are going
- 20:35to hit on some WNBA this year just waiting to waiting to go to
- 20:38see a good system match light up.
- 20:40But also if you're playing NBA playoffs again, we got the all
- 20:44the predictions I mentioned earlier for this Minnesota OK C
- 20:47game, but also if you're a player prop person got all your
- 20:50player props listed there. Then of course Juice Reel where
- 20:53you can support the pod by signing up for the all systems
- 20:56go best bet picks, which will be available to you only and
- 20:59exclusively on the Juice Reel app costs $4.99 a week.
- 21:04You'll get all those plays and you'll be locked and loaded
- 21:07ready to go, hopefully beat some closing numbers.
- 21:10But also you're going to get the Robo Jackson best bet picks, the
- 21:12sharp mush indicators, the arbitrage plays, as well as
- 21:16syncing up your sports books and getting a report card of your
- 21:19action to keep you honest. And you'll learn hey, what
- 21:22sports I'm good at, what bet types I'm maybe need to work on
- 21:25a little bit more. But then you'll also get the
- 21:27actual betting dollar breakdowns for every game based on people
- 21:31who have synced up their sports books to the app.
- 21:33So download Rhythm and download Juice Reel.
- 21:36Give them a five star review in the App Store.
- 21:38You'll be off and running making data-driven plays each day.
- 21:41Next, do you have a live odds page?
- 21:44You need a live odds page. First off, what is a live odds
- 21:47page? It is a, a basically a website
- 21:50page that you go to that is constantly moving, changing and
- 21:54shifting as the betting market moves.
- 21:55And it gives you every game on the board. 1st is the better I
- 21:58got to know what can I bet on today?
- 21:59Gives you all the games, the start times, the live scoring,
- 22:02the live line odds. You're going to get the opening
- 22:05number column that never moves and then all the current updated
- 22:08prices to the right. You can shop for the best line.
- 22:11You can see your page get lit up in red as soon as the line
- 22:14changes. It really helps you to identify
- 22:16which direction the lines moving, where the smart money's
- 22:19at. You can pull up the line
- 22:20history. And the biggest important
- 22:22question to me is when to place your bet.
- 22:24You identify something that's sharp and you're like, Hey,
- 22:26should I bet it now because it's the best I'm going to get?
- 22:29Should I wait because maybe it'll move?
- 22:31Well, basically the the odds page is a great job of with the
- 22:34juice prices. And then when you see a big,
- 22:36big, you know, market setting global book like like Pinnacle
- 22:40or Chris or or Circa start to move, then you know, hey, the
- 22:44markets moving and my little old FanDuel or DraftKings or
- 22:47whatever, they're going to move soon.
- 22:48So I better hit them now before the market changes.
- 22:51But there are a lot of live odds pages out there.
- 22:53But you know what the best one is?
- 22:55Odds Logic, you got to go to oddslogic.com/josh 123.
- 23:00Again, Odds logic.com/josh 123. Once you do that, you'll get a 7
- 23:05day free trial of the Odds Logic live odds page plus 50% off your
- 23:09first month of service. So give it a shot.
- 23:12Again, Odds logic.com/josh 123. So that about does it for
- 23:17episode 282 of the All Systems Go Sports Betting podcast
- 23:21powered of course, and always by rhythm.
- 23:24But as we wrap up the pod here, I'll leave you with a couple
- 23:26things, whether I see you at the board got it in Atlantic City,
- 23:29Twin River in Rhode Island, the Brooklyn, New Hampshire,
- 23:32Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun down in Connecticut at the Encore in
- 23:35Boston or Plain Ridge Park Casino, REMG, Springfield or the
- 23:38Nash in Nashville, New Hampshire and my neck of the woods or of
- 23:42course, and I'll tell you, I'll just tell you this real quick.
- 23:45So I had my septic tank pumped out today for the first time.
- 23:48We moved into my house a little over three years ago and I won't
- 23:52get into the nitty gritty, but basically needed the septic tank
- 23:57pumped out called Lacombe. They're fantastic.
- 24:00If you're like me and live, you know, in the metro West north
- 24:03area outside of Boston, that's who you got to go with.
- 24:06But a 21 year old kid showed up. It was his 21st birthday.
- 24:10I pumped out my septic tank, just a great kid and I was like,
- 24:14hey, how you celebrating your birthday?
- 24:15Said I'm going to the Nash tonight betting legally for the
- 24:18first time. So I was talking sports betting
- 24:20and he was pretty cool dude. So shout out to my guy at
- 24:23Lacombe. Happy birthday and hope you hope
- 24:26you win some bets at the Nash tonight.
- 24:28But outside of there, of course, on the desert where the true
- 24:30grinders get down, where Billy Walter sends his number runners,
- 24:33where the lowest use possible is found at the South point where
- 24:36Sweat and sharp can train plays, jumping in the stadium swimming
- 24:38pool. When you catch a big ticket at
- 24:40circle, you're going to walk up to me.
- 24:41We're just going to shake our heads with blown saves and teams
- 24:45letting us down last night. Wash, rinse, repeat.
- 24:49Let's let's bounce back tonight, guys.
- 24:51First one's on me, next one's on you and we'll sweat some some
- 24:54winners here tonight at the book.
- 24:56But as always, guys, O and three, three and O, 1 and 2, two
- 25:01and one. Good night, bad night, great
- 25:03night, terrible night. Somewhere in the middle.
- 25:04We always got to keep grinding because we know they'll be days
- 25:07we sweep the board, they'll be days we get swept.
- 25:09That's just kind of the name of the game when it comes to sports
- 25:12betting. The margin of error is very,
- 25:13very thin. And hey, we need humans on the
- 25:16field to do what we want. And we know sometimes that's
- 25:18very difficult to do. But you know what, you know we
- 25:21got to continue to do? Just stick to the model, stick
- 25:23to the blueprint. Not get too high or too low,
- 25:26Stay even. Keeled.
- 25:27Marathon, not a Sprint, if we can stick to that model, betting
- 25:30games with our head and not our heart, against the public, with
- 25:32the house, with the pros, flat bet, avoid parlays, get that
- 25:36CLV. We can do that long term.
- 25:38I'm confident we're going to be successful sports bettors.
- 25:40So have a great night everybody. I will see you back tomorrow on
- 25:44a big Wednesday. That'll be episode 283 of the
- 25:47All Systems Go sports betting podcast powered by rhythm.
- 25:51Good luck everybody, and enjoy the baseball and the NBA and NHL
- 25:55postseason action Good luck.
