Driver Arrested After Hit-and-Run Crash | San Antonio News
Late Wednesday night on FM 78 in Converse, a driver allegedly struck a bicyclist and fled—until a bystander stepped in to help until medics arrived. The 46-year-old victim suffered serious injuries, but thanks to a witness who spotted the suspect’s vehicle nearby, police quickly arrested Jenifer Lynn. She now faces multiple charges including intoxication assault causing serious injury and leaving the scene of an accident, plus possession of a controlled substance.
