- 8:08[SPEAKER_17]: She'd have to get people bullet voting or deviating from the Republican line for her.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_17]: She might get town of Pinkney voters to do that, but it's going to be tough across the whole district.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_17]: But we wish her well.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_17]: And somebody texted it in or something about, oh, why would he ask people to vote for you?
- 8:25[SPEAKER_17]: They got four choice.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_17]: I think that was a prominent Democrat was saying that.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_17]: No, you're not going to get four Democrats like it.

- 8:34[SPEAKER_17]: to decide where you want to focus your efforts.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.

- 8:50[SPEAKER_18]: Mayer on that race.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_18]: There's eight people running for four seats.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_18]: Is that correct?
- 8:54[SPEAKER_17]: Yes, sirs.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_18]: I'm sorry.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_17]: Yes.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_17]: You don't have to vote for any particular number.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_17]: You can pick one, two, three, or four.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_17]: Maximum of four.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_18]: So this four openings on the Supreme Court.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_17]: Correct.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_18]: Is that all miscounting?
- 9:12[SPEAKER_17]: No, it's a six-county district from here to Syracuse to Utica.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_17]: So you've got a one-cannivate running who two, two, 11 Jefferson County, one from Lewis County, one of Luzon.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_17]: on and die got one in herkamer and then one lives in a night that i know all about it i could have that wrong but so that's a fourteen year term is that correct fourteen years well yeah that's why they're sought after that's uh... that's manna from heaven for a lawyer did you see they're going to file a lawsuit with the woman that died up the park there mayor they filed a notice that the hodge family filed a notice of claim it's called yes
- 9:58[SPEAKER_17]: Well, no, I don't know as it's that far down, uh, uh, they haven't filed a form of law suit as I understand it.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, that would be their next step.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_17]: And, uh, it's a tough case.
- 10:10[UNKNOWN]: Well, I don't think there's a law you have to wear helmet with a kneebeat, but you set correct for an adult.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_17]: I don't think so.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_18]: And, uh, she didn't have a helmet in my wrong on that or correct.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_17]: I think that the tough issues.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_17]: On your issues that you could argue either way, but one tough issue is both the husband or wife took a tumble, so it was not just an anomaly, we're one person lost control.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_18]: And... Well, I call it, uh, surely after they happened, I told you the signs, uh, they may to have a son of a sign, uh, the sign with two close to the speed bumps, that was the problem.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_18]: They moved them down the road after the incident.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_18]: at that speed bump up 30 miles an hour and it's smashed my shock on the right side of the vehicle.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_18]: I probably shouldn't have sent the bill a city but they probably wouldn't have paid it.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_18]: Not if he said you were going 30 now or close to a speed bump and there is a way around the speed bump coming up goal for the street I know he'd go to the right German get around it.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_18]: He'd want to ride on the grass.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_17]: Well I think speed bumps on speed bumps on highways are I have never seen them before and
- 11:25[SPEAKER_18]: they're necessary up there to be honest with you.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, I think you could have had a problem with anybody on a bicycle or anything.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, you could be jogging.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_18]: Well, you hit that bump to school in about 22 miles an hour.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_18]: That's pretty good pace.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_16]: Correct.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_18]: Well, maybe it better set a lot of court with the sense of dragging it on, because it's going to cost more money down the road, probably.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, but I'll tell you what happens in these cases.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_17]: You've got
- 11:53[SPEAKER_17]: Really it comes down to lawyers in love.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_17]: I mean the the plaintiff lawyer wants to get a settlement at some point or or a verdict, but probably a settlement they'll take just to get their share of the money if they're at a half whatever it is.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_17]: and the defense the lawyers usually want to drag it out because it's more billable hours and uh... as opposed to you know settling early i don't know i don't you know it's tough to swallow uh... figure uh... the kind of figures you'd be talking about remember that case back in the eighties with a guy drove the world the bicycle down the stairs up there
- 12:32[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know, but you know, they claim it wasn't marked and it was didn't inherently dangerous, which was in a way, which I had a very sympathetic victim who the city's attorney didn't want to put before a jury, so the city's settled, I think, in that case, for six or six hundred thousand.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_18]: Jeff Mr. Sly, he was known for not taking any stick enough for the city on a lot of issues.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_18]: Mm-hmm.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_18]: One other thing on that school board, meeting the head, do the names.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_18]: of President Union should have been at the meeting Mr. Todd.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_18]: This is nothing to do with the teacher's unit.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I know.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_18]: They brought teachers in the building.
- 13:12[UNKNOWN]: The back, back, the teachers.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_18]: This is about the world culture that everybody's talking about.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_18]: This is the problem here.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_18]: The Mr. Todd's right.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_18]: You can't fire a teacher.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_18]: It takes an act of Congress.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_18]: And even then, you're going to have problems.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_18]: So you got the two year tenure.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_18]: Good luck on that.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_18]: It's going to cost you a lot of money.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_18]: But this is not a mistake, Mr. Todd.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_19]: Mm-hmm.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_18]: Do you remember this art teacher?
- 13:40[SPEAKER_19]: Uh-huh.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_18]: Push in a woke agenda.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, I... Stop it, move on to town high, Dr. Schmeekle.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_18]: We don't want woke agenda.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_18]: People don't want their kids taught this nonsense.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_18]: That's not the school's job.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_19]: Mm-hmm.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_18]: Take him the regular things.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_18]: The parents isn't the problem with this sexual stuff.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_18]: I went to Iowa.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_18]: We never, we had a health class mayor.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_18]: When I was in high school, we never went into this womb, not since.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_18]: How many transgender are you more to call high?
- 14:14[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, God, I don't know.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_18]: Can anybody answer that question, Millie?
- 14:18[SPEAKER_18]: You got a gay flag in one of the great schools up there.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_18]: Case junior high.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_18]: What the hell's a gay flag doing on the wall?
- 14:29[SPEAKER_18]: This is the pop, this is nothing to do with the teacher's unit.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_18]: Mr. Trump wants the world culture out of the schools, and I agree with him.
- 14:41[UNKNOWN]: But they're still pushing it.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I thought that meeting was a bit of a nothing burger.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_17]: They had these teachers dressed in black with buttons on.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, this is the same thing we did when the city manager.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_18]: They brought them to the city employees.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_18]: Remember, Mayor?
- 14:57[SPEAKER_18]: You don't live in more to turn at me, buddy.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_17]: Exactly.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_18]: But, sir, you weren't forces outside this city here.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_18]: That's the problem.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_19]: Mm-hmm.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_18]: That's why the taxes are so damn high.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_18]: Nobody pays taxes.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_18]: That takes a big jump from me and you.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_19]: Mm-hmm.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_18]: The major issue of my book.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_18]: The city manager should live in this city.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_18]: He doesn't want to find.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_18]: Find another job.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_16]: Right, I see that.
- 15:31[UNKNOWN]: With the little stop, Dr. Spiegel, can he come on this show, Mayor?
- 15:36[SPEAKER_17]: Hmm, I doubt he watered out.
- 15:38[UNKNOWN]: Here's a guy driving a taxpayer car to the grocery store.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_16]: There's a city, scroll so pretend it.
- 15:47[UNKNOWN]: We need one of taxpayer vehicles.
- 15:49[UNKNOWN]: He's got a fire chief.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_17]: Hmm.
- 15:53[UNKNOWN]: Thanks, Lily, for bringing it up.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_17]: Well, we'll see.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 16:01[UNKNOWN]: have been the comment sets.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, well last night's meeting I thought was a big nothing.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_17]: He said it was a matter of grave concern.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, I agree.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_17]: I mean the the teacher.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_17]: The teacher with the artwork from the some obscure artists from the AIDS era.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_18]: So it's bad that we're playing by the way, it'd be buddy.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, of course you always.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_17]: But they put them in a rubber room.
- 16:26[UNKNOWN]: They're going to a rubber room for
- 16:33[SPEAKER_19]: If you've got a sexual charge against you, you've got to fight like hell and get rid of somebody.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_17]: Hmm.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I don't know what's going on.
- 16:41[UNKNOWN]: It's the power of this union.
- 16:43[UNKNOWN]: Mr. Trump tried to come up with the knees, but he's having issues with it.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, I don't know if we wanted to get rid of this teacher.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know anything about her.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_17]: But, you know, she made a mistake on curriculum.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_17]: Maybe the people above her.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_17]: Maybe the people that's true, but maybe the people above her need to have better supervision.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_17]: Well... Come on!
- 17:06[SPEAKER_17]: The remarks about Mr. Kirk were stupid?
- 17:09[SPEAKER_18]: Sure, but fire.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_18]: People don't want to turn top this nonsense.
- 17:16[UNKNOWN]: That's the problem right now, Mayor.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_17]: I think some parents do want this nonsense, Todd.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 17:25[UNKNOWN]: not city if you agree with that kind of garbage.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_18]: Donnie's right, the flyers guy, mayor.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_18]: I don't even really like Donnie.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_18]: Donnie's right on this stop about the flight.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_18]: We've ordered the stop, raise your flag, and make what happened.
- 17:38[UNKNOWN]: Mr. Dr. Kembo got out and we changed it back.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, well, he's woke.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_17]: He's a crusher.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 17:44[UNKNOWN]: From gay crusher in the city.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_17]: Mm-hmm.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_17]: Well, it's the woke agenda, there's no doubt about it,
- 17:57[SPEAKER_17]: No, no, well, I don't know.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_17]: We'll see what happens, but I thought that that school board meeting was build as a big deal.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_17]: It was nothing.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_17]: Listen, what the art teacher back in the room and just tell her supervisor to oversee her curriculum.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_17]: Absolutely.

- 18:17[SPEAKER_17]: You don't, you know, it was a mistake.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_17]: A bad judgment.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_17]: They get caught up in their
- 18:27[UNKNOWN]: Because I told you when they hired this guy, we're gonna have issues.
- 18:31[UNKNOWN]: Me and other people.

- 18:40[UNKNOWN]: He never worked in the school since it was important that I know of.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know what he did before.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, my god.
- 18:45[UNKNOWN]: He afforded to come to water town.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_17]: And beats me.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_18]: Here's a guy making $200,000 a year.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_18]: He doesn't have to answer any questions.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_17]: Great job, huh?
- 18:59[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, as long as you agree with him, everything's wonderful at one time.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_18]: What happened to McCurray, got her head kicked in on school property?
- 19:08[UNKNOWN]: What happened to her, Mayor?
- 19:09[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_17]: Covered up.
- 19:11[UNKNOWN]: Yeah, a three-structure-off policy.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_17]: We're in the doctor.
- 19:15[UNKNOWN]: You can kick somebody in the ass for three-strain type or they can do anything.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_16]: Mm-hmm.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_17]: What'd you think about City Council lately?
- 19:32[SPEAKER_18]: I'm going to go with Mr. Monica for one guy mayor.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_18]: I don't know about the other one yet.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, okay.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_18]: I agree with Mr. Sean on the pop deals.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_19]: Mm-hmm.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_18]: The hell with the pop's long-term smoking weed.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, I saw something on Fox yesterday about some of these areas, the driving will stone stuff it and they don't do anything about it because I guess it's legal to smoke pot while you're driving.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_20]: So, you know, it's a major issue, major issue, Mayor.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, have a beer can in your car.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_17]: It's like, oh, my Lord, you know what I mean?
- 20:05[SPEAKER_18]: In the factory brain cell, listen to an SG phone call.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_18]: You know, here's the guy that smokes pot.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_18]: You know, you can't put
- 20:14[SPEAKER_18]: He calls his show in Glanchill.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_18]: That's all you need to know.
- 20:17[UNKNOWN]: Down the road is going to ruin your brain cells, I see.
- 20:21[UNKNOWN]: It's not the same ingredients that were in pot 50 years ago.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_16]: It's a very powerful.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 20:27[UNKNOWN]: Down the road.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_18]: If you're on a clinical care and control your pain, I don't have an issue with it.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_17]: Hmm.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_17]: Well, that's what the, you know, the people who are on the legal weed shop in the area, they say the most of the customers are middle and older age.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_20]: Is that right?
- 20:46[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, they're not like, they're not like the Hurricanes off the streets.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_18]: No.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_18]: And they're making nearly $400,000 a year, what the hell?
- 20:54[SPEAKER_18]: That's not a sign of money.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_18]: That's not going to put a debt in this budget.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_18]: $100,000 a year is all you're going to make on it.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_18]: I think leashes wrong.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_17]: Well, it's out of them.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_18]: I've been found a familiar says they're turning like quarter million a year off it, but on the other hand I wrote a hundred thousand here in the city Well, I heard that won't even pay a school super tender for got six No, not enough money to sit issue.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_18]: I don't like it.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_18]: I think it's wrong Certain things are wrong.
- 21:21[UNKNOWN]: I think that's one of them.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, you know if you let that go what's next?
- 21:25[UNKNOWN]: Cocaine's what's next?
- 21:26[SPEAKER_16]: All right, okay, mayor.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_17]: All right, thank you.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_17]: Bye now.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_17]: Good afternoon.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_17]: You're on the hotline
- 21:32[SPEAKER_27]: I mean, it's your merits, out of the grass from, uh, tea leaves.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, hey, Mr. DeGrasse, I'm already out.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_27]: Because I've always shy with all the news on the poll.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_27]: Physicians, local media has been a little bit hesitant to cover it.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_17]: But, uh... Oh, the five percent poll, yeah.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_17]: Okay.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_17]: I saw that.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_27]: Well, it's big.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_27]: Big deal.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_27]: It's a real poll.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_27]: It's serious.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_27]: The Republicans have done about eight polls.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_17]: Maybe seven or eight since the late spring and none of them have showed this race wider than six points And that's a probably three or four different polling companies different groups among your Republican party and that's up Portability is the top as you buy far Well, well, but half of the voters But affordability is what's fueling the mom-dommie campaign
- 22:30[SPEAKER_27]: Well, of course, that's right, but obviously, as you know, and voters appear now that socialism is going to do quite the opposite, and more than the affordability crisis, because of the democrat policies in New York, whether it be in the city or the state, you look at utility costs, and so I'll copy vocals with point D's or Cuomo's that I've obviously voted to raise these hikes.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_27]: It's the Green New Deal scam, banning ghastos, not fracking, not drilling, not doing any all the above energy.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_27]: I mean, what's going on in New York?
- 23:00[SPEAKER_17]: Right.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_17]: Well, when is your candidate going to announce Mr. Fonic is it just after the election?
- 23:06[SPEAKER_27]: Well, I think she's unclear that obviously she can have some announcements whether that be to do it or not in November.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_27]: I think what's really important is the local race and I think she got the device from Governor Katakki and some other stage elders.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_27]: You might say that it's in, hey, if you go then the focus will just really be on release and we got some barriers.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_27]: Yeah, you know, we actually have more than we've had in my 30 years and you know, those are those are going to be used to really make inroads in the Uric City, Mr. Mayor, which you'll you'll need to increase the bill by a couple percentage points for the Trump actually Not the numbers you need broke 33% in the city.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_20]: Mm-hmm.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_27]: Or it's a liberal media doesn't talk about that.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_27]: Melvin did about 29 close to 30.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_27]: But didn't do as well upstate unfortunately.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_27]: So all the two of the least, I think people would be running from the end.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_17]: Well, we're anxious to see her announcement.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_27]: I hope she, uh, you know, if you can call in the show when announced if she wants I'll better know that I'm sure I know she missing you is asking how things are going, how smart that it hopefully everything's going while that we miss water town But I'm sure quality is doing a great job
- 24:27[SPEAKER_27]: You know, I know, I follow these junkies, I follow the blog, obviously, we all do.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_27]: It seems to be a little bit of a crazy local race, so that we're not involved in that, but the voters will decide on how that all plays out.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_27]: But we're going to count on everyone if she does it.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_27]: I mean, affordability, crime, obviously, second amendment to initiate with our people.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_17]: Nope.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_17]: Mr. Bondami, Assemblyman Ron Bondami, the latest fox pole has him up 4832 over Cuomo.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_17]: Uh, that's over with, right, that race.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_27]: I think that, uh, I think things can play out, but I think it's certainly favors for him.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_27]: I think I think I've seen some polls that have Cuomo's numbers, sort of, dropping, uh, or, uh, as sweet as numbers, rising.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_27]: I think Cuomo's taking a lot of water from both sides.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_17]: But basically the problem,
- 25:18[SPEAKER_17]: I'm time he is a fresh face.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_17]: I get on that, but you've got a disgraced governor, a political dad fly and slew up and a discredited mayor that we're running.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_17]: And the people all of a sudden gravitated to somebody else isn't that just he doesn't you don't have to be David Axel where I'd figure that out.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_27]: Yeah, I mean, I think that
- 25:40[SPEAKER_27]: I think young people turned to him because of affordability and because they're just illusion with the Democrats and I think one of the interesting things about the poll that we just conducted, Mr. Mayor, is that we ask people, hey, are you more aligned with the socialist wing of the party, AOC, Montgomery, Bernie Sanders, are you more aligned with you know, Schumer and Pelosi and the King Jeffries and
- 26:05[SPEAKER_27]: more people are a lot of social in the city it's fast overwhelming majority and so I think that is sort of a new thing that people have to realize is that's the energy the organization you register a lot of new voters like President Trump did when he first ran and as continue to do you know sort of trump only voters you know that are coming into the poll I think you've got the rise of these non-domy voters I think that's ultimately why
- 26:35[UNKNOWN]: she had very bad turnout.
- 26:37[UNKNOWN]: She will need to, she's rolling the dice.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_27]: She's kind of squeezed either way because I think if she didn't spend the need to comment that since I sent my, then she would kind of get hit from the left and I think she got that route and now we're seeing that the suburbs and independent voters including double crafts in the city are just moving away from her and then of course she needs to, it's a turnout game.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_17]: Well, it is.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_17]: It is.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_17]: Well, Alex, good to hear from you.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_17]: I was your new marriage doing.
- 27:07[UNKNOWN]: Thank you.
- 27:07[UNKNOWN]: It's your marriage's good.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_17]: Good.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_17]: Good.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_27]: I married her over four to five, right at NBC News.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_17]: NBC.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_17]: Well, that's good.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_17]: I'm glad you're doing well and keep up the good work, okay?
- 27:20[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you, Mr. Mayor.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_17]: Thank you.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_17]: Bye now.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_17]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon, Jeff.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_08]: I heard you was speaking earlier about.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_08]: pot and smoking pot and driving, I want to share with you observation I've had in the past few months.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_08]: It does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling when I'm at a traffic intersection in water town waiting for the light to change and I smell pot coming from the vehicle next to me.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_08]: It does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling when I'm at an 81 northbound or southbound
- 27:56[SPEAKER_08]: I'm in a state 81 while you're traveling along the speed limit and just wanted to share that and
- 28:04[SPEAKER_17]: All right, thank you.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_17]: It's been a lot of pot out on 81.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_17]: I must be a big dooby.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_17]: Anyway, 75, 5, 12, 40, the phone number.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_17]: Thanks to Alex for calling.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_17]: He's a, I guess you could say political operative, but he works for our Congress, a woman's staphotic, and has been running your campaign and all of that stuff.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_17]: So I guess she's, you have to say she's running.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, why would you go, why would you make that call if you weren't running, right?
- 28:30[SPEAKER_17]: So I guess we can stop saying possible candidacy now.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_17]: But after do you're on the air?
- 28:36[SPEAKER_21]: Good afternoon, Mayor.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_21]: How are you?
- 28:37[SPEAKER_17]: Good.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_21]: I think we have a little solution for your kilowatt's collar and for the angry guy.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_16]: What?
- 28:44[SPEAKER_21]: I think they need to be a high.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_21]: I think that would solve a lot of their anxiety and a lot of their problems, especially the angry guy.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_21]: I think that would make a difference.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_21]: So maybe they ought to not be looking another way when they smell of you ought to be walking towards it.
- 28:56[UNKNOWN]: I think that might be a good solution.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I'm right on.
- 28:59[UNKNOWN]: And for them to bring up Scott Gates.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_21]: You know, he sounds a little strange on the air, not because he's high, just because he's always been a little bit strange, don't you agree?
- 29:07[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I don't want to get into insults about somebody because I don't think you like it when people insult you.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_20]: I think it's standing up for him.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_20]: I don't think that he's high on the air.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_17]: All right, that's fine.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_17]: I'm not interested in talking about him.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_17]: What else you got to talk about?
- 29:20[SPEAKER_21]: No, I was there.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_21]: I just wanted to thank him a little bit.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_17]: Okay, all right.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_17]: Thank you, sir.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_17]: But after doing you're on the air.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I've heard from him in a while, and the other thing is that I can't understand what happened at the board meeting.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_09]: I guess it's kind of a grandstand scenario that you wanted to get out and message that all this is going to be a private deal.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_09]: You don't, you don't have any right about knowing the information.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe Danny should get on their back, maybe Danny can get this information on what's going on.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_09]: You know, these things have... They want to know what they think about all the investigations anyhow, but... The other thing I called about, I think a guy is a solution for the pot deal.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_16]: What?
- 30:11[SPEAKER_09]: He's upset about, you know, it's harder for all this... The place is to be able to open up the business, so I got a prime location open up the business.
- 30:20[UNKNOWN]: What?
- 30:21[SPEAKER_16]: What?
- 30:22[SPEAKER_16]: What?
- 30:22[UNKNOWN]: That is up there at the zoo.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_09]: Why don't you just open up a pot store at the zoo?
- 30:26[SPEAKER_09]: And that way, you can fund the zoo, or $100,000, there you go.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_09]: and I don't know why as she's looked for dog parts, you got to hold time to park, there's dog gone over the place up there, what more does he want?
- 30:39[SPEAKER_19]: I got freaking over on their acres, there's people locked their dogs up there I know!
- 30:44[SPEAKER_09]: problem with that, why do you guys have a certain location?
- 30:47[SPEAKER_09]: spend more money when people love to take their dogs up there any higher?
- 30:51[UNKNOWN]: I don't see that.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_17]: All right, thank you so much, I know 755 1240 our phone number will take time out for a message first

- 35:10[SPEAKER_24]: Hey I'm 1240 here we are on the show of shows, you know when people say work one way you can tell if a place is working in an office or something like a school district is
- 35:30[SPEAKER_17]: how do they address the top guy, how to staff, in front of other staff or students that they call him Larry or just a superintendent or something like that or whatever.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_17]: You can always tell, you know, you see that a lot, oh my goodness, I see that a lot of city council.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_17]: I get tired of.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_17]: You know, I'm referring to the city attorney or city manager by the first name of those meeting.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_17]: I think that's inappropriate.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_17]: It one thing about Mr. Wagner, or at least addresses people properly, of course he was spent a billion years in the military shirt, but the rest of him, I don't know, everybody.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_17]: So, then that's a sign really of wokeness in a way.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_17]: Just a total spurning of decorum and regimentation and all that.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_17]: That's stop some important.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_17]: Now you can overdo it.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_17]: There's no doubt about that, but you're going to overdo it, and God help you if you go into a school district and the students are calling the superintendent, Larry or something like that, oh my God, that would be great.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_17]: Let's see, somebody texted and we need Mr. Fargo back, Warren Fargo a long time superintendent, yes, remember him.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_17]: It makes a difference.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_17]: It makes a difference.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_17]: Um, another person texted Mary.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_17]: I feel better just knowing the angry man is out there.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_17]: The angry man speaks for many of us.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_17]: He just will say it in a way that most of his can't.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_17]: Here's a person.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_17]: I think he's, um, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh uh, uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh
- 37:12[SPEAKER_17]: if he's a cop or a fireman, but he says, Hellments not required for over 16 on an e-bike recommended, though.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_17]: I agree.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_17]: I agree.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_17]: I was a very hot day that day, as I recall, around five o'clock, by 30.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_17]: It's gonna be a, that'll drag on for a while.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_17]: And, you know, it's, you can handle that in a couple of ways.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_17]: You're gonna try to get it out of the way quick or, you know, you can drag it out.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_17]: You know, the other argument is make them make them produce some paper or something like that more than just a notice of claim.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_17]: All right.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_17]: Um, we got here.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_17]: Somebody else texted.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_17]: Was it anything profound?
- 37:58[SPEAKER_17]: I don't think so.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_17]: I don't think what it was was.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_17]: It's probably.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_17]: Nope.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_17]: Okay.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_17]: Well, listen, we've got, um, open lines three one five seven five five twelve forty.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_17]: We've got a lot of things to talk about that.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_17]: When that guy called or from a staphonic campaign, they got, they had released a poll showing her down by five to Governor Hockel.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_17]: There's all sorts of polls.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_17]: So I'm not going to get into the argument on whether this poll or that poll is better than the others.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_17]: Um, just to say that, um, I don't
- 38:37[SPEAKER_17]: But on the other hand, I think Governor Hoke will be a form of a book.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_17]: And if it's Hoke, I was talking to the judge candidate yesterday.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_17]: She talked about Antonio Gelgado, the lieutenant governor.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_17]: Everybody forgets about him because he's been like distanced by the governor, because he says he's running for governor.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_17]: And he's going to be in a primary or so he says, let's say, by him off somehow or bullying him out.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_17]: But we'll see what he's got.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_17]: I've never met the man, but they say he's quite captivating.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_17]: I don't know if that matters.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_17]: Let's see, what is my opinion on a judge criticizing President Trump on the hotline?
- 39:22[SPEAKER_17]: I wouldn't have advised it.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_17]: But if that was a opinion, that was a opinion.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, you have three answers, Trump, Harris, or none of your business.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_17]: Somebody said my voice is sounding better today.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_17]: Yes, it is.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_17]: You know, that was, I had a cold, but it seems to be subsiding very quickly.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_17]: Sometimes they linger.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_17]: Sometimes they linger.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_17]: Yep.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_17]: But after duty on the air.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_25]: Hey, Jeff, I was just in two, at least who's campaign guy.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_17]: Yes.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_25]: he always refers to them as fire-left radicals isn't at least like fire-right how can we never hear you saying fire-right at least you find it why don't know as I say far anything but uh... i don't think she's far right but she's she's the altero maga uh-huh don't black dog right okay well you're saying it so yeah she's she's the other side of the spectrum fire-right but you never
- 40:32[SPEAKER_17]: tag that I don't think I've said governor hokul is far left not or anything mandami is not sure what he is I think he's far left.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_25]: Yeah, I would say so.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_25]: Now hokul and dorsed him right correct At least was behind your Santos was her boy.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_25]: She pushed him Sure.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_25]: I'm just
- 41:00[SPEAKER_17]: when he turned out to be a bit of a wacko uh... look at in pop that he wouldn't just may or he was in congress right i understand it but in politics you end up doing that especially if you're a political leader in your party as is mystophonic as is governor hokul so you can end up with people who maybe did something that you don't approve of and
- 41:25[SPEAKER_25]: point did she disavow him all through if she stopped with him?
- 41:29[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_25]: Even when he knew the life.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_17]: Well, they wanted to keep somebody in the seat.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, they lost the seat.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_17]: Eventually.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_25]: Yeah.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_25]: Again, Hockel, at least she's trailing the polls.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_25]: Do you think someone that is anti-abortion can win the New York?
- 41:49[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I don't know because I don't think abortion is a top of mind for a lot of voters, especially after I wrote was we peeled and it's, and New York's a prohibition state.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_17]: It's not New York's abortion laws are not going to change because there's a new governor.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_17]: It just isn't going to happen, but I don't, I don't.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_20]: That issue will hurt her.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_17]: Well, the May, it's certainly every issue will, you know, with the issue of banning fracking, that hurts me with hokel.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_17]: I think you're killing out the upstate economy doing that, but you know, you support it so that's, that's that.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_25]: Um, just the lastly, um, the guys getting down on the, uh, hot use and bad uses of pot, you sell alcohol, right?
- 42:33[SPEAKER_16]: I do.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_25]: Which do you think is, is the bigger health hazard, uh, crime hazard, family break a
- 42:44[SPEAKER_17]: Well, I don't look at the product in that way.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_17]: I look at it as a social lubricant and something that people enjoy in a social setting.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_17]: But I would say that either one, there's a lot of research now on this issue of driving well-stoned, which is undetectable.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_17]: And also, the other one is
- 43:03[SPEAKER_17]: psychotic behavior, particularly younger brains and so on, being affected, but there's a lot you're hearing about that now that you didn't before.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_17]: So I think there is a lot to be said for marijuana.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_17]: Alcohol's pretty, pretty cut and dry.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_25]: I mean obviously, major danger, health hazard.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_25]: Sure, social problems.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_17]: Sure, so Bana.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_25]: All right, just, I just, I'm going to hear you talking about Potomac.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_25]: Will you sell food?
- 43:34[SPEAKER_17]: I understand, I've been selling it for 40 years, and hey, I use both, so... Okay.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_25]: That bless you.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_17]: All right.
