- 0:00Jess Martin: Welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:01Jess Martin: Today I'm joined by another past client of the Academy, holly, who is the founder of Stamina Bioactives, which is a supplement that promotes longevity, and inside the Academy, she quadrupled the sales in her business.
- 0:15Jess Martin: She was also a finalist in the Naturally Good Awards for the best complimentary medicine product, and what I love about Holly's story is she quadrupled the sales in the business without touching her marketing, without spending any more on ads, without actually changing anything she was doing externally in the business.
- 0:36Jess Martin: But within the three to four months, she focused solely on shifting her energy, her mindset and reprogramming her subconscious identity so that she was a match and was capable of manifesting more sales in the business.
- 0:51Jess Martin: You guys are going to love this episode.
- 0:53Jess Martin: Another one to activate you and show you what's possible.
- 0:55Jess Martin: When you are inside the academy and you're doing the work on you, you're upgrading your subconscious mind, you're shifting your energetic broadcast and you are actually becoming someone different, because the income, the sales and the clients in your business will always be in proportion to you and who you actually are.
- 1:16Jess Martin: So let's get into it.
- 1:17Jess Martin: Allow this one to inspire you and, of course, remember the Academy is open for enrollment as we speak, until the 10th of August, and these kind of results are possible for you as well.
- 1:29Jess Martin: Welcome to the Abundant and Aligned podcast, a place where you will come to realize anything you desire is possible.
- 1:36Jess Martin: I'm Jess mindset and business coach, and I'm on a mission to lead women to a life far from average.
- 1:42Jess Martin: In this show, you can expect conversations around manifestation, subconscious reprogramming, entrepreneurship and the daily habits of a woman living a life that is both successful and fun.
- 1:53Jess Martin: Imagine a TED Talk, but over wine.
- 1:55Jess Martin: My wish for you is that you experience an unlimited flow of money, a business that attracts your dream clients and the freedom to spend your time how you choose, and if you stick with me, that will soon be your reality.
- 2:08Jess Martin: I'm honored to be on the journey with you, so let's get into it.
- 2:11Jess Martin: Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned podcast, and welcome to a guest session here today with one of my past clients inside the Academy, which is really exciting.
- 2:23Jess Martin: Holly, welcome to the show.
- 2:26Holly Williamson: Hi, thank you for having me.
- 2:27Holly Williamson: I'm super excited to be here.
- 2:29Jess Martin: I'm so excited to talk about you and your business and everything you have experienced.
- 2:33Jess Martin: We were just catching up at the start of our Zoom meeting and Holly's on fire inside her business.
- 2:39Jess Martin: But, holly, you obviously are the founder of Stamina Bioactives, which is a supplement focusing on longevity.
- 2:49Jess Martin: You are the founder which is so cool that you are in that arena in the health space and really changing the game for the industry like really focusing on longevity.
- 3:00Jess Martin: I know it's quite a new space, but here you are showing up and being a leader, and so it's been a real honor to be alongside you within this journey.
- 3:07Jess Martin: I know we've celebrated a lot throughout the last four months, which we'll definitely be talking about today, but I would actually love to just take you back.
- 3:15Jess Martin: How did you end up in business and, in particular, this space?
- 3:19Jess Martin: Wow, way to talk me up, girl.
- 3:21Holly Williamson: Thank you so much, thank you.
- 3:24Holly Williamson: Yeah, no, I have been in business now since 2022.
- 3:28Holly Williamson: And this definitely wasn't the path that I originally planned to go down.
- 3:33Holly Williamson: As you know, back in 2020, I was studying an honours thesis in biochemistry and that's where COVID hit, and I was struggling with my own health issues at the time so really bad gut issues, food insensitivities, stress, anxiety all of the good things that comes with stress and, yeah, I just wanted to go on and create something that was a little bit more natural, rather than going on a lot of these medications that are blanket fixes.
- 4:07Holly Williamson: I wanted to more target the root cause, and it was good that I was in biochemistry because I had learned about these compounds found in plants that have medicinal properties if taken in the right dosage or the right bioavailability.
- 4:23Holly Williamson: So when I went out to look for these to take for myself, there wasn't anything on the market that targeted the root cause, which, for me, was reducing inflammation, stress and oxidative stress, and a lot of supplements on the market were just full of just vitamins.
- 4:44Holly Williamson: And I don't know about you, but if you've ever taken a multivitamin, have you ever really felt a difference?
- 4:50Holly Williamson: I don't know, I haven't.
- 4:51Holly Williamson: No, yeah, so then, um, I wanted to create something that you know is all natural and basically targeted the root cause.
- 5:01Holly Williamson: And also, you felt a difference when you took it and focused on sustainable packaging as well as not putting any fillers or caking agents or anything synthetic in there, and that's how stamina was born.
- 5:14Holly Williamson: So we've got our first supplement healthspan yes, and I've been taking healthspan.
- 5:19Jess Martin: Holly gifted me with the products a couple of months ago now and I have noticed the biggest difference.
- 5:25Jess Martin: I noticed the biggest difference within be a couple of months ago now and I have noticed the biggest difference.
- 5:26Jess Martin: I noticed the biggest difference within only a couple of weeks in terms of my energy.
- 5:29Jess Martin: Um, I won't share this too much.
- 5:32Jess Martin: I've actually been meaning to ask you about this, Holly, if this would be something that helped, but we'll talk about that off the show.
- 5:37Jess Martin: Like woman hormone stuff.
- 5:40Jess Martin: I feel I've noticed a shift with that and that's the only difference in my routine is taking healthspan.
- 5:47Holly Williamson: Yeah, for sure.
- 5:48Holly Williamson: I guess everything is really closely related to stress hormones.
- 5:53Holly Williamson: If you have high cortisol levels, it can really mess up your hormones.
- 5:57Holly Williamson: So if you're reducing those cortisol levels with one of our ingredients, ashwagandha, then it can really balance out your hormones and make you feel a little bit more regular and a little bit more, um, in tune with your body.
- 6:09Holly Williamson: So, yeah, that's a big thing, for sure.
- 6:11Jess Martin: Yeah we need to talk to you about that.
- 6:13Jess Martin: Um, but yeah, healthspan so cool.
- 6:16Jess Martin: Tell us, though, about how you navigated the business world, coming into a space that was brand new, starting a business from the ground up.
- 6:26Jess Martin: Yeah, talk to us about that moment.
- 6:29Holly Williamson: Yeah, I guess when I started my business I was like, oh okay, everybody needs this supplement, like you, your brother, your father, your sister, anyone could use a bit of reducing of the inflammation and a bit of reducing the stress levels.
- 6:46Holly Williamson: But when it came to manufacturing and I started selling the product, I noticed obviously there was a big learning curve that we had to hone down on a specific target audience and no, not, you can't really market to everybody out there.
- 7:02Holly Williamson: So I really did a lot of work the last couple of years focusing on what is the gap in the market and what's up and coming.
- 7:11Holly Williamson: And I think in the supplement industry in America especially, they're really focused on longevity and preventative health, which is a huge thing because their medical system they don't have free medicine in the US, whereas in Australia we have Medicare, so we don't really tend to focus on our future health, whereas in the US they really want to make sure they keep healthy before they get sick, otherwise they have to spend thousands of dollars in the hospital.
- 7:43Holly Williamson: So Australia is a bit slow to the ticket.
- 7:47Holly Williamson: But I feel like we are one of the first brands out there that are focusing on longevity and the importance of preventative health, because we want to increase the time we're healthy for, rather than increased lifespan, and that's what healthspan means is to increase that time you're healthy for, so you live a really good, happy life, and I and that's what healthspan means is to increase that time you're healthy for, so you live a really good, happy life.
- 8:08Jess Martin: And I love.
- 8:09Jess Martin: That's what your supplement does.
- 8:10Jess Martin: It really?
- 8:10Jess Martin: It fixes the root cause.
- 8:12Holly Williamson: Yeah, how many times have you gone to the supplement aisle and gone?
- 8:15Holly Williamson: Oh my God, this is so overwhelming.
- 8:17Holly Williamson: Because there's one for sleep, there's one for energy, there's one for gut health, a greens powder, a multivitamin, and then you end up having to take five or 10 different supplements at once, if you do take any at all.
- 8:29Holly Williamson: But what if we just could take one that targeted all of them but just fix the root cause.
- 8:35Holly Williamson: So that's what I've set out to do and it's been a huge learning curve but super happy to be doing it and I'm absolutely loving it.
- 8:44Jess Martin: Well, speaking of the learning curves, you'd obviously founded this business that was successful.
- 8:50Jess Martin: You're selling this supplement online.
- 8:52Jess Martin: I know you attend these events.
- 8:55Jess Martin: You've had some in-person events more recently and then you're obviously doing something right to then be a finalist for this award.
- 9:02Jess Martin: But take us back to just prior to enrolling in the Academy.
- 9:06Jess Martin: What did business look like at that point and what was missing that you felt the Academy could help with?
- 9:13Holly Williamson: Yes, oh my gosh.
- 9:14Holly Williamson: The Academy came at the perfect time because I was in business for three years at that stage and I had a really good audience pool where there was a lot of people reordering and I had a lot of people on subscriptions.
- 9:30Holly Williamson: But that recurring revenue was the same almost each month and I wasn't seeing growth in the business.
- 9:39Holly Williamson: So I was always hitting that ceiling of around two and a half K revenue, which was really good for a long time while I was ironing out all of the creases and all of the learning curves.
- 9:50Holly Williamson: But I think I was at a point, which was even just January or February this year, where I was ready to grow, but I didn't know what I was doing wrong.
- 9:59Holly Williamson: So I guess I was doing all the things that I was supposed to.
- 10:03Holly Williamson: So I was doing the marketing, I was paying for advertising, I was on social media, I was doing everything right, but we were really struggling to see a growth in new sales month to month.
- 10:16Holly Williamson: And I guess that's where the Academy came in, because I had done a little bit of mindset work in the past, but I guess I hadn't fully dove into business mindset or money mindset.
- 10:31Holly Williamson: That was all new to me and what happened?
- 10:34Holly Williamson: Jess, you'll love this story, but I literally think you manifested me, I did.
- 10:39Jess Martin: You were my ideal.
- 10:40Jess Martin: Well, you are my ideal client were my ideal.
- 10:48Holly Williamson: Well, you are my ideal client.
- 10:49Holly Williamson: So what happened was I was ready, like already in my heart.
- 10:50Holly Williamson: I knew I wanted to do a group program because I work from home and I was craving that connection with like-minded women.
- 10:55Holly Williamson: I also knew I needed to work on my money mindset, my business mindset, and figure out some blocks.
- 11:02Holly Williamson: And so literally what happened is I just Instagram searched business mindset coach and you popped up top of the list and then I jumped on, saw a few of your posts, clicked on your website, read that you were enrolling the academy in I think it was March and then I was like, yeah, signed on and like paid straight away, without even talking to you.
- 11:28Jess Martin: I know you just popped up out of nowhere.
- 11:30Jess Martin: You sent me a DM and said I'm enrolling in the academy.
- 11:33Jess Martin: Can you send me the payment link?
- 11:34Jess Martin: Sure, hi, yep, let's go.
- 11:37Jess Martin: I love that, and guys like this is walking proof of what we teach inside the academy.
- 11:43Holly Williamson: You get clear on your ideal client you show up with an energy that would draw them in and people like Holly drop into your world.
- 11:52Holly Williamson: Yeah, that's right, I can feel your energy.
- 11:53Holly Williamson: I feel like I knew what I needed to do, but I just needed to find the right person, and I was struggling to find someone prior to seeing you that I resonated with yeah, yeah, and it's so true, right, sometimes it's not the words you use or the aesthetics of your branding.
- 12:10Jess Martin: It is just this energy that you can't logically make sense of, you cannot see it, you can't hear it.
- 12:16Jess Martin: It's just this knowing in your body that that's the brand that you want to work with or collaborate with or whatever is relevant for you.
- 12:23Jess Martin: Okay, so, in the business, coming in, obviously an intention to grow the income, but feeling there was a block within you as to why that wasn't happening.
- 12:32Jess Martin: Is that right?
- 12:33Jess Martin: And I know we also work together on getting you some stockers, which I remember having a conversation.
- 12:40Jess Martin: You're like, it's not possible for me, I'm too small, no one wants to look at me, like, but we did some tweaking and now you have two, two stockers.
- 12:47Jess Martin: So tell us about some other, I guess, struggles that you were having and how that was manifesting in your business.
- 12:56Holly Williamson: And then we'll move through to how we kind of fix that in the Academy.
- 12:58Holly Williamson: Yeah, I had the worst mindset around wholesale and finding new stockists.
- 13:03Holly Williamson: It's because I'd been doing the work around that for about two years, I reckon.
- 13:09Holly Williamson: I moved to Melbourne two years ago and straight when I moved to Melbourne I was like this is a bigger city, I have more opportunities here and I really wanted to find aligned stores that I could stock my product in.
- 13:23Holly Williamson: And anybody who has a product business out there knows that a wholesale is a big part of your business revenue.
- 13:29Holly Williamson: And so I went to work and I had another coach as well who was helping me with this and what she suggested for me to do is go into a whole bunch of health food stores and just talk to the owners.
- 13:42Holly Williamson: So we like created this list and every week I would go in to all these stores and just talk to the owners and just suss out whether they would want to stock my product.
- 13:54Holly Williamson: And I think I went in really naive in a way.
- 13:57Holly Williamson: So I would go in and be like hi, I'm Holly, this is my product, would you like to stock it?
- 14:02Holly Williamson: And they would just instantly be like I'm busy, come back later, send me an email, we'll look at your information there.
- 14:10Holly Williamson: And so I'd be like, okay, so send them an email.
- 14:13Holly Williamson: Never hear a response and I was like a bit disheartened.
- 14:18Holly Williamson: I'm like, all right, I'll go do it again.
- 14:19Holly Williamson: It's just you need to do more.
- 14:22Holly Williamson: And this kept happening over and over and over and I just felt like the worst energy from them.
- 14:27Holly Williamson: They didn't want to talk to you, they didn't want to you know, have a relationship at all, and so I just started to feel really disheartened.
- 14:35Holly Williamson: And the same thing happened over and over, and so I just started to create these beliefs where, you know, stocking a product is really hard, they don't have time to talk to you, they don't want to stock you, they only work with bigger brands, maybe more well-known brands like Swiss or Biosuiticals or something like that, because they sell better.
- 15:00Holly Williamson: And then the other thing was they all wanted you to come into the store and work, basically in the store and try and sell your product for them.
- 15:09Holly Williamson: And I just was like, how am I supposed to do that when I'm running a business, especially if we scale to even over 10 stores?
- 15:17Holly Williamson: That's going to be way too difficult.
- 15:18Holly Williamson: So I just started, my mindset started to go down, down, down.
- 15:22Holly Williamson: I was like I just don't want to do this anymore.
- 15:24Holly Williamson: It's too hard.
- 15:26Jess Martin: Yeah, and like that is what happens.
- 15:28Jess Martin: That's the reality of many let's call it failed attempts in business.
- 15:33Jess Martin: Before you know, you've created the program around that certain thing, and it doesn't matter how consciously you want to get the wholesale deal or the new client, you're running from that program and that belief that, oh, but last time it didn't work out, last time we didn't get there, so that's what's going to happen again and again, and again.
- 15:52Jess Martin: Um, and that's the.
- 15:54Jess Martin: That's kind of what happens when you've been in business for a while too.
- 15:57Jess Martin: As you mentioned, when you first start your business, or when you do something for the first time, you don't have anything to compare it to.
- 16:02Jess Martin: You've never done this before, so you come in quite naive and then you experience the failed attempt, and then it happens again, and again, and again, and now you've got this belief towards the wholesale opportunity or the new client that ends up driving the outcome.
- 16:17Jess Martin: No matter how good the strategy is, no matter how good you get at pitching your offer, no matter how beautiful the email is, everything's being done from that program which we established was happening for you.
- 16:29Holly Williamson: Yeah, and I fully believed that they could feel my energy.
- 16:32Holly Williamson: So I had all those beliefs that they're not going to want to talk to you, they're not going to want to work with you, before I went into the store.
- 16:39Holly Williamson: So I'm sure when I get in there I go hi, like, would you like to stock my product?
- 16:45Holly Williamson: And they go, oh, who are you?
- 16:47Holly Williamson: Like, I don't really want to work with you anyway.
- 16:48Holly Williamson: So I just set myself up for failure basically in that energy, energetic.
- 16:53Holly Williamson: So then what happened is obviously we worked on a whole bunch of money, mindset, limiting beliefs, and what you taught me through the program, especially when it comes to wholesale stockers, is there is your ideal stockers out there.
- 17:10Holly Williamson: There is the person who would reach out to you because they've seen your product, you know, in marketing or somebody referred them and say this is the perfect thing.
- 17:19Holly Williamson: We've been looking for this with um and your perfect partnership for us, and I don't think I ever believed that that would be possible until we did the work right.
- 17:30Jess Martin: Yeah, and then you identified who that dream stockist was.
- 17:35Jess Martin: We also did some work on changing your assumptions because, as you had mentioned, you built out these assumptions that they didn't want to stock you.
- 17:42Jess Martin: They wanted a bigger brand.
- 17:43Jess Martin: So we did a lot of redefining the assumptions, identifying the ideal client, and it was probably within two weeks of you doing that work that we saw the message from you in Telegram saying I got the stockist, and it was literally pen to paper the ideal client you scripted about.
- 18:02Holly Williamson: Yes, and it's crazy.
- 18:03Holly Williamson: When I went in to talk to them they were just like yes, we're so interested in longevity and health span and we're looking for a product like yours and we have so many clients who would love your product.
- 18:17Holly Williamson: And literally once they stocked it, she messaged me a day later saying they already sold one.
- 18:22Holly Williamson: And I was like this is perfect, this is the perfect people I've been looking for and I just never thought they they existed.
- 18:28Holly Williamson: And then I got the second stockist and I was telling you earlier before this is that, um, she owns a float tank therapy uh place where you can go.
- 18:40Holly Williamson: If you've ever done float therapy, it's pretty cool, but basically she's never had a supplement before.
- 18:47Holly Williamson: She said she never takes supplements and she doesn't even stock any products in her float tank therapy place.
- 18:53Holly Williamson: And she just said I started taking yours and I want to stock yours straight away.
- 19:00Holly Williamson: And I was like how can, how can this be possible with when she has this belief of never been taking any supplements before that?
- 19:08Jess Martin: So yeah, crazy People buy your energy before they buy your words, and it's true, and you've seen that unfold within your business.
- 19:16Jess Martin: Um, so, yeah, I know, congratulations on the two, and I know this is just the start for all sale opportunities that you are manifesting, and they will continue to be your dream client, because you have the framework to create the dream client and then manifest them in using your energy, and it's by vibrating at a frequency that they would want to work with yeah and then we also saw and we have been celebrating an increase in your income as well.
- 19:45Jess Martin: I think you over doubled your income inside the Academy.
- 19:48Jess Martin: Yes, yes.
- 19:50Holly Williamson: So before, well, at the start of the Academy, I had the goal and at the time I thought this was a hugely wild goal from uh, I think I was selling about 30 units.
- 20:03Holly Williamson: So for everybody who doesn't know what units are, let's just say 30 vitamin bottles.
- 20:08Holly Williamson: I was selling about 30 and I wanted to increase that to 250 a month.
- 20:14Holly Williamson: So to me that was a huge increase in the amount that I was selling.
- 20:18Holly Williamson: And we discussed at the start, which maybe some people resonate with, is that money isn't the driver for me, it's actually the fulfillment is in knowing how many bottles of my product are out there, helping people improve their health.
- 20:34Holly Williamson: Like that's the satisfying part to me.
- 20:36Holly Williamson: So we didn't set a money goal.
- 20:39Holly Williamson: Instead we set the amount of bottles that I was going to sell goal.
- 20:43Holly Williamson: So it was 250 and I was selling about 30.
- 20:47Holly Williamson: And then it was month on month.
- 20:50Holly Williamson: The difference in the amount I was selling was I think I've got it here 30 units in March, and then already I sold 55 units in April and then May was 63.
- 21:04Holly Williamson: So that's already doubled.
- 21:05Holly Williamson: And then May was 63.
- 21:06Holly Williamson: So that's already doubled.
- 21:08Holly Williamson: And then June the end of the Academy was 106.
- 21:12Jess Martin: Wow, yeah, that is insane.
- 21:15Jess Martin: That's like almost quadrupled.
- 21:18Holly Williamson: Yeah, and the crazy part is I didn't change anything about my marketing tactics, how I was showing up on social media.
- 21:25Holly Williamson: It was all this manifestation course, the affirmations that we're doing at the start of the day, the um, the night meditations, that we were doing so consistently every day and every night.
- 21:38Holly Williamson: Um, yeah, that's all that I changed.
- 21:41Jess Martin: Yeah, which is wild.
- 21:42Jess Martin: And you are the best proof of this work because, as you mentioned at the start of this episode, you were doing everything right behind the scenes.
- 21:50Jess Martin: It's not like you came into the academy wanting more in your business but you weren't showing up on social media, you weren't running ads, you weren't getting your product out there.
- 22:00Jess Martin: You were doing all of those things, and to sit here now and say that the only shift was within you is just the perfect example of the power of this work.
- 22:09Jess Martin: And it's almost cool that you didn't tweak anything outside.
- 22:12Jess Martin: It's kind of a really good test.
- 22:14Jess Martin: It was like this cool experiment where you were like all right, I'm going to lock in for the next four months and just focus on me, nothing else is going to change, and let's see what we can get done.
- 22:24Jess Martin: And, yeah, almost quadrupled your um sales in the business, which is wild.
- 22:29Jess Martin: Which is wild.
- 22:31Holly Williamson: Yeah, and I guess one of my biggest um limiting beliefs that I had at the start, uh, was the fact that when I was younger, I had this mantra that I would tell myself, which was oh, you got to have low expectations or you won't get disappointed.
- 22:49Holly Williamson: And I remember like walking around and telling everybody that same thing, because in the past, you know, I've been let down by certain things or occasions, and then I've learned as a defense mechanism to just keep your expectations low or like expect the worst case scenario to play out or a bad scenario to play out, and then you wouldn't feel overly disappointed or you would say to yourself oh, I saw it coming.
- 23:18Holly Williamson: Then I'm not too upset about it.
- 23:20Holly Williamson: But then the craziest shift for me, I guess, doing this academy was that we were not focusing on all outcomes, or even the worst case outcome.
- 23:33Holly Williamson: It was only focused on the best case scenario playing out for you, and that was something I'd never done before, and so it was a huge shift for me and it was a huge change in my mental health as well yeah, I know just knowing that we can create our best case scenario seems so simple, but we go through life constantly being tuned into what if this doesn't work out?
- 23:57Jess Martin: our biggest fears, the worst case scenario, and often it's just that shift of okay, yeah, the the worst case scenario could play out.
- 24:04Jess Martin: But what's your best case scenario like?
- 24:06Jess Martin: Let's do that instead.
- 24:07Jess Martin: And what you just mentioned there around that belief of I won't try because then I won't be disappointed is so woven through society.
- 24:14Jess Martin: So many women in business have been raised on this programming where, yeah, we don't want to get disappointed.
- 24:21Jess Martin: If I don't shoot for the stars, then you know, yeah, I'm not going to be upset because we didn't get there, so I may just not try at all.
- 24:28Jess Martin: Um, which is which, again, it seems so simple to have that realization.
- 24:33Jess Martin: But so many people are going through life wondering why they're not manifesting what they want without even realizing it's because they're running from a program like that, like they're literally operating from that belief.
- 24:42Jess Martin: And the term we always use in the academy is awareness is key.
- 24:46Jess Martin: Just knowing that's what's been blocking the income and the sales and the wholesale opportunities is often enough to switch it around just by choosing something different, which is why this work can change our businesses so so, so quickly.
- 25:02Holly Williamson: It was one of those things that was a block that I didn't realize was affecting my business, and as soon as I realized that, I was like, oh my gosh, what have I been doing?
- 25:11Holly Williamson: Like I've been playing it so safe and that's not the way you should live your life.
- 25:16Holly Williamson: You should be a little bit delusional.
- 25:19Holly Williamson: You should be able to expect big things for yourself and not feel like shamed around that yourself and not feel like shamed around that.
- 25:31Holly Williamson: You know, as women, it's so hard in this, like male dominated industries, that you know we need to mute ourselves.
- 25:35Holly Williamson: But no, you should have big dreams and big aspirations.
- 25:38Jess Martin: Yeah, and expect the best for yourself and take up space.
- 25:41Jess Martin: I love that you mentioned at the start of this that you were kind of new to the mindset and the manifestation work.
- 25:48Jess Martin: Were you skeptical at all coming into the academy?
- 25:51Jess Martin: Did it surprise you in any way, like what's a takeaway from the program that you didn't expect?
- 25:57Holly Williamson: This is a great question for me because I guess I would be honestly the biggest skeptic because I'm a scientist, right.
- 26:05Holly Williamson: I, you know, need to see this evidence and the proof and all of these scientific studies.
- 26:13Holly Williamson: And so, coming into this I mean that's how I built my business right Coming into this, I was like you know what, I'll give it a go, but I don't expect huge differences in my business.
- 26:25Holly Williamson: But it might be good for me to work on some mindset stuff, which I obviously think that that's some benefits there.
- 26:32Holly Williamson: But then, yeah, I think I was absolutely blown away with what could happen.
- 26:39Holly Williamson: And now I'm a huge believer in manifestation Huge, huge, huge.
- 26:44Holly Williamson: So it is real and it does work, um, but it does take consistency and effort in effort, in a way of like making sure that you're listening to the morning affirmations and the night meditations and doing the work, the questions, really digging deep and not, um, you know, tippy-toeing around some hard topics.
- 27:08Jess Martin: Yeah, and it is hard sometimes.
- 27:10Jess Martin: This work is hard.
- 27:11Jess Martin: It's why so many of us have avoided it for so long.
- 27:13Jess Martin: It doesn't come easy to peel back your layers and really identify parts of you that you've had hidden away your entire life.
- 27:21Jess Martin: It's very confronting at times, but once you know how to work through it, using the modalities that we use in the academy, and actually release it again, the shifts can happen.
- 27:30Jess Martin: So so, so fast.
- 27:32Jess Martin: Um, and again, you were just proof of that.
- 27:34Jess Martin: I love this.
- 27:35Jess Martin: Well, what's next for your business after the year you've had so far?
- 27:39Jess Martin: Really, you are only just warming up.
- 27:41Jess Martin: What can we expect from your brand?
- 27:43Holly Williamson: Yes, well, at the moment we are in the works of another formula, another supplement, which I'm super excited about, and this one is for sleep.
- 27:55Holly Williamson: So everybody might not know, but sleep optimization is a huge thing you can do to improve your longevity, because you know we spend half of our life sleeping and so that's a lot of healing and healing, brain replenishment and yeah.
- 28:14Holly Williamson: So I'm really excited about this one because it's another addition to my range and it's in the works.
- 28:22Holly Williamson: So if you're struggling with your sleep at the moment, then come and follow along and see when it launches.
- 28:29Jess Martin: Yeah, I think that's such a cool idea because, as you mentioned, we do sleep every night and there is so much power that can happen to the mind and also the body when you sleep.
- 28:38Jess Martin: Maybe we have a collaboration here, holly.
- 28:39Jess Martin: Actually, yes, I'll spend the new sleep supplement.
- 28:44Jess Martin: We'll throw in the sleep meditation as well.
- 28:46Jess Martin: Yeah, I love this.
- 28:48Jess Martin: Um, well, where can people find you?
- 28:51Jess Martin: But also stamina, and who?
- 28:55Jess Martin: Yeah, who may need this product?
- 28:56Jess Martin: Because I'm sure we've got a lot of listeners who want to focus on longevity yeah, for sure, we've got our instagram, so it's spelt s-t-m-n-a.
- 29:05Holly Williamson: Stamina bioactives on instagram and you can google us.
- 29:09Holly Williamson: Um, we should be there, and now you can find us in two stockists.
- 29:13Holly Williamson: If you live in Victoria or Queensland, then you can go check it out in store.
- 29:18Jess Martin: Yeah, so good, I'm going to link all of this below and, honestly, guys, I've been using this supplement and it is incredible.
- 29:25Jess Martin: So go and grab some for yourself.
- 29:27Jess Martin: Go and just follow Holly if the sleep supplement appealed to you, and just watch that space.
- 29:34Jess Martin: But, holly, thank you so much for one just coming into my world and for trusting me as your coach and sharing this journey with me.
- 29:44Jess Martin: It's been really fun working with you.
- 29:45Jess Martin: I've not had a brand like yours come into the Academy before, so it's always so interesting to see how you work your industry.
- 29:52Jess Martin: The conversations we've had around supplements Like it's been a really fun past four months and, of course, I'm just so stoked for everything you've achieved over these last four months.
- 30:03Jess Martin: And again, it's a testament to the work that you put into yourself.
- 30:06Jess Martin: And now that you know the foundational principles with manifestation, you know how to truly manipulate the results in your business.
- 30:13Jess Martin: Imagine where you're going to be in the next one to two years.
- 30:17Jess Martin: It's wild.
- 30:18Holly Williamson: Well, thank you.
- 30:18Holly Williamson: I also just want to say, for anybody looking at signing up to the Academy, it's a great place to get a connection as well.
- 30:29Holly Williamson: They put you in a group chat with a bunch of like-minded women, and that's what I was craving so much is just that other support from other women in business, and it's, as such, a safe place and you're able to share their things with other women that you might not be able to share with everybody else in your life, who maybe don't understand what you're going through, but there it was all positive vibes.
- 30:54Holly Williamson: You're all cheering each other along, no matter where you are in your business as well.
- 30:58Holly Williamson: I know in our academy we have people just starting out or people who are making, you know, 10, 15, 20k months, and so, wherever you are in your business, it's a great place to start and get that support from other women.
- 31:11Holly Williamson: And, jess, I just wanted to say thank you as well.
- 31:14Holly Williamson: You're absolutely incredible and I love your energy and we will obviously be working closely together for the coming years.
- 31:23Jess Martin: Yeah, I know I'm so excited.
- 31:23Jess Martin: I know this is like it's a forever thing.
- 31:24Jess Martin: It's a forever thing, yeah, it is.
- 31:26Jess Martin: I love that you've also mentioned the group component, because that's also so powerful.
- 31:31Jess Martin: It's kind of lonely and boring being a solo entrepreneur when you're just sitting in your home office all day long.
- 31:36Jess Martin: So, yeah, thank you for mentioning that, and the connections you do build are so, so powerful.
- 31:41Holly Williamson: I think my partner benefit from it, because I don't see anybody during the week and when he comes home I'm like, ah, I don't see anybody.
- 31:50Holly Williamson: But no, the Academy was good.
- 31:51Holly Williamson: I could have got to actually talk to people but no, the Academy was good.
- 31:55Jess Martin: I could have got to actually talk to people.
- 31:57Jess Martin: I think we get it as well.
- 32:00Jess Martin: They just they get the lingo, they get the vision.
- 32:01Jess Martin: Yeah, they just get it.
- 32:02Jess Martin: It's cool, yeah for sure, thank you.
- 32:03Jess Martin: Well, thank you for jumping on today, holly, and sharing your story and, yeah, for giving the Academy a little bit of a wrap.
