- Quantum Bombs. Welcome to Quantum Bombs, a commentary show on the human condition through metaphysics and freedom. Today we're just diving in straight into the human condition. So if you're seeing me for the first time, normally we like to answer some of the biggest life's philosophical questions that we could speculate on. But today's an easy one. I just want to talk about Netflix's TV series, The Bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. It was something I actually didn't know about, even though I was alive. At this time I was a kid. It happened on December 21st, 1988. And I found the documentary to be fascinating, so today we're going to talk about three things. Why I think it was amazing. Something about our intelligence agencies, and lastly, how do they die? Like when a plane separates in the sky and you're a human being, how are you going to die? First part is the human condition part. It is just fascinating. I don't find many things that I look forward to watching or watch at all anymore. It's kind of sad, as you know, I'm a cerebral person. And so if it's one of those formulaic, which is all films typically are, with large actors, generic writing, I don't even, you can't get me to hit play. And yeah, so kudos to Netflix on a drama series covering real life event. And that's why it mattered because it was real. And I think in 1988, just so half of this rant of mine is inspired because of just the nostalgia of another time. I mean, it was, I don't know, it just, it was one of those things that was slow paced, let you sit in the moment and really absorb the reality of what they were facing. So being that it was in 1988, and it was a plane crash, roughly, let's just say 250 people, I don't need to get my numbers correct, it's not about that. Playing about 250 people, 190 of them were Americans. And it took off from London Heathrow and crashed in Scotland. So you can already, I've just named you now three different countries, two, depending upon how you want to divide up Great Britain or not. But being that it was in 1988, I mean, it appeared to have been massive news. And if a plane goes down today, which they do, but of course, I think it was like a 747, I mean, it would make news, it would. But obviously being that it was a terroristic plot, it would make news today. But we're just are inundated with information so much that I don't really think we have the, or we're faster paced, the time to digest things. And I guess what I was pleasantly surprised about is that they gave a crap about the people that died. And what I mean by that is you saw multiple international governments spending money and resources researching just how in the heck did this happen? And you might be like, well, of course, Beth, we do that. But do we really, I mean, I think we've gotten so out of pace with trusting our governments or thinking that we live in a world where logic prevails and logic, I guess I should say, follows. That I think I was just pleasantly surprised to see the way we felt about human life. And I guess I just don't think it's available as much nowadays. I don't want, don't get me wrong, USA. They're the bad guys in this movie. And I'm so grateful they tell you before each one of these episodes that this was an accurate portrayal. Obviously, things have made easier for dramatic purposes, and they've condensed it to a few key characters, but they're representing hundreds of people. America was the baddie in this one because the plane landed in Scotland, Lockerby, Scotland. I don't know the population, but if I had to take a smash at it, maybe a thousand people, plus minus small town, local community, and it landed on houses. So it killed maybe 10 to 20 Scots, if I remember correctly. Anyways, they took the lead on the investigation. You would think it'd come out of London because the plane originated out of London, and London has all the high intelligence. But this small town community took an international crisis and manned that sucker. And when I mean manned that sucker, manned it. So 190 Americans have died. And the United States is the baddie because we never even created an entity to answer to 190 families. And there was a lot of young people on this flight coming back for Christmas, and I think Syracuse College was there doing something. We never really gave the family support in America, so the government deflected this has never happened before. And I don't think Pan Am wanted to take the blame, in fact, at part of the show. There's no spoiler alerts because you know how this ends, but I mean, kind of telling you a little bit of the details of what's in the drama. Pan Am tries to pass the blame onto security apparatuses such as our own government for not stopping this from happening. So they're probably just fielding phone calls, right? Imagine you've lost a loved one. I made sure and I watched at the end every single name that scrolled by and just try to absorb what that was. Like just honor them and think about them like thriving in heaven or whatever. And that scrolled list was so long. This is clearly shot from the angle of honoring the victims first and foremost, but the community of Scotland Lockerbie and just how well they treated everybody that came there from around the world to, as a family member, define where their loved one fell out of the sky. And the respect for the victims and the bodies and the app actually is quite interesting. The gathering of what would you call it evidence because a plane fell out of the sky. I'm just like, why what do you mean evidence? Well, that becomes very obvious that they because they treated the evidence as like the most and highest priority, they were able to stick this sucker together. The second part of what I wanted to say about our intelligence agencies that was also some of the beefy drama is you're watching an FBI agent from the United States sit in a bar and he's talking to the CIA of America. I say that because there's many different international intelligence agencies researching this, but our own CIA was not cooperatively sharing intelligence with the FBI. And if you ever watch the TV series, it's very similar to this, The Looming Towers. I was just like, wow, I'm sitting here watching this unfold, the FBI and the CIA beefing for lack of a better term about not sharing intelligence 13 years before we will live it in real time with 9 11 because The Looming Towers is about the bureaucracy rot of our own intelligence agencies. Not sharing Intel. Now, I know that one's a bit more layered because if you're like myself, I believe that in 9 11 was facilitated on behalf of most likely our own government in Israel. Anyways, I thought that was quite interesting and on to how do you die when a plane opens up in the sky because that was what I wanted. And I was arguing about it with AI about is my question to them was about because I'm around explosives and get to see things explode a lot. I even live right on a bombing range. Check out some of my videos on my Instagram or whatever. So I've learned that you could, you know, how they you could actually focus an explosion, but even on the show, they go over exactly where it was placed in a suitcase inside a metal compartment in the cargo thing. So you could even see the blast detonation on the show when they're practicing this. And even on the plane when they reconstructed it all, it was just actually an AI told me it was just 20 inch hole that it blew into the fuselage, which is just the main belly of a plane. Like that whole basically I would call the plane, but it's like that long tube, just a 20 inch. And AI gave me a crap response as you could imagine, even though I pay Claude quite a bit and supposed to be the best AI and it was said from the explosion and system failure. That's how they died. And I did. I absolutely disagree. And so after digging into it, because what I'm saying is that explosion would have blew open the belly, maybe blew up the floor of the plane. But to hurt a human being and to hurt your body, which is organic material has to throw something through it. Right. So it was more so, and then I had to really get into the nuts and bolts of like pulling this out of AI. They died of decompression, rapid decompression. And as you know, the plane is compressorized or that is who cares if I said it right or wrong. And what I mean by rapid is probably, okay, so basically if you were just to die, let's just say the plane opens up, there's no explosion. Let's just say the plane opens up. I think you have the mass come down within by the second number five, the mass should come down or by second three, I forget. And I think before your body goes into epoxy, it starts with an O. It's when you basically can't breathe anymore because the air is too thin up there. I think you would pass out within 12 seconds. For some reason, the longest AI and I decided based on what we found, it would have been 12 seconds at the longest. But because this was an explosion, the actual nose of the plane. So that's basically first class forward was ripped off immediately. So you had the fuselage traveling the explosion, which would have pressed up on the plane. Because it was traveling, I imagine those headwinds and the decompression, it snapped the front part of the plane off. Now the plane blew apart, I think in more than three pieces and it was scattered all over Scotland for I think over 300 miles. And all the parts and the people just fell out of the sky, which is why I was so curious to know how did they die. And they didn't talk about this on the TV show. And so the decompression, the rapid decompression that is, meaning that pop from the plane breaking up, the plane breaks apart. So I'm not saying you're going to die from anything hitting your body, but it's more so that super fast thrust of a decompression. It basically would cause organ failure, most likely dealing with your lungs and your heart. And the good news is, is I think you would prop so it's like between one to three seconds. So I say on average of six seconds, so they were alive, thankfully, or conscious, I should say, they were conscious for only up on average for up to six seconds when that plane opened up as someone that frequently flies. I guess I just needed to know. It's not that I morbid, I'm just curious. And I think in our, our society and culture, we should talk about death more. There's absolutely nothing wrong with trying to wonder, especially if they're your loved ones, how someone would die. And that really, that made me feel a lot better because I mean, falling 31,000 feet out of the sky to your death would have been awful. And even stupid AI was saying there was speculation that some people had landed and were still alive. Most likely you would have died upon impact, but most of us mentally wouldn't like mentally probably stay conscious because of the terror that you would be going through if you were ever to fall out of the sky. But that's the good news is that if you're ever in a plane and that sucker comes apart somehow. Well, that was a good thing that it came apart so fast is because I think it most likely jolted everybody's bodies so hard that you would have lost consciousness right away. And then on my metaphysical side of myself, you would wake up in heaven however you prefer to be to be received in heaven. A lot of us, for example, a lot of people know they want to see Jesus right when they get to heaven. He's going to be there waiting for you. Some people have loved ones or pets or whatever in their brain on their minds and they would most likely receive you then and I'd like to joke then you're going on to processing and receiving. I like to make stages of how you're received into heaven after you die and especially after something like this is really jolting. This is based on both near-death experience research and hypnotic past life regression research, which if you do treat like a science and believe her name was Deborah Cannon, she's put down hypnotically over a thousand people and has documented both in writing and audio recordings what people have said the death experience was like when they regress into their prior death experiences. The reason you could think it's legitimate is because you have people from around the world of different cultures throughout time saying the same, like similar things like there's this, I think it's been years since I've read up on this and listened, but like a glass dome, there's this fountain of healing like when you're received and especially if you maybe had I think terminal illness, you need to get washed and made whole again and just to get that you forget you carrying your life tronic and your causal body up there, meaning like you're just your energetic body and your causal ideational thought matrix of you that's still on you around your soul. So that is actually bringing all that material density from space time from Earth into the second round, the heaven realm. I'm just going to call that the astral heavens. And yeah, so that's that. I just wanted that was my curious thoughts on just how wonderfully humanizing this this this TV show was, how beautiful it was. I think I cried on every episode a few times the whole way through. They chose actors that you may recognize. I do love the girl that represented the US government. She wasn't even like a senator or congressman. She was an aide to one of them. And she made her life's mission to make sure the families of America, which was 190 of them, were well suited in regards to finally getting some answers or somebody to call and talk to and eventually they got a payout. The payouts came twofold for the families. Eventually Pan Am I think settled on six or 700 million to the families. But the coolest biggest payout that you learn about at the very end is I forgot his name. It's either Godolfi or Arafat. I forget the president at the time of Libya to has very moved. He gave $2.6 billion to the and part of that money went to the families. But it took to all that was the other thing about the nostalgia of all this. I'm so glad I remembered what paid out in like 2008. This happened in 1988, guys. So you waited a long time for your money from the terrorist country of Libya. But he only did that to open up sanctions. He wanted the sanctions removed. This was purely just for economic trade for his own country. It wasn't because he was taking on a moralistic, I'm sorry, here's a here's a gift card moment. But the nostalgic part about it was this happened when I was a kid. I decided I'm not going to tell you how old I was. But when it went to court, finally it went to court in the Netherlands. That was the country of choice for the people who are being tried for of the guilty, the guilty bomber of Libya and they chose Netherlands. And again, America had no plans of letting the giving assistance to the families that would like to be there during the trial. Thankfully, they arranged for that. But it happened in 2001 and I was like, that just hit so hard. Like I was a child and then when they tried this for court, I was a young adult off at college and I know exactly which house I would have been living in because just nine months later, 9-11 would happen. So it set the precedence of how the world reacts to an international catastrophe with terrorism involved multiple international countries. And then boom, we have 9-11. So, you know, the sad part today, I try to think about if we had that happen today, what they would do is we wouldn't get any truth behind it, but they would use it to take a lot more power away from us. Unfortunately, for people that don't are too young, you don't realize is that the TSA wasn't created until after 9-11. Before then, security was up to the private company that owned the airline. So you just used to walk into that airport like a baller, go to your gate and there at the gate, the airline itself was responsible for the security of getting on, meaning I forget what it was like, but that was it. And everything else past that post 9-11 has been an overreach into our rights as citizens. And yeah, so that's my human thoughts on a great show. And I hope you watch it or already have watched it. Maybe that's what you wanted to hear someone else yammer about it. Thanks for joining me. Comment below what you thought, what you liked about it, or if it was just boring and cliche. Later, Gators. Stay human.
