- 0:09Wendy Yacboski: Welcome, welcome, welcome! I am so happy you're here. I've been looking for you. You have come to the awakening woman on the rise. I created this podcast for women that want to be their authentic self. They want to talk from their truth, but they keep choking, and they're choking because what they want matters so much to them. My name is Wendy Yacboski. I am a non-denominational ordained minister. I am an educator for Canadian Mental Health Association for their Living Life to the Full program. I am a workshop leader and I am a guest speaker. And it is my desire to move into teaching or helping others to learn what I have come to learn in my life about living a more authentic life, a more real life. I created this podcast to help you pause. I created this podcast to help you get still. I created this podcast to help you listen within, because that's where your dream is, that's where your authentic self is, that's where your truth is-the truth that
- 1:31is essential, the truth that others are waiting for. Throughout this podcast, you're going to be learning different ways to pause, to get still, to listen within. Because I want to help you be who you truly are, not what other experts have been telling you who you are, not what other experts say you should be doing to be who you are, but who you really are. Because you know what, you have your way, and that's the way you want to go with. I will never tell you what to do. I will give you a suggestion to be who you are. If I could share with you the best way to get the most out of this show is to be willing, to be willing to look at the way that you've been up until now, and to question it whether it's really the highest and best for you, because if what you've been doing, what you've been thinking, what you're believing isn't working, then it's not the right belief for you. There is a different belief that you are going to find within yourself as we move forward. You are enough right
- 2:56here and right now to be all that you are, all that you want to be. I want to teach you how you can let that show up, so that you don't have to compare yourself to anyone anymore. You be you. So I invite you to join me on each and every episode as we awaken and arise together.
