- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jason Land. My name is Jason Land.
- 0:22Speaker 1: This is let Me Put you to Sleep. Whisper, ironically
- 0:32Speaker 1: both my most popular recordings and my least popular recordings.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Yeah, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, yeah, m.
- 1:05Speaker 1: See this is Whisper Monday. Yes, Monday again, Monday. You
- 1:15Speaker 1: don't have come around quickly. So I'd just like to
- 1:24Speaker 1: say a big thank you to all the well wishes
- 1:28Speaker 1: on my Facebook page. Thank you, and also address a
- 1:44Speaker 1: few moans about me doing the Whisper recordings. Just let
- 1:51Speaker 1: you know this, these Whisper Mondays and Whisper Tuesdays and
- 1:58Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday is they're not replacing anything. It's an additional thing.
- 2:09Speaker 3: So it's.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I think it's I've been doing this. It's kind of
- 2:27Speaker 1: the first thing in the morning I wake up, I
- 2:33Speaker 1: don't we we and I make a recording now because
- 2:48Speaker 1: of the time, Whispering is the only time really that
- 2:53Speaker 1: I can do any kind of whisper.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Stuff, And.
- 3:08Speaker 1: When I do wake up in the morning, I'm kind
- 3:11Speaker 1: of like a different person to how I am later
- 3:14Speaker 1: in the day. I was thinking about this before I
- 3:19Speaker 1: made the recording, and I'm sure how to explain it. Really,
- 3:29Speaker 1: I can't believe my voice gets croaky when I'm whispering.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Really Okay, I can't do it again. But I suppose
- 3:41Speaker 1: this is just.
- 3:44Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 3:45Speaker 6: I don't know if I'm going to.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Do these regularly. I just happened to have done one
- 3:53Speaker 1: for a few days in a row. But my intention
- 3:59Speaker 1: is to get back to a degree of normality and
- 4:10Speaker 1: do the let me put you to sleep recordings like
- 4:14Speaker 1: I was doing.
- 4:15Speaker 7: Them, you know, Monday's boring Objects, Trivia, Tuesday QA, Friday,
- 4:24Speaker 7: Saturday Summary, maybe even Sunday's papers. Maybe we shall st
- 4:37Speaker 7: see how things go today.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Over the last few weeks, I kind of.
- 5:00Speaker 8: Yeah, my my consistency.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Lacked someone and didn't.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I mean, I still have made recordings during this period,
- 5:15Speaker 1: but there's being periods of time where I didn't do anything,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and I'm kind of surprised that I'm still making recordings
- 5:31Speaker 1: right now. But I seem to want to do it,
- 5:38Speaker 1: so I.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Go go.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I had a strange dream last night that I was
- 5:54Speaker 1: seeing this in his situation where everybody was related to me,
- 6:14Speaker 1: and I was trying to comfort a female uh relative,
- 6:24Speaker 1: I don't know, sister or whatever, and none of it
- 6:41Speaker 1: made sense, not really there was a speed boat. There
- 6:53Speaker 1: was a bloke the man I don't know who.
- 7:00Speaker 4: He was.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Just trying to remember pets of the dream. I think
- 7:20Speaker 1: my downstairs neighbor just farted really loudly. Honestly, I just said,
- 7:35Speaker 1: like a big vibration, like a little drop in himself.
- 7:47Speaker 1: That's funny, brilliant.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Say hm.
- 8:03Speaker 1: The weekend was a bit boring, to be honest. There's
- 8:09Speaker 1: no boxing, I know, nothing really, just went a bit
- 8:21Speaker 1: early both nights. I think it was a bit by
- 8:25Speaker 1: eight o'clock both Friday and no Saturday. Friday Saturday and
- 8:32Speaker 1: Sunday night. It's a no lot going on. Yesterday I
- 8:47Speaker 1: did a recording on grief and I was called in
- 9:00Speaker 1: this recording as you do. It was in the afternoon,
- 9:08Speaker 1: and all I could hear was screaming in the garden,
- 9:13Speaker 1: just shouting and screaming kids and adults. Like I was
- 9:21Speaker 1: getting mildly wound up. I don't ask for much, just
- 9:27Speaker 1: a little bit of peace, just especially when I'm making
- 9:31Speaker 1: a recording. So I stopped talking in a club and
- 9:37Speaker 1: I moved or what pretty much all of my books
- 9:42Speaker 1: for my bookcase at three bookcases, and I moved them
- 9:48Speaker 1: onto the window sill and pretty much filled up most
- 9:54Speaker 1: of the gap where the window is, and it seemed
- 10:01Speaker 1: to be it's done quite a good job of soundproofing
- 10:06Speaker 1: the room from the screaming kids. It's like, wow, it
- 10:22Speaker 1: seems to be an overkill though, to be fair, because
- 10:25Speaker 1: I'm looking at at it, it's just like it looks
- 10:28Speaker 1: a bit missy. It looks like a modern piece of art,
- 10:33Speaker 1: something you might have seen in an art gallery. We
- 10:40Speaker 1: know what artist. It's weird, but it's definitely I mean,
- 10:50Speaker 1: it's quiet now anyway. I mean, if you listen to
- 11:03Speaker 1: the beginning of yesterday's recording, the Grief one, you can
- 11:10Speaker 1: actually squeaky screaming over there, and it's just too loud.
- 11:28Speaker 9: It's just too inf.
- 11:30Speaker 1: For me, it's just a little bit too loud, and
- 11:37Speaker 1: it's constant conscious and it's yeah, I know I'm moaning,
- 11:44Speaker 1: but it is a little bit too much sometimes and
- 11:56Speaker 1: make make that my voice.
- 11:58Speaker 10: Really.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Making aking, making the recordings is something that it's all
- 12:16Speaker 1: I've got see anything that I do, and it's so
- 12:33Speaker 1: I need to be able to have that sense of quiet.
- 12:51Speaker 10: Now.
- 12:51Speaker 1: There is a way around it, and I'm thinking about
- 12:56Speaker 1: working my way in that way is to keep my
- 13:02Speaker 1: table out.
- 13:03Speaker 11: Of the storage room.
- 13:11Speaker 1: But any other side, the other side of the Yeah,
- 13:20Speaker 1: but at the other side of the room, and then
- 13:25Speaker 1: start using the other microphoney gang because that doesn't pick
- 13:30Speaker 1: up so much sound from outside, so I might do
- 13:40Speaker 1: that instead. I don't know, I'm not sure. I'm just
- 14:05Speaker 1: trying to get in touch with how I feel.
- 14:14Speaker 12: I feel okay, Yeah, I'm all right.
- 14:31Speaker 13: I feel all right, Yeah, not much going on. Wis
- 14:56Speaker 13: feeling dope? Be strained? I got them.
- 15:01Speaker 14: Closed feeling properly, that would be hungry.
- 15:44Speaker 15: I'm still trying to remember that dream not come remember No,
- 16:30Speaker 15: it's gone good.
- 16:32Speaker 4: To mad.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I was a lovely restless.
- 16:39Speaker 16: Last night.
- 16:46Speaker 1: To start with.
- 16:59Speaker 4: M hmm, I.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Can't quite easily just walk back to sleep, which just
- 17:41Speaker 1: shows there's not much going on inside of my brain
- 17:43Speaker 1: right now.
- 17:49Speaker 3: No change that the right right right.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Then, He's been good. It's the fast asleep on the bed.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Take quite not to wake him up. Once he's gone,
- 18:36Speaker 1: he's gone, like really it's a very deep sleep. But
- 18:40Speaker 1: once he's falls asleep. Oh, it just reminds me. There's
- 18:54Speaker 1: been times when I've kind of tried to wake him up,
- 18:58Speaker 1: just like playing, you know, clicking my fingers and doing
- 19:04Speaker 1: a little dance or nothing. It reminds me there was
- 19:09Speaker 1: a TV that answered it's a movie.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Called What About Bob?
- 19:15Speaker 1: With Oh, what's his name? It's the the actor that
- 19:38Speaker 1: was in Groundhog Day, Bill Murray? What About Bob?
- 19:45Speaker 8: So he's ifunk correct. He's a psychiatric patient and he
- 19:55Speaker 8: goes and visits his psychiatrist, who is Richard Dreyfus. It
- 20:01Speaker 8: has a lot of information.
- 20:02Speaker 1: That's in my head and he stays over, I might
- 20:09Speaker 1: get I might have this wrong. There's this one scene
- 20:13Speaker 1: where Richard Dracus is trying to wake him up and
- 20:24Speaker 1: he's yelling, he's passion, symbols together, drums, you know, all
- 20:33Speaker 1: kinds of things. Nothing, nothing's waking Bob or Bill Murray.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And he's doing this for like a few minutes, and
- 20:46Speaker 1: there's a whole scared really where he's showing him different
- 20:52Speaker 1: ways trying to wake up Bob. And at the end
- 20:59Speaker 1: of it, I was lying there and his alarm clock
- 21:04Speaker 1: goes off D D D did and he just wakes up,
- 21:09Speaker 1: yawns that says good morning. It's very funny. I've printed,
- 21:18Speaker 1: really haven't I if you haven't seen it. But it's
- 21:21Speaker 1: an old movie from probably in the nineties and so on.
- 21:28Speaker 1: He said, a wild back minor be the eighties. What
- 21:36Speaker 1: about Bob It's called Richard dra Fills and Bill Murray. Yeah,
- 21:52Speaker 1: it was good. I was another scene. It's a different movie,
- 22:10Speaker 1: but there's a couple of I just remember rewinding the
- 22:19Speaker 1: videotape because the comedy clip called me off guard and
- 22:25Speaker 1: made me laugh so hard that I had to go
- 22:29Speaker 1: back and rewatch it. That was one of those one.
- 22:34Speaker 1: That's one clip I kept rewinding because it was so funny.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And the second one. Another one was Gene Wilder. Jeene
- 22:59Speaker 1: Wilder was in his movie and he's standing outside the
- 23:03Speaker 1: door with this big mentioned house thing and this lady
- 23:14Speaker 1: kisses him on the lips, and Gene Wilder looks disgusted
- 23:24Speaker 1: and he rubs his lips, screams and runs away. It's
- 23:33Speaker 1: very funny. I just I just found hilarious. I remember
- 23:38Speaker 1: rewinding that because he caught me off guard. That did
- 23:43Speaker 1: not expect that. As Jeane Wilder was. I think he's
- 23:54Speaker 1: one of the greatest comedy actors. A something.
- 24:01Speaker 6: They say funny bones. He had it so funny. It
- 24:09Speaker 6: was that obliviousness.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Almost, that look in his eyes like wasn't quite sure
- 24:20Speaker 1: what was going on around him. But I think people
- 24:28Speaker 1: like him.
- 24:32Speaker 5: If you love his movies, his comedy movies, possibly avoid
- 24:39Speaker 5: watching any interviews that he did because he wasn't the person.
- 24:44Speaker 10: He was.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Very serious, and you know he wasn't. I know, he
- 24:53Speaker 1: obviously he lost that person because he's an actor, but
- 24:57Speaker 1: I quite like the idea of him being that person.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Just you know, if you see Jim Carrey being interviewed,
- 25:07Speaker 1: he's all serious these days. But then you get some
- 25:16Speaker 1: some entertainers or comedy.
- 25:18Speaker 4: Actors, and.
- 25:24Speaker 1: They liked to I don't know, they're just naturally funny,
- 25:35Speaker 1: if that makes sense. I made a few comedians like that,
- 25:48Speaker 1: some that were just really funny people offen on stage.
- 26:01Speaker 1: I don't think I ever saw any of the really
- 26:03Speaker 1: funny ones make it successfully. But the ones that were
- 26:12Speaker 1: funny off stage, it's it's almost which is quite strange.
- 26:23Speaker 1: But the ones that were really funny on the stage
- 26:25Speaker 1: were just, I don't know, trying to explain it. They
- 26:33Speaker 1: weren't like that when they were off off the stage.
- 26:41Speaker 1: I suppose I could double identity.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Perhaps.
- 26:57Speaker 1: I suppose also those comedians that are successful when they're
- 27:08Speaker 1: doing the clubs and there, you know, doing the different
- 27:13Speaker 1: comedy clubs. They're probably tired of being funny and they
- 27:23Speaker 1: need a break from it, especially if they do maybe two, three,
- 27:31Speaker 1: maybe four kicks in one night at the weekend. The
- 27:40Speaker 1: probably last thing they want to do is tell jokes
- 27:44Speaker 1: when they're not on stage. Yeah, although I did get
- 28:07Speaker 1: a lift with Ricky Crow for once.
- 28:11Speaker 17: This is before I knew.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Who he was, and he did his character Buller the
- 28:18Speaker 1: whole way. So he lived in a sports Girl from
- 28:23Speaker 1: the comedy club, probably about nineteen four and maybe ninety five,
- 28:38Speaker 1: and he gave me a lived to Stratford. I don't
- 28:41Speaker 1: know where he lived. I think he lived in Bow
- 28:46Speaker 1: or Canning Town or something like that. And I didn't
- 28:50Speaker 1: realize it was I've not seen his act. And there
- 28:57Speaker 1: was the Buller where he plays his character called and
- 29:02Speaker 1: he did that the whole journey. It was very funny,
- 29:05Speaker 1: but he was just player, you know, a character. I
- 29:19Speaker 1: think my favorite comedy character now is Alan Bartridge. I've decided.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I've made my decision, and Alan Bardridge is just so funny,
- 29:40Speaker 1: all annoyances, and I guess they haven't followed him for decades,
- 29:52Speaker 1: seeing the way the character's developed.
- 30:01Speaker 10: It's so good.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Now, I don't know how well known Alan Bartridge is
- 30:07Speaker 1: outside of the UK.
- 30:14Speaker 4: And I don't know how I don't know.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I don't know how understandable the character would be, because
- 30:28Speaker 1: it's the character's funny on different levels. It's funny in itself,
- 30:35Speaker 1: but also it's kind of made fun of a lot
- 30:42Speaker 1: of I'm just I suppose the radio DJs that then
- 30:47Speaker 1: went on to TV and did chat shows and stuff
- 30:51Speaker 1: like that. He's got some of those mannerisms, and yeah,
- 31:04Speaker 1: it's such a great character. Pre certain that Steve Coogan,
- 31:16Speaker 1: who is the actor who plays Alan Bartridge, probably gets
- 31:26Speaker 1: completely fed up we're doing that character at times and
- 31:35Speaker 1: wishes that one of his other characters was as popular.
- 31:40Speaker 1: But he's his audience has grown up with him and
- 31:58Speaker 1: he can keep that character. And he was he'd probably
- 32:04Speaker 1: been about sixty now, maybe late fifties. He's older than me,
- 32:12Speaker 1: just probably not by much, maybe five years since he
- 32:19Speaker 1: had let's say sixty, so he might be able to
- 32:23Speaker 1: do that character for another twenty years. And dear, one
- 32:28Speaker 1: of my favorite roles that Steve Kirgan was in was
- 32:35Speaker 1: when he did Laura Lenardi Laura what was it called?
- 32:44Speaker 1: I can't remember the name of the movie. I think
- 32:48Speaker 1: it might just been their first names, Stanham, Lawrence, Oliver,
- 33:00Speaker 1: Stan and Oliver. I think it was, yeah, Stan and
- 33:05Speaker 1: Oliver and Steve Cooking played the skinny one, Laura and
- 33:18Speaker 1: HARDI HARDI was the biggest one on the Laurel Stan Lowers.
- 33:22Speaker 1: He played Stan. He even had his eyes. I mean,
- 33:30Speaker 1: he's always had his eyes, but that was strange because
- 33:36Speaker 1: he had the same eyes. He has the same eyes
- 33:39Speaker 1: as Stan Laurel, which makes me think that he possibly
- 33:53Speaker 1: wanted to play that character, that role plays Stan Laurel
- 34:00Speaker 1: for a long time because he knew he looked like him.
- 34:07Speaker 1: That was a really good movie as well. It's really
- 34:16Speaker 1: just about their relationship, their friendship and you know, kind
- 34:26Speaker 1: of be the last part of their lives together. I
- 34:42Speaker 1: suppose Stan Laurel was a little bit a little bit
- 34:46Speaker 1: like Benny Hill is. His life was about working and
- 34:57Speaker 1: in the same way that Benny Hill used to. He
- 35:03Speaker 1: used to write jokes when he was home, even though
- 35:07Speaker 1: he was on television anymore. The thing is now not
- 35:12Speaker 1: being on television wouldn't have made a difference to him
- 35:16Speaker 1: because he could have just done his own YouTube channel
- 35:19Speaker 1: into his own stuff, and he wouldn't have needed he
- 35:23Speaker 1: wouldn't have been restricted by television. Plus he was wealthy,
- 35:32Speaker 1: and he was popular in America, which makes me wonder
- 35:37Speaker 1: why didn't America give him a TV show. Be he
- 35:51Speaker 1: used to be writing jokes all the time, and I
- 35:58Speaker 1: think and Laurel was the same. I was writing, it's
- 36:07Speaker 1: a bit chilly in here today, A little bit chilly,
- 36:13Speaker 1: might cho that window is open. That's open the window
- 36:16Speaker 1: because it was stuff here with all those books in
- 36:18Speaker 1: a way, which is weird. I wouldn't afford it made
- 36:25Speaker 1: too much difference, but I guess some of the years
- 36:29Speaker 1: getting through even window windows are closed. Yeah, I'm not
- 36:39Speaker 1: sure what to do about those books being there, A
- 36:44Speaker 1: little bit concerned that if one falced theo at fault
- 36:49Speaker 1: and it's a lot of books, like a heavy load
- 36:54Speaker 1: of books, that's probably other so probably doesn't weigh as
- 37:03Speaker 1: much as me, but maybe it does.
- 37:06Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I wouldn't be able to if you condense all
- 37:14Speaker 1: those books into like a compact weight. I'm not sure
- 37:21Speaker 1: what struggle to lift it. I don't know, maybe not,
- 37:33Speaker 1: But then I think some of the books are quite heavy,
- 37:38Speaker 1: and there's I don't know two hundred books, maybe more
- 37:46Speaker 1: so I try to count them one.
- 37:48Speaker 18: Two, three, four or five, six, seven, eight, ninety, un twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixty,
- 37:59Speaker 18: twenty one, twenty twenty, fee, twenty four, twenty five, twenty six,
- 38:02Speaker 18: twenty seven, twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty, thirty one, thirty fine,
- 38:09Speaker 18: thirty six, thirty seventh, thirty eight, eighty ninety, forty, forty one,
- 38:13Speaker 18: forty forty thirty, forty four, forty five.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Forty six, forty seven, forty eight, forty nine, fifty two,
- 38:20Speaker 1: undifty fifty four six sixty one to probably two hundred
- 38:31Speaker 1: and fifty. So I think my plan for today is
- 38:53Speaker 1: just have some breakfast, have a cup of tea then
- 39:17Speaker 1: aimed to Monday's boring objects, and maybe do the laicious
- 39:27Speaker 1: recorded as well later on and outside of that, nothing
- 39:45Speaker 1: on else, really, nothing really going on, so kind, thank
- 40:11Speaker 1: you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself, because
- 40:18Speaker 1: you do deserve to be happy, bitch into it yourself.
- 40:27Speaker 1: You deserve to feel safe, lots of love.
- 40:41Speaker 4: Bye.
- 40:52Speaker 11: Relax in the more deep and meaningful way, maybe in
- 41:07Speaker 11: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 41:13Speaker 11: calmer now and throughout the time we've spend together here,
- 41:25Speaker 11: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 41:30Speaker 11: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 41:37Speaker 11: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 41:52Speaker 11: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 42:12Speaker 11: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 42:26Speaker 11: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 42:35Speaker 11: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 42:48Speaker 11: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 42:53Speaker 11: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 43:04Speaker 11: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 43:09Speaker 11: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 43:22Speaker 11: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 43:27Speaker 11: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 43:32Speaker 11: of was hypnosis, really and I managed to find it
- 43:39Speaker 11: again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 43:45Speaker 11: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me.
- 44:00Speaker 11: I was so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening
- 44:06Speaker 11: to her in the morning and in the evening. And
- 44:19Speaker 11: I knew before even pressing the play button that since
- 44:28Speaker 11: I've done that pressed the play button. This is in
- 44:33Speaker 11: the days of CD players, press the play button. In fact,
- 44:47Speaker 11: it might have even been a tap tape recorder. I'd
- 44:51Speaker 11: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 45:02Speaker 11: listening to her words because I had to memorize. Really,
- 45:17Speaker 11: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 45:28Speaker 11: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 45:50Speaker 11: I remember my mind would slow down.
- 46:01Speaker 10: Now.
- 46:03Speaker 4: Now, I was.
- 46:05Speaker 11: Listening to this recording in the early days of learning hypnosis,
- 46:14Speaker 11: and long before.
- 46:17Speaker 4: I ever made any.
- 46:21Speaker 11: Videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing
- 46:26Speaker 11: that till two thousand and six, I knew. I knew
- 46:40Speaker 11: how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 46:56Speaker 11: to have that trust in the person I'm listening to,
- 47:09Speaker 11: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 47:17Speaker 11: not more so.
- 47:21Speaker 4: Each time you hear.
- 47:22Speaker 11: My voice, you may feel the same. Some people.
- 47:37Speaker 19: Have been listening to me for over a decade.
- 47:50Speaker 11: Maybe not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day,
- 47:55Speaker 11: but maybe people come back. Some people may be listen
- 48:02Speaker 11: every day. There's something that I do which you may
- 48:19Speaker 11: not realize by listening, is when I record these recordings. Now,
- 48:40Speaker 11: for example, I also am affected by the words.
- 48:52Speaker 4: That I say.
- 48:58Speaker 11: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 49:08Speaker 11: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 49:20Speaker 11: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 49:37Speaker 11: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 49:45Speaker 11: each hand, perhaps notice that the air in the room,
- 49:56Speaker 11: the temperature of the room on the.
- 49:59Speaker 4: Back to your hands.
- 50:08Speaker 11: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 50:12Speaker 11: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 50:21Speaker 11: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 50:34Speaker 11: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 50:45Speaker 11: aware of how relaxed my hands.
- 50:55Speaker 4: Are feeling now. And when it comes to.
- 51:16Speaker 11: Potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 51:22Speaker 11: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 51:43Speaker 11: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 52:02Speaker 11: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I
- 52:16Speaker 11: carry on talking and it's suddenly where I listen back
- 52:28Speaker 11: to do the editing, I hear snoring, and I think
- 52:37Speaker 11: I don't remember snoring. I remember talking and snoring as
- 52:48Speaker 11: I pick turned up. That's why I sound like when
- 52:54Speaker 11: I snore, I can read it into the whole experience.
- 53:13Speaker 11: I don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you
- 53:22Speaker 11: feel in your feet? How relaxed you feel in your hands?
- 53:48Speaker 11: I have noticed more and more, But the more relaxed,
- 54:02Speaker 11: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing
- 54:17Speaker 11: becomes soul almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this
- 54:41Speaker 11: allows you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath. However,
- 55:12Speaker 11: being able to notice the ease.
- 55:32Speaker 4: In which.
- 55:40Speaker 11: You breathe so naturally, you breathe so very easy, see
- 56:01Speaker 11: and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving when I've
- 56:48Speaker 11: got my eyes closed, attend to visualize beautiful field with
- 57:08Speaker 11: trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. Feels
- 57:43Speaker 11: nice to if nothing else, just taking some time away
- 58:09Speaker 11: from everything, enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity with a
- 58:53Speaker 11: joyful art. Time seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed,
- 59:50Speaker 11: so deeply pasteful, completely unattached to any thoughts.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: Whatsoever.
- 1:00:30Speaker 11: In this moment, completely free, You'd like.
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: To say that.
- 1:01:24Speaker 9: Your mind.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: Slowed down. Slowed down.
- 1:02:06Speaker 11: Because nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy the
- 1:02:35Speaker 11: physical sensations of allowing the stress to drop out of
- 1:02:47Speaker 11: your body to repair out of every war of your
- 1:03:06Speaker 11: body from being released from your brain. Your mind slowly

- 1:06:26Speaker 11: the feedings in the back of your neck, the feedings
- 1:06:53Speaker 11: in your wrists, muscles in front of your body.
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: Deeply, sets of pace spreads through a very cold.

- 1:12:44Speaker 11: middle of your back, sending and receiving millions of messages
- 1:12:55Speaker 11: every day. Comfort, increase, deplay, relaxed ms, legs, spreading those
- 1:14:27Speaker 11: signals down the spinal cord into every part of your

- 1:25:06Speaker 11: So Louise, not to say in the sense of complete freedom, absolute.

- 1:35:37Speaker 11: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:35:44Speaker 11: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:35:56Speaker 11: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:36:04Speaker 11: you throughout your body, and your mind.
- 1:36:11Speaker 4: Starts to slow down. And that could be almost in.
- 1:36:21Speaker 15: Recognition of.
- 1:36:24Speaker 11: I guess my speech not being particularly fast.
- 1:36:36Speaker 4: And things just generally.
- 1:36:39Speaker 11: Feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 1:36:51Speaker 11: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:37:00Speaker 11: take a break from your life, as it is to
- 1:37:07Speaker 11: give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some
- 1:37:15Speaker 11: time off and to allow your body to relax and
- 1:37:23Speaker 11: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 1:37:34Speaker 11: the tension and it stresses.
- 1:37:37Speaker 9: That you had in your body.
- 1:37:44Speaker 4: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: open up.
- 1:37:51Speaker 11: Allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:38:03Speaker 11: that negativity with positive healing energy, which then fills your
- 1:38:13Speaker 11: body up and your.
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: Mind to.
- 1:38:17Speaker 11: Also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and
- 1:38:36Speaker 11: an almost uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that spreads through
- 1:38:53Speaker 11: your body like a wave of comfort.
- 1:39:03Speaker 4: And all this comes from just.
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: Allowing yourself.
- 1:39:13Speaker 11: A few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:39:18Speaker 11: want it to be, just rest, allow your mind and
- 1:39:31Speaker 11: your body to almost reset itself to the settings of
- 1:39:43Speaker 11: comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more for feeling ms
- 1:40:00Speaker 11: of pleasure and happiness to move around your body and
- 1:40:13Speaker 11: into your mind, almost as if your mind and your
- 1:40:20Speaker 11: body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other with that
- 1:40:32Speaker 11: growing positivity and calmness, And it feels nice, really does
- 1:40:46Speaker 11: feel nice to know that you are the one that
- 1:40:52Speaker 11: has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:41:10Speaker 9: More of this.
- 1:41:12Speaker 11: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:41:29Speaker 11: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:41:35Speaker 11: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:41:52Speaker 11: becomes even more.
- 1:41:56Speaker 4: Calm and comfortable.
- 1:42:00Speaker 11: Just by focusing and as I moved down on your body,
- 1:42:10Speaker 11: starting and your head, the parts that you have already
- 1:42:17Speaker 11: focused on, or continue to relax deeply those parts that
- 1:42:27Speaker 11: have not yet focused on, or just automatically release any
- 1:42:39Speaker 11: remain intention in anticipation of even more comfort about to come.
- 1:42:53Speaker 22: Now.
- 1:42:56Speaker 11: The start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:43:03Speaker 11: of the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like
- 1:43:14Speaker 11: mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel
- 1:43:19Speaker 11: you're more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment.
- 1:43:29Speaker 9: This isn't this.
- 1:43:30Speaker 11: Isn't a sterile environment.
- 1:43:33Speaker 4: This is the world.
- 1:43:38Speaker 11: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:43:44Speaker 11: sounds around.
- 1:43:51Speaker 4: As you focus on your.
- 1:43:52Speaker 11: Forehead, just notice how.
- 1:43:56Speaker 9: It becomes even more relaxed.
- 1:44:00Speaker 4: Listen, you focus only on my voice and that part
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: of your body.
- 1:44:15Speaker 11: Moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:44:25Speaker 11: how your eyelids feel so heavy it has so light
- 1:44:35Speaker 11: at the same time, and all the muscles around your
- 1:44:41Speaker 11: eyes relaxing completely.
- 1:44:50Speaker 4: Moving your focus down to your mouth, the lips, your tongue,
- 1:44:59Speaker 4: your teeth, your comes behore of your mouth, relaxing calm.
- 1:45:12Speaker 4: Lease if you focus.
- 1:45:18Speaker 11: Now on your jawel, just the parts of your journey
- 1:45:26Speaker 11: your mouth, your chin, all the way up the size
- 1:45:32Speaker 11: of your face to your ears, of your jaw leading
- 1:45:46Speaker 11: or relaxed calm, focusing.
- 1:46:05Speaker 4: On your leck, the front of your neck, and your throat,
- 1:46:13Speaker 4: legs in.
- 1:46:16Speaker 11: Loose and calm, the sides of your neck, right and
- 1:46:27Speaker 11: left side of your leg, your.
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: Legs stain, face and calm.
- 1:46:46Speaker 25: Now on the back of your leg, focusing on the
- 1:46:53Speaker 25: back of your leg, letting go with any tension that
- 1:47:04Speaker 25: may be there before, and enjoying that.
- 1:47:12Speaker 9: Sense of increasing.
- 1:47:16Speaker 4: Comfort and release.
- 1:47:21Speaker 26: I think you can experience in the back of your neck,
- 1:47:31Speaker 26: moving down.
- 1:47:33Speaker 4: Your back, moving either side of your spine right from
- 1:47:41Speaker 4: the top of your back.
- 1:47:44Speaker 22: All the way.
- 1:47:45Speaker 11: Down to the bottom of your back, down to your
- 1:47:58Speaker 11: lower back. Him move up and down.
- 1:48:08Speaker 4: The spine.
- 1:48:10Speaker 11: You can feel the muscles give a side of your
- 1:48:14Speaker 11: spine relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax that
- 1:48:31Speaker 11: sense of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine
- 1:48:42Speaker 11: into both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 1:48:50Speaker 11: the middle end you're lower back, and as she's scared
- 1:48:58Speaker 11: gently slowly up and down your backs.
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: The muscles at the top of your back relegs.
- 1:49:10Speaker 11: And become a looser. The muscles in the middle of
- 1:49:18Speaker 11: your back also seemed to just almost divide from each other,
- 1:49:26Speaker 11: separating and almost melting, and in your lower back seems
- 1:49:43Speaker 11: to be an extra special feeling.
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: Of comfort.
- 1:49:55Speaker 11: The spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 1:50:02Speaker 11: into your hips, into the area where your cosicks are,
- 1:50:13Speaker 11: and into your buttocks. The wise muscles dont spread.
- 1:50:22Speaker 9: Bring your lower back.
- 1:50:26Speaker 4: Into your hip.
- 1:50:27Speaker 11: Area, start to melt, start to reading lecho the you
- 1:50:47Speaker 11: know where about. Focus on your shoulders, back your spy,
- 1:50:56Speaker 11: continue to tenue to relax.
- 1:51:09Speaker 22: So coldly.
- 1:51:17Speaker 11: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're already.
- 1:51:26Speaker 4: Feeding ready this They're already cold.
- 1:51:53Speaker 11: I feel those muscles.
- 1:52:02Speaker 4: The move from your neck into your shoulders feels so soft.
- 1:52:18Speaker 11: And gentle, so soon.
- 1:52:30Speaker 1: And calm.
- 1:52:43Speaker 4: The feeling your shoulders.
- 1:52:52Speaker 11: Since the spread deep into your shoulders, and since relaxation
- 1:53:02Speaker 11: not just traveling deeply into your muscles, also relaxing the
- 1:53:16Speaker 11: butterless and move you own a way to underneath your arms,
- 1:53:29Speaker 11: relaxing the whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 1:53:36Speaker 11: and underneath your arms.
- 1:53:42Speaker 4: Hea.
- 1:53:42Speaker 22: Then you just so.
- 1:53:50Speaker 11: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sense that's.
- 1:54:04Speaker 4: Deep healing message into your arms. You may feel almoss
- 1:54:26Speaker 4: to s if your arms are not even that because
- 1:54:31Speaker 4: the sun.
- 1:54:33Speaker 16: Relaxed so deeply relaxed, sl.
- 1:55:14Speaker 11: The fins spreading oh way down your arms to our
- 1:55:33Speaker 11: eyes in clay.

- 1:57:30Speaker 27: As peace any sense, it just seems to feel spread
- 1:58:31Speaker 27: hands last demiss fas teach.

- 2:07:04Speaker 22: Pays for.
- 2:07:20Speaker 4: Relaxation, the spread chest ston. Let's take go everything.
- 2:07:56Speaker 11: So let's start counting down now from twenty down to one.
- 2:08:08Speaker 11: You can imagine in a way it's like just walking
- 2:08:12Speaker 11: down some steps and each step or twenty steps, and
- 2:08:18Speaker 11: each step represents a level of comfort, each step represents.
- 2:08:31Speaker 9: A deepening.
- 2:08:33Speaker 11: Of that comfort, and the furthes you walk down those steps.
- 2:08:45Speaker 4: That deeper rags.
- 2:08:48Speaker 9: Do you feel.
- 2:08:56Speaker 4: So, starting with number twenty ninety eight.
- 2:10:43Speaker 11: Seven sixtyhhhhhhhh fiftree four.
- 2:14:30Speaker 29: T too wellhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
- 2:19:55Speaker 10: Eight SISSII.
- 2:23:48Speaker 30: Five us.
- 2:24:34Speaker 9: U the.
- 2:25:03Speaker 31: US US, you focus on your wives.
- 2:29:52Speaker 11: A countdown from taking down to one, focusing just on
- 2:30:04Speaker 11: your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your
- 2:30:15Speaker 11: eye wolves themselves, the whole area.
- 2:30:23Speaker 4: That makes up your eye. As we kilt down with
- 2:30:37Speaker 4: ten down to one, whilst to focus in on your eyes,
- 2:30:51Speaker 4: you become.
- 2:30:55Speaker 11: Twice is relaxed number counting down.
- 2:31:06Speaker 4: That you may find the way you want to do
- 2:31:14Speaker 4: is just.
- 2:31:17Speaker 11: Drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:31:27Speaker 11: then just allow yourself to do that. Now focusing on your.
- 2:31:40Speaker 4: Eyes and to begin counting down ten down to one.
- 2:31:53Speaker 9: Right now.
- 2:32:28Speaker 11: Nine eight.
- 2:33:57Speaker 23: Seven USUS.
- 2:35:39Speaker 32: The fiveshhree.
- 2:40:15Speaker 17: Exclusions.
- 2:41:06Speaker 9: So count down ten to one.
- 2:41:18Speaker 4: Ten nine eight seven, six, five four three two one.
- 2:41:50Speaker 4: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:41:52Speaker 4: to relax.
- 2:41:54Speaker 11: Maybe it's a too fast for you to notice the
- 2:42:00Speaker 11: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 2:42:07Speaker 11: pressure there, Like you'll count it down from ten to one,
- 2:42:11Speaker 11: would you expect me to do man, expect me to
- 2:42:15Speaker 11: just to go floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:42:24Speaker 4: If you try again, but this time, I'll go this slower.
- 2:42:30Speaker 11: This time, then you focus on the whole of your
- 2:42:35Speaker 11: body before we focus on the legs.
- 2:42:41Speaker 24: Just notice.
- 2:42:44Speaker 11: How your body does start to feel more relaxed with
- 2:42:58Speaker 11: every number I count down ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, one.
- 2:44:44Speaker 4: I just notice how.
- 2:44:48Speaker 11: How you feel, generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 2:44:58Speaker 11: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 2:45:09Speaker 11: that space.
- 2:45:11Speaker 10: Do you have that.
- 2:45:15Speaker 11: Space between being active physically or mentally, just.
- 2:45:36Speaker 4: Sitting lying down, just being there, not doing.
- 2:45:41Speaker 11: Anything, not saying anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 2:45:48Speaker 33: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 2:45:52Speaker 33: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 2:46:03Speaker 33: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:46:10Speaker 33: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 2:46:22Speaker 4: It's a nice feeling, and it moves.
- 2:46:32Speaker 11: Those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves.
- 2:46:41Speaker 9: Away.
- 2:46:48Speaker 4: Allows you.
- 2:46:52Speaker 10: To just.
- 2:46:55Speaker 30: Slow down.
- 2:47:00Speaker 11: So I'm going to count the game from ten down
- 2:47:02Speaker 11: to one, and notice that gap widening.
- 2:47:09Speaker 22: The gap.
- 2:47:12Speaker 11: And they said widens it's almost light that the stress
- 2:47:16Speaker 11: and attention falls.
- 2:47:18Speaker 4: Into the gap, gives you that distance, that space. Now
- 2:47:44Speaker 4: ten nine eight, seven, six, five four three. Then how
- 2:49:46Speaker 4: did you.
- 2:49:49Speaker 12: What you fe.
- 2:50:05Speaker 4: Can you notice that? Do you feel a calm? Then
- 2:50:17Speaker 4: you feel.
- 2:50:20Speaker 9: Relaxed?
- 2:50:44Speaker 11: Al focus on legs, just two legs. You're just gonna
- 2:51:05Speaker 11: start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 2:51:25Speaker 11: the most exciting thing to be done, because.
- 2:51:32Speaker 4: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 2:51:35Speaker 4: lot going on right now.
- 2:51:46Speaker 11: Just focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops
- 2:51:52Speaker 11: of your thighs, the sides of your fighs, the bottoms
- 2:51:58Speaker 11: are your thighs, outer thighs, inner thighs. Basically the whole
- 2:52:06Speaker 11: of your thigh that leads into your hip and it
- 2:52:13Speaker 11: goes down to your.
- 2:52:18Speaker 4: Knee joint. And this is a big area. It's a
- 2:52:30Speaker 4: very heavy area.
- 2:52:31Speaker 11: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body.
- 2:52:38Speaker 4: Or in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps
- 2:52:54Speaker 4: give her attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't they.
- 2:53:06Speaker 11: Acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives, how
- 2:53:27Speaker 11: much they actually do for us.
- 2:53:35Speaker 4: All through our lives and mayhap may seem sound really weird.
- 2:53:49Speaker 9: I think that all her body.
- 2:53:50Speaker 11: Parts, especially our thighs, needs TLC a bit of love shown,
- 2:54:03Speaker 11: a bit of acknowledgement, thank you gratitude for what an
- 2:54:21Speaker 11: thighs do for us.
- 2:54:29Speaker 4: I know this may sound as strange.
- 2:54:34Speaker 11: Maybe you think, why am I shure? How should be
- 2:54:37Speaker 11: out in the garden hugging a tree or something.
- 2:54:46Speaker 4: It's hard to set. I can find up on a tree.
- 2:54:50Speaker 9: That's why I'm doing this, sidoors I was, I wouldn't.
- 2:54:52Speaker 4: Be outside working a tree.
- 2:54:54Speaker 11: I can't see the television for the tree. You move
- 2:55:04Speaker 11: down to your knees, you gain such an important part, And.
- 2:55:13Speaker 4: I think we don't necessarily.
- 2:55:16Speaker 11: I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate all
- 2:55:24Speaker 11: that one needs to do for me until I have
- 2:55:29Speaker 11: a problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever, maybe
- 2:55:34Speaker 11: i'll bash it. It's aching for some reason. It's then
- 2:55:41Speaker 11: that I realize how much it does. You know, the
- 2:55:46Speaker 11: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 2:55:54Speaker 11: kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:55:58Speaker 4: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:56:01Speaker 11: That's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed. You know
- 2:56:09Speaker 11: that's comfort, But as you focus on your knees. Regardless
- 2:56:18Speaker 11: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:56:24Speaker 11: of gratitude and love to your needs and all they
- 2:56:30Speaker 11: do for you. You can still have that attention on
- 2:56:43Speaker 11: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe notice
- 2:56:51Speaker 11: that name relaxing more deeply as you focus now on
- 2:57:10Speaker 11: the bottoms of your legs, your ships, your calf muscles,
- 2:57:15Speaker 11: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporates and
- 2:57:23Speaker 11: course of ancles.
- 2:57:27Speaker 28: So important.
- 2:57:33Speaker 4: Can anyone that's had even then, like the slightest spray of.
- 2:57:38Speaker 11: An ankle, knows how how much should we take our
- 2:57:45Speaker 11: ankles for granted?
- 2:57:52Speaker 4: And it's kind of strange in a way where you
- 2:57:54Speaker 4: think that, you know, logically.
- 2:57:59Speaker 11: Our wrists a lot of thigner than the rest of
- 2:58:02Speaker 11: our arms, which is okay, it doesn't I can't see
- 2:58:07Speaker 11: any problem with that because we're just.
- 2:58:09Speaker 4: Picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner than
- 2:58:17Speaker 4: the rest of our legs, and from.
- 2:58:25Speaker 11: A physics perspective or logical.
- 2:58:28Speaker 9: Even it doesn't really make sense that all this.
- 2:58:32Speaker 11: Weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading
- 2:58:41Speaker 11: to your feet, a thin area, thin bone.
- 2:58:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it does so much great work.
- 2:58:58Speaker 9: Supports us, supports.
- 2:58:59Speaker 11: Out God for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps.
- 2:59:11Speaker 10: You to.
- 2:59:15Speaker 4: Get her around, to be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 2:59:25Speaker 11: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 2:59:32Speaker 11: point in calf muscles.
- 2:59:34Speaker 4: Didn't seem to do anything.
- 2:59:37Speaker 11: Okay, if I walked around tiptoes and my calf muscles
- 2:59:42Speaker 11: get some work.
- 2:59:44Speaker 34: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 2:59:47Speaker 34: being used whenever we use the legs. Then your shins
- 3:00:00Speaker 34: there to protect.
- 3:00:03Speaker 4: Your love.
- 3:00:03Speaker 11: Legs shaped in a way almost as a protector for
- 3:00:13Speaker 11: the bone, leading of course to your ankles.
- 3:00:27Speaker 4: And your feet.
- 3:00:33Speaker 11: I'm not going to focus on your feet. I'm just
- 3:00:35Speaker 11: going to focus on the legs. I realize, now i've
- 3:00:42Speaker 11: mentioned your feet, you'll probably focus on them anyway, So
- 3:00:47Speaker 11: maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 3:00:53Speaker 4: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 3:00:57Speaker 4: you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:01:01Speaker 11: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs for
- 3:01:05Speaker 11: a few minutes, we're focusing on your ankles, there's still
- 3:01:16Speaker 11: that sensation of comfort in your thighs. There's that movement.
- 3:01:34Speaker 9: Of energy.
- 3:01:37Speaker 11: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:01:44Speaker 11: there's the muscles and the big strong muscles that we.
- 3:01:49Speaker 4: Have in our thighs. But the skin.
- 3:02:01Speaker 11: On the outside of the thighs, as in the outside
- 3:02:06Speaker 11: of all of our body, it can be very sensitive,
- 3:02:14Speaker 11: sensitive to at touch, sensitive to temperature. An inside you thighs,
- 3:02:31Speaker 11: the bones, there's the muscle.
- 3:02:34Speaker 9: Is the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to all.
- 3:02:38Speaker 11: This stuff inside of thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice.
- 3:02:48Speaker 9: If you can actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 3:02:53Speaker 9: and message, so you can message on the outside.
- 3:02:58Speaker 11: Of the course, to be able to get deep into
- 3:03:02Speaker 11: the muscles, to be able to just massage inside your thighs.
- 3:03:08Speaker 11: Message in the bones, if you like massaging veins, just
- 3:03:18Speaker 11: gently heathen thighs. You can move down, message inside your knees,
- 3:03:33Speaker 11: just a message in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading
- 3:03:40Speaker 11: the healing energy deep into the joints.
- 3:03:45Speaker 4: Your knees. Of course, the.
- 3:03:52Speaker 21: Back you.
- 3:03:55Speaker 11: Need, the inside crease we need is it's a very
- 3:04:01Speaker 11: sensitive area. Very it feels really nice when it struck in.
- 3:04:09Speaker 11: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:04:12Speaker 11: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part a crease.
- 3:04:22Speaker 4: Less, almost.
- 3:04:25Speaker 22: Like a part that.
- 3:04:28Speaker 9: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of
- 3:04:39Speaker 9: course it's protected by legs.
- 3:04:49Speaker 11: Legend put in your fingers into increase legs, fold between
- 3:05:01Speaker 11: your legs. You can just message with your fingertips. Your
- 3:05:06Speaker 11: fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You can
- 3:05:18Speaker 11: cause fielder bones of your face heating through your fingertips,
- 3:05:32Speaker 11: and then a should go down to your calf muscles,
- 3:05:38Speaker 11: and that's the part I'd like to be able to
- 3:05:40Speaker 11: really put my fingertips step inside the calf muscles, massage.
- 3:05:48Speaker 9: In every single tissue, the muscle heating every part.
- 3:06:03Speaker 4: They do the same for my shields.
- 3:06:08Speaker 11: Massage gently stroking the bones, gently stroking, the hearing and
- 3:06:17Speaker 11: loving way, because they deserve to be treated.
- 3:06:24Speaker 4: There's the precious bones.
- 3:06:25Speaker 22: That they are.
- 3:06:27Speaker 11: Their legs are so precious that they all we are
- 3:06:31Speaker 11: parts of our body, the more precious of any jure.
- 3:06:39Speaker 4: Planet. When you start to think about the legs in
- 3:06:56Speaker 4: this way, you can change perspective.
- 3:07:06Speaker 11: In my sound, it's silly to start with the idea
- 3:07:14Speaker 11: of having love your legs, show an appreciation with your thighs,
- 3:07:25Speaker 11: wanting to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:07:32Speaker 11: massage the muscles and the bones. When you get your
- 3:07:38Speaker 11: fingers deep in there, releasing tension.
- 3:07:46Speaker 4: Just to show how much you care about your legs,
- 3:07:56Speaker 4: what you care for, what your legs do you regularly,
- 3:08:04Speaker 4: your needs.
- 3:08:05Speaker 11: Your cards, your ankles, the strength of your ankles consideringly,
- 3:08:18Speaker 11: how thin they are compared to the rest of your legs,
- 3:08:23Speaker 11: especially thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:08:39Speaker 4: Ankles are truly a gift because of what they do.
- 3:08:49Speaker 4: You supporting all our weight.
- 3:08:59Speaker 11: We got to say how what weight you are even
- 3:09:03Speaker 11: if you ate stony, still would have a long weight
- 3:09:09Speaker 11: for these little angles.
- 3:09:14Speaker 4: How a lot heavier the main step double dome.
- 3:09:22Speaker 9: Yet my course.
- 3:09:24Speaker 4: Support my body all the time.
- 3:09:30Speaker 11: Whether they do, give off a sigh of relief to
- 3:09:34Speaker 11: sit down, as if my whole necks, though my feet
- 3:09:44Speaker 11: feel sick, my toes clapp.
- 3:09:59Speaker 22: Hmm.
- 3:10:09Speaker 4: Your legs really are amazing.
- 3:10:17Speaker 9: Can I know?
- 3:10:18Speaker 4: Been talking about Talking about your legs is probably.
- 3:10:24Speaker 11: Possibly my most most boring things you've ever heard anyone say, possibly.
- 3:10:34Speaker 4: Boring on on.
- 3:10:36Speaker 11: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 3:10:52Speaker 11: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax.
- 3:11:04Speaker 4: Deeply. They deserve to take some time out of the day.
- 3:11:17Speaker 35: To just leg completely. Legs really can relax.
- 3:11:54Speaker 11: Because the legs are so such a plot, you know,
- 3:11:58Speaker 11: very important art of your body. When your relax makes
- 3:12:04Speaker 11: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:12:15Speaker 11: journey of comfort, like feeling my hips. My hips feel
- 3:12:29Speaker 11: really nice, and also.
- 3:12:34Speaker 4: My night back as well.
- 3:12:37Speaker 11: Mynepack really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just
- 3:12:43Speaker 11: sitting in a chair and there's no stretching.
- 3:12:49Speaker 9: As far as a way that I'm doing, as almost
- 3:12:52Speaker 9: as if the muscles just relax so much that there is.
- 3:12:56Speaker 11: A natural stretch. The attention has reduced about an thou
- 3:13:22Speaker 11: countdown ten downs one.
- 3:13:29Speaker 4: You can continue to film waitfully last ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:13:58Speaker 22: Five, four.
- 3:14:07Speaker 4: Three one. Relax because I'm just going to count down
- 3:14:33Speaker 4: five down to one. And as a countdown, and just
- 3:14:38Speaker 4: focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and
- 3:14:47Speaker 4: notice how you feel in this moment as you hear
- 3:14:56Speaker 4: the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers.
- 3:15:03Speaker 11: Counting down represent you feeling.
- 3:15:10Speaker 4: Calmer, not just in your body, but also relaxing the mind.
- 3:15:20Speaker 4: Just notice how you feel. There's nothing to do. There's
- 3:15:26Speaker 4: nothing to say, there's nothing to think about. Starting with
- 3:15:35Speaker 4: number five four three.
- 3:16:05Speaker 10: To one.
- 3:16:21Speaker 4: As you notice the gradual letting go.
- 3:16:33Speaker 11: The tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:16:40Speaker 11: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:16:48Speaker 11: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:16:59Speaker 4: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:17:04Speaker 11: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:17:12Speaker 11: and a more micro relaxes the more your body relaxes.
- 3:17:15Speaker 11: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:17:27Speaker 11: calmness that comes from.
- 3:17:31Speaker 1: Relative quietness.
- 3:17:34Speaker 11: You know, even if this background sounds, even your side online.
- 3:17:41Speaker 4: Is still going to be quite calm.
- 3:17:47Speaker 11: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:17:50Speaker 11: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recorded
- 3:17:54Speaker 11: with music. Of course, you are very likely not going
- 3:18:02Speaker 11: to be sitting in a room about people. Of course,
- 3:18:05Speaker 11: you might people. Generally, it's more idea if you can
- 3:18:10Speaker 11: do this on your own, so no distractions, and when
- 3:18:21Speaker 11: you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. The sense
- 3:18:36Speaker 11: of comfort starts to grow, and without trying to build
- 3:18:47Speaker 11: it up into something fantastical, something magical. This is just
- 3:18:58Speaker 11: a natural proofs something that's easy to accomplish. In fact,
- 3:19:11Speaker 11: it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing completely happens
- 3:19:18Speaker 11: really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:19:22Speaker 4: It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:19:27Speaker 11: It's something that happens naturally. A part of the process
- 3:19:37Speaker 11: of this recording and others is simply.
- 3:19:46Speaker 4: Two allow you.
- 3:19:51Speaker 11: To take advantage of this space.
- 3:19:57Speaker 22: This time, just.
- 3:20:06Speaker 4: Let go, to just be here, to be in tune
- 3:20:17Speaker 4: with how you feel, yet with the intention.
- 3:20:28Speaker 11: Of wanting to relax deeply that maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:20:41Speaker 11: depending on what it is the wish for yourself.
- 3:20:48Speaker 4: In this moment.
- 3:20:56Speaker 11: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process.
- 3:21:05Speaker 1: Of fallen asleep.
- 3:21:07Speaker 11: The actually fall the sleep part is the tiny bit
- 3:21:11Speaker 11: at the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the easier.
- 3:21:26Speaker 4: You find.
- 3:21:28Speaker 11: Yourself drifting. You can also if you choose stay focused
- 3:21:46Speaker 11: on my voice.
- 3:21:48Speaker 9: And then really joy.
- 3:21:57Speaker 4: The process congradually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly
- 3:22:33Speaker 4: and just.
- 3:22:35Speaker 11: Observing the sensation.
- 3:22:46Speaker 4: Of letting go.
- 3:22:54Speaker 11: Completely. This time, make count from six down to one.
- 3:23:10Speaker 11: You can notice, don't mind calming down.
- 3:23:19Speaker 4: At each number. You hear me saying, actually feeling calm, slow.
- 3:23:38Speaker 11: To beful, six five, being aware how you might slide it,
- 3:26:41Speaker 11: write down, sinking deeply into relaxation.
- 3:27:07Speaker 4: As you focus on your why, may notice that there
- 3:27:16Speaker 4: are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that
- 3:27:26Speaker 4: for some reason perhaps need your attention. We can do
- 3:27:46Speaker 4: send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:27:58Speaker 9: With love.
- 3:28:00Speaker 11: Ador petals for a flower. Just sprink over petals, feel
- 3:28:06Speaker 11: good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts o
- 3:28:14Speaker 11: the band in a number, you just need them, You
- 3:28:22Speaker 11: require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down,
- 3:28:37Speaker 11: are now so as you focus on those remaining thoughts
- 3:28:50Speaker 11: as we count down this time from seven down to one.
- 3:28:56Speaker 11: With each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude.
- 3:29:16Speaker 4: Both of those thoughts which would allow them to just.
- 3:29:25Speaker 9: Not away.
- 3:29:27Speaker 11: Relax deeply. With every number, those thoughts will become more.
- 3:29:46Speaker 4: Relaxed. Starting with number seven.
- 3:30:17Speaker 9: Six.
- 3:32:24Speaker 24: Let you.
- 3:32:29Speaker 4: That is how.
- 3:32:31Speaker 11: Relaxed your feeling in your body? We got to focus.
- 3:32:55Speaker 4: On my hands.
- 3:33:02Speaker 11: If it's not overlike story hands on more like strong body.
- 3:33:10Speaker 3: And my doge.
- 3:33:26Speaker 4: Yes, you focus on my hands, your fingers.
- 3:33:38Speaker 11: Nothing needed to be done with my clenching the fists
- 3:33:43Speaker 11: of that and the fingers at them.
- 3:33:54Speaker 4: It's just noticing and focusing your hands. Let to see

- 3:37:14Speaker 4: With each number, writing down.
- 3:37:26Speaker 22: I hate down to.
- 3:37:33Speaker 4: To drift in.
- 3:37:37Speaker 9: Drifting again, spot.
