- 1:08Speaker 4: He's now the fastest Austrailian to ever run one hundred
- 1:11Speaker 4: meters ever ever.
- 1:13Speaker 6: So he did it in nine point five seconds.
- 1:16Speaker 5: How long did it.
- 1:17Speaker 6: Take you the other day?
- 1:19Speaker 5: All I know is that it took him longer than

- 1:23Speaker 1: Oh yeah, We have a video of that on Kidden.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Have you running like a bin Chicken? Yeah?
- 1:28Speaker 4: So you saying bold is nine point five eight seconds,
- 1:33Speaker 4: so not far off. But I heard Joanna Griggs actually
- 1:37Speaker 4: calling Lachlan Kennedy the world's fastest white man.
- 1:42Speaker 6: So I don't know.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Hang on, so is he broken a record for that?
- 1:48Speaker 6: I don't think it's in the Guinness Book records.
- 1:50Speaker 5: But yeah, no, do you find him hot?
- 1:54Speaker 1: Brooklyn?
- 1:56Speaker 6: He's good looking?
- 1:57Speaker 4: Yeah, but I mean pretty much everyone at the Commonwealth
- 2:00Speaker 4: Games is good looking, aren't the athletic?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Right?
- 2:04Speaker 5: It's a bit sexy.
- 2:05Speaker 1: You do end up with that runner's face though, where
- 2:07Speaker 1: you look all gaunt. I mean, have you not heard
- 2:10Speaker 1: about it?
- 2:11Speaker 5: No?
- 2:11Speaker 1: As you get older, he's younger, right, so he's still
- 2:14Speaker 1: got that like what do you call it?
- 2:16Speaker 5: Collagen?
- 2:17Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 2:19Speaker 5: Yeah, haven't you seen old runners?
- 2:22Speaker 4: To you trying to bring down anyone anathletic?
- 2:25Speaker 1: Well, you know I've been brought down a bit on
- 2:27Speaker 1: this show, and I've got a bit of support.
- 2:29Speaker 5: Oh yeah, who from your mum?
- 2:32Speaker 1: She doesn't listen?
- 2:33Speaker 5: Okay, I think yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 1: When I first came over to help out here on
- 2:39Speaker 1: kiss that you did for a bit, I know they've stopped. Yeah,
- 2:43Speaker 1: back to two.
- 2:44Speaker 5: GB or my dad.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Yeah, but but but, but but but I've got a
- 2:49Speaker 1: message here, a d M from my Instagram that I
- 2:52Speaker 1: need to read out. I think, okay, he said, mate,
- 2:55Speaker 1: I just want a message because I can't get through
- 2:57Speaker 1: to the phones on Kiss for some thirteen one oh
- 3:01Speaker 1: sixty five. You can call anytime it does get busy,
- 3:03Speaker 1: though anyway, you couldn't get through, he said, Can you
- 3:06Speaker 1: tell the girls they're being incredibly disrespectful and pathetic about
- 3:11Speaker 1: the flowers? Now to bring up.
- 3:13Speaker 5: Oh no, we weren't well.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I bought my girlfriend flowers finally, and the girls gave
- 3:17Speaker 1: me crap sound they were half dead and you only
- 3:19Speaker 1: bought a four or whatever it was. Remember that, Amy, Yeah.
- 3:22Speaker 5: Yeah, I do remember it. Your poor girlfriend probably remembers it.
- 3:25Speaker 1: And she loved them. And you said, you you went
- 3:27Speaker 1: out of your way to buy your missus flowers and
- 3:29Speaker 1: there's nothing and that's nothing but a green flag. It
- 3:32Speaker 1: shows you care, you appreciate her, and that it's the
- 3:36Speaker 1: thought that counts more than anything. Blokes get slammed for
- 3:39Speaker 1: not making an effort, then when one actually does, they
- 3:43Speaker 1: still cop it makes no sense. True Violin those miserable
- 3:49Speaker 1: fat hose got a big willie Jeremiah, miserable.
- 3:56Speaker 8: Fat can you have if you change my contact to
- 3:59Speaker 8: miserble fat.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Neither of you were fat, and.
- 4:04Speaker 8: I also stand by everything. I felt absolutely same, But no,
- 4:09Speaker 8: thanks to that guy.
- 4:10Speaker 5: Also, he should have called in. We could have had
- 4:12Speaker 5: a chan.
- 4:13Speaker 1: He was trying I reckon, I reckon. One of the
- 4:14Speaker 1: girls was like, no, I can't take.
- 4:17Speaker 6: He's on the bed.
- 4:18Speaker 5: We will take every care and challenge him.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yeah, not really nice.
- 4:23Speaker 8: That would have been a really nice supportive message had
- 4:26Speaker 8: he not gone to the gutter and.
- 4:27Speaker 5: Just insulted us.
- 4:30Speaker 6: Before.
- 4:31Speaker 4: We were chatting before the show about news and stuff,
- 4:35Speaker 4: and I was like, there's not too much going on today,
- 4:37Speaker 4: and you said, oh, what about the pyramid they found
- 4:40Speaker 4: in Antarctica.
- 4:43Speaker 8: I'm going to play my husband for this because I
- 4:45Speaker 8: was like really excited that I could bring like a
- 4:48Speaker 8: newsworthy story.
- 4:49Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 4:50Speaker 4: Yeah, Well I looked at what you showed me and
- 4:52Speaker 4: I'm like, that that's ai, you know what is that?
- 4:55Speaker 4: But I came back in the news room and googled
- 4:57Speaker 4: it and there is so sort of mountain that looks
- 5:01Speaker 4: a bit like a pyramid there, which but I don't
- 5:04Speaker 4: think it's newly discovered, but maybe it is that so
- 5:08Speaker 4: I think maybe it wasn't fake.
- 5:09Speaker 8: Ith My husband showed me last night and he was like,
- 5:14Speaker 8: the aliens are coming. And the video or the photo
- 5:18Speaker 8: that he showed me of it literally looks like an
- 5:21Speaker 8: alien headquarter.
- 5:22Speaker 5: So I was like, it's happening. That guy that went to.
- 5:25Speaker 8: The future who said the aliens will be with all
- 5:28Speaker 8: amongst us nine, I'm looking about, you know, the guy
- 5:33Speaker 8: We did a story on him, Archie arch On.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Also a few who claim their time traveling time travelers.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Yeah right, okay, but you said it as if it
- 5:41Speaker 1: happened he went to the future.
- 5:43Speaker 8: Well there was a movie about it also, the Terminator
- 5:47Speaker 8: that is our future.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Yeah right, all right, I reckon. Let's keep you away
- 5:53Speaker 1: from the news. All right, there's thousands of dollars to
- 5:55Speaker 1: be one. Today, we've got the pop queers you can play.
- 5:57Speaker 1: At seven and eight, one of our listeners is going
- 6:00Speaker 1: to call the girl he used to sleep with and

- 6:08Speaker 1: do this because it's fun. Yeah, dr kiss. I can
- 6:14Speaker 1: see he's here, so he'll do your medical questions coming

- 6:20Speaker 1: mum's group chat again. Amy, you're going to bring us that.
- 6:24Speaker 8: And I and I've realized, me and Nat and a
- 6:27Speaker 8: few others here we may have been giving you a
- 6:29Speaker 8: bit of a hard time. Not that you can't handle it,
- 6:32Speaker 8: but maybe you've been the butt of our jokes for
- 6:36Speaker 8: a couple of days here. So we're going to do
- 6:37Speaker 8: something special for you today. There's a little surprise coming to.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Take my peasable fat Hose if some good the.

- 8:13Speaker 8: Yeah I did.
- 8:14Speaker 7: Wow.
- 8:15Speaker 5: Oh point in my life I literally looked like I
- 8:17Speaker 5: was Greek. Yeah, it was so dark.

- 9:13Speaker 1: Was it you or your male? Yeah?
- 9:15Speaker 7: So one of the mates, she's like covered himself in
- 9:18Speaker 7: a bottle of like gel hand sanitizer, and then we
- 9:21Speaker 7: lit him on fire with a lighter and then he
- 9:24Speaker 7: jumped into the kimb of blowhole a blowhole?

- 9:41Speaker 5: If this swell is really wild, you know it comes.
- 9:45Speaker 1: To kill you. Yeah.
- 9:47Speaker 8: So do you get no burns to his body?
- 9:51Speaker 7: Then like burns off pretty quick and then once you
- 9:53Speaker 7: once you hit the water, he sort of obviously put.
- 9:55Speaker 8: It out, so you could have used that in the
- 9:57Speaker 8: selarium maybe No, I used the heat, so I just
- 10:01Speaker 8: smelt like burning flesh for half a decade. I know,
- 10:07Speaker 8: I know, I felt invincible at the time, and I
- 10:10Speaker 8: thoroughly enjoyed being tenned.
- 10:12Speaker 1: All right, five fire in the hole and so much good.

- 10:41Speaker 11: Yes, I do.
- 10:41Speaker 10: I love I'm such an animal lover, which is two
- 10:45Speaker 10: rescue cats and a couple of rescue dogs.
- 10:48Speaker 8: Well, I've got a girlfriend like this and she literally
- 10:51Speaker 8: collects stray animals off the street.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Angle.
- 10:56Speaker 8: No, she's got a husband and it's it's this ongoing thing.
- 10:59Speaker 8: He always knew that she loved animals, and so he's
- 11:02Speaker 8: kind of just.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Had to put up with it.
- 11:04Speaker 8: But sometimes she'll have like six cats, four dogs, a bird,
- 11:08Speaker 8: a possum that she's.
- 11:09Speaker 5: Like caring for in her yard.
- 11:12Speaker 8: No, she's amazing. So, Lars, you drive a Kia Picanto.

- 11:33Speaker 10: No, not bit old in the tooth. Now, I don't
- 11:36Speaker 10: have no interest in us getting married. Yeah, I'm not
- 11:39Speaker 10: embarrassed to get up there in front of people.
- 11:42Speaker 5: Too embarrassed.
- 11:44Speaker 10: Oh yeah, can I Yeah?
- 11:46Speaker 5: Well, you know what marriage is like. It's not the
- 11:48Speaker 5: be all and end all.
- 11:49Speaker 8: If you're living together and you're in a happily committed relationship,
- 11:52Speaker 8: who cares for the exactly you.
- 11:54Speaker 10: Don't need a bit of paper. Yeah, I love him deally,
- 11:56Speaker 10: he's a good man.

- 12:12Speaker 10: after Turbo B from Snap. And every morning he wakes
- 12:17Speaker 10: my mom up screaming bloody murder. And went on home.
- 12:23Speaker 10: I could hear him, like, what's that anyway? He just
- 12:26Speaker 10: wakes her up five o'clock on the door every morning,
- 12:29Speaker 10: just for a feed, and he jumps on her chest
- 12:31Speaker 10: and he won't get off her chest until she gets up,
- 12:36Speaker 10: has to get up and feed him.
- 12:37Speaker 13: Oh my god, he's a ginger cat.
- 12:39Speaker 14: He's a lovely sweet boy.
- 12:42Speaker 8: He sounds like my youngest when he was a toddler.
- 12:46Speaker 8: He would just like he would try and wake me
- 12:48Speaker 8: up every morning at five am, and he just starts
- 12:51Speaker 8: pushing and then by the end of it, he would
- 12:53Speaker 8: just start lobbing books at me in bed until I
- 12:56Speaker 8: get up, and I'll be like, all right, oh get
- 12:58Speaker 8: up and make you weep.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Yeah.

- 17:04Speaker 6: hate my generation, but.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I don't really drink much, you know that, right, No, it's.
- 17:08Speaker 4: Definitely a bit softer than Well, maybe we shouldn't have
- 17:11Speaker 4: drunk so much as millennials.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Well, there's in you must have drink that they're doing
- 17:16Speaker 1: on a night out. We'll tell you what it is
- 17:18Speaker 1: coming up next. You're on Kiss Mikey Brooklyn Amy Dride
- 17:21Speaker 1: nineteen past six.
- 17:23Speaker 8: Now all right, you know we were just saying gen
- 17:28Speaker 8: Z's are boring.
- 17:28Speaker 1: They don't drink as much. Go out at like five
- 17:31Speaker 1: am on a Saturday in any coastal area, you're out
- 17:35Speaker 1: out walking.
- 17:36Speaker 5: And they're out journaling with the sunrise.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I see a lot of journaling.
- 17:40Speaker 5: They love a journal.
- 17:42Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Do you keep the journal or diary?
- 17:45Speaker 5: Are you see? When I was twelve? Yeah, yeah, diary
- 17:48Speaker 5: at school likes me literally, do you still have them?
- 17:51Speaker 5: I don't. My house burnt down?
- 17:53Speaker 6: I did it?
- 17:54Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 17:55Speaker 6: No, why yeah, bloody hell? Your family like original family house.
- 18:00Speaker 8: Yeah, the house that I'm living in now got well, sorry,
- 18:04Speaker 8: the block that I'm living on now got burnt down
- 18:07Speaker 8: in the ninety four bush fires. And then my parents
- 18:10Speaker 8: rebuilt on the same block of land, beautiful outlook.
- 18:13Speaker 5: All on the bush well, hence the fire. Yeah, hence
- 18:15Speaker 5: the fire. Yeah. And then I bought that house and
- 18:17Speaker 5: I renovated it.
- 18:19Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, so you're in the same spot where you
- 18:21Speaker 6: grew Now, I.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Didn't know that. And if you don't know, Amy and
- 18:26Speaker 1: I went to school the same school. I remember those
- 18:29Speaker 1: big bushfires, I remember homes burning down, but I didn't
- 18:32Speaker 1: realize yours was one of Yeah, that would have been
- 18:35Speaker 1: really traum matta.
- 18:36Speaker 8: It was a fire ball or like an ember that
- 18:39Speaker 8: came from the other side of George's River and it
- 18:42Speaker 8: just took out out my house and a house down
- 18:44Speaker 8: the bottom of the street, because.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Some homes can just completely stand.
- 18:50Speaker 8: Yeah, And it was so weird because I didn't really
- 18:56Speaker 8: it didn't really affect me a lot at the time
- 18:58Speaker 8: because I was safe and I had my mum and
- 19:00Speaker 8: d and so.
- 19:01Speaker 6: It was for kids can be pretty resilient.
- 19:03Speaker 8: Yeah, you are really resilient. And I was just like, oh,
- 19:06Speaker 8: it was a bit of an adventure. But as a
- 19:08Speaker 8: parent to three children myself, I can now realize how
- 19:13Speaker 8: like horrible that would have been for my parents. My
- 19:16Speaker 8: mum's English, so she didn't have any family close by,
- 19:19Speaker 8: and everything.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Was gone, everything was gone. Are you're not worried because
- 19:22Speaker 1: you're living in that home now the new home you're
- 19:24Speaker 1: not worried about another fire.
- 19:26Speaker 5: They're on top of it.
- 19:27Speaker 8: They backburn constantly before summer through summer.
- 19:30Speaker 1: And you're not out of the back to smoking and
- 19:32Speaker 1: flicking your butts over it.
- 19:33Speaker 13: I'm not.
- 19:33Speaker 1: I'm not anymore.
- 19:34Speaker 5: No, no, no, nobody.
- 19:36Speaker 1: I was just going to bring up Sorry, Ami drops
- 19:40Speaker 1: on my house burn down. Still what we're saying, Well,
- 19:46Speaker 1: they're weak and here's the new thing. Apparently, according to
- 19:50Speaker 1: new research gen Z's, almost half of them are reaching
- 19:56Speaker 1: for tea on a night out. Nine of boo, a
- 20:01Speaker 1: cup of tea. No drinking tea.
- 20:03Speaker 4: But it wouldn't be like a tea bag with milk,
- 20:07Speaker 4: like it'd be something shy bullshit y.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, here's the thing. Yeah, are you a big
- 20:13Speaker 1: tea fan?
- 20:14Speaker 8: I don't drink tea at all, but my mum and
- 20:17Speaker 8: dad will have three four cups of tea a day.
- 20:20Speaker 1: It's a real boomer thing, isn't it.
- 20:22Speaker 8: I think it's an English thing. My mom got my
- 20:24Speaker 8: dad onto it and now they love it. Oh saki,
- 20:26Speaker 8: we have a cuppa do?
- 20:28Speaker 4: These stats include boba tea.
- 20:30Speaker 1: What's that.
- 20:33Speaker 9: Tea?
- 20:33Speaker 5: Or chart time.
- 20:34Speaker 4: It's the thing in the big like plastic cup and
- 20:36Speaker 4: there's black balls at the bottom.
- 20:38Speaker 5: Of the car, like different little popping.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Yeah, well it just says tea, so maybe it does.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Look I don't know. I got a weird thing about this.
- 20:46Speaker 1: I'm like, a real man doesn't drink tea? Oh like
- 20:49Speaker 1: I love coffee. I'm having one, right.
- 20:51Speaker 5: I reckon, big b will challenge you on that, my dad.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Okay, if you went out on a date with a
- 20:55Speaker 1: guy when you were single and you ordered a rose
- 20:58Speaker 1: and he ordered an English breakfast, well all right, mate, I.
- 21:02Speaker 5: Actually couldn't date a guy who didn't drink alcohol.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Yeah yeah. And you can't liquer up that tea, can you?
- 21:08Speaker 1: You can't what licker up tea?
- 21:09Speaker 7: Like?
- 21:10Speaker 1: What do you put in tea to make it?
- 21:11Speaker 5: My Bailey licker up tea? I was like, what's happening
- 21:15Speaker 5: right now?
- 21:15Speaker 1: You're a tea drinker?
- 21:16Speaker 6: Okay, ummm no not really. I love this coffee.
- 21:20Speaker 1: How weak is that? Though they're not going out and
- 21:22Speaker 1: drinking grog?
- 21:23Speaker 8: It doesn't surprise me. Though they are a very different.
- 21:26Speaker 6: Beer about their inside.
- 21:28Speaker 5: Yes they do. Their body is very much a temple. Well,
- 21:31Speaker 5: we were binge drinking and going to solariums passing out
- 21:36Speaker 5: in fields.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Yeah, they're drinking tea boring alright, twenty six past six
- 21:42Speaker 1: the time, right now, it's time to do the birthday wheel.
- 21:44Speaker 1: If it's your birthday, callers on thirteen one oh six five? Oh,
- 21:49Speaker 1: what is that? Thirtieth of July? Is that the last

- 23:03Speaker 4: Because I got used in White Chicks, just got over it.
- 23:07Speaker 5: Hated it, hates it with a passion.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Don't you hate that? Like bands that or singers that

- 23:14Speaker 1: fame it. We love it, you hate.
- 23:16Speaker 4: I guess then your whole life is defined by this
- 23:19Speaker 4: one little thing you once did.
- 23:21Speaker 6: You would get over it.
- 23:23Speaker 8: Lisa Kudrow is sixty three today from Friends.

- 24:12Speaker 1: to celebrate?
- 24:15Speaker 10: So me and my boyfriend went in Vietnam, who we
- 24:17Speaker 10: like just said we came back yesterday. Actually now he's said,
- 24:20Speaker 10: were fishing and I'm not fishing right now?
- 24:22Speaker 20: And you like it?
- 24:23Speaker 6: Do you like fishing?
- 24:25Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 24:25Speaker 10: I love fishing.
- 24:26Speaker 5: Oh my mom.
- 24:27Speaker 6: My mom liked fishing too, your mom?
- 24:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and I just thought it like she'd try to
- 24:33Speaker 4: get me to go out.
- 24:34Speaker 6: I thank god, No, I just.
- 24:35Speaker 8: Don't have the patience for it. Do you just sit
- 24:37Speaker 8: out there for hours, Josie, Yeah.
- 24:41Speaker 10: Basically, and it's pretty fun.
- 24:43Speaker 21: But when the fish comes on, Yeah.
- 24:45Speaker 8: So like in a three hour period you might catch
- 24:47Speaker 8: one fish at all. Yeah.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Have you noticed all the younger guys walking around fishing?
- 24:55Speaker 1: Because there's a thing called fish talk Apparently like your
- 24:57Speaker 1: boys might start getting into it. Yeah, like I'm twelve
- 25:00Speaker 1: thirteen year old boys. They're all really into fishing.
- 25:03Speaker 5: Right, I'm all for that.
- 25:03Speaker 8: If it keeps them off the e bikes, I will

- 25:06Speaker 1: All right. The Pommers here, are you into fishing?
- 25:09Speaker 3: Not really?
- 25:10Speaker 2: No, I think it's really boring.

- 25:43Speaker 1: you go, Brooklyn, you got to carry over?
- 25:45Speaker 4: Yes, well, Josie, you know you'll be fishing by the
- 25:48Speaker 4: side of the river and those days where you don't
- 25:50Speaker 4: catch anything, you just want to crime.
- 25:52Speaker 6: A river by justin.
- 25:56Speaker 5: Well played.
- 25:57Speaker 1: You've been a number of days in a row that
- 26:00Speaker 1: ye or Amy and I have picked a big Aussie
- 26:07Speaker 1: power track Veronicas. Yes, come on, what are you going
- 26:18Speaker 1: to go for? Josie?
- 26:20Speaker 18: Grime me your beerver.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Nice?
- 26:24Speaker 1: All right, hey doctor kisses here, have you got a
- 26:27Speaker 1: question for him? Any medical question at all? Something going
- 26:30Speaker 1: on with your body? Get your free medical advice right now.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Thirteen one oh six five to get on air with
- 26:37Speaker 1: Dr Kiss. All right, thirteen one oh sixty five. Here
- 26:40Speaker 1: you go, brooklerb.
- 26:43Speaker 6: Turn it up by some emotional song.
- 26:46Speaker 1: You're on Kiss, Good morning, come doctor Kiss. Man, hey,
- 26:53Speaker 1: you got a question for him? Thirteen one oh six
- 26:55Speaker 1: y five. We've got an alarming medical disorder in our
- 26:59Speaker 1: Amy Gerard here, what's happening? Can you explain you? You
- 27:02Speaker 1: were telling me when we were playing that amazing Timberlake disorder.
- 27:07Speaker 8: Well, I have this thing where no matter where I am,
- 27:11Speaker 8: if I'm at a restaurant, at work, at home, even
- 27:14Speaker 8: in my bed, I always sit cross legged.
- 27:18Speaker 1: I didn't even realize she sits with her legs crossed.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Is that a disorder?
- 27:21Speaker 8: I take my shoes like, my shoes are off, and
- 27:23Speaker 8: I can't. Even when I do pilates and they're like,
- 27:27Speaker 8: all right, sit up on your bom and put your
- 27:29Speaker 8: legs out straight.
- 27:30Speaker 5: I can't do it. I have to sit cross legged.
- 27:32Speaker 5: I look up.
- 27:37Speaker 4: School for six years, and you're wasting it on that question.
- 27:41Speaker 8: Like if I have a car, if my car is
- 27:43Speaker 8: electric and I can put it on like auto thing
- 27:47Speaker 8: and it can eventually drive for me, I will sit
- 27:49Speaker 8: cross legged.
- 27:51Speaker 4: Me.
- 27:51Speaker 5: Is it painful when you sit with your legs.
- 27:53Speaker 8: Out painful at all? It's just like this feels like home.
- 27:57Speaker 8: It's more comfortable, feels like home.
- 27:59Speaker 5: Sitting cross legged.
- 28:00Speaker 8: In my head, I'm like this is keeping me flexible
- 28:03Speaker 8: and nimble, right, well.
- 28:05Speaker 16: Potentially, or you've just got particular tightness, or maybe your
- 28:10Speaker 16: hip joint is just not quite formed properly so that
- 28:13Speaker 16: when you sit in certain positions it's literally just uncomfortable.
- 28:17Speaker 16: So you've got an uncons conscious learned response just to
- 28:21Speaker 16: sit like that.
- 28:22Speaker 5: I do.
- 28:23Speaker 8: I did have a dexter scan recently and they said
- 28:25Speaker 8: that one of my hips is deteriorating. Oh good, probably
- 28:29Speaker 8: because I keep twisting it into a shit like that.
- 28:32Speaker 16: Well, when you're a baby, the hip needs to form
- 28:36Speaker 16: properly when the cup sort of comes right over the top,
- 28:39Speaker 16: and sometimes that doesn't happen for displasure, yes, and then
- 28:43Speaker 16: that can lead to early problems down the track with us.
- 28:46Speaker 8: That lines up with my parents like they would have
- 28:50Speaker 8: just been like, she'll be right. They were very much
- 28:52Speaker 8: the she'll be right parents, So probably wouldn't have got
- 28:55Speaker 8: a clickie hip even.
- 28:56Speaker 16: Looked at potentially not, but it is important and one
- 28:59Speaker 16: way you and check as if your your bubbers little
- 29:03Speaker 16: creases on their thighs and not lining up properly, and
- 29:07Speaker 16: that's just one little sign that.
- 29:08Speaker 1: We okay, but she's gonna be okay. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 29:13Speaker 1: Trevor's on. You've got a medical question for doctor Kiss,
- 29:15Speaker 1: go for it.
- 29:17Speaker 11: Good morning, guys, Yes, I got to I do have one.
- 29:19Speaker 11: So I was playing a basketball last night. I think
- 29:22Speaker 11: I must possibly jumped in the wrong position and landed.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Yep.
- 29:27Speaker 11: Now that I'm older forty, yeah, yeah, I've got some
- 29:31Speaker 11: pain in my right knee. Also some weird it feels
- 29:35Speaker 11: like nerve pain in both of my hands. Should I
- 29:38Speaker 11: get that looked at or just wait a day or two.
- 29:40Speaker 16: So when you landed on your new knee, were you
- 29:42Speaker 16: able to keep playing, able to keep running?
- 29:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 29:45Speaker 11: I woke up this morning, you're feeling thought okay.
- 29:48Speaker 16: So when we do the major ligaments in our knees,
- 29:51Speaker 16: the ACL, the PCL, the footballers injury, you know, generally
- 29:55Speaker 16: it is incredibly sore, painful, can't move and that sort
- 29:59Speaker 16: of thing. So it's far less likely you've done something dramatic.
- 30:03Speaker 16: So potentially just some bone bruising, a ligament strain, or
- 30:07Speaker 16: a little tear to the meniscus. Now, when it's only
- 30:10Speaker 16: down this mild end of the spectrum, we usually just
- 30:12Speaker 16: keep an eye to start with rest ice ice, ice,
- 30:15Speaker 16: Did I say ice? And if it doesn't sort of
- 30:18Speaker 16: settle in a couple of days and get in and
- 30:19Speaker 16: see a physio or doctor.
- 30:21Speaker 1: So if it was like full on hindno.
- 30:24Speaker 16: Generally yes, Now the tingling in the hands, in the arms,
- 30:28Speaker 16: that's not going to be related to the knee at all.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Okay, okay, all right, Sea Amazon, Hello, go for it.
- 30:34Speaker 17: Hi, Hi, how are you doctor?
- 30:36Speaker 1: Good mate? What's happening?
- 30:38Speaker 18: Yeah?
- 30:38Speaker 17: I have a couple of tunnel on my balls wrists,
- 30:41Speaker 17: and I see everything possibly I can, like a skipancha
- 30:45Speaker 17: red light therapy strapped and everything. It's nothing to be working.
- 30:49Speaker 17: So I want to know because everyone I asked and
- 30:52Speaker 17: they said, if you do the operation, it's going to
- 30:54Speaker 17: keep coming back.
- 30:55Speaker 19: Is that true?
- 30:56Speaker 17: Or I'll just take the surgery And I just want
- 30:59Speaker 17: to get right off.
- 31:00Speaker 10: It's annoying.
- 31:03Speaker 5: My dad just had surgery on his wrist for this.
- 31:06Speaker 16: So in your wrist you've got this sort of bed
- 31:09Speaker 16: of bones and then across the top a really hard
- 31:12Speaker 16: gristle top and a whole heap of tendons, and a
- 31:16Speaker 16: nerve goes through at the media nerve, but it's a
- 31:18Speaker 16: very tight spot. It doesn't expand at all, and so
- 31:22Speaker 16: sometimes you just get some swelling and irritation. It tends
- 31:25Speaker 16: to happen as your vintage improves, sleeping at night with
- 31:28Speaker 16: the wrists curled up and get this sort of tingling
- 31:31Speaker 16: pain down into the hands. Now, there is some physiotherapy
- 31:35Speaker 16: that can work, some splinting to keep the wrist in
- 31:37Speaker 16: the right.
- 31:37Speaker 5: Position, steroid injections.
- 31:39Speaker 16: But if it just continues those all fail, then yes,
- 31:42Speaker 16: surgery is needed now. Of course, in the right hands,
- 31:46Speaker 16: with the right surgeon, things will go well. So certainly
- 31:50Speaker 16: it's just checking that all those ducks alive.
- 31:52Speaker 8: And when you do have carbal tunnel, is it you
- 31:54Speaker 8: have no strength? Is that what happens like you just
- 31:58Speaker 8: feel incredibly weak.
- 32:00Speaker 16: No, it's generally going to be pain, jingling, maybe some numbness,
- 32:04Speaker 16: but yes, there can be some weakness, largely because it's
- 32:08Speaker 16: a pain response.
- 32:09Speaker 22: Yeah.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Okay, well there we go, your medical questions answered. Doctor
- 32:12Speaker 1: Kiss will be back in the building again next week.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Thanks you mate. We're going to crow at NAT for
- 32:17Speaker 1: a hitter. Celebrity gossip coming up. What are you following?

- 32:25Speaker 5: So I'll tell you who that is next. Kiss Celebrity

- 32:33Speaker 1: We're going to crow at nat now. It's just going

- 32:37Speaker 8: So actor and singer Jared Leto, who you'd know as
- 32:41Speaker 8: the frontman of thirty Seconds to Mars. Oh yeah, he's
- 32:45Speaker 8: also been in movies like Fight Club, Suicide Squad, Blade.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Runner, yep.
- 32:50Speaker 8: So he's been everywhere in Hollywood for years and he's
- 32:52Speaker 8: never really had anything like this come out against him.
- 32:54Speaker 5: But now he's in a bit of hot water because.
- 32:57Speaker 8: Four women have accused him of criminals actual conduct. So
- 33:01Speaker 8: all alleged at this point, but there was. These four
- 33:04Speaker 8: women are among the ten who spoke in a BBC
- 33:08Speaker 8: interview about the interactions with him. So the documentary is
- 33:10Speaker 8: called Jared Leto Hollywood's Dark Secret, and these four women
- 33:14Speaker 8: described their encounters with him between the years of twenty
- 33:17Speaker 8: two and twenty sixteen, when he was in his thirties
- 33:19Speaker 8: and forties.
- 33:20Speaker 5: So he's fifty four now, by the way, looks very
- 33:22Speaker 5: young for fifty four.
- 33:24Speaker 8: So one of the women alleges that she was sexually
- 33:26Speaker 8: assaulted in a motel bathroom when she was seventeen. Another
- 33:30Speaker 8: one says that he threatened her with sexual assault when
- 33:33Speaker 8: she was nineteen. A third said she had underage sex
- 33:36Speaker 8: with him when she was seventeen, which would be classified
- 33:38Speaker 8: as statutory rape, and a fort said that he made
- 33:41Speaker 8: sexually explicit phone calls to her when she was sixteen.
- 33:45Speaker 5: So he's already responded to the claims.
- 33:47Speaker 8: His team came out very quick yesterday and he said
- 33:50Speaker 8: in a statement, I have never sexually assaulted anyone in
- 33:53Speaker 8: my entire life. These claims are absolutely and categorically false.
- 33:57Speaker 1: How do you feel as women when you hear this stuff?
- 33:59Speaker 1: Because it sounds, for a similar to the allegations against
- 34:01Speaker 1: Russell Brand when they came out with he's an ied,
- 34:04Speaker 1: But you just you'd look at a guy differently even
- 34:06Speaker 1: if it was innocent, wouldn't you?
- 34:08Speaker 8: Absolutely and naturally I want to believe that women are
- 34:11Speaker 8: telling the truth. But the thing is, I mean, why
- 34:13Speaker 8: so innocent toil proven guilty? But also mud sticks. So
- 34:17Speaker 8: the fact that this has come out, there's always going
- 34:18Speaker 8: to be that a little bit of a cloud where
- 34:20Speaker 8: you think, but wasn't true. So it is awful if
- 34:23Speaker 8: these things happen to men who are innocent.
- 34:25Speaker 5: But we yeah, we don't know at this stage. Yeah,
- 34:29Speaker 5: all right, A.
- 34:29Speaker 8: Spider Man Brand New Day is out in cinemas today.
- 34:33Speaker 8: So this is the fourth Spider.
- 34:35Speaker 5: Man featuring Tom Holland. Now that that's.
- 34:37Speaker 8: The first time a Spider Man has done more than
- 34:38Speaker 8: three movies. By the way, we had Toby, who's everyone's
- 34:41Speaker 8: favorite Spider Man.
- 34:42Speaker 5: I really like Toby Maguire. I liked go Toby, you
- 34:46Speaker 5: don't know whattched your face?
- 34:48Speaker 8: Go late. So we had Toby Maguire who was the
- 34:51Speaker 8: first Spider Man. Then we had Andrew Garfield, and then
- 34:54Speaker 8: we've had Tom Holland, he's the most recent one. And
- 34:56Speaker 8: of course those movies also stars and Daya who is married.
- 35:00Speaker 5: Love Her, Love Her. Yeah, they're just good movies and
- 35:03Speaker 5: they're put together really well. So people have been looking
- 35:05Speaker 5: forward to this one.
- 35:07Speaker 8: So the net production budget for this movie was reported
- 35:09Speaker 8: to be two hundred and twenty five million dollars.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Oh my god, huge. It needs to make a big
- 35:15Speaker 1: return of the box house.
- 35:16Speaker 4: That for the two stars of it are a couple,
- 35:19Speaker 4: so they're earning money.
- 35:22Speaker 5: Clay would be so rich. But not to mention as well,
- 35:25Speaker 5: they also were both in the Odyssey.
- 35:27Speaker 8: Like they've got huge movies out at the moment, they're
- 35:30Speaker 8: just rolling in the dough. So anyway, last night there
- 35:33Speaker 8: was an exclusive advanced screening of the movie and Kiss
- 35:36Speaker 8: was there. We spoke to some people who saw it
- 35:38Speaker 8: to get their initial thoughts, and this is what they said.
- 35:40Speaker 5: It was incredible, like emotion, little roller coaster, outstanding. I
- 35:45Speaker 5: don't want to give anything away.
- 35:46Speaker 6: I'm scared to speak.
- 35:48Speaker 5: Tommins and Day were brilliant.
- 35:49Speaker 6: The movie was incredible.
- 35:50Speaker 4: The action scenes are great.
- 35:52Speaker 5: It was just like super emotional and like the little
- 35:54Speaker 5: friendships came out and I really liked it. Honestly my
- 35:56Speaker 5: favorite Spider Man movie ever.
- 35:58Speaker 1: How good is Her? By the way, when you're really
- 36:00Speaker 1: looking forward to going to see a movie, like I remember, Brooklyn,
- 36:05Speaker 1: you were talking about Jurassic Park the other day in
- 36:07Speaker 1: your childhood stuff like that, but cinemas are still great
- 36:10Speaker 1: to go to where you really want to watch.
- 36:12Speaker 8: You remember the first movie you ever saw at the
- 36:14Speaker 8: movie I.
- 36:14Speaker 5: Think it was Jurassic Park. Really, it's my grandma. Yeah,
- 36:17Speaker 5: and I saw the Spice Girls movie.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Yeah. And when you are really into a movie sitting there,
- 36:23Speaker 1: you get the pop call. Yeah, you got the big sound.
- 36:26Speaker 8: I'm so glad movies made a comeback after COVID because
- 36:29Speaker 8: there was a while there where they thought movies were done,
- 36:32Speaker 8: and the first movie was Top Gun Maverick where everyone
- 36:35Speaker 8: started to go back to the movies again.
- 36:37Speaker 5: So we could somewhat thank Tom.
- 36:38Speaker 8: Cruise for bringing this Tom, because during COVID, everyone's like,
- 36:42Speaker 8: why would anyone go back to the cinemas ever again
- 36:43Speaker 8: when you can get them on streaming service.
- 36:45Speaker 1: And even now you know COVID or no COVID, you
- 36:47Speaker 1: can just wait for that to come out. But it's
- 36:49Speaker 1: something about the experience of going to the movie.
- 36:51Speaker 8: Also, certain movies like Spider Man movies, an Avatar movie,
- 36:57Speaker 8: you want to see it in the movies like The
- 36:58Speaker 8: Odyssey that director Christopher Nolan, he actually filmed with cameras
- 37:03Speaker 8: that were like specifically made for IMAX theaters. So that's
- 37:06Speaker 8: why everyone's going to see that in the Imax because
- 37:08Speaker 8: apparently if you watch it in a normal cinema on
- 37:10Speaker 8: your normal TV, you're missing like half the picture.
- 37:13Speaker 5: He's actually shot it with a wider lens.
- 37:15Speaker 8: Where's this ongoing joke amongst Ryan and his mates because
- 37:18Speaker 8: he keeps saying, I'm going to save the Odyssey for
- 37:21Speaker 8: his flight to Italy and you're watching whatever. You're watching
- 37:27Speaker 8: the biggest movie on the tiniest screen. You ruined the
- 37:30Speaker 8: whole experience, the worst atmospheally take him.
- 37:35Speaker 1: To the movies, give him a treat, take him out,
- 37:37Speaker 1: give him a treat like.
- 37:38Speaker 5: A puppy dog. Like she does nothing else. He's a
- 37:43Speaker 5: big boy. He can take himself to the movie.
- 37:45Speaker 1: They got all handsy with him. Make it romantic. How
- 37:50Speaker 1: good was that? I got a big torch light put
- 37:53Speaker 1: on me. Think I got told to leave that girl
- 37:56Speaker 1: alone YouTube?
- 37:57Speaker 5: One of your friends I watch the movie were together.
- 38:00Speaker 8: I went to the movies with one of your friends,
- 38:03Speaker 8: Matt Bergman, when we were young, and it was like
- 38:06Speaker 8: a little day I know full name.
- 38:07Speaker 5: Sorry, Hi Matt.
- 38:08Speaker 8: He's a good maid, he's a good mate. And we
- 38:11Speaker 8: went and we saw Titanic. And I am such a
- 38:15Speaker 8: crier in movies. So I went there and I thought
- 38:18Speaker 8: I looked quite pretty, and I sobbed and sobbed, and
- 38:22Speaker 8: snot was coming out of my nose. I ended up
- 38:25Speaker 8: leaving like I had like a hectic hay fever reaction.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Did you still make out buck Burgo Wardolf?
- 38:30Speaker 20: No?
- 38:30Speaker 5: Maybe I think so? God love him, nice guy?
- 38:34Speaker 3: All right?

- 42:02Speaker 1: am I the best sex you ear? The hud? Yeah,
- 42:06Speaker 1: we're doing that one, all right. Wonder what she'll say.

- 42:14Speaker 1: All right, we're finding out. We'll get him on next

- 42:22Speaker 1: am I.
- 42:23Speaker 5: The best sex you've ever had? Okay?
- 42:26Speaker 8: So James has actually given us a call today because
- 42:29Speaker 8: he's got a question that he wants to ask a
- 42:31Speaker 8: particular female.
- 42:32Speaker 5: So there's this girl called Lauren.
- 42:34Speaker 8: She broke up with her ex, and her and James
- 42:37Speaker 8: met out on a night.
- 42:38Speaker 5: They kind of hit it off.
- 42:40Speaker 8: Went to Poundtown and I think this happened a few
- 42:44Speaker 8: times now. Apparently Lauren told James that he was way
- 42:49Speaker 8: better than her ex.
- 42:51Speaker 5: Wants to all right, that's a real ego.
- 42:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:56Speaker 8: Since then, James hasn't heard from Lauren recently, and he's
- 43:00Speaker 8: recently seen that she has been posting photos back with
- 43:03Speaker 8: the X.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Oh she's gone back.
- 43:05Speaker 8: Yeah, so she's gone back, and James is a little
- 43:08Speaker 8: puzzled because he's kind of like, we're going not blowing
- 43:11Speaker 8: your mind in the bedroom.
- 43:13Speaker 5: So he wants to call Lauren and ask her this
- 43:16Speaker 5: one question.
- 43:17Speaker 13: Was the.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Girl, Yeah, let's get James, James, James, Hey, guys, good man.
- 43:26Speaker 1: So how was the sex?
- 43:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it was good. She said she was seeing stars
- 43:32Speaker 3: by the end of it, and we caught up a
- 43:35Speaker 3: few more times after that, and then she just flaked
- 43:37Speaker 3: on me.
- 43:38Speaker 5: Was it the best sex you've ever had as well?
- 43:40Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 43:41Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, so obviously good. I'm not gonna lie.
- 43:45Speaker 8: Yeah, so obviously your sexual chemistry was there? And were
- 43:48Speaker 8: you wanting something more than just sex? Like are you
- 43:51Speaker 8: want were you wanting a relationship out of her?
- 43:54Speaker 5: Or are you just wanting your egos validation?
- 43:57Speaker 3: Yeah, well it'd be nice if we could build to something.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Obviously we got to have sex a few more times
- 44:03Speaker 3: and then see if.
- 44:03Speaker 1: We like, do you rate yourself in bed? You reckon?
- 44:06Speaker 1: You're pretty bloody good.
- 44:08Speaker 3: I've had no complaints.
- 44:09Speaker 4: What do you what's something you reckon? You do that
- 44:13Speaker 4: other guys aren't doing.
- 44:15Speaker 3: Ah, yeah, make sure they come first.
- 44:20Speaker 5: That's definitely what you're meant to do, Mikey.
- 44:23Speaker 1: But are you cut now that she's gone back to
- 44:25Speaker 1: the acts? Yeah?
- 44:26Speaker 3: Just pretty shocked, to be honest, because I thought we
- 44:28Speaker 3: had a great connection. Everything was good. It felt like
- 44:31Speaker 3: a bit of a honeymoon phase. And then she just
- 44:33Speaker 3: kind of stopped replying to the messages and.
- 44:35Speaker 5: You're probably just a bit confused.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, everything was good on my.
- 44:40Speaker 8: So what's your what are you trying to say downstairs?
- 44:44Speaker 8: Like I didn't want to ask that, and like, is
- 44:49Speaker 8: it You're obviously quite down.
- 44:54Speaker 3: I think it's above average.
- 44:55Speaker 1: It's not all about that, though, was it? Amy?
- 44:57Speaker 8: Well, it's not.
- 45:00Speaker 5: You've got to have a little bit of girth on you, right.
- 45:03Speaker 3: No, No, she she she was surprised when I flopped
- 45:08Speaker 3: it out. She was she was impressed.
- 45:09Speaker 5: Okay, all right, there you go. So are we going
- 45:12Speaker 5: to really call Laura? What if she says no, I
- 45:14Speaker 5: was lying? Are you going to be able to handle that?
- 45:18Speaker 3: I don't think she was lying.
- 45:21Speaker 4: My concern is, James, do you actually like this girl?
- 45:25Speaker 4: Do you want to be her boyfriend? Or are you
- 45:28Speaker 4: just annoyed?
- 45:31Speaker 7: No?
- 45:32Speaker 3: I like her. I like her. She made me feel good.
- 45:34Speaker 3: We have good chemistry together, and we can we can
- 45:37Speaker 3: build on that.
- 45:38Speaker 8: Did you ever go out on a date or were
- 45:40Speaker 8: all your dates just in the bedroom?
- 45:43Speaker 3: Uh? We had Mac's once and then beautiful?
- 45:48Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 45:49Speaker 5: He romantic. That's so romantic.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Okay, well stick around. So we've got to hold of Lauren.
- 45:54Speaker 1: We've tracked her down. We're going to ask her, well
- 45:57Speaker 1: you are mate? Live on it. You're going to ask
- 45:59Speaker 1: her if I if you are the best sex she's
- 46:02Speaker 1: ever had. Okay, Okay, we'll do that right after the weekend. Okay,
- 46:07Speaker 1: it's twenty one past seven, you're on Kiers Breakfast. Good morning,
- 46:12Speaker 1: am I.
- 46:13Speaker 5: The best sex you've ever had.
- 46:15Speaker 8: All Right, So we were just speaking to James, who
- 46:17Speaker 8: hooked up with Lauren a few times after she went
- 46:20Speaker 8: through a breakup. Lauren mentioned to James that the sex
- 46:24Speaker 8: with him was better than the X or.
- 46:26Speaker 5: How I say that she left her with stars?
- 46:30Speaker 8: Yeah, James said, Yeah, However, Lauren has now gone back
- 46:35Speaker 8: to said X.
- 46:36Speaker 1: She's gone back to him, James.
- 46:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm just confused about the whole thing. I want
- 46:40Speaker 3: to know, we had such a good chemistry and then
- 46:43Speaker 3: she just kind of disappears on me again. Why would
- 46:45Speaker 3: she go back to the X.
- 46:47Speaker 4: Because maybe you were just the rebound in the middle.
- 46:51Speaker 1: You can have really good sex with someone, but it
- 46:53Speaker 1: means nothing nothing. Yeah, Okay, Well what we're going to do, mate,
- 46:57Speaker 1: We're going to bring in Lauren. We've tracked it down.
- 46:59Speaker 1: You were gonna ask her, are you the best sex
- 47:03Speaker 1: she ever had? Okay?
- 47:05Speaker 9: Yeah, okay, already Yeah, he sounds nervous.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Hey, Lauren are you there?
- 47:11Speaker 9: Hello?
- 47:12Speaker 1: Yes, Lauren? Do you remember James?
- 47:17Speaker 14: Yes?
- 47:18Speaker 1: Tell us what happened with James?
- 47:21Speaker 14: It was just a friend I was seeing.
- 47:24Speaker 4: Yeah, So benefit Lauren, you've got a new boyfriend now, right?
- 47:29Speaker 1: Kind of were you broken up or not?
- 47:32Speaker 14: We were for a little while. We had a bit
- 47:34Speaker 14: of a break, okay.
- 47:35Speaker 1: And during that break, were you sleeping with James?
- 47:39Speaker 14: Yeah, we were talking.
- 47:42Speaker 4: Yeah, that's fine, there's nothing We've done nothing wrong here.
- 47:46Speaker 8: You've absolutely done nothing wrong. If you're not together with
- 47:48Speaker 8: your partner, then you have free agents.
- 47:50Speaker 1: So James wants to have a chat to you. Are
- 47:52Speaker 1: you cool with that?
- 47:54Speaker 14: Sure?
- 47:55Speaker 1: Okay, so we've got him on air. Hello, James, Hey,
- 47:58Speaker 1: helo's go for a gossip. We'll let you talk, all right.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Uh So, Lauren, I I just kind of I'm gonna
- 48:10Speaker 3: be confused because you disappeared on me and you got
- 48:13Speaker 3: back with the X and you told me that I
- 48:16Speaker 3: was the best, So I want to know, am I
- 48:18Speaker 3: actually the best sex you've ever had?
- 48:24Speaker 5: Look?
- 48:25Speaker 14: You were definitely memorable. It was incredible. We definitely have
- 48:30Speaker 14: that chemistry.
- 48:32Speaker 6: Yeah, now, Lauren, are you dodging the question here? Give
- 48:36Speaker 6: it a firm answer.
- 48:39Speaker 14: Look, you definitely were. But yeah, I'm sorry.
- 48:45Speaker 5: He doesn't need to.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Because I mean, you're with this X, so there's no
- 48:52Speaker 1: chance for you two for kindling anyway.
- 48:53Speaker 16: Right.
- 48:55Speaker 14: Yeah, Look, I've we've figured things out and we want
- 48:59Speaker 14: to work it out.
- 49:00Speaker 1: But how will he feel knowing the moment, how will
- 49:02Speaker 1: he feel knowing that James, just to confirm he was
- 49:05Speaker 1: the best sex you've ever had?
- 49:06Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 49:08Speaker 3: Yeah, why would you go back?
- 49:12Speaker 14: Because he's got other qualities that you.
- 49:14Speaker 5: Don't And the best sex is not the be all
- 49:17Speaker 5: and end all.
- 49:17Speaker 8: You can still have really great sex with other people,
- 49:20Speaker 8: can I ask?
- 49:21Speaker 5: Can I ask Lauren?
- 49:22Speaker 7: Though?
- 49:23Speaker 5: What made it so good? Yes?
- 49:32Speaker 14: I think the way he took charge is pretty hot.
- 49:35Speaker 1: And that for that current boyfriend. The old boyfriend just
- 49:38Speaker 1: doesn't do it properly.
- 49:43Speaker 14: It's just kind of especially when they kind of talk
- 49:45Speaker 14: you through it.
- 49:46Speaker 1: So no, James, it was a yes, you are the
- 49:49Speaker 1: best sex. She's just not going back to you.
- 49:52Speaker 6: She just hates your personality.
- 49:54Speaker 5: She likes your penis, just not your personality.
- 49:58Speaker 3: Amy, are you single?
- 50:01Speaker 8: Then? I've got three kids? Dan?
- 50:09Speaker 3: Thanks guys.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Hey Lauren, you got to tell your current boyfriend that
- 50:12Speaker 1: James was the best.
- 50:14Speaker 14: Definitely not. I can give him some pointers.
- 50:17Speaker 5: Yeah, thank you.
- 50:20Speaker 6: Guys, Thanks Lauren, Thanks Lauren.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Alright, let's go to crow out now. You've got to
- 50:24Speaker 1: hit a celebrity gossip coming up? What are we going
- 50:26Speaker 1: to hear about Ed? Shearon?
- 50:27Speaker 8: God love him? He's going viral for saying we should
- 50:30Speaker 8: all be drinking alcohol every single day.
- 50:33Speaker 5: I'll pay that for your next celebrity news.
- 50:38Speaker 1: You like that guy, All right, let's go to crow
- 50:40Speaker 1: out now, she's got to hit a celebrity news. What's
- 50:42Speaker 1: going on?
- 50:42Speaker 8: So Ed Shearon was on the Louis Thorrow podcast a
- 50:45Speaker 8: little while ago, but something he said on there has
- 50:47Speaker 8: now resurfaced on social media and is causing this big
- 50:50Speaker 8: debate online between British and American people, and it's all
- 50:54Speaker 8: to do with their.
- 50:55Speaker 5: Attitudes toward alcohol. So take a listen to what he said.
- 50:58Speaker 23: The drinking culture here different than America, like you would
- 51:02Speaker 23: like I found when I lived in Nashville. It was
- 51:05Speaker 23: like sports bars. You go to a sports bar to
- 51:08Speaker 23: watch a game to drink, and you would see people
- 51:10Speaker 23: there on their own drinking a huge fod katonic just
- 51:13Speaker 23: like I'm here to get construction. I actually don't like
- 51:16Speaker 23: the culture of like people viewing Ireland as like.
- 51:20Speaker 1: An alcoholic country.
- 51:21Speaker 23: It's like it's not we can have a good time,
- 51:23Speaker 23: but it's not like I don't know, it's the same
- 51:25Speaker 23: in England, Like it's it's just the culture.
- 51:29Speaker 8: So basically he's saying that, And I think Australia is
- 51:32Speaker 8: the same as well, right where you just drink here
- 51:35Speaker 8: every You may drink here every single day and it
- 51:37Speaker 8: doesn't mean you're drinking to get sloshed or because you've
- 51:39Speaker 8: had a bad day. It's just part of it. You
- 51:40Speaker 8: just get home.
- 51:41Speaker 5: You have a beer every day, Mike, you a.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Beer and a wine with dinner every day. I've been
- 51:45Speaker 1: accused of having a problem and I don't care.
- 51:48Speaker 8: Ryan will get home and like when we're cooking dinner
- 51:51Speaker 8: or we're sitting.
- 51:52Speaker 5: Around, he will literally have a beer every single day.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Yep, yeah, and I love it. For a while, I
- 51:57Speaker 1: was like, oh this is stupid. It turns five five pm.
- 52:00Speaker 1: I get the shakes. I need to be Some people
- 52:03Speaker 1: like a.
- 52:03Speaker 8: Cup of tea when they get home from work, and
- 52:05Speaker 8: I like wine, but as long as yours isn't spiraling ever,
- 52:08Speaker 8: Like you've got for how long?
- 52:09Speaker 5: That's yeah?
- 52:11Speaker 1: Years? Right, one beer, one wine, maybe Thursday. There's a
- 52:18Speaker 1: few more wines, right Thursday, almost the weekend.
- 52:22Speaker 5: Friday is so tonight you're preparing for a bottle of wine.
- 52:25Speaker 5: Even I'm having a wine tonight. Yeah, I don't know what.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Is honestly, two glasses. I'll have a beer at five,
- 52:30Speaker 1: you know, get rid of the shakes. Then I'll have.
- 52:34Speaker 6: Why do you switch from beer to wine in one night?
- 52:37Speaker 1: Oh sorry, you can't mix.
- 52:39Speaker 4: That's you start with a beer.
- 52:43Speaker 1: It's like the day is over.
- 52:45Speaker 5: Yeah, the bubbles. Yeah.
- 52:47Speaker 1: It's like, say you mow the lawn Brooklyn when you
- 52:49Speaker 1: bothered living in.
- 52:50Speaker 6: The suburbs and I used to do it.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Moved into the gay area, right, mowing that lawn? Yeah yeah,
- 52:55Speaker 1: and then a beer after it it goes.
- 52:57Speaker 6: And then the wine after that. It's just a bit
- 53:00Speaker 6: I don't understand.
- 53:01Speaker 1: You know, it's really funny though that Americans are weird
- 53:04Speaker 1: with that. Like if there was a debate going around
- 53:07Speaker 1: a while ago as well, similar to the age Sheer
- 53:09Speaker 1: and one, Like if you told Americans that you and
- 53:11Speaker 1: your partner drank a bottle of wine together, like shared it,
- 53:14Speaker 1: they judge you.
- 53:15Speaker 5: Whow.
- 53:16Speaker 1: They just don't have the drinking culture that we have
- 53:18Speaker 1: here in.
- 53:18Speaker 5: Australia in America.
- 53:20Speaker 1: In America, they do not. They drink to get hamed,
- 53:22Speaker 1: which is what he's saying. They don't. It's not yet
- 53:25Speaker 1: they really judge people.
- 53:26Speaker 5: So they're too busy eating fried chicken over there.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Well, if you noticed weeds bigger there, yes, right, Whereas
- 53:32Speaker 1: if I saw someone smoking weed every night, yeah, we
- 53:37Speaker 1: judge them. They wouldn't. It might be the thing that
- 53:39Speaker 1: just different cultures, but the fact that they can't drink
- 53:41Speaker 1: to their twenty one.
- 53:43Speaker 8: My favorite pastime is just getting drunk with my like
- 53:47Speaker 8: it's the funnest thing to do, as opposed to go
- 53:50Speaker 8: to a club and what they do and they all get.
- 53:52Speaker 5: Naked and t work like they're crazy.
- 53:55Speaker 1: When they're doing very few Americans would like cover a
- 53:58Speaker 1: beer and wine every night, but when they do what
- 54:00Speaker 1: they go, I want to live.
- 54:02Speaker 5: Hey.
- 54:02Speaker 8: Also everything is it's also thinks Spider Man today because
- 54:05Speaker 8: Spider Man Brand New Day comes out one of the
- 54:07Speaker 8: most anticipated movies of the year. It of course stars
- 54:10Speaker 8: Tom Holland and Zendaya, and they've been traveling around for
- 54:13Speaker 8: the premiere across the world. So recently they were in
- 54:17Speaker 8: Paris and there's this viral moment from the Paris premiere
- 54:20Speaker 8: where this this this kid performs for Tom Holland and
- 54:24Speaker 8: Zendaya and they are like blown away.
- 54:27Speaker 5: I've got a little bit of the audio. Take a listen.
- 54:37Speaker 8: Wow, wow, young we'll find out in the second actually
- 54:45Speaker 8: because we're going to speak to it. But basically his
- 54:48Speaker 8: name is Joshua Blake. He's from Wiltshire.
- 54:51Speaker 5: How do I say that? Wiltshire, Wiltshire, wilt Chair.
- 54:54Speaker 1: Yeah, let's go with that. We'll go with that.
- 54:55Speaker 8: It was a finalist on the Voice Kids over in
- 54:58Speaker 8: Germany and we are going to Josh.
- 55:01Speaker 5: That's such a.
- 55:01Speaker 8: Cool experience, so I thought we'd get him on and
- 55:03Speaker 8: we can find out how that all happens.
- 55:06Speaker 5: So, yeah, hello Josh, thanks for talking to us.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Hey, how are you doing.
- 55:10Speaker 5: Really, let's start off first by finding out how old?
- 55:13Speaker 5: How old are you?
- 55:15Speaker 20: So?
- 55:15Speaker 5: I'm seventeen, seventeen?
- 55:17Speaker 8: Your voice is so mature, so impressive, so impressive.
- 55:21Speaker 5: How did that opportunity come about for you?
- 55:23Speaker 1: Josh?
- 55:25Speaker 20: Yeah, So we were actually watching the World Cup at
- 55:27Speaker 20: the time. I'll see in England, so obviously got knots out.
- 55:30Speaker 20: It was halftime and I was just checking my DMS
- 55:33Speaker 20: on Instagram, just scrolling through and this skuy called Julian
- 55:37Speaker 20: who organizes like flash mobs and he goes around the
- 55:41Speaker 20: world and gets other musicians to sing for him. So
- 55:43Speaker 20: he plays piano and he messaged me and said, hey, Josh,
- 55:46Speaker 20: absolutely love your voice.
- 55:48Speaker 3: We've got a.
- 55:48Speaker 20: Really cool opportunity coming up. Give me a call and
- 55:51Speaker 20: I can tell you more. So I pretty much gave
- 55:53Speaker 20: him a call instantly, I said, and he said to me,
- 55:57Speaker 20: he said, love your videos. So I've got a great
- 56:00Speaker 20: tunity in Paris. It's going to be at the Spider
- 56:01Speaker 20: Man premiere in front of Tom Holland and Zendeaow.
- 56:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 56:06Speaker 20: So me and my family literally all heard it. We
- 56:08Speaker 20: were just froze in the room, so surreal and we
- 56:12Speaker 20: just couldn't Was.
- 56:13Speaker 8: That the most nerve racking performance of your life?
- 56:17Speaker 20: One hundred percent, one hundred percent like walking around the
- 56:20Speaker 20: corner and then seeing Tom Holland and Zenda on the left.
- 56:23Speaker 5: Yeah, my heart, I can't explain how fast. Oh that's
- 56:28Speaker 5: so sweet. It did such a good job.
- 56:30Speaker 8: So after you finished performing, did you did you speak
- 56:33Speaker 8: to them? Did you get to meet the whole cast
- 56:35Speaker 8: and everything like that?
- 56:36Speaker 20: Yeah, so basically they we hugged him all we will
- 56:39Speaker 20: give him handshakes. I actually got a signed cap from
- 56:41Speaker 20: Tom Holland.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Do you have?
- 56:44Speaker 20: Everyone keeps asking, everyone keeps.
- 56:46Speaker 5: Asking me, what does he smell like?
- 56:47Speaker 24: What is he?
- 56:47Speaker 20: I can't remember what he smells like that's.
- 56:50Speaker 5: So weird that everyone's first question is what does he
- 56:52Speaker 5: smell like?
- 56:53Speaker 2: What is he like?
- 56:55Speaker 20: So, yeah, he hugged me. He said how incredible my
- 56:58Speaker 20: voice was, and yeah, it's just so so that's amazing mate.
- 57:01Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, sound really good.
- 57:02Speaker 8: Have you got any other opportunities in the pipeline anything
- 57:05Speaker 8: else coming up?
- 57:06Speaker 5: You're performing for any other celebrities?
- 57:09Speaker 20: Oh, not at the moment, Not at the moment, but
- 57:12Speaker 20: hopefully in the future.
- 57:15Speaker 8: If there was anyone who you would love to perform
- 57:18Speaker 8: in front of, who would that be?
- 57:21Speaker 20: My inspiration growing up was Adele so Adele. I went
- 57:26Speaker 20: to a concert of Munich and yeah, Adele would just
- 57:28Speaker 20: be a dreams.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Okay, someone's got to make that happen for you. But
- 57:31Speaker 1: I mean, just in general, man, this is blown up.
- 57:34Speaker 1: You could end up with a record deal, you.
- 57:35Speaker 5: Know, it's crazy.
- 57:37Speaker 20: I mean, I think sixteen million lights in a day. Wow, Yeah,
- 57:41Speaker 20: it's insane.
- 57:43Speaker 5: Good on you.
- 57:44Speaker 8: I don't think this is the last we're going to hear, No,
- 57:46Speaker 8: Joshua Blake. I'm sure we'll play you on this radio station.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Congratulation before you go. I mean, you have that many
- 57:53Speaker 1: follows and likes and you're seventeen. A lot of girls
- 57:56Speaker 1: sliding into the dms now, like, well you never know.
- 58:00Speaker 20: You know, my ms always open.
- 58:01Speaker 8: So's a single man?
- 58:04Speaker 5: Yeah, the very last.
- 58:05Speaker 1: You've got a girlfriend out of a Good on your mate,
- 58:07Speaker 1: Thank you for joining it? All right? Hey, you want
- 58:10Speaker 1: to hear more celebrity news, you can get the Kiss
- 58:12Speaker 1: Breakfast podcast on the free iHeart app coming up? See
- 58:16Speaker 1: your mate? Oh Amy's webs coming up? Why you should
- 58:23Speaker 1: tell your co workers how much money you earn? What
- 58:28Speaker 1: you're sealing with you? Yeah? What are you on, Michael,
- 58:31Speaker 1: Let's play a song. We'll tell you why it's important though,
- 58:35Speaker 1: that's next, all right, you're on peace? Yeah? Hey, do
- 58:48Speaker 1: you tell people how much you earn your colleagues?
- 58:51Speaker 21: Right?
- 58:52Speaker 1: Usually it's a no, no, yeah, you don't go around
- 58:55Speaker 1: saying it.
- 58:56Speaker 8: Well, I feel like it's always just been drummed into you,
- 58:59Speaker 8: even as a like kid when I had my first job,
- 59:01Speaker 8: Like you just don't talk about no callerie and your
- 59:04Speaker 8: income or anything like that.
- 59:06Speaker 5: I think it's.
- 59:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's the same thing. Right are you told
- 59:08Speaker 1: not to? According to this business woman and author, though
- 59:11Speaker 1: Vivian two, you should, right because it can help you
- 59:14Speaker 1: have a listened to her explain it.
- 59:16Speaker 24: I had a girlfriend at work and it was right
- 59:18Speaker 24: before my end of year review. I'm like, okay, Allison,
- 59:21Speaker 24: tell me how much money you make. She tells me
- 59:23Speaker 24: what she makes, and she's like, but you didn't hear
- 59:26Speaker 24: that from me. I go into my end of year
- 59:27Speaker 24: review and I say, look at all of these things
- 59:30Speaker 24: that I've accomplished.
- 59:32Speaker 5: A raise of x y Z.
- 59:33Speaker 24: I said how much she makes would be commensurate because
- 59:36Speaker 24: she was making more than me at the time, she
- 59:37Speaker 24: was older than me, had more experience. I end up
- 59:39Speaker 24: getting this raise. She goes in for her end of
- 59:42Speaker 24: your review, and now she's asking for more money because
- 59:45Speaker 24: she knows that I'm making what she's making.
- 59:46Speaker 5: She gets it.
- 59:47Speaker 24: So I beg you, in your twenties, talk to your
- 59:50Speaker 24: friends about money.
- 59:51Speaker 1: Right, so like share with your colleagues and your friends
- 59:54Speaker 1: what you were and that way you got more information
- 59:56Speaker 1: and negotiare to pay rise.
- 59:57Speaker 8: I will say when I very first started in the
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: whole like content creating influencer space years ago, because I
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: was never really not plugging on Instagram because I wasn't
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: trying to be an influencer. When a job opportunity started
- 1:00:16Speaker 8: coming to me. I actually had no idea what to
- 1:00:20Speaker 8: charge for things, and I remember just charging a couple
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: of hundred dollars.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: I had no idea. You don't want to be greedy
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: or anything.
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: And I remember a girlfriend actually talking to me and saying, hey,
- 1:00:32Speaker 8: how much are you charging?
- 1:00:33Speaker 5: And had I.
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: Not told her, I would I would have had no idea.
- 1:00:38Speaker 8: And so she was like, hey, she worked in media.
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: She was like, this is where you need to be.
- 1:00:43Speaker 8: And I said, oh, I could never ask for that much.
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: And then a job came along and I asked and
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: they go, yeah, done, lock it in. So I was like, wow,
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: if I hadn't shared that information with her initially, I
- 1:00:53Speaker 8: would I would have been none the wiser.
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: So I think, in some cases is really helpful.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: I know what everyone else is getting. I don't know,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: though I don't like the idea of it. It was
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: always drummed in me, don't talk about what you were,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: don't tell your colleagues, and in radio Jesus, so I
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: could just open a whole care to worms that I'm
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: not willing to do.
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: Do you I like?
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: I think men would find it even more awkward, because
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: there's so much like pride and ego involved man, maybe
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: women are better.
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: I think women could just share and be fine with it.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I heard like salaries one of the
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: things men lie about, like if you're yeah to your mate, yeah,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: but by like fifty k.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: I would always assume if someone told me if they
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: were a man, it's a bit less than that.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: Just like they're peno size and high. All right, nine
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: to eight? Right now, coming up, Amy, We're going to
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: do another one of those mum group chats. There's some
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: stuff going down in.
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: The group chat, something that's got me a little worked up. Ooh, okay,
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: I will fill you in. I'll be keen to hear
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: your thoughts on it.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: All right, that's coming up next, right here, kiss bread first,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Mikey Brooklyn, amyed your ride. Good morning. We're going to
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: have an important adult conversation with you right now. Okay,
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: here we go.
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: True.
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: Okay, So lately I've been bringing obviously dilemmas from the
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: mums group chat that I'm not overly active in, but
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: I just love getting in.
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: There for content.
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: Normally a silent observer, but there was one that I
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: saw and it kind of triggered me a little bit.
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: I really want your thoughts on this one, because I'm
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: kind of in a bit of a debate with one
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: of the mums in there now, so i'll read you
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: what this mum wrote. She wrote, Hey, mummers, I picked
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: up my youngest from childcare today and I saw a
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: man in there that I didn't recognize what he had
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: a uniform on yet, so we started working there. I
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: immediately did some digging and I found out that he's
- 1:02:44Speaker 8: a new hire who has just started at the center
- 1:02:47Speaker 8: this week.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: I feel really uncomfortable about this.
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: I'm sure he is a lovely guy, but given all
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: the news stories, I just don't really want a random
- 1:02:55Speaker 8: man around my child every single day. I immediately told
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: my husband that I'm going to change childcare centers, but
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: he thinks that I should at least speak to them first.
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: My daughter has gone there for three years, so moving
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: her would be disruptive for us all But am I
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: overreacting at all? Would you be comfortable with this?
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: All?
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: Right?
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Thirteen one oh six'? Five you got an opinion on, That,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: amy you're the.
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: MOM i, mean.
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: She's not overreacting at, all and given like the most
- 1:03:22Speaker 8: recent news story about you, know a gentleman down, well
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: a gentleman In melbourne who has recently been convicted of
- 1:03:30Speaker 8: all these absolutely heinous. CRIMES i personally would absolutely not
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: feel comfortable with my children going to a childcare where
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: a man. Works i'm not blanketing this rule or saying
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: all men in childcare hideous like beasts that take advantage
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: of young. Children but LIKE i know my, partner my,
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: husband he's a fantastic, dad and he will change out
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: kids nappies and all those things when they were. Little
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: but LIKE i wouldn't even give that to my next
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: door neighbor to. DO i wouldn't feel comfortable with another
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: man WHO i do, know changing my child's, nappy AND
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: i just.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: Absolutely would not allow that for my.
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: Children LIKE i want to feel comfortable sending my children
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: to childcare or.
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: Daycare did you amy put your kids into?
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: Childcare, yes all three of them went.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: Right and so did you have to find a center
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: where there were no?
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: Men there was just.
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: No it is. Rare it is very.
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: Rare and none of the centers that my kids went
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: to had men working. THERE i just, think you, KNOW
- 1:04:38Speaker 8: i remember THE, abc they did this full investigation less
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: than a year ago and identified one hundred or nearly
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: one hundred and fifty childcare workers who were either, convicted,
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: charged or accused of sexual abuse and inappropriate. Conduct every
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: single person who was publicly named was a.
- 1:04:55Speaker 13: Man.
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: Yeah and you know what's. INTERESTING i know a bloke
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: quite well who's a child, worker AND i would not
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: think that he is a bad bloke at.
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: All does he have his own? Kids?
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: No AND i know why you, might, yeah BUT i know.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: HIM i, mean how well do you know? Anyone but
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: he would not be like that in my mind. ANYWAY i,
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: mean he's going to blanket it as.
- 1:05:17Speaker 6: Like there's a.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: Lot, yes what happens is terrible in certain, cases but
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: surely it's like just being racist because you see some
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: people do something one, time you know WHAT i?
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: Mean like it.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Not all men like.
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: That people and parents are trusting these people implicitly to
- 1:05:40Speaker 8: look after their. Babies like some people go to daycare
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: as young as like twelve weeks.
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: Old and you, KNOW.
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: I know that there are you, know two teachers for every,
- 1:05:52Speaker 8: kid for every ten kids or, something but there are
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: also teachers who have to go into private rooms and
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: change nappies and. Stuff i'm not insinuating that every single
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: man that works there is not a great. Guy BUT
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: i do think there needs to be better screening practices in,
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: place not just for, men but for everybody who works
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: in that. Field and for me, personally there is no
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: WAY i would feel comfortable sending my children to a
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: preschool or a childcare where there is a man.
- 1:06:22Speaker 13: Working.
- 1:06:23Speaker 6: Wow what do.
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: You think the percentage of male workers would?
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: Be just as a mum?
- 1:06:28Speaker 6: Knowing but do you think it's very?
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: LOW i think it is very.
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: Anyone else BECAUSE i wonder if, you you, know say
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: you took men out of that, industry would it would push?
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: ME i don't have to push the price of it.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: Up if you just rule out fifty percent of the,
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: population it.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: Is we're just getting a note from our. Producers three
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: percent of the. Work, yes, Yeah, Okay, amy you're probably
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: open to counter worm so you will get. Well we'll
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: see what people. THINK i, mean do you agree With
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: amy and that? Mum you don't want your children going
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: to a childcare when men are? Working should men work in?
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: Childcare let's get your calls on air thirteen one oh
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: six five Years, yeah Thanks, Brooklyn, Mikey Brooklyn amager right,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: here we are doing. It the mum's group chat and
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: an important adult conversation we're having right.
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: Now, Yeah so there was a mum who popped a
- 1:07:24Speaker 8: little kind of concern into The WhatsApp group, chat just
- 1:07:27Speaker 8: basically saying that where her daughter goes to, daycare.
- 1:07:31Speaker 5: There has been a new. Starter it is a.
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: Man she feels uncomfortable about, it and she wants to
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: know if she, is you, know. OVERREACTING i HAVE i
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: agree with. HER i would feel uncomfortable about that as.
- 1:07:46Speaker 8: Well obviously that's my personal. Opinion AND i just think
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: there's too many stories of late and that's going to
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: sway parents'. Opinions like, again not blanketing all, men but,
- 1:08:02Speaker 8: YEAH i do think it's going to cause a bit
- 1:08:06Speaker 8: of uproar amongst people in net daycarees with so much.
- 1:08:11Speaker 6: In the news over the past few.
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: Months, YEAH i don't blame mums for right we are.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: So you, know, yeah like no men in the CHILDCARE.
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: I don't know a single mum who would be okay with, it,
- 1:08:26Speaker 8: Truthfully like we are there to protect our kids at all.
- 1:08:30Speaker 8: Costs and, yeah because of the news and what we,
- 1:08:34Speaker 8: read if it means sending our kids or like choosing
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: to prefer female, educators THEN i don't see what's wrong with?
- 1:08:43Speaker 13: That all?
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: Right your calls on air thirteen one six. Five what
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: do you think no men in childcare? Centers? ANONYMOUS i have.
- 1:08:51Speaker 13: Two parts to my, opinion And i'll keep that very.
- 1:08:55Speaker 13: Clear it is my. Opinion so the first part is
- 1:08:58Speaker 13: THAT i have very low time trust in that department
- 1:09:04Speaker 13: BECAUSE i have known someone who was named in the,
- 1:09:08Speaker 13: news not, recently this is an older, thing but so
- 1:09:11Speaker 13: OBVIOUSLY i had very low. Trust so when my daughters
- 1:09:15Speaker 13: were going to daycare and a man you know, appeared
- 1:09:19Speaker 13: you know a few months or but apparently about six months,
- 1:09:22Speaker 13: IN i immediately went to the director AND i specifically just, said,
- 1:09:28Speaker 13: Look i'm not judging everyone's within their rights to have a,
- 1:09:32Speaker 13: job BUT i need to put boundaries in, place AND
- 1:09:36Speaker 13: i just need to know that you're going to respect.
- 1:09:38Speaker 13: Them and the boundaries are going to be that there
- 1:09:40Speaker 13: are to be this this male is not to be
- 1:09:44Speaker 13: in any bathrooms and is not to do any nappy,
- 1:09:47Speaker 13: changes and if you don't respect, that THEN i will
- 1:09:50Speaker 13: be making a. Complaint and the director was so open and, said,
- 1:09:54Speaker 13: no that's. Time we already have that rule in, place
- 1:09:57Speaker 13: because obviously there are there are concerned but she also
- 1:10:02Speaker 13: said that when we put that rule in place for,
- 1:10:04Speaker 13: anyone obviously the majority is, male but if they have
- 1:10:09Speaker 13: an issue with, that then we know that that's an
- 1:10:11Speaker 13: alarm bell and a red flag right. There and if
- 1:10:13Speaker 13: they have no, issues then there's there's a lot less. Concern.
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: Yeah, NO i think that's really great that they were
- 1:10:19Speaker 8: already kind of on the front foot about, it BECAUSE i,
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: Mean i'm really sorry that you've even had a connection to,
- 1:10:25Speaker 8: somebody you, know who has done something wrong to a,
- 1:10:28Speaker 8: child but that would just absolutely heighten your opinion even more.
- 1:10:34Speaker 8: So and the fact that your daycare, was you, know
- 1:10:39Speaker 8: really comfortable having that conversation with you and being proactive
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: and on the front foot at just kind of putting
- 1:10:45Speaker 8: your mind at ease and ensuring that you feel safe
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: dropping your kids.
- 1:10:48Speaker 5: OFF i think that's really. Fantastic nicole's.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: On, now what's your opinion on, This nicole Le, Hi, Listen.
- 1:10:54Speaker 21: I've Got i'm going to go again instagrading. Here Like
- 1:10:56Speaker 21: i'm an educator And i'm a mum to a fifteen
- 1:10:58Speaker 21: months Old i've been in this industry for nine. YEARS
- 1:11:01Speaker 21: i completely empathize with everyone with everything that's happened in
- 1:11:05Speaker 21: the industry. Lately it is very. Worrying BUT i have
- 1:11:08Speaker 21: worked with some absolutely amazing male educators who honestly could
- 1:11:14Speaker 21: not fault. Them they were more popular with the children than. Myself,
- 1:11:18Speaker 21: Again i've been some children longer than this male. Educators Straight,
- 1:11:22Speaker 21: away there are some children that do not have a
- 1:11:24Speaker 21: strong male figure in their. Life, yeah these men come
- 1:11:28Speaker 21: into an industry already that is already female dominated three percent.
- 1:11:32Speaker 21: Men they're already going against the green and then for
- 1:11:36Speaker 21: them to get this kind OF i, guess you, know
- 1:11:40Speaker 21: out getting ostratriized because of their.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: Choices, well, yeah LIKE i was thinking of, That, like
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: how do the dudes feel like even telling People i'm
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: a male childcare worker, Now like they must feel like
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: they're being.
- 1:11:50Speaker 21: Judged they already they know they get. Judging yet they
- 1:11:54Speaker 21: make a conscious effort to come into this industry anyway
- 1:11:56Speaker 21: because they love, children they want to support their. Development
- 1:12:00Speaker 21: i've seen abuse from female educators over the. Years nothing was.
- 1:12:04Speaker 21: Done females do it, Too it's just not talked about
- 1:12:07Speaker 21: as much as male's Arm.
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: Nicole CAN i ask you, then like in some of
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: these cases that have been in the, media the accused
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: people have worked at like a hundred different. Centers that
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: isn't there some system that flags that kind of?
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: Behavior AND i think.
- 1:12:24Speaker 21: That's so many reforms THAT i needed in our. Industry
- 1:12:27Speaker 21: like even everyone when this came, out we were all
- 1:12:30Speaker 21: shocked because the first question was how?
- 1:12:33Speaker 5: How, YEAH i think that's the.
- 1:12:36Speaker 8: Problem AND i think so many mums and parents would
- 1:12:38Speaker 8: feel so much safer if there was much more rigorous
- 1:12:42Speaker 8: screening like there working with children, checks so much more
- 1:12:46Speaker 8: supervision the one on one, interaction like if that was
- 1:12:49Speaker 8: supervised mandatory.
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: Reporting if that had been the case this.
- 1:12:55Speaker 8: Gentleman in, particular the one That i'm speaking, about the
- 1:12:57Speaker 8: most recent, one he wouldn't have been able to get
- 1:12:59Speaker 8: away with half of what he.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Did should have never. HAPPENED i should have never had the.
- 1:13:03Speaker 8: OPTION i think that's the biggest problem for me as,
- 1:13:06Speaker 8: well like the lack OF i guess training and screening and.
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: Whatnot so go for?
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: It what do you?
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: THINK I i, Sue hey, morning good morning.
- 1:13:18Speaker 18: EVERYONE i was, thinking, yeah we're saying not all, men
- 1:13:22Speaker 18: WHICH i completely agree, with BUT i think we're forgetting
- 1:13:25Speaker 18: the second half of, that which is but somehow always a,
- 1:13:28Speaker 18: man and in this. SITUATION i think the stakes are so,
- 1:13:32Speaker 18: high like the repercussions of a child being, abused are being,
- 1:13:37Speaker 18: violated are, lifelong and you, KNOW i think the stakes
- 1:13:42Speaker 18: are so high THAT i understand why parents would be
- 1:13:46Speaker 18: averse to having any man work in a childcare, century
- 1:13:50Speaker 18: although they are only three percent of that.
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: Workforce so you're, saying save the feelings of three, percent
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: get rid.
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: Of, it and just don't even take the. Risk, rachel last,
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: thought do you go for? It what do you think They, Rachel.
- 1:14:02Speaker 19: Hey, guys so, YEAH i strongly. DISAGREE i think men
- 1:14:07Speaker 19: in childcare settings are so great for our. Children i've
- 1:14:11Speaker 19: got two kids who've been in childcare from several four months,
- 1:14:14Speaker 19: old and the love that they have for the men
- 1:14:17Speaker 19: that have worked in those. Centers if you think about,
- 1:14:20Speaker 19: it they go to, school there's going to be men
- 1:14:22Speaker 19: in their, schools the. Teachers when they go into the,
- 1:14:24Speaker 19: workforce there's. MEN i think raising children in a place
- 1:14:28Speaker 19: where men and women can be. RESPECTED i think the
- 1:14:31Speaker 19: screening is the biggest problem with the recent thing that's gone.
- 1:14:35Speaker 19: On as you, said none of that would have even
- 1:14:38Speaker 19: been possible if he had screened. Correctly if it wasn't
- 1:14:41Speaker 19: jumping around. CENTERS i can understand where parents should be
- 1:14:46Speaker 19: able to have a choice whether or not they have
- 1:14:48Speaker 19: men changing young children's. Nappy but for me with my,
- 1:14:52Speaker 19: kids Like i've Just i've held onto those moments where my,
- 1:14:56Speaker 19: son you, know he'd have an accident and he would
- 1:14:58Speaker 19: say oh x Y z to, Me and that is
- 1:15:02Speaker 19: huge because you never want children to go up grow
- 1:15:05Speaker 19: up thinking that only men are a, risk because women
- 1:15:08Speaker 19: are also such a, risk and we just don't hear about,
- 1:15:12Speaker 19: it like everyone else has, said we just don't hear about.
- 1:15:14Speaker 19: It but the screening is the. Problems the government needs
- 1:15:17Speaker 19: to do better for children and for other females in the,
- 1:15:21Speaker 19: workforce they need to be screened.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: Better and, SCREENING i, think is where where we're going
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: to agree on better. Screening.
- 1:15:28Speaker 5: Yeah, Absolutely i'll absolutely agree on better.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Screening and until you're probably sure that the screening is
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: up to, scratch you can understand mothers and fathers having a.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: Concern of, Course all, right should we do our pop?
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: Quiz, yes that light and fluffy pop?

- 1:25:09Speaker 5: Cocktail mikey's if you're, Feeling it.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: I'm fine what's? The story?
- 1:25:14Speaker 8: All RIGHT so bts has Boycotted, the grammys which is
- 1:25:18Speaker 8: a huge STORY because bts are one of.
- 1:25:21Speaker 5: The biggest artists in the world with such a huge.
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: Fan, base now the reason they've, done this and by,
- 1:25:26Speaker 8: the way How the, Grammys.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: Works oh there we go for.
- 1:25:29Speaker 8: Hold them How the grammys works is artists actually submit
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: their own or their team submit their own music. For
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: consideration so it's not as if like there's someone in
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: a panel in a room just going we're going to nominate,
- 1:25:43Speaker 8: this group. This group you have to actually put your
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: music forward to. Be nominated it's the same as. The
- 1:25:48Speaker 8: logis it's the same as when we used to Do The.
- 1:25:50Speaker 8: Radio awards you have to put your name in the
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: like throw your hat in. The RING so bts have
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: decided against submitting anything that for the twenty Twenty Seven,
- 1:25:58Speaker 8: grammy awards and they all posted on their story the,
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: same message which was we decided not to participate In
- 1:26:04Speaker 8: the grammys. This year we hope that music can be
- 1:26:06Speaker 8: heard and loved, by itself rather than being divided by religion. Or,
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: language now they have been nominated For five grammys in,
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: the past they haven't.
- 1:26:14Speaker 5: Ever won but what they're referring.
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: To is this Year the grammy's added a, new category
- 1:26:19Speaker 8: and that Category Is Best Asian Pop.
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: Music performance so, they're.
- 1:26:23Speaker 8: Saying why is There An Asian Pop music, performance category
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: which they obviously would have. Fallen into their music should
- 1:26:29Speaker 8: just be in the pop music category and it.
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: Probably wouldn't mean as much if It's.
- 1:26:33Speaker 8: The asian, pop, category right they want to take it out,
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: worldwide exactly and there shouldn't be a reason why their
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: music that's been played on top forty radio all around,
- 1:26:42Speaker 8: the world why they been put In an, Asian CATEGORY
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: and i can understand it and why they created it
- 1:26:47Speaker 8: all of a, SUDDEN now, i mean the thing. Is,
- 1:26:49Speaker 8: there Obviously the grammys are coming from an angle where
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: like if they Added A Best Australian Pop, music performance
- 1:26:55Speaker 8: we'd all, be like how?
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: Good's That our aussie artists get a?
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: Look in, Ye YEAH but bts level they don't need
- 1:27:01Speaker 8: to be In An, asian Yeah pop man, exactly right
- 1:27:05Speaker 8: and charting is charting and they definitely chart and without
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: having to be Named. As, ASIAN also i want to
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: talk about this brand new movie coming Out on Prime
- 1:27:13Speaker 8: Called The.
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: Devil's, mouth now.
- 1:27:16Speaker 8: The guy in the Movie Is, gavin casalegno who you
- 1:27:19Speaker 8: may Know is Jeremiah From THE summer i turned pretty
- 1:27:22Speaker 8: that hotty from The SHOW.
- 1:27:23Speaker 7: Ever i was.
- 1:27:23Speaker 8: Obsessed with so the movie is about five college graduates
- 1:27:26Speaker 8: who take a Trip to thailand and they get trapped
- 1:27:29Speaker 8: in a submerged cave system by a. Deadly bullshark so
- 1:27:32Speaker 8: there's heps of underwater scenes and things. Like, That now
- 1:27:35Speaker 8: gavin caught Up with kisses very own smallsy and he
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: admitted to doing something while FILMING that i think we
